| Charlie, what you've done is incredible here. | |
| Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus. | |
| I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk. | |
| Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks. | |
| I want to thank Charlie. | |
| He's an incredible guy. | |
| His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA. | |
| We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country. | |
| That's why we are here. | |
| Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com. | |
| You probably saw the news yesterday. | |
| Reports from the Washington Post show that the Department of Justice says they have enough evidence to indict Hunter Biden on tax and gun charges. | |
| I had multiple people text me this story. | |
| In fact, I had some people message me at very high levels in media, including some office holders, saying, finally, justice. | |
| And I texted back and I said, how could you be so naive? | |
| That is not what is happening here. | |
| Justice? | |
| You think the FBI all of a sudden is waking up to be an institution of fidelity, bravery, and integrity, what the FBI is supposed to stand for? | |
| You think all of a sudden the FBI and the Department of Justice says, oh, yeah, you know, we got to get ourselves in line here. | |
| No, no, no. | |
| It's very clear what's happening. | |
| And we have been ahead of the curve on this program, predicting to a T with the timeline of what exactly is happening with Hunter Biden, exactly what is happening with Joe Biden. | |
| I'm going to walk you through all of this because this is not about Hunter Biden. | |
| And for every conservative out there that is celebrating this news, be very careful. | |
| This is not great news. | |
| It's predictable news, but we're going to walk through very concrete steps of the misdirection that is happening with this alleged announcement. | |
| But first, let's just make sure we know kind of what we're talking about here. | |
| Laura Ingram cut 125 on how the FBI may be bringing tax and gun charges against Hunter Biden. | |
| 125. | |
| Federal agents now believe they have enough evidence to charge Hunter Biden with tax crimes and for making a false statement regarding a gun purchase. | |
| Sources telling Fox News the decision is now in the hands of the U.S. Attorney in Delaware. | |
| It's a Trump holdover named David Weiss. | |
| So I've had several conservatives and people emailing us freedom at charliekirk.com saying, yes, this is a great day. | |
| Hunter Biden is finally going to receive justice. | |
| That Hunter Biden is finally going to be held accountable. | |
| Don't fall for this. | |
| I'm going to tell you exactly what is really going on here. | |
| You see, the regime media and many people in the center right have completely missed the mark on this. | |
| Like, oh, wow, this is going to be a big investigation. | |
| Okay, hold on. | |
| You have to understand that Hunter Biden would not even be seriously or meaningfully investigated if it was not, if Joe Biden's approval ratings were above 55 or 60 percent. | |
| Joe Biden is becoming a very serious anchor and impediment to the regime's takeover of America. | |
| Joe Biden being so deeply unpopular, there are people clamoring within the government, remember the true sovereign in our country, that kind of middle band that are saying, we got to get rid of this guy. | |
| Joe Biden is no longer helpful to our aims and our ambitions. | |
| Number one, what is this? | |
| This is an attempt to try to make the FBI look cleaner ahead of the midterms. | |
| They leaked this. | |
| They didn't indict for a reason. | |
| And I believe the indictment will come after the midterms in November and December. | |
| This is not an indictment. | |
| This is a leak. | |
| They leaked it intentionally to try to clean up the appearance of the FBI to try and stop the conservative line of attack politically against the FBI right now in a consequential October. | |
| So this is an indictment without an indictment leaking to the Washington Post saying an indictment is likely, but the indictment will not happen before the midterms. | |
| I almost guarantee you that. | |
| They don't want to have election interference, but so what's the middle ground? | |
| They want all of a sudden for people to have a restored confidence in the FBI. | |
| They want people to have kind of a restored ideal that the FBI is going to do the right thing. | |
| Let's play cut 139. | |
| We've made a series of predictions here. | |
| The Department of Justice and the FBI, we believe, will indict Hunter Biden after the election, right before Republicans take over Congress as a way to try to, meaning get sworn into Congress, as a way to try to say, hey, see, we're balanced. | |
| I think that Hunter Biden has an indictment looming sometime in late November, early December. | |
| I do not think Merrick Garland will make it much longer. | |
| I think he's going to resign. | |
| And I think that Joe Biden will make an announcement sometime next year that because of personal issues, he always just wanted to serve one term to heal the nation and that he's going to open up the Democrat primary. | |
| Now, all this is speculation, but we have lots of evidence to show this. | |
| Now, this was before the announcement. | |
| This was our program a week and a half ago live from Hillsdale College. | |
| And we said very clearly, we believe that there is an indictment looming. | |
| Now, this is not an indictment announcement. | |
