Time Text
Thank you.
Hey guys, welcome to another huge episode of Triggered.
Every day there is more and more happening.
Hunter Biden's Christmas present.
No, it was not a lump of coal.
I guess it came a few weeks early.
Joe and the media told us this would never, ever happen.
Joe would never do this.
This would be a miscarriage of justice.
He'd never pardon Hunter.
Of course, we all knew that this was just another Biden slash media lie.
We knew they were going to do it.
We've discussed it on the show.
We're going to get into all of it coming up, including the massive momentum behind Kash Patel, great friend of the show, as the next director of the FBI. We'll also be joined by lawyer Mike Davis, who will definitely have some takes on what's going on.
Someone who's Just gets it.
Gets it aggressively.
Super understanding of what's going on.
Someone who's a true warrior for the movement.
So that's going to be really exciting.
Make sure you guys are liking, sharing, subscribing so you never miss one of these major episodes.
It's so easy to do.
Just hit the button.
Let's make sure we get the most out of this, that people can actually see the truth rather than the lies of what, again, Joe Biden, the media, etc., etc., etc., will always show you.
The show is growing.
We have more and more to cover.
We're breaking big news.
Luckily, perhaps for you, yours truly has a little bit of a, let's call it a fly in the wall type of moment right now, trying to help set this stuff up so we can have the most America first agenda imaginable.
So now is your time again to make sure that you are subscribed, your friends are subscribed, that they're seeing it across the board, whether it's triggered or whether you get it on here on Rumble.
You can also get it on Spotify.
You can get it on Apple Podcasts.
If you miss the show here on Rumble, if you have friends that get their podcasts that way, make sure they're checking it out.

Check out the Birch Gold Group and diversify your savings.
With my father coming back into the office, guys, you're going to have more money in your paycheck.
That means you'll have more opportunities to plan for the future.
One way you can do that is by diversifying your portfolio into gold.
For over 20 years, Birch Gold Group has helped thousands of Americans protect their savings by converting an existing IRA or 401k into an IRA in physical gold.
This means in this Christmas season you can convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax-sheltered IRA in precious metals.
We've discussed this a bunch.
Make sense?
Check it out.
Educate yourself.
To learn more, text Don Jr., D-O-N-J-R, to the number 989898 to claim your free, no-obligation info kit on gold.

So it's easy.
Just text...
Don Jr., my name, D-O-N-J-R, to the number 989898. And with that, let's get into some of the top headlines.
And we'll begin with the massive news over the weekend where my father selected our friend Cash Patel to be the next director of the FBI. I know you've been waiting for a moment like this.
Cash is a perfect pick to finally fix this.
The broken Bureau of Investigations.
And the America First faithful are seriously excited about this one, guys.
Cash uncovered the FBI's illegal spying on the Trump campaign when he worked on the House Intelligence Committee.
He also served as a Defense Department Chief of Staff.
He worked as a federal public defender.
He's a former federal prosecutor and even has experience prosecuting terrorists.
You would think...
You would think that would be enough because people say he's still unqualified.
Of course they are, right?
I guess he wasn't a big wearer of masks and pushers of nonsense and he wasn't going to try to throw you in jail if you bought a Bible or some MAGA swag, but he's actually more qualified.
He's more qualified than probably anyone they've put up there in a long time.
But of course, the corrupt career bureaucrats like Andy McCabe are now in absolute panic mode that their abuses of power are going to be exposed like never before.
Check this out and see for yourself.
I want to start first with you and just get your reaction to this news tonight.
Yeah, well, it's a terrible development for the men and women of the FBI and also for the nation that depends on a highly functioning, professional, independent Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The fact that Kash Patel is profoundly unqualified for this job is not even like a matter for debate.
So I think what we should really be thinking about right now is what does this signal in terms of Donald Trump's intent for the FBI? The installation, or the nomination, I guess we should say at this point, of Kash Patel's FBI Director can only possibly be a plan to disrupt, to dismantle, to distract the FBI, and to possibly use it as a tool for the President's political agenda.
And, you know...
If you recall, Andy McCabe is someone who lied before Congress, if I remember correctly.
Literally.
Faced no consequence for that.
Now he gets to be a talking head on CNN. He maintains his security clearance.
McCabe being irate shows why this is such a great pick.
McCabe is the exact type of FBI official that needs to go.
He was fired from the FBI for lying to investigators about his leaks to the media.
He was also wrong that the FBI had some independent agency free from accountability.
The FBI is part of the executive branch and answers to the president of the United States and ultimately to the voters.
Andy McCabe doesn't want to see that.
He wants to see that agency continue to be weaponized against the American people.
America voted for massive changes at the FBI and frankly everywhere else, and they're getting it with Kash Patel, who you have seen right here on this program time and time again.
The FBI doesn't just need a little tidying up.
It needs a complete and total overhaul.
Remember guys, the swamp doesn't want transparency.
They're very happy with the way things have gone for them.
It's failed the American people, but they don't want accountability because they've weaponized everything that these agencies are supposed to be.
They want to target parents at school board meetings, and they want to scare you into submission.
But those days are over.
Cash is the pick for the FBI that the people want, and the Senate needs to remember that.
There's a MAGA mandate.
We're moving full speed ahead because we're fed up with the business as usual where there's one rule for Democrats and one rule for the rest of us.
Just like the case of Hunter Biden.
Biden, the senior, this weekend did what he and the media claimed he'd never do.
He pardoned his son, Hunter.
But this wasn't just any pardon.
It was a blanket pardon for crimes committed starting back in January of 2014. Hmm.
