New York mayoral candidate Brad Lander arrested for assaulting ICE agents yesterday.
You may be saying, I saw the clip.
I saw the clip, but new information is coming out.
Apparently, he was aiding and abetting illegal immigrants.
That's what they're reporting.
And then we have the story of Alex Padilla.
I call him Padilla because I think it's funny.
But everyone got mad.
They're like, Tim, don't you know how to speak Spanish?
OK, I get it.
It's Padilla.
He cried.
Okay, he basically cried on the Senate floor because he was briefly detained.
And the New York Times is now running the story along with Axios, the mugshots, the arrests of Democrat officials under the Trump administration.
That's right, ladies and gentlemen, Donald Trump and his glackies, they're rounding up Democrats, arresting them.
This is fascism.
Never mind when Democrats did the exact same thing to Trump, his lawyers, etc.
What we're getting from all of this is, Democrats have chosen a hill to die on.
They are going to fight for illegal immigrants because it gets attention on social media.
I suppose they were all told that no press is bad press.
And I got news for all of you.
That's actually not true.
People like to say this.
There's no such thing as bad press.
There is.
I will keep from being crude.
But let's just say.
You know, slug a woman in the middle of Times Square and see how the press works out for you.
There are worse things to be done.
But if Brad Lander went out there and just clocked a lady in the face in the middle of Times Square for no reason, yeah, his career would be over.
There is such a thing as bad press.
And this, this is bad press.
But as we can see with the stunt by Brad Lander, comptroller who wants to be mayor, he knows the game.
Liberals are people who are driven by TV.
Not by facts, not by stats, by how they feel.
That means, well, that explains why they protest in large numbers.
The reason why you see Democrats going out and marching through the street is because that's what motivates these people.
If an individual on the left sees a video of a thousand people marching around and they're told, quote, the whole world is watching and, quote, you're on the wrong side of history, they genuinely believe this is the.
That's why Brad Lander engages in this stunt, even if it means he's going to get arrested.
Now, out of this, it's interesting.
Elad Eliyahu, correspondent for TimCast, was on the ground and filmed the detaining of an illegal immigrant.
And it's really weird.
The men aren't wearing badges.
Some are saying the whole thing was staged.
Well, I can tell you on our part, we didn't stage anything.
Elad was there at a courthouse.
He filmed a lot of this goings on.
And then he explained to us they actually let this woman bang on the door and cry where they were holding this guy to stage a video.
It's very strange.
So yeah, for some reason they are staging these videos for the press.
I wonder why.
Now what we're getting out of the story is basically we know exactly what the plan for the Democrats is going to be moving forward.
Stunts that make no sense, probably get arrested on purpose, claim Trump is a fascist, You know, we'll see where we go from there.
My friends, before we get into all of that, we got an awesome sponsor.

Let's read from the New York Times.
Brad Lander is arrested by ICE agents at Immigration Courthouse.
There are a lot of funny photos here, mind you, but here's just one of them.
Brad Lander, the New York City comptroller, was detained on Tuesday by federal agents inside an Immigration Courthouse.
They say Mr. Lander, a Democrat, was observing proceedings at the city's main immigration courthouse at 26 Federal Plaza, where an increasing number of migrants who appear for court have been arrested in recent weeks by immigration and customs enforcement agents.
A spokeswoman for the Department of Homeland Security later said that Mr. Lander had assaulted and impeded a law enforcement officer, though as of Tuesday afternoon, Mr. Lander had not been formally charged.
Videos taken by reporters at the courthouse show Mr. Lander standing by a migrant man in the hallway of the 12th floor when several men in plain clothes who appear to be law enforcement, some wearing masks, pushed past a crowd in the hallway to arrest the migrant.
He repeatedly asked the agents whether they had I'm going to pause real quick.
They don't need one.
They don't need one.
And he's engaging in a stunt.
Let me just tell you, literally anybody who walks into a group of cops, federal or otherwise, and then impedes an arrest physically, you're getting arrested.
unidentified
You don't have authority to arrest US citizens.
You don't have the authority to arrest US citizens.
Now they're cheering for him as he walks out smiling, and that was the point.
And look, there's Governor Hochul.
Now, let me just stress, ICE can arrest U.S. citizens.
