Fighting For Freedom On Campuses
00:13:28
|
|
| We have the first ever television appearance of Citizen Kane himself from Citizen Free Press. | |
| We're not going to say your name. | |
| This is a big deal, Charlie. | |
| This is a really, really big deal. | |
| Kane, you're live and in the flesh, man. | |
| Seven years. | |
| Seven years. | |
| And I'm here. | |
| It's the first time. | |
| And it's going to be a good weekend. | |
| Man, we've had Kane on a number of times on this show. | |
| And it's always been a phone call with a call-in graphic. | |
| And we are honored that this is the first moment that your image is. | |
| Now you have to worry about a lot of other problems. | |
| But we're honored that you took the leap with us, Kane. | |
| So, Kane, let's dive right into it. | |
| Just reintroduce the audience. | |
| You run the new Drudge report, citizenfreepress.com. | |
| That's citizenfreepress.com. | |
| And you have never done a public appearance. | |
| Tell us your story again. | |
| It is a unique Midwest story. | |
| That's right. | |
| It is Midwest. | |
| Yeah, seven years ago, I decided that Matt Drudge needed some competition. | |
| This was before Drudge had really shifted to the left. | |
| And I just thought there should be an alternative. | |
| So I started the site. | |
| I didn't let anybody know. | |
| I didn't try to get any press. | |
| I didn't try to get any publicity. | |
| I just started writing headlines and I figured people would show up and start reading. | |
| No one did for about a year and a half. | |
| And, you know, it's a sad story. | |
| It's a weird thing. | |
| When you run an aggregation site, right? | |
| I update headlines from nine in the morning until two o'clock at night. | |
| And so people are used to that. | |
| So that, in a way, it sort of puts a huge crimp on my life. | |
| So now I have to be sitting in front of a computer from nine in the morning until 2 a.m. in the morning every single day for seven years. | |
| Well, it's been weird. | |
| It was funny actually planning this with you, Kane. | |
| I mean, you were like four months out. | |
| You're like, hey, so I've got the hotel and I've got coverage already on the Friday and the Saturday on the stack from these. | |
| I mean, you had it all, you had to map your life out that much because you're that dedicated to tracking the news, updating the stack, keeping your readers informed. | |
| It was telling to me just to kind of work with you through the process of planning to be here. | |
| Yeah. | |
| It's, you know, it's an unfortunate thing when you're dedicated to news and there are, you know, we've got 500,000 people or so who read these site every day, but they visit about six times each. | |
| Yeah. | |
| So you're looking at three. | |
| Right here, I have Citizen Free Press up right now. | |
| So it's 3 million visits. | |
| People click on about five pages each visit. | |
| So it's 15 million page views a day, almost 40 million. | |
| 15 million page views a day. | |
| On our best days, yeah. | |
| And so it's almost 400 million a month. | |
| It's double what the Wall Street Journal does. | |
| It's double what Politico does. | |
| So the numbers are big, but it's a lot of pressure because if I don't update, people aren't going to visit five times a day. | |
| So I'm happy to finally be able to see people, be out in public, and get some positive things moving before November. | |
| So, Kane, tell us right now, what are the major stories that you've been tracking and looking at? | |
| Well, you're, I mean, you're well aware, Charlie, of what they are. | |
| Everything is about November. | |
| It's about waking up every single day and being ready, trying to figure out. | |
| There's the stack. | |
| Yeah. | |
| There it is. | |
| It looks like a seventh grader built it. | |
| And it's built that way on purpose. | |
| You know, the site loads in half a second, and all the new headlines are always at the top. | |
| But back to the important issues. | |
| It's about figuring out what we can do every single day, chasing every vote, getting as many people registered. | |
| You know, here's something interesting. | |
| I don't know if you caught it, but in that Texas special election, Gonzalez Brandon Herrera, that Herrera lost by 400 points, there were only 30,000 votes, and there's 500,000 registered voters. | |
| Gun owners did not show up to vote. | |
| So that's an idea, you know, in terms of chasing votes and registering votes that we've got to be everywhere. | |
| We've got to be Little League. | |
| We've got to be at church. | |
| We need to be at gun ranges. | |
| Yes. | |
| And it's going to require that face-to-face type combo, that kind of grassroots muscle. | |
| And Kane, you're just the guy that decided to start this. | |
| You're now competing against the Drudge Report. | |
| You're an example of how every American can use their agency and do something pretty spectacular. | |
| But you don't sleep much. | |
| Yeah, all of that is correct. | |
| I'm not sure. | |
| Look, I'm just a guy who's sort of obsessed with news and I do it. | |
| And I'm glad that people like it. | |
| Well, so you made a good point there, Charlie. | |
| And Charlie, we touched on it earlier this week on the show with the Ohio special election, right? | |
| That was a lot closer than what people wanted to see out of that race. | |
| Now, the Republicans still won, but this underscores a problem that we have where the base is passionate. | |
| We've got a lot of passionate people here. | |
| But you would be amazed how many people are casual observers of the news cycle. | |
| They're supporters of President Trump. | |
| They like what he does. | |
| They like what he stands for, but they're not engaged. | |
| They're not voting. | |
| They're not turning out. | |
| And that's what this event really is all about. | |
| That's why we're here. | |
| But between Ohio and that Brandon Herrera race, I think there's some troubling signs that we need to be aware of, and people need to get to work. | |
| That's exactly right. | |
| And so we are here in Detroit, Michigan. | |
| Hello, at the Turning Point Action People's Convention. | |
| Do we have that clip loaded up, that one from last night? | |
| Of the two Blexit folks? | |
| We'll get it. | |
| We don't. | |
| So, you know, it's pretty amazing. | |
| So yesterday we also had our Blexit Liberation Tour show with Blexit, which is now a part of Turning Point USA. | |
| And this morning we also had the Chapter Leadership Summit. | |
| We have like events within events going on here. | |
| We have over, I'm told, 100 different breakout sessions. | |
| That's right. | |
| 100 breakout sessions here of how to use the Turning Point app. | |
| Download the Turning Point app. | |
| By the way, all of you guys should download the Turning Point app right now and become a force multiplier. | |
| This is the type of work that is going to be necessary for us to move the dial and for us to win. | |
| So, Andrew, talk about actually, we have this is amazing. | |
| This clip right here. | |
| So, this clip here is two black individuals that are patriots. | |
| They were coming to the Blexit event. | |
| They are conservative. | |
| They were stopped by a white liberal. | |
| The white liberal says to them, Hey, watch out. | |
| There's a bunch of MAGA whiteys around that might want to hurt you. | |
| Little did they know that these black patriots were here to support President Trump and actually attend our event. | |
| The most racist people in the world are white liberals. | |
| Play Cup 128. | |
| So, me and DeRot were welcome to the Blexit event, right? | |
| We're walking across the street, and this white woman comes up behind us. | |
| And first, she asks us, Oh, is it always clear down here? | |
| Because we're in Detroit, never been to Detroit before, but the first red flag was her, assuming that we're from here. | |
| I'm assuming because you know, we're Negroes. | |
| Then she proceeds to tell us, Oh, you guys know Trump is here. | |
| You better watch out. | |
| I've seen a lot of white MAGAs walking around with the American flag. | |
| You know, you guys, be careful, guys. | |
| Hate crime. | |
| How's you feel about the hate crime? | |
| I'm offended. | |
| I feel threatened. | |
| I don't know how I'm going to my life. | |
| Little does she know we're on our way to the convention. | |
| Greatest video, guys. | |
| Isn't that great? | |
| By the way, our growing audience here in Detroit, we should pass the mic around a little bit too. | |
| I think we have Ben Berquam. | |
| Yeah, we have Ben Berkam in hour two. | |
| You guys love Ben, right? | |
| We love Ben. | |
| Everybody loves him. | |
| He's going to interview a bunch of you in hour two, that's for sure. | |
| He's in route right now. | |
| He's a fantastic journalist. | |
