Why We Need a Plan 00:10:43
Hey everybody, today in the Charlie Kirk show, email me directly, freedom at charliekirk.com.
I love seeing so many of you at AmericaFest and get involved with Turning PointUSA Today at tpusa.com.
Start a high school or college chapter if you have not already at tpusa.com.
I want to thank those of you that came to AmericaFest.
It was incredible.
We have Harmeet Dylan, Tyler Boyer, and Carrie Lake for an update on her lawsuit and trial.
Buckle up, everybody.
Here we go.
Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
I want to thank Charlie.
He's an incredible guy.
His spirit, his love of this country.
He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
Turning point USA.
We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
That's why we are here.
Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
We are live here in Phoenix, Arizona at Turning Point USA's America Fest.
As always, you can email us, freedom at charliekirk.com, and subscribe to the Charlie Kirk Show podcast by taking out your phone and typing in Charlie Kirk Show.
With us is the winner of the Turning Point Action Straw Paul.
Who should run the RNC?
Harmee Dylan.
Hi.
Thank you, Charlie.
Congratulations.
Thank you so much.
You got 50 plus percent, like 57 percent.
But the real takeaway that was just shocking, I don't know if it was shocking, 98 percent of attendees here said it is time for a new RNC chair.
Well, it's it's it's obvious to everybody outside the supporters of the current leadership and the consultants who have made hundreds of millions of dollars off that leadership.
So look, it's unfortunate that some members of the RNC don't want to listen to the grassroots, but I do want to tell you a lot of them do.
And state after state has been voting at the executive committee level that it's time for a change at the RNC.
So Arizona, Texas, Tennessee, the Wyoming GOP is unanimously supporting me.
And so as we go on with this campaign, people get to know what the issues are, learn some new things about the operations of the RNC.
We are flipping members who are originally supporting Rana over to our side.
And you can find out more about this at hireharmeet.com.
That's my favorite website because you can contact your, I don't know if you can see this or not, but we have to spell it out because sometimes people don't get it.
Hire Harmeet.
Like you're going to hire somebody, Harmeet.com.
Everybody here, contact your state committeeman.
Contact your state party chair.
Be respectful, but say, hey, we knock on doors.
We make phone calls.
We donate money.
And we're not happy with how things are going.
And you need to fire the current RNC regime.
Let me just say, though, if you contact them, please be polite.
Some of them are shocked to ever hear from the people they represent.
Who are you?
Yeah, who are you?
And who are you, peasant?
Silly voter.
But more than that, if you are a precinct committee man or otherwise have a role on your state party, that's the best place because when the state party leadership that elects these three members of the RNC tells them how they feel, boy, do they sit up and take notice about that.
And so Harmeet, we've mentioned this before on this program, but traditionally, these elections are not dramatic.
They're not public.
They are very clubby.
Oh, yeah.
They're very insider.
This is totally different, is it not?
No, no, no.
First of all, there aren't even elections.
People are anointed.
They're like blessed and the baton is passed to the next person.
But the same consultants stay in the building.
It's like a deep state, isn't it?
It's a deep state.
It's a deep state of the consultant class.
And so that's what happened.
There hasn't been a leadership election at the RNC for 12 years.
And 12 years ago, it wasn't a popular uprising.
It was just sort of people battling within the walls of the RNC.
And so I think there ought to be more competition in the party.
I think there should be competition for leadership at every level.
Yes.
Competition is good.
We believe in competition.
You contrast that with the Democrats, where this election cycle, Republicans should have done much better.
Oh, yeah.
We lost a net Senate seat, and every dollar matters.
Now, some people say, well, Charlie, you know, $17 million on donor mementos, you know, $700,000 on flowers, $100,000 on clothing from Lululemon.
It doesn't matter that much.
So people that are saying this are insane, by the way, and are so out of touch.
But, Harmee, this is important to educate the grassroots because some people will say, Charlie, I want to just abandon the Republican Party because of the way our laws are written, the federal election code, the Republican Party can do things that a super PAC cannot do, that a 501c4 cannot do, share data, host candidate forums.
That's right.