January of 2014. Which just so happens to be around the same time that Hunter Biden joined the board seat of Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings.
Huh.
It's interesting.
It's before the presidency.
It's way before.
It's before my father's presidency.
I wonder why.
Huh, why would you need a pardon going back over 10 years?
And also, guys, remember, around the same time that Joe Biden was caught on tape bragging about getting a prosecutor fired who was investigating Hunter and Burisma for corruption.
Do you guys remember this one?
Do you remember this one?
Because I do, very distinctly.
I'll give you one concrete example.
I was, not I, I, but it just happened to be that was the assignment I got.
I got all the good ones.
And so I got Ukraine.
And I remember going over convincing our team, our brothers too, convincing us that we should be providing for loan guarantees.
And I went over I guess the 12th, 13th time to Kyiv, and I was supposed to announce that there was another billion-dollar loan guarantee.
And I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against a state prosecutor, and they didn't.
So they said they were walking out to the press conference and said, no, we're not going to give you the billion dollars.
They said, you have no authority.
You're not the president.
The president said, I said, call him.
I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting a billion dollars.
I said, you're not getting a billion?
I'm going to be leaving here, and I think it was, what, six hours?
I looked, I said, I'm leaving in six hours.
If the prosecutor's not fired, you're not getting the money.
Oh, son of a bitch.
You got fired.
This pardon, guys, this pardon isn't just about Hunter.
It's about protecting the entire Biden crime family.
It's about the money that they made during that period of time, the ill-gotten gains, the selling out of our country to enrich themselves under the guise of Joe's public service.
And the media, they told us there'd never be such a pardon.
Look at this graphic I posted from Politico that goes from, President says he won't pardon Hunter, to Biden issues pardon for son Hunter, to Republicans pounce.
You know, Republicans are always pouncing.
When Democrats get caught with their hand in the cookie jar, Republicans pounce on Biden pardoning his son Hunter.
And the White House Press Secretary, Corrine Jean-Pierre, Was asked about that.
And here's how she responded.
Presidential perspective, is there any possibility that the president would end up pardoning his son?
No.
I just said no.
I just answered.
The president would not pardon or commute sentences for his son, Hunter.
I just want to make sure that that is not going to change over the next six months.
The president's saying he would not.
It's still a no.
It's still a no.
It will always be a no.
It's still a no.
It will be a no.
It is a no.
And I don't have anything else to add.
Will he pardon his son?
No.
His son, Hunter, is also up for being sentenced next month.
Does the president have any intention of pardoning him?
We've been asked that question multiple times.
Our answer stands, which is no.
President Biden says that he's not going to pardon his son, Hunter.
Is he going to ask Donald Trump to do that?
I don't have anything else to share about that.
I'm not going to go down a rabbit hole on this.
I've been very clear.
The president's been very clear when we've been asked this question.
You just can't make it up.
And here's a montage of just how much the media got caught spewing this propaganda over and over again.
I think you'll enjoy it.
I must have put the law before a family.
I said I abide by the jury decision.
I will do that and I will not pardon him.
Letting the world know that he will not wipe away the decision of 12 of his son's peers.
He was asked directly and he has said he wouldn't pardon his son if he gets convicted.
Let's wait and see what happens if he loses.
Yeah, but he said it.
He's going to get pardoned by his dad.
There's no question about that.
The president has ruled out pardoning his son.
Major commitment from the president, accepting the outcome of the trial and also pledging not to pardon his son.
The challenge for him is really to continue to live up to his values when it was really personal, and he did that today.
It seems like a pretty normal, straightforward answer, but it takes new weight when we see what Trump is saying about the outcome of his trial.
What we're hearing from other Republicans who say they don't accept the jury's verdict here in New York.
The contrast is profound.
To sit there and say, well, I'm not going to intervene in the legal process, and I wouldn't pardon my son.
One side, Democrats and Joe Biden protecting the justice system, and on the other, Republicans and Trump protecting Trump.
A current president of the United States President Biden has so much respect for the law that he has said he would not pardon his son.
I mean, what, you know, again, it's all about the contrast.
President Biden saying I will respect whatever this jury decides.
Wow.
Interesting how times change.
Remember what I said on this show probably dozens of times over the last few months.
Of course he's going to pardon Hunter Biden.
By the way, as a father, I even understand it.
But these guys, they're doing it for the right reasons.
The outrage.
Remember back in 2020 when they were talking about my father blanket pardoning myself?
Others in our family, people who'd actually been targeted with hoaxes like Russia, Russia, Russia, and we still didn't do it.
We didn't do it.
My father didn't do it.
Didn't even think about it.
We'd rather actually face the consequences than bastardize the entire Justice Department.
Well, here's the problem, guys.
Here's the other key thing about Biden's pardon.
In his statement, he said, the justice system has been infected by raw politics.
And while I agree, it's always towards Republicans.
Biden thinks the DOJ was weaponized?
It sounds like we have bipartisan agreement on that.
And we need Cash Mattel in the FBI to clean house, okay?
They've been lying about this forever.
Don't forget, this was Biden's DOJ that did this to Hunter because it's so obvious.
It was Biden's DOJ that slow-rolled all of the other real and far worse crimes so that we got out of the statute of limitations, so they couldn't go after him for those things.
The stuff they actually went after him for was a tiny little nothing, and he still pardoned him.
When I say tiny little nothing, I mean, it's still a fragile crime.
Just relative to the things they were actually doing, relative to the corruption that was actually taking place, it's almost nothing.
