We're going to be talking FISA. Congress is fighting right now over whether to renew FISA. So what is FISA exactly?
I figured I should spend a little bit of time explaining to you guys.
I'm sure you've heard about it in the news, but what exactly it is, the history of the law, and then will become obvious why FISA should not be renewed.
FISA allows the government to conduct surveillance.
The deep state claims it's necessary for national security, all of that crap, right, that they've been lying to us about for years, but it has been abused, grossly.
Remember when they spied on the Trump campaign in 2016?
Remember when that was a big conspiracy theory?
How dare he say that? Well, it turns out it was true.
And it was through FISA. The DOJ got FISA warrants to surveil Carter Page while he was on the Trump campaign.
That allowed the DOJ to pick up communications from not only Page, but from anyone else he was in touch with.
You work on a campaign, that could be anyone including your favorite president, Donald J. Trump.
The applications for the warrants were insane.
The FBI included the fake steel dossier as evidence.
They used nonsense to justify more nonsense.
You're telling me this isn't going to be abused again?
Later, the DOJ admitted that the FBI lied to the court when they obtained the page warrants.
I'm sure absolutely nothing happened to those people because, you know, justice seems to only go one way these days.
the DOJ admitted to a judge that they didn't have probable cause to believe
that Page was acting as a foreign agent. But that didn't exactly stop him, right?
Too late, oops, the damage has already been done, what difference does it make?
Yada yada yada, move on. This is just one example folks of the many times that
FISA has been abused.
In fact, in recent years, the FBI conducted over 270,000 illegal FISA searches.
270,000!
That means without a warrant, the FBI searched an NSA database of over 270,000 for information on American citizens.
Right? Remember, this is supposed to be...
The ability for them to spy on terrorists abroad and stuff like that.
And they just say, you know, that probably now classified, you know, practicing Catholics, concerned mothers at PTA meetings, you know, the domestic terrorists that the FBI also claims are domestic terrorists.
In fact, a declassified document showed that the FBI ran unapproved searches using the last name of a U.S. senator in June of 2022.
The name of that senator has never been revealed.
But I'm sure...
They'll still go along with giving the deep state its FISA powers.
Remember Edward Snowden, guys, who exposed the same NSA for conducting mass illegal surveillance of American citizens?
Well, that program was approved by a FISA court.
Renewing FISA without any sort of significant reforms is just greenlighting more deep state abuse of the American civil rights.
Swamp creatures like John Cornyn will lie to you and say that FISA is just for spying on foreign agents.
Well, doesn't seem to be right.
If there's almost 300,000 Americans that have been spied on, I have a feeling they all weren't speaking to foreign agents.
Watch this clip and see for yourself.
It is a foreign intelligence surveillance act.
That's why the F is in foreign.
It means that it targets foreigners overseas, not in the United States, who are suspected or believed to be a threat to the United States national security, correct? Correct. Oh, the F is foreign, so there's nothing to worry about, folks.
I'm glad he solved that for us.
I got it. How stupid does Cornyn think we are?
I mean, 270,000 Americans.
I imagine they're not all linked to foreign assets or terrorists.
Maybe they just bought a Bible because that's probably enough to get you on the terror watch list these days in America in 2024.
Is he going to tell us next that since it's called the Patriot Act, it's really a patriotic law and everyone should be on board and it wouldn't be abused to infringe on your rights or otherwise do shady stuff and the bidding of the deep state.
The swamp wants you to ignore reality and not believe your lying eyes.
FISA has been used to spy on a presidential campaign in millions of American citizens.
Enough is enough.
Help encourage your congresspeople, your senators, to end this nonsense once and for all.
And speaking of national security, guys, have you seen that recent photo of the Navy commander shooting a rifle?
This one, this one's truly special.
The The Navy shared that picture on their Instagram.
Now, I don't know how many of you are shooters, but this one took me about a millisecond.
They were proud of it, folks.
They ended up deleting it after people pointed out that the scope is mounted on backwards.
They literally are looking through the front of the scope.
This is on the Navy's Twitter page, or I guess Instagram page.
I think the Pentagon needs to maybe start focusing on things other than DEI if it ever wants to win a war again.
That is not something they have done well recently.
And maybe if they weren't worried about the 5,476 genders and actually started thinking about these things, maybe we'd have a chance.
But I am not going to be holding my breath.
They're mounting scopes backwards and highlighting it.
That's what's amazing, right? It wasn't like it was just some random picture.
Like, this ended up on their Instagram page.
Like, they were highlighting it.
Probably dozens of people saw this, and yet Donald Trump Jr., in like a millisecond, figured out, like, the optic is mounted backwards.
Like, you see casings in the air, but there's no...
Muzzle blast or gas is left over.
I mean, what are they doing here?
What is going on?
I had some fun with that.
Some buddies of mine from the SEAL teams sending that to them this weekend, and they too hung their head in shame given the insanity of what's happening to our incredible military.
Unfortunately, with leadership that we have right now, it's not going to be incredible for very long.
Speaking of winning wars, back in October, economists And New York Times writer Paul Krugman, someone who has literally won the Nobel Prize in economics, declared that the war on inflation is over, folks. He announced this with a ridiculous tweet talking about the things that inflation has improved on.
He carved out a couple little things, right?
He carved out, I believe it was housing, housing, Energy, food, and transportation.
He announced it with a graph that everything's going on with a little asterisk that took out literally everything you need to survive.
Okay? His chart didn't include the price of food, shelter, energy, cars.
Those are all very important items that contribute to inflation.
The other problem is that the war against inflation is certainly not over.
