It's kind of a fun thing exclusively for our members.
Okay, let's begin.
Matt, Matt, what is on your mind?
Thank you for being a member.
Happy Friday.
Hey, Charlie.
Thanks for having me.
I live in the state of North Carolina.
I was born in Arizona, but I live here now.
And my state is suing Trump for the birthright citizenship executive order.
Is there anything we can do to express our frustration with that lawsuit to our state?
So you said you live in North Carolina or you said you live in California?
Yes, I live in North Carolina.
North Carolina is suing Trump?
Do you have a Democrat attorney general?
I'm not sure if he's a Democrat.
I know we have a Democrat governor.
Mark Robinson lost here.
But I'm not sure about the attorney general.
No, I'm aware of that.
They are suing, for sure.
I looked it up just to make sure when I saw the news that states were suing and that mine was included.
Wow.
He's a Democrat?
Jeff Jackson is a Democrat suing?
Look, North Carolina is a presidentially red state.
I would raise hell about this.
I mean, I would organize locally.
Do peaceful, peaceful protests outside of the Attorney's General Office?
I would not put up with this.
I mean, this is a serious violation of the mandate that the people of North Carolina delivered.
And so let me ask you, Matt, is illegal immigration a significant issue in the state of North Carolina?
It's not a trick question.
I actually don't know.
Can you inform our audience as to the dynamics of illegal immigration in North Carolina?
Yeah, I would say that it is a problem here.
I was born in Arizona.
I just moved here at the end of 2023. But I would say yes, because of the CBP1 app where people were getting flights.
You know, some of them did come here.
Remarkable.
You have to have a bottom-up type resistance to this.
Thankfully, President Trump is in the legal right about this.
Every federal law allows for the detention.
And the deportation of foreigners and illegals.
So we are on the right side of this.
Thank you so much for being a member, my friend.
Love North Carolina.
I'll let you know when I'm there next.
Thank you.
Oh, thanks.
Anthony is next.
Anthony, what is on your mind?
And thank you for being a member.
Members.CharlieKirk.com.
So my question is this.
The nomination process is taking longer than it should.
Why is that?
Because we still have to do ambassadors and everything, and we're not even through the cabinet members.
Anthony is the greatest.
I think this is Anthony from New York, right?
Correct.
Yes.
He's been a member since like day one.
He's been like a day one member.
Anthony's great.
Lover of sports too.
Anthony, so believe it or not, this confirmation process is actually much faster than it was in 2017. And so the reason is the Senate is this ossified, just...
Very frustrating, bureaucratic nightmare institution where a single senator can basically invoke a 30-hour filibuster.
So as we are recording this program, a lot of people are going to come back and re-listen to this.
But as we are recording this program, at 8.30 p.m.
Eastern, on Friday, January 24th, the Pete Hegseth filibuster expires.
So when Senator John Foon, who, by the way, has been really good on this, I've got to be honest, I've been trying to poke holes in him, but he's been very good on the personnel.
I've even asked some of the more anti-Senate leadership people to say, nope, he's doing what he should be doing.
And the Senate leadership is doing everything they can to push this through.
So when John Foon says, we're going to work through the weekend, that's like, whoa, senators don't work weekends?
Are you kidding me?
They're high royalty.
They would never, ever, working nights and weekends, but they say, no, Trump needs his cabinet so badly, we have to get this done.
Now, Marco Rubio was an exception because he passed on a voice vote.
The reason being is that senators almost always will vote for fellow senators if they're up for something.
It is a longstanding procedural tradition, and so that doesn't surprise me.
Pete Hegseth is going to be a battle.
Pete Hegseth is going to be a fight.
In fact, I am making a prediction.
That J.D. Vance is going to have to break the tie for Pete Hegseth.
And that's fine.
That will be the first time that a tie had to be broken for a cabinet nominee.
If my memory serves me correctly, Betsy DeVos actually came down to a 50-50 tie, and Mike Pence had to break the tie.
And if I'm also remembering, there was one other.
There was a procedural one.
