And of course, yesterday, the big news was the launching of a missile by North Korea.
It was a 50-minute launch.
It was not aimed at an angle to maximize range, so it went 600 miles.
People who were experts said that it had a range that it could easily reach the United States.
As a matter of fact, they believed that it could...
We have a report from John Bown on what that's exactly about.
Here's that report. Iran and North Korea are literally testing the waters.
After announcing that the U.S. and South Korea were preparing a five-day joint exercise called Vigilant Ace from December 4th through the 8th with thousands of military personnel and more than 230 aircraft, North Korea fired yet another ballistic missile eastward from the vicinity of Pyeongsang at dawn today, South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff said.
As you probably have heard, And some of you have reported a missile was launched a little while ago from North Korea.
I will only tell you that we will take care of it.
We have General Mattis in the room with us, and we've had a long discussion on it.
It is a situation that we will handle.
A little over two and a half hours ago, North Korea launched an intercontinental ballistic missile.
It went higher, frankly, than any previous shots they've taken.
It's a research and development effort on their part to continue building ballistic missiles that could threaten everywhere in the world, basically.
And in response, the South Koreans have fired some pinpoint missiles out into the water to make certain North Korea understands that they could be taken under fire by our ally.
But the bottom line is it's a continued effort to build a threat, serve a ballistic missile threat that endangers world peace, regional peace, and certainly the United States.
Thank you, General, and we will take care of that situation.
Thank you all very much. I appreciate it.
Japan also confirmed the launch and said the projectile fell into the waters of the Sea of Japan, the country's exclusive economic zone.
Pyongyang's last missile launch was more than two months prior on September 15th.
The 74-day pause was the longest seen in 2017, which has produced 20 missile tests in total.
North Korea may announce completion of its nuclear weapons program in 2018, and South Korea has announced an urgent precision-strike missile test in response to the North Korean launch, according to the Yonhap News Agency.
Meanwhile, North Korea's ally Iran announced that their navy will enter the Gulf of Mexico on a voyage to meet with Latin American ally Venezuela, a threat Iran has been making since 2014 after U.S. warships entered the Persian Gulf.
Recently, the deputy head of Iran's Revolutionary Guards warned That it may increase the range of missiles to over 2,000 kilometers, enough to strike Europe.
Brigadier General Hossein Salami said, If we have kept the range of our missiles to 2,000 kilometers, it's not due to lack of technology.
We are following a strategic doctrine.
So far, we have felt that Europe is not a threat, so we did not increase the range of our missiles.
But if Europe wants to turn into a threat, we will increase the range of our missiles.
This according to the farce news agency.
Of course, Europe can blame former President Barack Obama for scrapping the missile defense shield back in 2009.
That was under development with Poland and the Czech Republic.
Not to mention unfreezing $100 billion in sanctions against Iran.
And then sending a plane with $400 million to Iran as down payment on what has inevitably become an investment into World War III. We announced these payments in January.
Many months ago.
There wasn't a secret.
We announced them to all of you.
Iran had pressed a claim before an international tribunal About them recovering money of theirs that we had frozen.
That, as a consequence of its working its way through the International Tribunal, it was the assessment of our lawyers that we were now at a point where there was significance.
I'm so excited.
The new product at InfoWarsLife.com, in a glass bottle, two-month servings, filled to the brim, filled to the absolute top, the real red pill.
This is a heart and brain pill.
A nootropic doesn't have any stimulus in it, but boy does it stimulate because it's beyond that.
Quite frankly, I just went off what I saw medical doctors prescribing to their patients, but it wasn't prescription, but they were charging people $100, $200.
For the formulae, and I came up with our own formula working with some scientists and developers, non-GMO, made right here in America, 120 capsules.
And ladies and gentlemen, you add the preglanone to it, which is the precursor to all the hormones that your body has to have to even make the hormones in your glands.
It is amazing.
Red Pill, now available at InfoWarsStore.com and your purchase fugs the operation.
You found it.
It's the real news.
Live from the Infowars.com studios in Austin, Texas, it's your host, David Knight.
Welcome back.
It's Wednesday, November the 29th, 2017.
I'm David Knight. We've got a lot of headline news here, as well as in-depth reports on the latest in sex scandals.
Of course, we've got both John Conyers and Nancy Pelosi exposed.
Yes, that's right. The emperors in the Capitol have no clothes.
And we're going to show you their naked hypocrisy.
You know, a number of years ago, P.J. O'Rourke wrote a book And he called it Parliament of Whores.
Now, he meant it in a metaphorical sense, but it's quite literally come true now, hasn't it?
So we're going to talk about that. We're going to talk about the judiciary.
There's some interesting...
It's always the judiciary that is in charge, isn't it?
No matter what President Trump does, you're going to find some liberal judge somewhere in the system who's going to block it.
Ann Coulter even joked, one of the funniest things I saw over the Thanksgiving weekend, Ann Coulter said, this just in, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has blocked President Trump's pardon of the Thanksgiving turkeys.
I mean, and it is that absurd.
They oppose him on everything.
And so we have a situation where we have this rising bureaucracy, this rebellious judiciary, the bureaucracy saying, you don't have a right to To appoint an interim successor when the head of the Consumer Financial Protection Board resigns.
You don't have a right to appoint somebody there as a temporary head until somebody is approved by Congress.
No, I will take that.
I'm the deputy director.
I'm in charge here. Shut up, Trump.
You're only president. You don't have any say-so over what goes on in the bureaucracy.
The arrogance The arrogance and the usurpation of the judiciary is one of the key problems in our corrupt government.
And so there's an interesting take on all of this from Pat Buchanan, and we'll talk about that as we look at this Supreme Court case that is coming up today about whether or not a cell phone has Fourth Amendment protections.
I mean, you know, why would it?
You know, you're supposed to, according to the Fourth Amendment, You're only protected in person, your house, your effects, and your papers.
Oh, well, it's not a paper, is it?
So, evidently, just like the liberals claim that the Second Amendment only applies to musket loaders, you know, black powder musket loaded or muzzle loaded muskets, right?
Then, evidently, the...
Fourth Amendment only applies to paper, maybe even is restricted to when you're using a quill pen and an inkwell, you know, just like the Second Amendment.
Certainly not anything that is as dangerous as the Internet or a computer or a phone.
I mean, it's, you know, that's kind of analogous to a modern firearm in the Second Amendment.
We've got to go back to the muzzle loaders and black powder and the ink and the quill pens.
Those are things that are not threatening.
Only those types of tools can be used by the government.
The rest of us need to go back to these rudimentary devices.
Maybe we do have to go back to paper if we want to have any privacy from our government that wants to spy on us at every angle.
And that's one of the things we're going to talk about today.
I'm going to try to get to net neutrality, the privacy issue that nobody's talking about.
Everybody is freaked out about net neutrality.
And yet this Supreme Court case that is going to be decided today, isn't that the elephant in the room that nobody wants to talk about?
The fact that the government has done everything in its power to have dragnet surveillance, to ignore all of our protections for due process, for search warrants.
I mean, that's the key on this.
I say, well, you don't have to have a search warrant.
That data is owned, they say, by the telephone company.
And this is the game that they've been playing with landlines and other things going back for decades, going back to the 1960s.
Pen numbers, they call them.
And this is what is being used to enact censorship by Facebook, by Twitter, by Google.
The government, as I've said before, it is third-party crony capitalist or crony censorship.
Using the crony capitalist friends that they have.
They're not going to come out and say, well, we have now hereby repealed the First Amendment with this law.
Which, you know, they may try to do that someday.
Of course you can't repeal the Constitution with a law, but they'll pretend that.
And they'll find a Supreme Court decision to gradually say they're going to do that.
But the reality is, is that...
We have to get control of the judiciary.
So we're going to talk about that as well.
But let's take a look at some of the news here.
We have had a series of serial killings in Tampa over the last couple of months.
Had everybody frightened there.
Located to one particular neighborhood.
The only common thread seemed to be the location and people who were getting onto or getting off of a bus.
And now they have arrested an individual they believe is linked to the shooting.
One person... Tweeted out what the police put out.
They say that there was a police officer at McDonald's restaurant.
A witness came over this police officer who was also an employee at McDonald's and said that a fellow employee, the guy that they arrested, his name is Hal Donaldson, had handed that other employee a food bag, which he said had a.40 caliber Glock firearm loaded with Smith& Wesson ammunition, according to the police. And the witness, the fellow employee, said that this guy was intending to leave the state.
So they arrested him, and they say they intend to charge him.
Friends say they can't believe that this is the individual.
They say they think it's the wrong man or whatever.
Well, we'll find out when they do forensic tests on the weapon.
But now they are saying that they intend to charge him with these crimes.
And as I point out, we've got the Supreme Court today going to decide on whether or not cell phone data falls under the Fourth Amendment.
Yeah, yeah. It's just absolutely amazing.
You know, we don't have any protections if the technology changes.
So, the technology seems to be frozen, what you can use.
And, you know, remember that...
In the Fourth Amendment, it begins how?
It begins, the right of the people.
We're not concerned about the right of the people anymore, are we?
We're only concerned about the expediency for the government.
Let's make it as easy as possible for law enforcement, because that'll keep us safe and secure.
No. If you lose your rights, as I said over and over again, when you give up your liberty for the promise of safety or security or prosperity, We're good to go.
About the glory days of Watergate.
And so just as the Post's reputation is dragging bottom, Steven Spielberg rides to the rescue.
And I think basically it ought to be called, because what the Post has become, they're going to try to reinvent this, and they're going to try to help the reputation of the Washington Post, which has really, really become a tool for For Jeff Bezos.
He picked it up for pocket change.
$250 million for a guy who's worth, what, $100 billion right now?
He's been making money at the rate of tens of billions of dollars a year just in his stock appreciation.
And I did the analysis once.
I don't have the figures in front of me, but if you normalize that to what somebody makes in terms of median family income of $50,000, what did Jeff Bezos pay?
Well, if you had somebody who's making $50,000, it'd be like you going out and buying a bag of groceries.
And he got a lot of leverage with that.
So maybe what they ought to call it, maybe instead of the post, maybe they ought to call it the tool, or better yet, the lever.
Because that's what gives him leverage in Washington.
That's what lets him get special deals in the NDAA, the National Defense Authorization Act.
That's where they put all the dirt every year because nobody wants to be seen as the guy who votes against funding the military.
So that's where they put in the indefinite detention by the military without trial.
That's where they put in all the goodies.
For Jeff Bezos. You want to talk about Halliburton and no-bid contracts?
This is way beyond that, okay?
He's going to be the portal for defense contractors.
But let's praise the Washington Post, by all means.
Let's bring in Steven Spielberg to use this left-wing political rag to rehabilitate its image.
As basically everybody's starting to see what it really is.
The tool. The lever. Stay with us.
We'll be right back.
I'm David Knight.

President Trump once again called Elizabeth Warren Pocahontas and now the establishment media says that Trump insulted her Native American heritage when he used the racial slur.
Fact check, Elizabeth Warren is not Native American.
There is zero evidence that Warren is Cherokee, yet she's claimed for years that it's part of her family folklore and that her pawpaw had high cheekbones.
Warren didn't self-identify as Native American until she was 38 years old.
She claimed that minority status for years in order to climb the academic ladder.
And this false information wasn't something she just claimed as a student, but Warren began putting it in her professional bios for years when law schools were hungry for minority faculty.
Focahontas lied about being Native American in order to gain an unfair advantage in securing academic tenure.
This means she actually stole that position from a real Native American who could have benefited from their minority status.