So there are very specific technical things that only a Republican Party can do.
So it's tempting for us to say, let's just leave and the Republican Party doesn't matter.
You can't win if that's the case.
No, that's exactly right.
And so people don't understand that.
And I don't want to bore everybody with campaign finance law, God forbid.
But it is exactly true what you said.
And I'll give it to you in writing.
Without a robust, strong, aggressive, in touch with the grassroots Republican Party, we cannot win back the White House.
We cannot win back the Senate.
We barely won the House thanks to the power of incumbency, but it is not good.
There's a leadership struggle going on there for that very reason.
And it's doable.
And we've had robust, aggressive America first Republican Party before, but we need to bring it back to that.
Well, and we won the House, in my opinion, because of grassroots activists that were ignored in New York and California that went to work and got candidates across the finish line.
Without New York and California, the pastors, the moms, the parents that showed up and went to work, I mean, your state, California, they did not get a lot of love from the RNC.
Well, RNC did provide some resources in certain targeted areas, but we do have a very, but our state party is pretty well organized and pretty good too.
And, you know, same in New York.
Not all of them are like that.
So RNC ought to be teaching people how to fish, not focusing on cash transfers and all of that.
And so, you know, we're not the party of welfare.
We're not the party of cronyism.
And I look at what's happening in the RNC right now and I think, boy, we're condemning Hunter Biden, Joe Biden for the Ukraine cronyism and all of that.
Yet I see those same kinds of big money mentalities and interest controlling our party.
And so we shouldn't be hypocrites.
If we're talking the talk, we got to walk the water.
Amen.
And what really angers me, and people have come up to me at this event and have said, Charlie, I gave 50 bucks a month because Donald Trump signed some email solicitation for the Republican Party, of which really angers me that they use his signature to go actually help crony Rhino interests.
It's so wrong.
It's so despicable.
I mean, I'm sure all of you, how many of you get way too many emails and text messages begging for money all the time?
Even me as a member of the RNC.
But they don't listen.
They tell me, well, Charlie, there's no other way to raise money.
Democrats raised $800 million more dollars than we did.
I honestly think that these people are so sick within the Republican apparatus.
They care about you so little.
All they want to do is raise as much money, don't care if we win, don't care if you get it.
Literally, I got five text messages like triple match.
Like this person is going to die if you don't give $50.
Like, geez, it's December.
Like, why do you need money?
The election was last month.
And what it does is it creates people to give money they otherwise would not.
And then it gets totally misused.
Okay, so I'm going to push back a little bit.
We actually do need money year-round.
We should have been filing lawsuits in Arizona after the 2020 election.
Okay.
That is a year-round, like most of the election integrity staff at the RNC were laid off this month.
Do we need election integrity year-round?
We need election integrity.
So, oh, the year round.
So, the current RNC just laid off election integrity.
Most of them.
They hired back a few after some election integrity lawyers complained about it.
But, but that's the problem.
Like, have a big show.
Okay, we send people to this many places, and then in the back end, they get laid out-like seasonal farmhands.
They're not seasonal farmhands.
This should be job one, winning elections.
And every dollar needs to be spent with the question of is this get us closer to win the White House in 2024.
So, some people say, Harmee, what will you change?
You say forensic audit, consultant class, you know, purge, and the biggest thing, close the Washington, D.C. office and move the offices to Wisconsin, Georgia, or Arizona.
Well, at a minimum, decentralize most of the jobs out of D.C.
And I think that's very important.
But, but you know, one of the reasons why we didn't win, we paid $800,000 to one prominent consultant this year for messaging.
How was our messaging at the Republican National Committee?
Did it motivate you to vote?
Was it Frank Luntz?
I'm not going to say the consultant class.
But no, Frank Luntz is a good person.
That guy attacks me on Twitter all the time.
I wasn't even talking about Frank Luntz.
Oh, okay.
It's a joke.
But we also need a plan, just like you pointed out.
The Democrats raise money into the DNC, but they raise billions outside that infrastructure.
But the Republican Party should be the pay setter of the policy and in touch with what the people want.
And then other organizations, other grassroots organizations, other 501c3s PACs, they can take their cues from our leadership.
