	Alright, it's going to be that time of year.
	We're just one day off from December.
	It's November the 30th, 2017.
	I'm David Knight, your host here at Real News.
	Today we're going to be joined with a couple of very interesting guests.
	We're going to have Chris Paranto, one of the heroes of the Benghazi ordeal, the Battle of Benghazi, who waited 13 hours before Hillary Clinton and David Petraeus would graciously send some help to these people.
	Many people died there.
	The families are furious.
	People who were there are furious at the inaction of the government and what we learned later that Hillary Clinton was deliberately selling a false narrative, deliberately doing that as she was delaying the investigation.
	And then what they did was they captured someone who was involved in it, a couple of people who've been involved in this, and brought them back to the U.S. for a civilian trial.
	Isn't that interesting? Well, Chris Paranto and others are furious that this happened because now after this long civilian trial, which he refused to testify in, By the way, after this long civilian trial, this one individual, although being found guilty of terrorism, has been found innocent of murder and will not be getting the death penalty.
	So we're going to have Chris Pronto on to give his comments about that today.
	So stay with us. That's going to be very interesting.
	We're also going to have Hugo de Garris, a longtime expert on artificial intelligence.
	He believes that eventually you're going to have a Terminator type of scenario, but he believes before that There is going to be what he calls, and wrote a book on it, The Artilect War.
	That humanity will divide between a few high-tech...
	say Jeff Bezos would be the best example.
	We'll talk to him, see if he thinks that this is what's happening with Jeff Bezos.
	But you know, we've been told by many that Amazon is really a death star for so many different businesses, whether it's retail or now they're going after the grocery store distribution.
	They are a kind of death star.
	But in the art-like war, what he envisions is a population that starts to wake up to what is happening with artificial intelligence, even before AI goes self-aware, if it does go self-aware.
	But at some point they realize that these individuals are playing with fire.
	And they realize that they are basically screwing the rest of the world.
	And so he calls the group of people that are waking up about this, the Terrans, because he sees the technological elite like Jeff Bezos becoming what he calls Cosmos, saying, well, we're not going to be able to defend ourselves against this massive humanity.
	So what we'll do is we'll use our technology to go into near-Earth orbit.
	And it's interesting, he wrote this book well before Jeff Bezos started talking openly about his plans to do just that.
	So we're going to talk to him about that as well.
	And we've got a lot of interesting updates on Bitcoin, on Matt Lauer and all the different media-grabbing news.
	I guess we should call it news that grabs you.
	That's what we're seeing from mainstream media.
	We also have a good update about the Bundy trial.
	We've finally had some of these individuals and...
	They have been in jail, understand, for two years without bail because they were so dangerous.
	Well, even the judge on these previous trials, who's really been skewing things in the government's favor, has awakened to the lies of the prosecution, the lies of the Bureau of Land Management.
	And after a closed hearing, she granted essentially bail to the people who are still under trial.
	The trial is still going on.
	But we're going to give you the updates and tell you the amazing revelations that have come out, that have caused even this biased federal judge to say, wait a minute, maybe they aren't the really dangerous people.
	Maybe the really dangerous people were the BLM and Dan Love, who is not allowed to be talked about in the trial.
	The guy who was the special agent in charge for the BLM in two states, in Nevada and Utah.
	And he ran it as a corrupt dictator.
	He's now been removed, and he's no longer the special agent in charge, but he has also been removed from the trial.
	And the jury is not allowed to know about his deep crime.
	So we're going to tell you about that.

	I'm David Knight on this Thursday, November the 30th, 2017, last day of November.
	We're getting very close to December, and as we're getting close to the end of the year, the crunch is on to pass tax reform.
	We had President Trump in Missouri yesterday, gave a very compelling speech.
	Very, very relaxed, very natural, had a lot of great things to say, well-received.
	But we've got the New York Times now pushing back on tax reform, which was the key thing that President Trump was pushing on, trying to get this done by the end of the year.
	A deadline. Because it has been talked about from the very beginning, and this is built into a lot of the expectations that we see in the economy now.
	In terms of the stock market, in terms of business plans, people were expecting, even consumers, I believe, were expecting to see something of a tax cut that was going to be retroactive to the beginning of this year.
	So that's why they pushed to get this done by the end of the year.
	And the New York Times editorial board is not only opposing tax reform, but they're going full-blown activist.
	They put out a series of tweets urging people to contact Republican senators and giving all of their contact information.
	For example, contact Bob Corker.
	This is coming from the editorial board on Twitter.
	Editorial board is urging the New York Times editorial, bow down and worship.
	This is the New York Times editorial board.
	And you know, Bob Corker is from Tennessee, so he should care about what these New Yorkers think, right?
	They're looking to see their taxes go up, and then people are going to be angry at the local liberal state government, perhaps, instead of having people in the rest of the country, places like...
	Texas, where we don't have an income tax, are subsidizing the taxes, the high taxes in New York and California.
	And we're kind of tired of that.
	So if you guys want to have high taxes and big government, pay for it yourself.
	We don't do that here, so if you want to do that, then pay the price instead of getting a tax break off of your federal taxes.
	But the New York Times is working very hard as activists.
	They say the editorial board is urging Bob Corker, and they send this to him, to vote against the Senate tax bill because it would increase the deficit by more than $1.4 trillion.
	He said he would vote against the bill if it added, quote, one penny to the deficit, unquote.
	Contact him and tell him, hashtag the tax bill hurts.
	That's their tweet. They're saying that it's going to go up by $1.4 trillion.
	Is that worse than on Obama?
	Obama was going up about a trillion dollars a year, actually a little bit more than that.
	It went up $10 trillion over eight years under Obama.
	Did you hear Bob Corker say, I will not vote for another authorization bill if it goes up by one penny?
	It went up by a lot of pennies.
	It went up by 100 trillion pennies.
	Okay, so no, actually, more than that, a thousand trillion pennies.
	Okay, so you had a giga tax increase here, and he didn't say anything about it over the entire eight years of Obama, but now not one penny that Trump is president, not one penny.
	And I don't want to see the deficit go up.
	I'd like to see them cut spending.
	But let's not get all bent out of shape about a projection from the Congressional Budget Office that says that over 10 years, this would cause the deficit to the accumulated debt, we should say, by more than $1.4 trillion over 10 years, when they didn't complain about it going up more than a trillion dollars every year under Barack Obama.
	And then they list His contact information.
	They put his Washington, D.C. office, his Nashville office, his Memphis office, his Knoxville office, his Jackson office, his Tri-Cities office, his Chattanooga office.
	You think they want people to contact him?
	You know, he might be able to tell if the calls are coming from New York or Tennessee just by listening to the way they talk.
	But anyway, we'll see what happens with that.
	But they also put in Senator Collins to contact her.
	So they've got everybody there.
	Put pressure on these establishment Republicans.
	Meanwhile, yesterday we had a kind of a kerfuffle in the UK. They got very upset about the fact that President Trump tweeted out three terror attacks.
	And these are videos, not terror attacks, but three videos showing things done by, purportedly done by Muslims.
	They came from Britain First.
	It's an extremist group, they say, in the United Kingdom.
	They're very angry about it because one individual there was killed by someone who claimed to be a member of that group.
	And so they were very upset about the fact that videos, whether or not they were true, were tweeted out by Donald Trump because they came from these other individuals.
	Well, the question is, were they true or not?
	Theresa May was upset about it.
	Donald Trump came back and said, Theresa May, don't focus on me.
	Focus on the destructive, radical Islamic terrorism that is taking place in the United Kingdom.
	We're doing just fine.
	And so when we look at these videos, the first one, as Breitbart reports, showed a Muslim youth being thrown to his death by Islamic activists during the 2013 anti-government rioting in Cairo, Egypt.
	The rioting took place after the military removed Egypt's Islamic government, which was controlled by an Egypt-based Muslim Brotherhood.
	The alleged murderer, Mahmoud Ramadan, was hanged.
	So there's no question that that's authentic.
	And he was thrown to his death.
	And so the second video shows a Muslim destroying a Christian statue.
	And of course, they don't like Christian statues.
	They consider them to be idols.
	As a matter of fact, the Muslims don't like things like the Sphinx.
	That's why it's got bullet holes all over its face.
	They don't like any statue, whether it's religious or not.
	They want to destroy everything.
	They blew up the Parthenon.
	They shot up the Sphinx.
	They cut the heads off of statues outside of Catholic churches.
	Islamic law considers Allah, of course, to be the only God.
	And it bars worship of deceased people.
	They see many of these as being worship of deceased people.
	So the video ends with the statue being smashed by a Muslim who is calling for takbir, or affirmation of the Islamic faith.
	And then he gets the response from the crowd there, Allahu Akbar, which does not mean God is great.
	It means Allah is greater than your God.
	And that's also true. So that's two of the three videos that went out.
	The remaining video, they say, is widely described as fake.
	It shows a Dutch youth, not a Muslim, attacking another Dutch youth.
	They say the perpetrator was not a Muslim, let alone a migrant, but simply a Dutchman, said a translated statement on the website that published the video.
	So that perhaps was fake.
	They're saying that it was fake, but of course we have also seen...
	Governments come out and identify people who were Muslims, who were parents, were legal or illegal immigrants coming into a country, and the child was born in this country, and it's, oh, they were just a Frenchman, or they were just a Dutchman, or whatever.
	And we've seen that kind of covering done for many people throughout Europe.
	France, Germany, many other places do not want to admit that.
	On the lighter side...
	We have parts of Siberia are colder than minus 60 degrees Fahrenheit, and it's only November.
	Like I said at the beginning, we got one more day of November.
	It's already minus 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
	And we get all these indications that global warming is not happening.
	And yet they continue to push on this.
	We have some interesting updates about what's going on with the war on diesels.
	And get you to understand what's really happening here, how they're trying to ban internal combustions, but especially diesel, internal combustion engines throughout the world.
	They've given a time deadline as to when they're going to do it, and France, and the United Kingdom, and China, and in California, of course, always following what they do in England.
	And so I want to give you an update today as to actually what's happening with diesel in the UK.
	It's absolutely insane.
	And I want to give you a comparison.
	There was an interesting article on Road & Track where they said that emissions from electric vehicles vary widely from country to country.
	It's like, wait a minute.
	I didn't know electric vehicles had any emissions.
	I thought they were completely emissionless or they put out unicorn farts or something.
	Well, where do you think the electricity comes from?
	It comes from factories.
	What do you think the dirtiest factories are?
	Well, the places that we had the Climate Paris Agreement was going to give them the ability to continue to build dirty factories infinitum, essentially, for decades until they even capped it.
	And then they were going to allow them to leave it there before they started to decline it a little bit.
	Well, from those countries, you'd be absolutely amazed...
	At how much of their carbon emissions, as they put it, is coming out of these factories compared to a car that is an internal combustion engine.
	So you've got these external combustion engines, these dirty coal-powered plants.