Welcome back. We're going to be talking about the exposing of Congress as well as the media.
We're now learning what these people have been virtue signaling to us about how politically correct they are.
We're now finding out what they actually do behind the scenes.
And now we've had Matt Lauer fired by NBC News.
This happened this morning.
This is a statement saying on Monday night we received a detailed complaint from a colleague about inappropriate sex behavior in the workplace by Matt Lauer.
It represented after serious review a clear violation of our company's standard.
As a result, we've decided to terminate his employment.
Here is that video.
Hi everybody, welcome to Today and Hoda's here with me this morning because this is a sad morning here at Today and at NBC News.
Just moments ago, NBC News Chairman Andy Lack sent the following note to our organization.
Dear colleagues, on Monday night we received a detailed complaint from a colleague about inappropriate sexual behavior in the workplace by Matt Lauer.
It represented, after serious review, a clear violation of our company's standards.
As a result, we have decided to terminate his employment.
While it is the first complaint about his behavior in the over 20 years he has been at NBC News, we were also presented with reason to believe this may not have been an isolated incident.
Our highest priority is to create a workplace environment where everyone feels safe and protected, and to ensure that any actions that run counter to our core values are met with consequences, no matter who the offender.
We are deeply saddened by this turn of events, but we will face it together as a news organization and do it in as transparent a manner as we can.
That is the statement from our chairman, Andy Lack, and we just learned this moments ago, just this morning.
As I'm sure you can imagine, we are devastated and we are still processing all of this.
I will tell you right now, we do not know more than what I just shared with you.
But we will be covering this story as reporters, as journalists.
I'm sure we will be learning more details in the hours and days to come.
And we promise we will share that with you.
Well, you know, maybe they are surprised, but we are seeing over and over again that this is not a surprise.
People say, yeah, yeah, we all knew about Charlie Rose.
We all knew about Harvey Weinstein.
Now people are saying, yeah, we all knew about John Conyers.
Eventually everybody comes out and goes, really?
Really? This icon of the civil rights movement?
This guy who is a CBS anchor, who is an NBC anchor?
Wow, we never knew. Head of a movie studio?
Yeah. What a surprise that Hollywood and the mainstream media establishment and the political establishment would be conducting themselves this way.
Seriously? You think you're surprised about this?
Okay. Well, let's take a look at something else that just happened at CBS. Of course, that was where Charlie Rose was an anchor where he was recently fired.
And about a week after, we now have this from a woman who worked there.
She's now 44.
Her name is Erin Gee.
She worked for CBS for 17 years.
She recently filed a Manhattan federal lawsuit alleging rampant sex discrimination at the network.
She said one of the network's former producers, that's who she was, she was told by her boss that she would have to sleep with co-workers to get anywhere in the company.
It's not just Charlie Rose.
This is systemic. This is the way these people operate.
She said, I was in a state of shock.
She said she was talking to her boss at CBS Evening News.
Robert Klug, about a workplace dispute, Klug, who's now 58, said she should have sex with a video editor who had been difficult to work with in order to break the ice, according to court papers that she filed.
She said, I couldn't believe that was his advice.
I was looking for help. And he looked at me and said, you don't matter.
This is what you need to do to make this guy like you.
Yeah, okay. Well, let's take a look at what you need to do in order to get ahead on Capitol Hill.
As I said before, we've got the emperor wearing no clothes on Capitol Hill, isn't it?
And the hypocrisy is absolutely amazing.
Let's take a look at the naked hypocrisy of Nancy Pelosi, of Hillary Clinton, of all these people on Capitol Hill.
Especially hypocritical because the uni party, whether it is the Democrat leadership or the GOP leadership, has one standard for themselves and a different standard for somebody who is not a member of the club.
And that would be people like Donald Trump and Roy Moore.
They have to go. Just if there's an allegation, they must go.
No, no due process for those people.
They must go if there's an allegation.
Let's not investigate this.
Let's not give them a chance to have their day in court or at an election, in the public opinion polls that we're going to take in terms of an election.
No, no, no. They just need to step aside.
That's what we're told over and over again.
And so the Daily Mail, we have one of the people who is a congresswoman saying, why are the rules for politicians in Washington different?
As a matter of fact, they are.
They are. They're different.
Even people like Harvey Weinstein have a different standard than the people on Capitol Hill.
And that's coming from women like Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi.
The people who are supposed to be all about women's rights until it gets in the way of their political ambition.
And then Hillary Clinton will destroy the women who accuse her husband of serious, serious sexual crimes.
Like sexual violence, sexual assault and rape.
No, no, no, no, no. She will destroy them.
And the woman who is asking this is Democrat Representative Kathleen Rice of New York.
Of course, we have Nancy Pelosi.
And we've played this clip for you many times.
There is no question that John Conyers is an icon.
And so, for those reasons alone, he ought to be given a pass.
And yet we have seen, well, we haven't seen, but many people on Capitol Hill have seen him.
Parading around in his underwear, okay?
Taking a clue from Charlie Rose.
One former Conyers aide says, most of us have seen him in his underwear.
Get that clip ready. I want to have people hear that.
She says, I was pretty taken aback to see my boss half-dressed, she told the Washington Post.
I turned on my heels and left, and here's what she had to say.
Maher actually worked for him in the 1990s and she says that his office had a culture of sexually inappropriate behavior and that the congressman himself set that tone.
She described three incidents of sexual harassment to us.
The first one in 1997 when she says she was told to stay in a suite in Washington and John Conyers walked into her bedroom and took off his clothes.
And I was really tired, so I got into bed and all of a sudden John Conyers walked into my bedroom.
Another time I was instructed to drive him to the airport and he was driving.
Erratically. He was a terrible driver.
Erratically. Thank God he was erratic, okay?
Because his hand was feeling me all over my, what do you call it, my abdomen.
Yeah, and this lady, unfortunately, well, let's continue with that report.
Okay, this lady unfortunately was, she said, I needed to earn a living.
I was 57. What was I going to do?
She said, I didn't report the harassment because it's clear nobody wanted to take it seriously.
She said he is very, very powerful and nobody in Washington wants to cross him.
And that would include Nancy Pelosi.
Yeah, she said she at the time she didn't feel confident.
She felt confident that she would be hung out to dry and that she would be retaliated against.
And that's what the other person who was given the twenty seven thousand dollars and had to sign the NDA agreement and says she wants to tell her story.
She was retaliated against.
And yet, they are saying this is the second ex-staffer.
There's a third one earlier this year.
We'll be right back. I'm David Knight.
Not content with an apology, alleged victims of Bill Clinton, Al Franken, John Conyers, Joe Barton and others have scheduled a press conference this week in Washington, D.C. In a press release, the women say, our message is clear.
Both Senator Franken and Congressman Conyers must resign now.
And Congress must end taxpayer-funded payouts to harassment victims in an effort to silence their voices and complaints.
One of the women is just the latest to come forward, accusing former President Bill Clinton of sexual crimes.
Leslie Milley said she was very prepared to come forward and talk about her encounters with Bill Clinton in the 80s, but once the Monica Lewinsky story broke, she feared not only the media storm that would result, but also Hillary Clinton herself.
Senator Franken is facing backlash for his lame attempt at an apology, while Congressman Conyers has stepped down as ranking member of House Judiciary Committee.
So far, both lawmakers have refused to resign.

Welcome back. You just heard the lady who had worked beginning 20 years ago.
Her name was Deanna Mayer.
She worked for John Conyers.
She talked about how desperately she needed a job.
She was 57 years old.
She knew he was a very powerful man.
She knew that she would be punished.
Why did she know that?
Maybe she'd seen that happen to other people, perhaps.
So she had told other people about it at the time.
She had kept it quiet.
Now she is, according to Detroit News, the second ex-staffer to accuse him of sexual harassment.
Yet, by my count, that's three people because we have the person that was paid $27,000.
We still don't know who that is because there's been a gag order put on that person by the congressional system.
And we're going to talk about what that is today.
How these people, this Parliament of Whores, as P.J. O'Rourke metaphorically said, but now has become literally true, how this Parliament of Whores protects itself.
Yeah, they are...
Now, literally, it has come true.
But... So there was the person who was given the $27,000.
There was this person here, Deanna Mayer.
And then there was a third person who, in January of this year, wanted to file a lawsuit against John Conyers, but wanted to keep it sealed because she was afraid of him as well, against the repercussions that there would be the retaliation that would happen.
And they refused to seal it.
And so it remains there.
She said, well, I'm not going to proceed with this, but the information remains there, that she was concerned about that.
And now there's a fourth person, Melanie Sloan, another former employee, who said, hey, most of us have seen him in his underwear.
She said, that's pretty taken aback to see my boss half-dressed.
I turned on my heel and I left.
Now, that was pushed back.
She was somebody who worked for him, but his former communications director, who served for him from 1994 to 2000, the guy's name is Bob Wiener.
And I just have to say how unfortunate it is that so many of these Democrats who are involved in these sex scandals have the last name of Wiener.
And the amazing thing is that John Conyers was actually communicating through his Wiener.
He changes clothes in his office, says Bob Weiner.
Most of us have accidentally walked in on him without knocking him and seen him in his underwear.
Big deal, he says.
Yeah, you know, all of us do that, don't we?
Don't you do that at your place of work?
Don't you change clothes in your office and then just take your time putting your pants back on?
Yeah, sure, that's a common thing.
We all do that, right? No, we don't.
No, we don't. Only these people do that kind of thing.
He says that's where his closet is.
His closet is in his office.
So he changes clothes.
And it just takes him a very, very long time to change clothes.
So to say that somebody came to a meeting and that's how it was, that's an untrue statement.
You know, that's why congressmen have communication directors.
Even ones called Bob Wiener.
Charlie Rose didn't come up with that kind of an alibi.
He didn't have any excuse, and people said he was walking around in the office without any clothes on.
He didn't have a communications director.
He just wasn't smart enough to be a congressman.
And then we've got Morning Joe.
We've got Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski defending John Conyers.
And they are so happy that Nancy Pelosi called for due process.
Yes, we have due process. We have the presumption of innocence for people like John Conyers, for people like Al Franken, but not for people like Donald Trump and Roy Moore.
No, no, no, no, no. They get absolutely no say-so.
You just accuse them and say that it's serious and they gotta go.
And so... Mika Brzezinski said, Thank you, Nancy Pelosi.
Thank you. Thank you so much for standing for due process for these congressional sex predators.
Conyers' attorney hints at allegations that many, many other people in the House and the Senate have done this sort of thing.
So, is that a threat or is that a defense?
I'm not really sure.
You know, we had Cokie Roberts actually said...
We all knew about John Conyers.
We knew about it years ago.
We were all told, don't get in an elevator with him by yourself.
But they just played along.
She said, that was the way that it was.
That's the way that it was. So, again, the media, they don't want to talk about Charlie Rose.
They don't want to talk about Matt Lauer.
They don't want to talk about John Conyers.
The media doesn't want to talk about the politicians or about the people that they work with.
That's just the way that it is. But they will apply a different set of rules to everybody else, and nobody else will even be able to defend themselves.
And now we got Al Franken apologizing.
I don't know if you saw this or not, but his apology was that he likes warm hugs.
I mean, is he channeling this Saturday Night Live character that he had, you know, all warm and fuzzy in his sweater?
I just like warm hugs.
I'm a warm person.
I hug people. That's his excuse.
And then he says, I'll be much more careful in the future.
Yeah, he'll make sure that nobody takes any photographs of what he's doing.
And then he's got, of course, his defenders in the media, as always.
We have the Huffington Post.
Left-wing activist and Huffington Post contributor G.S. Potter said, well, Leanne Tweeden was asking for it.
The same people who said Paula Jones was asking for it.
And Kathleen Willey was asking for it decades ago.
Now they're defending a different set of politicians, but it's the same thing, isn't it?
Don't we always see that the left doesn't really care About defending women or women's rights when it's their politicians who are harming the women.
And we see the same thing from Senator Claire McCaskill, Democrat from Missouri.
She thinks that Al Franken's apology is saying that he's a warm person, he just likes warm hugs.
What's that character?
Stuart something or the other that he had.
I mean, it was decades ago.
I don't remember that off of Saturday night.
Stuart Smalley? Yeah.
He just likes warm hugs.
And he also wrote this in Saturday Night Live.
He doesn't just like warm hugs.
He likes to fantasize about drugging women and then putting them in poses and taking pictures with them.
Remember that skit that he wrote for Saturday Night Live that they wouldn't air?
Not even Saturday Night Live would go there 20-some-odd years ago.
But basically, Al Franken is acting out his fantasies there.
But Claire McCaskill thinks that what he had to say about liking warm hugs, she thinks that that is actually refreshing.
And I'm sure that she's happy that he's going to be more careful and not get his picture taken getting all those warm hugs in the future.
She said, I think one thing that certainly was refreshing about Al Franken was his immediate apology and his requesting the investigation.
I think we ought to let that investigation run its course.
What's to investigate? He admitted it.
We got the photographic evidence.
All these people.
Especially the Republicans who were saying, Roy Moore, just because somebody alleged that you did something 40 years ago and it's a he said, she said situation just like it was with Clarence Thomas.
And remember, we went back and looked at that.
I talked about how, remember Anita Hill and Clarence Thomas and how this all came up and Anita Hill was a champion.
Of the feminists against all those evil men who are harassing women in the workplace.
And yet, Anita Hill and Gloria Steinem became the biggest apologists for Bill Clinton, didn't they?
Very shortly after the Clarence Thomas hearings.
It was all about politics.
It was all about politics.
If you can't see that that's what's happening with Roy Moore, there is no hope for this country.
They say, however, 50% of Americans are not refreshed to learn about what happened with Al Franken.
49% of Democrats, 56% of Republicans want Franken to resign.
Only 22% of those in Minnesota say that Franken should stay.
So it's even higher in Minnesota than it is in the rest of the country.
So what is this sexual harassment system that they have there?
And it really is systemic, isn't it?
It is a systemic problem.
Nancy Pelosi and the other Democrats don't want to do anything about it.
And so there's a Politico article saying who knows when a lawmaker or an aide settles a harassment claim.
This is something that Jackie Speier from California, a congresswoman there, has been the one at the forefront of exposing a lot of this stuff.
And she said she knows that at least two sitting members of Congress, one in each party, have engaged in sexual harassment.
As you said, the problem is, is we have set up this system.
You know, the interesting thing about this is that they have a statute of limitations of just 180 days.
180 days. You've got six months to make a complaint.
Or you can't do it.
Kind of like what they did with pedophilia, isn't it?
Setting up a statute of limitations of only three years.
So nothing ever happens about that either.
I'm so excited. The new product at infowarslife.com, in a glass bottle, two-month servings, filled to the brim, filled to the absolute top, the real red pill.
This is a heart and brain pill, a nootropic, but it doesn't have any stimulants in it.
But boy, does it stimulate, because it's beyond that.
Red pill, now available at Infowarsstore.com, and your purchase follows the operation.

