Thank you.
Thank you.
Today is Monday, April 25th, 2022, episode number 69.
Please remember to like, share, subscribe, and hit the notification button so you know when we go live.
You're in the litter box with just me today.
This is Jules Jones, and we have a very sick cat, unfortunately.
I will say that he is posting on his page All of the particulars, so I don't feel bad about going into detail and kind of laughing about it since he led the way.
But the outpour of love and support, I cannot tell you how much he appreciates it.
You all just mean the absolute world to him.
And I just want you to know that the show must go on, so that's why I'm here today.
You're gonna have to suffer with just me, unfortunately.
But he really appreciates everything and there's just such a pour of support for him.
And the funny thing is about the cat, and I'm going to talk at a school about him because he's not here and it won't embarrass him, but I will say he is probably one of the most humble people I've ever known the success that he's had,
not just talking about his social media accounts and being recognized by the President of the United States while he was president several times, DeSantis, and many, many others that are hugely influential in the movement, but just everything.
He's an incredible writer, and he's a workaholic completely, incredible musician.
He served this country.
And it's funny when I tell him what kind of support he gets, he's almost in the dark about it.
When I explain to him, you have so many fans.
My phone completely goes wild asking how you are and sending the best wishes to you.
It's like he's oblivious to it.
it.
He just lives on Cat Turd Ranch and does what he does because he's truly an American hero, in my opinion, and is doing so much right now to help America go back to America first and not all this woke stuff.
So I think it's beautiful.
I just wanted to highlight a couple of things that he said.
So we can put it on him and not me.
He's really not been feeling well for a couple of weeks.
And he already even had an appointment to see the doctor.
So he knew something was going on.
But then over the weekend, as you all know, it all kind of came to a head and he had to take care of it.
He was just feeling really, really bad.
So he started out, this was on April 24th, and he said, FYI, out of nowhere, I had six hours of severe stomach ache last night that eventually got so bad I could barely walk or even get out of bed by early AM. For the first time in my life, I had to call an ambulance and was taken to the hospital.
I'm still there having tests.
So he was released that day but he still wasn't feeling well and he kind of felt as if maybe he needed to go back and so he did.
He went back to the hospital and that was a very good call on his behalf because this stuff can be really dangerous.
Well just so everyone knows about five hours ago he gave you an update trying to keep you guys updated when possible.
I had another ambulance back to the hospital last night They finally found I have a small bowel obstruction.
Just got transferred to another hospital.
Maybe having surgery today or tomorrow.
Thanks for all the prayers.
And so then he starts getting, you know he's feeling better.
Maybe it's the morphine.
I don't know what he's taking or what they have him on.
But they're hoping maybe that it will work itself out and he won't have to do surgery.
Surgery, of course, is always the last option.
But he's following the Twitter story very closely.
And I know all of you are too.
Twitter set to accept Elon Musk's original $43 billion offer.
This is great, great, great news.
And he wants everyone to know that if you ordered cat turd merchandise this weekend, Due to his hospitalization, it will not ship until Wednesday.
So he is going to have somebody help him to get all those orders out.
So then he goes on to tease us a little bit.
He reminds me of Musk.
I swear they would be a perfect team.
They're just funny in their own little rights.
Cat Turd says, in the past two days, 12 doctors, 10 nurses, 2 surgeons, and 2 CAT scans, I have proven what all Cat Turd followers have known for years.
I'm full of fill-in-the-blank.
There you go.
So, yeah, he's having fun up there with whatever they've got him medicated on.
And then he retweeted Elon Musk.
And this is big because it looks like there is definitely going to be a takeover that is going to happen today.
So you are going to hear nothing but screams from the left, you know, the whole back and forth thing, the way they changed their narrative.
Elon Musk tweeted out two hours ago, I hope that even my worst critics remain on Twitter because that is what free speech means.
And that is true.
That is absolutely true.
That's what it means.
But you're not going to hear that from the left.
The left is completely upset over this whole thing.
It has been an unbelievable takeover like nothing we've ever seen before.
And in fact, you've got all of this happening right now.
And here it is breaking.
This is from the Daily Mail.
Elon buys Twitter for $54.20 per share.
Tesla magnet seizes social media giant but calls for his worst critics to stay on the site because that's what free speech means.
The billionaire could take over the tech giant as early as Monday, reports say.
The board reportedly looked set to accept the Tesla CEO's offer of $54.20 per share.
The tycoon's team were said to be hammering out terms and conditions for the deal.
These included timelines and fees if an arrangement was signed and then fell apart.
So this is huge news.
We are going to see all kinds of things happen as a result.
My take is that you're probably going to see all of the politicians in Washington DC, or whatever you want to call it, all of a sudden be concerned about social media and the power of social media, especially with midterms on the way and right around the corner.
Let's face it, they have ignored what we've all been talking about all this time.
And they have gotten rid of people like Marjorie Taylor Greene, General Michael Flynn, the Mighty 200, incredible tweeters out there that have amazing accounts that are only, you know, basically reporting on facts.
And then, when the facts are proven six months later to be true, They are not reinstating their accounts.
They're keeping them away.
The only reason why I go over there on Twitter now is to see Cat Turd's account and other people like his.
Because it is such an unbelievable liberal cesspool.
There's just no other point.
And of course, the memers.
The memers are doing the job of everyone.
