They Use Technicalities to Create Facts
00:03:13
|
|
| Well, guys, we've been speaking about this for a while, and in case you missed it, PayPal has reinstated its $2,500 fine for misinformation. | |
| Kind of a big deal. | |
| Remember, they did this last week. | |
| People went outraged. | |
| They went crazy, as they should. | |
| Because who the hell is PayPal to judge what is or isn't information? | |
| Who the hell are they to fine someone for leaving their money someplace? | |
| And they're just going to take away that. | |
| This is the insanity that we've been talking about. | |
| So anyone who's been watching knew that this was probably coming. | |
| They didn't put it out, but they were talking about it and the internal memo went out and that's what they were trying to do. | |
| They lost like six billion or nine billion in market cap because people were rightly outraged. | |
| But then they said, well, you know what, if maybe the pain is gone, maybe we'll just put it in there to have the control that they wanted. | |
| So Tyrants are going to tyrant, guys. | |
| Stop giving these companies your money. | |
| They will take your money. | |
| They will weaponize against you. | |
| They will weaponize it against your values. | |
| They will push for the crap that we're seeing out there every day. | |
| Stop giving them your money. | |
| If you want to find companies that share your values, go to publicsq.com. | |
| A group of guys where they literally are finding patriotic companies. | |
| Signing them up so we can finally try to get around the cancel culture. | |
| But again, the misinformation fine is back at PayPal. | |
| And they say, you acknowledge and agree that $2,500 US per violation of the acceptable use policy is presently a reasonable minimum estimate of PayPal's actual damages. | |
| That's from PayPal. | |
| Okay? Literally, you're agreeing to that, to use the service. | |
| They can just dock you. $2,500. | |
| And remember, if you've been watching big tech for a while, you've seen things that are fact-checked that aren't actually fact. | |
| They're opinion-based. | |
| It's their interpretation. | |
| They use all sorts of technicalities to create a fact that isn't actually a fact. | |
| Stop giving them your money. | |
| There's so many places that you can go. | |
| That share your values. | |
| And by the way, times are going to get tough, folks. | |
| It's going to get brutal. | |
| This Biden economy is going to be far worse in the not-too-distant future. | |
| People are going to need your hard-earned money. | |
| Why don't you use it to support people who actually believe in the stuff that you believe in? | |
| Why don't you use it to support companies that share your values? | |
| Help put their kids through school. | |
| A uniform on their daughter who's a cheerleader or hockey skates on their kids that's a hockey player. | |
| Share your money with them, not with the woke corporate America that's going to squander it pushing their BS agenda. | |
| Enough is enough. | |
| Start calling it out. | |
| I'll flash up some of the screenshots of the PayPal user agreement and you can see for yourself. | |
| They pulled it back when they thought it was going to be over. | |
| Once they took their hit, they realized it didn't matter. | |
| So they are putting out there exactly what they want. | |
| And they're telling you, obviously, they basically hate your guts. | |
| My interpretation, not theirs, because someone will fact check me here for that. | |
| But we all know what they think of us. | |
| Don't give them your money anymore. | |
| Stop with the insanity. | |
