Time Text
Hey guys, welcome to another huge episode of Triggered.
It's been a big week.
I just got back from Bitcoin 2025 in Las Vegas, talking about what we're doing with American Bitcoin.
Super excited about that.
Also, what we're doing with World Liberty Financial and USD1 on the stablecoin side.
So it's been a big week in crypto for us.
Obviously, you saw Truth Social doing a $2.5 billion Bitcoin treasury.
We're going all in on crypto.
Really excited about that.
So I apologize if I'm a little tired.
The red-eye back from Vegas.
Not always the easiest, especially when you're old as dirt like me.
But there's a lot going on.
We have another day with another far-left radical judicial coup, ignoring the law and pushing politics.
But the Trump administration is already responding in a big way.
And the fifth, sir, So the tariffs are back on, folks.
The activist judges aren't winning.
They're going to keep trying.
We're going to keep fighting.
But that's a really big deal.
But I'm sure, again, the fight will continue.
And we all have to stay in the game.
We all have to stay engaged.
We can't rest on our laurels.
We can't rest on the winds.
We just have to be out there because Even if we're 18 months out, it's going on now, and we have to make sure we codify these things into law.
Plus, guys, the State Department is taking historic steps to stop global censorship.
Also, the Department of Justice just opened a Title IX investigation into the state of Oregon for allowing men to compete in women's sports.
So we're going to get into all of that shortly.

Speak to the guys at Tax Network USA.
And now, let's get into the top headlines.
We're going to begin with the State Department, where Secretary of State Marco Rubio continues delivering win after win.
Yesterday, he announced a new visa policy restriction that will apply to foreign officials and persons who are complicit in censoring Americans in general and abroad.
As the Secretary wrote on X yesterday, Watch Rubio on visas yesterday.
When you come to the United States as a visitor, which is what a visa is, which is how this individual entered this country, as a visitor's visa.
You are here as a visitor.
We can deny you that visa.
We can deny you that.
If you tell us when you apply, "Hi, I'm trying to get into the United States on a student visa.
I am a big supporter of Hamas, a murderous, barbaric group that kidnaps children, that rapes teenage girls, that takes hostages, that allows them to die in captivity, that returns more bodies than live hostages." If you tell us that you are in favor of a group like this, and if you tell us when you apply for your visa, and by the way, I intend to come to your country as a student.
And rile up all kinds of anti-Jewish student, anti-Semitic activities.
I intend to shut down your universities.
If you told us all these things when you applied for a visa, we would deny your visa.
I hope we would.
If you actually end up doing that once you're in this country on such a visa, we will revoke it.
And if you end up having a green card, not citizenship, but a green card as a result of that visa while you're here and those activities, we're gonna kick you out.
But guys, it didn't stop there.
The department also announced that the U.S. will begin revoking visas of Chinese students, including those with connections to the Chinese Communist Party, or studying in critical fields.
This, of course, guys, should have been done years ago.
There are hundreds of thousands of Chinese students at American universities on student visas.
But in China, it's a tiny fraction of that, around 1,000 Americans.
Reports in the Economic Times point out Chinese nationals working and studying at these institutions have been repeatedly, repeatedly caught transferring sensitive data, proprietary algorithms, and advanced research back to China.
We know it's been going on.
No one's ever done anything about it until now.
Specifically, guys, the Trump administration is investigating The Confucius Institute, a CCP arm on American campuses across the country which are directly linked to Chinese espionage.
Why do we put up with this?
They're playing hardball while we're playing t-ball.
But the big moves on education don't stop there because the Trump Department of Justice and the Education Department are now opening a Title IX investigation against the states of Oregon and California for allowing men to participate in women's sports.
Check out Linda.
I can tell you that it absolutely is against Title IX.
Title IX was established so that women had equal place in sports.
Doing the opposite this particular time.
And we cannot allow women to have to compete against men in sports.
Not only is it unfair to have an unfair advantage physically, but also it's a safety issue as well.
When you have seen, you know, Riley Gaines talk about how hard she trained and competed and then was beaten, you know, in her race.