| So step one, make the FBI look cleaner ahead of the midterms. | |
| Step two, this is very important. | |
| The FBI needs to make their appearance seem more neutral coming into the looming oversight blitz. | |
| So they leak this ahead of the midterms because you've got to ask the question, why now? | |
| Why are they doing this ahead of the midterms? | |
| They're doing this because right now in Battleground States, Republican candidates that are hammering the Gestapo of the FBI, that are hammering the heavy-handedness of the FBI, it is not a good political issue. | |
| So because of this, they need to leak this story so then journalists can provide cover fire and they say baseless claims that the FBI is nothing more than a Democrat enforcement agency. | |
| Just look at this leak from the Washington Post. | |
| They're about to indict Hunter Biden. | |
| Basically, and it's an attempt to tweak the narrative and pave the way for what their real intentions are, which we're going to get to in a second, because this has nothing to do with Hunter Biden. | |
| Hunter Biden is a distraction. | |
| Hunter Biden is a sideshow. | |
| Hunter Biden is a tool. | |
| He is a pawn in a broader game. | |
| And conservatives are messaging me, freedom at charliekirk.com. | |
| Finally, Hunter Biden. | |
| Yes, this is great. | |
| Oh, stop being so naive. | |
| First of all, do you think he's actually going to serve meaningful time in prison? | |
| Do you think he's really going to serve a long sentence with leg irons and handcuffs and solitary confinement like they did to Navarro and Manafort? | |
| Stop being so naive. | |
| No, Hunter Biden is a pawn for a very precise political outcome. | |
| So number one, again, make the FBI look cleaner ahead of the midterms. | |
| Number two, make the FBI be able to answer questions that Republicans will ask them in January. | |
| Why did you raid this pro-life leader? | |
| Why did you go and arrest Steve Bannon, Peter Navarro? | |
| Why did you go raid James O'Keefe's apartment? | |
| They'll be able to say, well, we are a non-political agency as exhibited by our investigation of Hunter Biden. | |
| They need to be able to say that to calm down the moderate rhino, spineless senators that otherwise could really lead an oversight blitz to calm down the temperature and they'll say, okay, yeah, whatever, and they'll move on. | |
| Believe it or not, that is all it takes sometimes to get some of the rhinos off the back of these agencies. | |
| Don't fall for it. | |
| But those are just two very small goals of this leak against Hunter Biden. | |
| There's a much bigger goal here. | |
| There's a much bigger objective. | |
| And it all plays in harmony together. | |
| It all rhymes when you look at it. | |
| So they want to be able to answer the oversight blitz. | |
| They want to be able to clean up their reputation ahead of the midterms because they're afraid the FBI has been overzealous in going after conservatives. | |
|
Calming The MAGA Wave Ahead Of Midterms
00:02:03
|
|
| They're seeing a political cost because of that. | |
| And especially in the state of Pennsylvania. | |
| In the state of Pennsylvania, the raid of Mark Houck, pro-life leader, father of seven, whose state and local agencies said he really did nothing wrong to be able to press charges against him, received a raid of 25 armed SWAT agents at home as if he's El Chapo or an international terrorist. | |
| That is not resonating well politically in Pennsylvania. | |
| So the FBI is trying to clean that up. | |
| But there's two other things that are much bigger than that, that are right around that prediction that we made. | |
| And it involves first Joe Biden in 2024, and then it involves something close to many of you, someone that you care a lot about. | |
| This is not about Hunter Biden. | |
| It's not about his shenanigans. | |
| Nana, Hunter Biden is a pawn. | |
| And the deep state, the shadow government, the fourth branch of government, they see the Hunter Biden move one, two, three, to try to circle our best player. | |

|
| So the FBI leaks this right before the midterms. | |
| And now they're trying to calm down what is a building MAGA red wave. | |
| It's a four-part move here, and I'll go through all four again. | |
| They're trying to calm down a MAGA wave that is criticizing the FBI and that's resonating as a legitimate midterm issue. | |
| So they need to try to save face. | |
| And so they leak this story. | |
| But mind you, they leak it, but they don't indict him. | |
| So it's not an indictment. | |
| It's a kind of a half-measured Democrat op where they say that they have the evidence to indict, but they have to wait for a U.S. attorney to indict. | |
| And of course, then Merrick Garland's going to pick up the phone and he's going to say, wait till after the midterms to indict. | |
| So they're trying to clean up their image ahead of the midterms. | |
| And then they want to make themselves look more neutral when they do actually indict Hunter Biden, which I think will happen. | |
| I do believe they're going to indict Hunter Biden on some tax stuff and some gun issue stuff sometime between November and late December, as we've predicted multiple times on this program. | |
| But then there is the third part, the third move, which is Joe Biden's approval rating, which is historically low. | |
| Joe Biden has zero charisma, as we know with all of his issues of blunder and dementia and unpopularity, and he's become a very bitter president. | |
| Bitterness does not wear well on human beings. | |