	We have an update on the Bundy Ranch.
	You know, these individuals have been in jail for over two years.
	Remember the poem? No man survives when freedom fails.
	The best men rot in filthy jails, and that's what's been happening.
	The best men have been rotting in jails for two years, except for those who were killed.
	And now, it's starting to turn.
	I've got an update on this.
	We have an update from Brian Hyde, whose Facebook page, Who's Next?, covers this, as well as some updates from Readout News.
	Usually we've had Sherry Duvall on, but this came out late yesterday.
	It was difficult to reach her on such short notice.
	So I've got an update from Brian Hyde.

	Yeah, who is next? Who is next?
	If they can take the best among us, because freedom is failing.
	They can have them rotting in filthy jails for two years.
	Well, it's changed now a little bit.
	A little bit of relief for these people.
	They haven't just been rotting in filthy jails.
	They've been tortured by these people.
	And now Cliven Bundy, Emmon Bundy, Ryan Bundy, who is representing himself, was released to home detention a couple of weeks ago.
	Judge Gloria Navarra has granted a pretrial release to Cliven Bundy and Emmon Bundy.
	This does not mean, says the Bundy Ranch on their Facebook page, this does not mean that the trial is over.
	The court order allows Cliven and Ammon Bundy the right to go to a court-approved home during the dependency of their trial.
	All three men have been in prison for nearly two years without bond.
	Ryan was released in prison earlier this month, but remains in trial for conspiracy, extortion, and more.
	What a travesty this is.
	These political prisoners, because they were fighting for freedom, folks.
	And they put them in jail.
	And they've kept them there for years.
	AP picked it up, says, Clive and Bundy has refused to leave because there are others who have not been granted release.
	And his lawyer said, well, he is a man of strong principles.
	And he is. He is.
	The best among us are locked up in filthy jails.
	And that's the Bundy family.
	They have fought for your rights, folks.
	You may not realize it. But if they don't have any property rights, you're not going to have any either.
	Other farmers, other miners, other ranchers are not going to have loggers.
	When they take away their rights, they're coming for you next.
	You're not going to have any property rights.
	And, you know, when I took a vacation before this show began, we went up to the Washington area, and sure enough, they were going through and they were going to take away the suburban homes of people as they were going to expand their parks.
	They're going to take away their homes.
	Now, we understand, as we were reporting on this when it happened, there were a lot of reasons why Harry Reid and others wanted to drive all the ranchers off of that land.
	They had been there since before Nevada was a state.
	Many of them. And the Bundy family was the last group there.
	They had driven off about 50 different ranchers.
	Many of their neighbors came to their defense and we went to cover it because it looked like it was going to be another Ruby Ridge or Waco situation.
	The violent people, the people who were committing threats were the government, were the BLM. And I want to give you an update from Readout News, Sherry DiValle's Readout News.
	The BLM and the FBI exposed or how the Bundys got released.
	What was it that turned this around?
	Because Judge Navarro was somebody that has been shutting down all kinds of information to the juries.
	They're still not allowing them to know about the crimes of this corrupt individual who is running this for the BLM, Dan Love.
	He's still not allowed to be talked about.
	Took it completely off the table in previous trials and said, you will not talk about the BLM. You will not talk about Dan Love.
	You still can't talk about Dan Love.
	And this is what has happened.
	She pointed out that he's been offered release but refused it.
	He will wait until the remaining defendants, including two more of his sons, are also offered release.
	These defendants have been incarcerated for nearly two years, though the judge has just recently ruled against their pretrial release.
	She's changed her mind. Well, what happened with this judge?
	Because she is so biased in favor of the government.
	Hiding information.
	Gagging people. At one point, remember in the previous trial, they were trying to Put in jail for life sentences, these people.
	The one individual that was shown laying prone on the bridge that overlooked the washout down there where I was with all the different people standing.
	And he had a gun and he was down behind some concrete barriers.
	And there was an individual there who testified.
	And he said he stopped to see what was going on and there were other people that were crouched down.
	And the defense attorney said, were you afraid?
	Yes, I was afraid. Well, obviously he wasn't afraid of this guy on the ground.
	He was crouching down next to him, hiding behind a concrete barrier.
	And he said, well, what were you afraid of?
	And he was about to say, the BLM guys who are down there threatening to shoot those of us who are down on the ground.
	And perhaps people up on the bridge as well.
	But she gagged him.
	Said, you can't talk about that.
	You can't talk about that.
	So there was a sealed hearing yesterday morning.
	This is from Readout News.
	And she says, We're good to
	go. Another falsehood is the camera placed strategically to surveil the Bundy Ranch during the days that led off to the standoff.
	The prosecution continued to deny that there were any cameras.
	Then they were forced to admit it in this particular trial.
	Previous trials, they denied that there was any such thing as a camera.
	And then we found out that, no, there's three, possibly four cameras.
	There were also snipers.
	Yes, we all saw them there.
	People would say, hey, look through the binoculars.
	You can see the snipers up there.
	They'd been placed in strategic areas.
	And they said, no, no, no.
	They even mocked Ryan Bundy in previous trials and said it was a conspiracy theorist, saying that there were snipers.
	Now, they've got pictures of the snipers that came out in this particular trial.
	And she said, it's been previously discussed how the government attempted to hide required discovery evidence by burying it deep in massive amounts of unrelated documents, including two full novels and unrelated medical records.
	See, if you want to hide your needle, what do you do?
	You put it in a great big haystack, and they create a great big haystack, about four terabytes.
	So it's hard for people to get through that.
	The FBI did a threat assessment on the Bundys at the beginning, said they were not a threat.
	You know who was a threat? Dan Love and the BLM. And finally, after all of the lies were exposed, this judge, who is even so incredibly biased in previous trials, said, I don't think they're a threat.
	We're going to let them go home while this trial is happening.
	President Trump once again called Elizabeth Warren Pocahontas, and now the establishment media says that Trump insulted her Native American heritage when he used the racial slur.
	Fact check, Elizabeth Warren is not Native American.
	There is zero evidence that Warren is Cherokee, yet she's claimed for years that it's part of her family folklore and that her pawpaw had high cheekbones.
	Warren didn't self-identify as Native American until she was 38 years old.
	She claimed that minority status for years in order to climb the academic ladder.
	And this false information wasn't something she just claimed as a student, but Warren began putting it in her professional bios for years when law schools were hungry for minority faculty.
	Focahontas lied about being Native American in order to gain an unfair advantage in securing academic tenure.
	This means she actually stole that position from a real Native American who could have benefited from their minority status.

	Now, you know, what did that Constitution say?
	Yeah, of course they said, oh, they're so dangerous we can't let them out.
	What? What a pack of lies.
	But those lies are starting to collapse now.
	And that's the good news.
	Even Judge Navarra, who's been so incredibly biased, is starting to see this now.

	By an NBC Today Show staffer.
	According to Fox News' Tucker Carlson, both NBC executive Andy Lack, remember that name, Andy Lack, it's not a household name for most of us, and Matt Lauer knew about the tape long before it was leaked, and they played a role in leaking it to the Washington Post.
	Tucker Carlson said that the tape was proof that NBC was a real meddler in the election and not Russia.
	And when President Trump tweeted out Wow, Matt Lahr was just fired from NBC for, quote, inappropriate sexual behavior in the workplace, unquote.
	But when will the top executives at NBC and Comcast be fired for putting out so much fake news?

	Maybe that was what he was talking about.
	That Access Hollywood tape that they put out.
	So here's this guy. Mettler, who was exposing himself, flashing people, sexually harassing women, sleeping around, locking the door, so forth and so on.

	Oh, nice sweater. And as it's reported by Breitbart, they say Variety, when they expose this, and Variety was the one who investigated this, They say that they spent two months investigating the story.
	It must have taken them that long to narrow it down because everybody there seemed to know what was going on.
	Everybody knew Matt Lauer's sexual harassment layer.
	NBC was very happy to keep him happy, eager to keep him happy.
	They say the morning show was number one in the ratings.
	The executives were eager to keep him happy.
	Variety spends two months investigating the story to confirm the allegations.
	The outlet says it spoke to dozens of current and former NBC staffers as well as friends, all of whom corroborated the horror stories.
	Variety said, quote, liar's conduct was not a secret among other employees.
	Of course it's not. It's not a secret with the management if he's got a button to lock his door or so forth.
	At least one of the anchors would gossip about stories she had heard spreading them among the staff.
	One person reporter said, management sucks here.
	They protected the blank out of Matt Lahr.
	Another one said he couldn't sleep around town with celebrities or on the road with random people because he's Matt Lahr and he's married.
	So he'd have to do it within his stable where he exerted power.
	And he knew people wouldn't even complain.

	And just remember, this is Matt Lauer who has been caught sexting people, having sex with multiple staffers and affairs within his own little stable there.
	He doesn't sleep around with strangers on the road because he's Matt Lauer and he's married.
	but it's within the people that he exercises control over.
	Exposing himself to them, sexting them, having sex with them, and getting away with it with NBC News.
	And even being at the center of releasing the Access Hollywood tapes that were so damaging to President Trump right before the election trying to throw that.
	And here he is going after Bill O'Reilly.