Bidenflation is here to stay.
The latest consumer price report just out shows prices up 3.5% this over the same time last year.
CNN's Rahel Solomon just looking through it all, just running into the studio to help us out.
What are you seeing in this? Hey, Kate.
So yeah, you put it pretty well there that this is moving in the wrong direction.
So 3.5% on an annual basis.
To put that in context, that is hotter than what we were expecting and certainly hotter than we saw the month prior.
If you look at CPI on a monthly basis, sort of a similar trend there, right?
So coming in at 0.4% on a monthly basis, that is also hotter than we were expecting, and it sort of matches what we saw the month prior.
In fact, guys, inflation is so bad right now that even Ron Klain, Biden's former chief of staff, is admitting that it's a problem.
When Klain was at the White House, he downplayed inflation.
It's not that big a deal, folks.
It's transitory.
Remember all these comments that we got for so long?
But now that he's out of the administration, he's free to tell the truth.
Prices are still high.
Price of gasoline is still high.
You know, other prices are still high and people feel...
They are high. They're really high.
And Americans feel it everywhere.
But meanwhile, guys, the geniuses in Los Angeles are focused on making life even worse for Americans.
The Democrats on the LA City Council are moving forward on a new rule to make it illegal for landlords to inquire about a potential tenant's criminal history.
Think about that. With all the problems going on in LA, with the rampant crime and murder and nonsense and insanity, the focus of the city council is stopping landlords from knowing if they are renting to a convicted rapist.
I'm sure this, like all these other Democrat policies, is going to work out just great.
They're insane. The priorities of the Democrats are completely backwards.
Did you see what happened with Ashley Biden's diary, by the way?
This is when I got more calls from the FBI about this because someone tried sending it to me years ago during the 2020 campaign, and I figured at this point it was like not even worth it.
And honestly, that was probably the right call.
This thing's so insane, and I have a feeling that if it was about Donald Trump or Ivanka, that it would get a little bit media attention.
This is the diary, remember, where Ashley Biden said that she had not appropriate showers with her dad.
The fake news media covered it up and pretended it wasn't real.
But the diary is certainly real.
And the woman who found the diary was just sentenced to one month in prison.
It sort of feels like that makes the diary true.
And if that makes the diary true, then the contents seem like they're relevant.
Now, I don't think this person should have gone to jail.
I believe it was left in an apartment that was abandoned by Ashley Biden, but again...
Lawfare is going to be lawfare.
The Democrats will weaponize anything against their enemies or people who are threats to their power.
They are punishing someone for exposing the sickness of the Biden family.
Again, can you name another politician?
Well, maybe someone with the name Pelosi or something like that.
I guess they'd get the same treatment. But can you name a single Republican that would be given that benefit of the doubt?
Well, Mike Davis is our guest today.
He's featured in a new documentary called Chasing Trump, which is all about Democrat election interference and lawfare.
Here's a quick sample, and we're going to get to him in a minute.
Four corrupt, politically motivated prosecutors.
One target, Donald Trump.
They say they're upholding the law, but the close examination reveals politics of the very worst kind meant to influence the 2024 election.
Investigations unprecedented in American history, part of a broader attempt to silence and penalize
a president who challenged the status quo.
Highly aggressive theories and applications of the law.
On the eve of an election of the President of the United States, can there be any doubt that there's a sentiment of, this is get Trump.
Get Trump. These prosecutions against President Trump, both the criminal prosecution along with the civil fraud prosecution, is blatant election interference.
It's Democrat lawfare to take out President Trump.
They fear They do.
They would like to throw their political opposition, the leader of the opposition party, in jail for the rest of his life.
And a few hundred extra years based on what they're looking for.
Next week, Alvin Bragg's bogus case against my father will go to trial.
The case is so weak that even Michael Avenatti...
Michael Avenatti, creepy porn lawyer?
And, I guess, former MSNBC hero, former leading Democratic presidential candidate contender before he went to jail, even Michael Avenatti criticized it this week during an interview from prison.
...the strength of the prosecution's case.
Well, I think what I'm about to say is going to surprise a lot of people, and that is that I think this is the wrong case at the wrong time, Ari.
I think that the case is in many ways stale at this juncture.
You're talking about conduct that occurred some eight years ago.
I think the fact that it's occurring in state court in New York is a mistake.
I think that when you are going to potentially deprive tens of millions of Americans of their choice for the presidency of the United States, whether we agree with those folks or not, or regardless of what we may think of Donald Trump, I think it's a mistake to do it based on a case of this nature.
Well, guys, we'll get to Mike on all of this in just a few moments.
But another word from one of our brave sponsors.
Check out The Wellness Company, guys, a leading provider in emergency medical kits.
Like we saw with COVID, supply chain chaos, lockdowns, Fauci failures, all of it can make it harder to get the medicine you and your family need in a time of crisis.
And they have a brand new product.
The Contagion Emergency Kit.
This kit provides you with a carefully selected assortment of effective medications for COVID and other respiratory illnesses.
It contains ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, the Z-Pak, and more, so you can rest easy knowing that you have the emergency meds on hand, along with a guidebook for safe and easy use.
To check it out, go to TWC, like the wellness company, TWC.health slash Triggered, like the name of the show.
That'll get you a 15% discount on all of their medical kits.
That's TWC.health slash Triggered.
I may have to actually break mine open because my voice is gone.
For those of you who are asking, I see it right there in the live feed.
Yes, I woke up today and could barely speak, so I'm gonna get through this show tonight.
