Triggered - Donald Trump Jr - Major Victory For Free Speech in Court - LISTEN. Aired: 2023-01-04 Duration: 04:02 === Teacher's Right to Wear MAGA Hat (04:02) === [00:00:00] Well, guys, amazing news. [00:00:01] And this is some of the results that we get from conservative judges being appointed by my father, President Donald Trump. [00:00:07] The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, where formerly, formerly, the Constitution went to die, actually, actually ruled in favor of free speech. [00:00:21] It's almost shocking. [00:00:23] I know. I know. In America today, I understand that's almost hard to believe, but the courts decided a case for a teacher in Washington state who wore a MAGA hat to school. [00:00:36] I know. Cardinal sin. [00:00:38] If the Democrats had their way, that would be a crime punishable by death in all probability, or at least my opinion. [00:00:45] We have to say that. We have to disclaim, because we won't get a fair shake on the internet. [00:00:50] We understand how this works. [00:00:51] But the court opinion said that concern over their reaction to the controversial Or disfavored speech itself does not justify restricting such speech. [00:01:03] So, I know, a MAGA hat. [00:01:05] Make America Great Again. [00:01:07] So controversial, right? [00:01:09] The same people in these school systems who I'm sure had BLM, Flags all over the place. [00:01:16] I'm sure there was plenty of trans representation in these schools, right? [00:01:20] You could never even bring that case. [00:01:22] It would be thrown out on moment one. [00:01:24] But a teacher who brought a MAGA hat to school trainings, not even to class, but to trainings, they wanted to ban that. [00:01:34] And luckily, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals I'm with her for Hillary. [00:01:53] You know, I'm riding with Biden or whatever it is. [00:01:55] How many of those things have we seen in schools? [00:01:58] How many just flagrant trans activism things have we seen in schools and in classrooms? [00:02:03] Again, not just a training session, for teachers only. [00:02:09] The people teaching our kids, they couldn't apparently handle this, that they had to make a big deal of it. [00:02:16] How many of those other things, the left-leaning things, have we seen, have we known of, have we heard of in schools that would never even be touched? [00:02:26] But to wear a red hat, Obviously, guys, again, they'd love to bring out probably capital punishment for this thing. [00:02:34] But the Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that a former Washington teacher to make an America Great Again hat and wear it to school was protected under the First Amendment. [00:02:45] Because of course it is. [00:02:47] As much disdain as I may have for the leftist nonsense, if a teacher wanted to wear it, especially to a training session, that's fine. [00:02:54] I'm not in favor of all of that nonsense actually indoctrinating our children in classrooms, and yet that's happening all the time. [00:03:02] It probably happens on a daily basis, and yet you don't see that stuff being elevated to the courts. [00:03:08] You don't see anyone fighting it because everyone in academia is for it. [00:03:12] Maybe we need To push back. [00:03:16] This teacher was verbally attacked by other teachers in the school and other administrators in the school. [00:03:22] He took all sorts of heat. [00:03:24] You think that would happen if you're wearing a Bernie shirt? [00:03:26] You think it would happen if you're wearing a Hillary shirt? [00:03:28] You think it would happen if you're wearing a BLM shirt or a hat or anything? [00:03:32] Of course it wouldn't. [00:03:34] Because these systems are not fair and ballast. [00:03:37] They are totally biased against everyone. [00:03:40] But again, because finally some conservative justices actually end up on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, thank you President Trump, we actually have maybe A little hope that that isn't just the place where leftists sue knowing that they're going to get favorable treatment by a totally biased court. [00:04:00] It's really nice to actually see that for a change.