Cash isn't the only cabinet member being picked on unfairly and maligned by the media.
Pete Hexeth wants to reform the Pentagon, another place that's gone down the tubes, which is good at wasting taxpayer money.
That's the Pentagon.
That's all they've been good at.
They failed seven audits in a row.
They don't even care.
They have no accountability to anyone.
But they're not so good at winning wars, which you would have thought would have been their primary purpose.
They're going after Hegseth because they want some other defense industry lobbyist that will buy planes that don't work.
They'll pay 8,000% more for the soap dispensers on a plane, as we saw last week.
By the way, why didn't the media show this passion for Lloyd Austin?
Here's a guy who hid being hospitalized.
He wasn't even really in the chain of command and didn't even bother to notify Joe Biden and his administration.
I wonder why that is.
It's almost like they function above the law.
Not only did they hide it from the public, again, guys, they hid it from the White House itself.
As we say on this show, woke won't win wars.
And it's time to end that insanity that's plaguing our military and our veterans.
Because get this, folks, we're also uncovering more madness in the Biden's Veterans Affairs Department, including yet another.
I don't know if you remember the montage we played for you, I guess it was last week or the week before, but yet another Bizarre, woke cartoon about gender identity and preferred pronouns.
Yes, guys, this is real.
This is not South Park, although I don't know that South Park could do it any better than the Biden administration itself.
Check this out.
I hear you are our LGBTQ plus veteran care coordinator and help educate staff about LGBTQ plus veteran health care.
Nice to meet you, Audrey.
I am Jo, the facility's LGBTQ plus veteran care coordinator.
I use they, them pronouns.
May I ask what pronouns you use?
Well, I do use she or her, but I hadn't thought about it.
Would you explain they or them pronouns?
Sure.
They, them, and their are gender-neutral pronouns that can be used by people who do not describe themselves as fitting into the categories of man or woman.
Oh, I did not know that.
Thanks.
You're very welcome.
How can I help you today?
One of my veterans just told me they're transgender, and I realize I don't know much about that.
I'm happy to help.
That's great that they felt comfortable telling you.
Okay, so let's start with the big picture.
Every person has a birth sex and a gender identity.
When you're born, you're assigned a sex at birth, usually by the person who delivered you.
Typically, they just look at your body and decide your sex, male or female.
Gender identity, on the other hand, is someone's personal sense of self as a woman, man, or another identity.
For many people, the sex listed on their original birth certificate matches how they feel about their gender.
For transgender and gender diverse people, it often doesn't.
I know you are going to be as shocked as I am that this is where we're prioritizing stuff and why we seem to underperform in all of the wars that we've been in as of late.
This is the stuff we're getting rid of on day one.
And we have a new VA secretary coming in, Doug Collins, who thinks he can do just that and end this nonsense once and for all.
But guys, remember...
In their final days, sources inside the VA tell us that the Biden bureaucrats appear to be doing everything in their power, everything they can do to create as many headaches as possible, and I guess perhaps punish our veterans for voting overwhelmingly for my father.
Because we're told that the Biden's VA now wants to cut costs and reduce care by overhauling the community care network that my father championed in 2018 in the VA Mission Act.
This program lets veterans get care outside of the VA system when they need it.
Every veteran I know, especially ones who actually use the VA and need it desperately, It was an incredible program rather than having to drive 17 hours to the nearest thing and then wait in line for days away from home.
Axios recently did a report where they outlined how, under Biden, the program is not delivering on key promises like reducing wait times, and that's according to fiscal data from 2022. Furthermore, sources tell us,
and they show exclusively, that rather than fix the The issues, Biden VA leadership wants to reduce choice and overhaul the regional network to try to save a few bucks and presumably benefit their existing contractors.
I'd be shocked to hear that, right?
I mean, sounds almost exactly what Hunter Biden was doing.
Remember, that's something we discussed when Newt Gingrich was on the show a few weeks ago.
Remember the Air Force coffee pot that Boeing upcharged 8,000% for?
Yeah, remember that one?
I do, because it's insanity.
The swamp doesn't want to end endless wars.
They don't want to stop the defense contractor handouts.
No bureaucrats want to save money by cutting veterans options when it comes to health care, especially if they're the ones benefiting from it, even if it's failing veterans miserably.
And they're fine with spending your money on a woke nonsense like the video we just saw while taking aim at programs that actually benefit veterans, heroes, patriots and warriors.
What's going on here?
We're going to keep digging because the swamp does have the teeth and we need to know exactly what we're dealing with on minute number one.
But like I said, the good news is we're going to get to all of this and get it all on the right track on day one.
And before we get to Mike Davis and closing arguments, we're held today in the Daniel Penny case.
Remember Daniel Penny?
He's the guy who's on trial for saving fellow New York City subway passengers from a career criminal on drugs who was making death threats and engaging in violent behavior on a subway train back in 2023. Daniel Penney
is a hero.
But to the far left prosecutors, he is the enemy.
The fact that there's even a trial is disgusting.
But it's just another reason why we need to restore integrity into our justice system.
And we'll get into all of that in a few seconds with Mike Davis.
But first, check out our sponsors over at Tax Network USA.
Do you owe back taxes?
Are your tax returns still unfiled?
Did you miss deadlines to file for an extension?
Don't get blindsided by the IRS and their heavy-handed tactics.
You could face wage garnishment, frozen bank accounts, or even property seizures if you haven't taken action yet.
So like I always say, I just want you to be prepared.