It was Office of Management Budget or something else.
It was Russ Vogt back in 20—yeah.
My memory's good.
So that is the two tie-breaking.
Nothing wrong with that.
We'll get that done.
McConnell may be a yes.
We shall see.
So believe it or not, I am one to hold the Senate's feet to the fire.
But I gotta call shots accurately.
That's why you guys listen to us.
John Thune is actually doing everything he possibly can.
And I am not one to carry water for John Thune.
But I've double and triple-checked the work.
I've talked to Mike Lee.
I've talked to Rand Paul.
I've talked to all of them.
And they say, Charlie...
John Thune has been excellent on personnel.
He's doing everything he can.
So, Anthony, thank you for being a member.
God bless.
Talk to you soon.
Talk to you soon.
Okay, who is next here?
Trey.
Trey, thank you for being a member.
What's on your mind?
Hey, Charlie.
How's it going?
Good, Trey.
What's up?
Thanks for being a member.
Yeah, for sure.
First off, I wanted to say you and Erica looked amazing on Monday and Sunday night at the inaugural.
Well, she looked amazing.
I don't know if I looked amazing.
For the record.
I looked barely passable with a face for radio.
Erica is the most beautiful person ever.
One out of two.
But thank you.
You're being very kind, Trey.
You're working the refs here.
So I wanted to ask you about everyone's favorite guy that President Biden or former President Biden pardoned, Anthony Fauci.
Yeah, what a smart point.
Yeah, keep going.
So does Biden pardoning someone like Fauci, does this, he could have been accused of supposedly crimes against humanity with COVID-19.
So does his pardoning warrant an investigation into why he was pardoned?
Is he immune from this investigation because of the pardon?
And could we see...
Another world leader, because I'm hearing rumors right now, but could we see another world leader try to work with President Trump to extradite him to their country so he may be tried on their soil?
So great questions.
Andrew has been doing a great job producing the program this week.
Andrew, next week I really want an expert on Fauci.
I want to do a whole week on the preemptive pardons.
I want to have one guest on Fauci, one guest on January 6th, because there's been so much news, we have to kind of go back and figure this out.
So, potentially, other countries could request an extradition if they charge him.
The other question is whether or not states could prosecute him.
But let's just take a step back.
Is this not the most paranoid pardon in the history of pardons?
We know that Fauci lied to Congress.
Okay, there was criminal exposure there.
I can't read that pardon.
What is on there?
Is it full and absolute for all crimes?
Is that what it says?
It was full and unconditional.
Does it even specify a crime?
That's the ultimate king's pardon, right?
I mean, by the way, for those of you that had to take eight jabs, or for those of you that were injured by the vaccine, for those of you that had kids commit suicide because of the lockdowns and the lies, how does this make you feel?
I think this is so outrageous.
Preemptive pardons have rarely been used in American history.
Gerald Ford used it with Nixon.
Jimmy Carter with draft Dodgers.
I find this element to be personally one of the great affronts to the justice system we've ever seen.
And why did he need a pardon?
I thought he was time man of the year.
I thought he was the greatest person ever.
Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

So Trey is a great guy, smart member, members.charliekirk.com.
And so Trey's question was all about the preemptive pardon of Fauci.
I just want to make sure, Trey, you don't get your hopes up.
I am not...
Too hopeful that there's going to be crimes against humanity charges in other countries.
I'm not hopeful even on the state charges.
I do want to be clear, though.
Fauci deserves it.
Fauci is one of the most despicable, disgusting human beings.
Trey, what is your final thoughts on the pardon of Fauci and how Americans should think about it?
I think it was a very cowardly move by...
Biden, I think it's absolutely disgusting because it was rumored for a month that he would pardon Fauci, but we weren't seeing anything.
And then on his final day, pardons his family members, pardons Fauci, the war hawk Liz Cheney, and it was just a very cowardly move by him.
And I think, hopefully, I don't think, I hope.
Justice is served to not only the American people, but the people of the world that have been affected by COVID-19.
It is not just affected by the virus, which I think he lied about through gain-of-function research.
