Uh I'm a believer, so let's let's keep that one going also.
Meanwhile, guys, Democrats are now declaring their cities are ice free zones.
And whoopi Goldberg said today that she wants us to wear Latino face.
It's so damn funny.
She wants us to wear Latino face to protest deportations.
Not sure if Joe Behar uh gave her that idea, but uh we'll play you the tape.
If you didn't remember, uh some of them may have had a little run-in with blackface, but I guess because they're liberals, it doesn't really matter.
So now we get to go Latino face, and apparently that's just fine.
It's not cultural appropriation, uh, it's totally normal.
Check it out.

And we begin with some breaking news.
Because according to new FBI documents, former special counsel witch hunt prosecutor Jack Smith was apparently spying, spying, on the private communications and phone calls of nearly a dozen Republican senators as part of his sham probe into January 6th.
According to the document released by the FBI today, Smith and his Arctic Frost team were tracking the phone calls of GOP senators, including Marshall Blackburn, friend of the show, Josh Hawley, friend of the show, Tommy Tupperville, friend of the show, all Republicans, obviously, and several others on and around January 6th, and perhaps even beyond that.
And according to the report, Smith's team was able to see which phone numbers they called, the location the call originated, and the location where it was received.
And appears to be another example of how the tools of intelligence were turned against Republicans and pretty much anyone else who questioned the very obvious sham 2020 election.
Smith's case cost taxpayers more than 50 million dollars and left nothing more than a trail of corruption and abuse of power.
And we will update you as we learn more.
And now we'll turn to an absolute epic weekend celebration of American naval power.
My father was in Norfolk, Virginia, yesterday for the Navy's 250th anniversary.
And let me tell you, it was a show of force that sent a message to every adversary around the world.
Check this out.
Doc beside us today are a combined 150,000 tons of pure American naval supremacy and two colossal reasons why no one should ever want to start a fight with the USA.
They won't fight.
Number eight.
We don't want to send you into battle unless unless it's necessary, right?
We're putting out we're putting out a lot of fires.
Maybe some of you will be angry.
You'll say, what's he doing?
We want to fight.
You know what?
If we can solve them the way I'm solving them, we solve seven.
We have another one that's taken 3,000 years, and we're pretty close, but I don't want to talk about it until it's done.
But let's give a big round of applause to the men and women of the majestic USS Kearsarge.
Thank you.
And let's hear it for the sailors of the USS Harry S. Truman.
Those who call this carrier home live by a motto that captures the spirit of America's Navy.
It's very simple.
The words give 'em hell.
And we do give them hell.
For two and a half centuries, that is what every generation of American sailors have done.
You've conquered raging oceans and brave ferocious storms to vanquish America's enemies on the high seas and distant shores.
You've beaten mighty warships into twisted wrecks of steel.
You've splintered vast armadas and sent the mangled pride of empire sinking into oblivion.
You've surged the waters thick and danger, blood, brine, and through it all, the United States Navy has kept the stars and stripes soaring high and proud above those big magnificent waves.
You love doing it too.
There's not a thing in the world that you'd rather do, is there?
Is there?
No.
I like your life better than mine, I have to be honest with you.
Sailing on those beautiful waters all the time, you're so lucky.
Because the American sailor never quits, never fails, and never ever lets us down.
They've never let us down.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Not bad.
I just saw this in the live chat.
K1111, thank you for doing the podcast live, Don.
It's an amazing place for your supporters.
You're welcome, man.
Thanks for checking it out.
Really appreciate it.
Thanks to all of you guys for being here.
So, back to the news.
10,000 sailors in their dress whites.
Navy planes flying overhead.
This wasn't just a birthday party.
This was a statement.
America is back and mission ready.
We own the skies, we stalk the depths, we rule the seas like nobody else has ever ruled the seas.
And of course, in truly Trump fashion, it wouldn't be a true Navy celebration without my father playing YMCA and doing a little dance.
Check it out.
Young man.
There's no need to feel down I said, young man Hit yourself off the ground I said, young man Cause you're in a new town There's no need to be unhappy Young man There's a place who can go.
I'll say the young man.
When you short on who's got their best Trump dance going?
Uh you know, we gotta make that happen.
I'm I'm sure that the guys uh on the boat there uh loved that.
I'm sure their uh compadres over in the army also probably love that for very different reasons, but either way, everyone had a good time.
So during his speech, my father revealed some more news.
We hit another cartel drug boat off the coast of Venezuela on Saturday night.
That's at least the fifth strike in recent weeks.
My father told the sailors, and I quote, in recent weeks, the Navy has supported our mission to blow the cartel terrorists the hell out of the water.
We did another one last night.
Now we just can't find any.
Hopefully they're learning.
Stop sending your crap and your poison to our seas.
Not exactly rocket scientists.
The only people upset are the cartel members themselves and Democrats.
But think about that.
Now, we just can't find any.
The cartels are so scared they're not even trying to come by sea anymore.
Now, I'm sure they'll adapt, and I think we'll have to do the same and take them out each and every time.