Thousands of years ago, there was a basic form of chivalry.
Our ancestors would hear the drums of war, giving the warriors of the tribe a chance to organize and prepare a defense.
Sixty years ago, when foreign air forces were approaching filled with bombs, they had drums of their own, air raid sirens.
But in the 21st century, there were silent weapons for quiet war, pathogens added to the food and water, Into the lining of plastics that destroy our vitality, turn off our hormones, and accelerate our journey towards death.

We're going to get back to what is happening in Washington with the sex scandals.
And let me tell you, where this leads is directly to the kids.
It always goes to the pedophiles.
And we've got connections to the Pentagon and pedophilia in Afghanistan.
We've got connections between an ex-Clinton Foundation official and Chinese kindergarten system that he set up that is now embroiled in a very bizarre sexual abuse scandal of young children in China.
So these people always do.

That's what funds this program and everything that we do here.
And it keeps us independent of the economic censorship.
That is rolling across the web from Google and from Facebook and others as they begin to.
And we're going to talk about net neutrality later in the program.
But let's get back right now to what's going on with this systemic corruption, the systemic sexual harassment that's going on.
Representative Jackie Speier said that there's two sitting members of Congress, one in each party.
And of course, $17 million of your money, taxpayers, has been paid out over the last 20 years to cover up for this.
And that doesn't even include things like what John Conyers did.
The $27,000 that he paid as hush money to that one woman came out of his office budget.
It didn't come out of this thing that Congress set up To cover up the crimes of congressmen and congresswomen.
And this is something that is called the legislation that established...
And listen to this. Because we always have...
When the Congress creates something like the Patriot Act, this is exactly the opposite of patriotism.
It destroys the Constitution.
It doesn't protect us.
Or we have the USA Freedom Act, which...
Makes it, entrenches the dragnet surveillance that we have.
That's really what it does.
So they always say it's exactly the opposite, or net neutrality.
Okay, another good example of this.
And so this is something that they created called the Office of Compliance.
You can read into that what you want.
I don't think that they're talking about getting people to comply with any rules because it doesn't seem like they've got any rules.
It's about making these women, these employees compliant, isn't it?
I guess you'll have to look that up.
I heard the other day that compliant was the word of the year because there were so many People looking for the definition of that.
I guess we've got kids who are coming up through the schools and millennials.
They know all about white privilege, and they know all about racism and everything, but they don't know the meaning of basic words like compliance or compliant.
So, you know, looking that up.
Anyway, so this is what happens.
They have a system where there's a top Republican and a Democrat on the House Administration Committee.
They approve these settlements for the chamber.
And then it's paid out of the compliance office.
Okay, so that's the way this works.
And the employees only have 180 days to report the incident.
Very, very short statute of limitations there.
Even shorter than it is for pedophilia.
They chose typically three years for pedophilia because they figure that the kids aren't going to be able to talk about it.
It takes a long time for them to process this.
And so that is basically the way that they get out of it.
They have for sexual harassment on Capitol Hill only 180 days to file a complaint.
That should tell you everything you need to know about these people.
And then it gets worse. We find that not only do they have the slush fund that operates through the Office of Compliance, but now they've got a second slush fund.
This is reported by WND. Another taxpayer slush fund available to members of Congress to pay off sexual misconduct claims has been uncovered.
The Washington Times reported that Representative Raul Grahalva of Arizona quietly arranged a severance package of nearly $50,000 in public funds for a staffer who threatened to sue over his alleged drunkenness and creation of a hostile work environment.
His payout points to another office that lawmakers can use to sweep accusations under the rug with taxpayer-funded settlements negotiated by the House Employment Council, which acts as an attorney for all the House offices.
They say, it seems like all these house bodies are designed to help cover for members of Congress, you think?
And again, that's coming from Melanie Sloan.
She's an ethics lawyer in Washington.
She was the same one who said, yeah, we've all seen John Conyers walking around without any pants on.
She said, a large part of the problem is that each member of Congress can treat their staff as their own fiefdom.
And also know that it will remain silent.
And folks, that is really what is happening here.
These people, this is a corrupt empire that we have in Washington.
People used to talk about Washington, D.C. as being Rome on the Potomac.
That is quite literally true.
A parliament of whores, Rome on the Potomac.
Take your pick of metaphors here, but it is quite literally true.
They operate as if they are an empire.
They're an empire abroad, but they're an empire here.
They don't have any rules.
They don't have any rules with the way they treat us.
And certainly, they don't care about how they treat their staff.
And then you can see these bureaucracies Like the Consumer Financial Protection Board saying, well, okay, the director resigned.
I'm now in charge.
And President Trump, you don't get to appoint somebody to take temporary control of this agency.
That's the arrogance of the bureaucracy.
That's the arrogance and the corruption of Congress.
Now, we got a congressman, Luke Messer from Indiana, a Republican, is planning to introduce legislation to help protect victims of sexual assault and harassment in Congress.
He would set up a bill that would handle this differently.
And the most interesting thing about this is that it would release congressional staff who are currently under a nondisclosure agreement, allow them to talk about this and not allow any of them to be gagged about this in the future.
But let's take a look at where this ultimately leads.
It ultimately leads to kids.
We've talked many times about how the U.N. peacekeeping forces have been caught in one scandal after the other, abusing children in the countries where they are keeping peace.
And when you have whistleblowers who expose it within the UN, what happens to them?
They get fired. That's the way it always happens, isn't it?
Now we've got one that has the Pentagon, this is coming from the Free Thought Project, has been caught blocking a report on child sex abuse by the US allies in Afghanistan.
And the troops were told, do not report this.
U.S. soldiers stationed in Afghanistan often witnessed acts of sexual abuse committed by U.S. Allied commanders against local children.
It was later revealed that the soldiers were told to look the other way, to keep quiet about it, or face punishment.
Now, according to a bombshell report, it appears that the Pentagon was complicit in the cover-up as well.
According to a New York Times, the...
The Pentagon tried to block an independent assessment of child sex abuse crimes committed by Afghan soldiers and police.
And this is the heartbreaking thing about it.
One, Lance Corporal, Lance Corporal Gregory Buckley Jr.
wrote to his dad and said, at night we can hear Afghan boys screaming, but we're not allowed to do anything about it.
He subsequently died.
And he said, my son said that his officers told him to look the other way because it's their culture.
It's their Muslim culture where they get a chance to rape boys.
You know, it reminds me of the story of the British Empire in India.
Once a powerful figure would die, the male figure would die, they would Cremate his body on a funeral pyre, and they would throw his living wives on the funeral pyre as well.
And the British commander said...
We will kill you if you do that.
Or rather, they said, you're going to stop this custom.
And they said, but that's our culture.
You don't respect our culture.
And he goes, well, our culture also has a tradition.
And that is that we kill people who throw women on the funeral pyre.
But evidently, we don't have that kind of a culture in the U.S. anymore.
We don't defend children who are being raped by our military allies in Afghanistan.
Stay with us.
We'll be right back.
I'm David Knight.
YouTube has a huge pedophile problem, and advertisers are starting to take note.
YouTube is guilty of not removing content that promotes terrorism and extremism, and it was recently hit for not removing violent content from its YouTube Kids platform.
Now YouTube is under fire for ignoring its own pedophile problem.
A recent BuzzFeed report describes a vast, disturbing, and wildly popular universe of videos that include live-action footage of children depicted in compromising situations.
Big companies are now pulling advertising from YouTube after it was revealed that up to 100,000 predatory accounts have been leaving indecent comments on videos featuring children for at least a year.
That's right. While the Google-owned platform has been censoring and demonetizing offensive political content for the last six months, pedophiles were completely left alone.
Maybe YouTube should concentrate on cleaning its own house before declaring completely legitimate political content to be harmful or disturbing.

Welcome back.
Let's take a look at some news, some Christmas news that's happening in Washington, and then we'll get back to what is going on with the Pentagon scandal.
Of sexual abuse in Afghanistan as well as what's going on in China.
From an ex-Clinton Foundation officer.
But let's take a look at what's going on in Washington with Christmas.
Of course, President Trump has put out the Christmas cards that he is sending to people in his official capacity.
And instead of saying, Happy Holidays...
He's actually saying, Merry Christmas.
Imagine that. He always said, Christmas is coming back.
Well, it is now back.
But the D.C. Metro is not happy about it.
Washington Examiner points out that the Washington Metro, that's their subway system, their buses, has rejected a Catholic ad campaign that promotes, quote-unquote, spiritual giving.
Instead of presence.
They have images of stars, of shepherds, and of sheep.
And they say that promotes religion.
And that's therefore a violation of the transit system's rules.
You can see that picture right there.
The Archdiocese of Washington told Washington Secrets that the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority turned down a request to promote its Find the Perfect Gift.
Because the image depicts a religious scene and thus seeks to promote religion.
Although it doesn't include a manger scene, it doesn't include a Christ figure, it doesn't include a cross.
Instead, it's pictures of shepherds and some sheep and some stars, and it says, find the perfect gift.
And what they're trying to do here, folks, is they're trying to get people to think beyond the commercialism.
And that's not allowed.
As I pointed out, the rejected ad conveys a simple message of hope and an invitation to participate in the Christmas season.
Yet, citing its guidelines, WMATA's legal counsel said the ad depicts a religious scene and thus seeks to promote religion.
So the spokesperson for the Archdiocese of Washington said, well, if the ads were about packages or boxes or bags...
If it came from a store, if it's Christmas from a store, then they would approve it.
But if Christmas means a little bit more than just the material things that we're being presented with, then the Transit Authority plays Grinch.
Somebody else is not happy with Christmas.
They're not happy with the White House Christmas party, and that would be CNN. CNN said that they're going to boycott the White House Christmas party.
And Sarah Sanders came back on Twitter and said, Christmas comes early.
Finally, good news from CNN. Don't show up.
And it was just yesterday that we were playing the back and forth between the press, accusing President Trump of being racist and of a racist attack because he called Elizabeth Warren Pocahontas.
Well, President Trump has now been defended by a descendant of Pocahontas, who said that Pocahontas, she thinks, would be very proud of Donald Trump.
She said that, actually, she works for Donald Trump in Mar-a-Lago.
She said, he's asked me in the past what I think about it.
And she says, if Pocahontas were alive today, she would be very proud of President Trump.
Sometimes when I'm dining at Mar-a-Lago, I think to myself, you come a long way from the Indian reservation that you started in.
She said, Pocahontas had dreams and went to England.
My dreams brought me to Palm Beach.
She said, President Trump is somebody who is in the spirit of Pocahontas.
He is a doer.
But is Elizabeth Warren?
Is Elizabeth Warren really an Indian?
That's the whole point.
That's why he's calling her Pocahontas.
That's why many people call her Focahontas.
She says she never got any benefit.
That's when she came back and accused him of racism.
And we talked about the tactic of the press not asking Sarah Huckabee Sanders if it was racism, but simply saying, it's racism.
How can you defend that?
How can you do this? She was somebody who is the only person at Harvard that ever got appointed to her teaching abilities that didn't come from the top ten schools.
And she discovered, shortly before that, that she was of Indian descent.
That scores you points.
At Harvard. It's meaningless to most people, but not to Harvard.
America is an information-based civil war.
That's why now more than ever, we've got to hit the streets of America and let these globalist scum know we're not backing down from their bullying.

