There's a lot of opinions out there right now about this Biden document story, and we have learned that Joe Biden has been keeping private classified documents in his garage next to his Corvette.

We have learned that apparently the official regime narrative is that people just stumbled upon these documents and then turned them over to the National Archives.
That they said, oh, you know, sorry, we have all these classified documents here, not just at the University of Pennsylvania, but also at Joe Biden's private residence, a residence that Hunter Biden also declared as his residence on an official government application, I believe, to get a firearm.
We're supposed to believe this entire story, and I know many of you do not.
Many of you look at this and you say, there is more to the story.
Now, now there's several theories out there.
Let me tell you what those are.
One of the theories is that these documents were planted by the deep state, by the shadow government, by the administrative state, by the fourth branch of government, that these documents were planted as a way to take down Joe Biden.
Hank Johnson, a Democrat who is most famously known for being very concerned that Guam was going to capsize because of too many troops on one side of the island, actual thing in a real congressional committee, not a joke, not hyperbole, not a metaphor.
Hank Johnson came out and said that these documents very well might have been planted.

My response to it all is that alleged classified documents showing up allegedly in the possession of Joseph Biden, but I'm suspicious of the timing of it.
I'm also aware of the fact that things can be planted on people.
Places and things can be planted and then discovered conveniently.
That may be what has occurred here.
I'm not ruling that out.
Now, look, the timing is suspicious because that's when they leaked it.
Now, I can't resist myself.
I do want to play Cut 103 just so you know who you're dealing with.
And many people out in our audience don't never heard of this, or they might not remember it, or some of you are going to remember it.
This is Congressman Hank Johnson, who at the time, I think this is like 10 years ago, was doing a congressional committee, was super worried that if too many troops go to the southern part of Guam, the island was going to capsize.
Real question to a general.

This is an island that at its widest level is, what, 12 miles from shore to shore, and at its smallest level, smallest location, it's seven miles between one shore and the other.
Is that correct?
I don't have the exact dimensions, but to your point, sir, I think Guam is a small island.
Very small island, about 24 miles, if I recall, long.
I don't know how many square miles that is.
Do you happen to know?
I don't have that figure with me, sir.
I can certainly supply it to you if you'd like.
Yeah, my fear is that the whole island will become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize.
We don't anticipate that.
That's a real thing.
That's who you're dealing with, that the island is going to tip over and capsize.
I just, that's a real congressional committee hearing.
This is the guy who is saying that Biden's documents might have been planted.
And I just love the general's response.
No, we don't anticipate that.
Now, to defend Hank Johnson, not on the Guam capsizing thing, because that is just indefensible.
You just can't make an argument against that.
But to defend Hank Johnson, it is not out of the realm of possibility that the deep state, the fourth branch of government, the shadow government, might be getting involved in trying to crossfire a president of the United States.
They did it to Donald Trump.
Why wouldn't they do it to Joe Biden?
However, I don't buy that personal narrative.
I don't.
So that's one theory, one of the theories probed by Hank Johnson and Democrats.
And by the way, it's very interesting to note.
This is the first time in recent memory that Democrats are all on different song sheets.
They're all saying something different.
They are not in unison.
They're not in harmony.
Operation Mockingbird is not working at full capacity right now.
You got Hank Johnson saying the documents were planted.
Chuck Schumer says that we need to let the special counsel play out.
Other people saying that Donald Trump did it worse.
Other Democrats saying that this is hurting their case against Donald Trump.
Their cyborg-like discipline is way off.
The Borg is malfunctioning.
They are overheating.
The central operating procedure of the Democrat messaging apparatus is not clicking.
It's not firing on all cylinders.
Now, there's some other theories that Joe Biden was just reckless with these documents.
I'm actually sympathetic to this argument.
Joe Biden is arrogant.
He's prideful.
He's cocky.
He's also not very bright.
I don't think he ever anticipated becoming president in the way that he became president.
As vice president, he never thought anyone would come after him.
He's largely untouchable.
And I don't think Joe Biden ever anticipated the idea of document retention to be something that the Department of Justice would care about, but they saw that as a potential attack vector against Donald Trump, opening up what would then be a potential double standard of Joe Biden versus Donald Trump.
So it's probably more likely that Joe Biden was reckless or sloppy with these documents.
But what is important is why are we learning about this now?
Why is the leak happening in the last couple of weeks?
Why is it after there's a Republican Congress?
And the way to answer these questions is an old Latin phrase that is very helpful, which is qui bono.
To who benefits?
To who stands to gain?