Every one of those boats, my father said, is responsible for the death of 25,000 American people and the destruction of families.
We're losing the equivalent of two Vietnams of Americans every year due to drugs.
Every single year.
That's chemical warfare against the American people.
That's poisoning of the American people.
Of course, because the left has to be against literally everything and anything Trump.
Corrupt Democrats like Adam Schiff are concerned that these strikes violate international norms.
I mean, internet, yeah.
Let them poison us, let them kill us, and then maybe, maybe they'll be nice and stop one day when they've made a few trillion dollars.
I mean, give me a break.
You know what violates international norms?
Flooding America with drugs that kill our citizens.
You know what's illegal?
Drug cartels operating with impunity for decades.
You know what else violates international laws?
Tyrannical regimes directing narco-terrorists to poison American children.
My father has designated these cartels as foreign terrorist organization.
They're unlawful combatants.
They're at war with the American people.
And we're finally treating them like the enemies that they are.
And my father and the entire administration is fighting back.
And it's why mission readiness matters more than ever before.
The Western Hemisphere Is our sphere of influence.
We're not gonna let drug cartels, we're not gonna let hostile foreign powers, not gonna let anyone threaten American lives in our own backyard.
And you know what my father said at the Navy celebration?
He said, every tyrant and adversary on the planet knows their choice is very simple.
It's leave America in peace or be blown up in fire and fury never seen before.
And it's why we need an American military that is mission ready.
It's why last week Secretary of War Pete Heggs said that everyone in the military needs to pass a PT test.
Huh?
Shocking!
I mean, you're gonna be on the front lines of the war against terror, but you know, you run a 14 minute 40.
That you know, probably not a great plan.
We're not tolerating fat generals because standards and discipline actually matter.
That is strength.
That is leadership.
That's why the world is starting to respect America.
And this is all inspiring more and more young people to actually join the military.
Here was Pete Hegseth inside Navy's football team locker right after their win over Air Force.
War!
Gentlemen, men, warriors, no need.
Let's go.
Yes!
you But the Democrats, the real enemy is ICE and the National Guard.
And now we're sending 400 Texas National Guard troops to Portland and Chicago because the Democrat governors and mayors in these cities refuse to actually protect their own citizens.
The troops will deploy, and I quote, where needed, including in the cities of Portland and Chicago for an initial 60 day period.
Why?
Because Chicago continues to see out of control violence and shootings in some of our country's most dangerous precincts.
But what did Democrat Governor Pritzker say?
What did Mayor Brandon Johnston of Chicago say?
They said they don't want federal help.
They said my father is invading their state.
It seems like they've let the criminals invade their state, and we're just trying to stop that, but you know, minor details.
These Democrat politicians would rather see more bloodshed than make it seem like they're aligning with team Trump.
Chicago is descending into lawlessness and chaos because this slob Pritzker cares more about boosting his anti-Trump resistant credentials than he does about making his city safe.
When Democrat governors fail their people, when they prioritize politics over safety, Republican leadership is forced to step up and get the job done.
Now Pritzker and Johnson filed a lawsuit Monday trying to block the National Guard deployment.
Think about that.
They're suing to stop help from coming in to their crime-ridden city because they want ice-free zones.
You can't make it up.
Watch this.
Signing an executive order aimed at reigning in this out of control administration.
The order establishes ice-free zones.
That means that city property and unwilling private businesses will no longer serve as staging grounds for the comes as we're learning more about federal officers having bounties placed on them by left-wing activists.
We also just had an ice shooting in Dallas.
We're seeing more and more left-wing violence.
It has not stopped.
This is who they are.
But we've seen how deploying federal resources worked in Washington, D.C., right?
This is not a bastion of conservative thought.
These are not conservative people.
And yet, strangely, when interviewed in the streets, people didn't mind walking to the grocery store without getting shot, getting into their car without getting carjacked.
It worked in Washington, D.C. Federalized police sending in the National Guard.
And guess what, guys?
Crime plummeted.
Even Democrat mayor Muriel Bowser had to admit that it worked.
We're seeing the same thing happen right now in Memphis, where federal authorities are on the ground.
But Chicago Democrats would rather play politics with people's lives.
Sounds familiar.
They'd rather virtue signal about fascism and military occupation while their citizens live in fear.
And Oregon, same thing.
The lunatic governor there said that deployment is a contagion and escalation of the president's dangerous un-American misuse of states, National Guard's members.
Un-American.
Guys, you know what's un-American?
Letting mobs attack federal officers.
You know what's un-American?
Creating dialogue liaison officers, that's their words, not mine, who are too scared to arrest criminals.
You know what's un-American?
Allowing your cities to become war zones because you're more worried about your progressive woke credentials than public safety.
Democrats are openly siding with illegal immigrants and criminals and violent left-wing lunatics.
Just last week, the trans nut who tried to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh was only sentenced to eight years in prison.
Eight years.
And the Biden-appointed far-left judge, Deborah Bordham, actually said in her decision, the light sentence was in part because the male convict would have to serve in a male prison.
Oh, woe is me.