Be part of the second American Revolution at Infowarsstore.com.
You found it.
It's the real news.
Live from the Infowars.com studios in Austin, Texas, it's your host, David Knight.
Welcome back.
I'm David Knight.
We're just talking at the top of the hour about Pocahontas, about Elizabeth Warren, about the tactics that we talked about yesterday with the press and the press conference attacking Sarah Huckabee Sanders saying, how can you defend this racism?
Why would he use a racial attack, a racial slur, instead of was it racial, to accuse her of being a phony person?
That she used this to get her job at Harvard.
I think it's very interesting what Breitbart points out is that except for a few specialists who obtained doctorates and fields outside of law, every professor and every assistant professor at Harvard obtained a degree from a top ten law school.
Only five of its assistant or full professors earned degrees from schools at the bottom half of the top ten.
Now they have their own little rating system.
And she went to Rutgers.
And Rutgers was not in the top ten.
They were 62 most recently.
They were at 82 when she got elected to the Senate.
So her presence...
In the U.S. Senate, having an alumni who is a U.S. senator bump them up 20 points on the list.
See, that's just how irrelevant this whole thing really is, except to people like those at Harvard who give people points for being Indians or points for being senators or whatever.
They don't look at their qualifications, per se.
So she plays that game. And she tells them, she discovers at that point when she wants a job at Harvard, and she's not from one of the schools in the top ten, she discovers, conveniently, that she is of Indian descent to get a few more points to get up on the ladder.
And that's the whole point.
They would be screaming, if this was a Republican, that had done the same thing.
They would be screaming about cultural appropriation.
But instead, she can do that.
She can falsely claim that she is an Indian.
And then they will say, how dare you attack her for being an Indian?
Pretending that it is even real.
And as it was pointed out by The Atlantic in 2012, she was unable to name any specific Native American ancestor.
She said, well, I'm an Indian of Indian descent, but she couldn't name anybody.
So somebody went back and investigated her genealogy and said, look, we found that her great-great-great-grandmother Was a Cherokee.
And so they put that out, and then that blew up.
Turned out, well, it fell apart.
After somebody looked at it, they found out, no, that's not really true either.
She doesn't have a leg to stand on to claim that she's of Indian descent.
But they will pretend that she is, and they will attack anybody who attacks her for claiming that.
I guess, you know, it makes her kind of a trans person, right?
She is transracial.
Just as we've had white people who now want to identify as black people, Elizabeth Warren wants to identify as an Indian, as Pocahontas or whatever.
And she's allowed to.
Because, you know, she's able to reinvent...
If she wants to be a black man, she can be a black man.
If she wants to be an Indian, she can be an Indian.
And how dare anybody ever call her on that?
That's the fantasy world that we live in.
But let's get back to the serious charges of the Pentagon...
Covering up child rape that is being conducted by their Afghan allies and telling the soldiers to shut up about it.
And I read you the heart-rending story of the Lance Corporal Gregory Buckley Jr.
who told his father, he said, at night we can hear the Afghan boys screaming, but we're not allowed to do anything about it.
And he died not too long after that.
Former Special Forces Captain Dan Quinn said, Bluntly questioned the credibility of the entire U.S. mission when they tell people, tell the soldiers who want to do something about it, no, you can't do that.
You can't talk about that. Shut up.
Stand down. And Captain Dan Quinn said, the reason we were here is because we heard the terrible things the Taliban were doing to people, how they were taking away human rights.
But we were putting people into power who would do things that were worse than the Taliban did.
That was something village elders told me.
And he explained that to the New York Times.
So what is happening with the Clinton people?
We've had many tales about Clinton and his Lolita Express that he did with Jeffrey Epstein.
And now there's accusations that he did a similar thing after he left office.
With a different billionaire, four underage women have claimed that they call this plane the Air F Bomb 1, and they have indicated that they're going to be suing And we'll get to that in just a moment.
But now there's an ex-Clinton Foundation official who's been tied to Chinese kindergartens and embroiled in a bizarre sexual abuse scandal.
This is coming from Zero Hedge.
I say a former Clinton Foundation official now an independent director at a company that operates private schools in China has found himself embroiled in a bizarre child abuse scandal involving needles pills brown syrup nudity and sexual molestation according to parents the head of a Beijing kindergarten has been fired after China launched a nationwide investigation into a chain of private schools operated by
Toddlers. Toddlers.
With mysterious needle marks, while others said their children were forced to take white pills that were supposed to be, quote, a little secret between the children and the teachers, along with some sort of brown syrup that was given to the students.
Children were also allegedly stripped naked and forced to stand or locked in a dark room, said one parent.
So, this is what's happening, and it's been discovered, this ex-Clinton Foundation official running this stuff.
When I look at all these scandals that are happening on Capitol Hill, and we should be concerned about that, and we should not allow this to go on.
We should not allow Nancy Pelosi and others to perpetuate this system that is happening at Capitol Hill.
But do you understand that it is not a secret what is being done to our toddlers and our schools here in the United States?
They're being taught...
Transgender issues as kindergartners.
That folks is child abuse.
That is paving the way, as I've said before, for saying that they have consent to sex.
If they can determine what gender they are, and they aren't even thinking about this, to even push this on them as a stranger in a school where they have power over these kids.
You want to talk about power? Yeah, okay, these congressmen and these big media anchors, they have a lot of power over women.
What about the teachers and the power that they have over your kindergarten kids?
And using that to confuse them about gender, to pretend that these children can make decisions like that, lays open the door that they can make decisions about having sex.
And that is the real scandal.
And we allow that to happen.
We're allowing that to happen, and it's being done openly.
Giving them little gingerbread persons.
And talking about how, well, we don't really know what sex these gingerbread persons are, do we?
That kind of stuff.
And it kind of got interesting over the weekend.
There was a Twitter exchange that involved Dan Bongino.
He's been a guest with Alex Jones multiple times.
He's a former Secret Service agent.
He's run for office several times.
And one person sent an email to him as he was talking about the Clintons.
And the Lolita Express, one guy named Nick Merrill sent a tweet to him, said, I've worked for Hillary Clinton for a decade, and two things are true.
Number one, she has enormous respect for the Secret Service and a great relationship with the agents on her detail.
This contradicts everything that we've seen, not just from Dan Bongino, but others who have written books on On this.
I've interviewed an individual who wrote a book on the way she abused people who work for her, especially her protection staff.
Number two, he says, this guy, meaning Dan Bongino, was never on the Clinton details, and I don't recognize him in the slightest.
Dan Bongino came back and said, this pic is from New York Newsday's Inside Cover, taken at the U.S. Open in 2001.
It's one of literally hundreds of operations that I conducted with Hillary, documented thoroughly by U.S. government paperwork, of which I still have copies.
You're welcome to stop by and review the paperwork.
And then he doubles down and he says, be careful, Nick.
People know things that have not yet been released publicly about your Messiah, Hillary.
Don't poke the bear, loser.
I want to plow into all of this, but I'm going to spend a few minutes here first, just encouraging listeners to understand that When you buy t-shirts or water filtration systems or books or videos or other material from Infowarscore.com, you are funding the revolution.
I mean, I cannot say it any clearer.
And so it is essential that you purchase the products at Infowarscore.com.
I don't want to thank everybody that has, but...

You're listening to Real News with David Knight.
Welcome back.
I'm David Knight.
It's Wednesday, November 29th, 2017.
We're going to take a look at what happened.
Where was this? Up in University of Connecticut, UConn's College Republicans.
We had a fight erupt.
This is a story that's up on the George Report.
A guy had the audacity to show up and say, it's okay to be white.
It cost a fight to break out.
That is the crazy world that we live in.
We're going to talk about that in just a moment.
And where that came from. Of course, that came from 4chan.
I talked about that back on October 31st when 4chan was putting that out there.
And we'll fill that in in just a moment.
But before we do, I want to tell you about the sales that we have that began on Black Friday, went through Cyber Monday, and we've now extended those specials, biggest discounts we've ever had, a massive number of our most popular products, 50% off plus free shipping.
Things like the entire Emmerich Essential Products line, 50% off and free shipping.
Survival Shield X2, Nascent Iodine, 50% off and free shipping.
Super Male Vitality and Knockout, our all-natural sleep aid, both of those, 50% off and free shipping.
And then other things like Living Defense, Prostagard, Brain Force Plus, my favorite supplement that we have at InfoWarsStore.com.
All of those 50% off plus free shipping.
And then we have some items like Silver Bullet.
Our colloidal silver is 67% off plus free shipping.
Take a look at those specials and many others at InfoWarsStore.com.
That's what supports this operation, and we really thank you for your support.
And we've extended those sales for another day.
And I'll mention one more thing, too.
If you use the code BONUS, When you check out, you can get an InfoWars gift card, and you can get 10% off of that gift card.
You can hand it to friends, families, and members, and you can get them to see what we have at InfoWarsStore.com.
You can introduce them to these products that help them to prepare for their family, like the InfoWars Life Select storable food that's 50% off and free shipping.
Things like that that help them to prepare for disaster or just to prepare to be healthier, to fight the kinds of chemicals and contaminants and toxins that we find in our environment all the time.
So that's something that you can give as a gift.
We have a lot of different types of products, not just health products that are there, things like water filters, things like storable food.
So you'll find all that there.
And you can get a gift card and 10% off with the code BONUS.
All right, so we're talking about Pocahontas and how the press was angry and arguing with Sarah Sanders about whether or not this was a racist attack.
And she's not Indian.
We made that clear. But now we've had a fight erupt at UConn's College Republicans.
This is Lucian Wintrich, who works for the Gateway Pundit.
He's a White House correspondent for them.
And he went there to talk about identity politics.
You know, because, and there you can see, the fight that broke out.
So they can't stand to have anybody talking about speech.
So the speaker gets arrested.
All these people show up, a fight erupts, and they arrest the speaker at the University of Connecticut.
And he's there because he's there to say, it's okay to be white.
Windows are broken. And they arrested the speaker.
And then they come out and they put out a statement.
The Democrats there at UConn put out a statement.
And they say, this is despicable.
Connecticut Democrats condemn this violence and the white supremacy.
Mr. Wintrich was peddling.
Now he was there to talk about the fact that it's okay to be white.
But see, it's not okay to be white, is it?
That's the whole point.
He was there to talk about the insanity of identity politics.
And how it is used to allocate positions at Harvard, for example, and how liberals like Elizabeth Warren understand that and then appropriate that even when they're not a member of that protected group so they can get the benefits of that.
And then they go on in their statement and say, Yukon Democrats showed how it could be achieved peacefully.
We held a discussion with activists and protesters beforehand to discuss our concerns about Mr.
Winchurch's remarks.
And they said the contrast couldn't be clearer.
So here they are. A love fest of like-minded individuals who hate free speech and who hate conservatives.
And they had a very peaceful discussion about how much they hated Wintrich.
And then they go in and fight him and he gets arrested.
Virtue signal about that.
That's not free speech. You know the old quote that is falsely attributed to Voltaire, I despise what you're saying, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.
No, no, that's not the way they feel.
If they don't like what you're saying, they will try to kill you.
They will try to kill you.
And this all comes, of course, from the 4chan thread that goes back to just before Halloween.
They said, hey, here's an idea.
We'll illustrate the racism and the insanity of the left by just putting up signs that say, it's okay to be white.
And they said, do this on Halloween, because you'll be able to wear a mask and nobody will know who you are.
So go around, especially on college campuses, you know, like UConn, University of Connecticut.
Go around on college campuses especially.
Put on a costume, make yourself anonymous, and put up a sign that just says, it's okay to be white.
And then watch them freak out about this, like they just did with Lucian Wintrich.
They called him a white supremacist because he just put up, he wanted to talk about in the title of his, he wanted to talk about identity politics and the title of his speech was, it's okay to be white.
And then they said this, they said, the next morning the media will go completely berserk like these Yukon Democrats did.
And then normies will tune in to see what's going on.
And they'll see people saying it's okay to be white.
And then they'll see the media and the leftists frothing at the mouth like we just did.
And then the normies will realize that the leftists and the journalists hate white people.
And then that will turn the normies on the media and on the journalists and on the universities.
It's working out as planned.
It's working out great. It's a genius campaign from 4chan.
Just to show how much...
They hate white people. To show how racist these people are who focus on identity politics all the time.
And we saw an example of this as well.
Drudge Report had this up.
The Grammy Awards completely snubbed people with big record sales like Ed Sheeran, you know, because he's white.
Or even Lady Gaga. And no country acts.
No, it was all about rap and R&B. And we even have San Diego State University.
They're saying students are undergoing disturbing sensory experiences to drive out their prejudice.
I guess what we could do is we could call this a white privilege exorcism, right?
And we can have this exorcism.
You see that picture that I've got?
There's the picture from Clockwork Orange where the main guy in the story to brainwash this violent criminal.
They give him some drugs that make him violently ill.
And then they have him watch stuff on...
That's violent. So that whenever he even thinks about violence, it triggers this Pavlovian response that he starts to throw up again.
And I guess that's what they're trying to do.
One of the things that they do, which doesn't sound too powerful, they have some amateur skits.
Where they try to preach to you about white privilege and how awful it is.
And one of them says, well, first they came for the Native Americans, but I'm not Native American.
I'm like Elizabeth Warren.
So I didn't speak up. Then they came for the Jews, and I didn't speak up.
Then they came for the gays and so forth and so on.
Then they came for the crippled, but I'm not crippled.
Well, yeah, I guess we could say that they're all coming for the white males now, right?
Because that's the only group that you're allowed to hate.
As a matter of fact, you're not only allowed to hate white people, but you are encouraged to hate them.
You're encouraged to hate them. It's not okay to be white.
They make that very, very clear.
All right, stay with us when we come back.
We're going to be talking about what's going on in the judiciary.
Rand Paul has given his first on-camera interview.
We'll talk about that. Stay with us.
I'm so excited. The new product at InfoWarsLife.com, in a glass bottle, two-month servings, filled to the brim, filled to the absolute top, the real red pill.