That is the most important question that you must ask in a situation like this.
Who will benefit from such a double cross of Joe Biden?
Who stands to benefit?
Now, the easy answer that cable television and some conservative media will say is Vice President Harris.
All right, let's acknowledge that.
That's true.
But you really think that Vice President Harris is sophisticated enough, likable enough to work with the deep state of government to cross Joe Biden?
Probably not.
Who else stands to benefit?
Well, potentially Donald Trump stands to benefit.
So a theory out there, again, this is just a theory that really upset Republicans and conservatives in the Department of Justice, they leaked this.
Another theory is that the patriots in the Department of Justice and the FBI that have just been abused and lied to, they knew this was out there and they leaked this as a way to try to say, you're not going to go after Donald Trump while Joe Biden did the exact same thing.
I'm not sure I buy that.
I'll be honest.
I don't find that to be necessarily conceivable, but it's a possibility.
Another option is just that there is a fear.
There is a fear that Joe Biden might not be able to win an election again in 2024, win in phrase, that might not be able to be implemented as president again.
That Joe Biden has gone past his expiration date.
Joe Biden is the mayonnaise in your refrigerator.
You look at it like, whoa, that's spoiled.
We got to get rid of it.
And potentially, there is an effort by the true sovereign in our country, the administrative state, to remove the now spoiled Joe Biden.
All these are theories, but I want your thoughts as we explore this together.

What are you guys seeing on the front lines there?
Walk us through it and tell us how this applies to American sovereignty and some of our domestic battles that we are going through right now.
Well, the reason we're starting here, Charlie, is you mentioned one of the most dangerous corridors on the planet between Venezuela and Colombia.
We actually started at the Venezuela border yesterday.
We're making our trek across Colombia, following the illegals as they're leaving Venezuela, going across this country, and then ultimately up through Panama, making that journey up to the United States.
And this is really the epicenter.
You know, you have Kamala Harris talking about the root causes.
Well, they ignore the fact that so many of the people that are coming to America are fleeing the violence.
What you see behind us was actually a Sicario hit that happened while we were live on the air with Steve Bannon on War Room.
We were three blocks down the road when this happened.
When we got down here, there was a man dead in the street, and there are multiple victims inside that vehicle now that they're bringing out.
We have forensics down here right now.
This is just a small part of what the people of Central South America experience on a daily basis, but that's also what the open borders leftists are inviting into America.
So the purpose of this journey is to show American people, what the mainstream media, what the left don't want you to see, the reality of what's down here, and then connect that to it's the push-pull.
It's the push of the violence and corruption from down here.
And it's the pull of the open borders left, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and really the NGOs, non-governmental organizations, and organizations like the UN that are inviting this invasion into our country and to show it for what it is and hopefully hold these people accountable and ultimately secure the border.

Yes, we were at the most important bridge of migration between Venezuela and Colombia yesterday, Charlie.
We were at Simón Bolivar.
More than 600,000 migrants have walked through that bridge in the year 2022.
The most shocking thing that Ben and I experienced yesterday as we were documented the migration, it is the lack of resources that they have in Venezuela because of the communist and socialist system in terms of Colombia.
You see shopping carts coming on, coming in empty into Colombia, and then you see chopping carts coming in full with food as people are lacking of food or lacking of resources.
And the most shocking thing also is the health crisis that is living over there.
You see a lot of sick people coming in from Venezuela into Colombia.
Also, it is the other trickle effect that is affecting the Colombian citizens.
It is affecting their jobs.
It is affecting the class of the middle class citizens that is affecting their taking away their jobs, security issues.
And also another shocking thing is the minor prostitution that is exacerbating in every border that connects to Venezuela.
Charlie, Venezuela and Colombia are not geographically next to America, so we don't always get an idea of what's happening there.
Just build it out, though, how what happens south of the Tropic of Cancer, all the way in Colombia and Venezuela, has direct and immediate ramifications on our border in our neighborhoods.
I really want you guys to explain that to our audience.
This is where much of the illegal immigration that ends up on our southern border starts.
There's several points of entry, but Venezuela being a communist country, many of the Cubans start.
They fly into Venezuela, boat into Venezuela.
We have people from the Middle East, from Iran, coming into Venezuela, and then they all float through up through Panama and then Central America and Mexico and basically are transported by the cartels up to the United States border, paying off the cartels, enriching the cartels as they go.
Reason we're starting this journey here is to show you that full process.
The mainstream media doesn't want you to see and really connecting the dots and painting a much larger picture of the evil that we're up against.