Oh, I'm sure he's terrible.
This is terrible.
We must give them really lenient sentence.
If it was conservative against a liberal justice, they'd be in there for life.
This is what we're dealing with.
This judge is sending a message that if you carry out acts of violence, we're gonna go easy on you if you're woke.
But for the best analysis of all of this, far left madness, we turn to the ladies, as discussed in the intro, over at The View.
Because according to Whoopi Goldberg, the real way to resist this law and order deportation agenda is for all of us to wear Latino face.
Her words, not mine, folks.
Check it out.
Go to the Super Bowl when Bad Bunny is there and round up all these people that are illegal immigrants.
Do you think that she would go if it was Garth Brooks or Eminem or Taylor Swift or any other white person?
Let me understand what you're saying because she's going to go to the Super Bowl and round up.
How's she gonna know who's who?
Because the Supreme Court has given permission to question anyone who has Hispanic acento has a dark skin.
Yeah.
So that's why.
Here's the thing.
Everybody get a little cover butter in the sun.
That's the first thing.
And then, and this is the only time you can probably ever do this.
Give yourself a Latin accent.
You know what they that is such a good idea.
And seeing she can tell who's who.
And speaking of left-wing violence, let's talk about what's going on over in Virginia.
Because we have a critical race happening in November that perfectly illustrates the violence and extremism of the left.
My father just gave his complete and total endorsement to incumbent Virginia Attorney General Jason Miziarez, and he called for the Democrat candidate Jay Jones to drop out of the race immediately after Jones sent text messages fantasizing about shooting a Republican politician.
I mean, this is two weeks after they assassinated Charlie Kirk.
I'm not exaggerating.
This lunatic sent text saying that if he had to choose between shooting two dictators or former Virginia Speaker Todd Gilbert, he'd pick Gilbert every time.
He also texted about Gilbert's children dying in the arms of their mothers.
Watch for yourself.
People always Told me that your priorities come into focus when you become a parent.
And my highest priority will always be the safety of our families.
You said, according to the article, I'm quoting Gilbert's wife could watch her own child die in her arms so that Gilbert might reconsider his political views.
I can think of nothing more horrific than a mother having to hold her dying child.
How can Virginians trust a man who said something so horrific so callously?
Well, again, I am so deeply deeply sorry for what I said.
And I wish that it hadn't happened, and I would take it back if I could.
Let that sink in, guys.
A Democrat candidate for attorney general, the top law enforcement position in Virginia was texting about murdering a Republican politician and his children.
And many Democrats, nationally and in Virginia, are standing behind him.
I haven't seen anyone prominent actually come out against him because they actually feel this way, guys.
They're actually okay with it.
This is clearly what they're willing to do.
We have been watching this for the last, you know, year since they tried to kill my father.
And then Charlie Kirk.
Now this.
This is their mindset.
Virginia Democrat gubernatorial candidate Abigail Spanberger refuses to call on him to even drop out.
Because they know the vast majority of their voters probably agree with it too.
And this guy is running to be state attorney general.
Again, the top law enforcement official in Virginia.
And he's fantasizing about killing Republicans and their children.
That's his dream.
This is the violence of the left, folks.
This is what we're dealing with.
They fantasize about shooting Republicans.
They attack ICE agents.
They riot in the streets.
They burn cities.
And then they have the nerve to call everyone else violent.
Call everyone else a fascist and a Nazi.
Hmm.
Seems like they're the ones that are acting like fascists.
This is who they are.
This is what they believe.
When someone tells you who they are, believe them.
They think we're stupid.
They think we won't remember, but we do.
The American people remember.
And that's why they don't trust the media anymore.
But you know what?
We're winning these battles, guys.
Not just militarily, not just against the cartels, not just at the border, but culturally, and that's a big one.
For example, IS just posted this video of a recent arrest.
And I'll, I don't know, I'll let the tape do the talking.
They hating controlling me.
Trying to kiss me right.
Trying to kiss me right.
Trying to kiss me right now.
my music so loud i'm swinging they hoping they gonna catch me riding I mean, could you imagine that type of video being posted and celebrated even back during the first term?
The country has shifted towards America first.
Deportations are through the roof.
Criminal aliens are being removed from our communities.
Sanctuary cities are being forced to comply with federal law.
The border is more secure than it's ever been.
And certainly the most secure it's been in decades.
But to liberals like Joy Reed, America is a fascist nation.
Of course it is, you know.
Why?
Because my father wants to lower taxes, secure the border, and let people keep what they earn.
You you can't make it up.
This another one of the liberal brain trusts over here, guys.
Check this out.
Before the 20th century, there were no income taxes, there were no regulations on business.
You could earn as much money as you want, leave 100% of it to your children with no taxes.
That's the world they want back.
And to get it back, they need society to change.
They need people to be less modern.
They need people to want fewer things.
Guys, the tide is turning.
People are sick of the woke nonsense.
They're sick of the lies.
They're sick of the violence.
They're sick of Democrat policies that make their lives worse.
