So there's a lot going on in the news, of course.
And today we titled the show Stop Soros because he is back doing what Soros does.
I mean, seriously, the sky is everywhere.
His corrupt DAs and everything else is just a complete and total joke.
But people are catching on, thank goodness.
And we're starting to see the ramifications of it.
And I'm glad to see it.
You've got all of these things that are happening with Soros.
You've got another DA who's down as a result.
And I'm, you know, it's about time.
They're starting to wake up and realize that these people are just nothing but thieves.

I've never seen anything quite like it before.
So I'm just glad to see that you've got another one that's down and I'm looking for my actual article and for some reason it's not popping up.

We've got, of course, you know, this whole thing in New York.

The truckers are doing their thing.
It could shut New York City down.
You've got a female trucker joining boycott to protest Trump.
Verdict says consumers will pay the price when they stop delivering.
Trump supporting truckers plan to boycott New York City over the $355 million fraud case ruling.
One claims it could shut the city down by making basic goods unaffordable.
It's unclear how widespread the protest is or what kind of impact they could have.
I think this is absolutely fantastic.
This is exactly what Canada did as well.
They screwed themselves with this thing even beyond that.
I mean, people ain't going to do business there anymore.

This award, I mean, just leaving the whole Trump thing out of it and seeing what occurred here, and I'm no different than any other investor.
I'm shocked at this.
I can't even understand or fathom the decision at all.
There's no rationale for it.
And so let me give you a real-time experience I'm having regarding this, and I'm not the only one.
It doesn't matter what the governor says.
New York was already a loser state, like California's a loser state.
There are many loser states because of policy, high taxes, uncompetitive regulation.
It was already on the top of the list of being a loser state.
I would never invest in New York now, and I'm not the only person saying that.
And here's a real-time situation.
In development in real estate right now, the hottest asset class is very high-end data centers.
They cost anywhere from two and a half to three and a half billion each.
They're very expensive.
They require low power.
You need permits.
But most of the major institutions in the world need more data centers, and that's why developers like me are doing this.
Now, you need power.
So New York has Niagara Falls.
Normally, you'd consider that to put in one of these facilities, create 400 jobs, five more jobs for each of one of those for auxiliary services.
I can't go to New York.
So I'm going to Oklahoma, North Dakota, West Virginia.
Governor Stitt, Kevin Stitt, my staff have met with him.
Governor Bergen, the same thing.
Governor Justice.
Those are winner states.
They don't do things like this.
I have to syndicate that debt and all that equity.
We're talking billions of dollars here.
Do you think any foreign institution or any private equity firm or any pension fund would touch New York?
No!
And that's why New Yorkers should be concerned.
The fine people of New York should ask themselves, why are we such a loser state?
How are we going to attract business?
It's not just the existing businesses that are fleeing out to Texas and Florida.
What about new money like this that I'm talking about, like a $4 billion data center?
Not a chance, I would put that in New York.
Zero probability.
Never.
And so they've got a lot of work to do to find themselves getting out of this situation.
This has all occurred post-pandemic.
Winner states versus loser states.
Look at Tennessee right now, fastest growing city in America, Nashville.
Winner state, good policy, competitive taxes.
You've got to start thinking about this in the context of winners and losers.
New York, mega loser state.
So, Kevin, what did you think of Governor Hochul saying, this is like a unique one-and-done because Donald Trump went too far and was so nefarious.
You guys, if you're just doing what you should be doing, you have nothing to worry about.
But they're very worried about it.
Yeah, we're very worried.
Every investor is worried because where is the victim?
Who lost money?
This is some arbitrary decision a judge made.
This policy and what this says, what does this say about the bar, the legal bar in New York?
Aren't they going to question this judge?
What is this?
$355 million and there's dollars as a penalty and there's plus interest at 9% and there's no victim?
I mean...
I'm sorry, her words fall on deaf ears to everybody.
There's nothing she can say to justify this decision.
And this has nothing to do with Trump.

Forget about Trump.
This is not a Trump situation.
This is a New York problem now.
The whole world is looking at this saying, what are you doing to yourselves?

New York gets it.
There are no victims here.

New York gets the award?
Which means they can go after you for anything and everything.
And they can put it in their pocket.
It's going to cost them $350 billion for the decision.

People are not going to invest there more.
Oh, it's going to cost them a lot more than that.
Why would you go there?
It's a shithole city.
It's being overrun by immigrants because of Joe Biden's policies.
I mean, illegals.