| Some of the most unhappy, some of the most damaging people to a society are bitter people. | |
| Joe Biden is a bitter man. | |
| I'm not exactly sure why. | |
| He does not have gratitude or joy. | |
| He has bitterness. | |
| So Joe Biden is unpopular. | |
| And this is all part of the move as well to put Joe in a penalty box because of proximity of Joe Biden to Hunter Biden's business dealings, to put him in a penalty box to get Joe Biden to go out into the horizon, serve one term, and they're basically going to cut Joe Biden a deal. | |
| And by I say they, I do not mean the Department of Justice. | |
| I don't mean the FBI. | |
| I mean the real power brokers. | |
| I mean the people that put Joe Biden into office. | |
| I mean the people that worked the phones in late February, early March of 2020, in that historic weekend that has never received the coverage I think it deserves. | |
| And we've talked about this before on this program, where in one span of a weekend, Joe Biden went from fifth place in New Hampshire to the frontrunner in South Carolina, getting endorsement after endorsement after endorsement after endorsement. | |
| Next thing you know, Budajedge and Warren and Camel are all endorsing Joe Biden because he wins one state of South Carolina. | |
| There was a reset of the Democrat primary. | |
| Camela dropped out suddenly and Budajeg endorsed him. | |
| Somebody worked the phones, someone with a lot of power. | |
| And that someone could have been Mark Elias. | |
| It could have been Representatives for Lorene Powell Jobs for Mackenzie Bezos for George Soros. | |
| It could have been any one of the Silicon Valley oligarch groups. | |
| It could have been the Democracy Alliance. | |
| It could have been all these groups that worked together and they said, hey, we need to have Barrick Hussein work the phones and reset the entire thing. | |
| It could have been Ron Clain. | |
| The people that implemented Joe Biden are the same people that can take him out. | |
| As the great Rush Limbaugh would always say, if the power brokers create your career, they can destroy your career, which is exactly why they hated Donald Trump. | |
| He was not created by them. | |
| Therefore, they could not control him. | |
| It's exactly why they fear Kerry Lake as well. | |
| We're going to talk more about Kerry Lake. | |
| This is why these Democrats, they're so synthetic. | |
| They get a story in Vanity Fair and Rolling Stone. | |
| Stacey Abrams is a creation of those kind of designers. | |
| He's a hologram. | |
| So they need to put Joe Biden in a political penalty box. | |
| This puts Joe Biden on notice. | |
| They've been trying to get Joe Biden's attention. | |
| But as Joe Biden is even whispering via his surrogates, well, I might run again in 2024, they say, oh, yeah, pal, we'll see. | |
| We're going to put Hunter Biden mired in legal trouble, have this cloud of doubt, do an indictment between November and December, and then be able to sort out what they want to have happen in 2024. | |
| While the 2024 straws are drawn, is it Gavin Newsom? | |
| Is it Elizabeth Warren? | |
| Is it Budajej? | |
| Is it Michelle Obama? | |
| It's certainly not going to be Joe Biden. | |
| The Department of Justice would not leak this story if Joe Biden was going to be their racehorse in 2024. | |
| You're trying to tell me all of a sudden the Department of Justice has decided to go after Democrats. | |
| They only go after Democrats that are no longer useful to the regime. | |
| Andrew Cuomo, Jesse Jackson Jr., Andrew Gillum. | |
| As soon as they are no longer popular, as soon as they are no longer able to get political power and do what they need to do for the, let's just say, the power brokers in society, then we could administer justice. | |
| This is a warning sign to Joe Biden, but it's actually deeper than that. | |
| It's more than just 2024. | |
| It's more than just putting Joe Biden in a penalty box. | |
| This is mass misdirection, Chicago-style thug politics, because it's actually about somebody else. | |
| Some people are asking questions about, well, who do you think they're going to run in 2024? | |
| They need to put him in a penalty box, Joe Biden. | |
| That's what this move does. | |
| And it's rather brilliant. | |
| It's such a Democrat op, and it's so obvious because of the leak. | |
| When's the last time you saw an accidental leak from the FBI to the Washington Post before a midterm election? | |
| No, no, no. | |
| This is as close to getting metaphorically half pregnant as you can get with an indictment. | |
| It shows that they have the intent to indict. | |
| They have everything ready. | |
| It's orchestrated, but they didn't want to do the indictment because then they could be accused of election interference, similar to James Comey's announcement with Hillary Clinton. | |
| So they're trying to use it actually to improve their stature to help Democrats coming in, to try to thwart the MAGA red wave. | |
| They also want to be able to have a nice talking point ahead of the oversight hearings, the oversights blitz that Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gates and Jim Jordan and many others are going to lead coming into January and February next year. | |
| Then they want to put Joe in a political penalty box while they figure everything else out. | |
| They say, wait a second, okay, is it going to be Stacey Abrams? | |
| Is it going to be Gavin Newsom? | |
| Is it going to be Kamala Harris? | |