That's right.
We're the air cover.
We need to be like leading the charge, and we're not doing that.
What the Democrat Party does is they only spend money on the things that only the Democrat Party can do.
That's right.
Which is data, which is campaign and candidate coordination, legal coordination with the state parties.
And that's it.
It's not about this $17 million in donor mementos and all this overhead and all this waste that happens because I can't emphasize this enough.
Good people spent so much money they did not have thinking it would make their country freer and better just to have the RNC poof go away.
Hey, everybody, it is Christmas.
And during Christmas, a lot of you are excited for what you will receive.
But what if I told you that you can give the gift of life?
Now, this is something that all of us have in common.
If you are hearing my voice, therefore, you were not aborted.
You are all abortion survivors.
What if I told you by going to charliekirk.com and clicking on the pre-born banner, a gift of $28 could save a life?
Save five babies today for a gift of $140.
The Gift of Life 00:06:22
It provides a free ultrasound session for five young women in unplanned pregnancies.
80% of these women will choose life when they see the ultrasound image of their babies.
Look, we need the pro-life movement to not just be pro-life politically, but to give financially to be able to save lives of people that are considering to make the mistake of abortion.
I really like the people at Pre-Born.
I've got to know them very well.
They're terrific.
They love helping other people.
They want to help the unborn.
So let's help pre-born babies live a bright future.
Go to charliekirk.com.
Again, your gift of $140 provides a free ultrasound session, and there is a year-end matching gift.
So check it out right now, charliekirk.com, and click on the pre-born banner.
Make a gift this holiday season to save a baby from abortion, charliekirk.com, and support pre-born with a tax-deductible year-end gift.
Carrie Lake is taking selfies here with the amazing grassroots.
I'm back.
So, Carrie, tell us what parts of the lawsuit did they accept?
Because some was rejected, but two they did accept.
Handing of ballots and the machines, is that right?
That's right.
We're going to be talking about the lack of chain of custody involving hundreds of thousands of ballots with no chain of custody.
You know, when you're dealing with mail-in ballots, there's only a couple ways where you have security with those, and it's following a very strict chain of custody.
That means you know where every single ballot is and where it came from.
And you document that.
They didn't do that with about 300,000 ballots, and that's a problem.
So we're also going to be looking at another count which is involving intentional basically failure of the machines on election day and what was behind that.
You know, 59% of our polling locations on election day had inoperational, faulty equipment that wasn't working.
My polling place.
Your polling place.
I went there all broken.
The ballot printers, I mean, you think the ballot printers would be ready to go on Election Day, right?
It's not like you don't know when Election Day is.
We can pretty much tell you when Election Day is from here to eternity.
So they knew it was the big day.
Oh, wow, the ballot printers don't work.
Oh, there's not enough toner in them.
Oh, they're not matching up with the tabulator.
So there's a lot of problems that happened, causing massive waits of hours-long waits in line.
And so we've got those two counts that we're going to work on.
And our attorneys feel very confident in this case, and they're working very hard.
But I'll tell you what, whatever happens, either side's going to appeal, right?
And so we're willing to take this as far as we have to.
Yeah, so let's talk about the machine thing in particular.
So you have to approve intent.
Is that correct?
Yes.
That's going to be difficult, but not impossible because how on earth was there this problem in so many locations so quickly when the test the night before worked?
We have a cyber expert who worked for nine years for the company that actually does the testing and certification of machines in Maricopa County.
And he's saying that what happened on Election Day with this kind of a mass failure was not possible absent of intent.
There had to be intent for this to happen.
I mean, we all believe in coincidences, right?
But this is something that goes a little bit beyond that when 60% of our polling places don't work.
And they know for a fact that our people are showing up on Election Day.
And the guy running the entire Maricopa County elections, Stephen Richard, actually started a super PAC to bring down one candidate, me.
And he's in charge of the election.
So he's going to have to take the stand.
Katie Hobbs will have to take the stand.
Now, imagine this.
She wouldn't even do a debate.
She's going to have to sit on the stand in court and swear to tell the truth.
She might take the fifth, to be honest.
