I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
I want to thank Charlie.
He's an incredible guy.
His spirit is love of this country.
He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
Turning point USA.
We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
That's why we are here.
Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
Right now is the Weaponization of Government Committee.
Now, a lot of this is not breaking news for those of us that have been covering what the FBI is doing, targeting moms and dads, showing up at school boards, going out of their way to infiltrate conservative groups, going to Catholic Mass.
That's right, Catholic Mass is a big focus of the regime.
It's really a sad story.
It's disappointing because there are some things that the FBI does that is legitimately important or should be doing, going after child sex traffickers, for example, going after narcotic dealers.
The Cheney Bush Fault 00:07:46
The FBI has grown into this massive leviathan where they are political and they're political for the Uniparty, for the regime.
They launched a seditious conspiracy against Donald Trump.
Anybody that dares speak out against them, for example, patriotic Christian Americans, they're going to do whatever they possibly can to try to intimidate you, silence you, slander you, entrap you.
This bureaucracy, the FBI, has basically been untouched.
There are 35,000 people that now work for the FBI.
When they were first started, it was originally the Bureau of Investigation in 1908.
They had 34 staff.
And now they have become almost this domestic police agency.
And what's being uncovered right now, thanks to Jim Jordan and Republicans, is extraordinary.
But let's remember this is largely Republicans' fault.
This is George W. Bush's fault.
This is Dick Cheney's fault.
After 9-11, we were pretty freaked out.
After 9-11, we were scrambling.
And the regime, the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security didn't even exist at the time, they put together a plan and they succored you, the American people.
Patriot Act, FISA courts.
9-11 was a turning point.
And we built this incredible machine because we were so afraid of radical Islamic terrorists.
It was a legitimate threat.
9-11 was a real thing.
There's recent evidence to show that the 9-11 hijackers might have had some communication with the U.S. government.
That's not a conspiracy theory.
There's some documents to show that.
I'm not here to, I'm not going to talk about that today.
But 9-11 was a legitimate attack on the homeland.
And we got scared.
Interestingly enough, it was liberals like Dennis Kucinich and even Bernie Sanders at the time who tried to warn us.
They said, look, the threat is going to start with foreign Islamic terrorists, and within a single generation, the threat will become all of us Americans instead.
And Ron Paul tried to warn us.
And it was Republicans, the Republican Party of Bush, the Republican Party of Cheney, the Republican Party of Denny Hassert, the Republican Party of Lady Graham, the Republican Party of John Boehner, that gave the FBI the power that they now enjoy today.
And we really didn't question it.
We said, oh, well, you know, we don't want to have another 9-11.
We don't want to have another Osama bin Laden.
This will always be a temptation for the FBI.
As soon as you build the Leviathan, you're not going to start cutting jobs there.
You're not going to start laying people off.
The state only gets bigger.
Once you grant a government program, it doesn't get smaller.
It doesn't fold.
It only increases in its appetite, increases in its desire to devour the liberties of the American people.
Targeting ordinary Americans is easier, and they have a genuine animosity for them.
It's easy for someone in D.C. to hysterically convince themselves that Trump voters in Michigan are planning an insurrection.
It gives them job justification.
The first rule of any bureaucracy is to first protect its own existence.
You see, America is a very decent country.
We don't have a right-wing domestic extremism problem.
They have to create it.
They have to go infiltrate the groups and create a Fed surrection on January 6th or with Gretchen Whitmer.
But the FBI is operating as a secret police to chill dissident political activity to not just weaponize, it's beyond that.
It is to destroy the political movement of MAGA, of America First.
Literally every right-wing organization could be targeted by the FBI at any time.
And so we're starting to learn.
There's testimony after testimony happening right now at the Weaponization of Government Committee.
Let's start with this.
I think this is a powerful introduction statement.
And I just love, I love starting with this clip because it does give me hope, and this should give you hope.
It's Harriet Hageman from the great state of Wyoming.
I've known Harriet for a while.
And it gives me hope and it gives me some happiness because it's not Liz Cheney.
We did retire Liz Cheney.
Despite all the darkness and negativity, and the midterms didn't go our way, hey, the great people of Wyoming rose up and fired that neoliberal globalist Liz Cheney.
And Harriet Hageman hits it perfectly.
Let's start with Cut 79, please.
To be blunt, the leadership of the FBI and the DOJ are corrupt.
I will name names.
Christopher Ray and Mary Garland are corrupt.
They know it.
We know it.
And the American people know it.
She continues in Cut 86 to explain how after 9-11, the FBI was changed into a domestic police agency.