Yes, one of the most violent gangs in Venezuela that the government of the United States already red flagged every border is a trenderagua and a lot of these people are coming in into the borders of the border that we were yesterday.
These are the violent people that the Biden administration is admitting without being inspected.
And that is the main reason why we're coming down here to expose all the evilness that is coming through every border as they are heading north into the United States of America.

It's terrible what happened to you, the ambush, the sabotage, the betrayal by so many Republicans.
But give us a status of how you are doing and your lawsuit, and we'll go from there.
Betrayal is a great word.
I mean, it's a betrayal.
It's not just about me.
It's a betrayal of the people of Arizona.
They got out.
They did everything right.
They showed up.
They voted and only to have their sacred vote trampled with the sabotage of Election Day.
Pure and simple.
That's what it's about, and that's why we're fighting it.
And they figured me being new to politics, I roll it up and walk away and lick my wounds.
And that's not how I operate.
I'm standing up for the people and we're moving this case forward.
I want people to know the appellate court has accepted this case on its merit and we are moving forward.
I'm going to look down at my notes because the 17th, which is this coming Tuesday, is when the defense has to respond to our case.
And then we will have an additional several days to respond to their response.
And then this appellate group, this three-judge appellate court will take a look at all of the evidence.
And we have thousands of pages of sworn declarations and they will make their judgment.
Of course, we're hoping to push this even faster right to the Arizona Supreme Court.
We'll see if that works.
But if not, we'll work our way up to the Arizona Supreme Court.
We will not accept defeat because we won this race.
The people showed up in massive numbers and they are so afraid of we the people.
The political elite is so afraid of we the people that they stole this in broad daylight.
They sabotaged Election Day.
And if we lay down and let them do this to us now, we will never have a country.
So I'm looking forward to bringing this case to the appellate court.
It's interesting, Charlie, to see what's happening in Arizona because Arizona was one of the strongest, is one of the strongest grassroots Republican states in the country.
And for them to come in and steal this election in broad daylight, it was like a physical assault to us.
And now they're trying to go in at every level of the Republican Party in the legislative district meetings, and they're trying to take back control of the Republican Party.
By they, I mean the Uniparty Republicans, the hardcore establishment, rhino-type Republicans.
They are trying to claw this back from we the people.
And I hope to God, I know that these meetings have been really rough and tumble, some of these legislative meetings.
I hope that the grassroots, patriotic Republicans are not walking out of these meetings in disgust because that's exactly what the other side wants.
We need to stand our ground and say, we will not walk out of this meeting.
We will not let you take back this Republican Party.
It is the party of wealth.
Yeah, allow me to comment on that for a second here, Kerry, because I'm really passionate about this.
So there is this story in NBC News where it says Arizona's plot to eradicate extremists.
And essentially, they're talking about how the Arizona Republican Party is going to have this big effort to try to get a moderate instead of a grassroots person.
I'm going to be personally involved, Carrie, in speaking at LD meetings or speaking wherever I think I could be helpful.
I know you will as well, Carrie, especially at the, you know, if the convention wants me, whatever.
But my message would be very simple: it's the exact polar opposite.
It is the establishment.
It is the moderates that did not give you enough support.
And they say, oh, well, you know, we didn't like Carrie Lake.
Oh, but you did like Katie Hobbs.
You guys signed on to the letter.
The Republicans for Katie Hobbs effort was robust.
It was well-funded.
It was treacherous.
It was deceitful.
And you guys could suck up your own pride that a different type of candidate was on pace to become governor and they worked in harmony and collusion with Stephen Richer and Bill Gates.
And so this is a, I don't want to talk too much about this, Kerry, but you have thoughts on this because I'm going to be involved in this.
Turning point action will be involved in this.
I'm going to make sure the Arizona Republican Party remains a robust, citizen-focused conservative party.
Your thoughts, Kerry?
I am right there with you.
I'll do whatever I can.
And we need to make sure we are so strong.
We, the people, are so strong.
And they don't want us to be part of the, they want it to be the political elite and the Democrats and the Republicans working to pad and line their pockets.
And we, the people, just sit quietly on the sidelines and take whatever terrible policies they send our way.
Well, thanks to President Trump, we the people got active and we are taking back our party.
We're not going to sit back and let them steal this from us.
So we will work really hard.
They are not true Republicans.
True Republicans would never back Joe Biden.
And we saw some Arizona Republicans backing Joe Biden over President Trump.
I'm sorry, but if you're backing Joe Biden, you might as well just hand in your Republican card and register as a socialist or a Democrat.