It's also about the lockdowns.
He was the author of The Greatest Immoral Action of Our Government.
And I think that's a really serious contention.
One of the greatest immoral interventions in...
The history of the species, the lockdowns, we are still recovering from the lockdowns five years later.
We are still not healed from that terrible, terrible situation.
Trey, call anytime.
Thanks for being a member.
Appreciate it.
Caleb is up next.
Caleb, members.charliekirk.com.
Caleb, what's on your mind?
Hi, Charlie.
I'm the Tri-Cities High School Chapter President in Washington, and I wanted to ask for your advice on a project that my chapter started doing with one of the Richland Library board members.
My chapter is trying to find a way to put more conservative and Christian books into the libraries.
And we're trying to set up a format so that other groups can put these books in libraries too.
And I just wanted to ask you on what the best way was to convince the libraries to allow these books because some of the library districts banned me in 2022 for refusing to wear a mask in a public library.
And at the time, the libraries didn't have a mask mandate.
It was already taken down.
But some people, some of the liberal people in the libraries were forcing the public, everybody in the public, to wear masks when they go to the libraries, and I refused to do that, so I got banned from all the mid-Columbia libraries for a year.
But if you could give some advice on how to convince the libraries to allow conservative and Christian books in libraries, how would I look and start doing that?
Great question.
First of all, I love the...
I love the energy and the zeal to want to do this.
I think it's terrific.
So first of all, I want to thank you for being a Turning Point USA high school chapter member.
Caleb does a great job of that.
By the way, we should have some sort of special thing for high school chapters and college chapters.
I want to be members, like a special program.
I think it's great.
So thank you, Caleb.
I don't have an easy answer for you.
I'll be honest.
I get asked this question a lot.
Charlie, how do I fight the tyranny of this or that?
Instead of me giving you specific practical advice, it's through building strong community, not giving up, not taking no for an answer, and also starting with your local school board.
And if necessary, we can get lawsuits involved saying that, well, why is this book allowed and that book is not allowed?
By the way, what you're talking about is making the left live up to their own book of rules.
No pun intended.
Why are they allowed to have books of Luciferian garbage, books of transgender nonsense, books about genderqueer, but if you want C.S. Lewis or Mere Christianity, or if you want Man's Search for Meaning, or if you want any of the great books of the Christian canon, why is that such a difficult task?
You know, a Secret Service agent came up to me the other day.
He said, Charlie, where's your reading list?
I said, just read...
The top three books by C.S. Lewis, and your life will be infinitely enriched.
I mean, that's a great place to start.
And of course, the Bible.
And understand that these school boards and these schools, they will go to such great lengths.
They will go to over-the-top lengths to try to make sure that beautiful literature filled with wisdom will not be allowed.
In the public domain.
But the ugliest, most just lack of, the most shallow and ugly pieces of literature ever will be thrown around and allowed in all of these different environments.
So don't give up, Caleb.
Caleb, thank you for being a member.
It really means a lot.

Vicki, Vicki, thank you for being a member.
Where are you from and what's on your mind?
Hi, Charlie.
I am actually from Montreal, Canada, but I'm currently in the U.S., which means I have a First Amendment right.
It's super lovely.
Can you hear me?
Yes, I can.
No, I'm laughing.
Okay.
Awesome.
So, actually, I am the young lady from the city of Montreal in Canada who asked you at the YWLS 2024 event how to find a single Christian conservative man.
And it turns out I met my fiancé that very same week.
So, thanks to God and thanks to the prayers of, you know, everybody.
Praise the Lord.
Praise the Lord indeed.
So the question I have for you is, actually, I am going through the...
Absolute nightmare that is called the US legal immigration system.
And one thing that I've learned very, very quickly is that for everybody who is applying from outside of the US, our wait times have doubled under Biden for a couple of reasons.
First of all, we have a lot of...
Paroles, a lot of asylum seekers, and all of those people who came across the Mexico-US border who got...
To the tune of 2.5 million employment authorization documents that were basically processed before fiancés and spouses of US citizens.