They just can't arrest U.S. citizens for immigration issues because that would never apply.
So it's the stupidest thing to say.
It's like telling the Secret Service, you can't arrest me because I'm not counterfeiting.
And it's like, bro, the Secret Service can arrest you.
They can arrest you.
They're cops.
Here you go.
He was released.
You can hear the clicking of the cameras.
Charges have been dropped.
What a scam.
But you know what?
The man got what he wanted.
He is getting tons of attention in the press, and that was the point.
Mr. Lander repeatedly asked the agents whether they have a judicial warrant, refusing to let go, saying, I will let go when you show me the judicial warrant.
Agents can be seen trying to pry Mr. Lander away.
They ultimately separate him from the man, push him against the wall by the elevators, and place handcuffs on him.
You don't have the authority to arrest U.S. citizens.
I'm not obstructing.
I'm standing right here in the hallway.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Silly games.
I can't believe the Trump administration dropped the charges.
Or the DHS or whatever it did.
Are you kidding me?
Why are they allowing people to do this?
Of course, we also have the story of Alex Padilla.
And I know it's Padilla.
It's so cringe when people are like, Tim, you're pronouncing it wrong.
Maybe you're out there wondering, how do you get started in podcasting?
You respect.
You revere.
You look up to prominent personalities and say, I want to do what they do.
I want my opinion heard.
It's real easy.
Go to a college with a camera and a microphone and start debating college students.
Not kidding.
Ben Shapiro explode onto the scene when he was doing these college tours and debating, not necessarily full debates, but when they would ask questions and then, you know, he would destroy them with logic and facts.
Charlie Kirk, much the same.
He does the TPSA college tours where he's at the table and he's debating people as they come up.
And these kids don't know anything.
These videos go massively viral.
My point is, Democrats get the game.
The game is the attention economy.
This guy's now on MSNBC.
To all 10 viewers of MSNBC, sure.
I mean, you know, probably 80,000 in the key demo.
Could be millions in the voting demographic of 70-plus.
That matters in an election.
Won't matter in 10 years, but for the time being, Brad knows it.
You now know his name.
He is the second highest trending subject matter on Google, I kid you not, in the country.
All because he fought with cops.
That's why it is disturbing that the DHS let him go.
They need to make an example of him.
Do not fight cops to generate attention on social media.
But you know what?
Nobody is willing to enforce the law or to hold anyone accountable.
The same is true for YouTube and all these other platforms.
How many times have y 'all seen somebody?
Some kid will pull some insane stunt where, how about this?
There's a dude on YouTube who got in the face of a guy in a mall.
Not too far away from here in Loudoun County.
He got shot.
YouTube knows this guy is intentionally causing problems to get attention.
I can rag on skateboarders.
Skateboarders intentionally fight security guards because they know the videos go viral.
It's disgusting.
And social media just says, we'll let it happen.
Now that's fantastic.
It's a question of the private sector.
But why would DHS allow this guy to exploit law enforcement, fight ICE to generate attention and get away with it?
This guy should be locked up for assaulting an officer.
Give him a few months.
That's what you get for assaulting an officer.
Make him go through the process.
Maybe the argument is the juice ain't worth the squeeze because it'll just help him win.
Hey, this guy's unhinged, lacks charisma and would not be a good mayor.
Let him have it.
But this is the reality of where we currently live, my friends.
Now, the other news, this guy was seen aiding illegal immigrants to avoid ICE at the courthouse prior to his arrest.
It was a stunt.
It was a stunt.
The dude is allowing criminal illegal aliens to escape aiding and abetting criminals because he wants to be seen on camera doing it.
You know what this means?
You know what I see here?
I think we are going to see a dramatic escalation in these tactics from the far left.
It won't be long until a mayoral candidate firebombs a building.
And you think I'm joking.
I'm not.
Go back 10 years.
Go back 10 years and tell someone the New York mayoral candidate will intentionally fight federal law enforcement officers in an effort to generate attention to try and win an election.
They're going to say, what?
Fighting cops to win an election.
Are you nuts?
You fight with cops, you're going to lose.
Not anymore.
The political divide in this country is as such.
And if you want your name to be known, this is what Democrats are doing.
Be it Padilla or Lander.
Padilla storms his way into, I think they probably have images of it.