You're listening to Real News with David Knight.
You're listening to Real News with David Knight.
Live from Austin, Texas, it's David Knight.
Welcome back.
We're just talking about the attempts in San Diego University to reprogram white people to hate themselves because it's okay to hate white people.
It's not okay to be white, as we saw at the University of Connecticut.
But understand that things like having skits to teach them about white privilege and whiteness and so forth and so on, those are very, very primitive things.
techniques to do this.
We've got a lot of peer pressure that's being put on people and institutions.
We have Our children being taught by schools from kindergarten all the way through graduate school.
Not really about things that are going to make them contribute to society or help them to think independently, but to make them adopt the groupthink that serves the government, which is to divide us into different groups that are going to compete against each other and to divide apparently everybody against white people.
That seems to be what they are teaching now at that point.
And we know that schools have been the instrument of change since the time of Plato.
Remember in Plato's Republic, he said, we don't want to have people even know who their parents are.
They should see the government, or in the phrase of Hillary Clinton, the village, as their parents.
They should look to them for protection.
They should look to them for identity.
They should look to them for their values.
And so we'll make sure that we have a promiscuous society, and nobody will even know who their parents are, and then they will be raised by the state.
That goes all the way back to the time of Plato.
And since then, we've had pretty much every dictator has adopted that approach.
You know, give me a kid when they're three or until the time that they're seven and they're mine for life.
You've heard that attributed to many, many different individuals.
They all know that's true. I mean, even we know that that's true.
We've had... Things that we used to have these expressions, the hand that rocks a cradle, rules the world.
Talked about the influence of a mother on a young child.
Well, that influence has been removed.
We now have women who are being sent to work so they can pay the taxes.
We don't have mothers who are rocking the cradle anymore.
We have the government that is rocking the cradle.
And they're going to confuse your children about even what gender they are so that they can keep them controlled.
And they're going to be ruling the world if we allow that.
But it's about to get far more sophisticated and technological.
You know, they put up as a joke that picture from Clockwork Orange of the guy being brainwashed not to use violence.
But even that is going to be crude compared to what they're attempting to do.
We have stories that have come out in the last week about scientists zapping people's brains with magnetic pulses to change their taste in music.
They're spending hundreds of millions of dollars on their brain initiative projects.
And it's not just DARPA. They have a separate program to study and to manipulate the brain, the mind, and how you think.
And this is being conducted by our own government at our expense, just like the Congress is harassing women at our expense when they get caught.
Are we going to catch them on this?
Well, we know that this is happening.
Is anybody going to do anything about it?
They zap people's brains with magnetic pulses to change their taste in music.
Maybe that explains what happened at the Emmys.
Quincy Jones, who was black, used to say, rap music is not music, it's talk.
I would agree with Quincy Jones.
I'm from that generation. But they call this non-invasive because they don't stick anything into your head.
I would say it is invasive when you start to change the way that I think.
I think that is highly invasive.
I think that's about the most invasive thing you can do.
But of course, it's not just that particular experiment that was happening in Canada at McGill University.
No, we've got DARPA doing this.
And this is, again, even separate from the Brain Project.
They put in brain implants to change people's moods.
And then, of course, the moods then, with an implant into your brain, the mood could be changed by computers, or by the people who program the computers, or by the computers who are being run with artificial intelligence.
Because you don't matter anymore.
Because you are going to be lower than a computer.
Lower than artificial intelligence.
Just as we saw in the factories at Amazon.
You've got humans now serving the robots in the warehouse.
They become the servants of the robots.
And maybe they will put these probes in the Amazon employees' heads or do it in some non-invasive way because they might feel like that is a bit over the top for the moment at least.
Maybe they'll do it in some non-invasive way.
They'll change their moods so they'll be happy.
They'll be happy in these little high-tech workshops.
They say devices plugged into people's skulls being developed, funded by the U.S. Military's Research Division, DARPA. You know those people who develop the Internet?
There's a psychologist who developed that?
The Intergalactic Computer Network, we call the Internet.
They wanted to be able to know what we're thinking and to be able to manipulate what we're thinking.
That's one of the reasons why we have GeoIntel has become the biggest growing factor of intelligence that they have, geospatial intelligence, to look at what we are doing.
And to master the human domain.
These implants use electronic pulses to alter the chemicals in people's brains in a process called deep brain simulation.
And we've been seeing this since the drug experiments of the 1960s.
LSD, MKUltra, many other things.
So all of the different things that we've seen that our government has been inflicting on us and releasing into the public domain, mass shootings, assassinations, so many things.
Just wait. It's going to ramp up.
They're getting far more sophisticated.
We had Rand Paul give his first on-camera interview since the assault.
And I think this kind of ties into what we're talking about.
You know, we're talking about all this identity politics, all this racism.
And of course, we've had hate crimes, haven't we?
Where people come in and they say, well, we're going to...
It's not enough that somebody killed someone or beat them or whatever they did, some violent crime.
We're going to take a look at it and if it's a hate crime, that's going to be even more serious.
And I want you to hear what Rand Paul says about the motivations of this as well as what he has been suffering with.
Here's that clip. This is on Fox News.
He's talking to a fellow doctor.
Who works for Fox News.
And so they talked about the medical issues as well as the motivations behind this.
Here's Rand Paul. You were blindsided.
I was working in my yard with my earmuffs on, you know, to protect my hearing from the mower.
And I'd gotten off the mower facing downhill and the attacker came running full.
I never saw. I've never had a conversation.
In fact, the weird thing is I haven't talked to him in 10 years.
Do you have any idea what was in his head?
Well, I didn't before the attack because we'd had no conversation.
After my ribs were broken, then he said things to me to try to indicate we was unhappy.
But I think the...
I guess to me the bottom line is it isn't so important.
If someone mugs you, Is it really justified for any reason?
And so I think the more people belabored, oh, well, was it about yard clipping?
Was it because he hates Donald Trump?
Does he he hates you because you oppose Obamacare?
You don't really know what's in someone's mind.
And so it may have some relevance, but for the most part, the real question should be, are you allowed to attack someone from behind in their yard when they're out mowing their grass, even if you dislike something about their yard?
Exactly. And that's why I like Rand Paul.
He always gets to the core issue.
Remember back in the day when we used to actually look at what people did?
Yeah, motivation could be a factor if you're trying to identify who had killed someone.
Do they have a motive for this?
Do they benefit from this because you're not sure who committed the crime or something?
But if you know that somebody committed the crime...
What difference does it make, as Rand Paul said?
What difference does it make if he doesn't like me or he doesn't like President Trump or he doesn't like the fact that I want to get rid of Obamacare?
Why should that factor into it?
Isn't it enough, what he did?
And that's really the issue.
You know, let's get beyond this whole thing about hate crimes, for example.
If somebody commits violence, let's hit them with the maximum penalty.
We don't have to try to psychoanalyze them.
That's what this has all turned into.
It's all turned into a psychoanalysis.
Not using motive to determine who the perpetrator was, but using our opinion.
Opinion, our psychoanalysis of this person to increase, to exacerbate the penalties, or maybe even to excuse the penalties.
No, let's not do that.
Let's deal with it. And of course, one of the interesting things that he had to say was he used ibuprofen instead of opioids.
And I'm sure glad to hear that because he knows how dangerous opioids are.
You should be aware of that as well.
So we'll be right back. I'm David Knight.