	They came forward and filed complaints against the biggest star at the network they worked at.
	Think of how intimidating that must have been, how nerve-wracking that must have been.

	Now, Geraldo Rivera came to the defense of Matt Lauer, and now he was called on the carpet for it.
	I'll read you first his apology.
	He said, reaction to my tweets today on sexual harassment makes clear that I didn't sufficiently explain.
	No, he really didn't.
	That this is a horrendous problem, long hidden.
	He said, harassers are deviants who deserve what is coming to them.
	Often victims are too frightened to come forward in a timely fashion.
	I humbly apologize.
	So that was Geraldo Rivera.
	What did he say that made him come back and clarify that?
	Well, first he came out and he said, sad about Matt Lauer.
	He's a great guy, highly skilled, empathetic with guests and a real gentleman to my family and me.
	Okay, just leave it at that.
	Just leave it at the fact that, hey, I never saw any inappropriate behavior.
	It was always nice to me. Sorry to see him go down.
	And you just leave it at that. But then Geraldo couldn't leave it at that.
	He went on. He said, news is a flirty business.
	A flirty business.
	What the heck does that mean?
	News is a flirty business?
	I guess I'm in the wrong business here.
	I'm not flirty enough.
	I didn't go to journalism school, so I missed Flirty 101, where they teach us how to flirt with women and guests and so forth.
	I just missed out on all of that.
	We didn't have any flirty classes in engineering school.
	There weren't even any women in engineering when I went there.
	There was one, the only one that I knew of.
	But he says, it seems like a current epidemic of sex harassment allegations may be criminalizing courtship.
	And conflating it with predation.
	And then he says, what about Garrison Keillor?
	He packed a lot of stuff in that little tweet.
	And he should have known better because he didn't explain any of that stuff.
	Well, news is a flirty business.
	And then he goes on to say, we may be criminalizing courtship.
	What does that mean?
	Was Matt Lauer courting these women when he exposed himself to them when he was sleeping around, as a married man sleeping around with his staffers?
	I don't understand that.
	Unless he's talking about criminalizing courtship in the context of what's being done to Roy Moore.
	I mean, when Roy Moore goes into a mall and asks an 18-year-old woman there for a date, she says, no, I'm not interested, go away.
	And he goes away. That's something that 40 years later, we're told, is something that should disqualify him from being in the Senate.
	I mean, that's crazy.
	Maybe he's talking about that. Criminalizing courtship.
	You know, it was crazy because he was like 10 or 12 years old.
	I think a lot of people in my family are 10 or 12 years older than the women they married.
	And then you look at Macron, how they celebrated the fact that she was quite a bit older.
	What was the difference? She was 40, he was 15, 15 years older, you know?
	So, actually 25 years older.
	He was her student.
	She was married with three kids.
	She was dating him. His parents were so upset, they said they took him out of the school.
	Took him somewhere else and told her to leave him alone.
	This 40-year-old woman who was dating their 15-year-old son that she's teaching.
	We lock people up for that here in America, and we should do that.
	We should lock people up for that.
	But she is celebrated.
	Celebrated by these people like Matt Lauer and others.
	By the degenerate Mainstream media.
	They celebrate that. When the dad said, stay away from my son, she said, I'm not going to promise I'll do that.
	She eventually left her husband, her kids, and married him.
	Waited until it was legal.
	It's absolutely amazing.
	You know, we talk about asking an 18-year-old for a date in the mall.
	Remember that the age of consent in Alabama was and is 16 years old.
	So maybe that was what Geraldo was talking about, criminalizing courtship and conflating it with predation.
	But then he goes on to say, well, what about Garrison Keillor?

	Garrison Keillor was also fired yesterday.
	And I tweeted out and said, whoa, like as in whoa horse, W-H-O-A. And I put it on there, whoa, be gone.
	He's out of there. You know, his whole thing was Lake Wobegon, where all the children are above average.
	Maybe he thought all the women were above average, and he was entitled.
	I don't know. Or maybe it was something that was innocent.
	He said that he meant to pat her back after she told me about her unhappiness and her shirt was open and my hand went up at about six inches.
	She recoiled.
	I apologized.
	I sent her an email of apology later, and she replied that she had forgiven me and not to think about it.
	We were friends.
	We continued to be friendly right up to the point where her lawyer called, and then he lost his job.
	But then he went on to say, so far so good.
	It looks like this was something that, well, this doesn't necessarily look like this was anything that he did.
	I don't know if there was a pattern of behavior.
	But then he goes on to say, if I had a dollar for every time I pose with a woman, And she put her hand around my back and then went below my waist.
	I'd have more than $100 now.
	And when I read that to my wife, she rolled her eyes like, are you kidding me?
	I said, well, maybe they're going for his wallet.
	I don't know. Or maybe it's Lake Wobegon, where all the women keep their hands above his waist.
	Or should. I don't know.
	I mean, when he starts to talk like that, then you start to wonder what's going on.
	He now says, I think I'll have to leave the country, he says, in order to walk around in public and not feel accusing glances.

	A computer glitch at American Airlines allowed all American Airlines pilots to take a vacation over the holidays.
	The headline on Daily Mail says, The Glitch That Stole Christmas.
	Yeah, The Glitch That Stole Christmas.
	All of the pilots are on vacation.
	And I guess even the pilots won't be able to get anywhere, because they typically would hitch a ride on the guys who are working.
	But they're all off.
	Puts thousands of flights at risk.
	The union estimated that more than 15,000 flights from December 17th through December 31st, the critical holiday travel period, were affected.
	And especially at American Airlines hubs like Dallas-Fort Worth, Boston, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Salt Lake City, Chicago, and Charlotte, North Carolina.
	No pilots! Planes, but no pilots.
	So Christmas has been hijacked by a computer glitch.
	So it's going to be a big problem for American Airlines.
	We'll see how they handle that.
	I'm sure that some people are going to have their vacations revoked.
	They'll work something out there.
	But I think it's kind of funny.
	Just brings up the point.
	You live by the computer. You die by the computer.
	These are the people that are telling us, I've worked around computers all my life.

	I want to get to some gun news and some political news about guns.
	But before we do, I want to finish up one last item about our not only fake guns, But degenerate media, as we look at this.
	We've had this week, we had Washington Post catch a sting by Project Veritas.
	A woman who said that she knew something about Roy Moore.
	Because we all know what's going on with the Washington Post.
	We all know that they're highly politicized.
	And when you look at what they did conflating non-serious charges...
	With a serious charge.
	Obviously, they didn't feel like the very first charge was very substantial or could be proven.
	So they tried to conflate it with other things that were essentially courtship issues.
	One woman says, well, my mom encouraged me to date Roy Moore when he asked me.
	She said, I didn't want to do it. I wasn't interested.
	I thought it was creepy that he was so much older than me.
	But my mom said I'd be the luckiest girl in the world to date him, that he'd be interested in me.
	So that was supposed to We're good to go.
	And how the Washington Post smeared them.
	So Project Veritas said, well, we'll give it a try.
	They caught Project Veritas.
	They realized that this was not a real person that was talking to them.
	And so then they started parading that around as, look, we caught that.
	We're real journalists.
	Well, now they really have been stung by James O'Keefe and Project Veritas.
	They've got a Washington Post reporter who is not really certain about the Russian collusion story.
	Here's that video. The reporting has not taken us to a place where I would be able to say with any confidence that the result of it was going to be the president being guilty of being in cahoots with the Russians.
	There's no evidence of that that I've seen so far.
	How do we get the president?
	I have no idea. And frankly there may not be anything against the president.
	I'm going to stop that because there's so much crosstalk there.
	They've got that subtitle, so it's hard to hear that on the radio.
	But I'll just tell you what he had to say.
	He was saying, our reporting has not taken us to the place where I would be able to say with any confidence that the result of it is going to be the president being guilty of being in cahoots with Russians.
	There's no evidence of that that I've seen so far.
	Frankly, there may not be anything that gets the president.
	It may just be lower level people who are compromised by this.
	We just don't know.
	It's very hard to tell.
	So we just don't know at this point.
	Well, you know, we've had Dianne Feinstein and many others say there is no collusion going on here.
	But they keep going on with the investigation.
	Why?
	Well, we know why.
	They want to hamstring the Trump administration.
	And if possible, they want to catch him or others in process crimes and take them down.
	That's quite obvious what's going on.
	And then he goes on to say in the video, he says, In terms, this is the Washington Post reporter talking to a Project Veritas hidden video.
	He says, in terms of the actual secret arrangements, where they cooperate, we haven't seen anything that shows that.
	Yet, we'll keep looking.
	We'll keep looking.
	We'll keep digging.
	We've seen a lot of flirtation, if you will, between them.
	But nothing that, in my opinion, would rank as actual collusion.
	This is the Washington Post desperate to prove collusion.
	Well, nothing that we've got there.
	And now that doesn't mean that doesn't exist.
	We'll just keep looking, right?
	You can never prove that you're innocent, can you?
	And they'll keep coming. Because this isn't an investigation of a crime.
	This tells you what's going on.
	This is the way that Mueller is running the special prosecution.
	He's not been given information about a specific crime or a specific charge.
	Instead, he is investigating the man.
	And that's what the Washington Post is doing.
	It's Stalin-esque.
	Bring me the man, I'll find the crime.
	And if I don't find the crime, I'll keep looking.
	And I'll keep looking. And I'll keep looking.
	And that's what they keep doing. He says, that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
	We just haven't found it yet.
	Or it may mean that it doesn't exist, but we'll continue to investigate President Trump for the entire four years or seven years or eight years of his administration.
	And he says, I mean, it's an effing crap shoot.
	I literally have no prediction whatsoever as to what would happen.
	And I do all the stuff for the post on this, so honestly, I tell you that I have no idea.
	I have no idea. Okay, so that's the way this all shakes down.
	Let me give you one comment here from Ann Coulter about all this, because she went back to the...
	We've got all these people saying about Franken and Conyers...
	This is another senator, a senator from Hawaii, saying, well, you know, sometimes good people just do bad things.
	Oh, who would those good people be?
	Oh, those would be people who are in her political party who agree with her on her political issues.
	And it doesn't matter if you've got Conyers parading around naked in his office.
	And, of course, he had his spokesman, Bob Weiner, saying, well, he's got his closet in his office.
	You know, because we all put our closets in our office, and we all get dressed in our office, and we all just take our time getting dressed and wait for people to come in and visit with us, just like John Conyers did, right?
	It's perfectly normal behavior.
	Maybe it is. For Rome on the Potomac.
	Maybe it is for NBC News and CBS News, where you've got Charlie Rose walking around with no clothes, and you've got Matt Lauer doing the same thing, flashing people and being able to lock doors and unlock doors from buttons underneath his desk.
	And, of course, NBC knew nothing about it.
	Nothing about it. But Ann Coulter has this to say.
	She says, Sex in America, Part 2.
	She said, At least liberals are finally telling the truth about Bill Clinton.
	And just 20 years after it mattered.
	Of course, considering it took the Democratic Party a century to discover that slavery was wrong, two decades is lightning speed for these moral paragons.
	While edging up to admitting that Bill Clinton maybe shouldn't have raped Juanita Broderick or flashed Paula Jones, liberals still can't own up to their utterly hypocritical defense of a president credibly accused of repeated sexual assaults and associated felonies.
	And then she starts to talk about the case of Anita Hill versus Clarence Thomas.
	And as I'd pointed out before, in that back and forth, and everybody had all their, I'm with, I support Anita Hill.
	Or I believe Anita.
	That was the button that they had. I believe Anita.
	Okay, I'm with her.
	I'm with her. Everybody was doing that.
	And then shortly after that, Bill Clinton becomes president and Anita Hill comes out and defends Bill Clinton against these women that Bill Clinton raped.
	And these victims of Bill Clinton, Clinton's sex accusers, yesterday stormed Al Franken's office and demanded that he talk to them.
	Of course, he hid out.
	He wouldn't talk to them.
	But Ann Coulter says that she has three points about this.
	She said, number one, Anita Hill's accusations against Clarence Thomas involved words, only words.
	Whereas Clinton was accused of multiple women by being a sexual predator on a scale to rival Harvey Weinstein.
	So we look at what he was accused of, and it wasn't very serious.
	Then she says, the evidence against Thomas consisted of a single accuser with no corroborating witnesses.
	That's where we are now with the Roy Moore situation.
	We have a single accuser because the other two women who accused him of something, and it's interesting, too, because we don't see a pattern of behavior in these accusations that the Washington Post has cobbled together.
	We have one person there that hasn't been thoroughly discredited.
	As having a personal vendetta and are others who are just saying, well, he asked me out on a date when I was 18 years old and he was 30.
	That's what we're left with.
	The evidence, same type of evidence that we had with Clarence Thomas.
	A single accuser, no corroborating witness.
	And then thirdly, she says, as Maureen Dowd says, the left was using Hill's made-up charges against Thomas in order to save Roe v.
	Wade. So that made it okay.
	Just like the senator from Hawaii said, hey, sometimes good people, people who want to stand for our right to kill babies...
	Sometimes those good people do bad things besides killing babies.
	And so we'll excuse them as long as they'll let us kill our babies.
	But of course they won't give you a choice as to whether or not to vaccinate your child or to vaccinate yourself.
	You don't have a choice about that.
	You don't have a choice about how you school them either.
	They're not too pro-choice on any of those items.
	They're only pro-choice when it comes to killing children.
	And when you look at this race...
	One of the most radical pro-choice, if you want to call it that way, one of the most radical pro-abortion senators we would ever have, is Doug Jones in Alabama.
	But it's not even the Democrats who are doing it.
	It's the Republicans, I think, who are really behind these attacks.
	He's just kind of laying low and saying, yeah, take out my competition.
	Don't tell anybody that I'm a radical abortionist and I want to take people's guns and I want to keep the borders open and I want to raise their taxes.
	Don't talk about any of that stuff.
	Just talk about this one single he said, she said.

