How's the race?
It's going well, Charlie.
I appreciate you having me.
So, you know, we're in a race against a guy who pretends to be a moderate.
You know, he says that he supports Trump's trade policies and his commercials, even though he voted against them and actually really criticized them when they were actually being implemented.
He says that he supports law enforcement, yet he wants to end cash bail and proposed that we eliminate qualified immunity, which of course is the legal protections that our police officers have.
And so what he's really trying to do basically is run as a version of me.
He's trying to run as sort of diet JD Vance and hope that the electorate of Ohio doesn't recognize that he is in fact a liberal Democrat.
He does vote with Nancy Pelosi 100% of the time.
And so, you know, we over the next 13 days are really just trying to hammer the message.
Don't believe Tim Ryan's lies about me, but also don't believe Tim Ryan's lies about himself.
And I think that we're in a very, very good place, man.
The energy is crazy.
The crowds are great.
People are very enthusiastic.
I think if the election were tomorrow, we'd win.
I think on November the 8th, we're going to win by an even larger margin than we win today.
Yeah, I think that's a really good sign for the health of the country.
We're seeing this happen where Warnock and Kelly and now Ryan, they have to pretend to be somebody they're not.
They have to try to run a center-right campaign, and it's not working, right?
It's not sustainable.
But it does go to show the country's actually more conservative than the Malibu and Manhattan elites would actually lead to believe.
You've run a great race, JD.
You've been very disciplined.
I've been very upset with how Tim Ryan's handled a lot of stuff.
He's a very dishonest person in a lot of different ways.
So let's call 103.

Tim Ryan, the pretend moderate, calling for a release of half of all the federal inmates.

You've made an ACLU commitment to reduce mass incarceration by 50% during your presidency.
So speaking of that commitment, can you walk us through how you would go about doing it?
Yeah, there's a lot we have to do, and it ties into a lot of other areas.
But I would personally try to start with marijuana laws and getting marijuana off the schedule.
Man, just open up our prisons.
By the way, anyone who panders like that with the ACLU should not be a senator for the state of Ohio because ACLU are the same people that are cousins and sister organizations to people that want to legalize all drugs.
And then, meanwhile, fentanyl is destroying the people of Ohio.
People need to know about this.
Yeah, that's exactly right, Charlie.
Actually, our team just identified a video a couple of days ago where Tim Ryan said that he does want to abolish all limitations, all legal penalties for drugs, including fentanyl.
But, you know, it makes me realize, Charlie, like both at the individual trafficker level, at the Mexican drug cartel level, and even at the level of China, which, of course, is manufacturing this fentanyl, the Democrats want to go easy on everybody that's causing this drug problem in the state of Ohio and all across the country.
And I just got to say, Charlie, sort of separate the substantive disagreements that I have with Tim Ryan.
I watched that clip of him and I think to myself, this guy, after we beat him, is going to have a great career as a used car salesman.
There's just something about his voice or about his manner where, you know, it's like he's got a great 1994 Buick.
It runs like new, and he's going to give you a great deal on it.
That's his entire ethic.
That's his entire attitude.
And I think because of it, we're going to do very well in November.
Yeah, he's going to become a lobbyist, obviously, for some foreign country and earn a bunch of money.
And he won't be lobbying you, but he'll be lobbying his former, former, former Democrat colleagues in Congress trying to get some sort of swampy, disgusting bill passed.
I want to pay another piece of tape here.
This is, I mean, this guy is, he's got a little bit of a dirty mouth, man.

This is not someone who looks like he's about to be a senator.