| The stuff he's been doing at the border for the last year has been unbelievable. | |
| I don't want to interrupt you, but I want to tell you. | |
| How do you not interrupt? | |
| I want people to understand something about Charlie and Andrew here. | |
| You know, Charlie was 18 years old, 18. | |
| And he decided, you know, I'm not going to go to school. | |
| I'm going to figure out a way to help America. | |
| He had no idea where it was going to lead. | |
| He had no idea that any of this was going to be in his future. | |
| He just decided 18 years ago, you know what? | |
| I'm going to get, excuse me, 12 years ago. | |
| I'm going to get something done. | |
| I'm an 18-year-old kid and I can accomplish something. | |
| And this is sort of the end result. | |
| The stuff that Turning Point has been able to put together in the last, well, I've been watching with admiration the last two or three years of these events that I haven't been able to attend. | |
| But this is, you know, there's 10,000 people here. | |
| This is the People's Convention. | |
| You know, forget what's happening in Milwaukee next month. | |
| This is for the people. | |
| We've got people from all 50 states. | |
| Everybody's fired up. | |
| Everybody here wants to win. | |
| And, you know, with Charlie and Andrew leading the way, I think we can do it. | |
| Everybody, you are here at this convention center, and three things have happened here. | |
| Recently, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris recently did events here. | |
| We don't like them. | |
| But you are returning to the scene of a crime right here in that about 100 yards away. | |
| Did you know this? | |
| No. | |
| This is where they counted the ballots in 2020. | |
| Yeah. | |
| Throw the images up on screen, right? | |
| Throw the images up on screen. | |
| Throw the images up on screen right here for some of the audience to see. | |
| This is where they put all of the windows and they said you can't come in here. | |
| Yes. | |
| Okay, we'll get to you. | |
| See those images right there? | |
| And 100%. | |
| Never forget them. | |
| So you are returning to the scene of the crime. | |
| Had no idea that that was here. | |
| Never forget those images. | |
| You know, those 48 hours were very, very difficult for our because there's no coordination. | |
| No one really knew what was happening. | |
| We're trying to see things in five, six different states that we're still counting. | |
| And I had no idea it was in this building. | |
| It's not going to happen this year. | |
| It's going to be too big to rig. | |
| Yeah, it's going to be big to rig. | |
| We're not going to. | |
| We're going to turn it out. | |
| We're going to turn out and vote. | |
| And everybody here is going to work back in their own home communities to do everything they can to get people to the polls. | |
| That's right. | |
| And we are going to do everything we can to get our friends, our family members. | |
| We are going to overwhelm the system. | |
| And we need to make sure not only we have poll watchers, but we need to secure our elections big time. | |
| And we can't allow this nonsense to happen. | |
| Again, we caught flat-footed. | |
| We got caught flat-footed back in 2020. | |
| Well, it was the great Mark Elias. | |
| Not great. | |
| That's a little sarcasm for you. | |
| But people don't know. | |
| Mark Elias went around in the six months before 2020, and he got laws changed in 30 states that allowed sort of this unlimited absentee ballot. | |
| And one of the big lessons that we learned is they don't do signature verification anymore. | |
| Now that everybody's getting absentee ballots, they stop doing signature. | |
| People may remember from the Kerry Lake lawsuit in Arizona. | |
| They showed that video clip of the person on the computer. | |
| Click, click, click. | |
| And they were clicking about every seven-tenths of a second. | |
| And that was their signature matching. | |
| Well, and by the way, that's why, you know, I really believe that we can take this mass mail-in balloting movement. | |
| Obviously, we don't support it. | |
| We want to change that. | |
| But we have to use it. | |
| But we have to use it right now. | |
| And what everybody in this audience needs to understand is the low propensity, though. | |
| Yes. | |
| What everybody in this audience needs to understand is that Trump right now, according to polls, is up 11% on Biden with people that have only voted once in the last four elections. | |
| If they had not voted, if they have not voted in any of the last four elections, Trump is winning by 18 points. | |
| Right? | |
| That's great. | |
| That's great. | |
| It's an opportunity, but it's also a challenge because these are people that are not engaged in our political process. | |
| They're maybe not even registered to vote. | |
| So we need to get these people out because they want Trump. | |
| They're with us. | |
| They like our ideas, but they're not engaged. | |
| You would be surprised and amazed at how many people like Donald Trump, like this movement, are drawn to it, but they're not in the process yet. | |
| They don't have a plan to vote. | |
| And that's what this whole event is about. | |
| If we do not expand our base with new voter registration and high turnout, we are not going to win. | |
| And the higher turnout, the higher likelihood that we are going to win. | |
| And Democrats know this. | |
| And so we need to engage in every legal way we possibly can to make it too big to rig. | |
| And Kane, if our elections were actually honest and secure, what would the result end up being? | |
| Well, that's an incredibly difficult question to answer, but I think it would be, you know, it would be dominant. | |
| We don't know how many fake absentee ballots there were last time. | |
| Chris Kobach gave us an idea, a few hundred thousand. | |
| But what these guys are saying, I want people to understand what Turning Point Action, Turning Point USA has been doing over the last six months regarding chasing the vote. | |
| All right. | |
| What Andrew just talked about, the low propensity voters, we've got to get out and register at all, you know, play by the rules. | |
| We don't like these rules. | |
| We don't think that absentee ballots are the way to go for the future. | |
| But as long as they're part of the system, we have to use that. | |
| Well, and by the way, so everybody, you have a very simple action item in front of you. | |
| I want you to pull out your phones. | |
| If you're listening in your car right now, on a radio station across the country on Real America's Voice, if you're in this audience right now, pull out your phone and download the Turning Point Action app. | |
| It's an app that empowers you to register voters and then also get out and volunteer in your communities. | |
| And you're going to be able to plug in in our mini breakout sessions at this event to learn exactly how to do those things. | |
|

| Check it out right now. | |
| All right, we're going to try something new here. | |
| It's a little bit of a curveball. | |
| We're going to my friend Citizen Kane, Citizen Free Press. | |
| You ready? | |
| I'm ready. | |
| I have no idea what I'm doing. | |
| Our field correspondent. | |
| All right, who we got, Kane? | |
| Introduce us to some people in the audience here. | |
| Well, we have a very good-looking crowd. | |
| That's the first thing I can say. | |
| What's your name and where are you from? | |
| Lisa Kreiser from Green Bay, Wisconsin. | |
| My husband and I drove through Manaseeek, Michigan, and went to a small coffee shop where somebody behind me was a Korean War veteran, 94 years old. | |
| His name is Wilber. | |
| And I recorded him because he started talking about how he wasn't taken care of by the veterans that the hospitals. | |
| As soon as Trump got in, he was taken care of physically and mentally. | |
| And he's hoping for Trump to get back in again. | |
| I do have a video if anybody wants to see it. | |
| That's it. | |
| Charlie, I've sent it to Turning Point. | |
| We need Trump for our veterans. | |
| By the way, you know what Trump said? | |
| Yes, we do. | |
| Trump said, no more money to Ukraine and our troops get a raise. | |
| I love that. | |
| Nope. | |
| Who wants no more money to Ukraine and instead our troops get a raise? | |
| You guys agree? | |
| Yeah, that's right. | |
| That was a big story this week. | |
| In fact, that the $24 billion for our enlisted troops was turned down while we said hundreds. | |
| This is Zelensky. | |
| So I'm going to ask really quick, go along to people: who do you want for vice president? | |
| Byron Donald. | |
| Byron Donald's very popular. | |
| Vance. | |
| JD Vance from Ohio. | |
| Byron. | |
| Another Byron Donalds from Florida. | |
| Tim Scott. | |