We'll see what happens.
Well, I don't know if she can get a sentence out.
Every time I've heard her speak off the cuff, it hasn't been the advice of counsel.
I invoke my Fifth Amendment constitutional right.
That might be too long for her.
That might be a long sentence.
Yes.
She's being coached on that.
That's right.
So, but Carrie, this is really important, though, because I believe there is no other explanation other than sabotage or ambush.
I agree.
I saw it firsthand.
God bless the poll workers.
Nothing about what we are talking about here is a criticism of our poll workers.
These are police officers and firefighters and teachers and wonderful people.
And when I went to go vote on Election Day, they were running around saying, Charlie, we don't know how to fix these machines.
We called the technician.
They said they could get around here three or four in the afternoon.
This was in the morning.
Lines were starting to form.
People were starting to get confused.
People that were then coming to go vote that way said, you know, forget it.
I'll just drop my ballot.
You were not able to vote the way you wanted to, but it didn't just happen there.
It happened all across the valley.
Why?
Sabotage.
Primarily in Republican polling places.
Yes.
That is where it happened.
The vast majority of the polling places that went down were Republican polling places.
And you're right.
People would say, I can't wait for two hours.
I got to drop the kids off.
I got to go to work.
I'll come back later.
Only to find the lines were even longer later, or they had to drive 20 miles away to find more lines at another polling location.
And so we're going to get to the bottom of this.
And, you know, Harmee talked a little bit in the break about how it's an uphill battle.
It's going to be a difficult case.
My attorneys feel very confident with what we have.
So what is the remedy we're asking for?
I think that we need a new election.
I think that there needs to be a new election.
But we can't have the same clowns running this election.
We can't put it back into the hands of people who have bungled the election time and time again.
And yesterday, Charlie, when they were trying to get this thrown out, what they said to the judge was really astounding.
They said, astonishing.
They said, this is just the kind of stuff that happens at elections.
Really?
60% of our polling locations don't fully work on election day, and they want us to just go, well, that's kind of par for the course.
No, we're not going to accept it.
Maybe it's par for the course with these incompetent fools, but the people of Arizona demand elections that are run well with people who know what they're doing so that our sacred vote counts.
Look, you know it's almost 2023 and nothing's really changed, has it?
The year's ending and things are now more expensive than they ever have been.
It's ridiculous.
What if I told you there's a way to protect your wealth this next year?
Protecting Your Wealth in Gold 00:12:30
I've put part of my portfolio into gold.
I'm talking about Bank of America's recent outlook of gold to $2,000 and silver to $25 in the second half of the year.
And that's just the beginning.
Looking forward to 2024, Bank of America sees gold prices remaining elevated with an average of $2,086 an ounce.
So what are you waiting for?
It's not too late to add precious metals to your IRA.
Thousands of people have retired comfortably with the help of Noble Gold Investments and their gold and silver IRAs.
If you're a hesitant investor, but one of the handful of Americans who can go for gold and silver in your IRA, now is the time to act.

Ben, you have some people in Arizona who have something to say to Carrie Lake.
What's going on, Ben?
Look at this beautiful family right here.
Tell me your names.
I'm Ashley Earl.
My husband's Chris.
Chris.
And then these guys.
What's your name?
Lincoln Earl.
Lincoln?
Grace Earl.
Grace.
Going to.
What is your message to Carrie Lake?
We love you.
We've been supporters of yours from the beginning.
Keep up the fight.
We stand behind you.
And thank you so much.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Do you want to say anything, Amen?
Go Carrie.
Go Carrie, he said.
Go Carrie.
That family is fantastic.
They have been there since the very beginning, and so many have.
I mean, the great thing about our movement, Ben, and Charlie and Tyler, is that it isn't about me.
It really isn't.
It's about we the people.
And I stepped into this because I care so much about Arizona.
And that's the great thing about America first, truly.
It is about bringing we the people back into the fold.
And President Trump was great at that.
It's putting families first.
It's putting Arizona families first.
And that's what you did your entire campaign.
And that's what, I think that's what we're fighting for on a day-to-day basis here is we got to put the family first.