So we've got Chuck Schumer.
Who refuse to even meet with President Trump, even though they have a lot of things to do.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer tweeted out that he did not see a deal, a quote-unquote deal, to stop a government shutdown.
He said there's serious issues in front of us.
We don't have time to waste.
He doesn't have time to waste meeting with the president trying to work this out as a minority leader.
Because it is a waste of time to meet with Democrats.
They are going to oppose everything as a bloc.
And it's the Republican establishment, the people like John McCain and others like Paul Ryan and even Mitch McConnell, who block it because they've got a solid block of Democrats who will block everything that Trump tries to do with a Trump agenda.
And then you've got the Republicans who join in with them.
And so, here's what he had to say.
Let's play his comment, and then we'll show you what President Trump did after that.
Here's Chuck Schumer, the future boss of Doug Jones, if he wins in Alabama.
But as long as he remains a destructive force, it would be a waste of everyone's time to continue working with someone who clearly has no interest in coming to an agreement.
We hope the President...
In order to avoid this calamity will change his mind.
The President and our Republican friends run the House and Senate.
They have a responsibility.
A responsibility not to let the government run out of funds.
We're willing to work with them.
But they have to do it in a bipartisan way.
Okay, and the president, in order to make his point, left two seats empty to show that Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi were not there.
Maybe they're working out something to stop the sexual harassment on Capitol Hill.
No, that's not it.
They're not going to do anything to stop that.
And he put a name card out in front of the empty seats.
That's why he's President Chuck and you aren't, because he knows how to get his message across to the American people.
I think it's regrettable that our Democratic colleagues and their leadership chose not to join us today.
He said they should always be open to negotiations.
The question is, are Republicans themselves open to negotiations?
You've got a Republican congressman, Curbelo, from Florida announcing that he will vote to shut down the federal government at the end of the year if the GOP spending bill does not include legislation to give amnesty to 3.5 million illegal aliens under the DACA Act.
Understand, this is a Republican, and he's not the only one.
He says, I will not support any appropriations bill that funds the government beyond December 31st unless we get this DACA issue resolved, says Republican Curbelo, a congressman.
But you've got Paul Ryan, and you've got Orrin Hatch.
Paul Ryan, of course, is Speaker of the House.
Orrin Hatch, a very senior Republican, telling Trump, you better not cancel DACA. You've got Michael Kelly putting in Lady DACA, his assistant, Who is for Open Borders and has always been with Paul Ryan and the Open Border people.
You've got to understand that this is being pushed by the Republicans.
As even Slate points out, this is opposed by businesses that employ people that are authorized to work through the program.
They want cheap labor. The Democrats want voters, the Republican businesses want cheap labor, and you're the one who's going to get screwed, American.
And that's what we voted for President Trump, but that's not what we're going to get from the Uni Party.
That's why the Uni Party is working so hard to defeat people like Judge Roy Moore, who said there is no such thing as a dreamer.
Why would he say that?
We've got all these DREAMers out there.
Well, the DREAMer Act was nothing but a bunch of memos from the Department of Homeland Security.
And now we're going to have a lady DACA running Homeland Security.
But it was nothing but a bunch of memos.
It was not a legal authorization.
There was no law coming from Congress.
So now they're saying, we're going to make this a law.
We're going to make it a law, and we are going to keep these people here.
We're going to give them amnesty.
We're going to use this as chain immigration.
We're going to keep the borders open in spite of what people who voted for President Trump want.
That's why we've got to send more people to Washington and why we've got to get rid of the GOP establishment that is there.
They are opposed to everything that you voted for in the Trump agenda, and you better understand that.
Look at John McCain, as Matt Drudge had at the top of the Drudge Report.
Now it's all back to McCain again.
Always there. As he shut down the Affordable Care Act, now he's the deciding vote.
We've got a couple of people who are Republicans because, of course, the Democrats will never vote for any tax cuts.
And so now we've got two Republicans who said, no, I don't like the tax cuts.
So it's all up to McCain.
It just takes one more guy. McCain's the guy.
It's all about him, isn't it?
It's about his power.
And it just shows you the difference that one senator can make.
I mean, look at Rand Paul. Look at the difference that Rand Paul made.
When he came back from being attacked, what did he do?
He said, let's put the Obamacare mandate as part of this tax bill.
Because that will really shut this thing down.
And it should be shut down. And even people like Susan Collins, who could not bring herself to repeal Obamacare, could not defend a mandate on people, a tax, if you will.
That's what the Supreme Court called it.
But it's a mandate to buy a private product.
And so that really put her in a tight spot.
It was a brilliant move by Rand Paul for them to incorporate that in.
One senator can make a big difference.
John McCain can make a big difference.
In the wrong way.
And somebody like Judge Roy Moore would make a big difference.
He would not only be doing the right things, he'd be opposing the wrong people.
People like Mitch McConnell.
We got Luis Gutierrez saying that He is leaving Congress, and we heard this.
It was very sudden, his resignation.
It's like, wow, that's really quick.
Is this something to do with the House sex scandals?
Maybe it does. Who knows?
But he now says that he's leaving Congress to build a left-wing infrastructure to fight Trump.
Well, if that's true, then perhaps he's going to be running in 2020.
I don't know. But as we look at tax reform, remember that Obamacare doesn't provide health care.
Obamacare provides taxes.
It provides mandates.
And it is bankrupting hospitals.
Obamacare is set to drive a new wave of hospital bankruptcy reports.
Zero Hedge. I think this is something that we need to adopt as a slogan.
There's certain powerful slogans like, it's okay to be white.
And watch people freak out about that.
I think we need to, since our kids have been...
Hounded with this idea of environmentalism and racism, that's really what they've been brought up on, and confused sexual identities.
But when they talk about environmentalism, they always talk about sustainability.
And that's the way the UN is selling this takeover of our privacy, our takeover of our ability to own things.
It's all being sold as the UN agenda for sustainability, the 2030 agenda.
It used to be Agenda 21.
That was going to be an agenda for the 21st century.
But then they got more specific. They got, eh, we're going to make it happen by 2030.
So now they've got UN Agenda 2030, the agenda for sustainability.
What we need to tell people is, and this needs to be our new slogan, I think, socialism is unsustainable.
I mean, watch the cognitive dissonance.
Of the Bernie Sanders supporters, when you take their favorite phrase, sustainability, and put it up against socialism and say, socialism is unsustainable.
Remember we had Margaret Thatcher say the problem with socialism is you eventually run out of other people's money, just as we're seeing in Venezuela.
And that's what we're seeing now with Obamacare.
We now have lawyers that are warning that the healthcare industry is about to experience a massive wave of hospital bankruptcies.
They say it's likely to restructure their debt to file for bankruptcy.
In the coming years, it's going to be hospitals and other medical companies.
Because, you know, with this genius plan that the community organizer came up with, We're going to make health care affordable by taxing medical devices.
We're going to make health care more affordable by taxing insurance policies, by holding a gun to your head and forcing you to buy insurance policies for things that you don't even need, like single men having to buy a maternity Writer on their health insurance.
That's one of the reasons why it has skyrocketed.
That's one of the reasons why they made sure that in 2012 you were going to get Obamacare, whether it came from Obama or whether it came from Mitt Romney.
He had already instituted it in Massachusetts.
They're going to give you a choice.
Do you like the whitey guy here or do you like the young black guy here?
Either way, you are going to get Obamacare and they're going to try to keep it unless we replace these people.

Not content with an apology, alleged victims of Bill Clinton, Al Franken, John Conyers, Joe Barton and others have scheduled a press conference this week in Washington, D.C. In a press release, the women say our message is clear.
So far both lawmakers have refused to resign.

You're listening to Real News with David Knight.
In a world of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.
And now, your host, David Knight.
Welcome back, guys.
I was just talking about Obamacare driving a new wave of hospital bankruptcies.
Let me give you the numbers of how this is shaping up.
The article from Zero Hedge Quotes Bloomberg and says, healthcare bankruptcy filings have more than tripled this year, according to data compiled by Bloomberg, and an index of Chapter 11 filings of companies with more than a million dollars in assets.
This has reached a record high in four of the last six quarters.
So you understand this is accelerating.
And it has tripled this year.
They say since 1997, healthcare cases have only made up about 5.25% of U.S. bankruptcy filings.
But now it is 7.25%, and the people who are filing bankruptcy are much larger.
And we can all think... Affordable healthcare for that.
Affordable healthcare.
Just think about the irony.
A total lie. Everything about it.
As I said before, it didn't supply anybody with any healthcare.
It forced you to buy health insurance, which doesn't meet your needs.
And there's nothing affordable about it.
It's bankrupting consumers.
It's bankrupting health providers.
Meanwhile, take a look at what the Obama family has been doing.
As WND points out, there's a stunning final tab for the Obama family vacations that's just been released.
They've now gotten a Freedom of Information request.
This came from Judicial Watch.
They got the last group of expenditures from the Obama family.
So that brings the grand total of vacations for the Obamas to $114 million.
$114 million.
How many of you... Would even come to a tiny fraction of that if you totaled up all the vacations that you take with your family over your entire life.
And yet they, in eight years...
Took 114.7, nearly $115 million worth of vacations.
Here's some of the latest ones that they did.
This is back in February.
Let's see. This was, sorry, this is not the latest ones.
This was in 2014.
One of them was to Aspen.
They shut down the airport for an hour there.
Another one where they went for an annual golfing trip to Palm Springs.
Those two cost the Secret Service $272,000.
And that doesn't even include all of the hotel bills and the other things that they did there.
We're being run like a third-party dictatorship, aren't we, by these community organizers.
And I've got to differ here. We're good to go.
You know, when you look at what the Obamas are doing, they're going right down the playlist of the Clintons.
And if we don't get the Trump Justice Department serious about prosecuting the crimes of the Clinton Foundation, and I've had Charles Ortel on a couple of times on the program.
If you haven't seen those, go to our YouTube channel, Real News of David Knight.
You can see those interviews I had with him where he lays out some of the crimes about the Obama Foundation.
Of course, he's been studying them for a couple of years.
He really laid out a lot of details, especially about the last filing.
And I think one of the most interesting things about it is if you were to get serious about looking at what they've done, they didn't follow any regulations to operate as legitimate charity.
And yet you've got all of these massive foundations like the Gates Foundation and so forth that have been donating money to them over the years, millions and millions of dollars, probably hundreds of millions of dollars.
And that should all be charged back to those other foundations as well.
So lock her up and shut down these other foundations, investigate the fraud.
But the Obamas are doing the same thing, and they've got a big head start on this.
You know, Bernie Sanders is a beloved progressive socialist, but Michelle can be just as socialist as he can.
Plus, she can play all of those identity cards.
She can check off all the boxes.
She's black, she's female, and so forth.
And she's got the money in the Obama Foundation.
They're going right down that path of corruption.
Stay with us.
We'll be right back.

Live from the Infowars.com studios in Austin, Texas, it's your host, David Knight.
It's the real news.
Welcome back.
I'm David Knight.
I want to talk about the judiciary, one of the big issues that we have in Washington in terms of corruption.
And there's one case, this struggle for who's going to control the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, that really illustrates the juncture of bureaucratic usurpation and judicial usurpation.
So I want to get to that case, but before we do, real quickly, I want to talk about a couple of other items that have come out.
In the last couple of days, I didn't get to it, the news break at the top of the hour.
The Texas shooting that was conducted by an individual who should have been shut out of buying a gun.
He should have been in the system of background checks, but the Air Force failed to do that.
And I would say even their problems, their liability goes back to the fact that he shouldn't have even been out of jail.
Forget about putting him in the background check for a moment.
This is a guy who physically beat his wife, threatened her, and cracked the skull of his toddler stepson.
And then escaped from a mental institution within the Air Force, threatened other Air Force personnel, officers were threatened.
Why did this guy only get a slap on the wrist in a short-term prison sentence, but then was let out And nobody was warned about this and he was able to buy guns and conduct this mass shooting in Sutherland Springs, Texas.
The Air Force says that this mistake was just one of dozens.
Of similar mistakes. Of course it is.
This is a systemic issue.
You know that if you find one of these cases, you're going to find quite a few others of those.
And so, as I said when this happened, I said, people need to sue the U.S. government.
They need to sue the Air Force. I don't know if they'll be able to get anything out of it.
They should be compensated for it.
But again, the government always maintains that they don't bear responsibility whenever they do something that harms other people.
They're always telling us we're going to surrender our freedoms because they're going to protect us.
When they fail to protect us, then they say, well, that's not our job.
They had multiple court cases where they said that the duty of the police was not to protect the citizens.
When they failed to protect citizens and they had criminal neglect in that duty...
We've had multiple court cases where the courts have said, no, no, no, no.
They're not there to protect citizens.
You know, in spite of what it says on the police cars, they're really there to protect policy, to serve policy, to serve fines to people, to make sure you obey their rules.
They're not there to protect you.
And evidently, This is maybe the way that it's going to shake out.
But we'll see. Because we've now had a claim filed against the U.S. government over the Sutherland Springs Church massacre.
The family of Brian Holcomb says the Air Force's failure to enter the shooter's information into a database allowed him to purchase the weapons used on the November 5th attack.
And the Air Force has admitted to making that same mistake.
So we'll see if they will then compensate people for it.
There's no question of contributory negligence in this, or just gross negligence, I should say.
Not contributory, it's gross negligence of what they did that endangered these people's lives, caused them to lose their lives.
Will they compensate anybody for it?
We don't know.
Meanwhile, it's not just that the NFL stadiums are going more than half empty.
You've probably seen the pictures over the weekend about how they've had a very weak week number 12 event.
As a matter of fact, it was put up in the articles.
They spelled it week 12, W-E-A-K. And you can see pictures of the seats in the stadiums less than half full.
But it's not just that nobody's buying tickets to their game and showing up.
It's not just that their television ratings are plummeting.
But NFL merchandise is down by 20% or more.
Since the 2009 recession.
So people are not buying, guess what?
They're not buying the shirts, they're burning the shirts.
And so ESPN is coming out, and they're applauding the comments on racial issues.
So ESPN is now doing the Colin Kaepernick thing.
They're going to double down on, guess what, racism, because that's all that they can talk about.
And they're saying, we're not going to just stick to sports.
Well, if that's going to be your case, then get ready for more of the massive layoffs that you've had.
We've had people cutting the cable, people demanding that they want refunds for these football games, people upset that ESPN is part of the basic cable package that they have to pay for that.
So just get ready for more of that.
You're going to burn yourself down, just like you've let that Marxist Colin Kaepernick burn down the NFL. But the NFL owners like that.
They like what's happening there because they're all about social engineering.
And we've been telling you that for quite some time.
There were social engineering people when they increased the security, putting in TSA type of security at the football games.
And they're part of that engineering, social engineering movement.
But let's take a look at what's going on in the judicial system.
The woman, Leandra English, who came in and said, I'm in charge here at the Consumer Protection Financial Protection Board after the director resigned over the holidays.
And Donald Trump said, well, I'm going to appoint Mick Mulvaney as the interim director until we get a permanent one.
She said, no, no, no. I'm in charge here.
I'm in charge. And she sued President Trump.
And the person who is paying for this, we're not allowed to know.
She's got a lawyer, Deepak Gupta.
Get that clip ready. Because they asked him, who is paying for this defense?
Who is paying to sue President Trump to keep Leandra English in charge there at the Consumer Financial Protection Board?
And here's what he had to say when he was asked who was paying him to sue President Trump.
Mr. Gupta? Well, it's not Miss English.
There are ethics lawyers that we've consulted, and we have a structure set up that complies with ethics rules.
And we'll be talking about that, I think, once we have...
Why not just say it now? Oh, who's paying me?
I can't really say.
As Daily Caller points out, secret donors are financing this lawsuit against President Trump and the White House Budget Director Mick Mulvaney over who gets to run the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
And this guy that you just heard stammering and stuttering when he was asked a straightforward question, maybe we should ask Lori Allred, hey, who's paying your fees to come after Roy Moore?
He starts stammering and stuttering about this, and he refused to name who is paying for his services.
There has been a temporary victory for the Trump administration.
Today, a judge ruled that Mick Mulvaney will be in charge of the Consumer Financial Protection Board for now.
The judge refused the request of Leandra English to block Mulvaney's appointment.
And as Vox points out, the Trump victory could be temporary.
U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly, who is a Trump appointee, hold that thought there, okay, Trump appointee, says, we're going to leave this here for right now until we do more investigation, and I'm going to not remove him right now.
He was just confirmed in September.
See what a difference it makes?
Do you think that we would have had this happen if it had been a judge appointed by Obama or by Clinton?
No. No.
So the case required further review, but that Mulvaney may serve while it makes its way through the courts.
Nevertheless, English is expected to seek an injunction on this order, reports the Washington Post.
Let's say employees at the CFPB returned to work after the holiday weekend and were met with the bizarre and unconventional scenario of two people claiming to be their boss because the bureaucracy thinks that they run the government.
And quite frankly, they're right. They do.
We have had the Congress turn this over to the bureaucracy, and they've turned everything over to the judiciary.
And as they say, this is a standoff over a long politicized battle over the Bureau's direction.
Mulvaney is a former congressman from South Carolina.
He has called this whole setup, and interestingly enough, this was created, it was suggested, proposed by Senator Elizabeth Warren, and then it was put into place by Barney Frank and Chris Dodd, who then subsequently took their golden parachutes for what they did for the big banks and retired.
And it has been a disaster, causing the closure of many small to medium-sized banks, which is exactly what it was designed to do.
It hasn't really protected consumers.
It's made it more difficult for many people to get loans.
And Mulvaney said, this thing is a disaster.
I think we should kill it.
Unfortunately, President Trump says, we will bring it back to life.
No, let's kill it. Let's keep that guy there and let's kill it.
And when we come back, I'm going to tell you why we need to change the judiciary and how we'll do it.