He storms his way, look at this, into a DHS press conference.
unidentified
So I want to say thank you to every single person that has been able to do this.
Hands up.
Hands up.
Exaggerating and imbalancing.
Sir.
Sir.
Hands up.
Hands up.
I'm Senator Alex Padilla.
I have questions for the secretary, because the fact of the matter is a half a dozen violent criminals that you're rotating on your – on your – Hands up.
It's a game, and the Trump administration is unwilling to actually take the steps that need to be done.
If you want to play with matches, you get burned.
Padilla, he wants this?
Fine.
Give it to him.
Stop playing games.
What you're telling Democrats when you let them go when they do this is that they can fight cops, resist arrests, and there will be no law enforcement.
And you know what happens then?
If a mayoral candidate and a senator can do it, why not me?
And you're going to end up seeing criminals.
And guess what's next?
They'll be facing prosecution, and they're going to get up there, and they're going to say, here's Padilla, a senator, and he resisted arrest, and they did not charge him.
Why are senators getting special treatment, but I am getting charged?
And the jury's going to say, yup, and they're going to let him go.
There was a story out of Jersey where a woman got pulled over.
She was from PA.
She had a legal firearm, but it was not legal in Jersey.
She was going to Atlantic City, and she gets arrested.
The cop says you can't have a gun.
What a scumbag cop.
Something like old lady.
He could have said, ma 'am, turn around right now.
Go across the bridge.
Put your gun at home.
You can't bring it in New Jersey.
Instead, he said, you're under arrest.
Felony charge.
Well, it turns out there was some athlete who had something similar happen, and they dropped the charges because he was a famous athlete, so they worked a deal.
And then the lawyer for this woman basically said, we are going to go to the press, and we are going to talk about how you guys cut sweetheart deals for celebrities but go after little old ladies.
So they dropped it, and they said, okay, we're not doing that.
That's what's going to happen next.
Because Trump's DOJ is unwilling to make the moves.
Now, this is DHS.
They could charge Padilla for resisting arrest, and they should.
They won't do it.
I am sick of Republicans, man.
This is my biggest problem with Republicans for the past 10 years.
Before that, there were other issues I had with Republicans.
But they are spineless jellyfish.
They want to censure Al Green.
Remember this?
Al Green wiggling his cane at Donald Trump.
They kicked him out.
They said, we're going to censure you in Congress.
What happens?
All the Democrats, when Al Green is voted to be censured and he's supposed to come to the center of the well to face censure, where they basically are just going to wiggle their finger at him.
What happens?
The Democrats obstruct the proceeding, come to the center and start singing songs.
And what does Mike Johnson do?
Nothing.
They're spineless.
Things are going to change in this country.
They are going to change in the next 10 or 20 years because the Gen Xer and the Gen X and older demographic are unwilling.
To be fair, the Democrat side, they're willing.
They are willing and able.
But I tell you this, when younger people I think we're going to start to see serious action.
Because one thing that we've noticed is the younger generation demands action.
You grow up watching things like this.
Stunts where they fight cops and get away with it.
And we're supposed to just be told it's allowed when they do it.
Me, I don't play that game.
I wouldn't play that game.
You want to play chicken?
I'll play chicken.
But this is probably why people like me aren't in government.
Because the government disgusting machine wouldn't allow for it, I suppose.
But I long for it, I guess.
I know what everyone's going to say.
If you want to fix the problems, you've got to do it yourself.
If you want change, you've got to do it yourself.
Sure.
If I was in the DOJ, this guy would be behind bars right now.
And I'd be advocating that he be remanded to custody without bond.
And I would say to the judge, listen.
We cannot tolerate U.S. politicians fighting police setting a standard that anyone who wants to storm into a government building for a press conference screaming and then fighting cops would get away with it.
What message do we send to the American people that you can fight a cop and not be charged?
What message do we send when we say we will not prosecute our own?
Don't give him the opportunity to make this worse.
He can go to jail without bail.
And that means two days before he gets a hearing.
And then they're going to say, plead guilty, whatever.
They won't do it.
They won't do it.
They dropped the charges against Lander.
There's no charges against Padilla, as far as I can tell.
They don't do it.
Meanwhile, what do you think Democrats are doing?