Liz Cheney never would have said this.
Liz Cheney would have said the FBI does such important work.
You see, the Cheney-Bush philosophy was not about protecting the people.
They hate you.
They hate farmers and ranchers, plumbers, electricians.
They love lobbyists.
They love insider deals.
They love Waldoff conversations and parties in Kenny Bunkport, Maine, or Jackson Hole, Wyoming, or Aspen, Colorado.
They don't want to be a part of the working class.
They have contempt for you.
And so then they strengthen the bureaucracy to be then deployed against you.
Play Cut 86.
Mr. Baker explained that in the aftermath of 9-11 and upon being embarrassed by being scolded by President Bush for not being able to stop it from happening, then FBI Director Robert Mueller made the decision to fundamentally change the FBI from a law enforcement body to an intelligence-driven one.
Such a redirection of the very purpose of the FBI resulted in centralizing its power in Washington, D.C. while placing less emphasis on the field offices.
And by targeting, by eventually finding a way to target not the terrorists, but American citizens, which is where the FBI and DOJ are at this point in time.
And it turns out there just weren't that many radical Islamic terrorists to surveil.
Yeah, there were some.
There was some activity.
But then after a couple of years, we kind of flushed most of them out.
And then you have a bunch of field offices connected to D.C. with unlimited amounts of funding, with huge Patriot Act authority.
And they're like, well, what do we do now?
Ah, but then Donald Trump came on the scene, and Donald Trump was able to get far too much support amongst the people D.C. hates, white people.
Ooh.
So they had to create this synthetic, artificial, this fake narrative of domestic violent extremism and white supremacy.
And did you catch what Harriet Hageman said there?
Who is the person that designed all this?
These are all the same actors just recast.
It's all the same thing.
The equivalent would be like, how many different times can you have Matt Damon and Brad Pitt and all this?
The same thing.
Hollywood equivalent to D.C., it's Bob Mueller who did this.
Bob Mueller was the head of the FBI.
And then, yes, they redeployed Bob Mueller against Donald Trump.
They're just recasting the same people.
It's like this short roster of 10 people that continually protect the needs, wants, and interests of the regime.
Whistleblower Pain and Relief 00:06:17
We're finally getting to a place when we can start to uncover it.
But we must be honest.
It is the American Republican Party more than even the Democrats.
Democrats were actually more concerned about this than Republicans.
It was the Republican Party that gave us this problem.
It was George Bush that gave us this problem.
It was Liz Cheney that gave us this problem.
And then something changed because now the Democrats love this.
I'm going to tell you what has changed.
But what we now have to fix, what we have to remedy, is thanks to the Republican Party of Bush, Cheney, and post-9-11.
I want to talk about relieffactor.com.

When was the last time, if ever, a senior member of the FBI went to jail?
Have we seen it?
No, they're largely, they're basically untouchable.
They do whatever they want.
What does that mean when the people that are supposed to enforce the law are not able to be held accountable to the law?
Let's play a piece of tape here from the Weaponization of Government Committee, Special Agent Garrett O'Boyle, talking about what's happening right now at the DOJ and the FBI, Play Cut 75.
I'm sad.
I'm disappointed.
And I'm angry that I have to be here to testify about the weaponization of the FBI and DOJ.
Weaponization against not only its own employees, but against those institutions and individuals that are supposed to protect the American people.
I'm here today because even though I am wrongfully suspended from the FBI, I remain duty-bound to the American people to play my small role in rectifying these issues.
I couldn't knowingly continue on this path silently without speaking out against the weaponization I witnessed, even if it meant losing my job, my career, my livelihood, my family's home, and now my anonymity.
They come after you very hard.
They're going to come after him like you wouldn't believe.
Of course, they promote and encourage people to be like Andy McCabe or Peter Strzzok or Lisa Page, who are seditious conspiracists and traitors to the country.
Whistleblower explains how the FBI uses security clearances to keep whistleblowers from getting other jobs and they financially will crush you, financially crush you.
Look, other people probably want to blow the whistle.
Other people want to speak out.
Look, there's some amazing people, obviously, that are still working at the FBI, a lot of them.
In fact, when a lunatic wanted to come and shoot up one of our turning point USA events last summer, the FBI agents that they were on the mark and they deserved credit for that.
And that was not a DC thing.
That was a field office in Florida.
You know, there was a person that was saying online and had tickets booked to come do some real damage.
And praise God that the FBI and local police and everybody worked together and it's all public.
So there are some good people, but imagine you work for the FBI and you want to say something.
Imagine you work for the FBI and you say, my goodness, can you believe we're raiding James O'Keefe's home?