She would have clearly won if she'd just been competing against women.
So it was Stephanie Turner who took a knee in her fencing competition rather than face and male.
And it's just we have to realize this is the law.
It's Title IX.
And I think the attorney general is right to open this investigation.
And it just shows that all of the agencies are working together to make sure that life on campus for all students is safe and universities are following the law.
Remember, the whole reason Title IX was put into place in the first place was actually to protect women and provide more opportunities in sports.
Democrats flipped this whole thing on its head.
But that's all changing now.
We're getting back to the true purpose of the law and making sure that states that get out of line suffer the consequences.
That could mean losing federal funding.
Losing their ability to even apply for some types of funding and possibly even threatening accreditation.
Some schools from kindergarten through college do seem to be getting the message.
For example, MIT this week scrapped their DEI office.
Now remember guys, back in March, the Trump administration expanded a civil rights probe into the school over alleged racial discrimination.
Now, we'll never understand why they're getting $3 billion in federal funding when they have a $60 billion endowment that they don't pay tax on, but that's a story for another day.
But they're likely to lose a lot more, even as courts try to stand in the way.
Because today, Yet again, a federal judge put in place an injunction blocking the Trump administration's effort to prevent Harvard University from enrolling foreign students, despite overwhelming evidence that Harvard is refusing to comply with measures under the Federal Student Exchange Visitor Program.
and they still don't want to disclose data on foreign students and perhaps more importantly, on foreign funding.
But remember, guys, Here's Senator John Kennedy laying out more of the red flags inside Harvard that need to be addressed.
Here's what I hear President Trump saying.
Harvard is an overpriced indoctrination mill.
There are other schools, but Harvard...
The purpose of higher education is to make you think, not make you feel comfortable.
The purpose of higher education is to teach you a variety of points of view.
Harvard doesn't practice that.
Harvard practices its faculty and its administration, ideology conformity, ideology capture.
And from their point of view, They believe in only certain things and you can't believe in anything else.
For example, they believe in racial quotas.
Well, they're illegal.
Harvard believes in diversity, equity, inclusion, and the right to hurt Jewish people.
Well, that's illegal.
Now, they're entitled to believe what they want, but they're not entitled to break the law and still get taxpayer money.
These rogue judges do not care what the law says.
They seem to care about protecting their friends at Harvard.
And speaking of rogue judges, guys, some of them are now apparently saying that the president can't set tariff policy despite statutory authority to do so.
However, as we mentioned in the intro, just hours ago, the Fifth Circuit has now ruled and overruled the lower courts.
That's a big win.
Late last night, the Court of International Trade claimed that the president of the United States Can't use the 1977 International Economic Emergency Powers Act to impose his sweeping reciprocal, right?
That means we do to them what they do to us.
They can't he can't enact his sweeping reciprocal tariffs on the grounds of a national emergency.
The White House then fired back in a statement, and I quote, the idea that the fentanyl crisis in America is not an emergency is so appalling to me that I'm sure.
Here's more from the White House podium earlier today.
of judicial overreach.
Using his full and proper legal authority, President Trump imposed universal tariffs and reciprocal tariffs on Liberation Day to address the extraordinary threat to our national security and economy posed by large and persistent annual U.S. goods trade deficits.
The United States has run a trade deficit of goods every year since 1975.
In 2024, our trade deficit in goods exceeded One trillion dollars.
Everybody agrees this is unacceptable.
President Trump is delivering on his promise to fix this problem, and he has taken a long overdue and much needed bold stance for American workers after decades of our manufacturing base being hollowed out.
The president's rationale for imposing these powerful tariffs was legally sound and grounded in common sense.
President Trump correctly believes that America cannot function safely long-term if we are unable to scale advanced domestic manufacturing capacity, have our own secure critical supply chains, and our defense industrial base is dependent on foreign adversaries.
Three judges of the U.S. Court of International Trade disagreed and brazenly abused their judicial power to usurp the authority of President Trump to stop him from carrying out the mandate that the American people gave him.