You know, as I look at everything that's happening, my father commanding the Navy's 250th anniversary, the strikes crushing the cartels, troop deployments to failed Democrat cities, violent left-wing candidates being exposed in Virginia.
It's all part of the same mission.
Restoring American strength, securing our hemisphere, protecting our citizens, and rejecting the weakness, the corruption, and the violence of the left.
My father said something powerful on that aircraft carrier yesterday.
He said, this isn't just about military power.
It's about sending a message to every adversary on Earth.
Leave America alone or face the consequences.
That's peace through strength.
That's what made America great in the first place.
And it's what's making America great again.
When Democrat governors let their cities burn, my father will send help, whether they want it or not.
When cartels poison our citizens, my father blows them out of the water.
When violent leftists threaten Republicans, we call them out and demand consequences.
This is what leadership looks like.
Not apologizing, not retreating, not accepting decline as inevitable.
Fighting, winning, protecting Americans.
It's working.
Crime is dropping where these troops are deployed.
Drug shipments are stopping because cartels are terrified.
Imagine trying to be one of the boat drivers on that one, seeing this stuff go down.
Can't be great.
Not an awesome swing thought.
Border crossings are his at a historic lows.
The economy is actually putting workers first.
America is respected again.
The left can't handle it.
So they try to get corrupt judges to do their dirty work.
Then they use the regime media, they organize smear campaigns, and then all of that doesn't work.
So what do they resort to?
They use violence because deep down they know they're losing.
That's their last step.
I'm sure there'll be more of it from them, unfortunately.
The American people see what's happening.
They see which party wants to protect them and which party wants to let chaos reign.
They see which party believes in American strength and which party apologizes for it.
And that's why we're gonna keep winning.
Don't let them silence you when you point out their insanity.
Don't let them gaslight you into thinking you didn't see what you saw.
Don't let them intimidate you into accepting their failed policies.
The momentum is on our side.
It's only getting stronger.
And like I've told you, stay strong, stay informed, stay engaged, and maybe stay a little bit triggered.
And guys, we've we've got some time.
We got probably 25 minutes, 30 minutes.
Uh so let's what you're see what you're all saying in the live chat.
It was hard to do the monologue and see all of the comments.
So if you had a good one, I'm not gonna go with the trollers, so hit it up in the comments.
Let me know uh what's going on, and uh I'll try to get to them as enable as possible.
Okay.
You figure the cartels are using bottoms from other boats to mold out the metal tops for those submarines, weld like engineers, uh Aaron Howell, that's interesting.
I don't know enough about the construction of the submarines.
I know a little bit about welding from my you know days, you know, constructing, mostly cutting, not not necessarily, you know, joining, but uh that could be.
That's interesting.
Um let's see.
Triggered, you demand on jam master flex, thank you.
Why is inflation still a thing?
Well, inflation's come down a lot, but again, I think the problem everyone's thinks is like, oh, someone comes in in office and like that.
You can just make a disaster go away.
You can just make four years of disastrous failed policy, billions and billions printed in the last few weeks of the, you know, between the election and my father's inauguration, sent to the NGOs for wasted stuff for liberal causes.
You know, that does not help matters.
So it is a big deal.
The rate is down, certainly down a lot compared to where it was, but we still have a long way to go because you can't just undo four years of imbecilic behavior with a snap of your fingers.
It doesn't work that way.
Uh Michael Zlozano, Donald, please have some mercy just so you're gonna have dinner with your kids, uh, your children, your father, and you are killing children in Gaza, starving that we're not doing anything.
We're actually trying to solve peace and create peace in that area.
I don't know if you saw what happened over the weekend, but my father said enough to both sides on that one.
Because we don't want to kill children, okay?
So that's absolutely absurd.
He's the only guy that's actually trying to do anything about that in the world.
Everyone else seems to want to just keep wars going or whatever it may be.
So don't buy into the left as sound bites.
Uh Ratchet Don Jr.
Uh Antifa has become international.
Why can't they be deemed international terrorists uh as the cartels?
I think they did deem anti-f they're domestic terrorists.
They've been, I don't, you know, I don't know about the international part, but they were deemed as domestic terrorists by my father like a week ago, uh, two weeks ago.
I don't know when that was, but it was fairly recently.
Uh, but we understand what they are.
Um, and uh they're doing that.
Comfort and joy 22, right, junior des cleaning up, but I hope it remains after 28.
That's a big part.
We gotta stay engaged.
You know, if Trump's not on the ticket in 28, uh, we gotta make sure we elect the guys uh that will continue these policies, not go back to these, you know, either the failed Republican establishment ways, or uh even worse, the Democrat ways, although there's not all that much difference.
BJ Rapp, Don Jr.
Don't listen to the trolls.
Well, listen, I'm happy to, you know, answer some of their questions, especially when they're ridiculous, like he's killing children.
No, he's trying to create peace.
So that that's a big that's a big deal.
Let's see.
Auntie Fa is huge in Canada.
Get to them too.
Uh Yaholo.
Um, well, you know, Canada's got its own problems.
Unfortunately, we don't have much say about what goes on over there, and they seem to be welcoming um Antifa.