We're going after Steve Bannon.
We're going after all these people on the right and the left is just untouchable.
They are untouchable.
Meanwhile, Hunter Biden has like a whole new investigative team.
They just fired all of it.
That's a story the media is ignoring.
Anyway, let's go to Cut 87.
This has been a trying circumstance for me and my family.
It has been more than a year since the FBI took my paycheck from me and we're getting financially crushed.
My family and I have been surviving on early withdrawals from our retirement accounts while the FBI has ignored my request for approval to obtain outside employment during the review of my security clearance.
We have lost our federal health insurance coverage.
There's apparently no end in sight.
I'm hopeful scrutiny from Congress and from the Inspector General will deter the FBI from abusing the security clearance process to retaliate against others the way it's retaliated against me.
Now, there's supposed to be whistleblower protections.
There's supposed to be whistleblower guarantees.
Isn't it interesting when Eric Shimmarella, does that name mean anything to you?
Eric Shimmarella, who was the whistleblower against Donald Trump's phone call with Zelensky, which led to his first impeachment, he was literally listening in on the phone call and he blew the whistle.
How was he treated?
And remember, we were not even allowed to say his name for a while because they said that it's whistleblowers are so protected.
You can't do that.
They could indict you if you say the name, Eric Shimmarella.
Censors would strike your account.
They would come after you aggressively.
Oh, so when that whistleblower triggered a Trump impeachment, he was celebrated by the regime, even though there was nothing to blow the whistle on.
No, this is exactly how a secret police organization operates.
And yes, part of his exposure, but how much more evidence do we need?
Now, it's a fascinating thing, though, because the Democrats used to be skeptical of domestic police organizations.
They were the ones that used to push back against this.
Republicans were almost always the cheerleaders for a bigger and stronger FBI, but something changed.
And Donald Trump largely was the reason because the FBI is not as ideological as you might think.
They care about their power, their status, and they'll do the bidding of the regime.
Trump changed everything.
When Trump ran for president, all of a sudden, the Democrats said, no, well, now we have to convince our senators and our people that we actually love the FBI.
I want you to understand how strange that is.
Mortgage Challenges Solved 00:02:06
Where AOC, Alexandria Acasio-Cortez, or Rashida Talib, in one sentence are talking about defunding the local police and yet how untouchable the FBI is.
Democrat activist groups used to get worked up and animated over a domestic police agency against Americans.
Where have all the mortgage companies gone?
With all the here today, gone tomorrow companies out there, it's important to use seasoned mortgage experts with years of experience.
Use the company I personally use for my mortgage needs.
I've used them, and I could tell you, Andrew Del Rey and Todd of Akian at Sierra Pacific Mortgage make the process enjoyable.
Yes, they're friends of mine.

Trans Hate Speech Manifesto 00:14:34
No matter how simple people make it seem, there is not a clear solution to the FBI.
I think the House Republicans need to start to cut the funding, fence off the funding, basically close the Washington, D.C. field office.
You could shrink it to almost bare bones minimum.
Look, there's some legitimately great work that happens in the other field offices.
Decentralized is better than centralized.
Based on all the reports that we have from FBI whistleblowers and conversations we've had, the field offices are bad, but they're nowhere near as bad as what's happening in Washington, D.C. You see, but the Democrats, it's fascinating.
The Democrats have made a decision, and it's really a philosophical one.
Kind of going off of the tradition that the state is untouchable, that if you're able to take over power centers, you're then able to control the country.
They have transitioned from an organization, a group, a movement that used to be critical of domestic spying or surveilling of their own movements to falling in love with the agency that is in harmony with their needs, wants, and desires.
The FBI is hiring new people.
And who are they hiring?
They're hiring college graduates that hate the country, don't share our values, especially the ones in the Washington, D.C. field office.
They're hiring people that are pro-trans and pro-LGBT.
And so the actual staffing of these agencies is changing tremendously.
And look at this.
This person is not a voting member, but she is a representative.
Stacey Plaskett.
My colleagues on the far right are on a mission to attack, discredit, and ultimately dismantle the FBI.
This is defund the police on steroids.
And the media says, whoa, she's doing such a great job.
It's such a disgustingly dishonest argument.
Local police have been defunded by Stacey Plaskett and her friends.
And you better believe that we want to defund the Washington, D.C. field office.
Bring it down to zero-based budgeting.
Build it back up.
Tell us the investigation.
Who got fired from Crossfire Hurricane?
Has anyone lost their pension?
Has anyone been disciplined?
No, it seems as if business is a booming at the FBI.
