[00:00:00]  Well, guys, we've been speaking about this for a while, and in case you missed it, PayPal has reinstated its $2,500 fine for misinformation.

[00:00:13]  People went outraged.
[00:00:14]  They went crazy, as they should.
[00:00:16]  Because who the hell is PayPal to judge what is or isn't information?
[00:00:20]  Who the hell are they to fine someone for leaving their money someplace?
[00:00:24]  And they're just going to take away that.
[00:00:25]  This is the insanity that we've been talking about.
[00:00:27]  So anyone who's been watching knew that this was probably coming.
[00:00:31]  They didn't put it out, but they were talking about it and the internal memo went out and that's what they were trying to do.
[00:00:37]  They lost like six billion or nine billion in market cap because people were rightly outraged.
[00:00:43]  But then they said, well, you know what, if maybe the pain is gone, maybe we'll just put it in there to have the control that they wanted.

[00:01:24]  And they say, you acknowledge and agree that $2,500 US per violation of the acceptable use policy is presently a reasonable minimum estimate of PayPal's actual damages.

[00:01:44]  They can just dock you. $2,500.
[00:01:46]  And remember, if you've been watching big tech for a while, you've seen things that are fact-checked that aren't actually fact.

[00:01:57]  They use all sorts of technicalities to create a fact that isn't actually a fact.