There was a National Democratic consultant, high-level consultant, that said, we can't play in places like Ohio.
We got to go to the states that have more college-educated people.
That me off.
That is an absolute slap in the face to everyone who's out there busting their who just may not have a college degree.
Then I will not let the Democratic Party turn into a party where you have to go get a college degree as a passport to get into the party.
That's bullshit.
Did Tim Ryan read the college scam?
I don't know.
Maybe, no, he's pandering to your language here, JD.
He knows that he's in the deficit.
He's swearing like crazy.
I don't know why he's doing that.
What's the takeaway here?
Tim Ryan's campaign is floundering.
He's a liar.
He's a cheater.
He's deceitful.
He's lying about you.
He's lying about Ohio.
He would be no different than a type of senator.
I won't say he would be as bad as Bernie Sanders, but he would definitely be as bad as, you know, we could go through the list of every one of these senators of 87,000 new IRS agents, open borders, all that stuff.
Kind of a sister senator, a brother senator to Elizabeth Warren type, kind of of that kind of ilk, right?
Is that fair to say?
Yeah, I think that's exactly totally fair to say, Charlie.
And this whole thing that Tim Ryan is trying to do, where he pretends that somehow the National Democratic Party has abandoned him.
Tim Ryan has raised close to $60 million to put television advertisements lying about me, lying about my record, lying about his own record.
I think the only guy who's raised more money than him from National Democrats is John Fetterman, who, of course, can barely string a sentence together.
We saw that last night.
So it's really preposterous that Tim Ryan is trying to claim that he's sort of been abandoned by the National Democratic Party.
It's just not true, Charlie.
There's nothing, there's no ounce of truth to it.
Now, here's the really crazy thing here.
Tim Ryan says that he's not a culture warrior.
And I think it's an important point to make, Charlie.
We don't just want to stand for the economic interests of normal Americans.
That's, of course, important.
We want to protect people's jobs from China.
We want to get this inflation under control so that normal people can afford to go to the grocery store, can afford to go to the gas pump.
But we also want to stand for the values of normal Americans.
That's exactly right.
You know, Tim Ryan does things like he voted for the Equality Act.
Let's talk about what the Equality Act does.
It actually would force the government to strip funding for free and reduced school lunch funding if a rural Ohio school district didn't bend the knee to Joe Biden on the transgender issue.
He's voted to prevent doctors from providing care to babies who survive botched abortion.
So even as he says on the one hand, I'm not a culture warrior.
His actual record is that he fights the culture warrior aggressively.
He just fights it for the wrong team.
And I think the fact that he's trying to run away from that is pretty preposterous.
Now, let me just say one more thing, Charlie, about this whole idea that he wants to make Democrats the party of non-college educated people.
Well, I'm sorry to say, Tim, that ship sailed a long time ago.
And in your particular race, if you want to attract non-college educated voters to your cause, why don't you not call me a racist for daring to believe that we should have border security in this country?
That is not a value that non-college educated working class voters actually support.
They know that a wide open southern border hurts them more than anybody else.
So don't call me and everybody else a racist for wanting to secure that border.
And if you do, don't expect working class voters to flock to you.
They know you're a phony.
They know you're a fraud, and they know you don't have their interests at heart.
I'm telling you, everybody, over a period of time, you are going to grow to understand what I've been saying.
JD Vance is going to be one of America's greatest senators.

JD, talk about the issue of crime.
It seems to be something the Democrats just refuse to acknowledge.
And they went so all in on defund the police, on this equity agenda, all of this stuff.
Talk about Tim Ryan on crime and how the people of Ohio are seeing an increase of crime because of Democrat policies.
Yeah, well, first, Charlie, we have to take stock of the fact that, like with everything else, Tim Ryan has two presentations.
He has the campaign version of himself, and then he has the DC version of himself where he votes against law enforcement.
He votes against law and order.
He votes against public safety.
You know, we've talked about how he's proposed ending cash bail.
He's proposed decriminalizing all drugs, including the fentanyl that's killing people.
And unfortunately, the consequences of this stuff are just so easy to see in the state of Ohio and elsewhere.
So there's a small town probably about an hour from where I'm sitting right now here in Cincinnati, Charlie.
Beautiful, old-fashioned American town, incredible architecture.
Five years ago, they had a chronic homeless population of zero people.
I was talking to the police there just a couple of weeks.
Now they have a chronic homeless population of 400.
I was with my son, my two-year-old son in Columbus just a couple of months ago.
He gets up early, as a lot of kids do, and we were walking around downtown Columbus at about six in the morning.
Just people sleeping on the streets in every single shop.
You cannot walk down the street without being harassed by a person who's clearly mentally unwell, who clearly needs some help.
And of course, Democrats have somehow convinced themselves that it's compassionate to allow chronic mental health problems to just fester on our streets instead of getting those people the help that they need and getting them into a mental health facility.
So it's really causing some serious problems.
And of course, you see it statistically, Charlie.
I mean, the crime rate is up.
The violent crime rate is up.
Muggings, carjackings, murders, all of these things have gone in the wrong direction.
And what I find really interesting about this, Charlie, is I'm asked all the time by the media about gun control.
The question is always, well, we have all of these gun crimes.
What about creating new gun regulations?
And the counterpoint that I always make is, well, we didn't have any change in our gun laws over the last couple of years.
What we did have is a change where we decided to declare war on our police officers and let violent criminals out of prison.
That's what's causing the crime problem.
That's what's causing the violence problem.
That's what we need to reverse and go in the opposite direction, or we're going to lose our streets.
I mean, thank God.
I don't live in California.
I don't live in Philadelphia, but Columbus, Cincinnati, and Cleveland, if we keep on making bad decisions, they could be just as bad as some of those crime centers over the next five years.
I don't want that to happen.
And I don't think anybody in the state of Ohio does either.