From the New York Times.
Images of handcuffed Democrats start to pile up in Trump's crackdown.
They don't play.
Democrats, you know, look, right now they may be nuts and they may be routed.
And maybe the argument is if we keep up this current strategy, they will dwindle.
I suppose the fear is if you actually charge, arrest and remand these individuals, it's going to rally the Democrats.
They're going to freak out.
Counterargument.
Even if you don't charge them, even if you do, the narrative is the same.
Take a look from the New York Times.
Federal agents have arrested a growing number of the party's elected officials, fueling liberal outrage and conservative accusations that Democrats are carrying out publicity stunts.
They literally are.
Why is Brad Lander linking arms with a random guy?
Makes no sense.
A United States senator forced to the floor and handcuffed by federal agents for interrupting a news conference.
A mayor taken into custody by masked officials in military-style fatigues.
Political candidate pushed against a wall and handcuffed in a dispute in an immigration courthouse.
With tensions rising over President Trump's mass deportation.
A mayor taken into custody by masked officials.
As Democrats struggle to push back against the admin, federal agents have arrested or clashed with a growing number of the party's elected officials.
This executive authority, especially the Department of Homeland Security, is running out of control, says Senator Tina Smith.
Do the members of Congress need security details to defend themselves from the executive branch?
God, I hope not.
Indeed.
Here's the New York Times from August 25th, 23. A Trump mugshot for history.
The former president's booking photo is unprecedented.
And that's just the beginning of its significance.
You're going to write about how Democrats were rounding up and locking up Trump administration officials?
I guess not.
When Republicans are being locked up in mass, hunted down across the country, the New York Times just says, but they're bad guys.
When Trump arrests and releases Democrats, Trump is still the bad guy.
Stop.
Pandering to the opinion of the New York Times.
These people broke the law.
I expect criminal charges.
I just want the law to be upheld.
Is that too much to ask for of this current administration?
We are sick of watching Democrats break the law and get away with it.
And even the Trump DOJ doesn't have the balls to charge a man who fought and assaulted cops.
It's pathetic.
I am sick of this.
Give me an opportunity.
I'm going to go talk to anybody I can, and I'm going to make this my principal issue.
Are you kidding me, dude?
Padilla fights his way, physically resisting arrest.
And then he cries about it, and they release him.
And Brad Lander obstructs ICE enforcement, assaults officers, and they release him with no charges.
Talk about security.
The next generation of populist right, they are going to be no-holds-barred aggressive.
We are done with this game.
Now, the left can cry fascist all they want.
I literally don't care.
The law is the law.
Now, don't get me wrong.
Sometimes we give people a slap on the wrist.
I get it.
Listen.
A couple of protesters blocking a street is annoying.
We arrest them.
And they're going to get court supervision.
That's the tolerance we have within the law.
Sometimes there are laws that are bad and they shouldn't be upheld.
And we start to walk away from those.
But in this instance, we are dealing with the thin line resisting arrest and fighting cops.
And if we allow Democrats to do this, guess what happens next?
Their activists are going to do it.
They're going to cite this and say it's selective enforcement.
And the juries that are chosen are going to let them go.
Allegedly an illegal immigrant bang on the door where they're holding the guy and cry.
Why?
They're allowing this to be staged.
This is staged.
Everybody filming.
Notice the door actually opens.
Check this out.
The door opens.
Someone behind the door is holding it because it is open.
This is propaganda for Democrats to show a crying woman so they can get people angry, and it's very strange.
Now, I'll tell you, Elad Eliyahu works for us.
He filmed this.
He didn't partake in any staging.
He was there filming at the courthouse.
I believe these men that are there intentionally did this to stage a scene knowing there would be cameras.
They're trying to create propaganda.
I don't believe it for two seconds.
I don't know what to tell you, my friends.
What I can say is I am sick and tired of watching Democrats break the law and get away with it.
And because Trump has done nothing, it's going to continue to get worse.
Now, we're about to be joined by Senator Rand Paul to discuss the goings-on of the Israel-Iran conflict, the big, beautiful bill, and many other topics.
But I think Iran, of course, being the big issue.
So that will be, for those that are watching the pre-recorded version of this, they'll be up at 4 p.m. at rumble.com slash timpool.
