	I'm David Knight.
	You know, last week began with the media and the left praising Hamas and what was happening at the border with Israel.
	It ended With them defending MS-13 and attacking the Second Amendment.
	We're going to talk today about what I believe is the real problem.
	Yes, we've got a lot of issues.
	We have talked many times in the past about SSRIs being the penultimate cause of all this.
	The thing that is never talked about.
	We've had some people talk a little bit about this.
	We had Oliver North, who's going to be the new president of the NRA, talking about Ritalin.
	It's way beyond Ritalin.
	That was about 25 years ago.
	But he has kind of the right idea.
	We're using these magic potions to try to address a systemic problem that I believe are the schools themselves.
	And I find it very interesting that we've had the former Obama Secretary of Education, as well as one of the fathers who lost a child at the Parkland shooting, saying, you know what, until we fix the school situation, maybe we shouldn't put our kids in school.
	Maybe we should just boycott it, says the Obama Secretary of Education, former Secretary of Education.
	The father of the daughter who was killed at Parkland says, maybe you should think about homeschooling.
	Maybe you should.
	Maybe you should.
	Maybe you should think about what's being taught to your kids in school.
	Is that part of the problem?
	Besides the overuse of medication, every time they see a problem with anybody, they address it with a magic potion, which in many cases exacerbates the problem.
	We've talked about that many times with SSRIs.
	But there is a more fundamental issue.
	There is an ultimate problem before the penultimate problem.
	Those are the band-aids that we put on.
	And those band-aids can sometimes cause their own disease as they fester.
	But the real problem, I think, really has not been talked about.
	Yes, we need to try to defend the schools.
	But who is going to defend our kids' minds?
	What does education even mean anymore in this country?
	So we're going to talk about that.
	We're going to talk about the Venezuelan election.
	Talk about some immigration news.
	Some updates on MS-13, Islam, the drug war.
	We have some amazing... You know, when we look at all these different attempts to fix things in society, there seems to be a pattern, doesn't it?
	We have certain solutions that we try to use for every single problem.
	The first one we always use is law enforcement.
	Law enforcement and government at the highest level.
	Everything needs to be fixed out of Washington, doesn't it?
	No.
	No.
	They've got too much on their plate already.
	They've already tried to assume too much scope over our lives, more than they can handle.
	Quite frankly, nobody is up to that job.
	Nobody.
	They were never intended to have that much power.
	As a matter of fact, everything in the original structure of our government was designed to keep that much power out of the hands of a few people in Washington.
	And so they've got more than they can actually do, more than they should ever be allowed to attempt, that they have put on their plate.
	They're failing at that, but we always ask them to do more.
	We always ask the police to solve every problem, even when it is not a law enforcement problem, even when the application of force makes the problem worse, as it has with drugs, as it has with other things.
	And now we want to have the Democrats, who many times will tell you, more often than the Republicans, that the war on drugs has been ineffective, that the war on drugs has exacerbated the addiction problem.
	They don't understand that it's prohibition that is a problem, and now they want to do prohibition with firearms.
	What do you think that's going to do?
	You look at the problems that we have with people getting injured with synthetic marijuana.
	A massive bust of meth in North Carolina.
	Just incredible, the amount of meth that was there.
	Where did we get synthetic marijuana?
	Where did we get meth?
	Those are the kind of things that came after 40 plus failed years of prohibition.
	What kind of guns do you think we're going to have on the market when they start prohibiting guns?
	We'll still have guns just like we still got drugs after 47 years, but they are going to be some unbelievable weapons out there if the Democrats get their wish.

	We're going to talk about the attack that was just, the news was just breaking as the program was ending on Friday.
	So I haven't had a chance to comment on this.
	We've watched the typical, what you would expect to see over the weekend.
	We see Hollywood and entertainers coming out and saying, this is it.
	This is it.
	We got to, we got to ban guns.
	Is that really the solution?
	Everybody wants to see something done to stop this.
	What is the solution?
	And what about some of the gun attacks that happened this weekend that weren't reported?
	It's kind of interesting, isn't it?
	How selective they are about things, as I mentioned at the top of the hour.
	Last week began with the media defending Hamas.
	It ended with them defending MS-13.
	And attacking gun owners who are law-abiding citizens.
	And President Trump.
	President Trump says that all immigrants are animals.
	No, he was saying that MS-13 was animals.
	They defended that.
	They defended MS-13.
	They lied about what he had to say.
	But then you had entertainers come out there and say, you know, MS-13?
	No, they're not animals.
	And we know the politicians don't believe that either, as I mentioned on Friday.
	We had the politicians in California immediately after President Trump was elected, before he was sworn into office.
	So right after, you know, that period of time where you have the election in November, Trump is not sworn in until, I think it's the third week, second or third week of January.
	But immediately after the election, in November, you had Activists and politicians in California saying we've got to purge and destroy these lists of gang members in California because President Trump will deport them.
	We don't want them deported.
	They don't think they're animals.
	They support MS-13.
	So you have the left making common cause with MS-13 with Hamas and coming after you, the innocent gun owner, the law-abiding gun owner.
	You, who have God-given rights, and we have our former police chief here in Austin, who's now a police chief in Houston, Art Acevedo, came out and he says, well, my God doesn't say that you have a right to own a gun.
	Well, I don't know, you know, his father came from Cuba.
	I knew a lot of people in Cuba my age, their parents had escaped Castro.
	They were very much conservative in their outlook.
	I played with a lot of them in bands and we were close friends.
	And they didn't think like Art Acevedo does.
	They wanted the ability to protect their life and liberty.
	You know, the guy that gave us life gave us liberty at the same time, Art.
	The hand of force can destroy but cannot separate them.
	That was Thomas Jefferson.
	That's what our country was founded on.
	Maybe if you had those principles adopted in Cuba, you wouldn't have Castro there.
	Maybe that's part of the problem.
	And now we have people like Art Acevedo lecturing us, who always would go and hang out with Obama, lecturing us, telling us that only government employees with uniforms should have guns.
	No, that's not what this is all about.
	So when we look at the solutions that are being put out there, we got all the red flag gun laws.
	That's the new buzzword.
	And quite frankly, it's really the Republicans who are selling this red flag gun laws.
	It's really the red state governors who are doing this.
	It's an appropriate name.
	You know, we've got red state, red flag laws.
	Because if we look at this, we've got Governor Rick Scott in Florida, Republican, March 9th, signed legislation, reports Breitbart.
	Red flag gun laws.
	We've got Maryland Governor Larry Hogan, Republican, signed a bill creating similar orders in Maryland.
	Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner, I think is the way you pronounce his name.
	I don't know.
	Anyway, he is definitely a rhino in Illinois.
	But he's also a Republican.
	He has proposed this for his state.
	And Texas Governor Greg Abbott, also Republican, is said to now be considering the idea of red flag laws.
	So what are they?
	They are court orders to take the guns.
	And maybe do the due process later.
	Where'd you hear that?
	You know where you heard that.
	President Trump said that.
	You know, this is a very bad idea, folks.
	I'm all in favor of bad people, crazy people not having guns.
	Everybody is.
	Everybody is in favor of that.
	But these court orders that are being set out there are not due process.
	They are ex parte orders.
	They're done without due process.
	Due process means That you have a hearing where you call witnesses, where you are confronted with the charges that say that you are not a safe person.
	You can call witnesses on your behalf and so forth.
	That is due process.
	If you believe that somebody is dangerous, don't just take their guns.
	Put them in jail.
	Confine them.
	And immediately have a hearing where you give them full due process.
	I think that's the way to go with this thing.
	Yes, there has to be something done.
	But as we've seen over and over again, and we'll talk about this later, I mean, we just had a, over the weekend, one of the things that they're not talking about, is in a school parking lot, and the school was out, it was on the weekend, in a school parking lot in San Antonio, we had a guy running over a woman with a car.
	Stopping the car, backing it up, running over again.
	Stop the car, back it up, running over again.
	A couple of guys who are licensed carry owners, both concealed and open, they have a license for both of those, saw this, got out of the car, got out of their car, started shooting at that individual, shot one of his tires, he was still able to drive off, but they stopped the attack.
	The lady still died.
	See, if you're crazy, or if you're evil, or if you've got a problem with somebody, you don't need a gun.
	London has proven that to us.
	Yes, they do have, their gun attacks are up over 20% in London.
	Think about that.
	The place where they ban firearm use, ownership essentially, by private citizens, they had gun crime last year.
	And they've got more than 20% increase this year in gun crime.
	But they've also got major increase in crime with acid, with knives, with every other kind of tool.
	If somebody is crazy, they're the problem.
	We talk about guns don't kill people, people do.
	It's because the person is the problem.
	And if the person is a problem, you better put them, you better confiscate them, and then give them a speedy trial like the Constitution says, give them due process like the Constitution says, but don't leave them on the street.
	Don't think that just because you've taken one tool away from them that somehow you're safe.
	And that's what these red flag gun laws are doing.
	And these red flag gun laws are not giving people due process.
	That's the thing we should all be concerned about.
	It is the easiest thing in the world for governments to accuse somebody of being mentally ill.
	This is another tactic of Stalin and authoritarian dictators.
	We should be very, very careful about the calls that are coming out from all the people in the Republican Party saying, yeah, yeah, let's get those crazy people out of there.
	So, you know, it's going to be a wide open A hunting season for anybody that is crazy.
	And in this environment, where people are being shut down on social media, where people are being accused of hate crimes just because of political differences, you better be afraid of an environment where they can lock you up, or take away your weapons, or do whatever they want to, merely by accusing you of being dangerous.
	I mean, can't you see what's happening on social media?
	The First Amendment is showing us what's going to happen to the Second Amendment.
	And you better be a little bit careful about seeing these red flag gun laws as a panacea, especially all of these Republican governors who are looking at this stuff.
	And as Breitbart, the author is Hawkins, points out, A.W.R.
	Hawkins, He points out this totally has nothing to do with this latest shooting.
	He said red flag gun laws would have done nothing to prevent the Santa Fe High attacker from striking because he didn't own the guns that he used.
	He was too young to purchase firearms.
	The guns that he used in the attack belonged to his father.
	So you can steal guns from a relative.
	You can steal guns from a house.
	You can buy guns on the black market, like people buy drugs all the time, can't you?
	He says, we're doing these things, their past, to alleviate the emotional distress and the national heartbreak.
	They're feel-good measures, folks.
	These red flag gun laws are feel-good measures, along with a lot of other things, like banning bump stocks.
	That's not going to do anything.
	And what it did was really dangerous.
	It set a new precedent for a way that the ATF could regulate guns and infringe on our God-given rights.
	A new precedent that may be used in a very significant way.
	It set a new precedent to regulate guns that even the Obama administration didn't do.
	But it was being pushed by Republicans from the president on down to ban bump stocks.
	Absolutely nothing.
	But feel good pandering to people and not addressing the problem.
	We'll talk about the problem when we come back.