I was just talking about the fight going back and forth between this Consumer Financial Protection Board over who's going to run it, And the lawyer of the person who was number two, Leandra English, says, no, I'm in charge. And President Trump says, no, I'm appointing somebody to take this guy's place.
I have the right as president to do that.
She says, no, you're not. I'm going to sue you.
The lawyer who is representing her refuses to say who is paying for that.
So, you can guess who you think is paying for that.
Is it George Soros? I don't know.
He seems to be the usual suspect.
The Moriarty that's behind all these different schemes.
We don't know. He won't say who is paying his bill.
This is a fight to keep this thing going, and it ought to be shut down, just like the Department of Education should have been shut down when President Reagan took charge.
He had campaigned that he would shut down the Department of Education.
Instead, he grew it. It had just been created by Jimmy Carter, just like this CFPB has been created by the Dodd-Frank Act.
It was suggested by Focahontas, Elizabeth Warren, and it has been a disaster from the get-go.
But let's take a look at something else.
And as you know, over the holiday weekend, Ann Coulter was joking about how repressive the judiciary system has been, basically shutting down anything President Trump wants to do.
She said, hey, look, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals just overturned his pardon of the Thanksgiving turkey.
And that's not really that much of a reach.
They have overturned everything.
And it's typically the judges that were appointed by Obama or by Clinton.
And here's another one.
Another federal judge claims jurisdiction over deportation appeals.
Doesn't matter where they are.
They come in and say, I overrule the president.
Just like this woman who was at the CFPB bureaucracy.
This is a federal judge in Boston ruled Monday that her court has jurisdiction over a case brought by a group of illegal immigrants living in New Hampshire challenging their impending removal.
And of course, she is a Bill Clinton appointee.
And to give you an idea of why it is important to replace the personnel, Just take a look at this story coming from Zero Hedge, talking about a FOIA request.
From Judicial Watch.
And it looks like they're going to get the documents behind the Bill Clinton-Loretta Lynch tarmac meeting.
And they tweeted out, they said, the cover-up begins to end.
Judicial Watch hints at an explosive new Clinton-Lynch tarmac documents.
They say back on June 29, 2016, that was when this event happened.
Remember, this was just a couple of days before Hillary Clinton was going to go before her vassal.
James Comey, who had covered for her with Uranium One and so many other things, was just going to go before him.
He had already decided before he looked at anything that he was going to let her go.
But she was going to have to go before him and answer some questions, and other people were going to be in the room.
And I said, you know, she had even said, that's one of the most dangerous things about all this, you know.
If she were to lie under oath, she'd be in a lot of trouble.
That's the one thing they got Bill Clinton on that an obstruction, but then they obstructed the documents about this.
They had a meeting there.
They claimed that there were no documents about that meeting whatsoever.
They lied about that.
That was last October that they said, no, no, no, you can't see any information about that.
But here we are a year later with some different personnel in place and things start to change.
Judicial Watch and other groups filed FOIA requests trying to see if there was any Department of Justice or FBI documents about that meeting.
And they said, was this a really poorly timed meeting?
You know, this is not a good time for Bill and Loretta Lynch to get together and talk about their grandchildren privately in front of a bunch of press.
That's not a good idea because it looks like there's some collusion going on here.
Or maybe that's really what was happening.
Maybe it was a clear attempt by a former president...
To apply leverage over the current Attorney General to obstruct justice and to get his wife elected president.
I think it's very interesting because, you know, two charges against Bill Clinton when he was impeached were obstruction of justice and lying under oath.
Hillary Clinton was coming up for a deposition, so what do we do?
Let's do the obstruction of justice part, too, because we got off with both of those charges when Bill was impeached for that.
So they figured they could get away with it again.
After originally being told by the FBI that there were no documents to produce in response to the July 2016 FOIA request, Judicial Watch's Tom Fitton was subsequently told in October of this year, another October later, that the FBI had simply overlooked 30 pages of relevant documents. that the FBI had simply overlooked 30 pages of relevant 30 pages which Fitton now says will mark, quote, the beginning of the end of the Department of Justice's cover-up when they're released this Thursday, tomorrow.
That's going to be very interesting.
thing.
And it is interesting, isn't it?
It's the change of personnel.
If we really want to see things change, we're going to have to change the judiciary.
And that's what Pat Buchanan was talking about.
He said, why Roy Moore matters?
He says, if Democrats pick up this Alabama seat...
Then we're not going to have much of a say-so, perhaps, in terms of picking any Supreme Court justices, because things are very, very close.
And he talks about how, historically, even very popular presidents like Eisenhower have had big fall-offs in the midterm elections.
Bill Clinton lost control of both the House and the Senate in his first off-year election.
Barack Obama, same situation, lost six seats in the Senate, 54 seats in control of the House.
And they were a lot more popular than President Trump is.
And so that's one aspect of it.
But there's another aspect of it as well.
Besides the fact that the Democrats could choose a Supreme Court representative, they also have this little thing called the blue slip courtesy.
And Al Franken used this to try to block somebody that was going to be appointed to the Minnesota Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
But Chuck Grassley said, no, no, no.
That's been honored in the past when it's simply about your state.
But this is something that is a broader jurisdiction than your state, so he's not going to honor it.
But if we lose control, and if we have people like Doug Jones in there, we will.