	And our guest joining us in this segment is Professor Hugo DeGarris.
	He's joining us from China where he has been prior to his retirement in late 2010.
	He was head of the artificial brain lab there in China as a professor at the university there.
	And I want to talk to him about the books that he has written on the consequences of artificial intelligence and technology.
	You know, it's very seldom that we step back and as a that the public or even the engineers and scientists who are creating things, it's very seldom that we step back and think about the consequences of what we're doing.
	We had one such moment last week where you had the campaign to try to get people to think about the consequences of autonomous killing machines.
	And they demonstrated a proof of concept that they're basically off the shelf technology, but they did a very slickly produced video.
	First, demonstrating it at kind of a TED talk and then filling it out with kind of, you know, You know, dramatized newscasts showing that the very device that had been illustrated at a TED talk had been used to assassinated to assassinate select individual senators on the floor of the Senate.
	So they come in swarming and they would identify their targets and take them out individually.
	Kind of making an appeal to the people who have the ability to put the brakes on this arms race, if anybody can put the brakes on it, to tell them, oh, by the way, you are going to be the most valuable target.
	So it was a very effective piece of information.
	And then we've also had developments in the last week or so about what's going on at Amazon.
	conditions that people are complaining about in England and how the people there are serving the robots.
	And so I wanted to talk to Professor DeGaris because besides talking about artificial intelligence, besides being a researcher in the subfield of artificial intelligence known as evolvable hardware and believing that there was going to come a time when super intelligent machines would become self-aware, as we see besides being a researcher in the subfield of artificial intelligence known as There was going to come a time when super-intelligent machines would become self-aware, as we see in Terminator.
	And it might very clearly be a case where they would decide just to take us out.
	He also wrote a book called The Artelect War, Cosmos vs.
	Terrans. And I'll let him break that down a little bit for you.
	And I wanted to get his comments.
	Does he think... Maybe that Jeff Bezos is kind of the prototypical cosmos that he wrote about in his book.

	Let's talk a little bit about this, because you've got two different things that you're talking about.
	One of them is, will we get to the point where AI becomes self-aware?
	But prior to that, which I think is even more interesting, is the fact that the Artilect War, where you have elitists who have essentially a monopoly on technology and wealth.
	And the general public starts to look at this and say, we don't really like the way that this is shaking down for us.
	And so they kind of push back.
	It creates a competition you call the elitist cosmos because you said they're going to essentially leave the planet.
	We've seen Jeff Bezos talk about this.
	That's always been his dream.
	He cited high frontiers, going back to the 1970s where they talked about creating manufacturing in the...
	Lagrange Libration Points, places where they can keep something gravitationally neutral and they can do manufacturing there without ever having to lose orbit.
	So he's talked about creating cities and factories in the sky.
	I mean, he's already proposing that.
	What do you think about what we've seen in the last couple of weeks?
	Well, for me, it's what I call phase four.
	Maybe I should explain a little bit.
	So in the general context of the development of artificial intelligence, there are various phases.
	So phase zero is just nobody's aware of the possibility that machines may eventually become so smart that they take over, they become the dominant species.
	Then phase one is a couple of intellectuals crying in the wilderness.
	Phase two is like interest groups, for example, on the internet.
	People get together and start talking about the issues.
	Phase three is mainstream.
	That's when the media really gets onto the issue and pushes it hard.
	And it sounds as though what's starting to happen now is what I call phase four, and that is politics.
	The politicians start getting in on the issue and start talking about it.
	And what you're talking about with this demo of the killing robot, killing...
	Killing parliamentary members, that sounds very effective.
	It sounds as though these politicians are really starting to bite now.
	It sounds as though Phase 4, which when I was talking about it was well into the future, but that was like, what, a quarter of a century ago?
	But now it's becoming real.
	And I don't know if you saw that video, but what the guy is doing in a TED Talk is he holds this little drone and it flies up and it's like moving around.
	He goes, yeah, it's got stochastic movement so that it can randomize its movements and not be shot down.
	And it's got facial recognition and a shaped charge.
	He lets it go. It flies over the crowd and it flies to this mannequin that it recognizes and blows a hole in its head.
	And then from there they talk about how There was a campaign to assassinate senators on the state floor, the Senate floor.
	And so I think that was a very effective campaign.
	It was put out there as part of, again, a political movement, like you mentioned, people saying we've got to be concerned about autonomous killing machines.
	But that's starting to create a divide there, I think, when we look at that and we look at the recent complaints that people have been making about Amazon and the workplace conditions there, saying we are serving the robots.
	Now, that's starting to sound quite a bit like the Artilic War, in my opinion.
	Yeah, yeah.
	It sounds as though what I call the IQ gap.
	In other words, the gap in intelligence levels between human-level intelligence and machine-level intelligence.
	It sounds as though that gap is seriously starting to close.
	And as it does close, Then people in their millions will start raising really serious questions like, are we, meaning the human species, are we going to allow our machines to become smarter than us so that human beings become the number two species?
	And I see that issue eventually causing a major war because what's more important to human beings than human survival?
	Yes, exactly.
	What they're saying is, in this particular case, it came out as at the top of Drudge Report, this Amazon warehouse, they said the people were getting timed toilet breaks.
	They were having to sleep on their feet.
	They said, we're having to serve the robots.
	They're taking over.
	At every turn, it felt like the human staff were reduced to livestock.
	Existing only to service the machines.
	Repetitive, monotonous work was ironically called the fulfillment center.
	Didn't do me any favors mentally either.
	So we're seeing this kind of polarization, I think.
	And especially with Jeff Bezos.
	I find it interesting that as he is at the forefront...
	Of applying this technology that is basically dehumanizing the humans.
	He is also becoming the richest man on Earth.
	And his ultimate goal has been to leave the Earth.
	Just as you were talking about in the Art Lake War, you believe this conflict is going to cause giga-death, billions of people dying in this conflict.
	Here's a guy who I think is kind of the prototype cosmos that's in your book.
	Interesting. Yeah, well, God, when did I write that?
	I know, you did that way before that stuff came out.
	20 years ago. That's right.
	The customers, to me, were people, their main reason, well, in the book, their main reason for fleeing the Earth was to get away from the Earth, to get away from the so-called Terrans.
	They're the ordinary people, if you like, the normal human beings who absolutely put their foot down against the idea that these machines could take over.
	So they eventually start assassinating and murdering large numbers of the other extreme, the so-called cosmos.