	so many of these methods are being put out there and we would all like to see this stop Let's understand that.
	Everybody wants to see it stop.
	The difference is what the solution is.
	And we come up with different solutions because we see a different problem when we look at this.
	And I'm going to play for you here in just a moment a clip, a very effective clip by a filmmaker who went out and asked a lot of young people about evil.
	They don't see, it's amazing, they don't see these shooters as evil.
	They can't call them evil.
	They can call guns inanimate objects, they can call that evil.
	We can call drugs evil, and we can try to stop it by the use of force.
	But because we have refused to see it as a spiritual situation, because we refuse to even see it as a psychological situation, Because we refuse to see it as a medical situation.
	We have done nothing except to make it more dangerous, more concentrated forms of it.
	And I'm talking about even things like opioids.
	If the government believed that drug prohibition worked, wouldn't you think they would prohibit opioids?
	It's far more dangerous than marijuana.
	Oh, they're going to get serious about opioids.
	They're going to have meetings, and they're going to hire some ex-Fox reporter and so forth, whose son died of an overdose.
	And it wasn't just opioids that he was overdosing from either.
	But they're only going to focus on one thing, and they're not going to use their magical powers of prohibition to stop opioid addiction.
	Of course, they know that it doesn't work, the war on drugs.
	And so now we're going to try the same thing with guns.
	And I hope the liberals are listening to this as well.
	I hope both the left understands the futility of gun prohibition, and I hope the right understands the futility of drug prohibition.
	When we look at the red flag laws, as I pointed out, AWR Hawkins at Breitbart said, this would have done nothing.
	You know, we got all the usual prescriptions being floated out there.
	Oh, we got to limit gun purchases for younger people.
	Well, he wasn't allowed to buy these guns anyway.
	He was 17 years old.
	And he didn't buy the guns.
	He stole them from his dad.
	We're going to have the red flag laws.
	We're going to ban assault weapons.
	He didn't use assault weapons in this attack.
	By the way, Senator from Connecticut, Murphy?
	I mean, how clueless is this guy?
	Same time he attacks the Second Amendment.
	We'll talk about that in a moment as well.
	But then also red flags.
	Do you see any red flags in this guy's life?
	He had no interactions with any discipline problems, no interactions with any school psychologists.
	As a matter of fact, As New York Post points out, he was a church-going ex-football player.
	He was an honor student.
	He wanted to join the Marines.
	There were no red flags.
	No brushes with the law.
	No tip-offs to classmates.
	And yet we're going to push red flag laws.
	Republican governors are pushing red flag laws.
	And we're going to go ban bump stocks.
	And we're going to ban assault rifles and so forth.
	Whatever that means.
	It's a malleable term.
	They don't even have a definition for it.
	So we're going to ban all this stuff that, if you really want to stop the shootings, it's not going to have any effect whatsoever.
	Just a lot of feel-good measures.
	He also did Greek folk dancing at church.
	He competed in a national history contest.
	Governor Greg Abbott said, unlike Parkland, unlike Sutherland Springs, there were no warning signs that were missed by the system.
	There was no indication prior to this of what this kid was going to do.
	Secretly, he had sketched out his massacre in private journals, including his ultimately unfulfilled plan to kill himself at the end of the rampage, said Abbott.
	He was known at school as being weird and a loner, said other students, and he had grown only weirder this year when he began wearing a trench coat every day and posting odd things on social media.

	Here's some of the pens that he put up.
	Now this is maybe a bit of a red flag as to where the guy was.
	Each of these pens, he had a hammer and a sickle.
	He put up for rebellion.
	He put a German iron cross up for bravery, he said.
	He put up a satanic Baphomet goat idol to represent evil.
	These are things he's identifying with.
	He's identifying with a Baphomet goat head for evil.
	And a Japanese rising sun for kamikaze tactics.
	So he liked Stalin, he liked Hitler, he liked the Japanese, the kamikazes, and he liked Satan.
	In this picture.
	One guy said, I played football with him for three years.
	People on the news said he was bullied a lot.
	I never saw him being bullied.
	I never bullied him.
	He was cool to me.
	I lifted weights with him a couple of times.
	Another classmate called him a very nice, caring kid.
	There were no red flags.
	So shut up about red flag laws.
	And if you're going to do some red flag laws, make sure you do, as I said before, the due process.
	Make sure you focus on the individual and not on one particular tool of an attack.
	So, what is the real issue?
	We can talk about, and we have said here many times, I believe that the wholesale prescription of psychiatric drugs for kids only makes things worse.
	It is a band-aid that makes things far worse, the SSRIs.
	That apparently is not an issue here either, though.
	What is the problem behind all that?
	Because that is the band-aid for the ultimate problem.
	Obama's education secretary, Arne Duncan, said, well, maybe we need to boycott school until Congress passes gun control.
	And for the first time, I agree with somebody in the Obama administration.
	I think he got it exactly right.
	I think the ultimate problem is the schools themselves.
	The institution of the schools.
	What are they teaching these kids?
	We kicked God out a long time ago, folks.
	Yeah, I'm going to go full conservative Christian on you here.
	You kicked God out and you brought Baphomet in, and this is what you wind up with.
	Our schools are pure evil.
	These kids that are coming out of here don't know their left hand from their right hand.
	They don't know good from evil.
	They don't believe there is any such thing as good or evil.
	And I'm going to demonstrate that to you with a clip here when we come back.
	But first of all, what did Obama Administration Education Secretary Arne Duncan say?
	He says that he and his family are ready to take part in a boycott of the schools.
	And we've got Andrew Pollack, whose daughter Meadow was killed during the shooting at the Stoneman Douglas High School.
	And a now deleted tweet, he said, it's about to be summer break.
	If the government and the schools don't put more security in to protect the sitting duck students and teachers this summer, then I encourage every parent in America to not send their kids back to school in the fall.
	Schools aren't safe.
	Hashtag fix it.
	Now he deleted that.
	And they came out later.
	And he said, uh, I suggest every parent contact their principals and school boards to determine, to demand that metal detectors and armed security with limited entries are in place for the new school year.
	If not, I would suggest homeschooling.
	See, homeschooling isn't, or private school, you pick it.
	You have to be involved, parents.
	You have to know what they're teaching your kids.
	What they're teaching your kids is a social agenda.
	And we can see what that social agenda is if we look at Google and other social media companies.
	Their ledger saying how they're going to promote certain things.
	Your kids come out and they know everything about man-made global warming.
	They know everything about white privilege.
	They know everything about toxic masculinity.
	And they don't know good from evil.
	And they don't know how to read, and they don't know how to do math either, for the most part.
	The literacy rates and the numeracy rates are pathetic.
	It is a social agenda that is being taught to the kids.

	As I said last week, we had the left, we had the schools that are a big part of shaping your children's minds.
	All supporting Hamas and at the end of the week they were supporting and defending MS-13 and attacking law-abiding gun owners.
	We have, as reported by the Daily Caller, New York City public school holds a moment of silence for Hamas.
	This was something that happened a week ago.
	A story came out today.
	The Beacon School in Manhattan held a moment of silence for the people killed by Israel last week during clashes organized by Hamas.
	Of the 62 people killed at the border, Fifty in these riots were members of the Palestinian terrorist group.
	We talked about how they were being pushed forward by Hamas, by the PLO.
	I said, push the crowds forward.
	Tell them to bring the kids, bring the babies, push them forward.
	If they break through, then you go through.
	But if they don't break through, you hold back.
	Because if you get up there close, they know who you are.
	They'll identify you and they'll take you out as a terrorist.
	Because Hamas people are terrorists.
	They are terrorists.
	One of the parents said, I'm extremely upset I didn't send my child to a New York City public school to pray for Hamas operatives.
	See, do you know what your kids are being taught at school?
	Are they being educated or are they being indoctrinated?
	That's just a rhetorical question.
	They're being indoctrinated, folks.
	They're being taught not how to think.
	They're being taught what to think.
	Big difference.
	Big difference.
	A liberal arts education used to be called liberal, not because it was a socialist agenda.
	It was called a liberal arts education because the idea was that your kids would be liberated to have the tools of learning so they could think for themselves.
	Now liberal education means that they're going to be indoctrinated into the way these particular politicians, these socialists, think.
	It is absolutely antithetical to what most parents want their kids to understand, and it is antithetical to our culture, to our legal system.
	They're taught socialism, they're taught globalism, they're taught gender confusion.
	They've gone from promiscuity to outright gender confusion.
	They've gone from everybody complaining about, oh, my parents are so out of touch, you know, that was the whole thing of the teenagers in the middle of the 20th century.
	So it's gone from anti-parent to anti-family.
	They don't even want to have families.
	They don't even want to have families.
	And, of course, there's not just a sociological component to the massive plunging birth rates, but it's also a physiological component.
	It's the stuff that they're feeding everybody.
	It's not just what they're feeding your mind, it's what they're feeding your body.
	But this is what's really happening in schools, and I want to give you an example of this.
	This is a Christian filmmaker who, in the wake of the Parkland shooting, went out and interviewed a bunch of high school students and asked them questions about the shooter.
	Is this guy evil?
	You know, New American says the problem isn't guns, but the people who use them to commit evil.
	The solution is not simply to protect ourselves from evildoers, but to reverse our cultural decline that has caused more people to choose evil over good.
	And they don't even know that they're choosing evil.
	They don't even understand that there is such a thing as evil and good.

	Well, do you think he was evil?
	I don't think he was evil, per se.
	Do you think this guy was evil?
	I mean, it's hard to define the difference between evil and what's good.

	I mean, evil is... I don't know about evil.
	How do you define evil?
	Why are you hesitating to say that?
	17 people murdered, innocent people.
	How many people do I have to murder before you say, evil?
	Yeah, yeah, I'll say he's an evil person.
	So it was a person who commits rape, evil?
	Yes.
	Okay, so a man who kills 17 people, is he evil?
	Um, okay, so you're pretty... Killed women.
	He killed some women.
	He killed women.
	It doesn't matter if it's women or men.
	Well, he worse than raped them.
	You'll say rape is evil, but you won't say murder.
	Mass murder is evil.
	Why not?
	You know, this guy that killed... Pause that right there.
	Pause that right there.
	I think that's one of the most significant... I want you to hear the rest of these, too.
	But that question, and I made a comment, so maybe you didn't hear the beginning of that.
	He says, is it evil to rape a woman?
	And he goes, oh yes.
	Because they do teach that.
	They teach that masculinity is evil.
	So, since rape would be an extension, they think, of masculinity, because all masculinity is ultimately rape, as the students are taught by the feminists in the schools.
	So he doesn't have a problem saying, oh yeah, rape, that'd be evil.
	Then he says, okay, well he killed 17 people.
	Is that evil?
	Well, gee, I don't know.
	I don't know.
	And he goes, what do you mean?
	You said rape was evil!
	He killed women!
	And that's, you know, killing them is worse than raping them, you could argue, right?
	And he can't bring himself to say that.
	He can't bring himself to say that killing people is evil.
	Raping people, oh yeah, no problem understanding that.
	That is the education system.
	That right there tells you that they are teaching values, folks.
	They are teaching that certain things are evil.
	They're not teaching that the real evil is evil.
	They don't have a moral compass.
	They don't have anything to guide them.
	It is something that is totally our culture.
	You want to understand why we've gone in a situation that 40 years ago, you could carry your gun in the school bus or in the airplane.
	You could take it to school.
	You could use it on the shooting range where you'd be trained how to use it effectively.
	They were teaching kids in ROTC how to shoot on the shooting range.
	But now, we have to ban all guns.
	What has changed?
	The people have changed.
	And I want conservatives, as they look at this stuff about bump stocks and red flag gun laws and so forth, to go back and think again.
	It's not the gun that is evil, it's the people who are evil.
	We have raised an evil generation.
	Our schools are seminaries of evil.
	They teach these kids evil economics.
	They teach them evil morality.
	Everything is skewed.
	Everything is inverted.
	Everything is turned upside down from the society that we had even 40 years ago.
	And it's done deliberately.
	This is not the invasion of the body snatchers, folks.
	This is the invasion of the mind snatchers.
	This has always been the goal of governments going back to Plato's Republic.
	He didn't want them in his republic.
	He didn't want the subjects to understand that they had a family.
	He didn't want them to even know they had a family.
	This is something that was very common in pagan cultures.
	They would have these big pagan fertility rites.
	And you would wind up with a lot of unwanted children.
	And so they would abort a lot of them.
	And they would put them on the altar and burn them for prosperity.
	This is a common thing that has happened over in pagan societies for a very long time.
	And that's what your children are being told to do.
	That's the way that they see the world when they go to these schools.
	The schools are the ultimate problem in this.
	The other things like the SSRI drugs, that's the penultimate problem.
	That's the band-aid they put on it.
	Here is more of the essential problem.
	They don't understand good from evil.
	Let's continue.
	I, I, you know, deep down I want to say no one's evil.
	Why do you think there were school shootings?
	I think it has to do, I mean, it's a mixture of things, you know, the stricter gun laws and like, and maybe just like focusing on mental health issues.
	Also, it's a mental, mental illness awareness issue.
	I feel like it starts with mental health.
	He probably wasn't getting the proper health that he needed.
	No one knows what he went through.
	The poor kid was probably bullied.
	Um, if you're referring to the one in the Florida attack, right?
	He was an orphan, correct?
	If I remember correctly.
	Yeah, but there are millions of orphans that don't go out and kill people.
	And millions of people bullied.
	I was bullied as a kid.
	Were you bullied as a kid?
	Yes.
	So why are they doing it?
	Why are there so many people?
	I mean, our great fear is terrorism.
	You know, some Islamic terrorist showing up at school and blowing people up.
	But this is American against American.
	Why is this happening?