| And by the way, a lot of this movement, a lot of this maneuvering is happening because they've been having tryouts lately. | |
| And I got to tell you, Kamala Harris is failing her tryout. | |
| These people watch the regime, the real people that run our country, the oligarchs, the Soros, the Lorene Powell Jobs, Mackenzie Bezos, Mark Elias, the Comeys, the Strux, the Pages. | |
| Those are the sovereign right now. | |
| It's an upside-down dictatorship. | |
| Biden is nothing more than a puppet. | |
| But they kind of look because they do know this. | |
| They know that they can interfere with and really rob an election from people. | |
| They did it in 2020. | |
| But they need to get the election close. | |
| It can't be a blowout. | |
| It can't be four or five points. | |
| So they need to get things close. | |
| So they need a candidate at least somewhat likable that they can raise a bunch of money, run a bunch of ads, have some sort of debate so it gets within that kind of murky middle. | |
| So then they could do mules and then they could do mass mail and ballots. | |
| They need to get it close. | |
| Their fear is if it gets to be four or five, six points, which is exactly where Arizona is trending, by the way. | |
| All that shenanigans is not enough because what? | |
| The system is overwhelmed. | |
| And they look at Kamala Harris, who's been, let's just say, trying out for the position, and her negatives might be the highest I've ever seen. | |
| Again, I think somebody very smart in the Joe Biden campaign said, we got to pick someone who's worse than you because it will thwart all 25th Amendment talk. | |
| But there is a fourth reason with the announcement yesterday, and it is not a good reason. | |
| There is a fourth reason why the FBI did this, and it is their main goal. | |
| But it takes an analysis where you see one step leading to the other, and you have to look a step deeper. | |
| You have to look at what's actually happening, not just the misdirection, the mirage, the play action pass that they're throwing on cable television, which it's very obvious. | |
| This is trying to lay the foundation, and we predicted this over the summer too. | |
| This is trying to set the groundwork, the prerequisite to indict Donald Trump. | |
| This is not good news for Donald Trump yesterday. | |
| Now, is it going to be a nonsensical indictment? | |
| Of course it is, fabricated out of thin air. | |
| Is it garbage? | |
| Should it make you angry? | |
| Oh, yes, but let's be honest. | |
| Yesterday is about trying to show the FBI says that no one is above the law. | |
| You see, we go after a president's son and we go after a former president. | |
| The difference, obviously, is Trump is innocent and he's not done anything wrong at all, completely at all whatsoever. | |
| And Hunter Biden is a traitor and a criminal. | |
| I mean, what, show me, you know, the old expression is show me the man. | |
| I'll show you the crime. | |
| The expression for Hunter Biden is show me the crime and I'll show you Hunter. | |
| Pick a crime, any crime. | |
| Drugs, sex, paying for sex, illegal foreign lobbying, lying to federal officials, illegally doing business dealings. | |
| I mean, you show me any one of the crimes. | |
| You could pick from the buffet line of the American legal code and all roads lead to Hunter. | |
| Where it's the opposite for Donald Trump, where they show the man and they say, we hate him. | |
| Where can we look in the voluminous records of the American legal code to try to find one thing that we might be able to persuade 12 angry activist leftists to indict him? | |
| You have Tish James running on finding a crime in New York City. | |
| You have the local DA in Fulton County trying to indict him over a phone call. | |
| You have Department of Justice on multiple levels. | |
| But the big one is they're trying to condition the American people to restore trust in the judicial system, which there is no coincidences around here. | |
| There are no coincidences, I should say. | |
| You're trying to tell me that the FBI leaks this just days after Tony Bobulinsky goes on Tucker Carlson? | |
| No, no, Tony Bobulinsky going on Tucker Carlson. | |
| They said, we got to get, we have to, we now have to engage. | |
| It is Operation 2024. | |
| And Operation 2024, the same way that they had Crossfire Hurricane, and they have all these weird sounding things, Operation 2024 within the FBI, within the DOJ, within the deep state, within the shadow government is very clear. | |
| We got to restore our image, make us look neutral and nonpartisan. | |
| You'll have all the mockingbird chattering people. | |
| I guarantee you that there will be an op-ed in the New York Times the next 90 days saying, good on the FBI. | |
| They go after both sides. | |
| They're above politics. | |
| They go after Trump and they go after Hunter Biden. | |
| Let it be a signal and let it be a message to all politicians that you're not going to get away with your crimes. | |
| And then they go to Joe Biden and they probably have Barack Obama deliver the message and they'll say, you're done. | |
| And you know why. | |
| And then they will package somebody else and implement someone who's likable enough to get the election close because Operation 2024 is not just about making sure Joe Biden doesn't run, but it's making sure Donald Trump doesn't run. | |
| But they're starting to recognize and they're starting to realize that with this Hunter Biden news that it's actually deeper than Trump. | |