Tax Network USA has helped taxpayers save over $1 billion in tax debt and has filed over 10,000 Visit TN, Tax Network, TNUSA.com slash Don Jr. for a free consultation.
That's TNUSA.com slash D-O-N-J-R. Check them out.
And with that, joining me now, Article 3 Project founder, Mike Davis.
Mike, good to have you back on the show, buddy.
How are you doing?
Doing well, and thank you for having me back on, Don.
What a victory on November 5th.
That was a big one, but, you know, obviously a lot to still go through.
A lot of resistance being put up by the swamp.
First of all, I'd love to get your reaction to the Cash Patel pick and ultimately the path to confirmation for Cash.
I love the Kash Patel pick.
As I told your dad, we will get him confirmed.
He's going to have a battle in the Senate, but I think ultimately the Senate Republicans will all fall in line because they will see that Kash Patel is a highly qualified, highly competent A national security official.
He was a public defender.
He was a national security prosecutor, including an award-winning national security prosecutor in the Obama Justice Department.
So if the Obama Justice Department was giving him awards for his work, he can't be too bad.
He worked on the House Intel Committee, a top aide to Devin Nunes, Cash played a big role in uncovering Crossfire Hurricane.
He worked in the Office of Director of National Intelligence in a senior role.
He worked on the White House National Security Council in a senior role.
He was the Chief of Staff in the Pentagon.
No one can say that Cash Patel is not qualified to serve as the next FBI Director, and that should be the standard For the Senate, the president gets to pick his team and as so long as his nominees are qualified and cash certainly is qualified,
his nominees for the executive branch are qualified, the Senate should presumptively confirm those nominees unless those nominees are disqualified From their personal misconduct.
And just because a senator may have a policy disagreement or a personality disagreement with a nominee, they should still vote to confirm the president's nominees.
And if they're disqualified for some personal reason, it's the obligation of the senator to come forward with clear and convincing evidence That they're disqualified.
Otherwise, they should vote to confirm these nominees.
I know my former boss, Chuck Grassley, is going to make sure that Cash Patel gets a fair hearing on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
I know Grassley's top staff is, they're huge fans of Cash Patel, and I expect Cash Patel is going to get confirmed and be the next FBI Director.
Okay, so you obviously, and people who you just sort of said it, I mean, you've worked on these processes.
You worked for Chuck Grassley, senator from Iowa, during my father's, I guess, last confirmation process when he was going through that.
But what is that confirmation process like?
Can you take us behind the scenes and how you see this playing out?
Because you're right, a president is supposed to get to choose their cabinet.
But, you know, I feel like, you know, Hopefully the new class are starting to get the old guard out, at least the old guards that don't understand the America First sort of movement and what my father has as a mandate from the American people.
But it does not seem like they take that into account all that often.
They do let personal vendettas or they're gunning for themselves or their buddy.
Take us through that process and how do you get some of these guys across the line when you have, let's call it a three-seat A majority in the Senate.
You can't really lose a lot of Republicans.
And, you know, the Republicans, let's just say they don't do what the Democrats do and just get in line.
I have a lot of experience working on nominations for a president.
I worked in the Bush 43 White House on nominations.
I worked in the Bush 43 Justice Department on nominations.
I led Justice Gorsuch's outside confirmation effort when your dad nominated him to the Supreme Court.
In 2017, and then I served as the chief counsel for nominations on the Senate Judiciary Committee for then chairman and returning chairman Chuck Grassley.
My second day on the job is when I inherited the nomination hearing for Chris Wray for the FBI for the FBI. Everyone on both sides of the aisle was all spun up about Russian collusion, Russian collusion, Russian collusion.
And I said at the time, this doesn't make sense.
Collude to do what?
This does not make sense at all.
And people of course said, You know, the new guy must be a Russian asset because I dared to raise questions.
But I think that what Senate Republicans can learn from this process, they made a big mistake last time, right?
They made a big mistake when they allowed Democrats to hobble President Trump's presidency the first time with this Russian collusion nonsense.
And this is the chance for Senate Republicans to fix this by confirming President Trump's nominees to the Justice Department.
Pam Bondi, Todd Blanche, John Sauer for Solicitor General, Kash Patel for FBI Director.
Kash Patel is exactly who President Trump in this country needs.
We had an election, a referendum On this weaponization of our law enforcement and intel agencies and President Trump won in a landslide.
The American people heard the allegations, they heard the evidence against President Trump and the American people rendered our verdict on November 5th and they gave President Trump a mandate to bring sweeping reforms to the Justice Department,
including the FBI. What needs to happen is this Kash Patel, I'm going to help him through this process through the Article III project along with Pam and Todd and John and anyone else who needs the help of the Article III project because we're going to make Damn sure the Senate votes to confirm these highly qualified nominees.
So President Trump has the team in place for him to do with the American people elected him to do.
President Trump doesn't pick Senate staffers and these senators should not pick his staff.
As long as they're qualified, they should confirm them.
And so what's going to happen is, is that Cash Patel will continue to meet with these senators privately.
He's having very good meetings.
He'll go through the process.
He's had top secret, sensitive compartmented information and secure access programs.
He's had the highest levels of security clearance, so he's not going to have a problem with his background investigation.
They'll have a public hearing for Cash.
And then they'll have after the hearing those they'll send them questions to answer and then he'll they'll have a markup vote on the committee and then they'll vote them to the floor and then the Senate will vote to confirm him and we'll make damn sure that happens at the article 3 project.
Mike, what exactly is the swamp so scared of when it comes to cash?
I mean, if someone says he's going to do the things that are just part of that mandate, he still has to follow the law.