	And that's what I find interesting about this, is that he wrote this 20 years ago.
	Positing the idea that we're going to have these technological elite and the vast majority of humanity is going to get upset about the way this is breaking down.
	And they will take to space and there will be a high-tech war that will result in billions of people dying.
	And now we're seeing people complaining about how Amazon has these factory warehouses and people are...
	Operating under very difficult conditions, serving the robots.
	That's what they're complaining about.
	And the key part about this was tech elites who were setting their sights on cities in space.
	And, of course, that's what Jeff Bezos is doing, so we're kind of talking about that.
	And, Professor Daguerre, you said you thought we were kind of at phase four because you're ultimately, in the long term, you're looking at artificial intelligence becoming a real intelligence engineer.
	And getting malevolent, as we saw also acted out in the Terminator movies.
	But what would come after Phase 4, where you think we are now?
	You talked about, first of all, nobody really understands anything that's happening.
	They gradually, in stages, become aware.
	The media starts to pick it up.
	Political movements start to pick it up.
	What do you think, what happens after Phase 4?
	Well, Phase 5.
	God-building.
	If you look at the numbers, if you look at this question as a physicist and you study something called PhysComp, in other words, the physics of computation, then you come away with the impression, my God, the technologies would be absolutely fabulous.
	They could create God-like machines, God-like capabilities with mental abilities literally trillions of trillions of times above the human level.
	So in that sense, gods.
	So, when I ask people, you know, choose, you know, sooner or later humanity is going to have to do this.
	Now, it hasn't happened yet, but I see it happening sometime this century.
	So, it's not, you know, it's within the lifetimes of most young people.
	So, humanity has to choose.
	Do we build these godlike creatures?
	I call them artifacts, that's artificial intellect.
	So, do we build them or do we decide to keep humanity as the dominant species?
	And this question really divides people, you know, ordinary people, you know, man in the street type person, between those who think God-building should be the final destiny of the human species, it should be like the next rung on the ladder, Of evolution to build these godlike creatures.
	And other people say, oh no, no, no, no.
	It's too risky. I mean, these things could, for whatever reason, they may decide that human beings are so inferior, such ants, such pests like mosquitoes.
	That they decide to swat us, you know, to wipe us out.
	And with their vastly superior intelligence levels, they could easily do that.
	So it's a mixed bag, which I see as profoundly dividing humanity in the future, as we have to decide between God-building and preserving ourselves as the dominant species.
	Well, let me talk to you about kind of the near-term issue, which was brought up by that video that we talked about in the last segment.
	Autonomous killing machines.
	Because you talk about godlike ability.
	If you have these perfected, nearly perfected killing machines...
	That can make these decisions on their own.
	That's what people mean by autonomous killing machines, whether it is swarms of killer drones or if it's the kind of thing that we've been seeing coming out of Boston Dynamics where you've got the backflipping robot.
	They're getting incredibly agile with their biped robots.
	If you have these machines that are killing machines that are autonomous and very formidable, Doesn't that give godlike powers to just a few individuals?
	And even the problem that these things may get out of control or have a software bug or they could use the plausible deniability of saying, well, yeah, it just wiped out most of the people in that country over there, but we didn't really mean to do it.
	The software just got a little bit out of control or there's a little bit of a bug in that software.
	What do you think about that near-term problem of autonomous killing machines?
	Yeah, that's a real problem.
	You've probably heard of the concept of Murphy's Law.
	If something can go wrong, it will.
	So, sooner or later, I think this is almost inevitable, sooner or later, something bad, very seriously badly, gets screwed up and causes a mass reaction by humanity.
	And then the politicians are forced to come into the act because the political social pressure of the bulk of humanity will be just so strong that people become alarmed and the politicians will then have to act.
	And so eventually I see these so-called cosmists, you know, they're the people who want to build these godlike creatures.
	Eventually I see them fleeing from the Earth.
	They will try to get in their rockets and just flee the Earth as fast as they can to get away from the very, very murderous negative reaction from the other group, the Terrans, the people who want humanity to remain the dominant species.
	So that was the scenario I painted in my book 28 years ago.
	And I find it interesting that Jeff Bezos, who his lifelong ambition has been, I think his company's called, was it Deep Blue?
	I think it was Elon Musk has SpaceX.
	I think his was Deep Blue.
	Anyway, his lifelong ambition has been to create these cities in space, going back to the ideas that were put out there in a pretty famous book in the 1970s called High Frontiers.
	And he kind of sees Amazon as a vehicle to that.
	He's made that pretty clear, that his ultimate goal is to do the stuff that he wants to do in space.
	And so I find that interesting.
	But when we go back to the autonomous killing machines, these are weapons of mass destruction.
	They're categorizing them like nuclear, biological, or chemical.
	Now we've got a fourth category that is being rapidly developed, and it is kind of an arms race, isn't it, Professor DeGarris?
	Well, I know.
	I'm in China, right?
	And China is known for being a brutal dictatorship.
	It's got over a thousand Laogai, which is the Chinese equivalent of the Gulag, and three to five million political prisoners.
	So American politicians have a hatred of the Chinese government for good reason.
	So there's this tremendous rivalry between these two superpowers.
	And of course, China is on the way up with a population over four times larger than America's and with much stronger growth rates.
	So there's an inevitable rivalry between these two superpowers.
	So if I were the minister of defense of, say, China, I would not allow China My equivalent in America, Minister of Defense in America, to get ahead of the development in research into artificial killing machines and soldier robots and that kind of stuff.
	And similarly, the American would say the same thing about the Chinese.
	So you've got this tremendous rivalry, which I don't see going away, because things are only going to heat up between those two superpowers as eventually China eclipses the U.S. as it must.
	It's just so much bigger.
	That's my concern. I mean, you look at that very effective piece of information they've put out there trying to get a UN treaty.
	Who's going to enforce that when these individual nations have their own particular interests?
	But also trying to appeal to the self-interest of the politicians saying, look, you're going to be the most vulnerable people because there could be assassination drones specifically targeting you as opposed to focusing on this mass destruction that they believe that they would be able to escape.
	But I don't really see that that's going to push back against the development because of the fear of what the other country is going to do on a large scale, do you?
	I think that's really going to be the driving thing, just as you were talking about, the competition between nation-states.
	Yeah, well, I see both factors playing against each other to some extent.
	Imagine there is an incident where a couple of politicians do get assassinated by these machines.
	That'll scare them crazy, so they'll be strongly motivated to do something.
	And against that is this enormous international superpower rivalry between the two, which will ensure that this development does not stop.
	So it sort of goes We're going to take a quick break.
	It'll be interesting to see what they do.
	I think they'll probably crack down on us rather than stopping their development programs.

	We're talking to Professor Hugo DeGarris from China.