My throat is on fire and I'm gonna have to break into my TWC emergency wellness kit
to save my ass afterwards because whatever I got can't be good.
Also, guys, don't just protect your medical health but also your financial health.
Look... Our country is literally $34 trillion in debt.
Biden inflation is only making it significantly worse.
The Fed just keeps printing money and you probably saw what James O'Keefe uncovered there.
So I imagine they will continue making stupid decisions, which means your costs go up and your quality of life goes down.
In just the last week, we've seen gold surging as Americans look to guard against economic disaster.
So like I always say, I want you to be prepared.
Don't just bury your head in the sand.
Actually do something about it.
Diversify a portion of your savings into gold with the Birch Gold Group.
Gold is a hedge against inflation, and Birch makes it easy to own.
They'll take you through the process step by step.
They'll answer your questions so you can educate yourself and help you convert an existing IRA or 401k To learn more, to educate yourselves, text DONJR to the number 989898 and get your free info kit.
Again, text DONJR to the number 989898 to learn more.
And with that, guys, I'm really excited to have Article 3 Project founder, also someone who I love as a potential attorney general, who has a new documentary out called Chasing Trump, lawyer Mike Davis.
Mike, good to have you on with me, buddy.
Thank you for having me. Well, I love this one because I'm going to let you do all of the talking because my voice is shot and I'm screwed.
So congratulations, you're in the driver's seat.
But listen, with everything going on right now, what should we expect from the Alvin Bragg trial?
I mean, when the other side has lost Michael Avenatti, who is literally in prison for like years, not really for it, but like because he made himself famous for that and then got caught doing a bunch of other shady shit.
If you've lost Michael Avenatti, I sort of feel like there's not a lot left.
Yeah, Michael Avenatti, I met him during the Kavanaugh confirmation when he bursted onto the scene and saved Kavanaugh and caused Democrats to lose four incumbents and Republicans to pick up two Senate seats in 2018 when Republicans lost the House and then President Trump was able to finish the job Of transforming the Supreme Court with the appointment of Justice Amy Coney Barrett after that.
So I have very fond memories of Michael Avenatti because of his buffoonery and all that he's done for the Supreme Court.
So I appreciate that. I would say this about Alvin Bragg's case up in New York.
The Soros-funded Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg.
We've talked about this For a long time, Don, but it's amazing to me that this case is actually going to trial on Monday because it is such a laughably stupid case.
Out of the four criminal indictments that these Democrat prosecutors have brought against President Trump, this is by far the silliest.
This is like during the Kavanaugh confirmation when they had six allegations against Kavanaugh, essentially accusing him of being a serial gang rapist.
It was Michael Avenatti who burst onto the scene and destroyed their lawfare here.
It's Alvin Bragg is the Michael Avenatti of the current lawfare.
And what we have here is we have allegations that President Trump as a businessman back in 2017 settled a nuisance claim, right?
Which is what business people do all the time is settled nuisance claim.
And this is in 2017, but somehow Alvin Bragg says this was election interference from 2016, even though the alleged misconduct happened in 2017.
And what they're trying to do is take bookkeeping misdemeanors at best, and I don't even think these are bookkeeping misdemeanors, but they're trying to transform these bookkeeping misdemeanors at best into like 34 felony counts against President Trump, the first indictment ever We're good to go.
Piggybacking on these bookkeeping misdemeanors at best and saying that there are felony campaign finance violations for conduct in 2017 that somehow affected 2016.
It's such a stupid theory that the prior Manhattan DA Cy Vance declined to prosecute this case.
The Manhattan U.S. Attorney declined to prosecute this case.
The Federal Election Commission declined to proceed with this case.
Alvin Bragg himself declined to prosecute this case.
And then Matthew Colangelo got sent from the Biden Justice Department, a very senior political appointee in the Biden Justice Department who works for Obama, the Obama Labor Secretary, Tom Perez in the Civil Rights Division.
And then Tom Perez as Obama's Labor Secretary.
And then when Tom Perez went to run Obama's DNC, this Matthew Colangelo went to work in the Obama White House as a top labor relations guy.
He's worked for the New York Attorney General.
He worked for the Biden Justice Department.
He was in the number three office, a senior political appointee He got deployed to Soros, Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's office to resurrect this zombie case against Trump.
And this trial is starting on Monday, and it is just a laughably stupid case.
We have this Democrat Manhattan judge, Juan Mershon, Juan Mershon donated to Biden versus Trump in 2020.
Judge Juan Mershon donated to another anti-Trump group in 2020.
Judge Juan Mershon's adult daughter, Lauren Mershon, is a Democrat consultant, a top Democrat consultant who's consulted For Biden and Kamala Harris and many other Democrat campaigns and causes, she has a financial stake in this criminal prosecution.
She's making money off of her dad's unprecedented trial against President Trump.
She's fundraising off of that.
She's making money off of it.
Judge Juan Mershon should clearly recuse from this case, and President Trump filed a motion to recuse.
He ignored it for a while and then denied the motion to recuse.
And then when President Trump raised the issue that this Lauren Mershon, this adult daughter, as Julie Kelly says, she's not some five-year-old.
She's an adult daughter of Judge Juan Mershon.
She's making money off this case.
Judge Juan Mershon has a clear conflict of interest requiring his recusal.
When President Trump raised this in a motion to recuse and raise this on his Truth Social, how did Juan Mershon respond?
He imposed an illegal unconstitutional gag order on President Trump to silence him for raising this evidence, saying that Trump was somehow You know, threatening violence against Juan Mershon or causing threats against Juan Mershon and his adult daughter Lauren simply for raising evidence of his judicial bias.
