Chicago's Racist Inclusion
00:05:15
|
|
| Well team, here's one you'd have a hard time making up if this was a parody. | |
| But apparently Chicago's Mayor Lori Lightfoot reaching her second And you'd be 100% right, folks. That's like the definition of racism. | |
| Also, it's not very inclusionary. | |
| What about women? | |
| What about homosexuals? | |
| What about some of the other aggrieved minorities out there? | |
| What about Asians? I've heard a lot about Asian hate as of late. | |
| Wouldn't this qualify as Asian hate discriminating against them, not granting them interviews if they were journalists like any other journalist? | |
| What's really amazing is that numerous reporters reported the same thing and even Apparently, the Chicago Tribune pulled an interview request in protest. | |
| So if that doesn't tell you something's messed up, I don't know what does. | |
| The Chicago Tribune is that exactly not known for being, I don't know, a conservative outlet. | |
| I mean, it's about as liberal as it gets. | |
| It's one of the big hometown papers of Chicago. | |
| It's certainly the more left wing of the two big boys. | |
| They pulled out of the interview request until they lifted these racist conditions. | |
| Now, how come the press isn't outraged about this? | |
| How come the Democrats don't come out and say that this is absolutely insane? | |
| To exclude white reporters? | |
| To only grant an interview to black or brown journalists? | |
| Again, imagine a white journalist did that. | |
| Imagine Tucker Carlson said that. | |
| Imagine someone from the Trump administration said, Donald Trump's only going to grant interviews to white journalists. | |
| People would lose their minds. | |
| And guess what? They'd be right as well. | |
| So it's pretty obvious that Lori Lightfoot is a racist. | |
| But if you're a liberal Democrat, I guess you can get away with it. | |
| And no one's going to say a thing. | |
| This is what she said in a long tweet thread the other day. | |
| I ran to break up the status quo that was failing so many. | |
| That isn't just in City Hall. | |
| It's a shame that in 2021 the City Hall press corps is overwhelmingly white in a city where more than half of the city identifies as Black, Latino, AAPI, or Native American. | |
| Diversity and inclusion is imperative across all institutions, including the media. | |
| In order to progress, we must change. | |
| This is exactly why I'm being intentional about prioritizing media requests from POC reporters, people of color, on the occasion of the two-year anniversary of my inauguration as mayor of this great city. | |
| This is an imbalance that needs to change. | |
| So think about it. So to solve racism, we're going to be racist. | |
| That's what Lori Lightfoot is telling us, okay? | |
| So in an area, in a city that still has a lot of white people, she wants to make up for an imbalance that has occurred in the past, not by trying to level it a little bit, but by excluding an entire race. | |
| That's racism, folks. | |
| But again, it's okay to be racist, apparently, if you're a Democrat. | |
| It's okay to be racist, I guess, if you're an African American person in power. | |
| No one's going to call it out. | |
| And that's what has to change, guys. | |
| She admits that she's being racist, judging reporters simply based on the color of skin. | |
| She's not concerned about the crime and the murder rate in the city of Chicago that's going through the roof. | |
| She couldn't care less. | |
| Let's make sure we solve racism by being racist. | |
| Maybe that's why Chicago has all of the problems that it has. | |
| Maybe that's why crime isn't going to be solved. | |
| Maybe that's why murder has skyrocketed and continues to be one of the leading cities in the country for murder. | |
| Because this is the focus of the Democrat Party. | |
| This is the focus of Democrat leaders. | |
| They're not worried about fixing the actual problems. | |
| They're worried about solving problems by implementing, apparently, the policies that created those problems, i.e. | |
| you solve racism by being racist. | |
| Anyone that's a moron can tell you that that's probably not going to work. | |
| It's probably going to make other aggrieved parties feel even more isolated. | |
| And it's not going to do any good for your city. | |
| So we all know that nothing's going to change, but at least someone like me will call it out. | |
| I think you guys should too. | |
| And again, since we know we're not going to get a fair shake in the press, we know we're not going to get a fair shake on social media. | |
| Guys, do us a favor. | |

Major Cities, Full Racist
00:00:28
|
|
| When you see commentary like this that you believe in and want out there, share it. | |
| Make sure your friends see it. | |
| We already know what we're up against. | |
| We know that we're working against an onslaught of incoming. | |
| We're not in a fair fight on our side. | |
| So we need to help each other. | |
| We need to boost each other and other similar commentary and get out there and do this. | |
| And hopefully we can actually prevent mayors of major cities from going full racist in the future. | |
| Because that seems to be what's happening right now. | |