	In North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, people started calling the newsroom, said, we're concerned because there's a sign outside a gun shop that's near North Myrtle Beach High School.

	And what did they put on their sign?
	That was a company called Crossroads Pawn and Audio, and their sign said, we sell AR-15s because we're not dicks.

	And when they put dicks up, they actually put it up with their logo.
	So, because of that, You had people calling the ABC station there and saying, we're very concerned about this.

	See, if you don't support freedom, if you have authoritarian urges on everything, you're going to come after the First Amendment as well as the Second Amendment.
	And then we had Kelly Clarkson at the Billboard Music Awards last night, another superficial thing.

	The real problem is the schools and what they're doing to our children.
	What's happening to their minds.

	The way Hollywood fetishizes guns and violence, that's a big part of it.

	But when you look at what's happening to this generation, it is the environment that they live in, the schools, that are indoctrinating them into this culture of violence.
	So, she said, they asked me to start with a moment of silence, but I'm so sick of moments of silence.
	Why don't we do a moment of change?

	Well, why don't you look in the bucket that you're about to throw on the fire, Kelly, and see if you've got water or gasoline.

	We'd go to all these different meetings as Hillary Clinton was trying to ram government health care down our throats back in the early 90s.

	The question was, are your solutions, quote-unquote, are they going to make things better or worse?
	And we saw what happened with Obamacare.

	It was something that was done for the benefit of the government and for the insurance companies.
	And then she introduced the opening performance, which is Ariana Grande.
	So her own life shattered, as Variety reports, her own life shattered by violence when a terrorist killed 22 people after her concert in Manchester.

	Okay, now this happened with terrorists that killed 22 people.
	Would Ariana Grande or Kelly Clarkson, would they be able to call the terrorists evil?
	Or just the guns that they used were evil?
	You can't call the people who are part of this Islamic death cult, you can't call them evil.
	That's racist, they tell us.
	Of course, it's not a race, it's a religion and a political movement.
	But you get labeled as a racist if you call them evil.
	So that's part of the Cognitive dissonance that's sold to our kids.
	That's why they can't, they're so reluctant.
	Well, I can say raping somebody is evil, but I can't say that killing a woman is evil.
	And because, you know, if you use a gun, the gun is the real evil that's there.
	Not the person using the gun.
	It's the gun that's the real evil there.
	And so she says she has no tears left to cry.
	You know, were the guns the problem in Manchester?
	Were they the problem in Paris?
	Or was it the terrorists?
	Were the gun control laws in England and France, were they the solution?
	No, they weren't.
	Here's another thing of violence that you didn't hear anything about.
	Seven people dead after an attack on an Orthodox church in the Russian province of Chechnya.
	Four gunmen attacked a Russian Orthodox church in the mostly Muslim Russian province of Chechnya on Saturday, but they were killed by security forces, men with guns.
	In a clash that also left two policemen and a churchgoer dead.
	They said two police officers were killed, another two were wounded.
	One churchgoer was killed and another one was wounded.
	The assailants were armed with guns and knives and axes and Molotov cocktails, petrol bombs.
	Or we look at London.
	You know, if gun control laws work, London should be one of the safest places, right?
	It's up 44% of murder rates are.
	We've talked about this many times.
	As many people have said, it's an appalling escalation of serious crimes.
	Murder is up 44%, but violent robbery and home burglary are up about a third.
	Youth killings rose by 30%.
	There's sharp increases in the number of rapes.
	That's up 18%.
	Knife crime offenses are up 21%.
	Shootings are up 23%.
	In other words, they weren't zero last year.
	They had people in gun control London getting killed with guns last year.
	And now it's up 23% over that.
	But they got gun control.
	Great!
	Tell us about it, Piers.
	Tell us how well that works, Piers Morgan.
	In North Carolina, Bessemer City, North Carolina, a man intentionally rammed a vehicle into a North Carolina restaurant, busy serving Sunday lunch, killing his daughter and another person, injuring several others.
	See?
	You don't have to have a gun to kill people intentionally, do you?
	And then there's a story that I mentioned at the top of the hour.
	Two San Antonio, Texas men, licensed to carry firearms, opened fire on a man who was repeatedly running over a woman.
	He ran over her.
	This is a dispute.
	She was homeless.
	He had a house that homeless transients stayed at the house.
	He got into an argument with her.
	So it was a personal situation.
	He ran over her, backed up, ran over again.
	Backed up, ran over her again.
	These guys jump out of their car, they take out their firearms, they are licensed to carry firearms.
	And again, the police would have done the same thing if they had been there, but they weren't there.
	The police can't be everywhere.
	And she ultimately died from her injuries, but they stopped the attack.
	They even shot one of his tires, but he's still able to get off.
	And they say, Texas law allows the use of deadly force to protect one's life or the life of others.
	Yes, that is what it is for.
	And as the Free Thought Project points out, as the Texas shooter killed unarmed citizens, and that's all the mainstream media wants to talk about, the FBI admits that armed citizens stopped four recent mass shootings.
	And as we pointed out before, and of course this would be also the Sutherland Springs, Texas shooting, that's one of them, They tried to pretend that the guy who stopped it didn't have an AR-15.
	Oh, he had that evil gun, the AR-15.
	The same gun that the killer had.
	And according to the FBI report, citizens successfully intervened in eight active shooter incidents in 2016 and 17.
	These heroic citizens prevented or helped to stop what could have been some of the worst shooting incidents in U.S.
	history.
	Going back to the criminology studies of 25 years ago, we had some FSU professors that showed, they said, we looked at the data.
	It looks like there's about a four to one advantage.
	of people using guns to stop attacks and it's never reported.

	We're going to finish up with the gun stories, and we're going to talk about the other mass insanity in our country, and that's the drug war.
	I mean, we're about to repeat that whole insanity with firearms.
	The insanity that we've been doing with drug prohibition now for nearly 50 years.
	47 years ago, we enacted a UN agenda.
	And you know what?
	Gun control is a UN agenda as well, folks.
	We need to wake up to this.
	It's the same people doing the same tactics, the same MO over and over again.
	Just different substances.
	We need to reclaim our Constitution.
	But we've got a lot of people out there, Democrats, law enforcement officers, who are seriously talking about Taking out the Constitution and our Bill of Rights over this.
	This is what's different now.
	It's come up to this level.
	So I want to talk about this in the next segment or so, as well as this one.
	We had Rand Paul coming out, taking this on directly.
	He said, shooters aren't shooting up the sheriff's office.
	They go where they know there is no self-defense.
	Rand Paul said, I think the first thing we should do is there needs to be an announcement by every school district that we're going to defend our children, that we're not going to have a sign outside that says we're defenseless.
	And he's exactly right.
	This is not a rhetorical situation.
	You've got all these schools out there saying, we are proud of the fact that we are a gun-free school zone.
	Don't bring any guns in here.
	Not legally, anyway.
	You know, the criminals, they don't have to buy them.
	They can steal them.
	They're going to ignore the signs if they're going to kill people.
	But we do have some schools here in Texas, for example, that ignored the unconstitutional federal prohibition that was put in by Joe Biden and signed by George H.W.
	Bush.
	See, it's the Republicans that you can't trust on this either.
	Saying, we're going to have gun-free school zones.
	That was back in 92.
	And we had a lot of schools in Texas.
	This was not one of them, the Santa Fe school.
	But we do have some school zones where they say we're going to vet teachers, we're going to train them, we're going to have them carry concealed, and we're not going to tell people who the teachers are with the guns.
	But we will put a sign outside the school that says we have armed personnel inside that are carrying concealed.
	So don't even think about it.
	Don't even think about it.
	Rand Paul said, I think the problem is that we've got these signs that say we're defenseless.
	He says, I think that's the problem.
	As we have these homicidal or crazy or mentally disturbed kids, but they still aren't so disturbed that they're going to go shoot up the sheriff's office.
	They're going to go where there is no self-defense.
	It says, look, every Hollywood actor that hates guns has armed bodyguards defending them.
	So they hate guns unless the guns are defending them.
	So let's announce tomorrow, let's encourage everybody who protects our kids, the superintendents, the principals, the school boards, let's announce tomorrow we're not going to leave our kids defenseless.
	We're going to defend our schools from crazy people with guns.
	And we're going to defend our guns from crazy politicians who think that they can wish them into the cornfield.
	They're just going to take them away from law-abiding citizens.
	Yeah, it is, you know, once we get to the point where society doesn't know what is evil, that's when it gets really scary.
	That's why I played that clip earlier, talking to this generation coming up.
	You know, it works when the vast majority of people are sane.
	When the vast majority of people understand the difference between good and evil.
	And a few of them are trained to carry.
	But if you get a situation where nobody understands the difference between good and evil, and that's what our schools are training now, that's what they're creating as a culture where that doesn't happen, that means that the people that are wearing uniforms or not wearing uniforms are going to be not caring about what's good or evil.
	That's kind of scary, isn't it?
	Don't you think that's kind of scary?
	You know, you've got a situation that's like Clockwork Orange, where the gangsters don't know or care.
	They have absolutely no conscience, total psychopaths, because they don't recognize evil.
	And then some of them, in that novel, that film, some of them became cops.
	They still didn't know the difference between good or evil, because if you don't train your kids, putting a uniform on them isn't going to change them.

