| If what we have now learned, and we've known a lot of this, but now we have the non, the irrefutable evidence of what the Biden crime family has done. | |

| Now, some people might think that is overly dramatic, but hear me out. | |

| And we've known about part of this, but just to see it in now previously encrypted text messages that are made public is really extraordinary. | |
| So there is this IRS whistleblower with a series of bombshells. | |
| So here's what we know. | |
| Two months before the 2020 election, on September 4th, 2020, Trump's Department of Justice ordered a cease and desist on any overt investigation of Hunter Biden or Biden family influence peddling. | |
| Bill Barr's Department of Justice said, don't do that. | |
| Now, it might have been around a long-standing policy not to go after presidential candidates. | |
| That might have been the reason. | |
| It's interesting how they're going after Donald Trump now, so that's not exactly a that's not exactly a good reason. | |
| We've also learned now the Department of Justice tipped off Hunter Biden about a search of his storage unit, allowing him to clear it before they arrived. | |
| This is beyond illegal for the government to tip off someone who they're investigating saying, hey, you know, we're going to execute a search warrant. | |
| If there's nothing there, there's nothing there. | |
| The DOJ repeatedly blocked more serious charges being brought against Hunter and slowwalked the investigation over five years. | |
| This was not one person. | |
| This was an entire organization protecting this crime syndicate. | |
| I'm going to tell you why in a second. | |
| It's obvious. | |
| It's because the Bidens are not the only family that does this. | |
| The Bidens are one of the sloppier political families that do this, but there are Republican and Democrat families, the Pelosis, the Schumers, that all play this game. | |
| The Bidens were just so flagrant. | |
| They were so defiant of the rules that the entire regime can't allow this to be a case study into what might result into, wait, are other people doing things they shouldn't be doing with their political power? | |
| We now know that the FBI hid the Form 1023, the alleged foreign bribery document from the IRS case attorneys overseeing the case. | |
| The FBI was just running nonstop interference for the Biden family. | |
| Your federal law enforcement agency was running interference for Hunter Biden. | |
| And by the way, there's more than, by the way, there's actually more than one whistleblower at this point, and we have the name of one. | |
| His name is Gary Shapley. | |
| And so look, we aren't liberals, so we don't create fake whistleblowers and then try to make it illegal to report a name that everybody knows. | |
| Shapley has been an IRS agent since 2009. | |
| They dragged this out again for five years and then slapped Hunter with misdemeanors when they had mountains of evidence to support actual felonies, not just a little bit of felonies. | |
| And by the way, we now have evidence that this ties directly to Joe Biden. | |
| Yeah, we've had Tony Bobulinsky for a couple of years, but wait till I read you what the text message says. | |
| And remember, this all occurred under Bill Barr's Department of Justice. | |
| Under Bill Barr's Department of Justice, this whole thing happened. | |
| In a swore statement, sworn statement given two weeks ago, Shapley said this, quote, recently former Attorney General Bill Barr provided an interview in which he stated that information provided by confidential human source concerning an alleged bribery scheme by Joe Biden was received through the Pittsburgh U.S. Attorney's Office and was determined it was not likely to have been disinformation. | |
| Attorney General Barr said, quote, it was provided to the ongoing investigation in Delaware to follow up on and check out. | |
| Neither I nor the agents acting under my supervision nor the FBI agents were ever provided the CHS information that Attorney General Barr was sent to Delaware to have checked out. | |
| Prosecutors never provided such information to us. | |
| So somebody's lying here. | |
| But now we have evidence that there was a cease and desist order from the top levels of the Department of Justice while Trump was president to allow his political opponent, Joe Biden, to be able to skate into the White House. | |
| So whistleblowers have text messages. | |
| Now direct, this is the, if this doesn't result in a resignation of Joe Biden or an impeachment, it really just makes you demoralized. | |
| Like, what is it going to take, man? | |
| I mean, seriously. | |
| Now, there is an argument to be careful what you wish for because running against Gavin Newsom in 2024, I think will be far more formidable than Joe Biden. | |

| House committee released testimony today from two IRS whistleblowers who say the DOJ, the FBI, and their IRS superiors improperly interfered with their investigation of Hunter Biden. | |
| Pleasure, these two senior IRS agents allege that the president's son received preferential treatment throughout the five-year tax investigation that resulted in two misdemeanor guilty pleas this week. | |
| In testimony released by a Republican-led House committee, the agents accused the DOJ and the FBI of slow walking portions of the investigation to Hunter Biden's benefit, and that efforts by the Trump-appointed U.S. attorney leading the probe to charge more serious crimes were blocked. | |
| Now, mind you, the fact they're covering this is a big deal, but they're just doing it half. | |