| Tim Scott, South Carolina. | |
| JD Vance. | |
| JD Vance. | |
| Byron. | |
| Byron and JD Vance. | |
| Carson or Vivek. | |
| There we go, Vivek. | |
| I like Vance too. | |
| JD Vance. | |
| All right. | |
| So, Kane, let me ask: if the finalists were Rubio, Bergum, Vance, who would you guys choose out of those three? | |
| Whoa. | |
| JD Vance. | |
| Wow. | |
| Wait, did you just do that again? | |
| If the finalists were Rubio, Bergum, Vance, who would you guys choose? | |
| Wow. | |
| Wow, they won JD. | |
| That's big. | |
| Hey, well, we got to show him on screen. | |
| Can we show him on camera right there? | |
| I think that's a little understated, don't you think? | |
| Yeah. | |
| Yeah, so we'd like to say a word for JD. | |
| I just think he's a perfect pick and he's got the business experience and the business mindset. | |
| He does. | |
| He does. | |
| And Charlie wrote, I don't know if people saw him, but Charlie wrote not bad this past week on JD Vance. | |
| I think it's at the Federalists. | |
| So if you want to check that out. | |
| Yeah, and look, the finalists right now are, according to reports, both private and public, JD, Bergham, Rubio. | |
| Yeah, it's not that we don't like those other guys. | |
| I think Vivek would be amazing. | |
| I like Ben Carson. | |
| I like Byron. | |
| We have all those guys at this conference for a reason, but what we're hearing is that these are the finalists. | |
| So don't, you know, yeah, and that's both public and private conversations. | |
| Kane, who here, anyone involved in the local GOP here? | |
| Anyone, I want to hear from you. | |
| Would you say that prior to in the last couple years, have you been thrilled with the RNC? | |
| Absolutely not. | |
| They will not look at anything from 2020. | |
| Are you here in Michigan? | |
| Is that right? | |
| Grand Rapids, Kent County. | |
| Wow. | |
| What does Trump need to do to win Michigan? | |
| Oh, boy. | |
| Getting out to vote. | |
| We have too many Christians who claim to be Christians, but they don't vote. | |
| I hear that. | |
| You know that only half of people that go to church are registered to vote, and only half of those end up voting? | |
| Wow. | |
| It is your biblical obligation to vote and to vote for the candidate that is going to protect life and to restore this country. | |
| Kane, keep working the line here. | |
| Andrew, I want to ask you, why is it that so many Christians are hesitant to vote? | |
| Well, you know, they've been told for decades that politics is dirty, that they shouldn't get involved in it. | |
| And, you know, churches across the country are just told, just preach the gospel. | |
| Don't get involved in any of the political stuff. | |
|
Supporting Detransitioners Courageously
00:05:40
|
|
| Don't weigh in on the transing of kids. | |
| Don't weigh in on abortion. | |
| And we completely reject that, by the way. | |
| If you do not speak into the cultural vacuum, guess who's going to? | |
| Guess who's going to speak into the cultural vacuum? | |
| People that don't share our values is exactly what's going to happen. | |
| And we've seen that culturally in the bleed we've seen for the last three, four, five decades. | |
| So we're stopping that. | |
| We have TPUSA Faith, by the way. | |
| How many partner churches are there? | |
| Oh, yeah, we have over 3,000 partner churches. | |
| TPUSA Faith, by the way, we have booths for all of you guys to visit to get involved. | |
| Get your church involved. | |
| Start a Turning Point Academy. | |
| Start a Turning Point High School chapter. | |
| Start a Turning Point College chapter. | |
| Take over your local precinct. | |
| I want to welcome up here, where is the young lady from Iowa? | |
| Very, very important. | |
| We'll bring her up. | |
| We'll bring her up. | |
| This is such a powerful story if we can find her. | |
| She was at the chapter leadership summit. | |
| Yeah, just let's chat. | |
| Yeah, let's have her get up here. | |
| This is a young lady who is a detransitioner. | |
| She was recruited into the trans cult and she has now left it. | |
| Let's welcome her here on stage. | |
| Ariella Krause. | |
| Yes. | |
| Here's a mic. | |
| So introduce yourself to the audience. | |
| My name is Ariella Krause or Ari for short, and I'm the detransitioner from Iowa. | |
| So tell us a little about your story. | |
| How old were you when you first got exposed to the trans ideology? | |
| I was 10 years old and I had just started sixth grade in a new district that I'd never been to before. | |
| And so you were 10 years old and the whole adults outside of your parents, what did they want you to do? | |
| I had an art teacher who wanted me to draw sexually explicit things and he encouraged me to cut my hair short and wear wigs to school and told me that I looked better as a boy. | |
| And did certain adults want you to take hormones and irreversible type surgery or damage to yourself? | |
| My therapist at the time was trying to get me testosterone behind my parents' backs. | |
| But luckily before I, like right around when I turned 13, my parents pulled me out of therapy when they found out. | |
| And at 13 years old, there was a therapist that was trying to give you hormone blockers or testosterone. | |
| Yes. | |
| That therapist should be in prison, everybody. | |
| I'll tell you what. | |
| That is so sick. | |
| What is your message to those who are afraid to talk about the trans issue when it comes to children? | |
| And what have you learned now that you are a detransitioner? | |
| Don't be afraid. | |
| A lot of the times these kids are scared themselves and they're confused and they don't know what they're doing, especially if they're at the age that I was when they were being told that they should transition. | |
| So hold these adults accountable and like get them those prison sentences because like what are they doing? | |
| This is sexual abuse at this point. | |
| And I'm just, it's amazing to me. | |
| There are so many Christians that say it's the loving thing to do to give 12-year-olds homeborn blockers. | |
| What is your response to that? | |
| So I'm heavily Christian now because the whole reason I detransitioned was because I met God in a dream. | |
| So I am of the firm belief that Christians should not be supporting this. | |
| It even says it in the Bible. | |
| There's a part in Deuteronomy that if you crush your testicles or cut off your penis, you will not be welcomed to the assembly of God. | |
| True. | |
| It is one of the laws of Judaism. | |
| And so looking at Christians that are silent, or how about American adults? | |
| Do you, young people are in such pain, and you're lucky that they never did surgery on you. | |
| Was that their plan to eventually have you be surgically operated on as a minor? | |
| Yes. | |
| They actually had me on a waiting list for a couple weeks before I was pulled out of therapy. | |
| Everybody, this is one of the biggest issues happening in the country today. | |
| President Trump has come out and he said he wants to end all medical mutilations of children in this country. | |
| Ari, as someone who almost had to go under that surgery, how does that make you feel that President Trump is drawing that line and then Joe Biden says it's the loving thing to do to chop off 13 year olds' private parts? | |
| I think that the loving, the real loving thing to do would be to keep these children from doing those things. | |
| So it makes me really happy that Trump is going to prevent these things from happening because it's going to prevent a lot of pain from kids who would otherwise be transitioned and then regret it later. | |
| And I think Biden, honestly, we all know Biden. | |
| He's just crazy. | |
| Exactly. | |
| And he's evil. | |
| So, and Ari, there's parents out there that aren't sure what to do when it comes to this issue. | |
| What advice do you have to parents that are raising young boys and young girls how to prevent them from being captured by this trans ideology? | |
| Take them to church, pray over them, take them to prayer groups. | |
| I mean, if you have kids that are going through this, honestly, give them as much support as you can, but don't give in to their demands. | |
| My parents were firm on not, they didn't accept my pronouns that I wanted to be. | |
| Like they didn't accept the fact that I wanted to be a guy. | |
| Don't give in to it because then you're just furthering their delusion. | |
| But this is so important. | |
| Ari, so what you just said is that your parents did not accept your delusion. | |
| Do you know that in the state of California, Oregon, and Washington, if parents do not accept their kids' delusion, the state can take your kids from you? | |
| So what your parents did because they loved you, which saved your life, is illegal in the state of California, Washington, and Oregon. | |