	You know, we're told that the solution to the schools, to the school problem, is we just need to have more security.
	That is something that we need to do, but we need to address the underlying cause of this.
	As I point out, the cause of it is the school itself.
	The schools where our kids are taught a lot of values, a lot of the wrong values.
	They have turned everything upside down, including their understanding of the law.
	And if we're just going to throw law enforcement at the problem, We may wind up with the same kind of situation that we got in the war on drugs.
	Yes, we need to have cops there to protect the citizens.
	I think it's better, rather than having the police there, I think it is better to have armed teachers, rather than turn our schools into fortresses.
	Because if we look at what happened in Denver, Colorado, that they also don't want to talk about over the weekend, we had cops raiding a school and holding a teacher at gunpoint.
	Community members are horrified after they say police officers conducted a classroom-to-classroom search with guns drawn and interrogated teachers and students in a charter school, all to look for a student who was absent.
	This is reported by DC Clothesline.
	They said while the police department released a statement justifying the incident, teachers and the principal are claiming that police are lying in order to save face.
	They said the staff and students were traumatized.
	That's what the principal said.
	He described the way a group of police officers raided the building in a search for a student who was not in attendance.
	He said a science teacher told them they could not search her room without a warrant.
	They pushed her aside.
	They entered the classroom where they pulled students out of their chairs.
	They removed their hats.
	They asked them for their IDs as they searched them.
	One of the students said, when I was sitting in a class, they came bursting in and then they were like in everybody's faces, like looking at us, and I felt unsafe.
	She also said officers singled out one student, grabbed him by the arm, forced him to remove his hat so they could compare him to a photo of the student they were targeting.
	The principal also told the Post, the Denver Post, that the officers scoured the building with their guns drawn.
	And when a faculty member opened a back door to check for students, multiple officers pointed their guns at her.
	The Denver Police Department claimed that the officers that were inside did not draw their weapons at any point during the search for the suspect.
	So see, when we start to just add police as the solution to everything, that isn't necessarily a solution.
	Especially since we have lost, in many of our communities, the respect, the mutual respect between the police and the community.
	Because of heavy-handed, no-knock SWAT team raids and so forth that have been fueled by our drug prohibition war.
	So now we can have a gun prohibition war to make things even worse.
	And then we have the Democrat Senator Chris Murphy from Connecticut coming out and saying that he supports a real version of the Second Amendment, not the imaginary one.
	So he doesn't talk about what the real Second Amendment says.
	He just mischaracterized.
	Here's what he says in his tweet.
	I support the real Second Amendment, not the imaginary Second Amendment.
	Well, what does he think the real Second Amendment is?
	Is it what is written on the paper?
	No!
	Because these people don't believe in a literal Constitution.
	They don't believe that it is what it says.
	We've had this argument about the Supreme Court justices for a long time.
	Scalia was the one who came up with A literal interpretation?
	Looking at original intent and so forth?
	What do these words mean?
	Do the words have meaning?
	Or is this a living document that means whatever Chris Murphy thinks it means at any point in time?
	It's not some objective text.
	See, if you don't have law, that actually means something.
	They only do this with the Constitution, don't they?
	Pretty much.
	I mean, they can play fast and loose with the regulatory codes, like the tax codes and so forth.
	Because they're so complex, it's the same as having no law at all, as many people have said.
	You have a very, very complex situation.
	That's the situation we get into with regulatory law, with rules.
	And again, because they say they're bureaucratic rules, you don't have the due process protections they claim.
	That's the game they play with that.
	But the game that Chris Murphy is playing is the game that the Supreme Court has played for a very long time.
	This long-running argument as to whether or not the Constitution and the written word means anything in the Constitution.
	Or whether it's just whatever they imagine it to be.
	And that's what the majority of the people in the Supreme Court think.
	That the Constitution is whatever they feel that it means.
	Or whatever they feel the majority thinks it should mean.
	And so they look at something and say, well, we think the majority of people support gay marriage.
	So we will say that the Supreme Court is going to mandate that gay marriage is going to be respected by everybody.
	It's like, well, where do you even get any authority in the Constitution to say anything about marriage one way or the other?
	You don't have any authority as a Supreme Court to define marriage as even one man and one woman.
	You don't have the authority to define marriage.
	You were never given that authority.
	And if you read the Constitution, if you weren't expressly given it, you don't have that authority.
	You usurped that power.
	And they do it all the time.
	And so here's Chris Murphy saying, the real Second Amendment isn't absolute.
	Oh, really?
	It allows Congress to wake up to reality and to ban assault rifles that are designed for one purpose only, to kill as many people as fast as possible.
	Again, he is as ignorant of this event that he is trying to use to push his agenda, he's trying to piggyback onto this tragedy, and use it to push a phony agenda that is only going to make things worse.
	Gun prohibition will make guns far more dangerous, just as drug prohibition made drugs far more dangerous.
	And an assault rifle wasn't used here, Senator Murphy.
	You might want to get your facts straight.
	You can't read, you can't think, you're lying to people.
	You don't even understand what was used in this event that you're trying to misuse to take away our God-given liberties.
	Which is absolutely amazing.
	He doesn't recognize fundamental rights of the people.
	of the people.
	See, the point of the Second Amendment, as we tell everybody all the time, every time this comes up from some Democrat politician or Supreme Court justice, we began this country by saying, you know, just as everybody's talking about the Royal Wedding, I had a tweet I put out yesterday, it's like, yeah, I lost interest in Royal Weddings back in 1776, or even before then.
	The bottom line is, We had a government at the time that said that we couldn't rebel against them.
	And we did it anyway because we had a God-given right to do that.
	And the Declaration of Independence said this is why we can legitimately divorce ourselves from the British government.
	Because we have certain rights that come from our Creator.
	They are inalienable.
	We possess them because we're human beings.
	And we are not subject to some king or queen.
	And so we can go our own way to support our life and our liberty.
	And if government tries to destroy our life or liberty, then it is not only our right, but our duty to destroy that government and to alter or to abolish it.
	We either change it or we get rid of it entirely.
	If you come after our life and our liberty.
	You see, the Second Amendment is about protecting your life with your liberty.
	That's what it's about.
	Senator Murphy and also Art Acevedo, who comes out after this.
	Let me go down to Art Acevedo.
	He used to be police chief here in Austin.
	He's actually been on the show a couple of times.
	A really nice guy.
	Very charming politician.
	Democrat politician.
	Very charming guy.
	He's now police chief in Houston.
	And Art Acevedo wrote this to all of his Facebook friends.
	He said, I am not interested in your views as it pertains to this issue.
	Let's stop right there and think about this.
	Art Acevedo has always been a police chief.
	That means that he works for the people who hire him, not the public.
	He works for the mayor or the city manager who hires him.
	He is not elected.
	He doesn't have to care what your views are about the Second Amendment or about anything else.
	He is not accountable to you.
	Sheriffs are.
	Police chiefs aren't.
	And I have a real problem with that.
	I have a real problem with police chiefs.
	I have a real problem with the whole structure of that.
	I think law enforcement ought to be from the sheriff on down because you have an elected sheriff.
	If you want to have a police chief, fine.
	Put him up for an election.
	But otherwise, they're just permanently entrenched bureaucrats, like the ones who are constantly oppressing us out of Washington.
	Yeah, we got a lot of these people everywhere, not just in Washington.
	Art Acevedo is one of those people.
	He doesn't care about your views.
	He says, if you disagree with me, don't have your feelings hurt if I defriend you.
	See, he doesn't believe in free speech either.
	He's going to shut you up, just like Facebook itself will.

	As we looked at Democrat Senator Chris Murphy, it's back in 2013, five years ago.
	Breitbart News reported at the time that he told Rachel Maddow on MSNBC, he said, the Second Amendment is not an absolute right, not a God-given right.
	It always has had conditions upon it, like the First Amendment has.
	I don't agree with either of those.
	I don't agree that the First Amendment has conditions on it.
	If you put conditions on it, you change it from a right to a government-granted privilege.
	I don't agree with that.
	I think the freedom of speech and the free press is an absolute right.
	Of course, these people don't.
	And they're working very hard to make sure that you don't have any right of free speech on social media or anywhere else.
	If they claim that you harm somebody's feelings, if you are hateful in your motivations or whatever, or they hire their people to vet the news and say, we think that this is fake, or we think that it is hateful.
	Well, they take away your right to say that instead of having a marketplace of ideas.
	Where people can put their different ideas out there.
	And then, if they say that a particular firearm is dangerous, or they don't want the public to own firearms at all, then basically they'll take away your liberty to protect your life.
	And again, as we look at not only Democrat Senator Chris Murphy out of Connecticut, but also the Houston Police Chief, as I was mentioning before, Art Acevedo, coming out and saying, you know what, I don't really care what your views are.
	Just shut up.
	And I'm going to just delete anybody that has any view that is different from me.
	Again, embracing the censorship of the left, the authoritarian censors.
	These people who hate the First Amendment, hate the Second Amendment, and vice versa.
	You always see these people out there who hate the Second Amendment.
	They don't like the First Amendment either.
	I just read you that quote five years ago.
	From Senator Chris Murphy.
	And here's Art Acevedo doing the same thing.
	Shut up!
	I don't like your free speech.
	Shut up!
	You're not going to have a gun.
	And he says, my God commands me, I'm going to do what my God commands me to do, and I assure you, He hasn't instructed me to believe that gun rights are bestowed by Him.
	Yeah.
	So maybe, you know, I know he came from Cuba, maybe he needs to read up on the history of the American society before he starts lecturing us about what our country is about.
	It's a very different idea here, Art, and we don't really care what you say any more than you care what we say, and a good example as to why these people should be elected.
	Here's what Chuck Todd had to say as he is hoping for gun control.
	It seems as if every time you, the brick wall you hit on this subject always goes to the issue of access to guns, right?
	Because you can't, no matter how you look at this statistically, you keep coming back to the issue of it's how people get their access to guns, and when you try to make the conversation about that, that's when the political walls come up, and I think you end up hitting that brick wall of being able to get anything done.
	That said, Willie, Governor Abbott's rhetoric was different this time than it's been in previous shootings, just like Governor Rick Scott's rhetoric was different after Parkland than it was.
	And here you have Governor Abbott having these roundtable discussions.
	This is second mass shooting he's had to deal with in just the last seven months, the Sutherland Springs church shooting.
	So, you know, there's two ways you could look at it.
	You could say, geez, nothing's been done, or this is how change happens.
	It's incremental.
	It's a gradual infringement process.
	This is a rhetorical change at a minimum that you should at least acknowledge that's taking place down in Texas.
	And there were some real changes in Florida after Parkland in terms of raising the age to buy.
	So we'll see if these Republican governors are going to go wobbly on this.
	Try to appease people with phony, feel-good, quote-unquote, solutions that don't do anything.
	We've got Bernie Sanders is also launching his membership drive for the NRA.
	You know, as Obama and Bernie and the Democrats criticize the NRA, we have seen their membership explode.
	And so he went on to meet the press, Bernie Sanders did, and he said, Trump and the Republicans don't have the guts to stand up to the NRA.
	He says it's a three-letter word.
	It's the NRA and it's Trump and the Republicans who don't have the guts to stand up to these people.
	That's pretty pathetic.
	So if they're the ones who are going to hold the line on our God-given rights recognized in the Constitution that they're not supposed to infringe upon, maybe that's going to increase the NRA's membership as well.
	And finally, we have USA Today praising the school shooters' use of less lethal weapons to kill 10.
	This comes out of themaven.net.
	They pointed out USA Today.
	Published an article that claimed the Santa Fe High School shooter's deadly rampage could have been much worse.
	They credited his use of less than lethal weapons.
	You know, like shotguns.
	I know that's the favorite.
	Firearm of Joe Biden.
	He keeps telling women you don't need an AR-15.
	You need a shotgun Remember we played that video over and over again the kick of the shotguns to some women who weren't expecting it Knocked them down and then you see women who can much more easily fire an AR-15 because it doesn't have as much of a kick and of course It is not a less lethal weapon, especially in an enclosed room.
	When you shoot a shotgun in an enclosed room, I mean, it's shooting out a spray of...
	Shot everywhere.
	A less lethal weapon would be things like tasers, rubber bullets.
	They can kill people.
	They do all the time.
	They're not non-lethal.
	They are less lethal.
	But they said, they compared it to the AR-15.
	They said the AR-15 can be fired more than twice as fast as most handguns.
	This is what they keep telling us all the time.
	They keep saying, AR-15s, their bullets are faster.
	It's like, no, they aren't.
	And the AR-15 is shooting one bullet at a time compared to a shotgun, which is putting out a whole bunch of shot all at once and packing a wallop.
	They said in Friday's attack, it's likely the weapons may have kept the death toll from rising.
	Very excited about that.
	Maybe they should explain that to Senator Murphy, who still thinks that an assault weapon, whatever that means, maybe a shotgun is now an assault weapon.
	According to USA Today, less lethal weapons were also used in the deadly attack of Virginia Tech in 2007 when student there murdered 32 people with two handguns.
	Yeah, yeah.
	Because this student had handguns rather than, had a handgun and a shotgun.
	But they say, oh, that's fine.
	At least it's not one of those assault weapons that we want to ban.
	And so, where's this all headed?
	Can we learn any lessons about prohibition?
	We just had the Supreme Court last week weigh in on sports betting.
	And everybody said, whoa, gee, I think this is not good because now this is going to be like crack cocaine to kids in college and so forth in terms of gambling.
	It's like newsflash, folks.
	People have been gambling on sporting events for quite some time, as evidence to the fact that Daily Mail has said the end of the mob as we know it.
	When they look at the Supreme Court's decision, Legalizing sports gambling, if the various states want to do it.
	They said the legalization of sports betting will devastate the Mafia's $380 billion per year core business, say experts.
	And they talked to a former mob defense lawyer, John Marangolo.
	He's now a professor as well.
	He said, legalizing sports betting has potential to completely destroy the Mafia's bottom line.
	He spoke to the New York Post.
	He said, for what's left of what they do, this would significantly hurt their bottom line, if not completely destroy them.
	If there's no gambling, there is no core business for the Mafia.
	What have we seen when we had states legalize marijuana?
	We saw the drug cartels say, we've got to find some other things.
	We're going to turn to more human trafficking, or we've got to start growing poppy seeds so we can go to a different drug, or whatever.
	We have created prohibition.
	We have created monopolies in these black markets.
	We haven't stopped people from gambling.
	We haven't stopped them from using pot.
	We haven't stopped them from using anything else.