Yeah, I mean, you know, I didn't have, you know, that Michael Avenatti, maybe the new, you know, acronym for MAGA could be Michael Avenatti's Great Again.
But, you know, and I forgot that you had all that experience with him back in the Senate for, you know, the insanity of the Kavanaugh hearings.
Yes, where a very well-known, you know, appellate division judge could magically be accused of being a serial gang rapist 20 years later, but he wasn't one when he was, you know, a pretty well-known person in those spheres.
The whole thing was crazy, but, I mean, do people realize, like, basically, I guess the star witnesses here are porn star, like Stormy Daniels, and convicted...
I guess, perjurer, multiple-time liar, Michael Cohen.
I mean, that's who the left is hanging their hat on.
This is not exactly like, you know, they're hanging their hat on Abe Lincoln.
I mean, it's Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen.
That's the case.
And this goes to trial on Monday.
Yeah, and you have a clearly biased judge, Manhattan Democrat Judge Juan Mershon, whose daughter's making money off this case.
You have a clearly biased prosecutor, the Soros Bundy, Manhattan DA, Alvin Bragg, and the Biden political appointee, Matthew Colangelo.
There's no chance that Trump is going to get a fair trial in any of these cases in New York, D.C., or Atlanta.
So this is Democrat lawfare.
It's election interference. It is such a stupid legal theory, but you could see a conviction.
And then what? I mean, again, they waited 30 months after Trump left office to bring this unprecedented indictment.
This is a stupid indictment.
They actually have waited more than seven years.
If President Trump supposedly...
Paid this nuisance claim back in 2017.
Why are they waiting until 2014 to bring these unprecedented charges against a former president and likely future president other than Democrat lawfare, other than election interference?
Well, they're hoping something sticks, right?
I mean, even Alvin Bragg himself, who's now prosecuting it, turned it down the first time because they understand there's nothing there.
But maybe that is the question, right?
What happens, you know, these venues, the people involved, I mean, these were chosen by design.
This is not some sort of, you know, egalitarian process where everything's above board.
You know, what does happen if they get their convictions?
How do you remedy under our...
Clearly, failing system these days, these injustices that are, by design, that are very purposeful.
I don't think anyone believes in this much coincidence.
I don't believe in any coincidence after what I've seen over the last eight years, but It's clearly by design.
What do you do about it? There's chosen venues.
There's chosen prosecutors.
They're finding people with very, let's just say, lackluster ethical backgrounds and overturning, but they don't care because they're going to do their bidding.
These are the same people that scream about democracy.
Obviously, it's just a soundbite for them.
It's something funny to make a point on MSNBC, but they don't actually believe in anything.
But what do you do if you do get one of those verdicts?
Remember, President Biden's fingerprints are on all four of these unprecedented criminal prosecutions against his political rival, Donald Trump.
It was Matthew Colangelo again who got deployed from the Biden Justice Department in the number three office to go to Bragg's office to resurrect the zombie case.
You had Jonathan Hsu, President Biden's Deputy White House Counsel, On behalf of President Biden, waive President Trump's claim of constitutional executive privilege going back 250 years to George Washington, which led to the raid on the office of former president.
For presidential records, Trump was allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act, right?
And so that's Jack Smith's espionage case down in Florida for the non-espionage of having his presidential records.
That also led to the January 6th Charges against President Trump by Jack Smith in D.C. for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election, which is allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887.
Democrats objected to Republican wins in 1968, 2004, and 2016.
We don't see Al Gore Or John Kerry or Hillary Clinton in prison for objecting to Republican wins.
And then you have down in Fulton County, Georgia, Fannie Willis, the Fulton County DA, Big Fannie.
She hired her dumb, unqualified boyfriend, Nathan Wade, and paid this buffoon $250 an hour and gave Big Fannie these kickbacks.
She's a gray goose girl, as she said.
Big Fanny took these lavish trips around the world with Nathan Wade while he collected $700,000
in Fulton County funds, including COVID funds to go after Trump. Well, guess what? Nathan Wade is
so stupid that he put in his billing records to Fulton County his two meetings with President
Biden's White House staff, including President Biden's White House counsel, eight hours,
16 hours, two eight-hour meetings in the White House before Big Fanny brought her unprecedented
January 6th indictment against President Trump down in Georgia.
So again, you have President Biden's fingerprints on all four criminal indictments.
And I would say this.
They know that President Trump is going to win on November 5th, 2024.
So they've tried to throw him in prison.
For the rest of his life, they're trying to illegally gag him.
They're trying to bankrupt him with bogus civil lawsuits like Big Tish James in New York, the Attorney General, bringing a civil fraud lawsuit against Trump for the non-fraud of paying back sophisticated Wall Street banks on time as agreed in full with interest.
And somehow that's fraud, even though the banks testified that they would gladly do business with Trump in the future.
And then you have Jean Carroll bringing her defamation claim against Trump.
This is obviously Democrat lawfare.
This is obviously election interference.
And if these Democrat prosecutors and these Democrat judges and these Democrat hellholes like New York, D.C. and Atlanta think that they get to pick the next president instead of the American people, this is not going to end well for our country.
These are republic-ending tactics by these Democrats.
Okay, I agree with you.
I mean, I've also said, hey, like, how badly can they actually cheat this time?
You know, because, like, you know, a part of their thing is, like, people still have to believe a little bit in the system.
And, like, I don't think anyone really believes Joe Biden has it in him or will campaign or will do anything.
But are we beyond the pale?
Do people even care? Like, you know, again, when the Democrats talk about democracy and the Republicans, you know, it's a soundbite, right?