So, you know, let's let's see what happens.
Are we on gold back money when?
Uh I, you know, I I'd love to get the tour of Fort Knox myself and let's see what's what's there.
But uh no, uh that you know, something like that could be nice.
Gold or crypto or something on the blockchain where we see what's actually going on, so we can talk about what's actually happening, not theoretically what should happen.
So I'd love to verify all of these things because we're about transparency that way.
Yeholy, will Trump get another term because they stole 2020?
You never know.
Uh he has the hats.
I've seen him throw them at Hakeem Jeffries, who, you know, did not replace his sombrero uh with the Trump 2028 hat, but it is definitely uh funny.
But I think what's unique this time around, what's different that we have this time that we probably haven't had in certainly in my memory, is we actually have a bench.
That's a really big deal.
Oh, this one's an interesting one.
Don, when are you going back on the view?
Uh I imagine they will not have me back on the view, but for those of you who missed it, it was like 17 or whatever.
I came out with my book triggered, um, like the show.
It started off with my book, and they had me on the view.
It was the 5,000th episode of The View.
And, you know, you're going in there, even though five-on-one, they'll say if I go hard, whatever, so you gotta let them go.
Let them go a little bit, let him go a little bit.
And then I started pushing back because I right before the show said, you know what, this goes really bad.
Like, what are the dumbest ever things ever done on the view or by the people of the view?
And let's just say the best part of the show you'll actually never see, although I'm sure there is footage somewhere, because it was in the commercial breaks.
I had Whoopi Goldberg uh literally MFing the audience, screaming, this isn't a manga rally, this isn't this, because once the audience, I was I was allowed like 10 guests.
Um, and there was probably 150 people in the studio.
And when I heard about, you know, when I talked about her supporting Roman Polanski, a child pedophile rapist, uh, and Joy Behar doing blackface and you know, other things, uh, the audience all of a sudden wanted to know what exactly was going on.
What was, you know, what was happening out there.
They didn't know these things because obviously if you're a Democrat and you do them, you don't ever face any actionability, you don't face any accountability.
So when they found out, the audience, even that audience, a very liberal audience in New York, uh flipped the switch.
So it was classic.
Joy Behar actually handled it pretty well.
I mean, she's a comedian at the end of it, she was like, that was pretty good.
She's sort of, you know, it's like, I may not agree with you much, but like that was the way to handle it.
And it was different for them, I guess, because you know, they're so used to everyone needs to go on there to pitch their book and to do this, and they gotta come back to sell another book.
Like, what's nice about me, guys?
I just don't actually give a shit.
Um, I don't have to.
I don't need them, I don't need to come back on them.
I figured if they're going to invite me on to talk about my book, the least they could do is actually mention my book, which they did not do.
So I was like, okay, now I will play by your rules.
Uh and let's just say it didn't work out all that well for them.
So if you haven't seen it, go back and uh search Don Jr. on the view.
I've only been on once, haven't been invited back.
They gave me the whole show at the time, and I think uh they actually regretted it.
Um let's see.
Trump 2028, T1000 Rex.
Uh appreciate that, but let's see.
Again, it's the first time we have good options uh afterwards.
So, you know, I sort of look at it, you know, my father can be the wrecking ball, and you know, a guy like a JD or whoever it may be that you know that is like a JD uh can be you know the contractor to keep it going, uh fix the stuff up and get things the way we want it.
Uh Anna Hoffman, do you know that almost all Latinos would be forever grateful uh if Trump liberated Venezuela?
I believe that too.
Um I I think that's true.
I and I see that because you notice how the boats from Venezuela, uh, and I'm not talking about the drug boats, I'm talking about the immigration boats.
They only go one way.
Uh there's a reason for that, folks.
Uh and you know, some of honestly the most patriotic Americans I know are Venezuelan and from the Latino community.
And uh that's a really big deal.
Uh that's a really big deal.
So those people are great.
I get to see a lot of them in Florida, they end up there, Cuba, Venezuela.
Uh it's a really big deal, and they're incredible patriots.
And so uh they understand it.
Uh they've been through that crap.
They vote for Trump because they escaped that crap once.
They don't want to do it again.
And frankly, at this point, there's nowhere else to go.
Uh let's see.
TM Hayes, what's the best way to put a project in front of you?
I don't know, guys.
I see so much these days.
Uh pretty busy.
But if you're crafty enough, I'm sure you can find my team.
Uh and if you can do that, maybe you can get a project in front of me.
So, you know, you may have to do a little bit of legwork.
Uh again, I'd love to be able to say, hey, here's my email, but like, you know, unfortunately it doesn't really work that way.
And, you know, the trolls in here and everything like that would spam the hell out of me.
So I wish it was more simple.
Um, but you know, uh, let's see what's going on.
Uh Radio 2076.
May the creator bless you and yours.
Many thanks.
Thank you too.
And likewise.
Um will anti-whites be held accountable.
Obviously, you know, this is a controversial one, but you know, there are clearly plenty of them out there.
Uh, you know, I wish that wasn't the case.