	It's not clear whether or not he accepted their resignation, and I don't think that he has accepted responsibility himself.
	He is ultimately responsible for this.
	He's been in office for quite some time.
	As a matter of fact, when we have the individual that he keeps giving interviews to, that has made statements, and the guy is older, he's a leftist, he's a communist, quite frankly, and he's now in semi-retirement with the newspaper that he started in Italy.
	But he has always been an atheist, and he's always had absolutely no use for the Catholic Church, but somehow he and this Pope This Jesuit Pope, who I believe is very close friends with the liberation theologist, the hardcore communist and socialist priests of Central and South America, somehow this journalist in Italy is very close friends with this Pope.
	And they have had interview after interview where this guy has come out and said, you know, the Pope said this in our meeting and, you know, just like the situation on Good Friday where he reported, yeah, I met with the Pope and he said he doesn't believe there's such a thing as hell.
	It's like, boom!
	Everything blew up.
	Except that wasn't the first time.
	The first time they met, the first time they had a big issue.
	And again, even though they keep having these issues, the Pope never comes out and has a strong condemnation or reputation of this, you just have the Vatican come out and say, well, that's not an accurate transcription.
	They don't come out and say, well, this is really what we believe.
	This is what the Pope believes, and that's not true, and so forth.
	They just say, oh, that's not exactly what was said, and leave it at that.
	The first time this all happened was right after this Pope became Pope, and he met with this guy, And the Pope said, I don't think the pedophile problem is more than about 2% of the priests.
	So we're going to take care of it.
	Well, that was several years ago.
	And if you look at 2% of the priests, that's about 8,000 pedophiles in the overall priesthood.
	But you haven't seen really anything done, have you?
	You've seen these bishops in Chile offer their resignation, 34 of them.
	They attended a crisis meeting this week.
	Pope Francis reports to Daily Mail about the cover-up of sexual abuse in their country.
	They have offered to resign.
	They apologized to Chile, they apologized to the victims of abuse, and to the Pope.
	for the scandal as they released an extraordinary joint statement and it is not clear whether he accepted their resignation or whether he accepted responsibility for any of this.
	And remember it was back in January that the Pope went to Chile as a trip to try to reconcile people.
	They said to heal the wounds of what had happened there because it had been a massive scandal that went to the highest levels of the church in Chile and as he was leaving He, after he did all these meetings with everybody, he made comments on the plane saying there's a lot of slander against these bishops and it is, you know, he basically attacked the accusers and undid everything that he had done down there.
	And then, when the plane got back to Rome, he said, well, I made grave errors in the Chile sex abuse cases, as reported by the New York Times.
	And he apologized for the grave errors that he made.
	And this is going back now to April.
	So this thing just continues to go.
	Why?
	Because they won't get to the core issue here.
	They can't acknowledge, even in the Catholic Church, they can't acknowledge what evil is.
	And this is the situation.
	This surfaced today from the Sun.
	Pope Francis tells a gay man, God made you like this and loves you like this.
	Now, he said this to a guy who was a victim of Chile's most notorious pedophile priest, Fernando Karadima.
	And he was found guilty of sexual abuse by the Vatican in 2011.
	Any punishment?
	Well, we're waiting to see.
	But as he's meeting, as the Pope meets with this guy, He tells them that it signals a much more open and inclusive approach by the often restrictive faith of the Catholic Church.
	And this was done in the context, folks, of Cruz claiming that as he brought these accusations of being attacked as a child, by these Catholic priests or bishops or whoever these, whatever their rank was.
	As he brought this to the bishops, they attacked him for being a homosexual.
	So they used his homosexuality to cover up their crimes.
	And now they are pandering and virtue signaling about homosexuality to cover up the crimes and the fact that they would not punish these crimes.
	That's what the Pope is doing.
	But he's being celebrated in the press by saying, look at how forward and how their thinking has evolved.
	The Catholic Church no longer holds to traditional teaching about traditional roles in terms of sex and so forth.
	They don't hold to that.
	They don't care what the Bible teaches.
	Really don't care.
	Look at how progressive they are.
	What they're doing is, again, signaling a much more open and inclusive approach.
	Yeah, it is virtue signaling.
	The victims have described this as an epidemic that has destroyed thousands of lives, and they continue to hide that by virtue signaling to homosexuality.
	And I would just say that as we look at this, everybody, you know, we all are sinners, and we all have different sins.
	I just talked about gambling.
	We can talk about drugs, we can talk about alcohol, we can talk about certain types of sexual inclinations.
	And everybody struggles with different issues.
	It doesn't mean that God doesn't call us to stop a particular behavior.
	And what I see the Pope and the Catholic Church as their virtue signaling about God made you like this and loves you like this.
	As I see them doing this, what this reminds me of is like a drug pusher.
	Not only selling drugs, but about to plunge the needle into your arm, telling you, God wants you to be happy.
	He wants you to have this.
	He wouldn't have made this.
	He wouldn't have put this drug out here if He didn't want you to be happy.
	See, there are certain things that we all struggle with, but there are certain things that destroy our life.
	What God tells us is that He wants us to not do certain things because He's got a better plan for our life.
	And that better plan is what the Pope is not willing to talk about.
	They're going to try to avoid that as they talk to people.
	So let's talk about drugs.
	We're talking about how we can get people into drugs.
	You know, doesn't God just want you to be happy and take as many drugs as possible?
	You know, drink up.
	It's all fine.
	Right?
	We don't have to worry about that.
	No negative consequences.
	I mean, you know, we've got alcohol here, so let's just imbibe to the nth degree.
	No, it isn't about that.
	And every time I talk about drug prohibition, I'm talking about the ineffectiveness of it.
	I understand that addictive things ruin people's lives.
	I understand that alcohol does that.
	I understand that all these other types of drugs have the potential to do that.
	And so I'm not advocating drug use.
	What I'm saying is that prohibition doesn't work.
	It hasn't worked for gambling.
	It hasn't worked for drugs.
	It's not going to work for firearms.
	And I hope that the liberals understand that.
	I hope that the conservatives can learn from 47 years of failure.
	And people are starting to learn.
	Polls suggest that there's several state ballot measures.
	There's four of them coming up this year.
	Looks like they're all ahead at this point.
	Recreational marijuana legalization looks like it's going to get approval in Michigan.
	It would be the 10th state that has legalized recreational use of marijuana.
	We have medical marijuana legalization up on the ballot in Oklahoma, Utah, and Missouri.
	Now very conservative states are looking at this and understanding that you should be allowed to determine what you are going to use as medication in your life.
	That it is not the business of the government.
	Certainly not the government in Washington.
	They don't have the power.
	The 10th Amendment and the 18th Amendment, which they passed because of the 10th Amendment.
	They had to pass the 18th Amendment to prohibit alcohol.
	So 1018 tells you that the federal government doesn't have the power there.
	But as they point out on Zero Hedge, the important thing about this is for the states to understand that the federal government doesn't have all power.
	The important thing that I think we're going to see as we see this power struggle between Jeff Sessions and the various states is that people are going to understand that there is a real Tenth Amendment.
	And that there are certain powers that haven't been delegated to the federal government.
	This is not a pyramid structure with an all-seeing eye at the top.
	We have our powers that we have reserved to the people and to the states.

	I want to talk a little bit about not just what's going to happen at the ballot boxes, but what is happening in people's homes across this country as a consequence of the war on drugs.
	This kind of prohibition that we see that is happening with war on drugs and it is absolutely out of control.
	Just the no-knock raids and so forth.
	What do you think it's going to look like when they ban guns?
	And of course this has already been done in a small community in Boulder, Colorado.
	They've given the people there A couple of weeks to sign up to get on the search list or to turn in their guns.
	And if they don't, the police force there presumably will feel entitled to kick the door down and confiscate whatever they can or take whatever measures they need to.
	Just as if they were coming for a small amount of marijuana.
	We see people losing their life all the time over that.
	Another one right here.
	We got a couple of people in Maryland.
	I've had this on my desk for a week.
	A couple raided by the cops because they posted on Facebook a picture of some real mushrooms that they had gotten.
	And they thought, well, the cops saw that and said, mushrooms?
	Those can be psychoactive.
	So we're going to kick the door down.
	They must have some mushrooms that have been prohibited.
	Now, these are mushrooms for eating.
	And they, in their ignorance, They go to this house.
	We'll talk about that.
	We'll talk about other no-knock raids that are happening here.
	That's what's going to happen to firearms.
	Maybe it'll happen with sports gambling.
	Maybe they'll kick your door down and shoot the family up because they think that you've been gambling on sports.
	This is the essence of prohibition, and this is what happens when we try to solve every problem by adding law enforcement.
	It's not always a solution to everything.