It's not, it's like, ha ha ha, it's a talking point.
Like, oh, we're going to pretend about, like, sort of like when they talk about fascism while acting like fascists.
Do you think they care? I think we'd be making a mistake to assume that any of these people at this point have any shame, any decency left.
It doesn't matter.
If they get a win that everyone knows is nonsense, isn't that still a win?
You think they're just not going to enforce these things?
Is there a way to reverse it?
Can any of these things be brought up to the Supreme Court?
Again, they were chosen in a very specific way to make sure that something stayed.
In the southern district of New York, where zero people will vote for Trump, or in Washington, D.C., even the Florida grand jury was done in D.C. to make sure that the people in Florida who love Trump don't have a chance to not let this thing get to trial.
Yeah, I mean, I would say this to Chief Justice John Roberts and the other Supreme Court justices.
I clerked on the Supreme Court.
I know that the Chief Justice is very concerned about the Supreme Court's public image.
I would say this, if the Chief Justice and the Supreme Court allow Democrat prosecutors and Democrat judges in these Democrat hellholes like New York, D.C. and Atlanta, Take the election away from the American people by putting the leading presidential candidate in prison.
We're not going to have a country left.
This is how the Roman Republic fell.
This is how the Roman Empire fell.
It was the lawfare by the Senate insiders against Caesar that caused him to feel that he was desperate and he crossed the Rubicon from Gaul into Rome and it led to a civil war and it led to the fall of the Roman Republic.
I'm not saying that this is going to lead to a civil war, but what this is going to do is lead to a legal tit-for-tat back and forth between the parties going forward.
Will it, though? I don't know if I agree with that.
That's the problem. I think if it actually led to that, it would probably put an end to this because the Democrats would say, enough is enough.
But I think the reality is...
The Democrats, they're playing a different game than us.
They're playing a much smarter game than us.
They're much more aggressive.
We won't employ those tactics.
You bring it even to a lot of the conservatives on the Supreme Court.
Very rarely, I feel like they can easily be influenced.
I think what happened with Kavanaugh, while a disgrace, still had an effect, as it was intended to have, which is to scare other conservative justices, the protests before the Supreme Court justices' houses.
That would have never been allowed to happen to Ruth Bader Ginsburg when she was still alive.
But if it happens to Kavanaugh, if it happens to Amy Comey Barrett, if it happens to one of these, that's okay.
It's a little different. We're just going to let it slide.
We're not playing the same game.
So that's what I'm worried about.
That, well, we have to let it play out because the people on the Sunday morning talk shows who are 100% leftist partisans, they're saying we're not being objective.
So I guess we have to just let them do whatever they want and make a mockery of our legal system.
Yeah, I agree with you, Don, that unless you give Democrats a healthy dose of their own medicine, this will never stop.
I call this the dead chicken strategy that I ran during the Kavanaugh confirmation.
When I did my clerkship on the Supreme Court, Justice Clarence Thomas would talk about growing up on the farm in Georgia, when dogs kill chickens, you wrap those dead chickens around those dogs' necks, And as those dead chickens rotted around those dogs' necks, those dogs lost the taste for chicken.
And I think we need to do this with this lawfare against Democrats.
We need to go after them for their legitimate crimes, like Biden's illegitimate corruption.
Go after him for his corruption.
Go after him for his bribes.
Go after these Democrats.
For their illegal conspiracy to violate the civil rights of President Trump, his top aides like Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro, his attorneys, his supporters on January 6th, parents outraged by gender chaos in schools and the resulting rapes in high school bathrooms, Christians praying outside of abortion clinics while the Biden Justice Department, while these Democrat prosecutors Give amnesty to Joe Biden and Hunter Biden and James Biden and BLM and Antifa and Hamas.
This is all-out lawfare.
And I always say this, today's Democrats are not liberals who love America.
Today's Democrats are leftists and they're trying to destroy America.
And the only thing they respect is power.
So if you don't show them power, if you show them weakness, if we go in there and say, oh, we're better than this, we need to turn the other cheek, Hell no, this will never end until Democrats get a healthy dose of their own medicine.
Yeah, I saw an interesting stat today.
It was kind of actually really troubling.
It was like 7% of Democrats basically said they were okay Winning by cheating rather than losing by playing fair.
And if you broke it down demographically, like those who are in the, you know, earning over $150,000 a year and the big kind of mega donor class and the elite and the wealthy of that, the number jumped to like 37%.
I mean, they're okay because the means justify the end.
Cheating is fine rather than losing fair and square.
But that is who the Democrat elite are.
I believe there's probably real blue-collar Democrats out there that they're fine with the results of an election, but a lot of the power players, almost half, We're actually just fine with cheating.
As long as they get what they want, it doesn't really matter.
So that to me seems like a really significant threat on democracy.
Yeah, they're not liberals.
They're leftists. They're Marxists.
They're not liberals who love America and just disagree with conservatives on the best way to get there.
They hate America. They're trying to destroy America.
They don't believe in free speech.
They believe in censorship under the guise of protecting us from misinformation and disinformation.
They don't believe in equality.
They believe in equity, right?
They don't believe in due process.
They believe in a politicized and weaponized justice system.
These people, these leftists, They're not good Americans.
They're not good people.
And we need to understand that.
This is not our parents' or grandparents' Democrat Party anymore.
I guess the most important question really has to be, what needs to be done now to prepare for the inauguration on January 20th, 2025 at approximately 12.01 p.m.
Eastern Standard Time, when my father sworn in?