	It's a very interesting book, very thought-provoking.
	And I wanted to get Professor DeGaris on because it's so seldom that any of us think about where our technology is leading us.
	We always get fascinated by the shiny new stuff, and we don't really think about the long-term consequences of this.
	And we're starting to see this now, as Professor DeGaris wrote 20 years ago.
	We're starting to see in the Amazon factories the displacement of humans in manufacturing.
	We're seeing the self-driving cars are being pushed very hard by governments and certain capitalists like Elon Musk.
	That's going to cause massive displacement.
	And the dumbing down of skills and the contributions of humans, they're going to be, again, serving the robotic cars as they're serving the robotic picking machines in the warehouses right now.
	It's something that's going to go across all different industries at the same time.
	It's going to go from top to bottom.
	You're going to have white-collar jobs affected as well.
	You're going to have already retail outlets.
	They're talking about Amazon being the death star for retail outlets.
	So the only answer that I see right now being put forward to try to stop this kind of unrest, this kind of competition, Professor DeGaris, is universal basic income.
	We've got people who are both socialists and former libertarians and conservatives pushing this because I think the people, the few people right now who are thinking about the consequences down the road are saying, well, when we have this massive unemployment in all these different industries, the only way we're going to be able to pacify people from getting the only way we're going to be able to pacify people from getting their pitchforks and coming after the few technical elitists is to just pay them What do you think about that? I see.
	That is inevitable. Because as the machines get smarter, the necessary human IQ that you will need to be employable will keep rising, right?
	And so, over time, the proportion of people who are employable We'll get smaller and smaller.
	And so to avoid the mass unrest is to give them money, of course.
	So I see this as inevitable.
	And even that's just the first step.
	I mean, even sooner or later, these machines, I mean, potentially these machines...
	Could be literally trillions of trillions of times above the human mental processing level.
	So it's only a question of time before humanity has to decide.
	Do we, as human beings, do we choose to remain the dominant species or not?
	So these problems that you're talking about, they're just like the initial stepping stones towards this massive problem of species dominance.
	So I see the species dominance debate Really heating up in the next couple of years, especially as the IQ gap seriously starts to close.
	You know, as you look at these two billionaires I've mentioned in the program, Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, kind of this billionaire space race I've talked about in the past, they have two different attitudes towards this.
	Jeff Bezos wants to build the cities in space, of course, manufacturing areas in space.
	Elon Musk is looking at this and saying kind of more what you're saying, that I think this thing can't be controlled.
	I'm looking at getting into space as kind of an escape pod.
	To get out of here, because I don't think this thing can be controlled.
	It's going to run off the scales, and we've had a lot of other scientists saying the same thing as well.
	Yeah, well, there's another factor, I suppose.
	In a sense, I think Stephen Hawking, the guy in the wheelchair, the British astrophysicist, he's saying, and a lot of other people as well, that it's not a good thing to put all your eggs in one basket.
	In other words, to have humanity on just one planet or one site.
	Because if there is some massive disaster, you don't want humanity being wiped out simply because all human beings are in one place.
	So it's probably a good thing to diversify, have human beings living elsewhere, like on the Moon and Mars and space stations and so forth.
	So in that sense, that's a good thing.
	But, well, yeah.
	Yeah. So you think that we're in stage four, and you're seeing that as four out of five stages.
	So do you think that we are kind of at an accelerated pace now?
	When you wrote this book 20 years ago, you said that you thought we were going to come to this conflict.
	It's going to be inevitable before the end of the 21st century.
	Do you think it's going to be even closer than that now?
	It's looking that way.
	I mean, just a few years ago, I was thinking, hmm, you know, phase three, in other words, mainstream, you know, where the media gets hold of it and starts pushing it.
	Just a couple of years, I was thinking, hmm, well, phase three hasn't even really got going yet.
	It looks as though phase three has just shot through very quickly, and then we're already entering into phase four.
	So things sound like they're accelerating greatly.
	So maybe if this – now, I was warned not to use the swear words – So if there's a screw-up soon, like in a couple of years, then Phase 4 will definitely get going.
	Phase 4, again, being politics, when the politicians and political parties and so forth get into the act.
	I'll know Phase 4 is really getting going when...
	You've probably seen the movie Transcendence.
	Mm-hmm. Yes.
	You know, the basic story there is that that movie is set just a few decades into the future when the IQ gap has been closed.
	In other words, the machines have already reached human-level intelligence.
	And now you have vigilante groups, you know, assassination groups, and so forth.
	So when that kind of thing really gets going, then I'll know that humanity is well into phase four.
	One of my predictions, two years ago, just two years ago, Do you know the name Ben Goertzel?
	Have you interviewed him?
	No, I haven't interviewed him.
	Oh, well, he's the guy behind Sophia.
	Oh, okay. Yeah, she wants to have children, and she's now been made a citizen in Saudi Arabia.
	We're talking about that. Actually, it's just yesterday, I had Lionel on, and he was saying, I think it's not going to be long before we have robots as politicians, because they're going to be put out there as uncorruptible paragons of virtue, and they'll be able to know everything about everybody and make a very wise choice, so we'll just surrender that part of our life to them as well.
	That's a possibility.
	Anyway, two years ago, Ben Goetzel and I, we spoke at Some talks in Shanghai.
	And there, that's two years ago, so I predicted that in five years, so that'll be three years from now in the future, that Ben, who's behind...
	I see two guys as probably being the first to produce near human level artificial intelligence.
	One is Ben Goethel, because he's one of the pioneers.
	He's the father of AGI, Artificial General Intelligence.
	He's the guy pushing that.
	And the other guy is Ray Kurzweil.
	You know that name.
	So probably one of those two I see as being the first to produce near human level artificial intelligence.
	So I was predicting that within five years, so that's three years from now, both of these guys will not dare to come out publicly Where they'll be within an assassin's bullet range and come out with their stuff because it'll be too risky.
	And that also will be part of phase four when it goes political.
	Because then you'll get the scenario that you saw in the movie Transcendence, where these vigilante groups are starting to assassinate the major players in the rise of genuine artificial intelligence.
	Which was something that we saw in Terminator 2.
	Remember, they go back and say, well, we've got to get the people who started this technology.
	We'll time travel back and stop that from happening.
	It was what was the basis of what the Unabomber was talking about when he started sending packages around to talk to people.
	He basically saw this same thing happening from a distance.
	You know, it's interesting you mentioned Ray Kurzweil, and talking about these movies, Transcendence, I know that Ray Kurzweil liked the movie Her quite a bit, and that posited an idea that people would have this artificial intelligence, general intelligence, that they would like so much that it would basically withdraw them from other humans, and they would be attached one-on-one to this AI. And I already see that part of it happening.
	You look at the younger kids, they're focused strictly on the device in their hands, and it's not really that compelling a device.
	But in the movie, Her, they become attached to this AI, and interestingly enough, the AI starts communicating with other AI and decides they'd rather be with other AI than with humans.
	They just leave the humans and leave them alone.
	That's kind of a happy ending.
	Yeah, a little bit different ending than what you're looking at.
	You're decidedly more pessimistic.
	Yeah, definitely. I'm predicting a major war over this issue because it's about species dominance.
	It's the core question about our human existence.
	Do we remain number one species or not?
	That's right. And I think you're very accurate in predicting that.
	But I think even before that, you're talking about a dominance.
	Are we going to have a few elitists that are going to be dominating the rest of the world?
	That's what really concerns me about the accumulation of technology and power in the hands of a few people.
	And autonomous killing machines, I think, are something that is going to be the tool for that.

	They should have, if they wanted to give him a trial, they should have given him a military trial.
	But it raises a lot of questions, not only about the ongoing story about Benghazi, it just keeps going.
	No justice for the families of the victims there.
	No justice for the people who pushed that, who covered that up.
	People like Hillary Clinton.
	We're looking at you, Hillary. Nothing happening with that.
	And not even the terrorists are really getting their just rewards out of this.
	So we're going to be talking to Chris Paranto coming up in the next hour.
	As we're looking at the news here, I want to talk a little bit about what's happening with firearms as well.
	But before we get to that, there's an article on Infowars today, a student op-ed piece.
	This is coming from Texas State University, a student newspaper.
	And this is an op-ed piece saying that white people are quote-unquote an abomination.
	The person who wrote this, Rudy Martinez, begins the op-ed piece by saying, when I think of all the white people I've ever encountered, whether they've been professors, peers, lovers, friends, police officers, etc., there is perhaps only a dozen that I would even consider to be decent.
	And so he's telling white people, quote-unquote, your DNA is an abomination.
	Your DNA is an abomination.
	And the picture there, as you see there, white is over if you want it.
	All talking about whiteness, white people.
	This is the kind of institutional racism that has been engendered in our schools now for more than a generation.
	The primary things that our students are told in school...
	Are to be fearful of white people, to hate white people.
	It's the only group that they're allowed to hate and encouraged to hate, quite frankly, in school.
	And also to fear somehow that the world is going to burn down because of carbon issues.
	And that's really all they're coming away from in school.
	That is the central focus of this.
	Where is this going to take us?
	You know, I've talked to individuals from South Africa.
	One individual that I talked to, and you can see the interview at Real News with David Knight, when I talked to him, he was originally part of the African National Congress.
	He was somebody who opposed apartheid.
	He wanted everybody to be treated equally.
	And as they saw in both Zimbabwe, which has been in the news quite a bit, finally after Robert Mugabe has been deposed, but of course you're not going to really see a change there.
	The new guy... It's called Crocodile.
	Most likely, everybody believes that he orchestrated that as a coup.
	You're not going to see a change there.
	It's going to still be run by as a Marxist dictatorship.
	And they're still going to be having an internal enemy.
	And if you go back and you look at the way internal enemies have been used and the way that this turns into genocides in one country after the other, It doesn't even have to be a different race of people.
	You know, it can be the Hutus versus the other group.
	The Tootsies, wasn't it?
	Hutus and Tootsies, wasn't it?
	Anyway, it can be one group against another.
	It can both be black. They'll focus on whatever they can find as a minor difference and build themselves up by attacking that group.
	And that's what's being done now.

	They get in a little circle and they talk about that.
	And then they go out and they attack people who want to have free speech, who want to have an open discussion, who think, like Dr.
	Martin Luther King said, we ought to be judged by the content of our character, not the color of our skin.
	That's not what they want. Maybe this is an escape for us.
	Brown University is going to allow students to self-identify as persons of color.
	There you go. You can do the same thing that Elizabeth Warren did.
	If you want to take advantage of set-asides for particular people that have been put in place by identity politics, well, now you can do that, just like Elizabeth Warren.
	Brown University is going to say, if you're white and you want to be African-American or you want to be Alaskan Native, you want to be American Indian, Hispanic, Latinx...
	Latinx. I haven't seen that before.
	Native Hawaiian and or Pacific Islander.
	That's fine. Just say identify as that.
	I identify as that. You can be any sex you want to be.
	You can be any ethnic group that you want to be.
	So maybe that's where this is all going.
	Maybe we're just all going to adopt mental illness.
	And... But maybe we could just treat people as individuals.
	That would be the alternative. We could have a sane policy where we treat people as individuals.

	This is something that's been rumored for a while.
	I'm not sure about this. To be replaced by Pompeo within weeks.

	I certainly am not a Tillerson supporter.
	This is a guy who pushed very hard.
	For the Paris Climate Agreement.
	Let's talk a little bit about that.

	You know, Elon Musk went down to Australia.
	And the mainstream press, all these people who have been promoting feminism while they are sexually harassing their subordinates and anything out of that fake hypocritical media, they've been telling us that Elon Musk won a bet.
	He won $50 million in a bet with Australia.
	And Breitbart, James Dellingpole, takes that apart.
	He calls him a slippery snake oil salesman and a rent seeker.
	You know what a rent seeker is, right?
	That's somebody that wants to take away your ability to own anything and wants to rent everything to you.
	Robert McNamara was a rent seeker at the International Monetary Fund, encouraging developing nations to create a welfare state instead of building their infrastructure, loaning them the money, knowing that they would never be able to pay off And that's what these people want to do.
	They want to make sure that you rent your home, you rent your car, you don't own anything, you live in the cities that they control.
	He says he went down to South Australia.
	And it's now, he says, been pretty much reduced to a third world state under its disastrous left-wing administration.
	And he conned the helpless government out of $50 million to build them an all-but-useless giant battery to make up for the energy that they'd lost by blowing up their coal-fired power station and relying on wind power instead.
	Because the problem is, wind power is not steady state, so you've got to have a big battery to store this stuff.
	And he goes, and how is the sycophant media reporting this?
	Well, headlines like this.
	Tesla fulfilled its 100-day Australian battery bet.
	What does that mean for the industry?
	Another one. Elon Musk wins a bet, finishing massive battery installation in just 100 days.
	And he wins a $50 million bet with a giant battery for South Australia.
	And he points out, well, there's two things here, he says.
	It says, obviously fake news at its worst.
	He knew what he was going to do.
	He's not going to put this on the line with them.
	He knew that he could do this in that amount of time.
	He knew what he was going to have to put in.
	And the second thing is, is that South Australia didn't even need this battery.
	He said they've been experiencing blackouts and brownouts that you couldn't even imagine would be possible in a first world country in the early 21st century.
	And they've been caused by the obsession with green energy by that local government.
	So he comes down with a giant battery and he says it's not really a giant battery.
	It's a bank of a lot of smaller batteries.
	Oh, well, now it's not that impressive, is it?
	And then it's rated at this collection of smaller batteries is rated at 129 megawatt hours.
	And he says currently they need power requirements of 1,878 megawatt hours.
	So it's 129 versus 1,878.
	According to the test, Tesla said it could power 2,500 homes for a whole day.
	The problem is there are not 2,500 homes, but there's 673,000 households in South Australia.
	And so when you look at this, he says the bottom line is that when you're driving a Tesla, whether it's in Australia or somewhere else, you're basically driving a coal-powered vehicle.
	That's why I call them external combustion engines.
	You know, I had an individual send me an email.
	I thought it was kind of funny. He said, to make these people feel better, why don't we tell them, allow us to drive internal combustion engines and we'll put a big balloon on our tailpipe.
	We'll collect all of that poisonous gas.
	And quite frankly, yeah, it's carbon monoxide.
	It is poisonous. But they're talking about the carbon content.
	We'll collect all of that, and then we'll drive it to the power plants and release it there.
	How's that? Is that better? Is that okay?
	We'll use them as dump-off points for our carbon collection.
	That was Chris who sent that to me.