You know, people say, oh, he's a corporate guy.
I voted against every tax cut that have been so lopsided.
I voted against every trade agreement since I've been in office.
I'm on the Medicare for All bill.

This is what he is.
Ohio deserves so much better than this, JD.
Yeah, you're right, Charlie.
You hit on something really important about Tim Ryan's political career is he's so desperate to be liked by whoever his audience is.
Yes, that's exactly that'll really say anything.
I mean, he now says that he opposes Medicare for all.
He now says that he opposes so-called free college education.
In that very clip, he endorsed both those ideas.
That was only like three years ago when he was running for president as a far-left Democrat.
Now he's running in Ohio as sort of a faux MAGA Republican.
And so he runs away from those very positions that he held just a few years ago.
And you're right, Charlie.
I know you're in Arizona and I know you love Arizona.
I happen to think Ohio is the best state in the union, bar none.
We already have one really bad senator, Sherrod Brown, in the state of Ohio.
We can't elect another one in Tim Ryan.

I say, Kerry, I think Katie Hobbs is the second worst candidate in the whole country.
You have a legitimately appealing candidate you're running against.
He's super radical.
He's awful.
But I mean, let's just be honest.
It's not an easy race.
You're doing a great job.
Talk about your race.
What are you seeing on the ground?
Well, I do think we've tied it up.
We have the momentum.
You know, the Democrats, they thought they could just buy it.
Mark Kelly, they've spent 80 million bucks, you know, I think 30 of it attacking me.
They have to lie about me and slander me.
And then they also have to lie about him.
They're propping him up.
He's pretending on people's television screens to be some kind of center-right Republican all of a sudden.
I stand up to Joe Biden.
And it's like, what?
When?
I wish he did.
But of course, in D.C., he never does.
He's a rubber stamp for Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer's failed agenda.
And we've just been getting that message out.
And I think people are finally really waking up, right?
People are looking around and saying, am I better off now than I was two or three years ago?
The answer is almost always a resounding no.
Mark Kelly really has helped the Democrats.
He's done more than anyone to help Joe Biden drag this country and our state further and further in the wrong direction.
So it's tightening up.
We've got the momentum.
I'd rather be us than them right now, that's for sure.

And that's a Democrat poll.
And it's really incredible.
So, Blake, there's a lot of different issues going on.
You had a great debate and we had you on the program.
I think that was really kind of a turning point, if you will, in your campaign.
Would you agree?
As soon as you were able to kind of have a back and forth with Mark Kelly, would you agree?
Oh, absolutely.
Yeah, he can just get up on TV when I'm not there, right?
And he can just tell his lies, but it's way harder to get away with when he's got me center stage holding him accountable.
And so I think a lot of people, that was their first time they got to see me.
That was their first time they got to see him struggle to defend his record, which, of course, is indefensible and super left-wing.
So I think the debate was an inflection point.
Been gaining ever since, and we're just going to continue on this awesome trajectory right through the tape on November 8th.
Yeah, and Arizona is a very interesting state.
And out-of-state Democrat consultants have been coming in and spending a lot of money.
And now I think they're starting to realize that Arizona is actually more center-right.
I think Arizona is a center-right state.
I think it always has been.
People say it's purple.
I say, no, it's it's it's glimmeringly red.
Let's put it that way, right?
There's definitely a moderate streak, but there's some strong conservative values in Arizona, no doubt, freedom-loving, liberty-loving state.
And this is a very interesting video from Project Veritas Action, where the official campaign for Mark Kelly is training and instructing their canvassers to lie.
They can't beat you with the truth, Blake.
They have to lie that they're pro-life.
Cut 108 is a canvasser admitting Mark Kelly is lying about his stance on abortion.