We need to get going right now, frankly.
What needs to be done immediately?
What do we need to be focused on?
I think that President Trump should have about 200 executive orders ready to sign at 12.01 p.m.
on January 20th, 2025, and really clean house at the Justice Department, including the FBI. And I think he needs to immediately appoint an acting Attorney General who's going to go in there and he's going to clean house at the top layers.
So they have all these career officials who run the key litigating divisions of the Justice Department.
These career officials who run the FBI. There's one political appointee at the FBI, the director.
Chris Ray needs to be fired on day one.
You need to put, you need to, the top three layers, at least the top three layers Of the career officials at the Justice Department, at Maine Justice, the Civil Division, the Civil Rights Division, the Tax Division, the Antitrust Division, the Criminal Division, the National Security Division.
The career deputy assistant attorneys general need to be reassigned to the southern border, along with the section chiefs.
of each one of the sections and the assistant chiefs of each one of those sections.
They need to reapply for their jobs and in the meantime reassign them to the southern border, right, to enforce our immigration laws and if they stop doing that maybe they can change diapers on the southern border.
At the FBI they need to do the same thing.
The director needs to be fired, the deputy director needs to be fired, and the assistant directors Including the assistant directors in charge of the key field offices like the Washington field office and the New York field office need to reapply for their jobs.
And then you have these U.S. attorneys offices that have just become a rat's nest.
Like the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C., where they have been so politicized and weaponized to go after January 6th supporters who trespassed on January 6th instead of people who are carjacking and murdering people in Washington, D.C. So those assistant U.S. attorneys and those key U.S. attorney's offices should reapply for their jobs and in the meantime reassign them to the southern border.
So talk about your documentary, Chasing Trump.
What are people going to learn?
How much detail does it get into so they can understand exactly sort of the environment of what's going on right now, the nature of this fight?
Yeah, it goes through each one of these cases against President Trump.
The criminal, the four criminal indictments along With Tish James' civil fraud lawsuit for the non-fraud of paying back sophisticated Wall Street banks on full as agreed with interest.
And it goes through in detail these cases and it shows how this is lawfare.
It proves that this is Biden's lawfare and election interference.
It's a 30 minute long I volunteered to appear in this thing.
And American Greatness, the good people at American Greatness are the ones who produced this very important video that is going to be released, I think, on Monday.
It's for free. Everyone can go online and look at it for free.
And I think it's really important that people take 30 minutes and watch this thing and share it with their friends and family.
Where can they find it, by the way, just so I can get it up here now?
Well, the trailer is out there right now.
It's on my Twitter feed, MRDDMIA, MRDDMIA. It's also on Truth and Gatter on my feed.
And it's going to go live on Monday morning, the full 30 minutes.
It will be on my social media feeds then as well.
Great. Of all the prosecutors going after, you know, my father, my family, you know, I guess, yeah, Jack Smith, you got Alvin Bragg, Letitia James, Fannie Willis.
Which one is the dumbest and least impressive?
Because, I mean, I think that list is long and not so distinguished, but what's your take?
How do you rank them? Well, they're all pretty, all these cases are pretty stupid, but I think that Alvin Bragg's case that starts on Monday is by far the dumbest case of them all.
Even the New York Times and the Washington Post thought it was a stupid case.
Now they're going to change their tune now.
Oh yeah, now it's totally relevant.
It's very important. Yeah, it's a great case now, but a year ago, when they were looking at this, it was a stupid case, but this case is so dumb.
It's going to be a clown car of a trial with Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels, and it's Alvin Bragg, Matthew Colangelo, Judge Juan Mershon, his adult letter.
It's like the Star Wars bar up there.
It's going to be a Just a total disaster.
And I actually think that they are starting with their worst case.
And the American people are going to tune into this case starting on Monday.
And they're going to be like, wait a second.
They're actually taking Trump to trial.
They want him to die in prison.
For settling a nuisance claim and that he apparently didn't book it right in his accounting.
And so they want to throw him in prison for the rest of his life over this.
And they have this Soros-funded Manhattan DA prosecuting this case with this senior Biden Justice Department official and former Obama official, Matthew Colangelo.
They're going to say this is silly.
They're going to be outraged by it, I think.
And it's going to blow up and backfire on Biden badly.
Yeah, it seems like that's happened a lot.
I mean, that one's particularly egregious.
I mean, putting someone in prison for, you know, 700 years for what they say is an accounting error that was not prosecuted by those who, you know, I'm not exactly sure the people at the FEC, the Federal Election Commission, who turned it down and others.
The Southern District of New York, the former district attorney, yada, yada, yada, yada.
You know, none of these people were exactly Trump fans and they all turned it down.
So... You know, what's the endgame?
I mean, if it's so clearly ridiculous, you know, how do they not see it backfiring?
Is there something we're missing or is it just, is it Trump derangement syndrome where it doesn't matter?
The hysteria is just so overwhelming that they just can't help themselves and they just, they don't see the forest through the trees.
They did the same thing. They ran the same play against Kavanaugh.
They are so deranged.
They thought, okay, if we just throw six of these bogus allegations against Kavanaugh, we're just going to destroy him and the Republicans will pull his nomination and he'll go away.
They did the same thing here. We're just going to throw four criminal indictments at Trump, these bogus civil fraud lawsuit, a bogus defamation lawsuit.
We're going to try to take them off the ballot.
They threw everything they have at Trump.
And none of this is sticking.
It's going to backfire.
What are they going to do? Are they going to put President Trump in prison with his Secret Service detail that he's required to have under federal statute for the rest of his life as a former president?