|
Taking Back Our Country
00:05:46
|
|
| Ari, you are an amazing person and your willingness to speak out about this. | |
| And you have such courage as a detransitioner. | |
| Thank you so much and God bless you. | |
| Give it up one more time for Ari, everybody. | |
| Isn't that great? | |
| Thank you. | |
| Isn't that great? | |
| Where's Kane? | |
| Is Kane working the line still? | |
| I'm here, brother. | |
| I'm still here. | |
| Who do we got? | |
| We moved over to a different crowd. | |
| Here we go. | |
| What's your name and where are you from? | |
| I'm Robin Hands, and I'm from Illinois. | |
| What part of Illinois? | |
| Winnett, Illinois. | |
| That's where Home Alone was. | |
| I grew up in Wheeland, which is not Winnetka. | |
| Okay. | |
| So we're in Winnetka. | |
| And I want to tell you, we have a terrible problem with the illegals coming in. | |
| The houses around us, they're all 4 million, 6 million. | |
| They're on the Lake Michigan. | |
| Our next door neighbor was broken into, and they know it was a South America gang. | |
| We have it on our cameras. | |
| My other next door neighbor, there was a carjacking. | |
| And when the police came to look at the cameras, they saw they tried to get my husband's car first. | |
| And they're South America gangs, guys. | |
| And if you think Winnetka is a nice area. | |
| This is where, just like a home alone or 16 candles. | |
| Oh, hold that thought. | |
| Ferris Mueller's Day off. | |
| I hate to be cruel, but Winnetka voted very liberal for years. | |
| And in some ways, I'm a delicate and trying to turn it around. | |
| However, we need the biggest deportation effort in American history, don't we, everybody? | |
| You know what? | |
| We need the deportation effort. | |
| The fact that we are doing an event in Detroit, Michigan, with nearly 10,000 people from all across the country and the Midwest, that is a statement and just a little bit of a coming attraction of what is coming in November. | |
| It's, I think, Steve Bannon called it the Bronx 2.0. | |
| We're going into the Lion's Den, into their territory, because we're going to take it back. | |
| That's right. | |
| We're taking this country back. | |
| Kane, do we got some patriots here that want to say hi? | |
| Yes, I do. | |
| What's your name and where are you from? | |
| Ronald Ann Arbor. | |
| Ann Arbor. | |
| Hey, there we go. | |
| So you're a Michigan fan. | |
| I'm from Ann Arbor, too. | |
| My name is Neil. | |
| I'm from New York. | |
| I drove all the way out here. | |
| Love it. | |
| Neil, I can tell you, Neil says Trump is going to win New York. | |
| New York's going red, baby. | |
| Let's go. | |
| New York's going red. | |
| Don't let them fool you with the fake news. | |
| All right, man. | |
| I'll take your word for it. | |
| Providence from Florida. | |
| Love it. | |
| Michael Montgomery, Newburgh, Indiana. | |
| Right. | |
| Love Indiana. | |
| Terry Brissett from Livonia, Michigan. | |
| Michigan. | |
| Michigan. | |
| It's a great looking crowd, Charlie. | |
| You know, what I'm hearing over here from all these people is that illegal immigration made every state a swing state. | |
| Every state. | |
| She talked about it from Illinois, right? | |
| A state that has voted 10, 15 points for Democrats. | |
| This is why there aren't just seven swing states, Andrew. | |
| There's 12 this time. | |
| There's Virginia, two points. | |
| Minnesota. | |
| Minnesota. | |
| New Hampshire. | |
| Maine is getting tighter. | |
| Even Vermont's getting tighter. | |
| And I'm still holding out hope. | |
| Is there anybody from New Mexico? | |
| Can anyone explain why there's a blue state sandwich between Texas and Arizona? | |
| This makes no sense. | |
| Kane is obsessed with this. | |
| New Mexico needs to turn red. | |
| I was having the same conversation with Charlie on the trip over here. | |
| New Mexico is a very corrupt state. | |
| Anyone see New Mexico needs to start breaking bad? | |
| That is New Mexico on steroids. | |
| Literally. | |
| Well, somebody needs to take it on as a challenge, Charlie. | |
| I'm just saying. | |
| We got to flip Arizona first, which is our first call of action. | |
| I see so many great patriots here. | |
| We're going to be going all hour as well. | |
| Those of you, if you want to hear exclusive interviews that we are doing, the Charlie Kirk Show is doing. | |
| We have exclusive interviews with Vivek Ramaswamy, Candace Owens, Christy Noam. | |
| Who else? | |
| Byron Donalds. | |
| Byron Donalds, that you guys can come into the room. | |
| One of the booths here, you guys can sign up to become a member and get a copy of my new book. | |
| And that is The Right Wing Revolution. | |
| You guys can check it out. | |
| So become a member, members.charliekirk.com. | |
| I think some of you are already members and you guys have signed up there. | |
| So Andrew, we have two minutes. | |
| Kane, we got other people here we want to talk to? | |
| Yes. | |
| What's your name and where are you from? | |
| Kathy Six. | |
| I'm from Freuport, Michigan, which is over on the lake. | |
| And I am a teacher. | |
| And I just want to say that we are not all trying to push that agenda. | |
| God bless you. | |
| There's a lot of great teachers out there who are fighting against it. | |
| So are you a public school teacher? | |
| I'm a public school teacher 30 years. | |
| God bless you. | |
| How many of your fellow teachers are willing to vote for Trump, would you say? | |
| Actually, more than 50%. | |
| Wow. | |
| That's a big deal, everybody. | |
| That's great. | |
| A lot of us are being forced to say and do things we don't want to. | |
| We need you to get into your school boards and stop it. | |
| Yes. | |
| Flood the zone, guys. | |
| I love it. | |
| What do you think Trump has to do to win the state of Michigan? | |
| I think he's already got Michigan. | |
| I think the problem is we've got to get everybody to vote. | |
| We need to get into our churches that are, for some reason, not coming out to vote. | |
| And we need to make sure our churches are speaking about politics. | |
| Amen. | |
| They have to talk about it. | |
| They have to speak about it. | |
| By the way, Charlie, this is why they're trying to use this Christian nationalism boogeyman nonsense against the church. | |
| They want to cow us into submission so that we don't actually get involved in the public space and the public sphere. | |
| They're writing hit pieces this week about it. | |
| We talk about God too much. | |
| We're Christians that are getting engaged. | |
| They're terrified of it because if we do, we win. | |
| I got to read the headline, everybody. | |
| NBC News attacked me this week. | |
| You ready? | |
| He says, Charlie Kirk wants to make America Christian again. | |
| That's right. | |
| Celebrated. | |
| That's a hit piece. | |
| Celebrated. | |
| We want to make America Christian again. | |
| Amen. | |
| We want to put God at the center of our society. | |
| Of course. | |
| Of course. | |
| But we're going to sign off with Kane here. | |
|
Defending Public Freedoms
00:16:00
|
|
| Kane, do you have one more person here to say hi to? | |

| I'm from the great state of Kentucky, baby. | |
| Okay. | |
| And it's going to go right all the way. | |
| All right. | |
| Kentucky, that's a lot of spirit there. | |

| How y'all doing? | |
| Can you try to get taller than me? | |
| How y'all doing? | |
| How y'all doing? | |
| I just wish, you know, I thank God, but I wish you would have made me a little bit taller. | |
| I'm feeling real small. | |
| I got a step stool right here. | |
| He's still not taller. | |
| This is Fauci's stepstool, so I'm not going to stand on it. | |
| And we got Pierre Wilson from Blexit. | |
| We love Blexit. | |
| They do a great job, don't they? | |
| Yes. | |
| Pleasure to be here, guys. | |
| I'm excited to be here, Charlie. | |
| Thank you for watching. | |
| So let's start with you, Pierre. | |
| Tell us last night. | |
| What happened? | |
| You had an amazing event. | |
| Praise God. | |
| Incredible event. | |
| We had so many patriots out there. | |
| Always joke that we're not BLM, so it was good to see people from all different backgrounds out there. | |
| White, black, Hispanic, Asian. | |
| Everybody was there. | |
| We had Charlie came to speak. | |
| We had Candace Owens, Brandon Tatum, this guy right here, Terrence Williams. | |
| It was a great time, a night of empowerment, free thinking, everything you don't hear from the left. | |
| And, Pierre, you deserve such praise. | |
| You've done an amazing job. | |
| We back you 100%. | |
| What Pierre is doing and leading in the black community is one of the most important things happening in the country right now. | |
| And I'm really proud of you, man. | |