They are providing content that just makes fun of them.
And we play a lot of their stuff on this show.
There were so many, in fact, so many well wishes.
Poso also wished, just so everyone knows, I just want to get back into all of that, wished prayers up for the great cat turd to get through this.
And we know that he will.
There were so many people that I know you were all just...
Chomping at the bit, so am I. Julia at Jules31415 says, good morning everyone and get well cat turd.
All of these are still just pouring in.
You have Magagem, which I thought this one was an absolute riot, with a picture of cat turd.
On his throne, of all thrones.
So anyway, I know if there was a story he would have loved to have covered, it would have definitely been the Twitter story and Elon Musk.
So I'm going to do my best using some of the memers because they have such incredible talent.
But it really is an unbelievable feat with what's happening now.
When you look at how he was able to acquire and what he was able to do with this whole thing, I mean, he was able to fight off all kinds of pressure.
He was able to secure funding.
He was able to use some of his other successes, like Tesla, And some of the others.
He's got this.
I mean, this is his deal.
And he's pretty much got this in the bag now.
He was very patient.
He was very calm.
He let us look at what was going on with this takeover.
It was almost like we had a front seat with all the back and forth on Twitter.
So they're all talking about it.
It has been one of the most dramatic takeover attempts in history seeing a squash buckling billionaire pitted against one of the largest tech giants in the world.
But Elon Musk's seizing of Twitter has been a months long pursuit that has seen him send shockwaves through the world of business.
The Tesla magnet started hoarding shares in social media firm at the start of the year in an apparent bid to preserve free speech online.
He quickly rocketed to the top of its shareholders list, acquiring a huge 9% stake in the tech giant.
But then he hit choppy waters, accepting a place on the board, then rejecting it, getting embroiled in lawsuits and seeing rival companies circled by Twitter.
Meanwhile, bosses at the social media firm appeared to do all they could to ensure he could not seize it, even launching a poison pill strategy to sink his chances.
Yet, Musk brazenly blasted through all of the obstacles, punting a $43 billion offer earlier this month and showing how he would finance it.
The entrepreneur looks set to pull off one of all the greatest takeovers as his representatives were said to be hammering out terms of an agreement today.
The two sides were reportedly working into the early morning to finalize the fast-moving negotiations, while sources said the firm had not had any counteroffers.
It saw Twitter shares in the U.S. soar by 4% as the market opened to $50.84 a share.
Today, Musk called for his worst critics to remain on the platform because that is what free speech means.
Well, you know they're all crying, right?
I mean, you remember what happened when President Trump won the election or if he was going to in 2016.
Everyone said they were going to move out of the country.
I think the only person that actually really was successful in doing that was Madonna, who threatened to blow up the White House.
You all remember.
I don't see there being a huge exit from Twitter.
If I were allowed on the platform, I would be on there because I know that that is the fighting spot.
That is where we will win.
That is how we won in 2016.
Between Facebook and Twitter with all of the memes and all of the conversations when we were able to freely express ourselves, that's where the battlefield was.
And that's where we're going to take it again come midterms because they know it's coming.
Believe me, they're very aware.
And that's why I would not be surprised if all of a sudden an executive order could happen because all eyes are on this.
They don't want us talking to one another.
They don't want us having the conversation.
They don't want us changing minds or influencing people in any way shape or form.
They want one message, their message, and that is it.
So I think this is a fabulous thing.
I expect even the market to react even higher than this.
I expect probably it may have some ups and downs, but ultimately With it being a free speech platform, you're going to see the return, hopefully, of many accounts that have been suppressed.
A lot of conservatives.
So here you go.
January 31st.
This is how it goes down.
Musk hoards Twitter shares and buys them almost daily.
He started buying Twitter stock on January 31st and continued to buy shares during every trading session through April 1st, according to an SEC filing.
Just days earlier, he told his 80 million followers on the site he was giving serious thought to creating his own social media platform.
A user asked him, would you consider building a new social media platform, Elon Musk?
One that would consist an open source algorithm where one free speech and adhering to free speech is given top priority where propaganda is very minimal.
I think that kind of platform is needed.
The Tesla and SpaceX CEO replied through his official account and giving serious thought to this.
And so it began, right?
All of a sudden, there was a lot of people looking at his account on Twitter.
The Tesla and SpaceX CEO replied through his official account and giving serious thought to this.
The billionaire businessman, 50, appeared to be suggesting that he was sick of Twitter over the right to freedom of speech.
On April 4, Musk said he bought 9.2% stake in the firm a month earlier.
Musk revealed he had purchased a 9.2% stake in the social media giant on March 14.
He tweeted, oh hi, LOL, after the news sent shockwaves through the business world and across social media.
He added, do you want an edit button?
Well, as Cat Turd has pointed out several times, he didn't buy Twitter to get an edit button.
I mean, it's fun and all, but that's not the reason behind all of this, which he goes on to explain later multiple times and in interviews.
So on April 5th, he joins Twitter board of directors, C-Share Price Rocket.
Twitter said that the tech tycoon was joining the company's board of directors, causing the social media platform's share to rise over 7% in pre-market trading.
It led to speculation he would try to address what he called the platform's failure to adhere to free speech principles and fundamentally undermine democracy.
During the terms of the agreement, Musk would have served on the board until the company's 2024 annual shareholders meeting.