Starting in July 2024, the chain migration visas got priority over the fiancés and spouses of US citizens, as well as the people who arrived into the US via the Visa overstay,
tourist visa, asylum seekers, and ended up marrying a U.S. citizen, essentially got front of the line while we are still waiting.
So the question I have for you is that now that this group of mostly Canadian and Brits collected this data, to whom do we send this to to prove that the Biden administration has politically Prioritized immigration cases.
Wow.
Well, you could send it to me and we can try to do a whistleblower program.
What do you think, Andrew?
Some sort of a whistleblower program?
Wouldn't that be powerful?
I mean, it's just, it's terrible.
So let me get this straight.
You live in...
I live in Canada right now.
Canada right now?
Yes.
And you want to immigrate to the United States.
And now is your fiancé American or is your fiancé...
My fiancé is from the state of Wisconsin.
Got it.
Okay.
So, therefore, once you get married, you should actually be able to come into this country legally.
Is that correct?
Right?
Yes, sir.
You can get some sort of immigration adjudication attorney, right?
So, this is a complicated issue, but if there is that kind of fraud and stuff, you can send it to me, and we'd be happy to take a look at it and help in any way we possibly can.
So, truly.
You bet.
Thank you, sir.
Okay, who is next?
Rick.
Rick is next.
Rick, what is on your mind?
Thank you for being a member.
Good morning, Charlie.
Hey, Rick Ketherington calling here from Bend, Oregon.
Go Ducks.
And hey, just thought your thoughts on Vivek leaving Doge and running and going back to run for the governor in Ohio.
I love Vivek.
I think Vivek is amazing.
Vivek is one of the greatest people that we have on our team, and I think he's going to do great no matter what he does.
Big Vivek fan and happy to see him flourish.
And I think he's going to be a phenomenal governor of Ohio.
What do you think?
Yeah, I would agree.
I was just wondering if you thought it would take away from the Doge effort in D.C. I think that's the bigger.
And again, I actually grew up in Pennsylvania.
I'm a Nittany Lions, but I would think he'd have more impact on a national basis.
No, for sure.
Doge could obviously use him, but...
I have met with the Doge team and I've been around the Doge team.
I am blown away by the brain power.
There is no lack of IQ points in the Doge team.
I mean, they could split the atom, map the human genome, circumnavigate Saturn.
I mean, I'm telling you, these guys that Elon has brought in, it is a very eccentric group, I could tell you that.
But it is off the charts.
The brain power that Elon Musk has brought into the White House.
I started sitting down with them, and I was so blown away.
Blake would fit in perfectly with these guys.
They'd all talk about Spanish generals and Roman consulates or consuls or something.
I mean, it is just...
These are the types of people that, in their spare time, will go become first in some sort of trivia game show.
Daniel is next.
Daniel, what is on your mind?
Thank you for being a member.
Members.charliekirk.com.
Hi, Charlie.
Can you hear me?
Yes, Daniel.
What's on your mind?
Okay, so...
I want to ask about election integrity legislation because this is something that, you know, obviously here with the fraud that we saw in 2020 and in 2024, that we can codify some of these things into law.
The SAVE Act, I believe, was reintroduced in the new Congress, but I haven't heard it go anywhere.
Is there a plan for it, or what are your thoughts about that?
So, the SAVE Act, it's a great question.
Andrew, do we have a whole write-up on the SAVE Act?
I think we do, don't we?
Andrew?
I'm trying to find that.
So, look, it empowers citizens to bring civil lawsuits against election officials that fail to uphold proof of citizenship requirements for federal elections by expanding the NVRA's existing private right of action and add penalties for election officials that register non-citizens to vote in federal elections.
Is that right?
Is that the SAVE Act?
It's basically election integrity stuff.
And look, the Democrats were ridiculing Senator Mike Lee's Save Act, which would require proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections because they say they honor the system alone is enough to prevent illegal voting.
Right now, all you need to do is register to vote.
This is Blake's great write-up back from May.