| And we're honored to be partnering together. | |
| Terrence, let me ask you, and then I want to get to Caitlin here. | |
| Terrence, your friend Donald Trump, what do we have to do to get more and more black Americans to support him? | |
| I'm starting to see a lot of momentum in that direction. | |
| Yeah, well, I love President Donald J. Trump. | |
| I'm staying with Donald Trump and I'm voting for the convicted felon. | |
| Yes. | |
| I'm a proud black Trump supporter. | |
| But Joe Biden is doing such a horrible job that black people are just coming over to Trump's side. | |
| Joe Biden is doing such a horrible job. | |
| There are a lot of people in my family who I could not convince to vote for Trump. | |
| They have been convinced to vote for Trump because they are sick of Joe Biden. | |
| So people are naturally, black people are naturally going to vote for Trump because they want America to be great again. | |
| They now understand that they were lied to. | |
| They now understand that under Trump, black people were doing better. | |
| So I believe that black people just realized that they are waking up. | |
| All Americans were doing better under Donald Trump. | |
| Is that right? | |
| Yes. | |
| All Americans. | |
| I want to go to Caitlin Sinclair, who is our spokesperson for Turning Point Action. | |
| And you're going to be seeing a lot of Caitlin. | |
| So Caitlin, introduce some of our guests here. | |
| We have Tolford. | |
| Everybody knows me, right? | |
| Tens of thousands on my right, thousands by my side. | |
| Wool between good and evil, watching our fist collide. | |
| Battle for our freedom now to the streets we ride. | |
| Flags waving all around, pages full of pride. | |
| Whatever he is. | |
| Hi, nobody knows me, but I am Nicolette Von Schell. | |
| I am the Blexit West Regional Director and the Blexit Leader of the Year. | |
| Woo-hoo! | |
| And my queen right here. | |
| Hi, everybody. | |
| My name is Madeline Brain. | |
| I am the state director of Blexit, New York. | |
| New York, baby. | |
| We got a lot of patriots here. | |
| A lot of patriots. | |
| Where are you from? | |
| What's your name? | |
| My name is Rebecca Reinenbaum. | |
| I'm from Trenton, Michigan. | |
| My name's Maddie, and I'm from Holland, Michigan. | |
| Ooh, Sherry from Fargo, North Dakota. | |
| Welcome, everyone. | |
| Welcome. | |
| So let me ask Tozer here, or one of our friends, what does Trump have to do to win more and more gains in the black community? | |
| He's been Trump. | |
| You know, we're sitting right now with him standing against the system, not allowing the justice system to, you know, curtail our vote in our opinion. | |
| Because to me, like Taryn said, I'm still going to vote for a felon. | |
| Because if you think about it, some of the people that we look up to, they had felonies. | |
| Just because when the people in power don't want you to be who you want to be and keep you from being in office, they will do what they can to keep you out of it because they know they can't beat them at the ballot box and they can't beat them in the streets. | |
| That's why we are here today at the People's Convention to let people know that people like me and Blexit and my whole family, we are 1,000% behind Donald J. Trump. | |
| And we are going nowhere. | |
| And that's on policy, not person. | |
| So let me ask you really quick, how have you been treated as an outspoken Trump supporter? | |
| Have you been called names? | |
| Is it easy being a black Trump supporter? | |
| Well, you know, I can't say the names. | |
| I don't know where we are right now. | |
| But I've been called everything but a child of God. | |
| And what's funny is if you were a child of God, then you would see the truth in everything that someone's saying. | |
| Right now, the left is a master of manipulation and marketing, and they deceive us with the lies that have continually to peddle to the black community to keep us behind. | |
| We are victors, not victims, and I would never be a victim because that's not going to get you where the true freedom comes from. | |
| Where God says, and the Bible says, you know, if you love me, you keep my commandments, then you'll be my disciples. | |
| And then you would know the truth and the truth to set you free. | |
| So only the truth is going to set us free. | |
| And that's why we're here to talk about today. | |
| Thank you, Joe. | |
| So Pierre, I want to get your thoughts on this. | |
| Talk about the importance of that victor versus victim mindset. | |
| Why the left focuses so much on victim and why that's something at Blexit you really hone in on? | |
| You know, I always say it's emotional manipulation. | |
| What we've learned through Blexit is that when we're on the ground, people actually, our message resonates with black Americans. | |
| We understand why the left has worked so hard to keep us out of these spaces because they didn't want us to have this conversation with them because they just might agree with us. | |
| And that's what we're finding out on the ground, right? | |
| So we go to HBCUs, we go into black churches, these places that we are going to, we are realizing more than ever that they are on our side. | |
| They're for Trump. | |
| It's just they don't know that they're for Trump. | |
| And it takes groups like us to explain these things to them to get them to understand it. | |
| We're never saying don't learn what the left is saying until you learn everything, understand everything, and then make a decision for yourself. | |
| What's wrong with that? | |
| And why would the left stop that? | |
| So, Terrence, talk about your story, Foster Kid, going all the way from foster homes to meeting the president of the United States. | |
| How do you respond when they call Trump racist? | |
| You know what? | |
| I met President Donald J. Trump, and I'm going to tell you this right now. | |
| This man is not a racist. | |
| But if you watch CNN and MSNBC, they will convince you of that. | |
| But if you meet President Donald J. Trump, he is a very good man. | |
| Now, I grew up in the foster care system, but I live in the greatest country in the world. | |
| So although I grew up in the foster care system, I still had opportunities. | |
| That's the great thing about America. | |
| I bounced from foster home to foster home. | |
| I lived in children's shelters. | |
| I still love my mother, but unfortunately, she was addicted to crack cocaine and she couldn't take care of her non-children. | |
| But I still love her because the Bible says you must love, you must honor your mother and father always, no matter what, no matter what. | |
| But I went through all of that and then I went from the foster house all the way to the White House and met President Donald J. Trump. | |
| Praise God. | |
| I stood on stage with Trump and I was just looking up at him like the Statue of Liberty. | |
| And Trump just tall smelled like a whole lot of money. | |
| I said, oh my goodness. | |
| But it was such a blessing to be able to stand next to the greatest president of my lifetime, to be able to be in the White House. | |
| It was just an amazing thing. | |
| And I want to give Charlie some credit here, okay? | |
| Back in 2019, Charlie Kirk helped a lot of young blacks get to the White House. | |
| He changed a lot of their lives. | |
| A lot of them never imagined going to the White House. | |
| And Charlie helped hundreds of young black boys and girls go to the White House. | |
| Charlie, thank you for that. | |
| Thank you, Charlie. | |
| Thank you, Charlie. | |
| Thank you, man. | |
| So for people who want to call Charlie a racist, kiss my black ass. | |
| Excuse my language. | |
| Charlie Kirk is not a racist. | |
| I love this guy. | |
| I'll tell you. | |
| And, you know, by the way, I have some New York Times reporters for you to talk to. | |
| I'll talk to them. | |
| Oh, yeah, you can talk to him. | |
| We have six different articles they're writing about me in the next 24 hours. | |
| NPR, New York Times, that I'm a racist, that I'm anti-Semitic, which is really hilarious. | |
| Terrence, most importantly, tell us about your pancake mix. | |
| Yeah, so Cousin Tees. | |
| They're good too. | |
| I got to be honest, I wasn't sure what I was getting into. | |
| They're good. | |
| They are good. | |
| You know, so they counseled our sweet dear Aunt Jamama. | |
| These woke, silly liberals. | |
| These dummies woke up in the morning and decided to cancel people off of pancake boxes and syrup bottles. | |
| That's how you know America is so great that people have to create problems. | |
| Like, Aunt Jamama was never a problem. | |
| Was never a problem. | |
| So when they counseled her, I was really mad because I know this all. | |
| Everybody loved Aunt Jamama, black people, white people. | |
| I mean, food brings us all together, right? | |