Dr. Group, you developed Living Defense for us.
It took you over a year to do it.
Why is this so good? Because people are actually waking up to the problem that pretty much scares me the most.
I mean, I try to make sure that I don't put toxins from food and water and beverages in my system.
But right now, we're dealing with massive parasites, which is anything that's harmful to your body that lives off a host mechanism.
Right now, with all the refugees, We're spreading disease around.
We have biological warfare going on everywhere.
These are all parasites.
Tell us about all the stuff I said.
There's so many things that are in it.
You have the neem in there.
You have the organic clove bud, the organic wormwood.
I recommend doing a parasite cleanse at least twice a year.
All right, well, I'm glad we've got some back in because I'm going back on it today.
It just came back in yesterday. Living Defense, InfoWarsLife.com.
And folks, you can't lose. It's full of stuff that's great for your body, period.
And you support the broadcast, InfoWarsLife.com.
Thank you, Dr. Group from the Global Healing Center.
Thank you so much for all your work, sir, on this great product.
You're listening to Real News with David Knight.
Real News with David Knight.
Cutting through the electronic Berlin Wall of disinformation.
It's your host, live and uncensored, David Knight.
Welcome back. I'm David Knight and we're going to be talking to Lionel and the rest of the program here.
Of course, Lionel is a frequent guest, an Emmy Award winning TV news decoder and legal analyst.
You can find him on YouTube, Lionel Nation.
Also, Twitter, at Lionel Media.
And Lionel... Matt Lauer, what's going on?
I mean, who knew that something like this would happen?
Are you astonished? Who knew?
David, everybody knew.
Yeah, that's it, yes.
Wait a minute, let me say this.
Everybody, everybody knew.
Charlie Rose, everybody.
When Savannah Guthrie goes on the air and says, I'm so shocked.
I'd say, hold it! You're a journalist?
You don't know?
I mean, you're in your building.
I don't even work there.
We know that. Look at this schmaltz.
And you got the queen of insincere, Hoda, who was wondering.
He said, she can turn. Look at the face.
Look at the face. I can't believe this.
Dear colleague, we received a detailed complaint.
Now, let me tell you what was going on here.
In no particular order.
Well, wait, before you go to that, you're talking about who knew, and it's like Cokie Roberts even said that about Conyers.
I mean, everybody has said, you talk about Charlie Rose, you mentioned Weinstein, after the fact, everybody says, oh yeah, we all knew they were doing cartoon jokes about it.
Cokie Roberts said everybody knew not to get in the elevator with John Conyers and so forth.
And now we're being told, today at least, the story is, the official story is, we had no idea.
Go ahead. Whenever you, you know, at the Infowars Christmas party, give an award out for anybody who can do this thought experiment.
Phone sex with John Conyers.
Okay, fine. I think John Conyers died in 1983 when nobody told him.
So this guy's, bless his heart, I'm thinking, I'm going to walk in here all the time and say, John, you okay?
Get a mirror. But here's what's going on.
He's got a communications director called Bob Wiener.
Should we send a memo to the Democrats to not hire people named Wehner as their communications?
If you bring up Richard Long or something, and I know where we're going with this, you vile.
I know the codes. I get all these double-ended founders.
But here's the thing. First, in no particular order, at NBC they're saying, we got rid of $25 million on a morals clause!
We got rid of 25 mil a year for what?
Who signed this deal?
We're dying over here!
Today, ESPN just fired 150 people.
It's Black Wednesday for NBC, isn't it?
They just went into the black. You've got major, listen, I'm sorry to say this, but Cumulus stock, delisted, 27 cents.
You've got iHeart under so much debt.
You've got the existential world.
This, this is it.
So that's number one. They get rid of it.
But let me say this again, on a morals clause, not because, well, the ratings or whatever, you're out.
Believe me, he probably said Lack.
Try to find something. Two, Andy Lack, when he was head of the BBG, remember the Board of Broadcast Governors or some, I don't know what the name of this thing is.
He compared RT to ISIS. Read it.
Read it. I'm not kidding you.
No, that's number two. Number three, which is also important.
You know who? Two people are laughing their you-know-what off.
Number one, Ann Curry.
Ann Curry is probably so loaded right now, she said, what?
Ann Curry, who basically they threw her under the bus, backed the bus over her, drove over her again.
More people lost everything.
Fate. They loathe him because of Ann Curry.
And number two, Brian Williams just says, all I did was lie about a war.
And I was the only one ever to get into trouble for lying about Iraq.
What did I do? And they're all saying, hey, Matt, thanks for sticking up for me.
This guy ran the place.
He was the one who picked. Ask also, Natalie Morales, where'd you go?
Just put that in the one particular column.
Samantha Guthrie, put that one over there.
Just keep an eye on this because further heads are going to roll.
But when these people have the unmitigated gall to come forward and say, I had no idea, stop it.
Now, a couple other things too.
You know, I love that anytime I can use the word zeitgeist in a sentence, I will.
And David, zeitgeist would be a great product, I think, for Emmerich Essentials.
Try zeitgeist. What is it?
Who knows? Take it!
But it's popular, yeah.
But you'll feel real good, all right?
This adds to the fear of, hey, you know, if NBC can clear out the ranks, if CBS and Charlie Rose can do it, let's now go and talk about this congressional issue.
This unbelievably unfair, weird kind of star tribunal and cover-up, 90 days.
You have to wait.
You cannot be represented.
Have you ever read, you know, you can look into this, Did I hear correctly that to be in Congress, they've re-ruled or rewritten the, I guess, the inheritance statute as pensions.
They have waived the multiple booking rule where you can't, for example, schedule five, ten different airline flights at one time.
They can. I mean, they have done...
Well, they've got insider trading that they made possible for themselves.
And then when they got called on it, Nancy Pelosi came out with the Stock Act and they said, we're going to shut that down.
And then after everybody was looking the other way, less than a year later, they eviscerated that so that they basically legalized insider trading for Congress as well.
You talk about the power of that.
I mean, that's like the Federal Reserve.
You know, you can jack the economy up or you can crash it.
They can do the same thing and they can trade on the knowledge of what they're going to do with that.
But they'll put everybody else in jail for that, do a show trial on it.
And David, for $25,000 and a new car, who can fire the Fed chairman?
Can't, better yet, can the president fire the Fed chair?
We're going to transcend them with Bitcoin.
That's what we're going to do. No, they can't.
But let me just stop and back this up.
What we're seeing here is a failure to communicate.
I had to do that cool hand Luke thing.
But what we're seeing here is the destruction.
God, you guys are good.
I say something and you have this immediate website.
But what we're seeing right now...
Is an implosion of legacy, Jurassic, odios, ossified media.
This heritage media.
You're seeing this just crumbling.
And what they're doing now, believe me, what motivates these people more than ever, because they could have kept him on.
They could have said, you know what, we'll figure something out that we'll...
$25 million.
And Megyn Kelly!
They also said to her, oh, by the way, Megan, don't you think for a moment that this bodes well for you?
You were the biggest pig in a poke, the worst trade, the worst mistake ever.
We're just too embarrassed to say so.
So don't think, look at this, she made $23 million.
Matt Lauer, I heard, was livid $25 million for being there for, what, 30 years?
Because this was...
Crazy. So what you're seeing right now is this feigned type of vigil.
We're going to get to the bottom of this, and we're going to respect the integrity of the women.
Fine, that's number one, but don't kid yourself.
The biggest talk right now is how they're looking around saying, what do we do?
That's the story. And that's why this is so, so critical.
Because of technology, because of everything.
And look at the Supreme Court, which you alluded to in the Carpenter case.
The Fourth Amendment.
Does not necessarily comport with new technology.
So this is, David, in my frenetic crazed free zone delivery here.
These are the best times to be in.
This is so exciting.
The immediacy of news and how this and you and we have supplanted.
That's right. Play the music for a second.
We're talking about the immediacy of the news.
We've got an immediate break that is coming up.
We've got a hard break. We've got to take that.
But we're going to be right back with Lionel.
And you can find him again on YouTube, Lionel Nation, on Twitter, at Lionel Media.
We'll be right back with Lionel.
I'm David Knight.

For the formulae, and I came up with our own formula, working with some scientists and developers, non-GMO, made right here in America, 120 capsules.
And ladies and gentlemen, you add the preglanone to it, which is the precursor to all the hormones that your body has to have to even make the hormones in your glands.
It is amazing.
Red Pill, now available at Infowarsstore.com, and your purchase, Fug's the Operational.

You're listening to Real News with David Knight.
Welcome back.
I'm David Knight, and we're talking to Lionel...
You can find him on YouTube, Lionel Nation.
You can find him on Twitter, at Lionel Media.
Lionel, before we went to the break, you had just mentioned the Supreme Court case that is being, they're starting arguments on that today.
Interesting case, although it's not really something new in a sense.
I mean, we've been seeing this pretense that if your data belongs to some third party, Then, or if you're using some third party to conduct some business, like if you're going through Google or whatever, they can turn all that information over to the government and the government doesn't need to get a search warrant because that information belongs to this third party.
I think it's an interesting legal argument that I don't agree with.
What it is is kind of...
Crony wiretapping, crony surveillance.
They're also going to use that for crony censorship.
I mean, when we go back to the Fourth Amendment, the right of the people to be secure in their person, their places, their homes, their effects, and papers, and so forth.
Does that only apply if we're using actual paper and a quill pen?
Or does that still apply, those same broad principles?
Do those same broad principles still apply when we're using electronic devices?
Or do we surrender all of our freedoms to the convenience of the state?
David, I'm going to give you right now a great bit of advice.
This answers every legal question you have ever done or you have ever known.
And I'm telling you right now, in going on 35 years of practicing law, it has worked like a charm.
The answer to every legal question, no matter what it is, is...
It depends. Believe me when I tell you this.
Now, first of all, a couple of things.
With all due respect to...
No absolutes, right? None.
With all due respect to the great Justice Scalia, who, by the way, was found with a pillow on his head.
That wasn't the creepiest thing, actually.
We went to cover that.
We went to that actual hotel.
That was, like, one of the creepiest places I've ever been.
But go ahead. A pillow on his head.
I mean, I don't need to crumble, but he used to always say...
I thought I was going to wind up with a pillow over my head after looking at all the satanic stuff they had over the place.
Anyway, go ahead. But we digress, but we're very good at that.
You know, they said, well, you see...
The problem with this, what Nino would say was, you see, we have to go back.
We're an originalist.
What did the drafters intend?
What did they intend?
Let's exhume, if you will, James Madison to say, GPS data, metadata?
Now, I'm sure there is some corollary.
If the Supreme Court says that this is contemplated, fine.
But let me ask you this. Reasonable expectation of privacy.
David, if I am...
A cop. And somebody's standing in front of your mailbox.
Postman. Postperson.
And I grab the letters and go, let me see this.
I say, oh, David got a letter from the power company.
Oh, American Express.
Oh! Now, I didn't open up your letters, but I saw kind of where you've been.
Did you have a reasonable expectation of privacy that I would ever know that?
Or metadata? When you get this device, David, and you, and by the way, how about that great Jennifer Rowley?
Does this woman work 24 hours a day for you?
You should pay her. Triple.
That's right. That's right. And you're talking about this hypothetical situation where they're looking at drama.
That's what the post office actually does.
They call that a cover. Right.
And they keep a record of who's sending you stuff and who you're sending stuff to.
And they say that that's allowed.
Yeah. Go ahead. But you, by virtue of having this, have told the world, if you want to order a pizza, everything, constantly.
Can you really go before court and say, how dare you tell the police where I was, even though Grubhub knew where I was, and even though Verizon knew where I was, and even though everybody in my Foursquare and Tinder or whatever the heck it is, everybody knew location services were turned on.
Can you really honestly say that you are shocked when you have a device that really doesn't work?
Can't be used unless these devices are turned on.
That's an interesting story because what the cops are saying is, I don't care what Knight said.
I don't care what the... I want to know where was he?
That's all. And if you can give me a bill that says, where was he living at the time?
He was in Texas.
Okay. Is that a violation?
Well, no. Well, that's what this may or may not be.
But let me tell you something. The Supreme Court could say, no, that is not it, because location data...
We're contemplated within the confines of the Fourth Amendment.
And they could easily say this.
You know, Nino Scalia one time got this thing, got the right case right with the wrong reason.
Remember when they went into the property, they stuck one of those little tracking devices on the truck of some drug cartel.
He said it was wrong.
And they said, good, Nino.
Great. Why? Because you trespassed.
What? Because you trespass on his property to put the device on.
They said, Nino, no! What about the data?
He said, I'm not even going to deal with that.
So he got it right, in my opinion.
But let me say something to you.
This is your open window.
This is the glass house that we live in.
And what this is, if you think that somehow you're going to even try this, it's a great position, but far beyond Far be it for me to suggest that there's a simple answer to this, but I'm going to tell you right now, I don't believe that GPS information or data or location data are necessarily contemplated because of no reasonable expectation by virtue of the fact that you use this.
Slipping a phone in David Knight's back pocket...
Slipping a phone, one of those geotags.
That might be a different story.
You didn't consent to that.
But I am constantly saying, Google Map, where's that theater?
Can Google find out where you are?
Sure. If I order pizza here, I've got 30, I've got car services.
I am a walking beacon telling the whole world, but not...
You know, it's interesting you bring that up, too, because Google was just busted by Quartz for having collected location data on people that had Android devices, even though they had location services turned off, even though they didn't have any applications on that.
They were still collecting it and using it to make money off of.
They could turn that over to the cops, even though that wasn't wasn't enabled.
But that would be a different type of case.
And, David, let me give you also an update, too.
The next time we talk, there is something going on right now regarding robotics that most people cannot find, cannot fathom.
There is now robots with AI. We mentioned, I think, Sophia, who is now, get this, a citizen of Saudi Arabia, a female robot, whatever that means, who has more rights than actual women.
She doesn't have to wear a veil and she can probably drive a car if they can manage it, right?
Imagine there is going to be one day a robot, an AI-equipped robot that runs for, let's say, County Commission or whatever of Austin, Texas, that has fed into it every name of every constituent, every vote, every issue. Can't be bought, can't be sexually harassing anybody, can't be compromised, and has a 99% approval rating.
You're going to see, as God is my witness, you're going to see AI legislators.
And to get around the human aspect of it, Saudi Arabia, not exactly the vanguard of forward thinking, said that a robot can be a citizen slash human robot.
One day we're going to now change the requirement of what a human is for purposes of holding office.
I'm not kidding.
I can see that happening.
I mean, we've all got robots voting, right?
We suspect that's what's happening in many cases.
It's representing us, robots from like Danger Will Robinson days.
So what this is right now is we are seeing right now, these are the best times because we are in the middle of a cataclysm.
And technology and the law, remember Lionel's law, the law cannot catch up with technology.
They don't fit and merge and everything.
At the speed of thought, we're dealing with issues that are so interesting.
And meanwhile, you've got Matt Lauer.
Who? Tomorrow?
Who? Tomorrow? That's right.
It was Black Wednesday payoff for NBC to get rid of him.
Now, if they can just find some morals clause to get rid of Megyn Kelly, they might really be in the black.
Last message.
How about I love Donald Trump?
Just sticking it to him.
Sticking it to Joe Scarborough.
Sticking it to them.
What about you, Joe? What about you?
Is Phil Griffin next?
I mean, he doesn't, whether it's Trump or not, I love this man.
I'm serious. He's like that great, that older brother, that real kind of ball-buster guy Pain in the neck that you love?
Seriously, he has done more to shake that group.
And by the way, they own their existential existence, which is redundant to him.
And let's keep an eye on that merger.
Let's keep an eye on what happens if they're going to get rid of CNN. Because you know AT&T says, we'd love to get rid of CNN. We're not in the news business.
We don't like CNN. I've got to pretend that it means something.
That it's the crown jewel.
They're into information.
That's what we're going to talk about next.
Well, you know, it's interesting you talk about Trump owning these people.
He certainly owned them today when Nancy and Chuck boycotted the meeting and he put empty chairs next to himself with name tags there.
Boy, that was a great visual for everybody to show how petulant they are and how they don't want to make this country work.
Well, that's it for our program. Thank you for joining us and thank you to Lionel.