These judges failed to acknowledge that the President of the United States has core foreign affairs powers and authority given to him by Congress to protect the United States economy and national security.
Congress had created the National Emergency Act to provide the congressional framework to strike down improper IEPA use.
And any questions over whether President Trump improperly imposed these IEPA tariffs were already adjudicated in Congress following Liberation Day.
Congress firmly rejected an effort led by Senator Rand Paul and Democrats to terminate the president's reciprocal tariffs.
The courts should have no role here.
There is a troubling and dangerous trend of unelected judges inserting themselves into the presidential decision-making process.
America cannot function if President Trump, or any other president for that matter, has their sensitive diplomatic or trade negotiations railroaded by activist judges.
President Trump is in the process of rebalancing America's trading agreements with the entire world, bringing tens of billions of dollars in tariff revenues to our country, and finally ending the United States of America from being ripped off.
These judges are threatening to undermine the credibility of the United States on the world stage.
The administration has already filed an emergency motion for a stay pending appeal and an immediate administrative stay to strike down this egregious decision.
And remember, the trade policy is working.
Investment is coming back into America.
And it's all fully within the law.
Here's economic adviser Kevin Hassett on what the regime media doesn't want you to know.
Well, actually, I think if President Trump had just a minute more, if you go back into the room behind the Oval, he's got all his hats and things over there.
And he has a hat, which is the accurate response to what that person said, which is Trump always wins.
A lot of people are wearing that hat.
Trump always wins.
And Trump was always right.
Those are the two.
But Trump does always win these negotiations because we're right.
We're right that America has been mishandled by other governments, that our tariffs are taking them to the table.
They're coming in with massive concessions, opening up their markets to our products and lowering their tariffs on us.
And so this trade negotiation season has been really, really effective for the American people.
And it's unfortunate that people would attack it as the journalists did or the way the judges just did.
You know, these activist judges are trying to slow down something right in the middle of really important negotiations.
And the idea...
Like I said, the Fifth Circuit has restored some sanity and issued an administrative stay, but there's much more of a legal fight to come.
So that begs the question, what does the law actually say on the president's tariff authority?
We did a little bit of digging.
We did some research, and we found there are several statutes available that allow the executive branch to impose tariffs.
For example, the Trade Act of 1974 makes it very clear that the executive branch can impose tariffs if, quote, Furthermore,
guys, the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 grants the President authority to impose tariffs when necessary to maintain national security.
Huh.
Seems like you check both of those boxes pretty thoroughly.
And if you go back even further, all the way back to the Tariff Act of 1930, Huh.
So, they can put tariffs on us, and they have for decades, and we're not allowed to do anything?
We can't even reciprocate?
We can't do exactly to these other countries what they do to us?
Seems kind of cut and dry, folks.
What world are some of these federal judges living in?
We have three co-equal branches of government, not one branch who gets to pretend they know what's best and know better than everyone else.
They want to stop deportation of gang members, stop us revoking visas, stop us from combating fentanyl and the crisis that ensues from it, and stop Doge from even uncovering outright fraud.
That's what they're trying to do.
The rot runs deep, and it's why all of this matters more than ever, because there is an entrenched class of swamp creatures who have, for years and years, created abuse they do not want uncovered.
And of course, that includes inside the FBI, because as Deputy Director Dan Bongino revealed this morning on Fox& Friends, they are finding more And more Russiagate documents that Comey wanted buried forever.
Check him out on Fox and Friends this morning.
Do you read the stuff that's coming out?
But does he still have loyalists in the building?
Because when I hear the FBI director saying, you guys are finding boxes that are hidden.
Okay, how does that happen in the bureau?
Well, we were there a couple of weeks, and luckily there are a lot of people up there Grabbed us by the arm the minute we came in and said, "Thank you for being here.
You know, we need to talk." There are people there who are really horrified at what happened.
And there was a room and we found stuff, a lot of stuff.
A hidden room?
I wouldn't call it hidden, but hidden from us at least and not mentioned to us.
And then we found stuff in there.
And a lot of it's from the Comey era.
And we are working our damnedest right now to declassify.