I wish there were an anti-anything.
Um, but that's a thing, and it was enabled by the Democrats, and it was enabled and funded by you know networks like the Soros people and all those crazy.
So, you know, let's hope that all stops.
Uh, comfort and joy.
I'm not smart enough to get a project in front of you.
Yes, you are.
You've been a regular comfort and joy.
So you've been one of the the early ones from here from the beginning.
So I I I appreciate you.
Uh, and thank you.
Um Governor arrest when, well, I mean, that's a little bit more complicated.
There is there is sort of, you know, federalism, and we believe in some of these states' rights, but they also can't, you know, harness that against federal, you know, law enforcement going in to protect people.
They can't create uh literal insurrections, uh, doing these kinds of things.
So a little bit more complicated.
Um Real American Scotsman 77.
Don, can you address the MAGA infighting online about Charlie Kirk's assassination in Israel?
That's a tough one.
But yeah, it is it is a shame to see some, you know, some people have been great.
Uh there's there have been handfuls that seem to be doing a lot of clickbait stuff.
I'm not gonna call out specific names.
Um Kammon 13, uh great speech at Charlie Kirk's Memorial Service.
I I appreciate that one.
That was not an easy one to do.
I had to add lib a little bit just to kind of create a little bit of levity in the room because I think you would have wanted that.
But yeah, there are there are there are a lot of people, you know, probably paid by both sides uh going you know on talking points, and you know, I don't know.
I I got to introduce the vice president at that event.
So uh I think people understand I was really close with Charlie.
I probably spoke to him every day for the last decade.
Uh texted with him multiple times a day, you know, on various threads and everything like that.
And I think his actual feelings are loves Israel.
Uh doesn't necessarily love the way some of the government there is handling what's going on and you know, some of the stuff.
So it it that's been going on, and we've seen for you know the last few years.
So uh I think there's some nuance.
Everyone wants to group it as, well, he hates the government because no, well, you know, or he hates the people because he doesn't like something that's going on.
Um that's not true.
I mean, I think he had a uh he had a lot of nuance to how he thought about it.
Uh and and I think a lot of that was changing, actually.
I think he was was definitely more sort of an Israel absolutist when I would have met him, you know, 10 years ago.
Um comfort and joy again.
You were perfect at uh at Charlie's memorial.
I really appreciate that.
Thank you.
Uh but yeah, I mean, his views definitely evolved a little bit.
I don't think he liked seeing what was going on in terms of some of the stuff with children.
I think you know, his views changed a lot since uh, you know, the October 7th attacks.
Uh I think he was still very pro-Israel.
Uh, I think he looks at them, you know, generally speaking as a great ally, but it wasn't so black and white as people make it, you know, and they leak, you know, text messages and people, yeah, yeah.
Oh, this is well, like he's also talking to someone on one side, and he's you know, trying to uh you know get himself in the middle of it to try to help a conversation out.
That's what he did best.
Uh so you know, I just because he says something in one text to someone and something else in a text to another, you know, it doesn't mean that either one of those things is the gospel according to Charlie.
Um so I don't want to put words in his mouth, but uh, you know, and I don't want to, you know, I'm not gonna leak our text messages about it, but we spoke about it quite a bit.
Uh I'm not gonna you know get into the details of our conversation, uh, but he was a huge Israel fan, but did not like what was going on there in terms of a lot of the you know governmental decisions, especially obviously since October 7th, and maybe maybe not even since October 7th, meaning since you know a month after October 7th, where it he felt it was getting a little bit out of out of control uh and perhaps going too far.
So, you know, it's a nuanced view.
Uh I I can assure you, I probably spoke to him more than more than any of the people, you know, talking about these things.
Uh and you know, it's probably somewhere in between uh all of the views that you see because you kind of you know, online, and this is the nature of online, you kind of get a binary view.
This side or this side, and there's nothing in between, there's no nuance, and there's no detail.
And you know, that's that's just not the way he thought.
I mean, he he was one of the best sort of debaters out there, but because he he was so good because he was able to listen to other people.
He was able to listen to other ideas.
Uh, and you know, if you could convince him, he could change his mind a little bit.
Um, you know, it's a big it's a big deal, but uh, you know, it it's somewhere in between, and it was definitely uh, but the I will say, you know, I think some of the views were definitely changing.
It wasn't sort of you know absolutist uh or binary as it may have been 10 years ago uh when uh you know when I really started hanging out with them all the time.
Um98.
This is a wonderful chat, everyone.
God bless you.
Have a great week.
Thanks, Don.
You as well.
I hope you have a good one.
Uh Don doesn't need your crystal hug.
He needs a tight warm, comfy hug.
Okay, well, thank you.
Uh Apple Sidra.
I I I must have missed the one from Crystal, so I don't I don't know what that means, but uh uh either way, it sounds good.
I'll I think we probably need more hugs in this world.
Um, oh they they want to hear the Yukon story.
This was yeah.
So uh I went up to the Yukon.
Uh I was uh bow hunting Moose um up there after Charlie was supposed to go earlier.