We know he's qualified.
We know he cares about the rule of law.
We know he wants equal application of our laws.
What's at issue?
I mean, isn't that something that America should want?
And, you know, obviously, Democrats are going to do what Democrats do, but why do Republicans go in line, you know, go for them?
They nominate, you know, Democrat people.
They go, they back them, or at least some of us on the Republican side, they back the Democrats who, you know, I mean, they backed Eric Holder.
You know, they backed Merrick Garland.
Why is it so hard for us to get these things through?
And what are they so afraid of with cash?
Because I think they're afraid of the fact that these, the Attorney General, the FBI Director, they report to the President of the United States who's accountable to the American people.
There's not an independent Justice Department.
There's not an independent FBI. That is the most terrifying thought imaginable, that you have these agencies who think they're not accountable to the American people Through the duly elected president of the United States, they say the deep state is a conspiracy theory, then they actually come out and advocate for a deep state.
They advocate for a Justice Department, unelected, unaccountable career bureaucrats and the FBI who are not accountable to the American people through the president of the United States.
And what they're afraid of is that Kash Patel is going to go in there and clean out the corruption and the rot.
At the FBI, particularly in the FBI's leadership, the director level, the deputy director level, the assistant directors, including the assistant directors in charge of the key field offices like the Washington field office and the New York field office and the field office down in Miami.
Because guess what?
There has been a corruption of the FBI. It started Under Obama it started with crossfire hurricane and it's on steroids now under Joe Biden and that's why they're terrified.
They're terrified that someone like Kash Patel who actually knows where the dead bodies are buried and actually is a skilled competent highly qualified operator is going to go in there and clean up that mess.
So, you know, related to that, do we know what's going on at the FBI at this hour?
Can we demand that records be preserved?
I imagine, you know, like we saw, I guess it was the DOJ, you know, industrial shredders being ordered.
I mean, is there a way to conduct oversight between now and January to stop them from being able to hide the evidence of, you know, what seems very clearly to me was, you know, just gross malfeasance and injustice and an abuse of power?
Yeah, I mean, if I were the FBI, I would be terrified as well that Kash Patel is going to be the next director, because remember what happens.
Back in 2016, Hillary Clinton got caught with her illegal home server as the Secretary of State, and that not only had our nation's most classified secrets, it had the Clinton Foundation's pay-for-play foreign bribery schemes.
The Clinton Foundation would take tens of millions of dollars From these shady foreign actors and maybe, just maybe, Hillary Clinton as the Secretary of State was doing favors in return for that.
Foreign bribery, foreign corruption.
She got caught with this illegal home server and so she destroyed the phones.
She bleached bit it.
The server, she thought the server and the evidence was gone.
But guess what?
Maybe just maybe our worst enemies like China and Russia hacked her server and maybe they had that evidence.
And maybe that's just why Hillary's campaign through Perkins Coie worked with the FISA courts, lied to the FISA court, spied on the Trump campaign, spied on the Trump presidency.
So when this evidence came out before 2016, they can say it was a campaign dirty trick between the Trump campaign and the Russians.
And you say, Mike, that sounds crazy.
How could you possibly think that?
They did the same thing.
With Hunter Biden and the Biden family corruption, with the 51 former Intel officials coming out, working with the CIA, saying that Hunter's laptop from hell had all the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign.
They deplatformed America's oldest newspaper, the New York Post.
Guess what?
Trump declassified Crossfire Hurricane the day before he left office.
He said to get these out there, get this publicly released, the FBI ran to the White House to Mark Meadows and said, if you release these documents, Crossfire Hurricane declassified documents, you're going to violate the Privacy Act nonsense.
So Mark Meadows, the day they left office in 2021, said, do your Privacy Act review and get out these documents.
Well, guess what?
They didn't do the Privacy Act review.
They did the Morro Lago rate.
Look, they know that consequences are coming for this republic-ending lawfare, that they ran against your father, that they ran against his top aides, his family, his supporters on January 6th, who were politically persecuted, according to the Supreme Court's Fischer ruling in June.
Justice is coming.
It's going to get delivered by Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Cash Patel, and that terrifies These people and if they've done nothing wrong, it shouldn't terrify them.
So, Mike, I got a question for you as it relates to the Hunter Biden pardon.
I mean, he got a blanket pardon all the way back to 2014. I mean, over 10 years.
Why?
And is the timing of that related to the cash nomination?
You know, how do you see it?
Obviously, we knew they were going to do it.
The media is going to tell us whatever they were going to do.
And then Joe Biden was obviously going to pardon him once the election was out of the way and it was no longer going to affect him so they can play the holier than thou nonsense during an election period.
Do you see any connection there?
Is this just the way to preserve the ill-gotten gains that the Biden family got from basically selling Joe Biden's influence around the world?
Well, it just times perfectly with Joe Biden joining Burisma's board and doing Burisma's corrupt foreign bidding when Joe Biden was the vice president of the United States.
It's amazing that this might be the longest and most broad pardon by a president in American history.
We thought that the Ford pardon of Nixon was a pretty broad pardon.
That only went back six years.
This goes back like 11 years.
And it conveniently covers every possible crime by Joe Biden, by Hunter Biden.
So I would say this though, Don, I think that Joe Biden is going to have to pardon the rest of his family before January 20th, because how the hell do they explain $23 million that House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer has been able to find through subpoenaed bank records going to what seems like every Yeah,
I mean, do you see anything with this?
I remember the outrage when, you know, people started the rumor that my father was going to pardon me and the rest of our family just in case they continued their lawfare and did not.