We got to reassemble the American family and put that first.
Amen.
Amen.
If you do that, you win America.
And I told a lot of the young people, hey, look around.
Try to find your soulmate here.
And you want to make the...
We've done a lot of that, huh, Charlie?
Oh, yeah.
You do a lot of turning point marriages.
That's going to be a good thing.
You want to make the radical leftists mad?
Be happy.
Start a family.
Have kiddos.
Hey, meet your future family here at America Fest, not at a bar or on Tinder.
Like, that's true.
Do you hear face-to-face, sharing values and talking about God and love?
And what you do here is so important.
You know, the young people have been so done wrong when it comes to our education system.
The government-run schools, brainwashing them, just tearing down this country, this amazing country.
And no wonder we have what we see on the left.
But I really do believe the majority of the people are with us.
If we don't get honest elections, we keep wondering why do we get these losers in office?
Well, that's because our elections are rigged.
I'm just going to put it out there.
Nobody is voting for people like Joe Biden and Fetterman and Hobbes.
And you'll never convince me that these people are what Americans want.
Americans want fighters.
They want people who are fighting for them.
Charlie, I got this question for you.
I mean, this is, and this is really important for especially people that are at home that are like, I'm not into politics 24/7, but I really love Kerry.
I really love Trump.
I really love whoever.
I really love Charlie.
I mean, how important is it to fight?
I mean, we're in a battle against the CCP, against these mega corporations that are trying to buy all our land all across the country.
We just were talking with Harry about this.
You know, that it's mind-blowing.
If we have these bad people taking these elected positions and the Democrats are helping them by manipulating our elections to do that, I mean, this is putting our entire country at risk for maybe ever, right?
This can end America.
And this is why every person needs to sign up to become a precinct committeeman or woman immediately.
If you don't know what that is, go to the Turning Point Action booth.
That is the backbone of the Republican Party.
It is the backbone of our movement.
But then, even more than that, and this is why Kerry's lawsuit is so important: is that you cannot surrender.
I hope everybody understands what Kerry's legal team was able to accomplish.
In 2020 in Arizona, the Trump legal team, mostly establishment people, did not do a very good job.
Let's just put it that way.
Now, there were 26,000 ballots out for signature verification and adjudication back in 2020.
And that was not really well challenged.
Guess what?
Kerry Lake got that to trial, and in 2020, that was dismissed.
So Kerry Lake is already further in the courts than all of those election challenges that we saw in Arizona.
Now, what's the result?
We don't know.
But here's the thing: now there is a fair hearing in court that is going to happen because Kerry Lake refused to surrender.
It's exciting.
It's exciting.
We got to keep the prayers coming.
And you know what's amazing?
And you talked about it.
We're not attacking the people working the polls.
These were good, hardworking Arizonans who care about election integrity.
They're the ones who came forward.
I think it was like 85% of them when polled after the election.
They said, We have no faith in this election.
The poll workers themselves came forward and said, We do not have faith in how this election was run.
They themselves witnessed it.
I mean, they were there as well.
I was there.
My Ballowina Reed.
I know the lady that was running.
My machine was down.
She was like, I'm so sorry.
This is crazy.
Like, she was there early in the morning and said, when my ballot went, because she knew who I was, and so I walked in and she knows I'm involved.
She's like, oh no.
My Ballowina Reed.
And she's like, yeah, it's been happening to all our machines all day long.
And this was, and then we come to find out this is everywhere.
So I go into mine, same sort of thing.
Lines forming.
They're super embarrassed.
They're running around like crazy.
We called the technician.
They should be here late in the afternoon.
And then I text you like, hey, man, mine's down.
He's like, no, mine's down.
And then Anthem is down.
And then Wickenberg is down.
And then Sun City is down.
And then Peoria is down.
And then Queen Creek is down.
And it was a valley-wide ambush, is what happened.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
100%.
And they're trying to tell us this is normal.
Par for the court.
Don't insult.
Hey, Stephen Richard, don't insult my intelligence.
We know what you're up to, and we're going to put you on the stand and ask you a few tough questions.
So I feel very confident.