And just so you know, because I get the public, I totally understand people saying, well, do it now.
The process is not all the information is ours to declassify.
Some is other intelligence agencies.
It's not.
We literally can't do it.
Once that gets done and that gets out there and you read some of the stuff we found that, by the way, was not processed through the normal procedure, digitizing it, putting in FBI records.
We found it in bags hiding under Jim Comey's FBI.
You're gonna be stunned.
But that's not all, guys.
Because according to Kash Patel, the FBI director, the J6 pipe bomb cover-up may run even deeper than we already knew, involving multiple agencies and several layers of cover-up.
Check out Kash.
But more importantly, people have had questions about January 6th and whether or not there were FBI sources, not agents, sources on the ground during January 6th.
And I told you I would get you the definitive answer to that.
And we have.
And we are in the process, again, of working with our partners to divulge that information.
And it is coming.
And I will tell you this.
The answer to that question will surprise and shock people because of what past FBI leaders have said about it.
Former FBI Director Chris Wray eventually admitted to Congress there were 26 FBI confidential human sources in around the Capitol, January 6th, but not actual agents.
Can you say that's true?
Are there more than that?
What you're learning from that?
I can say that that is definitely a piece of the truth.
Why it took A ton of time and questioning in Congress for the director to get that point is what I'm trying to eliminate from the FBI.
If Congress asks you a question under oath, whether or not there were sources in around January 6th at the Capitol, you as the director of the FBI need to know that and not deflect and give a D.C. answer.
You have to be prepared for that.
And that's the answer we're giving.
That's the answer Chris Ray should have given.
And eventually everybody's going to know the whole picture.
Yeah, because the American people deserve that.
And look, no one's more frustrated than me.
Remember, I was chief of staff of the Department of Defense on January 6th.
We said that we were ready, and the president had previously authorized the National Guard to be there days in advance.
I spent two years, a small fortune, grand juries, to testify to the truth.
And what happens now, years later?
We were right.
Bowser and Pelosi rejected that offer.
And instead of figuring out how to prevent security lapses like that ever again, the American public spent tens of millions of dollars and countless hours on TV listening to conspiracy theories because those in positions of leadership failed to tell the American public.
Now, all of this is yet another reason why we need to codify as much into law as we can.
It can't just be an executive order.
So it can be...
And that's exactly what needs to happen now in the House and in the United States Senate.
Check out OMB Director Russ Voigt here talking about just that.
I can.
We'll be sending that up on Monday or Tuesday whenever the House is back in session.
They will get our first rescissions bill.
And again, this has been...
We want to make sure that Congress passes its first rescissions bill, including the Doge, and we will send more if they pass it.
And so this is the first one is foreign aid.
USAID cuts, many of the waste and garbage that was funding, not only wasteful but hurting our foreign policy, but also the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and NPR.
We'll be sending that up and we'll be working with Congress.
And we've had good conversations to make sure that they knew what was coming.
They had some input as to changes that could be made to make it something that could pass the House.
And we're excited for that to occur next week.
And remember, Democrats are pretty much out of answers.
They're relying on rogue judges to do the heavy lifting for them because every time these left-wing activists open their mouths about their strategy to win over young men, it sounds like a comedy skit.
It sounds like something you'd see on South Park or Family Guy and maybe even Chappelle Show.
Don't believe me?
Watch for yourself.
I also think it's just so abundantly clear that the people who say these things Don't actually spend time talking to young men.
You know this because we know each other in real life, but I spend a lot of time on college campuses.
You love young men.
I love young men.
I love frat guys.
And in that, I've realized, like, even the ones that identify as conservative are almost always pro-choice.
They're almost always pro-gay marriage.
You'd be surprised at the number of them who support a Black Lives Matter.
And so I feel like people just kind of lump them into this box when the truth is, again, a lot of them are with us on the issues.
They're just not part of our coalition because they feel like they're not welcomed.
Is it hard to believe that this is real?
Because it certainly is for me.
And that Democrats are this delusional?
But this is one of many examples.
Another being the mayor of LA, Los Angeles, Karen Bass.