And then what? Are they going to turn him into Nelson Mandela?
Because he's going to win on November 5th.
2024. And then what are they going to do?
They think they can keep him in prison when he's the president-elect of the United States?
Are they going to keep him in prison when they need to swear him in as the president of the United States?
Where do they think this is going to end?
This is going to end with the American people saying, hell no, Democrat prosecutors and judges in your Democrat hellholes of New York, D.C. and Atlanta, you don't get to pick the president.
We do. Yeah, but it is interesting.
I mean, I think with Kavanaugh, they were probably right except for Trump.
Meaning, I think if Kavanaugh would have been put forward by Bush, the second one of these accusations flew...
Bush would have withdrawn the nomination so quickly, your head would spin, and it would have gone down as gospel because there would have been no fight in the Senate.
So, I guess that same sort of miscalculation is happening now, which is you're going after Trump, who's just going to fight, and Because he's a fighter.
That's what he knows.
That's who he is.
I saw him last night at 11 o'clock at night.
He gave an hour-long speech off the cuff in front of a couple hundred people after traveling from 6 a.m.
in the morning. This isn't Joe Biden you're dealing with.
I feel like the Kavanaugh miscalculation they probably should have learned from because, again, I think they would have been right But for Donald Trump actually being the guy that had the power to actually pull that nomination, he just wasn't going to back down because he understood it was BS as well.
There is no question.
I worked in the Bush 43 White House on political appointments.
I worked on Chief Justice John Roberts' nomination.
I worked on Justice Alito's nomination.
I worked on the nomination of Trump's nominations of Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett.
There is no question that if it weren't President Trump in office, the Republicans would have caved.
And this is why Democrats hate Trump so much, because he doesn't Play by their rules.
He doesn't need them for anything.
He's a billionaire who has nicer houses, nicer cars, nicer airplane, nicer helicopters.
He doesn't need this job.
He's the only former president, I think, who's actually left office and lost money.
Because of this Democrat lawfare and election interference.
He doesn't need this. He's doing this because he loves our country and they're not going to stop him.
All they're doing is emboldening him and they're going to put him back in the White House.
Yeah. Now, you know, I hope that's right.
It feels like, you know, again, every time I say this, I get in trouble for it.
But I see it, you know, as someone who travels the entire country and small towns and small regional airports and all these kinds of things.
You know, the amount of people and the different demographics that are now going so far out of their way to just be like...
Not just like, hey man, I like you, kind of.
I'll give you the thumbs up, but I won't really acknowledge it until literally screaming across crowds of people like Trump 2024.
It's different.
So there feels like there's a very different vibe out there right now.
People are understanding it.
They're seeing it. It's so extreme.
It's so ridiculous that even those who are You know, politically agnostic or not necessarily paying attention or just trying to, you know, live their life struggling through, you know, the grandeurs of Bidenomics are getting it.
Very much so. I agree with that completely.
I grew up in a working class neighborhood in Des Moines, Iowa.
It used to be very Democrat.
Trump changed that.
Because he is the president, he is the man for working people.
He's a populist. And I'll tell you, even the Democrats who did not support Trump before are calling me and saying that they are outraged by this lawfare.
They are outraged by this election interference.
And even some of these weak Republicans who Who pretend like, you know, if they pull the blanket over their head, the monster's going to go away in the room.
Even these Republicans who say that they were tired of Trump, they are all in for Trump now because of this lawfare, because of this election interference.
They resent the elite.
They resent the elite in D.C. on both sides of the aisle, frankly.
It's not just the Democrats.
There are Republicans in D.C. who would very much love to see Trump go away because Trump fights for real Americans in real America.
He's not part of the elite swamp.
the consequence of not doing anything now. I mean, this doesn't just go away with Trump. It's like,
oh, we put Trump in prison. Like, we're going to go back to normal. We're going to have free
and fair elections again, folks. Yay! Like, you lose this one now, you lose these cases. And,
you know, literally even the premise of free and fair elections, even the premise of free speech,
I mean, it would be laughable.
I mean, it basically is at this point in America right now under this regime and with this DOJ and this FBI. But, I mean, that's gone, I think, if you get the wrong result on November 5th.
That's what's so amazing to me during this primary.
This is why I've been out there doing like over 3,000 media hits since the Mar-a-Laga raid.
I'm saying to these conservatives, to these Republicans, do you really think this is going to go away when Trump goes away?
Trump is simply in their way.
They're going after parents and Christians, right?
I mean, this is not going to stop if Trump goes away.
It's only going to get worse.
Trump is the one person who has the ability to save us from this.
Is Jack Smith, you know, I mean, you always hear about, you're not allowed to do something this close to an election.
I mean, we're basically, let's call it six months out from a presidential election, a game-changing election.
And Jack Smith is just wanting to ramp up his, you know, insane criminal prosecution and lawfare.
It feels like... If this was going on any other way, if it was going the other way against a Democrat, this would be a real problem, conducting a prosecution so close to an election.
Why doesn't he face any consequences for that?
Why isn't the media saying this is clearly election interference?
Why is it okay in this instance, but it wouldn't be if it was against Hillary or someone else?
There's no question that Jack Smith is running lawfare and election interference, and he's actually made arguments in his court pleadings that courts need to decide matters so the American voters know the result of his case before the election.
That is clearly wrong, legally and ethically.
It's a clear violation of the Justice Department's policies and procedures, and really, What I think is going on here is you have a criminal conspiracy by these Democrat prosecutors and these Democrat operatives to interfere in the election and to violate the civil rights of President Trump and his lawyers and his top A's and his supporters.