Obviously, I delayed the trip uh because my relationship with him, I just I needed to obviously be at the memorial.
That's a you know uh a no-brainer.
Uh at the same time, that week was kind of hell.
And so after that, I went up to the Yukon and had sort of a rough experience on the river.
Uh we're coming back down a river at dark one night, uh, hit a log jam, just a bunch of logs piled up on each other.
Um it happens, they're in the river, it's dark, sort of weird current pulled us into it.
And I'm like, oh man, like boats taking all water.
I look back and in an instant, literally boat was flipped under the log jam.
I got trapped under the log jam.
I'm trying to get out.
Luckily, I freedive so I can hold my breath fairly long.
Although when you fall into you know 40 degree degree glacial runoff unexpectedly, it's a little different than you know, breathing up to go freediving and you know, try to you know shoot a group or whatever it is that we're freediving for.
Um, and I'm I'm trying to get up and I'm trying to get through these logs, and I can't like my hands out of water, but I can't get through like the matchsticks, you know, the matchsticks are you know between eight and fifteen inches wide of all these trees sort of piled up in the river.
And I literally was just thinking to myself, like, I'm not gonna get out of this, and I'm not gonna get to say bye to my kids uh because I figured I was just trapped down.
Luckily, it was in a deep spot in the river, just wedged between some rocks.
So I started pulling myself down, totally disoriented because it's pitch dark.
Um now you're really cold, um, soaking wet.
I was able to pull myself sort of under the log jam through a couple logs and come out on the other side, climb up onto it, and and basically shimmy like three, you know, cross-section logs to get to the bank.
But now we're on the bank.
Uh we are soaking wet.
I'm pretty good about the survival stuff.
I spent a lot of time in the woods, I spent a lot of time practicing these things, making fires, all this.
The problem is, you know, uh you're on a boat, you're like, oh, everything's great.
It's in my backpack.
The problem is my backpack was now underwater as well and gone.
All of our uh all of our gear was gone.
We had one bic lighter.
Um I tagged out the day before with my bow, so I didn't have that with me, but that wouldn't have been all that helpful.
But my buddy had a couple of shells in his pocket.
Uh the big lighter, obviously soaking wet, wouldn't wouldn't start uh wouldn't start.
Majestic uh carried 007 Don Junior is sounding cooler.
Honestly, it wasn't that cool.
I probably should have been more prepared and had some of this stuff on me uh rather than six inches behind me and my backpack.
But you know, big lighter wouldn't light because the the flint and uh the sparking device um soaking wet.
So I was just like, keep scriking it.
I'm gonna collect tinder, just keep going eventually.
You enough friction will hopefully dry it off.
Luckily, it was not raining, but we're I'm soaking wet.
Like there's not a dry ounce on me.
Uh and we try to get this fire going.
And you know, it's 30 degrees out, it's really cold.
It's the Yukon, you're really far up north.
Um, and the fact that we didn't drown was sort of a miracle.
Uh, but now we got to get a fire and or try to communicate to you, guys back in camp 15 miles away.
We're on the wrong side of the river first and foremost.
It's pitch dark, you're soaking wet.
You're not making it 15 miles through that terrain without being on the river, and you're certainly not floating down the river that far.
Uh so it was crazy.
So, you know, I I collected a bunch of small like pine tree tinder and you know needles to get something.
We pulled uh a bullet from uh a complete shell casing to get some gunpowder out there, and finally, you know, that the lighter went off.
I was just just hold it, let it burn all the moisture out of that so we actually have a lighter.
With that, we were then able to light the you know, the gunpowder and the tinder to kind of get a quick flare.
Uh, you know, got a fire going.
One of our guys was actually still trapped on the log jam.
Um on the other side would have had to gone through the water.
We're trying to get, we found a rope, we're trying to get it to him.
He was not thrilled about trying to get back in the water, so we're there.
We got the fire going, are able to start getting a little bit warm, but it's really close or really cold, and you know, you're losing dexterity and all this.
And I was lucky because I usually have like my Garmin inreach, which is like a little satellite, you know, communications thing.
You can go emergency, whatever SOS you can send pre-text, uh, usually have a like a pre-recorded text to send to camp, like, hey, we're in trouble.
They know where you're going generally, so they could come get you.
Uh, because I, you know, I was done hunting, you know, my binoculars I stuck them in my backpack.
They were they was clipped to that.
Don't do that again.
Uh, but luckily, you know, before this is a you know, a new iPhone, uh, the only one I could find uh uh up there, it's not the 17 because I they didn't have that where I was in the small town, but I you know lost communications the next morning.
But before I did, I was literally able to send one text via like the satellite text feature um to replace basically what my in-reach would have done to the guys at camp.
They were waiting up for us to make dinner, even though it was late.
One guy got it and was like, oh crap.
And so, you know, a couple hours later, they were able to come up, uh, you know, get us and pull us off of there.
But we got really, really uh lucky.
So uh don't have your emergency gear in your backpack if your backpack is not glued to you.
Have it in your pocket.