| And they're, you know, finally they're waking up, the smart guys on MSNBC, I put smart in air quotes, they're starting to realize this is not a cult of personality. | |
| We've only been saying this for the last five years. | |
| Every reporter that talks to us, every person that comes to us, we say, yeah, it's actually a lot deeper than a person. | |
| I wrote the entire book, The MAGA Doctrine, and God bless Donald Trump for his courage and his charisma and his willingness to save the country, his patriotism, his work ethic. | |
| But what's now been boring is something the media was very afraid of. | |
| In fact, the media almost spoke it into existence. | |
| And I think this is actually going to deflate their enthusiasm to indict Donald Trump, which is this movement is a lot deeper than one man. | |
| Is there respect and admiration and loyalty to that man? | |
| Of course there is. | |
| But what's happening now are separate, uncontrollable nodes of articulate, bottom-up grassroots America first candidates that are talking about these issues. | |
| And the media is realizing that even if quote unquote they take the head off the snake with Donald Trump, it's actually a lot more widespread than that. | |
| Cut 142 is Donnie Duch from MSNBC talking about how MAGA ism, America First Ideas, it's more than Trump. | |
| The polls are showing us that these ideas are popular, that this is a blueprint for victory, that they don't know actually how to fight back against this, that Donald Trump has started a widespread, exciting, diverse, new populist movement, a nationalist movement that they can't control. | |
| Play cut 142. | |
| What's interesting, I go back to Arizona also and Lake, and you see what's so scary about her is the packaging versus Trump. | |
| You know, Trump is so easy to dismiss. | |
| He's crazy. | |
| He's racist. | |
| He's all these things. | |
| And then when we have some of these better packaged candidates, DeSantis and Lake, and we can list a few of the other ones, you kind of go, wait a second. | |
| If that's a message that's winning, that's where this country is. | |
| Can you just now paint them in the corner? | |
| Oh, they're crazy extremists. | |
| They're never going to win. | |
| No, they can win. | |
| And the scary part is not the candidates. | |
| It's the numbers of people that are getting behind these candidates, these Trump-ist candidates who are not Donald Trump. | |
| That's actually an appropriate analysis. | |
| That's actually right. | |
| It's not even about the candidates. | |
| It's about you. | |
| That is a 44-second monologue of lament. | |
| He's lamenting that the American people are actually not on board with medical mutilation of 12-year-olds or calling moms and dads terrorists that show up at school board meetings. | |
| He's saying that the American people do not want open borders. | |
| He's saying that the American people want a country that is recognizable. | |
| New poll from interactive polls. | |
| Kerry Lake, four-point lead over Katie Hobbs and expanding, by the way, done by People's Pundit. | |
| In Nevada, Adam Laxalt, in a CNN poll, Adam Laxalt up two points. | |
| Blake Masters, then striking distance of Mark Kelly, Blake Masters joining us very soon. | |

|
|
| They see this, and now all of a sudden, they recognize and realize, like, okay, we can leak some stuff against Hunter Biden and refresh our image. | |
| But Donnie on MSNBC is saying, this is a lot deeper and a lot more popular than we would have recognized. | |
| And that's exactly right. | |
| Why? | |
| Because of you. | |
| You did the work. | |
| This is something that the lazy liberals, we predicted this. | |
| Many of us predicted this, that they were going to sit on their hands and underestimate us. | |
| They thought January 6th was the death sentence of MAGA. | |
| They did. | |
| No one liked what happened on January 6th. | |
| I don't think we'll ever know the true truth of what happened on January 6th, the pipe bombs and federal intervention and Ray Epps. | |
| We didn't like the violence. | |
| We didn't like that. | |
| But they really believed in their own bubble that that was the death sentence of our entire movement, that that was metaphorically putting MAGA to capital punishment and it's over. | |
| And they were wrong. | |
| They rested on their laurels. | |
| They had committees. | |
| They had investigations. | |
| They had subpoenas. | |
| They had all this stuff. | |
| Meanwhile, what did we do? | |
| We went and drafted candidates that are smart, popular, wise, likable, based, willing to do the work, and are fighters. | |
| And now they're waking up 32 days from the midterm election and they say, what is going on? | |
| We thought if we just take Trump off the kind of chessboard, everything will get better. | |
| Not so fast, my friends. | |
| Don't celebrate the Hunter Biden news. | |
| They are going to try to go after Donald Trump, but I think that there is some skepticism because they're starting to realize they're starting to understand this is a lot bigger than one man. | |

Supporting Values With Every Call Today

|
|
| The federal government might soon indict Hunter Biden. | |
| We covered this rather extensively. | |
| And no better person to help us unpack this than Miranda Devine. | |
| Miranda, let me kind of tell you my theory that we have here. | |
| And we've been kind of saying this for a couple months. | |
| Basically, I think this is first and foremost an attempt to try to have the FBI look cleaner ahead of the midterms. | |