The silence from the media about this lie is, you know, it's fairly deafening.
I mean, I think it's great in a sense that the American public finally understands exactly how broken and corrupt these people are.
But do you remember that and how crazy that vitriol was?
My father didn't even do it because ultimately we did nothing wrong.
It doesn't stop them from going after us.
It doesn't stop them from pretending we did and pretending that Russia, Russia, Russia was real.
How do you see that?
Yeah, I mean, how many times did you and Eric get subpoenaed and have to spend countless hours, countless days in these depositions and dealing with this legal BS by the Democrats?
And then Hunter Biden Is the bag man for the Biden crime family?
Your family does real estate.
You guys put up buildings and golf courses and actually produce things for your money.
What the hell do the Bidens do?
What do the Bidens do for $23 million that these shady foreign entities have paid the Biden family?
Yeah, no, it's pretty nuts.
And the Biden pardon scandal is also a media scandal.
I mean, it's not just them.
The fact that the media would cover it up this way, the fact that they're going to pretend it's not an issue, it's business as usual.
This is somehow, I guess it's Biden's DOJ weaponized against Hunter.
I mean, none of it really makes sense.
But what role does that play in the minds of lawmakers or the American people?
Or are they just going to turn a blind eye to it because that's what they've done for so long?
So what needs to happen now that Hunter Biden has been pardoned, he doesn't face any federal criminal jeopardy between 11 years ago and yesterday.
So I think that the House Republicans, maybe House Oversight Chairman James Culver should issue a subpoena immediately for Hunter Biden.
He can't claim He can't assert his constitutional right under the, you know, his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination because he's been pardoned.
He faces no legal jeopardy.
And I think it's really important for the American people to understand if our president of the United States is compromised and how he's been compromised by $23 million To his family from these corrupt, shady, foreign actors.
And maybe they need to do an intel assessment like the Biden Justice Department did to your father after they did an illegal home raid for presidential records your father was allowed to have in the Office of Former Presidents under the Presidential Records Act.
And so, look, they always said nobody's above the law when it came to your father and his top aides and his family and his supporters.
It seems like Hunter Biden's above the law.
Can they go after the money?
I mean, obviously he's been pardoned for the criminal activity.
Do the Biden family, can they, because it feels like that's, you know, let's call it, you know, they went after, remember the word emoluments really well.
Like, you know, if you enriched yourself, if we had a Trump hotel in Washington, D.C., if there was a foreign dignitary and they bought a cheeseburger, we literally had to have teams of accountants there to figure out what that profit was.
We donated that to the Treasury along with my father's salary.
But Does the pardon mean they can't figure out or go after the money that was clearly ill-gotten gains as well?
That's just gone?
They can get away with murder, so to speak, not just the criminal culpability of it?
I don't know if a pardon applies to civil forfeiture.
And, you know, the Biden Justice Department liked to bring novel legal theories against your father and his top aides and his supporters.
So, you know, maybe we should bring this novel legal theory against Hunter Biden to get back the $23 million That the Bidens got from...
Let's talk about the Trump Hotel in D.C. Remember, that was the old post office.
It was a total dump and it was the Obama General Services Administration that awarded that lease to the Trump Organization.
So, I mean, it's pretty amazing that Obama was in on this scam, apparently.
Yeah, I mean, does this pardon, because I think it certainly does, but in your mind, what does this pardon do for what I think we should do on January 20th at 12 o'clock and one second, pardoning all the clearly non-violent J6ers who have had so many of their rights violated?
I mean, does this negate I mean, it won't stop them, but does it negate the insanity that you'll see from the media when you do that for people who are nonviolent offenders who've been in jail for three years, four years without due process?
What do you see happening there?
I've always advocated that your dad should pardon almost all of the January 6th defendants immediately.
And then for the people who were violent, commute their sentences down to a reasonable sentence.
Nothing that happened on January 6 calls for a 22-year prison sentence, especially when the Biden Justice Department let the much more deadly and destructive BLM and Antifa rioters cause $2 billion in damage.
Killed a dozen people and not a damn thing happens to them.
You know, I'll start crying about what happened on January 6th.
I'll start crying about Hornman scaring senators and their staffs hiding under their desk when the Biden Justice Department cares about BLM and Antifa.
So, Mike, with all of that, what's the roadmap as you see it over the next month and beyond?
You know, on the FBI specifically, Ray, will he have to resign or be fired?
What's the process like beyond that, you know, for confirmation to some of the other guys?
How does that work?
How can we effectuate it?
Because it seems like the people certainly don't want him there.
But you already see the left sort of, you know...
Getting in the trenches, trying to lock in these guys who are clearly against anyone who's America first.
Just look at who they've targeted and who they've conveniently ignored and who they turned into terrorists and the actual terrorists they just let do their thing.
What do you see happening there in the next month and beyond and let's call it in the first 100 days of my father's presidency?
I would say to FBI Director Chris Wray, you could either bow out gracefully and move on to your next phase of your life, or you can get fired, and that will certainly get upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States under the President's Article II power in the Constitution.
Under the statute, the FBI Director does not have a 10-year term.
He has an up to 10-year term, and the reason Congress did that is because after J. Edgar Hoover, Congress did not want an FBI director in there for decades with entrenched power because it led to tyranny.
So the president can hire and fire the FBI director anytime he wants.
That's his Article II power into the Constitution.
Well, Mike, thank you.
I know you had a hard out.
Really appreciate everything that you do and look forward to having you back on because it's going to be some interesting times right now.