As long as he remains a director, the agreement said, he could not own more than 14.9% of the company's stock.
It meant that he would not be able to take over the company until well after his term on the board was over.
The firm said Twitter is committed to impartiality in the development and enforcement of its policies and rules.
Our policy decisions are not determined by the board or shareholders and we have no plans to reverse any policy decisions.
As always, our board plays an important advisory and feedback role across the entirety of our service.
Our day-to-day operations and decisions are made by Twitter management and employees.
So all of a sudden you have Parag and others that are weighing in.
And this is really kind of fun to watch because you know in the back they're seething.
They are so angry over this.
They've got upset employees that are just sitting there, you know, screaming every minute about the possibility of Twitter, of a Twitter takeover.
I mean, this kind of thing.
Just an absolute racket.
You cannot even imagine.
Being a fly on the wall must be glorious.
So thank you Drefanzer for that.
Because yes, that's about what it looks like all over Twitter today.
So he goes on to say, I'm excited to share that we're appointing Elon Musk to our board.
Through conversations with Elon in recent weeks, it became clear to us that he would bring great value to our board.
He's both a passionate believer and intense critic of the service, which is exactly what we need on Twitter and in the boardroom to make us stronger in the long term.
Welcome Elon.
Elon Musk replies, looking forward to working with Parag and Twitter board to make significant improvements to Twitter in coming months.
Well, one of those improvements, as you know, and you're well aware, is that he's not going to pay the board anymore, which is an absolute riot.
Three million.
He said he's already saving right there because there's no reason for them to receive a salary.
So I think that's great.
So on April 8th, asset managers take over Musk as largest shareholders.
The asset manager Vanguard Group increased its stake to overtake Musk as the largest shareholder.
Vanguard owned 10.3% of Twitter while the Tesla tycoon owned 9.1%, making him the largest individual shareholder.
Vanguard, led by CEO Tim Buckley, increased its stake in the company at some point during the first quarter, according to the SEC filings made on April 8th.
It previously reported owning 67.2 million shares of Twitter, or about 8.4% of the company, as the end of December, according to FactSet.
So other owners of large quantities of the Twitter stock included Morgan Stanley, Fidelity, and BlackRock.
Now remember who BlackRock is.
They own a whole bunch of neighborhoods now, probably the largest, I think they are the largest, in fact, owner of homes and property in the United States, okay?
They're hoping that one day you are going to rent from them, in fact.
So then we're going to move on over to April 9th.
Musk rejects the offer to join Twitter's board of directors.
Musk rejected an offer to join the Twitter's board after disclosing his stake in the company.
Analysts said that the move signaled his intention to take over the company as a board seat would have limited his stake to just under 15%.
Parag said the board would still remain open to Musk's input but warned there would be distractions ahead but our goals and priorities remain unchanged.
He said, the board and I had many discussions about Elon joining the board.
And with Elon directly, we were excited to collaborate and clear about the risks.
So he also goes on to say, we also believe that having Elon as a fiduciary of the company where he, like all board members, has to act in the best interest of the company and all our shareholders was the best path forward.
The board offered him a seat.
So Parag continued, we announced on Tuesday that Elon would be appointed to the board contingent on the background check and formal acceptance.
So this is when they start doing all of this playing games.
They're going to give Elon Musk a background check?
Really?
I mean, that to me is probably one of the funniest things I've ever heard, that they would even pull something like that at this stage of the game.
It's just incredible.
And so here is the official news.
So everyone knows he has bought it.
It is breaking.
Okay, so here we go.
Huffington Post.
Oh, you know, that was a heavy pill to swallow.
Elon Musk buys Twitter for $44 billion.
The world's richest person offered to buy the social media company and take it private.
So there you go.
And we will continue back on the timeline because it's a really fascinating story.
So it is a done deal.
The Twitter's board of directors announced that it has agreed to sell the company to Tesla CEO Elon Musk, climaxing the world's richest person's quest to acquire his favorite social media platform and take it private.
Free speech is the bedrock of functioning democracy and Twitter is the digital town square where matters vital to a future of humanity are debated, Musk said in a press release.
He plans to add new features, change algorithms, and get rid of spam bots on the social media platform.
Musk and Twitter's board were close to a deal after meeting on Sunday.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Musk, who already owned about 9% of Twitter's shares, said he had secured $46.5 billion to finalize the purchase.
The report agreement follows Musk's April 14 offer to buy Twitter for $54.20 per share, or about $44 billion to take the company private.
My offer is my best and final offer, and if it is not accepted, I would need to reconsider my position as a shareholder, must said, in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
Twitter has extraordinary potential.
I will unlock it.
Now, remember, you just heard who else had started buying Twitter shares, and there were a lot of people like Vanguard that had heavily invested with the idea and other people's money, mind you.
With the idea that Elon was going to take this thing over.
So if it would have gone south, their shareholders would have lost a tremendous amount of money as well.
He played this like a fiddle.
Honestly, he absolutely played it beautifully.
So here he goes.
Before the deal, Twitter shares had been trading well below Musk's offer price, suggesting investors had little confidence an agreement would be reached.
At a TED event in Vancouver later that day, Musk made his offer.
The billionaire acknowledged uncertainty had pulled off a deal, but said he was pursuing Twitter because he believes it's very important for there to be an exclusive arena for free speech.
