| Well, folks, the lunatics are at it again. | |
| I'm actually catching up on some of the news. | |
| I'm actually in India right now working on some of my day job, and I read the news that the Cambridge Dictionary just dropped a new definition of woman. | |
| Apparently the definition of woman that has stood probably for hundreds of years in the Cambridge Dictionary, a really old one, no longer applies. | |
| And now the new definition is an adult who lives and identifies as a female, though, They may have been said to have a different sex at birth. | |
| Said. Not they had a different sex at birth and chose to identify as something else, but may have said to have a different... | |
| I mean, you can't make this crap up anymore, right? | |
| The examples that they used to bolster their definition of woman... | |
| She was the first trans woman elected to a national office. | |
| You know, use it in a sentence, folks. | |
| It's like the spelling bee. Use it in a sentence. | |
| Here's the other example. | |
| Mary is a woman who was assigned male at birth. | |
| The first two definitions actually have nothing to do with being a biological woman. | |
| Being a biological male has usurped Hundreds of years of what people understood a woman to be. | |
| Now, there may be other examples. | |
| These are the ones that I saw in red. | |
| But think about how insane that is. | |
| The first two examples that I was able to find are actually of biological males taking over what it means to be a woman. | |
| That seems like the patriarchy is winning, folks. | |
| I literally used this example to some people I know here in India that I've been meeting with all day, and they can't even believe I'm serious. | |
| Like, the woke Nonsense. | |
| Honestly, to me, it feels like a mental disease with some of the stuff that's being pushed today. | |
| I can't make any sense of it. | |
| That's just my opinion. Not fact, so I don't get fact checked. | |
| But these people, are you serious? | |
| They would do that? We're literally seeding linguistics and language to people who are seemingly making it up, going along, and erasing 50% of the population, or at least a big part of their existence, and giving it all To a tiny, tiny, tiny fraction of the population that thinks that they can, you know, change pronouns and change the way language works and identifies whatever they want whenever they want. | |
| And that somehow overrides science and everything we've ever believed prior to that. | |
| It's like words have no meaning anymore because they don't. | |
| To me, that changes the definition of definition, which is a statement to the exact meaning of a word. | |
| Because we're doing that. | |
| Stop playing this game, folks. | |
| Wokeism will destroy us. | |
| We're focusing on this rather than so many things that would be so critical to America. | |
| People abroad can't even believe we're having these conversations. | |
| They're laughing about how insane we are. | |
| That these are the problems we're dealing with as a country rather than actual problems. | |
| Again, just my opinion, because they'll cancel me for saying that I'm being mean, just questioning the lunacy that we would have to do this and change the definition in the Oxford, in the Cambridge, sorry, dictionary this extensively to, again, accommodate I just, I'll never understand. | |