Thank you.
All you need to do is register to vote.
For any federal election is to check a box and fill out a form and use a form somebody else filled out for you.
These days, even requiring ID is not enough because it's trivially easy to get an ID as a non-citizen.
The only check is that, in theory, you could be prosecuted for illegal voting, but since Democrats already insist that voter fraud never happens, it's never investigated, and it's simple as that.
Confirming that American voters are citizens is the most obvious policy in the world.
There's only one explanation for Democrats' behavior on this issue.
They know that non-citizens, including illegal immigrants, are voting in our elections.
And not only are they losing the votes of Americans, but they're collapsing so rapidly so that they can't even wait for the replacement Americans to become citizens.
So that's a little bit of a write-up.
We need to pass it.
Only citizens should be voting.
Not complicated.
And thank you for being a member.
Really appreciate it.
Let's go to the next one here.
Members.CharlieKirk.com Okay, Shane, what is on your mind?
Thanks for being a member.
Members.CharlieKirk.com Hey, Charlie.
How are you doing?
Good.
How are you?
I'm doing pretty well.
I'm calling from Wisconsin.
So I heard that the lady before, her fiancé is from Wisconsin, so I just want to say that we're happy to have her, and welcome to the United States.
My question is in regards to Second Amendment rights that were put in place by the Biden administration.
What kind of plans does Trump have regarding Second Amendment rights and gun laws that were put into place previously?
And what kind of plans does he have for the future regarding the Second Amendment?
Well, the number one thing is good judges.
And that's what he's going to do.
He's going to put excellent judges on the United States Supreme Court that will interpret the law that is consistent with the Second Amendment and put judges in place that will be able to analyze the laws and review them.
People that are pro-Second Amendment and the pro-Constitution won't be anything.
I think in the Supreme Court side, we're going to be very good.
And then also on the executive order.
On the executive order stuff, the ATF and all of the agencies going after the over-prosecution of people being owned weapons, that is going to stop under President Donald Trump.
President Donald Trump is a big believer in the Second Amendment and will continue to be so.
And remember, Trump received the NRA endorsement as he vows to protect gun rights.
And he is a major fighter for the Second Amendment.
Thank you so much, man.
Really appreciate it.
What do we have here?
Lizzie.
Hey, Charlie.
On the topic of Fauci and those involved in crimes against humanity, what is up with Project Stargate?
Do you believe Trump has sincere interest in this, or is this an example of a keep your enemies closer tactic?
It's a great, great question.
For the record, I am not a fan of the mRNA vaccine thing.
Count me out on that whole project.
I think President Trump was looking at this through one prism, one prism only, on economic development.
He saw somebody that wanted to build an economic data center.
And was not looking at the mRNA thing.
Again, count me out on the mRNA vaccine.
For the record, I even sent that in a very fun group text that if you guys would like to see the participants of that, you would get a chuckle out of that.
And a lot of people agreed in the group text.
I said, count me out on the mRNA vaccine thing.
However...
I will say other applications of using such data centers for personalized medical health records, I'm totally on board for that.
I think we could all agree in the audience that it would be good that when, again, I have a loved one in the hospital right now, and they constantly have to go around, oh, where's your paperwork?
Where's this?
Where's your file?
To be able to use better data sets to analyze and find consistencies and find patterns in people's diagnoses, totally on board.
However, count Charlie Kirk out.
on the mRNA vaccine.
Hey, everybody.
Charlie Kirk here.
The numbers don't lie.
The impact that Balance of Nature makes every single day is astounding.

Okay, just to kind of recap that on the mRNA vaccine.
Not a fan.
Not a big believer in gene-altering technology.
If you guys are, so be it.
The president, I will defend him on this, the president saw a $100 billion investment data center, and I'm totally on board for that.
Build the jobs.
Build the factory.
Employ the people.
Expand the jobs.
Just be very aware of the president's prism on this.
He did not mention on the actual technology itself.
That was a separate speaker and a separate thing.