And there is.
Here he is right here.
I think it's very important for there to be an inclusive arena for free speech.
Twitter has become kind of the de facto town square.
It's just really important that people have both the reality and the perception that they're able to speak freely within the bounds of the law.
And, you know, so one of the things that I believe Twitter should do is open source the algorithm.
And make any changes to people's tweets, you know, if they're emphasized or de-emphasized, that action should be made apparent so anyone can see that that action has been taken.
So there's no sort of behind-the-scenes manipulation, either algorithmically or manually.
Oh boy.
So this is huge news.
I mean, this is really about as good as it gets, honestly, for everyone.
I mean, seriously, we all win.
And whether the left likes it or not, they win too.
Because who wants to be on a platform where it is just a, you know, just a fishbowl?
I know that we are experiencing that on some of the platforms that we have.
And though it's going to take a while for them to build up to where we get past all of that, right now that's what we have.
So this is huge.
And when you couple that with the fact that we have got Truth Social going on and we've got Getter and we've got other platforms like that, it looks like freedom of speech is going to be alive and well right before midterms.
So the left can, you know, they can scream and cry all they want to.
But I think this is fabulous news.
So we had Larry, the liberal, who weighed in on all of this.
And just like so many others, he seems to be seething over the whole thing.
So this is Larry before and after Elon decided to take over Twitter.
Check this out.
You haven't heard about him?
Elon?
Elon Musk!
He's like a genius.
He's creating electric cars.
He's saving the planet.
We're going green.
This guy, I'm telling you, this guy, he's from South Africa.
So it's wonderful that an African American is in control of a company.
So I just can't believe that more people aren't talking about him.
I actually see Elon becoming president of this country one day.
He's a total genius.
Oh, Elon.
He's handsome.
He's smart.
He's everything that a conservative isn't.
When you think of heroes, you think of Elon.
I'm telling you, one day they're going to build statues to Elon Musk.
And I'll help.
Chisel, I'll chisel, chisel, chisel.
with his chiseled jaw.
Elon Musk is the devil!
He's trying to bring back freedom of speech.
They're selling him Twitter!
They're gonna do it!
They're gonna let him have Twitter!
That's just gonna destroy democracy when people are allowed to say what they think.
We need control.
We need to stop disinformation, misinformation, or whatever it's called.
I'm always confused when they say disinformation or misinformation.
But I know it's all coming from that Elon Musk.
He's a devil.
He's just a devil.
We have to stop him.
He must be stopped.
I don't want to live in Elon Musk's world.
Oh God, he makes Donald Trump look nice. - Okay, so I have to always so I have to always mute my mic whenever Larry the Liberal comes on because he is so funny.
But he did a great depiction of really what you deal with when you deal with the left.
They can be on one side of the aisle or the other.
They never stand on one side for very long.
It just depends on, you know, the way the wind blows, whatever they're told to do.
So we had a couple of tweets over the weekend, too, with Elon Musk before all of this stuff happened.
And I think I tweeted out on Saturday that like him or not like him, it doesn't really matter.
Elon Musk is definitely not one of them.
He's not your status quo.
So I'm kind of excited to see what he's going to introduce to these platforms and how it's going to work with him in charge of it and with it going private.
But this was some very bizarre tweeting he had going on over the weekend.
So this is from the Gateway Pundit.
Elon Musk explains the meeting behind his tweet moving on.
All right, so he tweeted.
He tweeted moving on and it was this morning and it was left with many questions about what he meant.
Did this mean he was no longer pursuing chasing Twitter and redesigning it as a free speech platform?
So this was on April 24th.
So this was yesterday and it had everyone buzzing.
This tweet led to a flurry of responses on Twitter, but a short time later, Musk shared that his tweet was related to his tweet about Bill Gates.
So, from making fun of Bill Gates for shorting Tesla while claiming to support climate change action, and he's laughing about the whole thing, So in case you need to lose a fast, I'm not going to say it.
Cat turd would say it if we were here.
And he has a picture of Bill Gates in all of his glory.
And you've got the emoji of a pregnant looking man.
So he's got that.
And then he makes fun.
Of shadow banning, which is something that happened to me and so many other conservatives on the Twitter platform, of which he owns so much stock at that point.
He owned many, more than anybody else other than Vanguard, which is owned by the shareholders.
And he said, shadow ban counsel reviewing tweet, meaning you can't talk Out against these people?
Oh my gosh.
They are a completely protected class.
100%.
So he's making fun of the fact that here he owns the most shares and they are actually right then and there shadow banning his tweet.
Because how dare you ever talk out against somebody like that.
So Musk later said his tweet related to Bill Gates was in response to some text messages between the two.
And in the text message exchange, Musk inquired if Gates still had half a billion dollar short position on Tesla.
Gates said he had not closed out and said he wanted to discuss philanthropy possibilities, but must shut down the conversation.
Sorry, I cannot take your philanthropy on climate change seriously when you have...
A massive short position against Tesla, the company doing the most to solve climate change, Musk said, according to the screenshot.
Gates has not yet issued a public statement on the text messages.
Now, what is so cool about this is that you see so many people on the left, Steve Jobs' wife, for example, and some of the other, Bezos, they are all involved in one way or another of controlling speech.
Like, Bezos.
He owns the Washington Compost, as I like to say.
