Teacher's Right to Wear MAGA Hat

|
|
| Well, guys, amazing news. | |
| And this is some of the results that we get from conservative judges being appointed by my father, President Donald Trump. | |
| The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, where formerly, formerly, the Constitution went to die, actually, actually ruled in favor of free speech. | |
| It's almost shocking. | |
| I know. I know. In America today, I understand that's almost hard to believe, but the courts decided a case for a teacher in Washington state who wore a MAGA hat to school. | |
| I know. Cardinal sin. | |
| If the Democrats had their way, that would be a crime punishable by death in all probability, or at least my opinion. | |
| We have to say that. We have to disclaim, because we won't get a fair shake on the internet. | |
| We understand how this works. | |
| But the court opinion said that concern over their reaction to the controversial Or disfavored speech itself does not justify restricting such speech. | |
| So, I know, a MAGA hat. | |
| Make America Great Again. | |
| So controversial, right? | |
| The same people in these school systems who I'm sure had BLM, Flags all over the place. | |
| I'm sure there was plenty of trans representation in these schools, right? | |
| You could never even bring that case. | |
| It would be thrown out on moment one. | |
| But a teacher who brought a MAGA hat to school trainings, not even to class, but to trainings, they wanted to ban that. | |
| And luckily, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals I'm with her for Hillary. | |
| You know, I'm riding with Biden or whatever it is. | |
| How many of those things have we seen in schools? | |
| How many just flagrant trans activism things have we seen in schools and in classrooms? | |
| Again, not just a training session, for teachers only. | |
| The people teaching our kids, they couldn't apparently handle this, that they had to make a big deal of it. | |
| How many of those other things, the left-leaning things, have we seen, have we known of, have we heard of in schools that would never even be touched? | |
| But to wear a red hat, Obviously, guys, again, they'd love to bring out probably capital punishment for this thing. | |
| But the Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that a former Washington teacher to make an America Great Again hat and wear it to school was protected under the First Amendment. | |
| Because of course it is. | |
| As much disdain as I may have for the leftist nonsense, if a teacher wanted to wear it, especially to a training session, that's fine. | |
| I'm not in favor of all of that nonsense actually indoctrinating our children in classrooms, and yet that's happening all the time. | |
| It probably happens on a daily basis, and yet you don't see that stuff being elevated to the courts. | |
| You don't see anyone fighting it because everyone in academia is for it. | |
| Maybe we need To push back. | |
| This teacher was verbally attacked by other teachers in the school and other administrators in the school. | |
| He took all sorts of heat. | |
| You think that would happen if you're wearing a Bernie shirt? | |
| You think it would happen if you're wearing a Hillary shirt? | |
| You think it would happen if you're wearing a BLM shirt or a hat or anything? | |
| Of course it wouldn't. | |
| Because these systems are not fair and ballast. | |
| They are totally biased against everyone. | |
| But again, because finally some conservative justices actually end up on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, thank you President Trump, we actually have maybe A little hope that that isn't just the place where leftists sue knowing that they're going to get favorable treatment by a totally biased court. | |
| It's really nice to actually see that for a change. | |