So appreciate it.
We'll see you soon.
Thanks, Don.
All right, guys.
With that, I'm going to take some of your questions.
We'll get into some of those before we wrap up.
Frankie240, how's my father doing?
He's doing great.
I mean, he's working hard.
Perhaps working harder now than even during the end of the campaign because we got to get this right.
It's such an incredible opportunity.
We have such a great team surrounding us.
It's so much more important, frankly, that despite the hell that we went through for the last four years with sort of the weaponized government against us, We also have a unique opportunity that we're not just rolling over so many of the, you know, sort of failed bureaucrats, people that were hired because we didn't know any better, people that we were brought in there because, you know, someone told us that they're great and they have an R next to their name, but basically we're slow rolling my father's agenda.
So, you know, he's working harder than ever because we're starting from scratch and that's actually a good thing You know, it would have been nice to not have to go through the last four years of hell.
I'm sure they're going to come after us again, and that's what they're going to do.
You know, and they're already setting up the things.
You see it.
You look at Ukraine.
They're giving them all these weapons.
They want to escalate this war.
They want to escalate this war.
Russia continues to make gains.
They're trying to pretend like the Ukrainians are doing a great job.
They've defended it off.
Every day, Russia is moving, gaining more and more footing into Ukraine.
What they're trying to do is they're trying to stick it in our laps.
They're trying to say, you know what?
Trump owns this despite the fact that they have failed miserably.
They've spent a quarter of a trillion dollars and probably another quarter of a trillion that money that the Pentagon lost.
You know, it's just totally unaccounted for, guys.
$250 billion.
It's been there.
For what?
Russia's continued to have made advances.
They've continued to gain ground.
They continue to do so on a daily basis.
Hundreds of thousands of kids in Eastern Europe have died for no reason whatsoever.
But they're trying to make it seem like Ukraine is winning.
They're trying to escalate it to make it harder.
They're trying to dig Russia in further so that my father can't get to peace.
They're trying to make him own the failures of this last four years.
So just watch where all this is going.
So my father's doing great, but he understands what they're trying to do.
And that's a really big deal.
We have to understand that because you know the media has no shame.
There's nothing they won't tell us.
There's no lie they won't push.
They're going to try to make this his war.
That's why they're spending more money now.
That's a big deal.
So we have to understand that.
So he's doing great, but this is not going to be an easy road.
The swamp isn't listening to the mandate.
It's a big deal.
Win, win, win, Trump.
Junior, did you play golf with your dad?
I just saw a viral video.
I don't actually play much golf.
I was good at golf.
My father, the number one thing he's pissed at me for is, he was like, Ton, you could be a plus four, plus three player, you got to play.
Now, Kai, my daughter, she got all the golf, the passion for it.
For me, I'd rather be doing the outdoor stuff.
So I was good at golf, but I never loved it.
And so there's only so much free time in the world.
I don't get that much of it.
We work too hard.
So when I do, I like to be doing the outdoor things, not so much the golf.
But I was following my father around over the weekend.
I had my kids, his grandkids, and we were watching.
And so, yeah, I posted a clip up, I guess, on my TikTok about my father.
Playing golf, and he was talking about how good my daughter Kai is, and then talking about his other granddaughter, Chloe, who's 10, who's incredibly talented as well.
He's like, that one may be the best of all.
Who knows?
We'll have to see.
So I wasn't playing, but I took a Sunday to follow him around with my kids for a little bit and to watch, and then my kids were playing simultaneously.
So it wasn't me playing, but it was cool just to be able to Get out there and do that.
Is Laura going to run against Tillis and go blue girl?
No, listen, I think if she did anything, obviously, I think it's going to be down in Florida where she lives now, you know, to do it out of state and to do all those things.
I know she looked at it, possibly doing it last cycle.
We got Ted Butt in there instead.
It was a great guy, great choice.
He's done really well.
But if she's going to do anything, I imagine it'll be down in Florida where we live right now, even though she's from North Carolina.
Let's see.
Okay, a lot of...
Hey, guys, if I see your question 90 times, I don't answer it.
It's because I have no idea who some of the people you're even talking about are.
So, Don Jr., what do you know about maritime admiralty law?
I actually don't know much about maritime law.
I know there's like...
I know this stuff as it relates to sort of private boating and some of the salvage rules just because, like, you sort of have to learn some of these rules because, like, you could literally have, like, an engine go out and someone tows you in and all of a sudden they own you a boat.
I mean, it's...
It's a little ridiculous, some of those things, but in terms of some of the bigger stuff as it relates to that, I'm just not the expert on it.
I know enough to get myself into trouble, but if you had specific questions, I probably wouldn't be able to give you much on that one.
So let's see.
Is Kai named after the Hawaiian word Kai?
Well, It's a couple of things.
She's actually named after her maternal grandfather, who was a Kai, but I think it's like Hawaiian word for water.
It's got a bunch of different uses, but no, it was more of a family name that we really liked and worked, although I know, again, there's a Kai in Hawaiian.
I think there's a couple of Kais in different Asian languages as well as some European stuff.
No, it wasn't after the Hawaiian one.
Though, you know, maybe if Hawaii turns red, maybe we'll have to claim that as our own one day and say, you know what, it was maybe part of the thought process.
So maybe, you know, Kai's mom had something to do with that, but it was more of a family name.
Just peachy, unique name, nice, thank you.
Yeah, no, it's different.
I actually, you know, yeah, I don't know that many other Kais.
I know in talking with Elon, he's got one of his sons that's named Kai.