And then you've got Steve Jobs' wife, who owns Axios and some of the other big, big things, and has also even hinted being interested in buying the New York Times.
They want to control the conversation.
We're talking about mega billionaires, the riches of the rich, the most elite in the country.
And what they are trying to do is they want to control the conversation.
They want to control the narrative.
They're beyond hiring a small little PR firm.
They want to own it 100%.
Well, now we have a fight in this game between this and Truth Social.
And then you've got Rumble and you've got that whole thing, that whole merger happening right now.
We're going to be in good shape.
I feel very confident in all of this.
In fact, I can go ahead and start talking to you a little bit.
First, I wanted to just to let everybody know that Cat Turd was tweeting, I mean, was trending on Twitter this weekend.
And that's because of all of you and your love and support.
And so if you missed the very beginning, I did give an update on how he's doing.
He is resting right now in a hospital and we are hoping to get an update soon.
I am looking at his Twitter page for the next one.
And he just tweeted.
Okay.
No, he just texted.
Sorry.
He just texted me in his hospital bed.
He says, it's official.
Musk owns Twitter.
I hope he's listening because this is really funny.
Oh.
Yes, I'm covering it, Cat Turd.
He can't stay away from this stuff.
I mean, he is seriously all over this.
Anyway, thank you all so much for your prayers and everything, all your well wishes, because that's really, that's the one thing that we know can definitely help Cat Turd through this whole thing.
It has been a nightmare for him.
Two trips to the hospital, he hasn't gotten any sleep, and hopefully we can avoid the surgery aspect, but we will, you know, quickly, we will find out before too long.
They're going to make a decision on all that.
Thank you for thinking about him and all of that.
And continue to, please, because he's not out of the woods yet.
He may be tweeting, but he's on all kinds of medications.
So anyway, here we go.
Open and ready to go.
Trump Gives Update on Truth Social.
All right, so this is from the Truth Press, and he is talking about it at his rally in Delaware, Ohio.
He gave a much-needed update on social media platform Truth Social.
On President's Day of this year, Trump officially launched the social media app Truth Social, but many users were stuck on a waiting list, including myself.
I just got on last Thursday.
And I appreciate all of you and welcoming me onto the platform.
It's really big.
I have made a promise to Cat Turd that I will start tweeting more because normally I only put show stuff up.
And I think it's because maybe some of you feel like this too, but I felt so burned after the whole Twitter suspension that I kind of lost my enthusiasm for tweeting completely or posting at all.
And between that and Facebook, I just kind of lost my oomph.
Well, that's how they win.
And it's one of those things that I'm just going to have to get over it, as does everyone else.
And we're just going to trust that we're not going to be silenced or that our voices will be heard and hopefully help because we were very good at it.
And I really do feel like in 2016, we were the reason why President Trump was able to win that election.
I really felt that way.
And that's before anybody was suspended and all of that.
But that's why you have people like Hillary Clinton that put people on a target list and started targeting conservatives and saying that we were Russian agents, foreign bots, and all of these things.
And started to try to inject fear.
Well, if we do that, then they're going to win.
And we need our voices heard collectively.
We need all of us talking about the candidates and who we want up there.
Because otherwise, we're not going to have a future at all.
With the party or at all with America First and it's very serious.
So this is really great.
We are both on Rumble and we are also on Truth Social now and apparently a lot of people are being let on.
So if you have not gone over there, please make sure you go to TruthSocial.com and get an account up and running.
It's most, most important because we need to win and we need to win bigly as President Trump would say.
So here it is.
This was over the weekend as well.
Trump's Truth Social merges with RumbleCloud, prepares to onboard millions quickly as beta testing finally wraps up.
So this is great.
This is another one that we can all use.
And so we're all looking forward to all of this.
Now, with all of that being said...
We're going to have some fighting back from the left and people from our own party.
Well, Reuters is reporting here that Trump held in contempt for not complying with subpoena and business probe.
Okay, well, you know, they're going to start punching back.
Here you go.
So Reuters, a New York judge on Monday held former President Trump in contempt of court for not producing documents subpoenaed in the state attorney general's civil probe of his business practices and ordered Trump to be fined $10,000 per day until he complies.
Okay, so Trump lost the bid to squash a subpoena from the state attorney General Letitia James, we all know how he feels about Letitia James, then failed to produce all the documents by a court-ordered March 3 deadline, later extended to March 31st at his lawyer's request.
So you have Justice Arthur Ngoron, who ruled that a contempt finding was appropriate because of what the judge called repeated failures.
to hand over materials, and because it was not clear, Trump had conducted a complete search for responsive documents.
Mr.
Trump, I know you take your business seriously, and I take mine seriously.
I hereby hold you in civil contempt, the judge said, although Trump himself was not in the courtroom.
Trump intends to appeal the contempt ruling, said his attorney, Alina Haba.
We respectfully disagree with the court's decision, she said in a statement.
Andrew Ammer, a special litigation counsel with the attorney general's office, said during the hearing the $10,000 a day fine was meant to coerce Trump into complying with the subpoena and not punish him.
So this is interesting, because during the hearing, Habba said that Trump did indeed comply with the subpoena, but that he did not have any documents responsive to James's request.
And Goran said she would have—would have to submit a detailed affidavit about her search, though, through Trump's records in order to be in compliance with a subpoena.