Any so-called Republican who backed Katie Hobbs, hand in your Republican card.
You are now officially a Biden democrat.
Let me prove it to you.
So I know so many people in Arizona that were told, and they did suck it up for Martha McSally.
These are grassroots folks.
These are people that are like, okay, Martha is not my choice, but I don't like the Democrat.
And I'm going to suck it up and I'm going to give money.
I'm going to volunteer.
And then suck it up again for Martha McSally.
But when it came time for the establishment to suck it up because their person didn't get the nomination to get behind Carrie Lake, they were not able to do it.
So let me just make sure everyone understands this point.
Is that they used to say, fall in line.
Okay, time to fall in line.
We're passing.
And I did.
I used to.
I was like, okay, fine.
Yes, I got it.
We're going to do it.
You're right.
I want to defeat the Democrat.
But when you were the nominee, they refused to do the same thing that they demanded from us for all those previous election cycles.
That's right.
And now they're going around to these meetings and I resent this.
And they're saying, oh, we had bad candidates.
We had excellent candidates.
We had exceptional candidates.
And I'm going to pat myself on the back.
My candidacy was one of the biggest things in politics that Arizona's ever seen.
It was a candidacy, not of me, but of we, we the people.
And we had great policy, excellent policy to secure our border, to bring crime down, to actually reduce taxes for people so that they had more money in their pocket to combat Joe Biden's inflation.
Great policies when it comes to education.
So our kids are getting out of high school.
Imagine that.
Ready for the workforce, not having to then go on to college and get into debt.
They're ready for a career out of high school.
We have great policy dealing with our chronic street homelessness to lift these people up, get them back into the workforce and stop the scourge of homelessness.
And all of our policies, reshoring manufacturing back to Arizona, we actually had great policies.
That's why we have such a movement.
And this movement is not over.
This movement is still alive and well.
And so they're panicked.
And I'm talking about the establishment rhino side of the party because they never did have good policy.
The policy was about keeping their gravy train going rather than solving the problems that are plaguing our society and our communities.
And Donald Trump is all about common sense solutions.
And I really tried to model some of what I did off of his America First Agenda because I saw in him a president who, even though he was taking hits every day from the fake media and the mainstream media, was still able to get a lot done and help serve the American people.
When you're in politics, you are working for the people.
You're not the boss.
The people are the boss.
And we need to get back to that.
And right now we're watching this rhino class of our party try to go into all of these small legislative districts and claw back control.
And I want the grassroots to know, don't give them a damn inch.
We're not going to give them an inch.
I'm going to be involved.
You're going to be involved.
We're going to show up at those difficult, you know, LD meetings at 8:30 in the morning on Saturday.
And we're going to give the speeches.
We're going to look people in the eye.
I'm going to communicate to them the best I can.
I know you will.
Okay, so I want to get back to something here, Carrie, that really flummoxes me and confuses me.
So here you are in the midst of a lawsuit.
You have to prove malice, which is very hard in a short period of time, an almost impossible threshold because all Richer and Bill Gates and those buffoons have to say is, well, I'm just such an idiot.
I don't know how to run it.
And that was basically their defense.
My idiocy and my inability to run functioning systems is exactly why Katie Hobbs should become governor.
But then something interesting happened is in the midst of the automatic recount for Abe Hamaday, we realized all of a sudden a couple hundred vote discrepancy in a conservative county, Pinal County.
And it just makes you wonder if that all of a sudden was able to happen, what would the recounts look like in Coconino or in Democrat parts of Maricopa or in Pima County?
But percentage-wise, it was massive.
So now that you are still proceeding with lawsuits, are you able to use some of that as at least either precedent or as an argument to say we need a hand ballot by ballot robust signature verification recount for my election?
Yeah.
You know what?
I mean, anything that makes it into the mainstream and people are talking about, we can bring up in our case.
I mean, it's difficult to overhaul the whole case.
They won't allow that.
But we are trying to bring new things in and we have a lot of new evidence coming our way every day.
This is how these election cases work, Charlie.
So much of it is gathering evidence after the fact.
And we were able to pull a great case together in days after the election.
Unfortunately, in the lower court, the judge only took two of our counts, the two hardest ones to prove.
We think we're going to have an easier time in the appellate court, and it'll go to the Arizona Supreme Court and maybe even above that to the U.S. Supreme Court.
We will be mentioning this.
And of course, if we get to the part where we have oral arguments, we can bring these things up as well.
There's a boatload of evidence in our favor.