| Secondly, they want to look more neutral coming into an oversight blitz that will likely happen if Republicans flip the House and the Senate or the Senate. | |
| Also, I think it's going to put Joe Biden in a political penalty box coming into 2024 so that they can have a Gavin Newsom or someone much more likable. | |
| But kind of most importantly, I think that it is a way to try to set the table to indict Donald Trump. | |
| I think the evidence against Hunter Biden is so overwhelming, they're going to use this as a first step to then go after Trump. | |
| Miranda, what are your thoughts? | |
| There's a lot to unpack there. | |
| Obviously, the leaks to the Washington Post, just like the leaks earlier to CNN, are part of a strategy, a game being played to shape the narrative ahead of any charges or any plea deal coming up. | |
| Now, we've known for many months that what was coming out of Delaware is always going to be a slap on the wrist. | |
| And the most obvious part of that is the fact that they never called Tony Bobolinski, who would be your key witness if you really wanted to get to the bottom of the Biden family influence peddling scheme when it came to China, particularly, which is probably the most important in terms of our national security, definitely. | |
| So, and, you know, Tony Bobolinski was never subpoenaed, never called before that grand jury in Delaware. | |
| So instantly, that tells you that they were not interested. | |
| They were deliberately refusing to follow any lines of inquiry that would lead to the White House to Joe Biden, which effectively means the whole influence peddling scheme is off the table. | |
| And you see that from the leak to the Washington Post. | |
| It's just about tax evasion. | |
| It's just about a gun charge, albeit a felony, a gun charge, pretty serious. | |
| People have gone to jail for lying on that background check form. | |
| But really, the tax charges. | |
| The question you have to ask is: if Hunter has paid back, as we're told, $2.8 million worth of taxes, unpaid taxes to the IRS, where did that money come from? | |
| We know where that money came from. | |
| That money came from China, came from Ukraine, came from Romania, came from Kazakhstan. | |
| It came from the influence peddling operation that the Bidens were running around the world while Joe Biden was vice president, that Joe Biden says he knows nothing about. | |
| And the reason that this is coming out, I'm calling it a limited hangout, you know, a legal limited hangout. | |
| The reason that these just trivial charges really are being aired at this time is to create a narrative that I know the Hunter Biden cab who I talked to yesterday is putting forward, which is that, look, Hunter Biden has nothing to hide. | |
| He's been investigated for four years. | |
| The poor guy was a drug addict. | |
| He was late with his taxes. | |
| Who wouldn't be if they had those kind of addiction problems? | |
| And there's nothing else. | |
| The DOJ case has fallen apart. | |
| These were all Trump prosecutors. | |
| They're just trying to save face. | |
| And they're leaking to put pressure on David Weiss to indict Hunter. | |
| And they're also saying that Hunter is not being offered a plea deal. | |
| So make of that what you will. | |
| This is anonymous sources from people close to Hunter. | |
| So they're not putting their name to it. | |
| And it's obviously part of creating a narrative that suits Hunter Biden. | |
| Yeah, I mean, I hear all that. | |
| And I think the facts are important. | |
| I'm just, you know, I'm just so cynical in the sense where I think they're just the regime in DC doesn't want to have to go after Hunter. | |
| But if they are going to, which they will, they're going to use it for some other objective and some other aim. | |
| What do you think about the theory of trying to, let's just say, change their appearance in the eyes of the American people or of the Senate or Congress, that they're a non-political neutral institution to then do a move against Donald Trump? | |
| Oh, I'm sure that will happen. | |
| You know, the slap on the wrist will happen. | |
| This will be exhibit A of how the DOJ, without fear or favor, has charged the president's son or has, you know, given him a suspended sentence or a big fine, whatever, that they've investigated him, that there was no interference from Joe Biden, no interference from Eric Garland. | |
| I'm sure there will be a press conference trumpeting all of that and making out that, and they'll be aided and abetted by the New York Times and Washington Post and so on, whose readers don't know any better because they've never really been told the full story of the influence peddling scheme as told by, you know, the laptop Bob Linsky, but not just them. | |
| Also, the voluminous amount of Treasury Department records tracing the money that Chuck Grosley and Ron Johnson discovered during their Senate inquiry. | |
| You know, those three pieces of the jigsaw puzzle fit together to tell a really strong tale of corruption, which goes both ways in Washington. | |
| Joe Biden, this is about Joe Biden. | |
| It's not about Hunter Biden, but it could be about a lot of people on both sides of the aisle in Washington because influence peddling, making money in corrupt ways is an equal opportunity game for both sides in Washington. | |
| It's the norm, you know, with your great reporting from the laptop from hell. | |
| I encourage everyone to check out your book. | |
| You know, the old expression is, you show me the man, I'll show you the crime. | |