Should Trump fail to pay the fine, he could be jailed, according to Sarah Krissoff, a New York lawyer not involved in the case.
Okay, so this is where they start stretching to get those, right, those public opinions that mean absolutely nothing.
Though she said such a scenario was unlikely and the judge could opt for other remedies such as increasing the amount of the fine.
Okay, again, this is where they start talking about somebody's brother's mother's cousin who was mentioned in an article, I don't know, six weeks ago.
That you don't know and it doesn't have any clout.
But they are trying to put the pressure on.
Why?
For the same reason they're trying to hassle and get Marjorie Taylor Greene and others off the ballot.
It is going to be a landslide if we have fair elections like no one has ever seen before.
And they know it.
The deep state is very aware of what is coming.
Be very sure of that.
And you even had them attacking Kevin McCarthy over the weekend.
You had Pocahontas doing all of this.
Okay, well, first off, Pocahontas, and that's Elizabeth Warren, she was on a Sunday talk show, and she was talking about how he is, how Kevin McCarthy is a liar and a traitor.
I don't know if I would say that as much as he is just a rhino that talks on both sides of his mouth.
I don't like him either.
You can have him.
It's perfectly fine.
I think there are plenty more qualified people such as Marjorie Taylor Greene that could take over as Speaker of the House when we get to that point.
I think we've got plenty of people now, and especially after midterms, who will fill that position nicely.
As you know, the least popular person in the Republican Party now is Mitch McConnell.
So hoping for that to get him escorted right on out.
Same thing with McCarthy.
Romney is saying that he's not going to run again.
Gee, wonder why?
Probably because they won't win.
So they had to put in their two cents there.
And here's just a little snap video of Pocahontas.
Am I hearing you say Democrats just need to get caught trying?
Hello, my friends.
My Indian name is Khastanma, which means talks good.
My heart is very happy to be here.
I am honored to be here today, representing my people.
Okay, that's what I see when I see Elizabeth Warren, because she's just ridiculous.
Special shout out and thank you to C3PM, C3PM. Meme.
There on Twitter.
Did an excellent, excellent job.
So anyway, yes, they can have them.
And that's perfectly fine.
But we do have the problem with election fraud.
And we have to fix it.
Because if we don't, we're not going to win.
All of these.
And there's no better example of that than the Gateway Pundit article that they came out with.
And here it is.
Georgia's Rafsenberger made a deal with MTX Group ignoring competition and the company's sketchy short history.
Okay, so Georgia's corrupt Secretary of State, Brad Rafsenberger, made a deal with two firms reportedly avoiding any competing bids so he could hire these firms with very shady connections.
Why would he do that?
Hmm, wonder.
Well, the TGP, the Gateway Pundit, reported in late February that Georgia's corrupt Secretary of State, Brad Rafsenberger, unilaterally signed a contract for the state with two firms to run the state's voter roll.
In a no-bid contract, Georgia's Secretary of State, Brad Rafsenberger, announced the outsourcing of Georgia's voter registration system to Salesforce.com.
The implementation is to be managed by the MTX Group.
The new system is called the Georgia Registered Voter Information System.
Okay, so all of a sudden he can do this, but he can't look into what happened in 2020.
TGP reported on Sunday night, April 24th on Salesforce.com that the firm that Rapsenberger is outsourcing Georgia's voter registration system is This is a firm that is run by a board trustee of the World Economic Forum, Mark Benioff, who has a record of far-left actions.
Okay, so if you are in the state of Georgia, I would suggest you pick up the phone and start calling Everyone, every single person that has been elected into office and start letting them know how you feel about this because this is how they win.
This is how they were able to pull it off in 2020 as well.
However, despite concerns with Salesforce.com and Mark Benioff, MTX Group may be even more sketchy.
In June 2020, the New York Post reported on MTX Group.
The city has awarded an emergency no-bid contract to a controversial company for up to $46 million for a new COVID-19 contact tracing technology.
The Department of Information Technology and Telecommunication clinched the deal with the MTX Group, a growing startup whose founder and CEO, Destiger Das Noble, boasts he wants to buy the Dallas Cowboys.
MTX, which pays the well-connected law firm Greenberg Traig for lobbying, has had some trouble in other states, including a cost-overrun scandal in Kentucky.
Noble also faces allegations in federal court in New York that he failed to pay owed commissions.
Dallas recently awarded a 27-month $295 million contract to MTX, which includes contract tracing personnel that massive deal raised eyebrows because the firm beat out tech giants like IBM, AT&T, and Accenture.
MTX claims to have employees, but the numbers reported differ.
Dun& Bradstreet shows the company has 49 employees with 102 million in sales.
On LinkedIn, MTX Group claims to have 1,268 employees.
In 2021, the owners of MTX Group won recognition from Ernst& Young.
Ernst& Young has unveiled the winners of its 2021 Entrepreneur of the Year National Award during a gala at the Strategic Growth Forum last weekend, and two locals made the cut.
So you have Das Noble and Nippa Noble, co-founders of Frisco-based MTX Group, Inc.
were among the 12 unstoppable entrepreneurs to receive the honor, according to EY. The group of audacious leaders were chosen for their tenacity and ability to push the limits in a way that can catapult us to what's next and beyond.
Okay, what does that sound like to you?
It sounds very, very fish.
Fishy, fishy, fishy.