From her own ex account, put out this video touting the progress of rebuilding after the California fires.
The only problem?
The video shows literally, literally one home under construction, surrounded by empty lots.
If this is progress, guys, what does failure look like?
*music*
And the ratio and the comments are incredible.
One reads, so in five months not a single home is completed?
Another says, as of May 22, 2025, fewer than 10 permits, fewer than 10 permits, thousands of homes burned down, but fewer of 10 permits have been approved by the city of Los Angeles for rebuilding homes in Pacific Palisades after the January 2025 wildfires.
I mean, why do residents put up with this?
Why will they keep voting for Democrats in California amidst this abject failure?
This is one of many, but it's kind of a big one.
And that's only one of several major problems, guys.
Again, just look at this shocking video from L.A. on Saturday night showing a mob of literally hundreds of vandals attacking police officers and damaging vehicles.
What was captured on video over the weekend, people targeting stores, metro trains, and police cars with graffiti and vandalism is just the latest act of chaos that's been going on for months.
He says about 15 to 20 underground parties happen every weekend with police and businesses struggling to keep track.
We have underage drinking.
We have violence coming out of these.
There's nothing positive that comes out of this.
The LAPD says more than a thousand people spilled onto the streets after an underground party Saturday night.
The police response was met with more vandalism and someone throwing a firework at a patrol unit.
The LAPD says one officer required medical attention after getting hit with a bottle.
I want to know how many of the individuals were identified.
I want to know who will be arrested and when.
No one was arrested at the scene, but LA Mayor Karen Bass says the LAPD and District Attorney's Office will be looking at the videos to find those responses.
Rodriguez says the city needs to go a step further and hold responsible those who are allowing the underground parties to happen.
Not one party promoter, not any person granting access to a space to be used has been held accountable for these parties.
If L.A. really wants to revitalize downtown L.A. and bring it back to what it was before the pandemic, this needs to be addressed.
Rodriguez compares the parties to the street takeovers that have been happening throughout Southern California.
Reporting live from downtown Los Angeles, Ted Jen, NBC4 News.
But it gets even worse.
Look at this footage out of Seattle, where a mob of left-wing activists surrounded a mom with her baby to block her from attending a Christian rally in Seattle, shouting threats, literally, to a baby.
Give me some pretty day in the morning!
Give me some pretty day in the morning!
I'm sorry.
Oh, my God.
Go!
Ah.
Oh.
Jesus.
Jesus.
Guys, this stuff is sick.
Where is the regime media outrage that claims to care about political Now, when it's left-wing activists, when it's left-wing radicals, they're silent.
Why isn't every Democrat being asked to condemn this?
It's happening in broad daylight.
They're not even pretending anymore.
Guys, I mentioned Bitcoin in the intro.
We just got back from the big Bitcoin 2025 conference in Las Vegas.
Obviously, my brother and I doing a lot in the space.
You've seen what we've been doing with World Liberty Financial, taking on the conventional, traditional finance methods.
We got USD1 out there as a stablecoin going great right now.
You saw Truth Social literally investing $2.5 billion into a Bitcoin treasury.
And then you have what we're doing with the great guys from Hut8, where we're launching American Bitcoin, where we're actually going to be out there mining.
Bitcoin.
You guys, check it out.
Here's some of the stuff that we did on the main stage at Bitcoin 2025.
I'm sure you'll want to see it.
I had another panel with Chris Pawlowski from Rumble.
Try to get some of that in there, perhaps, as well.
Talking about, really, crypto being the financial equivalent of what we fought for so hard.
With free speech for all these years.
So check it out.
Learn about it.
Read about it.
Get involved, even in a small way.
Just once you're vested in crypto, even if you have $100 in it, you start paying attention.
You start seeing the utility.
You create a demand that makes it even more utilitarian.
This is gonna be the future.
I truly believe that.
Check these things out.
I think there's so many natural ties.
Between free speech, crypto, Bitcoin, blockchain technologies, it all sort of happened at the same time.