And I think once Bobby Kennedy is at HHS, there'll be a whole, let's just say, vetting process of separate announcements there.
But I totally support the president wanting to attract American business because, remember, that was with the SoftBank CEO who's investing hundreds of billions of dollars in the United States.
President Donald Trump is the nation's cheerleader, as he should be.
He's the salesman-in-chief, and I think it's a great thing on his second day of his presidency.
He says, we want to bring a $100 billion investment.
The U.S. is open for business.
Now, some of the details of what that data center is going to do, it's not limited to that, by the way.
There's other applications of AI that are very exciting.
We talked about putting lawyers out of business being one of them.
Email us, as always, freedom at charliekirk.com and subscribe to our podcast who we have next.
Holly, what's on your mind?
Hey, Charlie.
Appreciate what you do.
I've just been seeing a bunch of...
I haven't done my research, to be honest, but I've been seeing a bunch of things on social media about taxes and how it's going to be worse for middle class, for the middle class, and I just wanted to get your thoughts on that, if that's accurate.
That is not accurate.
In fact, President Donald Trump is authoring and pushing an even greater middle class tax cut.
Secondly, we are going to see major reforms when it comes to inflation, and inflation is the hidden tax.
So whatever you are reading is incorrect, and I would dismiss it.
That is my answer to you.
Thank you for being a member and really appreciate it.
Megan, thank you for being a member.
Where are you from and what's on your mind?
Hey, Charlie.
I am from Kansas, and I actually also have a question about the Stargate AI initiative.
I was just curious what your thoughts were about this, but you also just gave your response about the...
When I heard about the vaccines that they want to create for cancer, I got a little worried about it.
And I also wasn't sure if you thought this might be a slap in the face to people who voted for Trump who are also there for RFK. But maybe I haven't seen the full...
What this Stargate is all about.
There's probably more to it, right?
There is.
So let's just kind of recap this.
So just to say again, so President Donald Trump, this was not about a vaccine rollout for him.
It was about artificial intelligence.
And so for him, it was all about investment in the country.
So it's not President Trump.
I wouldn't put that on him.
There were other speakers there that were talking about the vaccine and very excited about that.
That's for them to defend and for them to own.
I'm totally against it.
This was an infrastructure investment.
And so understand, the president was presented, understandably, hey, SoftBank is here.
They want to do an announcement, $100 billion data center.
I would do that announcement.
Are you kidding me?
If I was president, he's like, yeah, sure, come on.
And the president did not mention the mRNA vaccine, if I'm not mistaken.
Right, Andrew?
He didn't comment on it.
It was just one of his other guests that were involved in this.
Having Bobby Kennedy in the administration is like the greatest wrinkle that we could possibly have in all this.
And understand, in the current information age, data and energy infrastructure is important.
And he's also fulfilling the promise to bring more jobs to this country, which is exactly what he talked about.
But you have a partner in me where I'm like, I'm no-go on the mRNA vaccine thing, for the record.
So you and I are in complete tandem.
And when I saw that, I was like, ooh, I don't know if I like that.
I like the jobs, but count me out on the mRNA part.
Can I ask what other jobs are included in this?
Because all I've heard about the health care stuff.
That's a great question.
No, no, no, no, no.
So that's a phenomenal question.
They're talking about building the equivalent of like a thousand football fields of data centers for construction jobs.
For infrastructure jobs, for data managers.
These are people that are just using the data, that are building the data centers.
Data engineers, electricians, batteries, admin jobs.
So these are the muscular class that will keep these data centers going, if that makes sense.
They're not involved in the healthcare, the vaccine thing at all.
They're involved in making these data centers.
Because essentially...
The argument is this, is that artificial intelligence requires significant energy and significant infrastructure.
So to build such data centers, you need to create a lot of jobs and a lot of wealth for a lot of people.
This could potentially create 50,000 to 60,000 jobs for blue-collar workers across the country.
Wow.
Thank you.
Thank you, Charlie.
Thank you.
You bet.
Absolutely.
I'm glad they asked about that because I think it was necessary for clarifying.
Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