Somehow this company received $295 million from the state of Texas to work on contract tracing for the state.
California Department of Public Health describes contract tracing as the following.
Here's their definition.
Contact tracing is a public health practice that health departments use to identify and notify people who have been exposed to someone with an infectious disease.
Public health workers reach out to these exposed people to tell them that they've been in close contact with an infected person and to give them information and support to help them keep themselves and their loved ones safe.
Public health departments have used contact tracing for decades to fight the spread of infectious diseases like measles, tuberculosis, syphilis, and HIV. This innocent description of contact tracing discounts privacy rights and the potential for abuse which has been discussed at TGP since the event of COVID. Doss claims his goal is to attend the World Economic Forum at Davos.
One of his early visions is to attend the World Economic Forum at Davos from 2020 to 2022 to continue his thought leadership as we push forward our Maverick AI platform towards technology singularity.
Okay, so this is really scary stuff.
If you think that they're trying to track us through social media, that is nothing compared to what we're about to see here.
This is about as tyrannical as you can possibly imagine.
They want to know who you talk to.
This is another reason, okay?
I sometimes get a lot of people in the Republican Party that push back on the fact that I left the Republican Party here in California.
My reasons are this.
Okay, January 6, huge disappointment.
That's when I decided I was going to do it.
And as soon as they...
I started—they formed the committee.
I was out.
I said, that's it.
No more.
If these rhinos are going to push this and you're not going to have anybody standing up for these people, this is not a party that I can identify with.
Not only that, though.
Aside from that, I live in California.
As a lot of you know, I live in Hollywood, of all places.
And so with all of that being said, you have to understand there is no Republican Party here, really.
I mean, I guess in name, but name alone.
This is a super majority Democratic state, and I am very fearful about being on a list.
At this point in my life, I'm very concerned about being registered on a voter roll as a Republican.
Because I feel at this point that if you're on a list like that, what's going to hold them back from attacking you or knowing who you are or tracing you?
So I decided to go independent.
And even though I am a constitutionalist, I'm an American, and I believe in America First.
That is how I identify.
And I will continue to support America First candidates in my state.
And I am able to actually vote independently.
In primaries.
Some people aren't that fortunate.
In the state of California, I can.
So that's really my reasoning behind it.
I think right now we are going to see a completely new party.
I really do.
The excitement is there.
The energy is there.
Not just on the right, but also in the middle.
I don't think there's any question about it.
I can feel the energy and it's just beginning.
You see people like Elon Musk that want other opinions.
You see other people that are just getting involved.
People that are starting to say, hey, you know what?
You lost me.
You went too far left.
I'm starting to have conversations with a lot of people that are saying, whoa, this is really going over the marker here.
And so enjoy this.
This is a huge moment for all of us and to reconnect on social media is going to be glorious because this is what we do together and this is what we do really, really well.
So I'm going to start posting and tweeting.
I hope you all are going to do the exact same thing because we need to do this to survive and to win in a huge landslide of epic proportion.
So here you go.
Once Texas lawmakers found out about the $295 million contract tracing contract with MTX Group, they expressed privacy concerns and urged the governor to cancel the contract.
In a letter to Governor Abbott this week, state rep Steve Toth, Republican in the Woodlands, focused much of his concern on the company awarded the nearly $300 million contract.
Since the contract was executed without time for careful review or the oversight of any legislative body, the media, private citizens, and members of the legislature have begun vetting MTX after the fact.
As the ink on the contract was drying, we learned that MTX did not have experience in contact tracing or the handling of confidential medical information.
That is at the core of the project.
So additionally, Toth said his most damning concern surrounded Potential Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act medical privacy violations as he notes that the company does not have a call center that complies with HIPAA privacy guidelines.
In addition, MTX is not providing secured computers or networks for its contract tracers.
Emails with sensitive and personal information will be sent and received via unsecured personal email servers.
For these reasons, I respectfully urge you to take charge of this contract and cancel it.
So five Texas congressmen then sued the governor of the contract.
Five Republican lawmakers in Texas are taking Governor Greg Abbott to court, suing the governor over his decision to ink a 295 million 27 month agreement with tech company MTX Group to bring coronavirus contact tracing to Texas.
The lawmakers argue the contract should be voided by the court for lack of DSHS authority to expend essentially unlimited funds towards a goal unidentified by the legislature.
This is really, really, really something else.
The Texas Constitution requires a separation of powers and that separation leaves policy-making decisions with the Texas legislature.
These decisions are not changed by pandemics.
The suit also takes aim at Abbott for failing to follow competitive bidding rules when awarding the contract.
As first reported by Courthouse News, the request for proposal was far less detailed than other specifications provided by other states during this time, with very short span of time to respond, the complaint states.
No substantive opportunity to ask questions or suggest alternatives that would have been vastly less expensive or more efficient was allowed.
So I'm sorry, but I do not, I believe in less government, not more being in your business, whether it be your health or whether it be anything else.
And that was what was really interesting about social media, since that's really what the biggest news story of the day is.
They had a really unusual opportunity when we were all on social media, when we were all on Twitter, Facebook, and we were active.
Because they could look at any time at what we were communicating with each other.
They could spy on us, essentially.
They could keep us in a bubble and make sure that no one saw our tweets or posts, and they could have just held us there.
They could have just kept us there.
And we would have stayed, right?