And what I realized was, I wasn't an early adapter like so many of the people in the room that were here in 2012 or something like that.
We were later.
We were real estate guys.
We were hard assets.
We built buildings.
It was a little bit nebulous.
But the second we got into sort of that political spectrum.
All of a sudden, the guy that I could have called two weeks prior in New York and gotten a loan for a building in about five minutes, all of a sudden, that guy wouldn't even take my calls.
We're getting debanked.
We're getting deinsured.
We're getting de-everything.
It was pretty brutal.
And I came to realize pretty quickly that I will say we were basically at the top of a Ponzi scheme, which was the conventional TradFi financial markets.
I just didn't know it because I didn't know any difference.
That aspect of finance was always easy to us.
We always had that access.
But it disappeared like that.
And so, like all things, once you're faced with that conundrum, you either just accept it and get pushed off into the darkness or you actually do something proactive about it.
To adapt.
No different than when I was getting thrown off or my family was getting thrown off or conservatives or anyone who believed in freedom of speech were getting thrown off social platforms.
We didn't just say, okay, well, you know, I guess we'll just pack up our stuff and go home.
We said, we're going to innovate.
We're going to do something different.
You know, with me, one of the first things I did was, you know, Dan Bongino linked us up and I think I was the third verified user on Rumble and we fought for that when,
And so it was really a product of necessity once you realized, again, how fragile those ecosystems that you took for granted were.
So, you know, now, I mean, we're in crypto.
We're seriously long crypto.
We're seriously long Bitcoin.
I mean, everything from You saw the announcement even today.
TMTG, True Social, literally creating a Bitcoin treasury to the tune of $2.5 billion.
That's a pretty big deal, right?
I mean, you know, there's not a lot of people, there's not a lot of people that have done something that big or shown...
And, you know, the fake news is going to fake.
They're out there saying you're going to use the money for other things.
No, we're saying this is what it's for.
It's for literally Bitcoin.
We're then working with the guys from HUD-8 on the crypto mining side, where we're doing American Bitcoin, forming a group to actually go after all of those things, to create those reserves on the, You have World Liberty Financial because that's going to, in my opinion, you know, DeFi is going to change so many aspects of the financial systems, create the efficiencies that we need that have been lacking.
I mean, you know, again, coming from TradFi world, it was like, of course you pay points in and out, and of course you pay a point for, you know, title insurance and all these things that no one's doing anything special for.
Like that can be handled with the blockchain.
I think we're going to change with all of the support of the people in this room.
You guys are on the leading edge of changing the financial markets.
And with David Sachs speaking before that, you see people who know what they're actually talking about, creating the regulatory framework within government.
I'm outside of government.
I'm doing this stuff in the public markets and then the private sector.
But guys that actually know what they're talking about as opposed to the usual way of DC is, you know, you've just been there longer, so you get to make all these decisions even though you don't know what you're talking about.
We have such an incredible opportunity as a country to capture what I believe and truly believe will be the future of finance.
and it's all the people in this room who were frankly probably believers before I ever was, you know, but it took...
You know, having that pulled out from us in a system that we thought was pretty good and it worked for us for a long period of time.
So it's awesome.
And I still truly believe that I know there's guys that have been in this for over a decade.
I truly believe we're still at just just the beginning.
So the opportunity abounds.
So with that, we've covered a lot.
Amid the insanity, there are so many good things actually happening in the country.
But we need to continue to stay engaged, to stay motivated, to not get complacent.
The status quo doesn't change overnight, but it's already changing in a monumental way.
That's in part due to audiences like you here on Rumble.
So keep getting the message out, guys.
Keep fighting.
Don't relent to their insanity, and let's keep our foot on the gas pedal, okay?
We're in the midterm process.
We're already there.
We can't say, I like what's going on.
I like Trump, but I'm not going to show up to vote, even for some of the squishy Republicans.
We can't have radical leftists being the people decide because we're dejected that everyone doesn't do everything we always want.
I know it.
I get it.
Not always easy to say or do in practice.
But we have no choice.
We have an incredible opportunity to change our country for the good over the next few years.