| So they counseled her, and I was not going to eat any of that other woke crap. | |
| So I created a pancake mix called Cousin Tees, and it's been doing great. | |
| It is phenomenal. | |
| If you have not tried it, you should try. | |
| Go to cousinte's.com. | |
| But yeah, I created Cousin Tees after they counseled on Jamama. | |
| Terrence Williams, everybody. | |
| Let's give it up for him. | |
| a great American. | |
| Then we have the illegals flooding our borders coming into our communities, sucking up the resources that we already, that we barely have. | |
| Why? | |
| Why should we allow this to happen? | |
| Every last person here needs to rise up and get fighting mad. | |
| Get fighting mad and make sure that you're registered to vote and go out there and you vote up and down the line, not just the presidency. | |
| That is Madeline Brahm. | |
| She's right here. | |
| How great is that, everybody? | |
| We also have with us Nicolette Van Schell. | |
| How'd I do? | |
| Yes, that was perfect. | |
| You both are amazing Americans. | |
| The state director for Blexit, New York, and also the Western Regional Manager for Blexit. | |
| Yes. | |
| I got it right. | |
| I'm doing my best to do it. | |
| So, all right, first, Madeline, tell us about that Bronx rally. | |
| What is the significance of Trump drawing that kind of a crowd in the Bronx? | |
| 30,000 strong. | |
| No one would have ever thought in a million years that Trump could pull that type of crowd in one of the bluest counties in New York City. | |
| 30,000 people, poor minorities, white people, black people, Hispanic people, Asian people, Jewish people, all showed up and showed out for President Trump on that day. | |
| It was absolute magic that happened in the park that day. | |
| People didn't think that he could possibly pull those type of people or that type of crowd, but everyone was there and they loved him. | |
| Do you think that five years ago, Trump could have drew that kind of crowd? | |
| Absolutely not. | |
| But then again, you never know. | |
| You never know. | |
| I'm telling you, places in New York City, the five barrels of New York City are ripe. | |
| Are ripe. | |
| Those votes are ripe to be picked right now. | |
| They just need somebody to come in there like Trump did, all right, and show that he cares and that he's listening, that he's paying attention to the people. | |
| That's all it takes. | |
| We have to overcome. | |
| We have to overcome the myth, the myth that Republicans and conservatives are not welcome in these communities because you are. | |
| We were raised with conservative values. | |
| And we need somebody to come in there strong like Trump and stand up and take the lead. | |
| And so many, and Nicola, I want to get your thoughts here. | |
| Would you hear so often, I've never heard this before. | |
| I never heard that before. | |
| And talk about that. | |
| When our message gets out, we can do much better. | |
| Absolutely. | |
| The issue is that people are so, have been so, allowed us to be so marginalized now that you feel like you don't have a voice because it's not other people around you speaking to the issues. | |
| So you stay quiet and you stay hidden and you stay behind the foreground. | |
| But now is the time. | |
| We're not the silent majority no more. | |
| We need to get loud. | |
| We need to be bold. | |
| We need to get out and have conversations with our families, our friends. | |
| We need to stop being scared of losing our jobs. | |
| We're talking about our freedoms being on the line here. | |
| It was our ancestors with this skin color that fought for the very freedoms that we have right now. | |
| We dang so need to stop giving it up every single chance we get just because a Democrat tells you that you need to. | |
| We don't need a Democrat to give us our power. | |
| We already have power because God is the one that sits on the throne, not a Democrat politician. | |
| Amen. | |
| So really quick, Madeline and Nicolette, what does Trump need to do to get 20% of the black vote in Michigan or 25%? | |
| Give him advice right now, one minute each. | |
| My advice to you, President Trump, is to go into the communities again. | |
| Go deeper. | |
| Go into places like Harlem. | |
| Go into places like Brownsville, Brooklyn. | |
| Go into the deep, deep, deep, all right? | |
| The deep, deep, okay? | |
| And bring something tangible to the people in those communities, not just lip service. | |
| We've been having lip service for 40, 50 years, for decades, all right? | |
| We'd rather sit out and not vote at all. | |
| But he has a chance. | |
| Trump, you have an opportunity to pick off those votes and get them people out there to vote that haven't voted in 40 years. | |
| Bring something tangible. | |
| Bring some major investments to build our schools, get to our dilapidated housing, do something about crime and unemployment. | |
| And deport the illegals that are. | |
| Nicolette. | |
| What your advice to Trump, 45 seconds. | |
| President Trump, my advice to you, sir, is that you need to be unapologetic. | |
| You need to be raw. | |
| You need to stop trying to pander. | |
| Don't pander to nobody. | |
| The reason that you have all of these people here and the reason why you have more people that look like us backing you is because you were unapologetic when you ran the first time. | |
| And there are those of us who remember that that culture used to love you. | |
| We remember who Trump was before the media started telling everybody that you was racist. | |
| Go back to being unapologetic. | |
| Speak your mind. | |
| Say what you feel like saying. | |
| Be raw, be unapologetic, and don't apologize. | |
| Madeline and Nicolette, give it up for them. | |
|
Stop Pandering To Anyone

| Joining us now is Luke from Michigan. | |
| And Tyler, Tyler, introduce Luke and walk us through it all. | |
| And you guys know Tyler Boyer. | |
| Tyler is the man. | |
| And by the way, do we stand with Tyler Boyer after the Arizona Attorney General indicted him? | |
| We stand with them 100% with all that elector stuff. | |
| 100%. | |
| So Tyler, tell us all about it. | |
| We're ready for war, Charlie. | |
| And we're here for war against the Democrats in the state of Michigan. | |
| Are you all right? | |
| Got Luke here, who actually runs our Great Lakes region for our Turning Point Action team, Michigan native. | |
| We got a lot going on here in Michigan. | |
| We do have a lot going on. | |
| I cannot express how excited I am to have this kind of energy, this kind of support and the movement coming out to my home state. | |
| I know the Great Lakes region in general, all of our field reps are incredible, and they've been working really hard to make sure that this thing is going to be top-notch, just like it is in Phoenix or in Florida when we have it. | |
| So yeah, we've got a great movement going on. | |
| Well, Charlie, we're really excited because we're showcasing the coalitions that are being built here in Michigan. | |
| So here we're going to be registering thousands of voters, sending people out to register thousands of voters, tens of thousands of voters, hopefully a multiplier effect, the force multiplier effect that we're going to see come out of this, and then building coalitions to ignite the moms, the Latinos in the state, the black community in the state. | |
| So let's talk about it. | |
| Luke, you are the Michigan expert. | |
| And let me ask you plainly, can Trump win Michigan? | |
| Absolutely. | |
| There's no question whatsoever that Trump can win Michigan. | |
| It's a matter of we in Michigan have so many low propensity voters. | |
| It is, it's astronomical when you look at it. | |
| How many give us a ballpark? | |
| So like, for example, in the faith community alone, like our faith coalition is so important because in Michigan alone the past two elections, we've averaged only 8% of registered voters are actually showing up from the faith community and voting. | |
| That's crazy. | |
| Imagine if we just doubled that number. | |
| We would have won the governorship in the last election, the state house, and the state senate. | |
| And that's the first time in 40 years that we don't have any chamber in Michigan. | |
| So after all the shenanigans, Trump fell about what, 150,000? | |
| 156,000. | |
| 156,000. | |
| You know the number right off the bat. | |
| And so we're seeing a lot of different effects. | |
| Let me ask you about the unaffiliated Muslim American dissatisfaction with Biden. | |
| Is that a legitimate threat for the Democrat Party? | |
| Absolutely. | |
| You see, we have multiple individuals like Hassan, Nimi, and Ali. | |
| We have individuals that are now in our executive committee in the Michigan GOP because the community, they approached us, the Michigan Republican Party, just with such concern for what's happening and what they're forcing down on their kids and what the propaganda is that they're pushing onto them. | |