This is unprecedented what they're doing, that they're prosecuting a former president, that they're prosecuting the leading presidential candidate, and they're arguing in courts that this needs to happen before the election.
This is criminal what they're doing.
It's absolutely ridiculous.
But, you know, we talked about how you're sort of, you know, drain the swamp, right?
We talked about career versus political appointees.
You know, what do you do about the career-entrenched bureaucrats, right?
These are people who are like academics with tenure.
Like, they don't really have to do anything.
They sort of show up.
They, you know, wave a hand and stuff happens.
But... We're good to go.
Yeah, there are over two million people who work for the executive branch.
It might be close to three million people.
And there are about two to three thousand political appointees who are supposed to run two to three million people.
So they don't run it. The career Bureaucrats run the political appointees, right?
And like you said, Don, it's very hard to get rid of these people.
But at the very top levels, as we discussed, there are career senior executive service officials who are in these top jobs In the intel agencies, at the Justice Department, at the director level, at the deputy assistant attorney general level, at the section chief level, even at the assistant chief level, you could reassign those people to other places and make them reapply for their jobs and reassign them.
There are what are called Schedule A appointments in the U.S. attorney's offices where they don't have the same career civil service protections as others.
And with those Schedule A appointments, Assistant U.S. Attorneys in these rats' nests like the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office, reassign them, make them reapply for their jobs.
It is really important that in the Trump 47 administration, they build on the success from his first term and Frankly, take care of the problems from the first term so they don't fester.
We can't have it where the FBI, where the intel agencies, where these career bureaucrats think they can subvert the will of the American people by undermining the duly elected president of the United States every second of every day like they did to President Trump.
Before the 2016 election, after he was elected, they interfered in the 2016 election because Hillary Clinton got her illegal home server as Secretary of State hacked, probably by the Russians, with our nation's most classified secrets showing her Clinton Foundation pay-for-play schemes and corruption.
And so what did they do? They made up the Russian collusion hoax.
So if that came out, they can say it was a Trump campaign dirty trick.
In 2020, when Hunter Biden got caught with his laptop from hell showing the Biden family corruption, what did they do?
You had 51 former intel officials saying it had the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign, and then they deplatformed the New York Post for even reporting this story.
Oldest newspaper couldn't report this story in October before the election.
And 2024, these intel agencies and the FBI and the Justice Department are running this lawfare against President Trump, including for presidential records he's allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act, saying somehow that's espionage, while they let Biden off the hook for having stolen classified records from his time as VP and even senator that he gave to his ghostwriter on a book for which he received an $8 million advance.
Our justice system, our intel agencies, we need to clean house at these different agencies.
Yeah, I have a feeling that if it was October 2020 and it was the Don Jr.
laptop from hell, I would not be afforded that same luxury of having the intel agents come out and lie and pretend that it's Russian disinformation.
I have a feeling it would go a different way, but that's just through experience.
Mike, one last question, because I know you have to go, but an interesting angle here with Bragg.
I have to sort of imagine the Southern District of New York is shaking their heads at Bragg for bringing this case.
It's the first one.
I think it's so ridiculous, as we've sort of discussed, and if that's their sort of lead, it probably does a good job of discrediting the stuff that comes behind it, which...
Frankly, they're also ridiculous, but the feds didn't bring it.
What might the dynamic there between the state and the federal level that this is going on, is there anything there that creates that conflict?
Is there anything there that can be used to deaden the case even further?
Well, I mean, remember, as we said, the prior Manhattan DA, Cy Vance, declined to bring charges.
The Federal Election Commission declined to bring charges.
The U.S. Attorney's Office in Manhattan declined to bring charges.
Alvin Bragg himself declined to bring charges.
It wasn't until Matthew Colangelo got deployed from the Biden Justice Department that they brought these charges.
And then you have to wonder, Was this a political case?
Everyone knows it's a political case, right?
So maybe what President Trump should do is order his Justice Department to investigate this, open a criminal probe in the Trump 47 Justice Department for this obviously illegal election interference, which is a federal crime, and this obviously illegal violation of President Trump and so many others civil rights.
You have these Democrats, prosecutors in the Biden Justice Department, With Fannie Willis, with Alvin Bragg, with Tish James, they are running, Jack Smith, they are running election interference, they're running lawfare.
And this is not acceptable in this country.
They have crossed the red line.
They have crossed the Rubicon.
And we need to make sure this never happens again.
And the way we do that is there must be severe political, legal, and financial consequences for all of those involved.
Well, listen, when Mike Davis is the acting attorney general, which, you know, I will do what I can to make happen, just if only to watch their heads explode, Mike.
I get that, you know, there's not even a lot of Republicans that would vote for you.
You may get the honorary from the esteemed senior senator from Iowa just because you worked for him for a long time, but others may have a problem with it.
I would love it. I think many of the people watching would love it, but you may have to get you started on that, at least as an acting AG. I think that's definitely number one on my list.
I would say this, Don, I can't be the AG because, as you said, I'm too charming to get confirmed.
But I do want to be Trump's viceroy of D.C. because we can get a lot more done if I'm the viceroy of D.C. versus the acting attorney general.
Well, that sounds like a sold.
You know, I don't ask many favors of my dad.
I just get out there and fight and work.
So that may be one I have to actually call in a shit.
And just, again, honestly, if only for my own amusement, right?
If only for content, so that I could talk to the guys on here, just be like, did you see what Mike Davis did?
And then rant for about an hour about you exploding heads in D.C. So, Mike, thanks for everything that you're doing.