	Because, see, it's out of sight, and they're fine with that.
	And that's really what's happening with their electric vehicles anyway.
	All of the power is being generated, typically by carbon, fossil fuel plants, coal plants.
	Road and Track points out emissions from electric vehicles vary widely from country to country.
	They say China and India both aspire to embrace electric cars to cut petroleum dependence over the next decade.
	But here's the reality check.
	Electric cars are only as clean as the power sources that charge them.
	And so when you look at China and India...
	In which electric vehicles are not really much better or not even as good as most cars with internal combustion engines.
	For example, the power plants in India are so dirty that if you've got a gasoline-powered car that gets 36 miles per gallon, you're doing less carbon, putting out less carbon output than the electric vehicles are because they're having to get their power from a dirty power plant.
	In China, the figure is 40 miles per gallon.
	If you go on average to European countries, it's about 52 miles per gallon to rival something that you would plug in.
	In the U.S., 55 miles per gallon to be cleaner than an electric vehicle.
	This is why there's a war on diesel, folks.
	This is why they want to get rid of diesel, because diesel can easily achieve that.
	And understand that when we talk about India, where a car that gets 36 miles per gallon is actually cleaner than an electric vehicle that's using their dirty coal plants...
	Those were the economies that under the Paris Climate Change Agreement that Rex Tillerson was so supportive of, and that the only person in the world, political leader in the world, against it that had the good sense to oppose it was President Trump, that under the Paris Climate Agreement, those people would be continually building more and more of those power plants, escalating it for more than a decade before they'd even have to level off, and then another couple of decades before it would start to decline.

	I want to also continue with what's going on with automobiles and the external combustion vehicles.
	You know, they call them these electric vehicles.
	They call them EVs. Maybe the E stands for external combustion because people don't realize...
	Where the electricity comes from.
	Years ago, I had an individual that we were working with, the group that I was with in North Carolina, doing some work for.
	And he said, I'll go around and talk to people about energy sources.
	And I'd ask them what their favorite source of energy is.
	And I'd say, electric. I looked electric.
	And he's like, you realize that's not the source.
	That's the product. How do you get that electricity?
	Do you burn coal?
	Do you burn gas? Do you burn oil?
	Some fossil fuel?
	Do you generate it with biofuels?
	Do you generate it with solar?
	Wind? Whatever.
	But the electricity is an end product.
	And for the most part, the cheapest, most efficient way to do this is with coal.
	And it can be done very cleanly, but it's typically not being done very cleanly.
	And especially as we talk about Rex Tillerson maybe leaving the person who fought for so hard for so long, a guy who was an oil company executive.
	I said that when he was picked, I said, this guy is one of the globalists trying to take over our economy and our sovereignty using the Paris Climate Agreement.

	And so when you look at China and India, if you've got a gasoline powered car that gets 36 miles per gallon, you're doing better than an electric vehicle that is getting its power from a dirty coal plant in India or China.
	But they were going to be allowed under...
	The global regime to continue to build those dirty coal-powered plants.
	So much for global problems, right?
	It was economic redistribution.
	That was what that was about.

	Now, as I was talking about this, and as we look at places like the United States, if you've got a car that gets 55 miles per gallon, it can be cleaner than electric vehicles charged from the grid.
	And that would be something like a diesel, which is why diesels must be eradicated.
	They have worked so hard with this.
	You know, as back in North Carolina, we exposed the fact that the EPA, the fake EPA under Obama, Lisa Jackson was talking to then Congressman Markey, He is now a senator.
	And they were trying to tell people that more people were dying from fine particulate matter that comes from diesel fuel than from cancer.
	An obvious lie.
	An obvious lie. And while they were doing it, just like the fake news, just like Matt Lauer, Charlie Rose and others, while they were lying to people about the number of people that were getting sick, and she said, I'm not talking about sick, I'm talking about dying.
	It's killing people. And they were exposing people in North Carolina, the University of North Carolina, the EPA that was headquartered there, was literally hooking people up to the gases coming out of a diesel tailpipe.
	They would filter out the carbon monoxide and things like that so they wouldn't kill them right away.
	But they were looking for people who had heart and respiratory issues.
	And then they were exposing them to 70 times what they said was the maximum limit they were supposed to be exposed to.
	So they could increase their bureaucracy.
	So they could get more intrusive regulations.
	And here's what's happening in England.
	It's interesting to look at the amazing list of articles on the Daily Mail.
	I have a car sub website I look at frequently.
	Because when you see what they're doing in England, you know that it's going to come to California.
	and then it's going to go to the rest of the country.
	So they've got a local city government actually putting a surcharge on parking for diesel cars, adding an extra two pounds an hour for diesel cars.
	Meanwhile, you've got the people who are setting up their tax budgets are putting on a $500 extra fee on diesel cars, which is causing the car manufacturers who unfortunately made the decision to build diesel cars.
	Now they're having to discount them 25%.
	Is that discouraging people from getting diesel cars?
	No. Diesel demand for secondhand cars is soaring.
	Why? Because they last forever.
	That's another reason they don't want them.
	They're competition to electric cars, and they last forever.
	And they can even use biodiesel fuel, you know, out of, like, cooking oil, that sort of thing.
	So they have to be eradicated.

	Their engineers are out there looking at ways that they can make the combustion engine work.

	I know how busy you are right now in the wake of this trial yesterday.
	We had this guy that they've listed as a mastermind, and I know you don't buy that label, do you, Mr.
	Paranto? No, no, he was no mastermind.
	You know, there were reports coming out, and actually we were even saying, as far as we being the team, myself, Tig Odds, And Jack and Boone, that this guy was a middleman.
	Yes, he was there.
	Did he plan any of it?
	Maybe he did. Maybe he didn't.
	But was he the mastermind?
	No. He was utilized as a scapegoat for the Obama administration so they could try to put this to bed.
	Saying, hey, we got this guy.
	Benghazi can go away now.
	We're like, no, this is not the guy.
	He was not the mastermind at all.
	And that's a whole thing, too. We caught...
	The documents have been released from Hillary Clinton where she is talking to others, emailing others about how they're going to create this fake narrative.
	We got the emails going back and forth between an Egyptian prime minister saying, we know the attack in Libya had nothing to do with the film The Innocence of Muslims.
	It was a planned attack, she told him, not a protest.
	They continued on with all of those lies, and they also got caught...
	Showing that they wanted to make sure this wasn't a failure of the Obama administration.
	Oh, yeah. This is the motivation of these people from the get-go.
	They don't really care about doing any justice here, do they?
	No, no, they don't. And I've said this before, they put politics before patriots.
	They did that whole past administration.
	Hillary Clinton's done that her whole career.
	She always put herself and her political ambitions in front of, and I can say with justification, over the lives of Americans, because that's what happened that night.
	So, no, that's why we continue to speak out about this, and I will continue to speak out because, as we can see, karma is going to come and get you, and we're still seeing the drip, drip, drip come out, and we find more and more stuff.
	So, as long as we keep putting holes in that narrative that they try to push to the American people and to the fake news networks, well, we're going to succeed, but we've got to keep pushing on, and that's what I'm doing, and that's what you're doing as well.
	You pointed out that he should not have had a civilian trial.
	At the most, he should have had some kind of a military tribunal trial, or better yet, a bullet in the head.
	And it's interesting because Obama has had all these drone assassination attacks.
	Many of them kill innocent people.
	Here they capture this guy.
	They have convicted him of being a terrorist.
	I don't know why that doesn't get him the death penalty, because I don't know why that would not be a death penalty, why they have to get some murder charge.
	But, you know, when we talk about a lot of people push back on this and said, oh, no, no, shouldn't have shot him.
	Obama did that all the time.
	Why, in this particular case, would he bring him back for civilian trial?
	Because it made him look better for political ambitions, for political agendas.
	You bring this guy back, say, hey, look how great we're treating the Muslim community, which to me, terrorists and Muslims are two different things.
	I know even some of your viewers have a different interpretation.
	I don't because I worked with Muslims and I fought alongside Muslims, but then I also fought alongside terrorists who are fought against terrorists who believed in Sharia law, which is awful.
	So there is a difference to me.
	But bringing him back, it was a political statement.
	It was purely political instead of just going in there and just killing the guy.
	Because honestly, I don't think they knew that if he was a mastermind or not.
	They're just trying to pin it on this guy.
	And he was an available target.
	He was an available guy to go grab and bring in.
	That's right. And so it really is a show trial.
	It is a show trial to try to exonerate them politically.
	And you know, we had the phony little, that joke of a film, The Innocence of Muslims, that Hillary Clinton was trying to tell everybody.
	What they're really trying to do is they're trying to proclaim the innocence of Hillary and Obama, aren't they?
	I mean, this is really what this is about, the politics of it.
	But the other part of this, because this is something that began with Obama saying, we're going to bring these people back to America regularly.
	We're going to give them civilian trials.
	And yet, they're not capable of doing an investigation.
	They waited for 18 days before they went into the country.
	They send the FBI in there.
	There's not going to be any evidence that they're going to find.
	So what they did was they started paying $7 million to one informant and doing other things.
	And of course, they don't have the evidence to get a conviction.
	And that all blew up in their face when they tried to conduct a trial.
	They just don't have the capability of doing a criminal investigation in another country 18 days after the fact.
	Well, that's why you don't do that.
	That's why you don't try terrorists as criminals.
	And my question to these defense attorneys is how can you live with yourself?
	How can you defend a terrorist?
	To me, that's aiding and abetting.
	That's aiding and abetting a terrorist.
	You should be put in prison yourself.
	But of course, people are going to say, oh, Chris, you're crazy.
	These guys are just doing their jobs.
	No, that's what they're doing.
	But we're getting, you know, it should have been a moot point anyway, because this gentleman should never have gotten due process, should never have gotten, and I say gentleman, I'm saying that facetiously, Abu Qatala should never have got protection under constitutional laws.
	He should have been a military tribunal, like you said, or...
	Just, hey, the extraction team, go in there and just put a bullet in his head.
	This is what you do to terrorists. You grab them.
	And then you get all the information you can out of him, and then you eliminate him.
	And that's either by putting him to Gitmo for life, or you kill him.
	That's what you do. And if that's not politically correct to some of the people out there, so be it.
	I don't care. And when they captured this guy, they did do a two-step process.
	They did, instead of flying him back, the SEALs put him on a ship.
	They interrogated him. He gave up some other people.
	So he genuinely is a terrorist.
	They can tell that.
	But by putting him on the ship and bringing him back in a slow process and interrogating him like that, that basically corrupts any kind of an idea of a civil criminal trial.
	They completely destroy all the basis for doing something like that by using that two-step process.
	And they're going to continue to do this.
	There's another individual that's coming up on this list, and I don't know how many more the Obama administration put on this list to do that with.
	Yeah, I don't know how many is on the list.
	I do know, and even in 2013, and actually this was even reported by Adam Housley at Fox, and we knew this before anyway, but I'm saying it was out there in 2013, but it didn't pick up any traction, that there was already a list, an actionable list that Delta or the SEAL Team 6 or the Rangers or any task force Teams could have gone out there and picked up 20 guys, 20 guys that were involved in the attack.
	And it was given to the administration.
	It was given to Hillary Clinton's State Department.
	It was given to, I believe the head of the DOD at that time was Leon Panetta.