| They're coming out in droves and they're wanting to join and they're joining our faith coalitions here at Turning Point Action. | |
| So it's really incredible to see. | |
| You think that the Muslim community, albeit we could agree on the no-grooming kids, on the no pornography stuff. | |
| And so they're leaving the Democrat Party. | |
| And they're a sizable voting block here in Michigan, aren't they? | |
| It is. | |
| If you just go, you know, a few minutes. | |
| Dearborn. | |
| Yeah, Dearborn. | |
| That's like the hub around the entire U.S. for the Muslim Arab community. | |
| And they are coming and approaching us and wanting to get engaged because the left makes it so obvious what they're doing and pushing down on everybody else. | |
| So it's no question to them that they're going to at least have to deal with it. | |
| No, and Charlie, in addition to the Muslim community in Michigan, we have a really strong Christian Arab community. | |
| So the Chaldean community here in Michigan is huge. | |
| We're talking 60,000, 70, 80,000 voters who are leaving the Democrat Party in droves, realizing that being a Christian, being from Middle Eastern descent, there is no, makes no sense. | |
| That's fascinating. | |
| So when we talk about the Arab vote, it's not Arab Muslim necessarily. | |
| Not only. | |
| And so you're saying there's 70,000 Arab Christians. | |
| How many of those vote? | |
| The Chaldean community. | |
| The Chaldeans are some of the greatest people ever. | |
| Yeah, has historically voted largely Democrat. | |
| And we've seen that shift over the last four years. | |
| So Luke, let me ask you. | |
| So we had the Arab-Muslim-Arab Christian thing. | |
| Second bucket. | |
| We have the auto-workers. | |
| Yes. | |
| That is a massive vote here in Wayne County, in Macomb County. | |
| That's at least 400 to 500,000 votes, right? | |
| If you count all the small businesses, the UAW, do you think Trump can win the muscular class UAW vote? | |
| There's no question in my mind that he can. | |
| If you go to every single one of his Trump rallies here in Michigan, you have the autoworkers that literally travel in droves to go to these Trump rallies. | |
| And they're out there. | |
| They're registering voters with us at Turning Point Action. | |
| They're literally going up there and speaking with President Trump at there and talking up and speaking up against their leadership and that they are not happy. | |
| So we have that as the second buck. | |
| So go ahead. | |
| I was going to say, Charlie, auto workers voting for Joe Biden are like mice voting for cats, right? | |
| Are like hens voting for foxes. | |
| Yeah, chickens for KFC, right? | |
| Chickens for KFC, as they say all the time. | |
| If you're working in the auto industry, you love President Trump. | |
| You should. | |
| And this electric vehicle mandate is very unpopular here, right? | |
| Yeah, absolutely. | |
| Gretchen Whitmer, obviously. | |
| We like Gretchen Whitmer around here. | |
| She's real happy we're having this right down to the belly of the beast. | |
| Has she commented on it? | |
| Yeah, I don't know about that. | |
| Yeah, okay. | |
| She's afraid of us. | |
| That's the second bucket. | |
| So first we have Arab Muslim, Arab Christian. | |
| We have UAW. | |
| Third bucket, black voters. | |
| Black voters. | |
| Detroit is 78% black. | |
| We just had amazing black patriots up here from Blexit. | |
| Do you see reasonable and provable movement in the black community? | |
| Yeah, absolutely. | |
| I used to live in downtown Detroit with my cousin Larry for a couple of years, actually. | |
| And it was prior to the 2020 election. | |
| And you'd never see any support for President Trump in downtown Detroit or anything among the black community. | |
| But now you literally will be walking down Woodward and you'll have African Americans openly wearing Trump hats and saying, I'm going to elect that convicted felon. | |
| I love it. | |
| Well, Charlie, you remember the poll that came out not that long ago. | |
| If you've never voted before and you're in the black community, over 40% love Donald Trump. | |
| We have to find those people and register them. | |
| You have to chase them. | |
| Yes. | |
| You have to register. | |
| And it requires a spirit. | |
| So I want to go through this quick. | |
| So the black community, the next one is younger voters. | |
| Michigan boasts some of the largest college campuses in the country, Ann Arbor, East Lansing. | |
| Do you think Trump can do better in these once Democrat strongholds of East Lansing, Ann Arbor, Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids? | |
| Absolutely, especially after what happened with COVID and the lockdowns and stuff. | |
| These kids, I mean, they didn't get to experience what their older siblings got to experience and stuff. | |
| They're very upset and they directly identify that with the Democrats. | |
| So they are going to show up in droves too for President Trump and the Republicans. | |
| So that's the fourth. | |
| The final one is West Michigan. | |
| We can do even better in West Michigan. | |
| Tyler, I want to throw this one to you. | |
| There's this belief that we've kind of run up the score enough in West Michigan, that we can't squeeze that orange anymore. | |
| Can you talk about how if we're able to chase another 10 or 20,000 votes in Grand Rapids, in Holland, in Kalamazoo, in Sault Ste. Marie, in Patoski, in Traverse City? | |
| See, I know my Michigan towns. | |
| I'm a Chicagoan, okay? | |
| If we're able to find 5,000 votes here or 6,000 votes here, then what does that mean on the eastern part of the state? | |
| West Michigan is the final part of the equation. | |
| There's two places in Michigan we got to win. | |
| One is Slotkin's district. | |
| She abandoned those people. | |
| CD7 is up for grabs, and we got to run up the score as much as we can, no matter what we're facing in that district. | |
| But in like you're mentioning Western Michigan, this is what we're seeing. | |
| The data is showing this. | |
| Everywhere you think is good is not good enough. | |
| Let me say that again for everybody that's here and everyone listening at home. | |
| Everywhere you think is good is not enough. | |
| If there's a Trump flag flying in your neighborhood, that means you have probably 10 voters on your street who are not going to vote. | |
| It's not good enough to sit back. | |
| So you've got to start on your street. | |
| You've got to get to know everyone that's on your street. | |
| Western Michigan, this is the story. | |
| Grand Rapids and outside Grand Rapids, tons of conservative voters. | |
| You've knocked doors there. | |
| Oh, yeah. | |
| I've knocked doors there. | |
| That's a great spot. | |
| So just those five elements, everybody, puts Michigan in play and should be Trump country. | |
| They're doing worse with Arab Muslims, Arab Christians. | |
| The UAW is a huge problem. | |
| The black voters are a huge problem. | |
| Younger voters want to do better, and we're going to run up the score in West Michigan. | |
| And with that, I want to bring Caitlin. | |
| Why don't you help introduce Caitlin here, Tyler? | |
| Caitlin Sinclair. | |
| Well, we have someone new on the team. | |
| Our new spokeswoman, Caitlin Sinclair. | |
| Everyone, welcome her. | |
| You might recognize her from formerly OAN and being all around, but we are excited to have her on the team. | |
| Caitlin, introduce yourself, Caitlin. | |
| How are you? | |
| How are you doing? | |
| I'm great. | |
| I'm just as fired up as all these amazing patriots here today. | |
| So I'm really excited to be on board. | |
| And Charlie, I actually have some patriots here that were so inspired by what we're doing at Turning Point. | |
| They came all the way from Canada. | |
| So thank you guys for being here. | |
| And tell me a little bit about you, so please move here and claim asylum. | |
| Yeah, so we're so inspired to be here because Justin Trudeau has run our country into the ground. | |
| Boo, Justin Trudeau. | |
| And we are here today to be around Christian, conservative, like-minded people. | |
| And at the end of the day, to just remind ourselves that Jesus already died on the cross for us. | |
| God has already won. | |
| God has already defeated evil. | |
| So at the end of the day, it's just about seeking truth and having that as our motivation to go back to Canada, go back to our corrupt universities, wear this hat, and see the reactions. | |
| I love it. | |
| That's right. | |
| Pierre is going to make Canada great again. | |
| I hope so. | |
| Polo Ver. | |
| I have another patriot, guys. | |
| So this is my friend here. | |