Uh you know, luckily did have the lighter in my pocket, but you know, the big lighter's not the most waterproof.
There's guys that make a waterproof container for it that will hold it, all these things.
Uh let's just say I ordered a couple hundred dollars worth of fire starting gear and redundant gear that will never not be on my person uh in these kinds of situations, even though I had all that in my backpack, it's gonna be in my pocket.
So uh I'm gonna be bringing back cargo pants uh and cargo shorts for hunting because you need it there.
You know, the knife, the this, the bow, the guy, the like well, guns were gone.
Like they've they were in the eaten by the river.
Uh, and that's not uh joking two-way thing, like because someone's gonna come search for your guns.
They're literally gone.
Uh but uh we made it, but we got lucky basically three times.
Didn't drown, was able to get a fire going, and were able to secure communications.
The next morning my phone died, it was gone.
Um so did everyone else's.
But uh it it worked out well.
But really, in that case, uh we got really lucky.
So that was that story.
Also shot a great moose.
What really sucks is we actually got awesome video footage of me shooting a moose with a bow.
We called it into literally, I think it was 17 yards, made an awesome shot, like in close, tight, coming in, raking, uh blowing up the trees, all that kind of stuff.
And that was the day before, but that was the SD card in the video camera that also resides now somewhere at the bottom of a river.
So uh, you know, don't forget about those little things.
Always be prepared.
Uh don't ever uh take anything for granted and uh protect yourself because it's uh yeah, I know.
Everyone's joking, like, oh, you lost them in a boating accident, especially in Canada, right?
No, in this case, we legitimately did.
Uh it it it's not a joke.
Uh hopped 81.
I see the movie rights.
Uh, you know, it's you know, only a couple hour ordeal, but yeah, it was uh it was uh you know, definitely uh I do a lot of dumb stuff.
I've you know, I jump off mountains with parachutes, I'm a licensed pilot.
I you know, I've I definitely put myself at risk.
I enjoy taking risks, probably uh have a little bit of an underdeveloped sense of self-preservation given my hobbies and that I keep doing that, and I have the pins and plates and stitches and stuff like that to prove that I, you know, you probably can't see it that much, but I was bleeding pretty good out of my face from the log when it happened.
Um but uh we made it through, so you know, again, uh as prepared as I was, uh I wasn't prepared enough.
And so uh yeah, but yeah, I would I would have shown you guys that moose footage because you know it it it was it was pretty badass, super up close and personal, uh tight.
So I bet your dad was a mess hearing this.
Oh, you think I little jet 72.
Yeah, no, this is not a conversation I have with my father.
He thinks I'm nuts when I'm doing that, or when I'm jumping in waters with sharks, or when I'm spear fishing and you know, holding my breath to try to spear something at you know 90 to 100 feet, like he that's not his thing.
He likes golf.
Uh I'm the guy that would, you know, when I'm picking up rattlesnakes, he always calls me, like, what's wrong with you?
What are you doing?
It's like, I don't know, man.
I just I I kind of like it.
It Doug Sully 412.
Actually sounded like a fun time.
You know, it in hindsight, it's one of those stories.
It'll be a great story.
And I'm sure, you know, my uh four buddies that were with us on, you know, when it happened, uh, I was not in charge of the boat.
So yeah, I'm not taking the blame, but uh I I'm sure we will laugh about it one day.
Uh at the time though, it was one of those like, oh crap, that was real.
That was uh that got really real really fast.
So be careful out there and always uh always be prepared.
Kelly Song, uh, thank you very much, Donna Junior.
Please ignore the hateful comments.
I usually do.
Sometimes you gotta give it back a little bit.
Radio uh 2076 golf is much safer.
Yeah, golf is safer, but but then I'd have to give up like man sports.
So uh just kidding, just kidding.
I love golf.
My most of my kids big golfers and love it.
My dad's a big golfer, like we do a lot in the business.
It's a great game.
Uh I was good at it, but just never never loved it as much as I probably need to to be great.
And so if I'm not gonna be great, I don't want to do it.
Um you interpr uh interpreting Trump is hilarious, but I I guess I mean impersonating my dad at the You know, Dad.
Done.
You gotta calm down on social.
You're getting too aggressive.
You gotta relax.
Uh yeah, you know, that I adlab that into the Charlie thing just because I figured, you know, that guy's up there right there.
It's like, I may do a little shout out to him.
So him and Dana White seemed to get a pretty good uh kick out of that one.
Um so you know, I just wanted to try to infuse a little levity into the room and if if not only for the room, frankly for me, because that was that was a long week for me.
That was uh still is um but um but yeah.
So that happened shortly thereafter, and so yeah, it's it's been uh it's been one hell of a week.
So um really appreciate you guys.
The impression needs some work.
I don't know, man.
I think it's pretty good.
Everyone else seemed to like it.
I mean, there was like a hundred thousand people there.
Uh and you know, they all left.
Paul and Jay, Charlie was watching out for you.
You know, I I I definitely I definitely thought that so uh I sure hope so.
Uh and I miss that guy a lot.
So guys, I gotta go do dinner with the kids.