	And let me just go back to April 2015, April 15, 2016.
	A transcript of a telephone conversation, this is an InfoWars article, released by the State Department proves once and for all that Hillary Clinton knowingly lied about the Benghazi attack.
	She said to the Egyptian Prime Minister at the time, we know the attack in Libya had nothing to do with the film.
	It was a planned attack, not a protest.
	And he replied, you're not kidding.
	Based on the information we saw today, we believe that group claimed responsibility for this is affiliated with Al-Qaeda.
	But that very same day, she put out a press statement to the American public lying about that, saying it was this inflammatory material posted on the Internet, and then all these people got violent about that.
	We didn't believe that from the very beginning.
	Most people didn't, but they were selling that.
	The mainstream media was complicit in selling that, Chris, for quite some time.
	You know, she wrote a book about what happened, but she doesn't care about what happened to the people in Benghazi or her own ambassador.
	It's only when it's something that happened to her.
	If it's something that happened to other people, even losing their lives, it's just basically like, what difference does it make?
	You know, every time I see that, it makes my blood boil.
	It's got to really send the heebie-jeebies up your spine, having been there, when she says, what difference does it make?
	It does.
	It reminds me and makes me think of Cheryl Bennett and Pat Smith, Sean Smith's mother and Ty's mother, because I know it makes her skin crawl.
	She is a textbook sociopath.
	That's what she is. I don't know how people do not see that.
	And I'll say it, she's one of the most evil, if not the most evil people, person in the world.
	I just can't see how she can live with herself.
	It's disgusting. And with this al-Qaeda narrative, they didn't want to put out the al-Qaeda narrative, because they're the ones, the al-Qaeda group, they're the ones that mastermind the attack.
	Ansar Sharia, which is part out of Abu Qatala, they carried it out.
	But Al-Qaeda were the people that masterminded Al-Qaeda and the Maghreb.
	And at that point in time, Obama was saying Al-Qaeda was on the run.
	So it was better to say, hey, here's your mastermind.
	And so Sharia, they did it.
	But no, it was AQIM that were behind the attack and did the planning for it.
	But that wouldn't have fit with the former president's narrative.
	And he would have lost the election. I really believe that.
	Yeah, it really made a difference to the people who lost family members there.
	And they want everybody to know what happened.
	We all know what happened right now.
	But they want to get some justice for this.
	Justice from these people who were involved in this.
	And so after giving us this phony narrative that was so absurd from the very beginning, then they give us a phony narrative of this one guy that they finger.
	They pay $7 million to get some informants to turn this guy over and say he's the mastermind.
	They can't say that he's a lone shooter because obviously that's too patently absurd.
	But it's essentially the same thing that they do.
	Say, oh, look, we've got the guy.
	Now everybody can calm down and forget about this.
	We're going to go ahead and do this in this particular way.
	Identifying him as a mastermind because they don't want to go after the real perpetrators.
	It's almost like they're trying to compare this guy to somebody that would rob a 7-Eleven.
	It's a terrorist attack.
	Terrorists kill in mass numbers.
	It's like a group of hyenas going after a kill.
	That's what they do. This gentleman, by being there, by firing his weapon, I keep calling him a gentleman.
	I shouldn't. That's too much respect.

	By being there and even having any little his hands in the middle of any planning, Yes, he's convicted.
	He's a terrorist. He's a murderer. You put him to death.
	That's what they should have done. But it's a typical hypocritic narrative of the liberalists.

	And I didn't believe in a criminal trial for a terrorist to begin with.
	Lindsey Graham and I, the congressman out there in the East, we don't agree on a lot, but this is one thing that we did agree on.
	That a terrorist does not deserve due process.
	He's not an American citizen.
	Yeah, and he's in a foreign country.
	He's not an American citizen. Why bring him up?
	We've never done that before. Yeah, like you pointed out, if you're going to have a trial, you do it with a military tribunal.
	It's war. It's a war crime.
	If you're going to make it a crime, it's a war crime.
	And it was a media show, and brother, I don't want to deal with that.
	I'm I'm not going to get in the middle of that and be in some media circus around some defense attorneys that are defending the scum of the earth.
	I won't do it. It was beneath me, to be honest with you.
	That's what I felt. Let me ask you this, because I haven't been able to come up with an answer to this.
	They say, well, you know, they had a lot of charges.
	They had 18 charges against him.
	He was found not guilty of most of the serious charges, including murder.
	He will be spared an execution, but he could still face up to 60 years in prison.
	But since you've been following this, why isn't terrorism a death penalty?
	I thought that terrorism that resulted in the death of people, especially a U.S. ambassador, I thought that they had changed the law so that that would be a death penalty.
	Is it because they changed jurisdiction?
	What is the argument here with this?
	Do you know? I really wish I knew.
	The only thing I could think it could be is because terrorists, because the majority of the terrorists, and they are, are Muslim.
	We're placating. We're trying to make them the same.
	Oh, yeah. There clearly is a case.
	The Democrats, if they are able to do that, and they're going to say, well, we can't give terrorists a death penalty because now we're singling out Muslims because the majority of terrorists are Muslims, and now it's going to be offending the Muslim community, and now we're not going to get the votes and the support that we need.
	That's my thinking. And maybe I'm way off, but that's what I'm thinking.
	I wish I had an answer, though.
	I don't have, and I can't say it with 100% certainty, but from the outside looking in, that's what I see.
	Again, and it's politically driven.
	You're a terrorist. You've killed people.
	Period. You're a murderer.
	You go to Gitmo for life or you die.
	That's how it should be.
	And I know that there are death penalties for certain types of terrorism.
	I'm absolutely amazed that attacking a U.S. embassy, killing an ambassador, that that would not warrant a death penalty.
	After you convicted the guy of being a terrorist, I would have thought that that, in and of itself, would have warranted a death penalty.
	I'm very amazed at that.
	I fully agree with you.
	Yes, sir. So now there's another individual whose trial is coming up.
	Do you know anything about that guy?
	This was one of the gentlemen, and I keep calling them gentlemen.

	But, you know, there's some slimmer, some shred of hope that possibly the right thing will be done in this case, and this guy will be sent to Guantanamo Bay, or they'll just stop their court system altogether and say, you know what, he's a terrorist.
	Here's CIA, go interrogate him.
	All right, go throw him in the hole.
	Let's end it and just be done with it.
	Are these the only two guys that they captured in the aftermath of this?
	That is the only two that I know of that they've publicly put out.
	So I'm assuming yes, by the beltway and how awful the beltway is, they want to show everything that they do, so I'm sure it is.
	I know there are other terrorists that were involved.
	I don't know their names exactly.
	I'm sorry. But I do know there were terrorists that were involved that were killed in other operations.
	Not specifically because of Benghazi, but because they continued to be terrorists and they were killed in other countries.
	And also some of them were killed in Libya because there's still heavy fighting between militias and terrorist organizations there.
	So are we ever going to find the truth out?
	Only if we can get Hillary's server out, because I'm sure it's all on there, because she destroyed that dang thing with a hammer.
	I don't know.
	I don't know if we'll ever find out the full truth.
	I hope so someday, but I'm not holding my breath.
	Well, you know, some stuff is starting to ease up, it looks like, after the FBI, after saying, we don't have any information or any documents about that tarmac hearing now, they said, oh, guess what, we just found it.
	I wonder who found it.
	Maybe it was somebody that Trump put in there.