I've definitely seen it more actually as a guy's name, but we figured it was sort of, maybe it's like a pronoun.
It can go all sorts of different ways, but just kidding, just kidding.
But, oh, gaming too long, says my son's name Kai.
So yeah, that's, will you run for president?
Oh boy.
How about we get through this administration first?
I don't know that I'm doing this anytime soon.
I promise you I will stay in the fight.
We will keep going hard.
And, you know, I'll never stop fighting for it.
That's for sure.
And I'm sure, you know, they'll weaponize it against me and they'll go after me.
So I'm putting this out as your pre-warning that, you know, the effery, there's the rest of that word, but I'll try to behave.
The effery will continue, I'm sure, against us.
Lemonade says Kai is equal to Chief in Samoan.
I did not know that.
I think it's Ocean in Hawaiian as well.
So it's got all sorts of meanings all over the place.
But yeah, you probably see me posting her stuff on Instagram or TikTok or X and YouTube.
She's a great little golfer.
She's out there doing some cool stuff.
Really proud of her.
In Native American culture, kai means willow tree in Navajo.
That's Kalinas.
Sorry, driving on a hard time with the, some of the, you know, when the words are all together, just trying to pronounce it, but thank you.
That's an interesting one.
That's not one I'd actually heard, so that's pretty cool.
Any clue where Flynn fits into the picture?
You know, I don't know.
Obviously, a lot of people like him.
I like him.
I think he's a great guy.
You know, I don't know now.
Obviously, you know, brings a lot of controversy to that, but I don't think that's a bad thing.
So do a lot of our picks, and I think for good reason, because we want people who are going to be a little controversial in the Swamp because the Swamp needs someone who will actually fight back against the Swamp.
So I'm not sure.
I know there's been a couple things discussed.
Uh...
That's pretty funny.
But nothing definitive that I could disclose as of yet.
Barry and McGowan.
Don Jr. is not suicidal.
You're right.
For the record, I have no plans on offing myself anytime soon.
Definitely not going to commit Clinton's side.
Doesn't mean they won't do it for me and try to make it look as such, but If I do end up dead for random causes and it appears to be suicide, like if I shoot myself twice in the head, it's not because I have an incredibly good trigger finger, folks, okay?
As we've seen with the others.
I'm good.
I'm not that good.
So if that happened, it wasn't me.
I appreciate you guys keeping an eye out for that one and make sure Dan for Secret Service, that's obviously Bongino.
Is Rick Grinnell going to get a position?
I thought they announced Rick, didn't they?
Was he going to be the special envoy?
For some of the, or maybe not?
Is that not announced yet?
I don't know yet.
There may be something.
I'd love to have Rick in there.
Listen, I think he'd do something really well.
Just sometimes I can't remember if we've actually announced some of these things, if we've just talked about them conceptually, if they're perhaps done but not yet announced.
So I imagine Rick Grinnell will have a voice, and I think he's a great friend and great guy.
Thank you for nominating Cash.
You're welcome, but I think it's just the right move for America.
Jim Johnson, is Bitcoin bad?
No.
Listen, I think crypto is going to be a big part of this next administration.
We've got to make sure we're doing it in America.
We've got to make sure that we own that, that we're the place where this kind of business goes for the future.
That's a huge thing, so it's not bad at all.
You know, I think crypto is going to be a really important part of this and we got to pick people who understand it, not let DC bastardize it so badly that it's, you know, that it's unworkable and, you know, forcing that, you know, what could be a trillion dollar, multiple trillion dollar industry offshore and out of the United States.
So these are things I'm really, would definitely be focused on in some of our picks.
Let's see.
Don Jr. seems like he's fun to hang out with.
I'm not sure what you're talking about, but probably.
Let's see.
God bless all of you.
Holy fuck, thank you.
Funny name.
Some of your guys' handles, guys, they're sort of amazing.
Some are almost impossible to read.
Some are pretty funny, like that one.
Laura06, Don Jr. endorsed Dan Bongino.
Like I said, I'd love Dan to do it, but I love Dan on Rumble.
I love Dan with a microphone, not necessarily behind a desk.
We can find, and I think there's definitely, and I see it from sort of the agents on the ground at Secret Service, many of whom I'm really good friends with.
You know, these guys want change at the top.
I won't give you their names because I'm sure there'd be reprisal, but like, whether it's Dan consulting, Dan talking to these guys, Dan doing it himself, like, you know, Dan's voice is so important.
I want to make sure he's out there also fighting for these things.
Let's find someone else who can do the job that needs to be done at the bureaucracy and go from there.
Don, I know you like fishing.
What's your favorite fish to catch?
Ooh.
Man, I like it all.
I like it all from, you know, a small trout on a dry fly to catching, you know, sharks on spinning tackle here on the beach in Florida.
I like it all.
I like all of it.
Marine Corporal 1985 Don Jr. Is bison good to eat?
Bison is great to eat.
Definitely one of the top game meats in North America.
That's a big one.
Is Steve Bannon going to be part of the Trump administration?
Probably not.
I think he's got a great voice.
I think he does great on the outside with this stuff.
I think he does a great job messaging.
And as the media collapses, we continue to need to have voices from the outside.
Let's see.
Tuna?
Yeah, I like fishing for tuna.
It's a lot of fun, especially when it's on.
Actually, my favorite, if we're going to go fishing for tuna, my favorite would be spearfishing for tuna.
I do some of that.
Maybe we'll show you pictures sometime.
Maybe I got to just do a hunting show or get the guys from Field Ethos, my outdoor sort of magazine brand.