What if I came across a Republican and they like asked me if Mark Kelly is pro-life?
Yes.
Say yes.
I would say, I would say Mark Kelly is pro-life, but also pro-keeping the government out of our health care.
I don't know, something speaking like that, even though he's not pro-life.
Absolutely, he's not pro-life.
And then I'd go to something like, you know, after his wife isn't in a meeting, he values life so much.
I mean, this is really deceitful stuff, Blake.
This is a paid canvasser.
This is a paid employee.
This is not some fringe person where they're saying, yeah, let's just lie to voters.
Your thoughts, Blake?
That's what they've been doing.
It's what they've been doing his whole campaign.
And it is kind of shocking, I admit, to see this undercover video where they just admit it, right?
But it's just becoming all too clear.
All they have are lies.
They got a lot of money to tell those lies.
They've got a lot of paid field staff to go and propagate those lies.
But ultimately, I think the truth wins out.
I have the luxury of just needing to tell the truth.
And when we tell the truth about Mark Kelly and his record, surprise, surprise, it sucks.
And so Arizonans, they're feeling the pain from inflation and the border.
They want to make a change.
I have a contrarian opinion.
I live here in Arizona, obviously, and I know there are at least 200,000 people that believe this that might not be very political.
If I have to see another one of these nauseatingly rehearsed and scripted theatrical campaigns for Mark Kelly, I'm going to lose it.
I can imagine there's just going to be anti-Mark Kelly votes because if I have to say, I'm Mark Kelly and Washington, D.C. gets it wrong, and I stand up to Joe Biden.
People know that's that, we know that's not true.
You're lying to us.
I don't care how much money you put on television about it.
And then he says, I tell Democrats when they get it wrong and I'm against Republicans when they want to outlaw abortion federally, which is not even your position, by the way.
Send it back to the states.
Total fear-mongering.
And I look at it, I say, boy, this is a fragile candidate right now.
Very beatable.
Can't talk about the issues, running for the hills.
The trend is not his friend.
Your thoughts, Blake.
That's exactly right.
And, you know, again, he's going to try.
They're going to keep lying for the next 13 days, but they can't lie away this border crisis, right?
They can't tell lies and make people forget about the fentanyl or the crime.
I think homicide in Phoenix is up 50% since just 2019, right?
People feel less safe because you are less safe.
People feel like there's a border crisis because guess what?
There is a border crisis.
And so the Democrats, they've got, I mean, they actually, they didn't merely not do anything to solve these problems.
They caused these problems.
They caused the border crisis with Biden's horrible policies, right?
Policies that Mark Kelly was only too happy to support.
They caused this inflation by surrendering our energy independence, by making artificial or energy artificially expensive, and then printing six or seven trillion dollars.
Like what they think was going to happen.
They did this to us, and we are going to make them pay in November.
No amount of lies, no matter how elegantly spread on TV with all their millions of dollars, no amount of lies can erase what they've done to our country and our state in the last 21 months.

I can't be too far-left-leaning, otherwise, that'll scare away a lot of those independents.
And he needs to get that's 40%.
Like, he can't win with just Democrat votes.
He has to play both sides.
40% of the people voting are undecided whether or not they're going to vote Republican, Democrat.
So, he's not going to outright say, like, all of the very liberal, even though you think he's going to do them anyways.
Yeah, for sure.
She's saying, do you got to play both sides?
It's so interesting.
It's so nakedly transparent and it's vomit-inducing, actually, where they know the political makeup of Arizona.
They have to create something synthetic because Arizona is actually not a liberal state.
Arizona is actually a center-right conservative state.
Your thoughts, Blake?
You heard it right there in the tape.
Mark Kelly, we've got to play both sides.
It's so fundamentally dishonest, right?
I don't have to play both sides.
I just have to tell the truth.
And that's what I've been doing in my campaign.
And the truth is, we've got a wide open southern border.
I'm sick of it.
Let's have some border security.
I'm tired of this crippling inflation, right?
That's throwing people out on the streets when they get evicted because their rent keeps going up and up.
We need to stop spending so much money and then also regain our energy independence, right?
I'm tired of the crime.
And by talking truthfully to Arizonans about these issues, right?
People won't agree with me on everything, but I think they're seeing I'm a real person talking about real issues in a truthful way.
Mark Kelly is the most astroturfed candidate in America.
He doesn't even believe anything, right?
He's just a frontman for this incredibly powerful and corrupt Democrat machine.
Again, I think they're surprised that their lies and all their multi-million dollar slander campaigns aren't working.
But I'm getting out there.
We're telling the truth.
We're seeing that the dam is broken.
Do you feel this, Charlie?
I mean, I feel it on the ground.
Totally.
And so I think it's going to be a red wave.
It's going to be really big.
And I could tell you, if I was a Mark Kelly consultant, I'd be very worried because, again, I watch a fair amount of sports, right?
I mean, I love college football.
And because of that, I'm subjected to all this ridiculous propaganda and nonsense.
And finally, some outside groups are coming to defend you, Blake, which is really heartwarming to see and actually attack Kelly.
But you only get about five or six or seven hits of an ad before someone gets a little tired of it, right?
And so I could tell you, they gave, they mobilized their best shot against you, Blake, in early September.
All that abortion nonsense, all that stuff, lying about your position, lying about all this stuff, trying to fear monger.
Right after the primary, they came in and attempted to carpet bomb you.
And now if you're a Mark Kelly consultant, you're looking around and you're saying, boy, what else do we have to throw?
And the answer is nothing.
You withstood their massive political blitzkrieg.
And now they're just going to have to recycle old attacks when you're now stronger, more popular, and you're able to then counter message one minute remaining, Blake.
That's exactly right.
That's exactly right.
I think they have nothing.
They truly don't.
And we're just saying, hey, what's happened to this country in the last 21 months under Joe Biden?
It's not okay.
It's not okay to treat parents who demand curriculum transparency.
It's not okay to treat them as domestic terrorists.