My team is great.
My attorneys are true patriots.
We had attorneys who did walk away because the left is threatening them with their ability to make a living and practice law.
And some of our attorneys said, Look, I got miles defeated.
I can't do this case.
I don't want to be sanctioned.
So I really love it.
I got to a point where I said, I'll take anybody.
We'll take Better Call Saul to come on in here.
Are you a patriot?
Are you willing to fight?
Are you willing to risk everything on this very important case?
And that's who we have assembled.
True fighters.
And we're going to court tomorrow and Thursday.
And we hope for a quick ruling on this.
So, yeah, explain to us, Carrie, just the best of your ability.
What is the process?
What's the timeline?
So you guys are going to be in court tomorrow.
Is it a virtual hearing?
Is it a physical hearing?
I think there's a lot of questions of what we can expect.
You said it's a pretty quick deal, though, right?
Yeah, I believe what my attorney told me is when you have an election challenge like this, it has to be handled in 10 days.
So the judge is under pressure and he realizes there's a lot of evidence and he wants time to look at it.
So today we've got our guy inspecting ballots.
We were able to inspect ballots, which is a huge win.
Random ballots.
Tomorrow the trial begins.
It continues on Thursday.
We don't have a lot of time.
I wish we had more time because we have a lot of evidence we want to present.
And then we'll give the judge some time to make his ruling.
So hopefully we'll get a nice Christmas gift with a ruling in our favor.
And we would like either them to set aside this election because it is so marred or to do a new election with an independent, capable, competent people running the election.
And there's some breaking news.
A voice in my ear tells me Katie Hobbs just filed a motion to quash to try to prevent herself from testifying.
Just breaking in the last couple of minutes.
Katie Hobbs just filed a motion to quash.
So you're telling me the lady that didn't want to debate, that didn't want to campaign also doesn't want to testify?
No way, Charlie.
That's crazy.
She should have recused herself from this entire process.
Yes.
And she didn't do that.
And now she is responsible for what went wrong.
Not only was she working with the feds to keep us from having free speech online, anybody who spoke out about their botched elections, they wanted to silence them.
Katie Hobbs was telling Twitter to get rid of things that support you.
That's right.
And she was also actually with other counties.
There's many 14 other counties besides Maricopa.
We have 15 counties in Arizona.
Two of those other counties had leaders in the Board of Supervisors who said, wait a minute, we don't want to certify this election.
Under duress in Mojave County.
And Katie Hobbs' office used the power of her office to threaten them with arrest.
You either certify that or you go to jail.
And Governor Ducey didn't speak up at all.
And it's just such a disappointment.
Such a disappointment.
I think what we need to do is the Republican Party has to accept the fact that America First is the future.
There's no other alternative.
And listen, I did too.
You know, I did try to bring establishment in.
I really did.
I'm from a big family.
You got to work together and play together, right?
You gave them a shot.
I really did.
And they need to realize that America First, it is about we the people.
This establishment cabal.
You've got to come with us and accept that we are about making America great again.
If you can't get behind that, I mean, you got a problem.
If you're not for America, then you really shouldn't be in politics at all.
Another question, Carrie: Is this trial going to be televised or is it behind closed doors?
Will it be a private or a public trial?
That's a good question.
We're working to try to get it streamed because there's so much interest.
And the unfortunate story is that we're going to be able to do that.
So don't you guys want to see what's going on here?
Who wants to watch every minute of this trial?
The streaming of this through the county has been shockingly bad.
They can't even have a dial in.
I mean, I don't know if any of you guys try to call the conference call line.
So we're working to be able to get to the point.
We're going to turn the cameras.
There's going to be like a white Bronco on the 60s.
It's Katie Hobbs.
This will be the most watched trial since O.J. Simpson.
Katie Hobbs and the white Bronco driving down the street.
trial of the century now that a lot of people don't believe that a lot of people don't believe that but on our side people who care about election integrity because everything rests on election integrity yes well i can tell you this we've been talking about the rnc a lot with we were you're just with harmee dylan i just endorsed her i know you were just on stage with her she's wonderful but the republican national committee has to has to build the strongest legal team that we've ever seen because This is the tip of the spear.