| In this case, you show me the crime, I'll show you Hunter. | |
| There's no lack of crimes here. | |
| It's every possible category imaginable. | |
| So, Miranda, I'm sure you saw clips or maybe the whole thing of Tony Bobulinsky's conversation with Tucker this week. | |
| What did we learn, if anything, from that conversation? | |
| What did you learn or maybe nothing as the kind of subject matter expert on this? | |
| Well, the new information that I hadn't known was that Jim Biden called Tony Bobelinski when he was in the middle of that five-hour interview with the FBI on October 23, 2020, just 11 days before the election. | |
| And he called him. | |
| Tony Bobolinski held up his phone, showed it to the agents who were interviewing him. | |
| Their eyes widened. | |
| They said, Oh, you should take that. | |
| I walked out of the room, let him take it. | |
| When he answered the phone, there was just dead air. | |
| Jim Biden didn't answer. | |
| He texted Jim Biden. | |
| Did you call me? | |
| No answer. | |
| He hasn't heard from the Biden since. | |
| But, you know, that opens all sorts of questions. | |
| Maybe it was a coincidence, or maybe somebody at the FBI tipped off the Bidens to the fact that Tony Bobulinsky. | |
| That's very interesting. | |
| Yes, that's exactly right. | |
| We have a tape here of him talking about that, actually. | |
| I want to find this tape of Tony Bobulinsky kind of going back and talking about it. | |
| So let me try to get this one here. | |
| Well, let's start with this clip here. | |
| Let's cut 75 and then we'll find that other one. | |
| But there are hundreds of data points that Joe Biden was acting in, in a capitalistic term, I would say the chairman. | |
| The chairman of JP Morgan doesn't take eight meetings down with the people, you know, analyzing companies. | |
| The chairman serves a purpose, right? | |
| He's a figurehead. | |
| He shows up in meetings, shakes hands, advises, you know, has faith in his team. | |
| Effectively, that was Joe Biden's role in the Biden family business ventures and around the world. | |
| And so in normal world America, Tony Bobulinsky is not just a helpful witness. | |
| He's the lynchpin to the entire investigation. | |
| Let's play Cut 88. | |
| Keep tell us that it's age 15 on Wednesday night. | |
| He's got a chance to be called. | |
| It doesn't hurt you. | |
| Just want to talk to you. | |
| I thought the article released the thing online. | |
| It's going to be printed tomorrow. | |
| The Times is good. | |
| I think it's clear. | |
| And anyway, if you get a chance to recall, I love it. | |
| What article was he referencing there? | |
| That was a New York Times article, which was looking into CEFC, this Chinese energy conglomerate that paid millions of dollars to the Biden family. | |
| And Chairman Yee was the head of that CEFC, and he had been squiring around Hunter and, you know, sucking up to the Bidens. | |
| And he was basically Jim and Hunter Biden's partner. | |
| And Joe Biden, this was the deal that Joe Biden was slated to get 10% for the big guy, as Tony Bobulinsky attested to. | |
| So, you know, that's Joe Biden, who has always claimed he knows nothing about Hunter's overseas business dealings, obviously intimately aware of the details of this New York Times article, knew that Hunter was panicking about it. | |
| And he rings up with a sigh of relief and says, I look at seeing the article. | |
| Looks like you're clear. | |
| Let's play Cut 74. | |
| So the last contact I had with the Biden family was actually when I was in my interview with the FBI on October 23rd for that five plus hours. | |
| So my phone starts ringing in the middle of this interview. | |
| So I look down and I'm like, I'm like, is he really calling me right now? | |
| So I show the phone to my lawyer and he's like, and then I show it to the agents. | |
| The agents got up out of their chair and left the room. | |
| They were like, you can take that call if you want. | |
| And so I answered it and there was nobody on the other side. | |
| So I don't know if it was a mistake or they were trying to send me a message or what it was, but that's the last interaction or communication I've had with the Biden family. | |
| I guess the question is: you know, Tony Bobulinsky should have called them back and recorded the call with the FBI agents right there. | |
| It could have been signed, sealed, and delivered. | |
| But that's rather remarkable. | |
| Was that kind of like a mob, like you call and no one's on the other line type thing, or kind of like you wake up with a dead horse's head in your bed? | |
| What are we supposed to make of this? | |
| Look, who would know? | |
| You can put any complexion on that you like. | |
| But as with everything with the Bidens, there's always some sort of plausible deniability. | |
| Remember, Joe Biden's been doing this for 40 years. | |
| He's not stupid enough to get caught saying anything overt, doing anything overt. | |
| But the circumstantial evidence, when you piece it all together, is incontrovertible. | |
| We know that Joe Biden was involved, that he met at least more than a dozen of Hunter Biden's overseas business partners. | |
| We know that he knew about Hunter and Jim's business. | |
| We know that in part, we've got some evidence that he financially benefited from it from the laptop. | |
| And so there's a lot there to investigate. | |
| But obviously, over in Delaware, which is Joe Biden's home state, very small state. | |
| Everyone knows each other. | |