	So as I was just talking about, it's picked up by a couple of different news outlets this last week.
	DC Clothesline picked it up, Daily Mail.
	Daily Mail put it, Big Brother is always watching.
	You got a couple that was out foraging for mushrooms.
	They found something.
	They found some mountain morals.
	And they posted, they were so excited that they found them and said, we're about to saute them with brown sugar and cinnamon and see how that turns out.
	A few hours later, the police show up.
	And as he said, he thought he was on the biggest bust of his career, thinking that we're having a magic mushroom party before I explained to him that morsels, uh, I'm sorry, morals.
	Yeah, they are morsels, uh, morsel morals are morsels and they are a native choice edible mushroom, similar to truffles.
	He said he thought that the cop believed that he had really stumbled on something.
	Right?
	He still didn't believe him.
	So he said, we went over to the trash can, pulled it out, and let them sample it.
	And he said they were very reluctant to let this thing go because they thought they had a big drug bust.
	Okay?
	So that's kind of a, that's one example.
	We got another example where, and this happened in Austin.
	We had cops that were on a drug raid.
	And they broke into a house.
	It's in a high-crime area.
	The teen has now been sent to prison for defending his home from intruders.
	It was a no-knock raid here in Austin, Texas.
	The SWAT team initiated it.
	They were looking for pot, not for mushrooms.
	They were met with gunfire.
	And now, even though he thought he was defending himself from a home invasion, because they'd had previous home invasions, that's why he had gotten a gun, Uh, he, as soon as he realized it was the police, he put the firearm down.
	They shot at him.
	They missed him.
	Uh, he hit, uh, one of the, uh, officers in the knee.
	And, uh, hours after the shooting, the police confirmed another SWAT team member returned fire, but did not hit him.
	He surrendered to the police immediately.
	During the trial, his psychiatrist testified at the time of shooting he was suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder after an incident four months earlier in which he and his friends were robbed by a masked gunman.
	They said the gunman shot him before he arrested the gun away from the man and chased him out the door of his friend's apartment.
	You know, we had that situation in the Waffle House.
	We had an individual there, a hero, And as this guy came in and was shooting people in the Waffle House, when his gun jammed or when he was reloading, at some point there was a pause, the guy ran out and wrested the gun away from him.
	This is what this guy did.
	He was shot, he took the gun out of the hands of the guy, ran him off, he got a gun to protect himself, and then the SWAT team came in, no-knock raid, thinking that he had pot.
	He didn't have anything.
	Didn't have anything!
	We've had a lot of innocent people killed in these no-knock drug raids looking for something like pot.
	But he's going to go to prison anyway.
	Because he was acting in what he thought was self-defense.
	As soon as he realized it wasn't an attack by outlaws, but it was an attack by the police, he stopped.
	But they're still going to send him to prison.
	And when we look at this, we've got USA Today pointing out more than 25 people have been hospitalized in New York City due to synthetic marijuana.
	Where did we get that?
	That is a product of prohibition.
	You see, a lot of people look at this and say, see?
	Marijuana.
	It ought to be prohibited.
	We wouldn't have synthetic marijuana If we didn't have drug prohibition.
	During alcohol prohibition.
	Again, we can't learn any lessons from that, can we?
	First lesson to learn is that the federal government doesn't have the authority to prohibit anything unless they get a new constitutional amendment.
	That's why we had the 18th Amendment.
	But, during alcohol prohibition, we saw people turning from beer and wine to far more intense alcohol.
	Hard liquor became the preferred thing.
	And then we had a lot of people who were making wood alcohol.
	A lot of people going blind because they had no scruples.
	Once you give the mafia A monopoly in the black market, they'll do anything.
	And that's what we're seeing here with synthetic marijuana.
	We wouldn't have synthetic marijuana.
	We wouldn't have meth if we didn't have the war on drugs.
	And in Harnett County, North Carolina, we had $90 million worth of liquid meth found in a semi-truck fuel tank in Harnett County.
	All of this, folks, all of this is a product of the war on drugs.
	It's the corruption and the concentration.
	Yeah, there's a concentration of power, but there's a concentration of what it is that you're trying to outlaw.
	And there's also the corruption of the government itself.
	So we look at things like liquid meth, like synthetic marijuana, or things like opioids, the opioid addiction.
	Most of the people who are getting addicted to opioids don't start out looking for a kick.
	They're getting addicted to this because of the pursuit of profits by the big pharmaceutical companies.
	They're the ones who are pushing this drug prohibition so heavily.
	It is a UN agenda, that's where it all began.
	They created the schedules, they did it 10 years before Richard Nixon declared the war on drugs, but it's the big pharmaceutical companies that want to keep this thing going.
	There are some cracks in that.
	We've got Pennsylvania now looking to treat opioid addiction with medical marijuana.
	Guess what?
	Isn't it amazing that the thing that is out there and protected and they're still not talking about completely prohibiting it, opioid addiction, you can treat that effectively with medical marijuana.
	You can actually keep people from getting addicted to opioids by having them use marijuana or even using over-the-counter drugs.
	It's been reported many times that over-the-counter drugs are just as effective at controlling pain as opioids are.
	But the opioids are pushed by the pharmaceutical companies because they make so much money out of it.
	And as we look at President Trump and his plans to liberate us from opioids, we have to look at the perverse incentive of the government.
	Just like we saw with the bad mortgage situation.
	We had the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac mortgages that were being run by the government.
	They were making bad loans intentionally to people because the people in those organizations, those federal organizations, were getting a kickback.
	They were getting a percentage of profits for the bad loans that they were putting out there.
	The same thing is happening with the DEA.
	As I reported last week, the Daily Caller did the research.
	They said that licenses to prescribe opioids and other addictive painkillers ballooned from 500,000 in 2006 to more than 1.7 million as of March 2018.
	Why is this?
	It's because the people in the DEA are getting a kickback for all of these licenses.
	So they're giving people who have been convicted of being drug addicts.
	People have been convicted of running drugs.
	They're giving them licenses to prescribe drugs because the DEA is in on it as well.

	You know, we've got to take a look at a little bit of economic news here at the top of the hour.
	We're going to get into the Venezuela election as well as immigration and MS-13.
	And we're also going to take a look at the Democrats commencing their attacks.
	They commence their attacks as they're going around speaking at commencement exercises across the country.
	You won't believe what John Kerry and Hillary Clinton and others have been saying at these speeches.
	Maybe you will believe it, but it is still amazing.
	Anyway.
	In the economic news, as Zero Hedge is pointing out, all it took was eight simple words with little factual backing and no way of enforcement to send global markets and U.S.
	equities futures soaring last night.
	And those words were, those eight little words were, we are putting the trade war on hold.
	And that came from Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin.
	He said that yesterday.
	So markets reacted very favorably to that.
	Very excited to see that coming.
	He said, we've agreed to put the tariffs on hold while we try to execute the framework.
	Whatever that means.
	Then you had the Chinese Vice Premier, Liu He, said the two sides reached a consensus, will not fight a trade war and will stop increasing tariffs on each other.
	That's according to the French press agency.
	And the statement that said both sides agreed on meaningful increases in U.S.
	agriculture and energy exports.
	And again, hopefully that's going to work.
	Hopefully the push on this is going to work.
	If we go back and look at ZTE, however, ZTE was not part of the tariffs that President Trump started talking about.
	Remember, President Trump said, we're going to put 25% tariffs on steel, 10% on aluminum, to try to equalize things with China.
	On many of these things, they have tariffs that are 10 times what we charge their equivalent products coming into our country.
	Things like cars, for example, we charge 2.5%.
	If it's Chinese cars coming into America, they charge 25% if it's American cars going into China.
	And that's only one part of the China price.
	The other parts of this are the fact that they frequently violate copyright laws.
	They pay absolutely no attention to copyrights and trade laws.
	As a matter of fact, they encourage piracy.
	And at the same time they encourage piracy, they also demand that local Chinese companies have a stake in any factory that is set up to manufacture any product.
	So there's a lot of different issues.
	Currency manipulation is a part of this as well.
	But when we look at what is called a trade war by Wall Street, it is not a trade war.
	As we pointed out before, if you want to call it a trade war, then the trade war started decades ago, when China put their heavy tariffs on and nobody did anything about it.
	The fact that Goldman Sachs and Wall Street will complain about any kind of equalization tariffs as being a trade war tells you a great deal about how they're trying to pull the wool over people's eyes.
	At the same time, you look at how the same people who scream bloody murder about trying to equalize trade in any way, shape, or form between the United States and China, they will push sanctions, which really are a literal prelude to war.
	Sanctions don't increase the tariffs by 10% or by 25%.
	Sanctions say you don't trade with this country or we are going to penalize you with criminal penalties.
	So it completely shuts off all trade.
	Now we did that with Russia on aluminum.
	They then walked that back.
	We did it with ZTE.
	You heard so much about ZTE and President Trump walked that back last week.
	Those were sanctions that were put on that Chinese company Because of Iran and North Korea.
	Those were sanctions around those two countries.
	And we're trying to pull that back.
	Put a one and a half billion dollar fine on ZTE.
	And they said, that's it.
	We're not going to fight this.
	We're just going to go out of business.
	And then President Trump pulled back.
	So the question is, as they pull back from those, what is going to happen in Europe?
	What is going to happen with the price of oil?
	You know, we have seen the average price of U.S.
	gas jumping $0.10 to $3 a gallon.
	The price has spiked by $0.41 over the past three months.
	You know, we look at the tax cut, and again, it is a tax cut that is based on that tax cut coming down from above, trickle down.

	You know, we have spent a lot of time talking about what I think is really the ultimate problem.
	The fact that we no longer can identify evil or even care to identify evil.
	And here is exhibit A. Right now we've got Gina Haspel being sworn in.
	There she is.
	The face of evil.
	And the face of a country that no longer can identify evil.
	We don't have the ability to say what is right or wrong.
	We don't have any moral compass anymore.
	The people that committed these crimes, and again, you know, when we look at Gina Haspel, as I said all last week, you know, you have a situation, why is she denying that she's going to have any, that she's going to do torture?
	I mean, if it wasn't wrong, if it wasn't immoral, if it was effective, why wouldn't she continue to do it?
	I thought we wanted somebody that's going to be tough on terror.
	And then we have people out there saying, I don't care if it's moral, I don't care if it's legal, it works!
	Well, they would be wrong.
	Anybody who's really done this knows that it doesn't work.
	We had 109 admirals and generals who wrote a letter saying it does not work.
	You have to understand that it was Gina Haspel's intelligence about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq that helped to get us into that war.
	And that intelligence, that fake intelligence, came from her torture program.
	And if there was nothing wrong about it, and if it's okay for the government to obstruct justice as we see the CIA and the Department of Justice and the FBI all involved in this.
	We got all this spying that is taking place against the Trump administration.
	We now have the identity of a guy who was a spy set up to spy on the Trump campaign.
	You want more of that?
	You're going to get more of that with people like Gina Haspel at the top.
	Because they don't have any law that they are going to be under.
	They are a law unto themselves.
	Why is President Trump not concerned about her connections in the London station where all these people were?
	Her connections to John Brennan.
	Does she know about any of that stuff?
	If she doesn't know about it, then is she tough?
	Is she competent?
	Does she know what's going on?
	Is she totally out of the loop?
	Is she totally incompetent if the US, the CIA, is arming and creating ISIS?
	Is that tough on terrorism?
	To create ISIS to arm them?
	Now they want to tell us, oh, well, it was a mistake.
	They can't even deny that they did it anymore.
	Instead, what they're saying, well, you know, we made a mistake, you know, we gave it to the wrong people.
	So you're telling me, all you people say that it was effective, that she protected the country, you're telling me that she tortured people, she got sexed up false information to get us into a war in Iraq to tell us that they're weapons of mass destruction when they weren't.
	They wanted there to be weapons of mass destruction and they tortured the people and people said, yes, yes, okay, there's torture, there's weapons of mass destruction, leave me alone!
	What do you want me to tell you?
	I'll leave you, just leave me alone.
	And so then they run to that, to the White House, and they get their little war.
	But these are people who, if you believe them now, if you think that they weren't criminals, then how utterly incompetent they are that they can't even tell which people are Al-Qaeda and ISIS.
	Oh, we armed the wrong people!
	Who knew?
	Who knew?
	And as I said last week, maybe that's why they're dropping bombs on wedding parties in Yemen, because they have no clue who the people are.
	They don't know who the players are even.
	So it's a question, you know, how incompetent is the CIA and how criminal is the CIA?
	What kind of, you know, how much of it is incompetence and how much of it is criminality?
	But we don't care anymore.
	We don't care about evil.
	We'll put somebody like Gina Haspel who obstructed justice, who destroyed the videotapes because she knew the videotapes would destroy her and a lot of people around her.
	You think those pictures of what happened in Abu Ghraib were bad?
	Can you imagine if the videos of what they did at her dark sites were put out?
	Oh yeah.
	We might have even sent somebody to prison in Washington.
	Not much of a chance, but there was a chance that somebody, if we saw those videos, they might have gone to prison.
	I know, it's hard to believe that any criminal in Washington that has a high position would ever pay a price for violating laws.
	But yeah, that's our wonderful government there.
	But let's get back to what's happening with the price of gas, because that's our policy right now.
	We got the tax cut.
	And that's good.
	Most of it is going to corporations right now.
	We're hoping that those corporations are going to create jobs.
	I think they will.
	We've already had a lot of jobs that have.
	It's not speculation.
	I mean, people started creating jobs and raising salaries in anticipation of tax cuts, of regulation cuts.
	But let's understand that on the bottom end, we're not seeing that big a tax cut.
	We are seeing a tax cut, but it's not that big that it can't be eaten up by the price of gas jumping up.
	And so, as we pull out this weapon of using sanctions against Iran and increasing the price of oil, which is what Saudi Arabia wants, we're giving them exactly what they want.
	As we pull out that weapon, it raises a lot of questions.
	And one of these, as I pointed out at the top of the hour, ZTE, that President Trump said, I'm going to intervene for them personally because they got hit with a $1.5 billion fine because they violated Iranian and North Korean sanctions that we put on.
	And that's going to put them out of business.
	So we can't have that happen.
	That was part of the back-and-forth negotiation between the U.S.
	and China that's going on right now.
	But it also gives us a window into what's going to be happening with these Iranian sanctions with Europe, for example.
	And the Europeans are not waiting for President Trump to give them exceptions down the road.
	They had the European Commission on Friday enacted what they call a blocking statute.
	It would forbid EU-based companies from complying with US sanctions against Iran.
	So now these companies are going to be in a situation where And these are international companies like Siemens and France's Total SA.
	They said, we're not going to do business, we're going to honor the sanctions that the U.S.
	has put in there because we don't want to get billions of dollars levied on us by the U.S.
	because we also do business in the U.S.
	So these companies do business in the U.S.
	They also do business in Europe.
	The EU Commission is now forbidding them from paying attention to the U.S.
	sanctions.
	What we're seeing here is an escalating war developing between the U.S.
	and the European Union.
	As Antiwar points out, the Commission aims to set the statute back into effect, but it won't formally be done until at least 60 days from now.
	And the U.S.
	withdrawal from the Iranian nuclear deal has a 90-day wind-down period.
	So nothing is really going to happen for a couple of months.
	But these are the tactical positions that the EU and the U.S.
	have taken as to what is going to happen with these sanctions moving forward.
	So we will see what happens with that.
	Let's also take a look now at the Venezuelan election.
	Because this is more than just a crooked election.
	As we saw last Friday, in anticipation of the election, you had a lot of people in Venezuela saying, you know what, Maduro would beat Jesus if they were both on the ballot here.
	And they were talking about the fact that the election was rigged.
	A 2009 study by the Brookings Institution of more than 100 electoral boycotts, however, from Afghanistan to Iraq to Peru found that their goal of rendering elections illegitimate in the eyes of the world was rarely achieved.
	Instead, they left the boycotting parties in an even weaker state.
	So these people look at it and they say, the election is so rigged, let's not participate in it.
	Not even Jesus could beat Maduro.
	And so they were calling for a boycott.
	And the boycotts typically don't work.
	The Venezuelan expert says that the election was going to be an extremely rare opportunity for voters to remove an autocrat.
	No, that isn't going to happen.
	And I'll tell you the reason that it isn't going to happen.
	And that it didn't happen.
	Because it didn't.
	Even though, as they point out, you had 68% of the votes cast were won by Maduro, only 21% by his nearest rival.
	Massively unpopular there.
	Why?
	Because, as we've been pointing out for the last couple of years, they've got hyperinflation, people are starving, they're hunting down the police in the streets to get their weapons, they're hunting down cats and dogs in the streets so they can eat.
	You got massive numbers of people flooding across the borders into Brazil.
	So much so that in one region the governor there said we've got to get control of our border because we've had The number of people come across the border from Venezuela is equivalent to 10% of our population prior to this.
	It's overwhelming everything.
	We can't handle this.
	We can't handle it medically.
	We can't handle it with the welfare system because these people are coming in, they can't take care of themselves.
	But even though he's got a 75% disapproval rating, he won 68 to 21.
	And I'll tell you how that happened when we came back.