What you're doing without enough support, I mean, we have not given Kerry Lake enough support.
I mean, I just want to make this very clear.
The Republican Party has not given Kerry Lake enough support.
This is what I've been screaming about all through this election.
Arizona did not get enough support.
This is, guys, this is what's going to happen in all 50 states if we don't figure this out.
So this is the tip of the spear.
And this is my message to everyone else that's outside Arizona.
It's like, yeah, but I'm not in Arizona.
I'm, you know, in Guam or whatever and hanging out.
Guys, if we don't figure this out, we don't support Kerry, if we don't support our Republicans, get the best legal team to Arizona to figure this out.
We're going to lose in every state and we're going to lose our country forever.
Truly, that's how important this case is.
If we do not get our elections squared away, where they're fair, we're not asking for an advantage.
We want them to be fair.
We want to know that our one legal vote counts.
We want to know that they're following the laws on the books for protecting us.
Hey, if we're going to have mail-in ballots, I'm not for them.
I think it's ripe for fraud and cheating.
The minimum is you got to follow the rules.
You got to have chain of custody.
You have to have signature verification.
They didn't do that.
And if people knew how bad the signature verification part was, that was thrown out.
The judge should not let us bring that forward.
If the people of Arizona were to see how bad these signatures were, every single one of them would say, we don't want these mail-in ballots.
Winning Through Grassroots Listening 00:07:22
This is crazy.
And this is just Maricopa, right?
I mean, Tima is just, I mean, this is what they've done.
Charlie knows this really well.
Oregon, voter voter, right?
All of them.
It destroyed the state of Oregon.
Washington, destroyed California.
This is what they've destroyed states with is flood ballots.
No one can police them.
No one can even, no one knows even what's going on.
By the time you figure out what's gone wrong, they go, it's too late for six months later.
Yeah, it's six months later.
And we, the people, have to stand up.
This was an election.
This was a movement here in Arizona.
This is a movement in Arizona.
And we're looking at it going, how did these fools get elected?
Because our elections are messed up.
They're stolen and they're rigged.
Everybody, the trial begins tomorrow.
Kerry Lake v. Katie Hobbs, Kerry Lake v. Steven Richard, Kerry Lake v. Bill Gates.
The trial of the century.
You could watch the Charlie Kirk show, War Room, Real America's Voice, which is going to be the hub of all this.
Pray fast.
Carrie, we are 100% behind you.
I pray the Holy Spirit comes down and moves the judge to rule correctly.
Are you tired of feeling tired?
I have never experienced anything quite like the new Strong Cell product.
I take it right before every single show.
It's so easy.
And you've got to read up on everything that has been packed into these tiny bottles.
You see, Strong Cell is a new scientific cocktail of cellular level replenishment.
It's so simple.
Just drink one small bottle of strong cell liquid per day and boom, you guys get NADH.
NAD is something I've been studying for a while.
And before I got to know Strong Cell, I said, boy, I really would love to take it every day.
It's a crucial coenzyme for creating natural energy and restoration in your bodily cells.
It also contains collagen, well documented for its vast health benefits.
Your body should experience a big energy boost the first week.
Then within 15 days, you'll start noticing even more benefits.
30 days, you'll be feeling so much different.
So do me a favor and consider giving the supplement the full four weeks versus just one bottle to realize the best results for you.
The formula is designed to generate long-term positive change, unlike energy drinks.
I take it every single day.
It's not an artificial boost of immediate energy like caffeine.
I'm talking about cellular level restoration.

They have made me a believer.
NAD is a real thing.
You guys should check it out.
My special 20% discount for Kirk Show fans will apply whether you want to test it out for one week or for a month.
But I highly encourage you guys to try it for all four weeks.
You won't regret it.
So, Tyler, let's just start with this.
I want to make sure I get this out of the way.
Precinct committeeman, committee woman.
Every person here needs to become a precinct committee leader.
What does that mean?
Yeah, leave your precinct.
So the official representative of the Republican Party in your community is called a precinct committee man, precinct captain, precinct officer, precinct delegate.