| You can say whatever you want, but Obama was quote unquote the energetic executive. | |
| He was a Marxist who wanted to destroy the country, but Obama got stuff done in his first term. | |
| It makes you think, what did he do in his second term? | |
| Okay, he took out Osama bin Laden. | |
| He didn't even do that. | |
| Super, you know, the story is very clear. | |
| Oh, yeah, okay, go do that, whatever. | |
| But what exactly did he get done? | |
| So I used to say that he did next to nothing. | |
| That's wrong. | |

| He shifted gears. | |
| Barack Obama shifted gears. | |
| And with Valerie Jarrett, who was there every day of the presidency from day one to the final day for eight days, Barack Obama focused on staffing agencies with loyalists permanently. | |
| What Barack Obama shifted gears from big legislation and big triumph to the slow, boring, but generational takeover of the American government. | |
| That's what Obama focused on. | |
| So We now have evidence that the Department of Justice sent a cease and desist letter, a cease and desist, saying that do not go after Hunter Biden. | |
| But who probably really sent that cease and desist letter? | |
| Barack Obama probably sent that cease and desist letter. | |
| He didn't write an email because Obama's smarter than that. | |
| He didn't tweet it. | |
| No, he probably sent one of his thugs, Valerie Jarrett, Samantha Powers, Susan Rice, and they got it done. | |

| They did not do a good enough job. | |
| And to his credit, even though I don't think he was a great president, Bush did this in his own way. | |
| Bush staffed the agencies, and Obama had to undo a lot of it, wait for some of them to retire. | |
| And as Obama focused on personnel, it became possible to do cover-up operations like this. | |

| Who are these people in the DOJ that are taking five years? | |
| They were put there by Barack Hussein Obama and Valerie Jarrett and David Axelrod and David Plough and Rahm Emmanuel. | |
| That's who. | |
| If these allegations made by these whistleblowers turn out to be true, there is no way to overstate the seriousness of these crimes. | |
| But the crime within the crime is the cover-up, the Department of Justice that is using their power to prevent legitimate investigations. | |
| Good old-fashioned machine politics. | |
| And what you have to do eventually is win back the White House and gradually pry the machine apart. | |
| But the scandal within the scandal is, and let me just read this list again. | |
| It's extraordinary. | |
| The DOJ tipped off Hunter Biden about a search of his storage unit, allowing him to clear it before they arrived. | |
| Well, the DOJ is rather abstract. | |
| Who did that? | |
| Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch, acolytes, who were put into DOJ permanently. | |
| They were commissioned with religious commitment. | |
| You do not leave. | |
| You stay here to the last moment until they force you to retire, and you will be called into action. | |
| We can't say this enough. | |
| Washington, D.C. is 95% liberal, 95% Democrat. | |
| When you try to pry the entire machine apart, you start to realize the layers and layers and layers here. | |
| So do I think that Joe Biden is going to be removed from president? | |
| He should be impeached for this, obviously. | |
| He's a traitor to the country. | |
| Do I think that other ambitious Democrats are now going to try to find a lane and try to pick it apart? | |

| But this is so telling that this is more than just an Obama presidency, a Biden presidency, a Kamala Harris presidency, a Newsom presidency. | |
| This is yet another piece of evidence at the overwhelming force, the Goliath, the Leviathan of the administrative state who really runs this country. | |
| The fourth branch of government has become the new sovereign over all the other branches. | |
| They call the shots. | |
| They do what they want. | |
| You are nothing more than a mere distraction against the permanent bureaucracy class in the kingdom of Washington, D.C. I'm gonna go to a piece of tape here. | |
| Remember, this is all during the week of this Hunter Biden plea deal, play cut 21. | |
| I can tell you, having covered this for several years now, that this is likely to be a very controversial plea agreement, especially with Republicans on Capitol Hill. | |
| Over the last few years, not only in the House, but in the Senate, their investigators have raised very serious questions about these business deals with Chinese nationals, as well as this Ukraine energy firm, Burisma. | |
| And then more recently, we've had whistleblowers come forward. | |
| An IRS whistleblower spoke on the record with CBS News, as well as whistleblowers from the Justice Department have gone to Capitol Hill complaining that this investigation has been slow walked and that standard investigative procedures have not been followed. | |
| So this may just be the beginning of the story in many respects. | |
| Will Democrats seize on this? | |
| Boy, if you're Gavin Newsom, you're looking at this and you say, my time is now. | |
| I'm a totally qualified Democrat candidate. | |
| I have the most homelessness, the most drug addicts. | |
| We have the most radical trans policies. | |