| They have done the bare minimum. | |
| And this is just a limited hangout in terms of any charges that might be brought against Hunter Biden. | |
| There's a deeper game at play. | |
| Miranda's been on the case the entire time. | |
| Check out her book, Laptop from Hell Miranda. | |

Building Anxiety For Democrats In Rhode Island
00:04:57
|
|
| Thank you so much. | |
| Thanks, Charlotte. | |
| Someone emails here, Charlie. | |
| Do you think the red wave is going to reach blue states as well? | |
| I do. | |
| Keep an eye on that Oregon governor's race. | |
| I think that's a very interesting race. | |
| Oregon could elect a Republican governor this year. | |
| Very, very interesting. | |
| I find that to be a fascinating race. | |
| Rhode Island. | |
| That's right. | |
| Rhode Island. | |
| There's some stuff that you could do. | |
| There's some things that could happen in Rhode Island. | |
| In fact, let me see here. | |
| We have some, I was just reading an email from someone from Rhode Island. | |
| Let me try to get the article from Rhode Island here that I was reading this morning. | |
| Matt Boyle sent it to me. | |
| Yeah, here it is right here. | |
| That's right. | |
| So, Rhode Island poll, Republican Alan Fung, six points ahead of Democrat Seth Magzindner. | |
| This is a poll that is commissioned in WPRI, and it's an amazing opportunity. | |
| And if you look at what's happening here, it is a congressional race in Rhode Island. | |
| So it's a House seat, and it shows that Republicans are poised to win it for the first time since 1992 in Rhode Island. | |
| Fung is a centrist Republican who served as a mayor of the second largest city in Rhode Island and very popular, very charismatic. | |
| And obviously, Rhode Island only gets one congressional seat, not the biggest state, but great people. | |
| I love Rhode Island. | |
| And there's some wacky people in Rhode Island too, but there's some great people. | |
| I've spent some time in Rhode Island. | |
| I've spoken at Brown University in Providence. | |
| I think it's in Providence. | |
| Yeah, that's right. | |
| It's in Providence. | |
| And I've also been to Newport, which is quite honestly one of the most beautiful places America has to offer is Newport, Rhode Island. | |
| Really great people there. | |
| I want to get just some more sound here as we wait for the great Wayne Allen root. | |
| I want to go to this sound where you could start to see the anxiety continue to build for Democrats. | |
| The anxiety is just really starting to hit a fever pitch. | |
| Cut 153. | |
| There is a, to quote a one-term Democratic president, a malaise that is out there. | |
| And that is what our polls have shown in some of these key states, Nevada and Arizona. | |
| People just don't feel good because inflation is high, because there is so much discord and discontent in this country. | |
| I think Wayne Allen Root agrees. | |
| He's with us now. | |
| Wayne, apologies for the technical stuff. | |
| And congratulations. | |
| You have a Trump interview tomorrow. | |
| We only have two minutes, so the floor is yours. | |
| Well, thank you, Charlie. | |
| Great honor to be on your show. | |
| You've been on mine quite a few times. | |
| So great to be here with everybody. | |
| I've got Trump on my show tomorrow on Real America's Voice, noon East Coast time, 9 a.m. Pacific. | |
| It'll be the fifth time I've had Trump on my show in the last year. | |
| We're good friends. | |
| And that always means you get great conversation because we're not like a journalist interviewing Trump. | |
| It's like two buddies talking. | |
| And I always get things out of him that he never says in any other interviews. | |
| So it's guaranteed to be an eye-opening interview. | |
| By the way, in the past, one of the best things I ever discussed with him is I thought he should be the House Speaker. | |
| I was the first guy to invent that idea in January of 2021, right after Biden took office. | |
| And then Steve Bannon started talking about it. | |
| And then I asked Trump about it. | |
| And it blew up in headlines all around the world. | |
| And I still, to this day, Charlie, think Trump should be the House Speaker. | |
| I know he probably doesn't want the job. | |
| He's probably going to tell me he's officially decided it's McCarthy's job. | |
| It's not his. | |
| But I don't believe McConnell and McCarthy are our kind of conservatives that'll ever make waves and ever get the job done facing the literally socialist, communist, radical assault on America we're facing right now. | |
| We need someone special and unique to lead the House, and that's Trump. | |
| But we'll see what he says. | |
| I'll ask him about it again tomorrow. | |
| And I'll also ask him about inflation and crime and World War III. | |
| I believe we're at the precipice of World War III. | |
| And I've said it for three months. | |
| And suddenly Biden agrees with me. | |
| He says we're at the precipice of nuclear Armageddon, unlike any time since the Cuban Missile Crisis. | |
| So even Biden's chiming in. | |
| Unfortunately, he feels our pain because he's the one causing it. | |
| He's the one that is causing World War III. | |
| Disaster is upon us. | |
| And I'll ask Trump about all of that. | |
| I'm sure we'll get some interesting answers. | |
| Your interview tomorrow, Real America's Voice, top 10 countdown. | |
| Great job, Wayne. | |
| Wish we had more time. | |
| You got to come back soon. | |
| Thanks so much. | |
| You got it. | |
| Bye-bye. | |
| God bless. | |