And we just need a judge to wake up and realize what's on the line here.
And if we do not restore honest elections now, our country will turn into a Venezuela.
We have Venezuela-style elections.
And this is how you destroy a country.
That and a wide open border combined and a push for globalism, which really is just a fancy word for communism.
That's right.
And it's all over.
So, Carrie, it's very frustrating the legal process.
So now you are in an appellate process.
Is that correct?
Yeah.
We're in the appellate court.
You know, it goes from the county, the municipal, basically.
We were in the superior court in Arizona.
Then it moves to the appellate and then the Supreme Court.
And we wanted to fast-track it right to the Supreme Court.
We filed our case in the appellate court.
The Supreme Court came in and said, well, since you already have a schedule in the appellate court, we'll let it run through there.
We would like to fast-track it to the Supreme Court, but we have to work through the legal system.
And I know that for many Arizonans, that is frustrating.
Trust me, I get it.
It's frustrating for me.
We won in the landslide, I believe, and we can prove that.
And unfortunately, now we have to win in the legal system, but we are not going to stop fighting.
If they thought that we would just let them steal this in broad daylight and walk away, as I say, they messed with the wrong woman.
And the people of Arizona are telling me you've got to stay in this fight because without you in the fight, how do we fight for election integrity and election reform?
So we're going to do it and we've got to go through the system.
I've got them that next Tuesday, the defense has to present their rebuttal, basically, and then we will have our rebuttal to their rebuttal on the 24th.
And then the three judges will take a look at it and make a ruling.
Unless we can get it fast-tracked again, we'll make an attempt to the Supreme Court, which we will try to do.
So, you know, we got to work through the courts, unfortunately.
We are living in a very corrupt world.
I'm a very dangerous candidate, not because my policies are dangerous.
My policies actually make sense.
For the first time, we're getting politicians with common sense policy that helps all Arizonans, Republican, Democrat, Independent alike, no matter what your skin color, whatever your background, these are common sense policies.
But I'm not controlled by the apparatus.
I'm not controlled by the political machine.
And that makes me dangerous to their corruption because they know I want to get in there and start looking around and finding where the corruption is and rooting it out.
And that's why they had to do everything in their power to stop us.
We ran a great campaign.
It was very positive.
And we have a very strong movement.
If they think they can steal an election and make this movement of we the people of mama bears and papa bears Who care about their kids of grandmas and grandpas and students just go away?
They've got another thing coming because we're going to work through the court system and we will be victorious.
We're not letting them steal elections anymore.
One of the issues also was the lack of national resources deployed to Arizona in your support.
I'm going out in a couple of weeks to speak on behalf of changing RNC leadership.
We've had Mike Lindell.
We have had Harmeet Dillon on this program.
And 98% of turning point attendees say they want to change in RNC leadership.
And the grassroots are demanding it.
They're clamoring for it.
Meanwhile, McConnell spends money up in Alaska.
Carrie, RNC race, this is a big moment, watershed moment to make sure that what happened to you will never happen again.
I am all for a change in leadership.
You know, thank you, Ronna, for your service.
You know, it's just time for some fresh ideas, some fresh energy, and somebody who will finally appreciate the grassroots, the we, the people.
And I know that Rana's been out on various shows attacking me, trying to say we ran a bad campaign.
She never came to one of our campaign events.
Our campaign events were the most beautiful campaign events because it was a mix of all Arizonans, all different age groups.
She wants to sit there and she wants to continue with the status quo of losing elections because they don't put money into grassroots.
They only pick the rhino-type candidates to pour money behind, the ones they can control.
And the Republican Party under President Trump has become the party for the people, the American people, America First.
And so we're ready for a change.
We thank her for her service and we're ready for a change with somebody who will respect the grassroots.
And I think we can get that in Harmit or Mike.
I am firmly behind getting a change and I'm going to do whatever I can because without that, if we don't have the RNC working with us, with the people, I don't know how we can really bring America First policies in and get some solutions to these problems that have been plaguing us for far too long.
We're on the verge of either becoming the greatest country and solving some of these problems or falling into communism.
We're at this really critical point.
And I like to see the bright side of that.
I see us becoming that beacon, that nation where everything is possible, where every American has a shot at the American dream.
And if we don't act now, if we give up now and we don't continue fighting, then we will end up a communist nation.
Cliff Kingsbury is no longer coach of the Arizona Cardinals because he was a failure.
If we fire our football coaches, we should fire the chairpeople of the RNC because guess what?
Our country is a lot more important than the Arizona Cardinals' football record.