Who in the hell would even want to get within 30 miles of that place, much less open up a business where they tax the hell out of you?

It's just going to keep dying.
That city's gone.

They're already talking about businesses moving to Florida.
You already see residents that are moving to Florida and other states.
I mean, you see exactly what's going on with Elon Musk.
He left the state of Delaware where he had his business and he moved it over to Texas.
You've got really successful companies that are saying, no more.
Look at California.
You want to talk about an exodus?
Seriously.
And that's why it's getting worse and worse here.
Because all of those taxpayer businesses, all of those companies that were contributing here to my state are gone.
They've left.
A lot of the downtown areas are turning into ghost towns in San Francisco and places.
Oh, they are too.
And it's because of the corruption in politics.
That's exactly what's driven these cities into the ground.
And so until we get some proper representation, until they restore our state and other states like ours, like New York and other places, then you know what?
It's going to look like this for a long time.
They've done it.
They're the reason.
It's a bad situation.
It truly all the way around, but you can look over here at Soros and that's why we named the show what we did.

Laura Trump, the beautiful, intelligent and talented wife of Eric Trump and daughter-in-law of President Trump was recently endorsed by President Trump.
For the role of co-chairwoman at the RNC, Laura Trump and Michael Watley were selected by Trump to lead the party this year after the past six years of lost and stolen elections under clueless Ronna McDaniel.
Well, Laura Trump joined Maria on the Sunday morning futures and Laura started off by discussing the insane ruling of, of course, the New York City election.
On Friday, the ruling where President Trump and his two sons, including her husband Eric, were fined millions of dollars for paying back their business loans in a timely fashion with interest.
Then you've got, you know, not only that, he can't do business in New York for three years.
Okay, that's the other part of that whole deal.
Then she discussed her plan for securing the 2024 presidential election, and it sounded eerily like Ronna McDaniel 2.0.
And that's what everybody's saying.
Wait a minute here.
We don't want that same plan.
That's exactly what we're trying to get away from here.
I mean, we work 10 times harder than Joe Biden and Democrat Party.
What the Republicans are doing about the Democrat Party's ballot registration, fraud operations in 2024...
Somebody has got to get Scott Pressler on board over there.
But I'm worried about that Michael Watley, because he is a bushy.
We've shown you that.
It's just the same old people.
The RNCs, they're the good old boy bushy club.
They're never going to go with an outsider, just so you know.
They're always going to have somebody in there you hate.
I mean, because that's who they are and they run it and they have they get all the money and they're not going to let any outsider, a lot of Trump person come in there and get in that position.

What are we gonna do about all of these things that we witnessed when our elections were stolen?

But let me just tell you something.
That interview just absolutely rocked with Mike Benz.
I mean, when you start talking about what happened, the national security state is the main driver of censorship and election interference in the United States.

It's the inversion of democracy.

Now, it's everything that we've been piecing along all of this time.
But he basically goes on this whole, you know, into the whole entire thing.

We've got to sign up and be poll workers and watchers and everything else.

And every day I watch these people on Twitter who don't even have regular jobs and they're out there 40 more hours a week going to polls, doing this stuff on their own dime when they can't afford it.
And they're going there, and they're hitting the ground running, and they're phone banking and volunteering, and the RNC's doing nothing!
Absolutely nothing.
It's up to the people to go around them, idiots.

That word, decimate, comes from a UCLA election law expert who was Jane Tim, who wrote this story for us, talked to.
Is it that serious?
It is extremely serious, but the first thing we should say, Chris, is that this will now be appealed to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Although this is the law in the Eighth Circuit, the impact is in the future, because what this in essence does is it says that during a Republican administration in the future, where the Justice Department might not be inclined to bring challenges under Section 2, no one else could do it.
So that would mean that the cases that we've seen since the 2020 census that have challenged racially motivated gerrymanders, those types of lawsuits would cease to exist since they could only be brought by DOJ and not by the private parties who routinely bring them unless the Supreme Court acts to reverse this decision.
And they absolutely should.
My goodness, you've got MSNBC that's reporting on it.

You have Paxton v. Net Choice, Texas banning discrimination of conservatives.
You have NRA v. V.
Volo, New York government telling insurance companies not to work with the NRA. So there are all of these rulings that are headed to the Supreme Court.
It'll be really interesting to see.
The court process is very slow.
And that's what they counted on.
That's what the left counted on.
That they could make all of these atrocious rulings and that it would have to wind itself through the courtrooms and through the appeal process until finally it makes it into SCOTUS. So we've got these to look forward to.