	So how do you go from a 72% disapproval rate to winning 68 to 20 some odd percent in the election?
	That's what happened in Venezuela over the weekend.
	Well, it's all about the voting machines.
	And it's kind of interesting to see the articles that come out because we've now had The voting machine company, Smartmatic, that may sound familiar to you.
	You know, that's one of the big voting machine companies.
	As a matter of fact, they were really the first ones to dominate.
	You've got Daybold, which is another one that's out there.
	But Smartmatic started in Venezuela.
	It was started by people who were friends of Hugo Chavez.
	Nothing suspicious about that, is there?
	And as we're looking at this, you've got the, going back to August of 2017, The Guardian reported that Venezuela's president had accused Smartmatic of pulling out of the elections because they got pressure from the United States government.
	And yet, the person who is still running this, Antonio Murgica, still one of the founders of Smartmatic, a friend, as I said, of Hugo Chavez, these two guys who started it, were connected politically to Hugo Chavez.
	The Venezuelan election, now what he's complaining about, because everybody's saying, yeah, but look at how low the turnout was.
	The opposition party said, look, as I said before, even Jesus couldn't beat him on this ballot because the whole thing is rigged.
	So just boycott the elections.
	A lot of people said, that's not effective.
	It never works.
	And so now the issue is not over whether it's rigged or not.
	Now he's saying, well, there actually were more people that showed up to vote for me than is being reported.
	They said that they think that only 48% of the people showed up to vote, even though he won 68% of the vote with a 72% of people disapproving of him.
	He won 68% of the vote.
	And he's saying, no, there was another million people there, and it was manipulated by those evil Western countries like the United States.
	And so now he's accusing Smartmatic.
	And Smartmatic is in London now.
	They've gone international.
	They're trying to pretend that they're legit.
	I don't believe any of these electronic voting machine companies are legit, folks.
	And there's been a lot of people complaining about the elections that Smartmatic has had issues with over many years.
	It's not just in Venezuela, but they sold their machines throughout Central and South America.
	And in the Philippines, we've had questions of rigged elections in Brazil, in Mexico, and other places in Central America, and especially in the Philippines.
	And it is very easily done, even if it isn't being done by the company itself.
	They all have vulnerabilities that can be exploited.
	Look, we've had the CIA get hacked.
	We've had the NSA get hacked.
	We've had the Pentagon get hacked.
	You don't think they can hack these voting machines?
	Every time we have an election, we show you a local news story where they get a computer science professor and some of his students and they walk in with a thumb drive and they stick it in.
	And then they say, OK, now we're going to have this election.
	And you're going to go ahead and vote for whoever you want to vote for.
	But I'm going to send all of the votes to Hugo Chavez or to Karl Marx or whatever.
	You go ahead and vote for George Washington.
	But it's going to be Karl Marx that gets the votes.
	And sure enough, they have the reporter set there.
	And on that electronic voting machine, they do that.
	And it says, great, your vote's been recorded, so forth and so on.
	But it's not recording it that way.
	They can shut a specified percentage On each of these voting machines.
	They can put a virus in there.
	And then the virus will erase itself after it has reported the totals.
	I mean, you just cannot control it.
	It's not possible to control it.
	But they were set up to override an honest election.
	That was the purpose.
	That's how Smartmatic got started.
	It was to rig the elections for Hugo Chavez in Venezuela.
	So now they're saying, the Venezuelan election turnout figures were manipulated by a million votes, says an election company.
	Smartmatic, and this is coming out of London, reported by Reuters yesterday.
	Smartmatic, a company which has worked with Venezuela since 2004 on its voting system, said this Wednesday.
	They said they provided electronic voting technology for elections around the world.
	They were able to detect the overstated officially announced turnout because of Venezuela's automated election system.
	Think about that.
	So what they're saying is that even though they're not there, Even though they are in London, Smartmatic was able to detect, they said, fraudulent votes.
	They said they've overstated this.
	So they're able, what they're saying is, they're able to still get into the system.
	So if they're able to get into the system, are they able to not just remotely monitor it, are they able to remotely rig it?
	Why, of course!
	They can do it.
	Hackers can do it.
	The government can do it.
	Any number of people can rig an electronic voting machine.
	So what Venezuela tells us is that as long as you have voting machines, electronic voting machines, you're not going to have anything that even remotely resembles an honest election.
	That's the bottom line there.
	All right, let's take a look at some immigration news.
	We've had, in Pakistan, they're getting serious about building a wall on their border.
	Imagine that.
	Why would they build a wall on their border?
	Well, Pakistan is spending $483 million.
	They don't have the same kind of money that we do.
	But they're still going to build a wall.
	To build a chain-link fence along its porous 1,500 mile border with Afghanistan.
	So they're only going to spend $322,000 per mile.
	So it's not a Cadillac wall like we're going to build here in America.
	But they're going to build it.
	And guess who's going to build their wall?
	The military.
	The military.
	For the better security of our country and nation, we had to do this work, said a Pakistani army official.
	Okay, you understand?
	This is for the security and the safety and the defense of the country.
	If you don't have a border, you don't have a country.
	This is a defense issue.
	And all these people saying that we can't fund this out of the defense budget, then we don't have a defense budget.
	We simply have an eternal war budget.
	We have a Department of War, not a Department of Defense.
	We have a Department of Empire.
	We don't have a Department of Defense.
	It's the Pakistani army that is doing this.
	What are they doing for their wall?
	They said construction began last year on two fences that parallel each other as they snake through the remote mountainous landscape.
	The fences only stand 13 feet high on the Afghan side and only 11 feet high on the Pakistani side.
	They have sharp spirals of silver barbed wire, probably concertina wire that is at the top of each of these wires.
	So they've got fences with concertina wire on top of them, two parallel fences in between in the gap.
	They have also put coils of barbed wire in between those.
	Now people can still tunnel under it, right?
	But they're trying to do something to stop the free flow of people through there.
	The military says that it'll have 92% of the national border fenced before the end of 2019.
	They're going to beat us on that, right?
	We're not doing anything to protect our borders.
	I don't think a wall is going to do it 100%.
	I think as long as you've got a war on drugs, as long as you have a welfare state, those two things are going to act like a magnet to bring people across the border.
	But I think that we have spent all of our time bombing the infrastructure of other countries.
	We've spent all the time protecting the borders of other countries, and we don't do anything with our infrastructure.
	We don't do anything to protect our border.
	Instead, I'll tell you when we come back what the Democrats want to do in our country.