It's a little bit different every day, but a precinct leader.
You can actually go to TPUSA, or I'm sorry, tpaction.com/slash PC.
We'll help you get involved.
Our team will contact you probably after Christmas and help you get involved here in January.
But look, I mean, the grassroots, their voice is out there and they want to be heard.
And we have more people now in this movement.
I mean, look, was there an AmericaFest that existed really before?
No.
Especially out in the West, which is the other thing is that if there were any conferences, they'd always be DC or out east.
The American West is going to determine the future of the American Republic.
Correct.
And now finally, we have this central meeting point in Phoenix.
We have patriots from Nevada, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, California, of course, Arizona.
Nothing like this ever existed before.
But a lot of people come up to me.
I'm on the Republican National Committee.
We're talking about this poll.
And they're like, what can we do to fix this?
Because we have to start doing the door knocking approach better.
We have to start chasing balance down, right?
The Democrats are beating us at almost every level in the game.
We got to change some things up.
We got to shake some things up.
Our legal strategy, we've just been talking about for hours today.
Yeah, guys, this is the conservative movement, the Republican Party, starts with you.
You know, and we have Senator Wendy Rogers that's right here, and we have so many others.
Sometimes I'm telling you, as a dad, Charlie's a dad, we're both dads.
We're like, hey, I don't know if I have the energy to do this whole political stuff outside of raising kids and working and doing everything else.
But I'm telling you, the same way that we go to church every week, you got to involve yourself a few hours every week in saving your country.
And if you do that, we're going to save the country.
And we can help you with that.
So the next 30 days, Tyler, so we have a couple big dates coming up.
1.3, Speaker of the House vote.
127, Dana Point, California.
Of course, it's a Dana Point.
It wouldn't be in like some working class place.
Dana Point, California.
Come join us for Newport Beach.
An overly expensive, unnecessarily opulent meeting to go elect the next RNC chairperson.
And Dana Point's gorgeous, by the way.
It's amazing.
Big fan, but come on.
Like, we're here to win elections.
They thought it was going to be a celebration, Richard.
If I was running the RNC, Charlie, you know, we would do this in cost-effective hotels and places like this.
You do it like Tulsa.
Where we would have, and we would invite in, we would invite in all the grassroots meetings.
Or we do it in cities that we need to win.
You need to immerse yourself in the culture, the geography, and the demography of where you need to win.
Okay, but 127, RNC's meeting, 168 people, secret ballot.
You're going to be there.
We're going to be broadcasting live there.
You're going to be there.
I'm going to be there.
I mean, unless they deport me and kick me out.
Tyler, huge day.
First time RNC vote.
So people say, what can I do?
What can I do?
Oh my goodness, midterms didn't go our way.
Okay, get at that attitude.
Let's win on 127.
We need a fresh perspective on leadership.
We need a vision that's going to be cast.
And we need constitutional warriors that are going to go forward to represent us at the RNC.
So we need everybody that's here, all of you at home.
We need you to go and contact your Republican National Committee members.
They represent you.
I'm one of them.
Blow me up.
I've gotten thousands of emails.
I can't respond to every single one, but I'm reading every single one and I'm ingesting every single one.
And I've heard you loud and clear that you want change and you want someone like Harmee Dillon to be the RC chair.
So I appreciate that.
We need to win in 2024.
It is mission critical for the Republic, period.
And the current RNC regime has lost every single cycle.
Well, this is my question, Charlie, and this is my question for all my fellow committee members.
And I hope that some are listening right now.
How do you plan on winning without 99% of the grassroots?
How do you plan on winning in 2024 without 98 or 99% of the grassroots?
We cannot.
How will you plan on winning without Charlie Kirk, Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingram, Mark Levino, Dan Bongino?
How will you plan on winning without 70, 80%, 90% of the donor class that is upset?
You can't win.
So let's stop being insane and let's have a positive pathway forward so that we can win in 2024 because we got to.
We have to do it for our kids and our babies and our grandkids.
It's a real race.
The grassroots are involved for the first time ever.
Tyler deserves a lot of credit for his leadership and his courage on that.