Even knowing that we were being shadow banned, we were talking about it openly.
We knew exactly what was going on with the whole thing, right?
But the thing about it is when they started just kicking us off, they started to lose track of where we were going and what we were doing.
This is the government, again, trying to start figuring out how we feel about certain things, what we are doing, how we are organizing, what our plans are, who we are supporting, who we are not supporting.
And so I was really surprised because they could have kept us there.
That would have been a really great move with the war going on, with censorship and everything else, to know what we were doing without us really being effective at all and just spying and letting the government know and letting the FBI know.
I mean, these are really, they really kind of gave up their hands there.
But again, if we do not get our voting and all of that handled, we're going to be into a world of trouble.
So this is out from the Gateway Pundit.
Breaking, a second exclusive trailer released on 2000 Mules shows how the 2020 election was rigged and stolen.
There is a new trailer out there.
And I hope you all have gone over there to check it out, 2000mules.com.
I'm going to play it for you right now.
We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.
Let me say it again.
The 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Let me begin by asking a very simple question.
Do we know the truth about what really happened in the 2020 election?
I think millions of Americans know something went wrong, and they have little pieces, and no one's really put it together.
I'm agnostic on this question, and I am awaiting more information.
If I believed the president were a Nazi, I might steal an election.
Bold accusations require bold evidence, and they haven't seen it.
We have been working on something big.
Show me the money.
Can we meet?
I've been working with Greg Phillips.
He has a deep background in election intelligence.
True The Vote has the largest store of election intelligence for the 2020 elections in the world.
No one has more data than we do.
We identified in Atlanta 242 mules that went to an average of 24 drop boxes.
But Philadelphia alone, we've identified more than 1100 mules.
What is a mule?
The person picking up ballots and running them to the drop boxes.
This is not grandma walking her dog.
Bad backgrounds, bad reputation.
They are interested in one thing, that's money.
And in no shape, in no way, in no time is that leakable.
This is organized crime.
Do you have video evidence?
Four million minutes of surveillance video around the country.
What you're about to see is disturbing.
So this is 1 o'clock in the morning.
Don't we all vote at 1 o'clock in the morning?
One night, this person, this mule, went across six counties to 27 different drop boxes.
I call it the Mexican Mafia, seriously, because they work like that.
This is jaw-dropping.
What you showed is frightening.
It's just sickening to me.
Now we come to the most important question of all.
Was the magnitude of vote trafficking enough to tip the balance in the 2020 presidential election?
It's not a leap to say this would have made a difference.
They have ruined election day in the United States of America.
That's provable.
And that's enough for me to fight the left with every fiber in my body.
Without free and fair elections, we are not a democracy.
We are a criminal cartel masquerading as a democracy.
2,000 mules.

Best thing you can do is go ahead and buy your tickets.
So go to 2000mules.com.
This is really great stuff.
I mean, Dinesh D'Souza is amazing and is doing all he can.
Just so everyone knows, we do have a little bit more news, and I'm just going to cover that before we say goodbye.
I totally missed Cat Turd.
Like you would not believe.
But Larry Nassar's victims and survivors have sued Christopher Wray's FBI for $130 million.
This is big news that just came out.
And here you go.
FBI Director Chris Wray and DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz testified in September 2021 before the Senate Judiciary Committee on the FBI's handling of the Larry Nassar investigation.
Larry Nassar was the team doctor for the U.S. women's gymnastics team and was sentenced to 60 years in federal prison on child pornography charges in 2016.
During the testimony on Wednesday, Guy G. Horowitz confirmed to the U.S. Senate Committee that the FBI officials deliberately misled the facts during the investigation.
The lead FBI investigator misrepresented the actions he took when the allegations came in in his job-seeking efforts with the U.S. Olympic Committee.
Horowitz said the allegations were handed over to prosecutors in the Justice Department.
The DOJ later refused to press charges against the dirty FBI official.
The inspector general confirmed during testimony that 70 little girls were victimized after the FBI got the case.
This is totally and completely inexcusable on every single level, as you can imagine.
Another miss by Christopher Wray in the FBI. You know what?
Just like Twitter needs to be completely rebuilt from the ground up, so does the FBI. So does the State Department.
And hopefully people will take a page for what Elon Musk is doing.
And I think that this is just a sign, especially when you talk about the kidnapping case with Whitmer and how all of that ties in.
They are being exposed for what they are.
Good for nothing.
Rotten to the core.
Gotta get them out and gotta start all over again.
People, or whatever you want to call them, that they are.
And I think that we are going to turn this country around.
I'm so excited about that.
Please keep Mr.
Cat Turd in your thoughts and prayers.
Boy, did I miss him tremendously today.
Oh my gosh, it's just not the same even at all without him.
He's just great, but I appreciate you all.
Coming out and still listening to the show.
And even though I can't measure up without him, I appreciate all of the support.
And please don't forget to continue with your prayers for him because he's not out of the woods yet.
I know that he's tweeting and that's a great sign and everything, but he feels really rotten.
And it's going to take him a little while to recover.
So thanks for hanging out there and hanging in there with me.
Today, and if you don't mind, just remember to like, share, subscribe, hit the notification button so you know when we go live.
I will see you tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock.
I don't know about the cat.
Not sure yet, but we will soon find out.
Be safe, be kind to one another, and we will see you later.