	I was just talking about the fact that Pakistan somehow found the money, poor Pakistan, found half a billion dollars to build a fence across its border.
	It's being done by the army because they understand that they have to defend the country.
	That's one way that you do it.
	And yet, here in America, we have Jackie Speier, Democrat from California, going on CNN with Wolf Blitzer, saying the Democrats will trade funding for President Trump's wall on the U.S.-Mexico border for passing a deferred action for childhood arrivals.
	That's DACA.
	So you pass DACA, we'll build this useless wall and we'll tear it down in a couple of years.
	Here's what she had to say.
	...that you guys in the House of Representatives are dealing with right now involving the Dreamers, the young people brought here to the United States by their parents, undocumented immigrants.
	Two more Republican members of the House, they've now signed on to a petition to try to bring several of these so-called DACA...
	to the House floor for formal votes against the expressed wishes of the House Speaker Paul Ryan.
	That would make about 20 Republicans right now total if five more sign on along with all of the Democrats in the House. Will you get those five more Republicans and force a vote on this sensitive issue? I think it really depends on the polling that they're seeing in their districts.
	I really do think it's self-preservation at this point for many of the Republicans and that's why you see them willing to join on.
	It's a fairness issue as well.
	These DACA kids, everyone agrees, the vast majority of Americans agrees that they have a right to stay in this country and enjoy a pathway to citizenship as long as they haven't been in any fines and were brought here before the age of 16.
	So it's something the president himself has said he was supportive of.
	So it is time for us to act.
	That's the biggest problem in Congress right now, the inability to act on very important issues.
	The president said he would support allowing those Dreamers to stay in the United States and eventually even have a pathway to citizenship, but only if...
	He's supporting it right now because they're not shutting it down.
	Billions of dollars to build a new wall along the U.S.-Mexico border and took other steps curtailing immigration into the United States.
	You're not ready to do that, right?
	No, but I have said publicly before that if what we're doing is building a useless wall for a couple of years that we can then tear down, I'm willing to pay that price to make sure these DACA kids can stay in the country.
	I'm not willing to put new immigration restrictions that will split up families and the like.
	But if it's just the law, I can certainly entertain that.
	Yeah, I've heard that from several of you.
	Let's just hold it right there.
	Yeah, she's not willing to put any new laws.
	Well, don't worry because we're not enforcing the laws right now.
	That's what DACA is about.
	We had a memo from the previous Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano, Obama's Homeland Security, put security in air quotes there, Secretary.
	And she said, we're not going to enforce the laws, so don't worry, they're not going to enforce the laws.
	So you've got your useless immigration laws, as well as your useless border, and you can get a useless wall to go along with it, is what she's saying, that they can then tear down, just like they tore down our laws.
	And President Trump has gotten rid of the Paris Climate Treaty, which Obama self-ratified.
	He couldn't get the Congress to ratify it, so he and John Kerry signed it and said, there it is, it's law.
	No, it isn't.
	President Trump got rid of that.
	He did the same thing with an Iranian deal.
	Almost one vote short of the two-thirds needed to override Obama's veto.
	It was so opposed by the American people, by the Congress, that after Obama self-ratified this deal with Iran, That Congress passed a law, Obama vetoed that law, and they missed by one vote overriding Obama's veto on the Iranian deal.
	But they made it clear to Iran, this is not going to stand once we get another president here.
	But DACA is standing.
	And it is standing because we don't have, we're pretending that judges can tell President Trump that he can't shut down these orders by Obama.
	And pretending that there was some law that has to be, that changed, that has to be adjudicated through the courts.
	There was no law.
	There was never a DREAM Act that got passed.
	There was never a DACA law.
	As a matter of fact, they're trying to pass a DACA bill now.
	That's what they're talking about.
	Now, that report that I just played for you, that was last week.
	And she was saying, let's just forget all this.
	Paul Ryan is trying to hold these people back, and they want to get a farm bill through.
	Well, the House rejected an $867 billion farm bill Friday after spending days negotiating with key conservatives in an attempt to pass the bill without the support of Democrats.
	This is NPR reporting this.
	So they're going to make the conservatives look bad in this.
	That's the way NPR is going to spend this.
	Freedom Caucus member Jim Jordan From Ohio, told reporters after the vote that voters elected Republicans to rein in illegal immigration and lawmakers have failed to act.
	Exactly right.
	He said, some members have concerns about the Farm Bill, but that wasn't my main focus.
	My main focus was making sure we do immigration policy right.
	And House Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows, North Carolina, had told reporters last Thursday that conservatives would withhold their votes on the Farm Bill until they receive a vote on the President Trump-endorsed Good Lot immigration bill.
	They said, we've had this, we've been promised this for months, that we're going to have a vote on this bill, and Paul Ryan and the leadership keep pushing this back.
	And so at that point, the conservatives, the few of them that there are in the Republican Party, there's only like about 30 people, folks that even want to do anything about immigration in Congress.
	Paul Ryan is and always has been open borders.
	And so they said, we were promised many, many months ago that we'd vote on this bill.
	We think it's important that we have a vote on it.
	And at this point, we're not able to convince any of our members to go from a no to a yes on the farm bill.
	So we will have further discussion with leadership.
	But at this point, there is no deal.
	And so it subsequently failed.
	And I'm glad it did fail.
	I'm glad it did get their attention.
	Let's hope that it did.
	Let's hope that they do have a vote on this.
	The Republican establishment does not want to go on record as supporting illegal immigration.
	But that's what they truly do want to do.
	And that's why the conservatives are playing this hardball with them over the farm bill.
	And then what are the Democrats doing?
	New Jersey governor signing a bill allowing free tuition for illegal immigrants.
	See, you don't get that if you're an American citizen.
	You don't get free tuition.
	If you are not in New York and you want to go to, or in New Jersey, this is in New Jersey, the New York governor has also proposed the same thing.
	I don't think that they actually signed the bill there.
	I don't remember or not.
	I remember the story out of New York.
	Where they were talking about it.
	I don't know if they made it a law, but they did make it a law in New Jersey.
	So, if you wanted to go to college in New Jersey, a state college in New Jersey, and you're from Texas, don't ask me.
	This is a hypothetical, folks.
	I don't know anybody in Texas that would want to go to New Jersey.
	Let's just think that you wanted to go to New Jersey to go to college, to a liberal college.
	Let's assume that, okay, for the sake of argument.
	If you want to do that, you would have to pay out-of-state tuition.
	And even if you were a New Jersey citizen and your parents had lived there a long time and had paid taxes there a long time, you would have to pay tuition as an American citizen.
	But if you are an illegal immigrant, you don't have to pay tuition.
	This is why we have this problem.
	And when the Democrats continue to use this welfare system as a magnet to pull people across the border, It isn't going to go away, even if they build a giant wall.
	It's not going to solve the problem as long as we have this type of thing being done.
	As long as we're offering special services to people who are not American citizens.
	We're treating them better than we are our own people.
	Treating them better than we are our own kids.
	We're telling our own kids, you get in back of the line.
	You want to go to school, you come up with the money somewhere.
	We're going to pay for it for the illegal immigrants.
	Now, the other part of this, of course, is the university systems.
	They are a big push on making sure that we have the illegal immigrants coming into this country.
	They want this because, increasingly, the price of tuition, because it has been subsidized by the government, has become so unaffordable that it is obviously not a good deal for most people and most majors to even go to college.
	And if you don't understand that, maybe you should do a little bit of math, remedial math, before you enter college to take a look at how much it's going to cost you to get a degree in basket weaving and whether or not you can get a job doing that when you get out.
	Yeah, there's some things, like doctor, lawyer, engineer, whatever, you do need to get a college degree to get a job in that.
	But most of the things people get jobs for, they don't need to go to college.
	And they're going to come out with a debt that they cannot get rid of, they can't declare bankruptcy and get rid of it.
	But of course, the illegal immigrants, they can get it for free.
	That's what the Democrats are doing to us.

	Okay, I just want to finish up a little bit with what is happening with the Democrats.
	I told you, the New Jersey governor signed a bill to give free tuition to all illegal immigrants.
	The rest of you Americans, you pay up.
	You pay up.
	Taxpayers, you're going to subsidize it.
	You're going to subsidize it for everybody, including the Americans who are there.
	That's part of the problem I have with the university and education systems that we have.
	But you're going to pay a 100% free ride for illegal immigrants.
	Not even students from other states get this kind of treatment, and certainly not the people in New Jersey.
	That's what the new Democrat governor is doing for the people in New Jersey.
	And they will get the bill in the mail for this.
	It's coming up.
	We also have Dreamers, this organization called United We Dream in California.

	Everything is dream this, dream that.
	You know, whatever happened to the American dream?
	As I've said before, the American dream Basically, you know, one of the best manifestations of the American dream was to own your own home.
	And, of course, that is taking a back seat to paying for the education of all these kids because that's the taxes on your home are going to the education system for the most part.
	That's where they're heavily funded.
	So you can forget about that American dream of home ownership.
	You can downsize or get into an apartment where maybe you don't see the real estate taxes.
	You'll just see it in the rent.
	So you have a smaller apartment as well in order to pay for this.
	So forget about the American dream, but we got these dreamers and the dream camps and the summer camps and the social justice community organizing summer workshops.
	That's what this is all about, folks.
	This is about organizing a fifth column.
	This is the Democrats' fifth column.
	A socialist horde from outside of the country, totally dependent and looking to government for every handout, from free tuition and on.
	Working for the government, voting for the government, doing everything the government says for them to do.
	The U.S.
	Congress has sidelined legislation to give amnesty to as many as 3.6 illegal aliens after the courts put Trump's end to DACA on hold.
	Saying, well, we're not going to let you do that.
	How can they say that an order from the previous Homeland Security Secretary can't be overturned by this Homeland Security Secretary?
	How can they say that a previous order by the previous president Can't be overturned by this president.
	There was never a law.
	And I don't know why President Trump and his Attorney General Sessions, who is a big problem, Sessions is pretending that these courts have jurisdiction here.
	There is no dreamer law.
	Nothing was changed except for a signature.
	So if Trump can't get rid of the DACA Act by himself, Then basically the Iran deal is still going, and the Paris Climate Accord is still going, because we never got out of those either, because that was put in by Obama, and anything Obama does, you can't undo, according to these judges.
	So this United We Dream, the largest immigrant youth-led network in the country, it's not led by Youths.
	Any more than this March for Our Lives is.
	It's a AstroTurf thing.
	Anyway, they're going to be holding summer workshops in Texas, New Mexico, Florida, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
	The summer programs will serve as a tool to expose youth to the different ways of community organization and also activism.
	To own power and bring positive and systematic change to their community.
	That's right.
	They're using it to take over.
	Where's this all coming from?
	Ultimately it's coming from the United Nations.
	Same people that gave us the war on drugs gave us the open borders.
	Conservatives understand that.
	UN migration agency director.
	They've even got an agency director for migration at the UN.
	General William Lacey Swing issued a barely concealed attack on President Trump claiming that mass migration is in the national interest.
	Oh really?
	Pakistan doesn't think so.
	I don't think so, except for the globalists.
	And their concerns about migrants are based on false stereotypes and unfounded fear.
	Oh yeah, we're all xenophobic.
	People say, we don't want any migrants, build a wall, burn the bridge, to identify migrants as the other, that's the big fear.
	It's all toxic, they said.
	But, you know, we shouldn't worry about MS-13.
	We've got one individual this last week, a liberal writer, a guy who writes for Vice News, his name is Rousseau, appropriately enough.
	Said, tweeted out, I would rather my daughter dated a member of MS-13 than a member of the Republican Party.
	Yeah, we noticed.
	As I said at the beginning of the program, we spent all last week, it began last week by the press, the mainstream press, and the liberal establishment praising Hamas.
	We ended with them defending MS-13 while they attack Republicans, the NRA, and law-abiding gun owners.
	And this guy, who, by the way, doesn't have a daughter, if he did, he might be not quite so ignorant as to understand what's going on in Long Island, for example.
	Remember when we had the State of the Union Address and we had President Trump recognize a couple of parents from Long Island, teenagers who were slain by MS-13 brutally, a couple of teenage girls, 15 years old and 16 years old?
	You know, they said, we warned people about this for a very long time.
	As they brought these MS-13 members to trial, they're laughing about it, laughing about what they did to the daughters.
	They said they had been bullied at school.
	Things escalated.
	They were threatened with a knife before they executed them at school.
	They said it was caught on surveillance footage.
	They drew their finger across their neck.
	You know, kind of like George H.W.
	Bush did to President Trump.
	Drew their finger across their neck, which means you're marked for death.
	That's what the Mafia does.
	That's what the Bushes do.
	That's what MS-13 does.
	The gestures were allegedly caught on surveillance footage, but Rodriguez says school authorities have denied that any such gesture occurred as they made a report.
	They were warned.
	They called the school.
	They said MS-13 is taking over the school.
	Said one of the teens before she was killed.
	They didn't do anything about it.
	And of course, it isn't just those two teenagers.
	It's happening throughout Long Island.
	They've got six people were killed in just one spree of a five-week span.
	Now, that was under Obama's watch.
	Under President Trump, they've been trying to look at this, but they can't get rid of them.
	I mean, all they have done is come here illegally.
	Well, that's not a crime, right?
	And then they've got the tattoos that show that they're MS-13, and then they're threatening other people.
	And by the way, the kids that they're threatening, for the most part, came here from Honduras, from El Salvador, trying to escape gang violence.
	But since we've got open borders, the gangs just follow them in.
	So it's all being pushed by the Democrat Party.
	It's all being pushed by the U.N.
	Even though the U.S.
	imported more than 10 million immigrants in the last 10 years, we are the ones who are xenophobic, and we're evil.
	And then Hillary Clinton, this last week, over the weekend, she's getting a Harvard medal for her transformative impact on society.
	Yes, she deserves that.

	She spoke at the Yale commencement and she's getting a medal from Harvard.
	See, that's the establishment, folks.
	They dearly love her.
	And then she goes to the DNC on Friday.
	She gets her first official message to the DNC on Friday, and she said to them, you're not getting rid of me that easily.
	I guess it's because she still owns them.
	Remember, they were deeply, deeply in debt.
	And she took some of that money that she'd laundered through the Clinton Foundation and bought them.
	That's why Bernie couldn't do any better than if he was running on the ballot in Venezuela.
	In Venezuela, you've got the electronic voting machines, and in the Democrat Party, you've got Hillary Clinton and her ownership of the entire political machine.
	Not just some electronic voting machine.
	She owns that entire political machine.
	So it doesn't even matter.
	They don't even have to rig the ballots at the polling place because they've already rigged the superdelegates.
	And everything else.
	Yeah, you're not going to get rid of her, she said.
	And that's a good thing.
	We want Hillary to stay there as the face of the Democrat Party.
	I think nobody represents the Democrat Party better than Hillary Clinton.
	And if we go back and we look at all these other Democrats that are still around, we've got Al Gore commencing his attack on Republicans in general.
	He's at the University of Maryland.
	That's where he gave a commencement speech.
	And he was attacking President Trump and saying, your generation has a mission ahead of it.
	I hope that you will find the will to succeed.
	In America, the will to succeed is, in fact, a renewable resource.
	And what you have to do, he told them, is to get rid of President Trump.
	And then John Kerry.