You're able to spy on a duly elected president.
You're able to meet with Twitter illegally and censor the Hunter Biden laptop story.
And there is no consequence.
There's no justice.
There's no check and balance.
Play Cut 82.
My colleagues on the far right are on a mission to attack, discredit, and ultimately dismantle the FBI.
This is defund the police on steroids.
As part of their mission, my colleagues have brought in these former agents, men who lost their security clearances because they were a threat to our national security, who, out of malice or ignorance, or both, have put partisan agenda above the oath they swore to serve this country and protect its national security.
I mean, this is right out of provider.
This is Soviet-style communication.
How dare you oppose the flag?
How dare you oppose Mother Russia?
How dare you speak out?
Show trial for you, gulag for you.
She would have made a great Soviet.
She basically is one.
Now, remember, they want to get rid of the local sheriffs, the local DAs.
They want to have chaos in the streets to create a woke Marxist national police force.
We have, we wrote an op-ed about this.
We've talked about this.
The FBI, the National Field Office, is what they want to try to strengthen.
And one of the lies that they have to keep on repeating, and I cannot emphasize enough that if you are afraid to talk about the racial issues, you have to get out of politics completely.
They are going to use white guilt.
They're going to use this misrepresentation of the data to take over the entire country.
They say, let me give you a window into how deceiving and how insane this is.
Who is this Democrat witness?
Can we get this person's name?
With Marjorie Taylor Green.
They said every politically motivated murder in 2022, every single one was committed by a right-wing extremist.
Now, without any research at all, without any sort of, well, that sounds, you know, like 10 minutes of research.
I know that's not true.
Remember the murder charge, which, by the way, just recently got downgraded to manslaughter in North Dakota.
Do you remember this?
Where Kayler Ellingson, 18-year-old Trump supporter, was murdered because he was deemed a Republican extremist.
Just that's just off the top of my head.
So this person is lying under oath to Congress.
These are the experts that they bring in.
Here's another one: Shannon Brandt, 42 years old of Glenfield, North Carolina, initially said he hit and killed Kayler Ellenson.
Oh, it's the same one because of political views.
This is the lie.
These are the lies that say every single politically motivated murder, not to mention Nashville, or how about this one?
You probably didn't hear this one in your local news reports.
If you live in Arizona, did you know that a trans person murdered a 29-year-old girl walking her dog in cold blood in Scottsdale, Arizona, right outside the Mayo Clinic in considered to be one of the safest communities in America, stabbed her to death, saying, I wanted to be her using they, them pronouns in his LinkedIn.
Did you know this?
This woman who's about you're here from this Amy Splitnanek, a senior advisor on extremism on human rights first.
She should be in jail for lying to Congress.
This is a lie under oath.
Play cut 77.
But again, the statistics tell us that when it comes to politically motivated violence in 2022, every single murder was committed by a right-wing extremist.
Every single murder in America was committed by a right-wing extremist.
Every single politically motivated murder was committed by a right-wing extremist.
Are you sure about that?
Are you aware that the Tennessee shooter just recently identified as a man and she was a biological woman?
Was she a right-wing extremist as well?
Again, just the North Dakota example, disproves this person completely altogether.
But they have to keep that narrative going.
Right-wing extremism.
Washington Post repeats the lie, underrecognized, is what they say.
It's the rights violence problem.
The rights violence problem?
We have a violence problem?
I mean, it's so opposite.
It's so Orwellian.
And they say, well, the Hispanic man in Texas was a white supremacist.
What?
And so they have to keep this narrative going.
The lie is critical for their formula, their equation.
And you can't, if you dare respond to it, they say, oh, you're a racist.
You don't have the same data.
This person was murdered because he was a Republican.
Not to mention all the anti-white crimes.
Do you know about this?
Yes, the girl walking her dog in Scottsdale murdered.
How about this one?
Black Taj Matthews and black Maurice Holmes brutally murdered an innocent handyman, Lawrence Hurr, in a small Louisiana town in April.
They were roaming the streets because they said, quote, we wanted to kill a white person.
That was just a couple weeks ago.
This was a politically motivated murder incited by the media.
How many more white murders are going to happen?
Oh, you can't say that.
The more that they parrot this anti-white systemic racism, those two men right there prowled the streets of Louisiana, found a white handyman fixing a mailbox, and murdered him and did it for fun.
They did it for enjoyment.
They got a thrill out of it because they hate white people.
Yeah, there is a cost when all of a sudden you start to institutionalize bigoted speech against a racial group.
It's wrong.
It's from the pit of hell.
No one should ever do it.