We had one woman that says, Charlie, I did my research.

I thought he was against Social Security.
After I did my research, I found out that he had the proper position.
Blake, we got to do this because that is an ad they are running nonstop, especially in Glendale, Surprise, Peoria, retirement communities.
Your thoughts?
Yep, it's Mark Kelly lying again.
You know, I've always been clean.
And they always take two seconds of out-of-context video.
Yeah.
They never show you the 20 seconds before or 20 seconds after.
If they did, you would have seen me say what I always say, which is, look, we're never going to cut Social Security.
Just not going to do it.
We will never pull the rug out from our seniors or from anyone who's planning on receiving those benefits.
Charlie, I don't even regard them as benefits so much as a public trust, right?
People have built their whole lives around relying on the federal government's promises that Social Security will be there.
So we have to protect it.
I'm looking for ways to save the system.
Now, does that mean that there aren't long-term challenges?
No, of course there are.
I think my three boys, they're eight, six, and two years old, by default, they might not be on track to receive Social Security, usually because of politicians like Mark Kelly, A, who's jeopardizing seniors' savings through this crushing inflation.
And B, these politicians get in office and they just raid the Social Security copters to pay for their demented spending prerogatives.
So I've said, hey, for people under 30 years old, let's, without changing the system, right, without messing with Social Security, let's incentivize saving.
Let's create a new class of private retirement accounts.
Don't tax the money on the way in.
Don't tax it on the way out.
Let young people build and save and invest over generations.
Maybe by the time they're 65, my boys in 60 years, maybe that will work so well they won't need to draw on Social Security and there's more resources there for the people who do.
But my commitment is to save the system.
We will never cut benefits.
If anything, I think we should immediately move to stop taxing Social Security benefits.
That way, your Social Security check will actually continue to buy what it's been buying.

The Democrats always attack us for what they actually are.
Mark Kelly knows that he's destroyed Arizona seniors' retirement by causing this massive inflation.
So what does he do?

I am tired of seeing Mark Kelly represent Chuck Schumer in New York.
He's acting like the third senator from California.
He never acts like a senator for Arizona, and he promised he would, right?
There's two problems here.
One is his fundamental dishonesty.
Two years ago, when he was campaigning against Mark the McSally, Mark Kelly promised that he would be an independent.
He said I'd be some kind of moderate voice for everyday Arizonans.
It was a lie.
He got to D.C. and immediately started rubber stamping Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden's agenda.
So that's fundamentally dishonest.
I don't like being lied to.
I don't like when politicians lie to the people of Arizona, but the lying is only the half of it.
It hasn't worked.
Mark Kelly has presided over the biggest border crisis we've ever had.
He's voted in lockstep for these open borders policies that have welcomed four and a half million illegal aliens into our country in the last two years and have killed over 100,000 people with this wide open southern border with the fentanyl that's flowing through.
That's his fault.
He could have blocked it as the deadlock tiebreaking vote in the U.S. Senate, and he didn't.
He's not even a cinema, right?
At least cinema, God bless her, sometimes tells Schumer to go pound sand.
But Mark Kelly caused this border crisis.
He helped Joe Biden do it and he caused this inflation crisis.
Guys, if we give Mark Kelly even a few more months in office to further implement Biden's agenda, inflation is not going to be 13%.
It's going to be 23%, 25%.
This is the stuff that ruins countries.
And I don't want to see that happen to the United States.
This country is too great.
It's the greatest country in the history of the world.
We can't let it slip through our fingers.