| She immigrated from Pakistan years ago, and she has a message, I believe, on our current immigration policies under Mr. Joe Biden. | |
| Well, I'm a Middle Eastern Christian that immigrated to the United States back in 2015, and I became a U.S. citizen back in 2022. | |
| I think we need to run the biggest deportation plan or Jenna program, whatever you guys want to call it, this year when President Trump gets into the office. | |
| And the reason why these people don't respect our flag. | |
| These people don't respect our country. | |
| And if they don't respect our country, how are we expecting them to be here and respect our laws because they just broke the first law entering the country legally? | |
| So that's the first thing. | |
| Then we don't know how many of these people that are coming into this country are doing criminal activities. | |
| Our criminal activity level has gone up since the borders have been opened like they have been now. | |
| They are now. | |
| So that's another thing. | |
| And then as soon as they get into the border, the left side Biden administration, they're handing them this paperwork to go vote for Biden. | |
| Well, it's illegal. | |
| And if you don't know how this country is run, if you're not going through the proper procedure, then how are we expecting them to again respect everything that we do here? | |
| And because they don't, they just support that left agenda. | |
| They go out, they protest, they break the windows and destroy our colleges are destroying the country. | |
| We really need to stop everything that's happening here right now because it's time to save America. | |
| Amen. | |
| I love that. | |
| What a message. | |
| Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here. | |
| What an unbelievable start to 2024. | |
| We had last month saving babies with pre-born by providing ultrasounds. | |
| And we're doing again this year what we did last year. | |
| We're going to stand for life because remaining silent in the face of the most radically pro-death administration is not an option. | |
| As Sir Edmund Burke said, the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing, and we're not going to do nothing. | |
| Your gift to pre-born will give a girl the truth about what's happening in her body so that she can make the right choice. | |
| $280 can save 10 babies. | |
| $28 a month can save a baby a month all year long. | |
| And a $15,000 gift will provide a complete ultrasound machine that will save thousands of babies for years and years to come. | |
| And will also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret. | |
| Call 833-850-2229. | |
| That's 833-850-2229. | |
| Or click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com. | |

| I'm a donor of this organization. | |
| They're terrific. | |

| Charlie had to run off to Hillsdale College, break out with Dr. Larry Arn. | |
| But I am joined by the one and only Bishop Aubrey Shines. | |
| Welcome to the show. | |
| Thanks. | |
| Always great being with you guys. | |
| He's also the host of another show on Real America's Voice. | |
| America Shines, 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. | |
| So don't every Saturday. | |
| Don't miss that. | |
| Don't miss that. | |
| So, Bishop, we're so honored to have you here. | |
| You're one of our main stage speakers. | |
| You are a leading voice for all, I would say, people of faith, Christians, conservatives, but you have a special honor, do you not? | |
| You were mentioned in a certain book by a Hillary Clinton, I believe her name is. | |
| Why did she mention you by name? | |
| Well, according to Hillary Clinton, I was one of the main reasons that she lost the election. | |
| She put me in her book by name. | |
| Yes. | |
| So was she saying you were partly responsible for her loss? | |
| Now, what did you do to contribute to such a prestigious accomplishment? | |
| I just simply pointed out the hypocrisy of what the Democratic Party has always been. | |
| This is the same party, Andrew, that fought against the 13th, 14th, 15th Amendment, same party that gave you the KKK, same party that gave you the Jim Crow laws, and it's the same party that cannot identify gender. | |
|
Exposing Democratic Hypocrisy
00:02:51
|
|
| Right, but they're not biologists, most of them. | |
| So, let me ask you this: you know, you made a really important point there, and I don't want to gloss over it. | |
| We don't have a ton of time here, but Bishop, I was told the party switched. | |
| Yeah, so that was another lie. | |
| There were two individuals that actually, quote, switched, but that was Senator Strong. | |
| And the last time I checked, he still died as a KKK wizard. | |
| By the way, he was the one that inspired, according to Hillary, Hillary Clinton. | |
| Oh, yeah. | |
| Ooh. | |
| So you basically called out the truth and the hypocrisy for what it was. | |
| And that's what. | |
| So well done on that. | |
| Now, for those in our audience that maybe don't know all of your background, you have like, you know, 48 titles. | |
| I remember we were trying to give you a lower third once upon a time, and it was impossible. | |
| You just do too much. | |
| You're one of the most active leaders, faith leaders, political leaders in the country. | |
| And obviously, you have a special place with the black community. | |
| So explain the significance of being in Detroit, which is 78% African-American population in the city of Detroit. | |
| What it means for President Trump. | |
| Why are you here? | |
| Why was it so important to you to make this trip here to be with us? | |
| Well, I actually traveled with then-candidate Trump during his time of candidacy. | |
| And I have to say this, or else my biological mother will just have a fit. | |
| I am also Jewish. | |
| And so, with a Jewish mom, she won't allow me just to adopt the black identity. | |
| So I have a crossroads going here. | |
| And I really see humanity much larger than just one's ethnicity. | |
| And that is, I think we're really in this together. | |
| And I think if we really work together, we can get our country back. | |
| That's why I do what I do. | |
| Amen. | |
| So, what do you hope to see at this event? | |
| What do you think needs to be done from a, you know, we're seeing that the black, and I respect that. | |
| I respect your answer so much, but we're seeing that the black community specifically might be 20, 23, 25% in favor of Trump. | |
| What message do we need to be sending to the black community here at a place like Detroit? | |
| I look at this as sort of Bronx 2.0, right? | |
| Where you go into a place where you're not welcome, where at least they tell you you're not welcome, and then you see all the support, right? | |
| What is the message? | |
| Well, I think a couple things. | |
| I think Donald Trump is really already doing that. | |
| And I'm on the side, not just because I traveled within candidate Trump, but I believe the election was stolen. | |
| I think that there were more blacks and brown people that voted for Donald Trump in 2020 than that, obviously, that we know. | |
| So I think if his message just keeps registering and he really doesn't have to do a whole lot other than amplify the horrific inept ability of Joe Biden and the Democratic Party. | |
| Just amplify it. | |
| It's a shoe win. | |
| Yeah, and then there's the other dynamic here in Detroit with the union workers. | |
|
The Working Class Behind Trump
00:01:18
|
|
| Yeah. | |
| Right. | |
| So you've got, you know, you've got a big union population where you see the brass are still saying, hey, we're for Biden. | |
| But the rank and file. | |
| Yeah. | |
| And by the way, that is such a image of our country right now where you see working men and women, the muscular class, the people that shower before work and after work, they're behind Trump. | |
| What is that dichotomy caused by? | |
| What's leading into that? | |
| And how do we get the message out? | |
| Well, actually, the elitists have always been that. | |
| They've just been the elitists. | |
| They want to make sure that their agendas push forward and they can continue to collect dollars from the average guy and girl, but people are not buying into the lie anymore. | |
| That's why we're here to support what we're doing. | |
| All right. | |
| Give the audience your coordinates. | |
| How do they find you? | |
| How do they follow you? | |
| Yeah. | |
| Support what you're doing. | |
| Everywhere. | |
| Go out to Aubrey's America. | |
| You'll get just an array of various things that we do. | |
| Also, you can obviously find me at Real America's Voice, 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time every Saturday. | |
| We're there shining the light. | |
| We are America Shines. | |
| Amen. | |
| Thanks so much for listening, everybody. | |