And the FBI won't touch it.
The FBI won't tell you that there was a mass shooting planned in Colorado Springs that was thwarted by a trans person.
The FBI won't dare mention a trans person murdered, 29-year-old person, a young lady, hiking trail in Scottsdale.
They didn't mention that.
It's against the narrative.
Play cut 85, please.
To which the SSA responded back, and I was privy to these conversations firsthand.
Why can't you show us, why can't you just send us back, give us access to the 11,000 hours of video that's available?
Because there may be, maybe UC's undercover officers or CHS's confidential unit for confidential human sources on those videos whose identity we need to protect.
What that is, they're not allowed to share the footage of what happened on January 6th because there's so many feds, they don't even know what to do with it.
Welcome back, everybody.
Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
We got hit by the speech police.
Can't say tranny.
Can't do that.
So a person of transgenderness, they say, oh, that's hate speech.
It's a smear.
It's slander.
No, it's not.
So I can call them queer.
When I grew up, this is what I hate.
This is what is how you know you're living in a totalitarian country when there's secret rules that are constantly changing.
I've asked YouTube, what are the rules?
They don't tell you.
They say, well, you can't do hate speech.
What the heck is hate speech then?
And by the way, if you want to talk about hate speech, they're allowed to say whatever they want to say about me.
The young Turks, I mean, they brutalize me.
Like, whatever, it's free speech.
I mean, they come after me so hard.
And so what are the rules against what people?
And they're constantly changing.
Can't say this word, can't say that word.
In fact, it's gone so far that on YouTube, we lost access to our YouTube account for one week because I said that trans people are suffering under a mental delusion.
Can't say that.
That's hate speech.
It's insensitive.
Which, by the way, it's a fact.
Mental delusion.
They think they're something they're not.
If they thought they were a rhinoceros, they would be equally as delusional.
And you might say, well, Charlie, why do you still use YouTube?
No, I'll defend that 100%.
We reach millions of 14, 15, 16, and 17-year-olds that have not made their mind up politically on YouTube every day.
That's very important.
And so I am not going to retreat from YouTube.
I'm not going to intentionally try to lose our YouTube presence because it's good for the culture war.
It's good.
It's necessary for persuasion.
I can say that 100%.
At the same time, please go to Rumble.
This is just getting completely and totally out of control.
Okay.
So, and by the way, we had 150 million YouTube views this year alone.
That's why they have to come after us.
They're policing that I say tranny and not trans.
Really?
Yes, really.
They're looking for any sort of arbitrary.
And by the way, we set $0 on ads.
They come after us so hard.
But they're looking for any sort of micron of violation of their arbitrary, constantly changing rules that only they get to enforce.
And then when you ask them, what are the rules?
They say just don't do hate speech.
What does that mean?
You know what hate speech is?
It's speech that the trannies at YouTube hate.
That's what hate speech is.
Okay.
So where is the manifesto, by the way?
Jack Poseobic, to his great credit, I really, really like Jack Poseobic.
He's a terrific guy.
I don't want to steal his thunder because he deserves credit.
He's been keeping the drumbeat going.
So I'll just tease.
Where is the manifesto?
Why haven't we heard about it?
There's a lot there.
Isn't it interesting that we get manifestos almost immediately from shooter here and shooter there and shooter here and shoot her there and shoot her?
And we don't get the manifesto from the trans person in Tennessee.
In fact, even more suspiciously, the school has filed a motion to block the release of the manifesto.
What is that all about?
Why is the school doing that?
In fact, there are rumors, and Jack can clear this up for us, that some of the victims' families and the school paid for the funeral.
I don't know if that's true or not, but there were some reports on that.
Why can't we see this manifesto?
I think we all know what's in the manifesto.
I think we will see graphic, anti-Christian, anti-conservative, trans ideology that shows the inherent violent nature within the trans community.
And they are so gaslighting us.
I've never seen gaslighting quite like this.
On the front page of Yahoo.com the other day, they say threats against trans people at record highs.
No, it's the opposite.
It's the girl murdered on the hiking trail in Arizona.
It's the Colorado Springs shooting that didn't happen.
It's the Nashville shooting.
It's instance after instance after instance after instance of people that are suffering this ideology and they are obviously mentally challenged.
They have deep-seated mental issues.
And then society and people they trust are telling them that Christians hate them.
And then we pump them with a cocktail of incredibly powerful pharmacological agents and testosterone.
And we wonder why they go shoot up schools.
And after that shooting in Nashville, what did Joe Biden and Kareen Jean-Pierre say?
That trans people know how to fight back.
Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
