And if while we're fighting to take back our country, we need to focus.
Of course, it's all 50 states.
We have to focus on the southern states, but we also have to focus on that rust belt.
Remember that beautiful rust belt that swung in 2016, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.
These are the states.
My own home state of Pennsylvania.
Now, Charlie's from Illinois.
I wish we could get Illinois in there, but he does understand the Midwest.
He certainly understands the Midwest.
And that's why every time we can get Charlie back up there, it's so important that we understand there's a difference up there because they understand that all of this comes down to two issues: two key issues that swung the entire, entire election in 2016.
Senator Ron Johnson up there, he understands this.
Tudor Dixon understands this in Michigan.
Senator Mastriano understands this in Pennsylvania.
Trade and immigration, trade and immigration, trade and immigration.
Republicans are winning when it comes to crime.
Republicans are winning when it comes to the economy.
They're winning on so many issues that we're focusing on.
But what is it that flips those voters from the blue column to the red column?
And what did it in 2016?
It was trade and immigration.
Because if you bring back manufacturing in this country, if you can put a lid on the mass immigration that's going on across our southern border, then you have a fighting chance.
And the working class people of this country then have a fighting chance to actually see their wages rise, maintain family formation, increase family formation, increase wealth generation, and get to the point where they have home ownership.
And then you can pass that wealth on to the next generation, pass it on to your children.
That's how it works.
That's how you go from working class to middle class, etc.
We know this.
We know this formula.
We've been using it since the 1950s.
But then, when you see these policies that come out, like Barack Obama and this policy of DACA, which we are going to get into today on this show, because there's been a massive ruling on this at the Appeals Court, Federal Appeals Court, that DACA is and always was illegal.
Because the Predator United States cannot wave his hand with his magic wand and say, Abracadabra, and transform people into legal residents of the United States.
It's not how it works.
Absolutely not how it works.
No serious country on the face of the planet would treat illegal immigrants this way, but we do.
But we do.
And spare me your talking points about, oh, these are kids, they're so young.
No, no.
The average age is in their 30s.
Okay.
We understand what we're dealing with, and they understand what they're dealing with.
And so we're going to have a huge discussion about that today later in the show.
But I want to go back to my original thesis.
My original thesis, which is this: it's not that nobody Fs with Joe Biden.
Everybody, look, and I could say this as a guy out of the Philly area, and I just spent some time up in the Philly area last weekend out there on the stump with Senator Mastriano, fighting back against the insane policies of A.G. Shapiro and this lumbering Frankenstein's reject experiment named John Fetterman, who's trying to become United States senator, who's clearly unfit to serve.
If you want to talk about people who F with Joe Biden, I don't even know how long that list would be.
But currently, the people effing with Joe Biden are called OPEC, OPEC plus.
Here's what Biden did.
And I still can't fathom how the White House thought this would be a good idea.
They get into office.
What's the very first thing they do?
They shut down drilling offshore.
They shut down federal permits.
They shut down drilling in Alaska.
They do everything they can to stifle fracking in places like, oh, by the way, Pennsylvania.
This is exactly what I'm talking about.
You can turn the Rust Belt into the fracking belt because of the Marcellus Shale find.
The Marcellus Shale find, which God bestowed to the people of Pennsylvania, the people of Ohio, and yes, the people of New York State, even though the governor's in New York, will never, ever, Kathy Hochul and before her Cuomo, they're never going to let anyone tap into that energy resource that was bequeathed by God to the people of those states.
Senator Mastriano had a point about this.
Nobody's covered it.
I've read all the hit pieces.
Every single one of the inquirer is going after me.
Why would Senator Mastriano bring a MA guy like Jack Pesovic to Southeast Pennsylvania?
Well, maybe it's because I'm literally from Southeast Pennsylvania.
Idiots, dipsticks.
But what did Mastriano actually say?
I'm going to tie this all together because it ties into OPEC.
It ties into who Fs with Joe Biden and it ties into Tony Bobolinski a little bit too, and I'll explain how.
Because remember, the deal that Bobolinski was working on, you got to connect the dots.
It was an energy deal.
It was a Chinese energy firm.
This is One Belt, One Road.
China wants to build the infrastructure.
They don't want the Americans to build it.
They don't want the Russians to build it.
They want China to control all the energy and financial infrastructure worldwide.
That's One Belt, One Road.
That's what they were paying off Biden to do.
Biden sold us out.
It's as simple as that.
They sold us out.
So connect the dots that Tony Bobolinski is laying out when it comes to Chinese energy firms and then tie that back to Philadelphia.
What did Senator Mastriano say when we were there in Bucks County?
I'll tell you what he said.
If you take what's happening in Western Pennsylvania, the fracking that's going on out there, and then you look at Philadelphia, where we had the ConocoPhillips oil refinery that's been shut down, but all the infrastructure is there.
You could take that and turn it into a new refinery for LNG, set up an LNG terminal, then build a pipeline from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia, right across I-76.
You would have the ability for Pennsylvania LNG, number one, to be sold across the entire state of Pennsylvania.
Look, when you pull into a Wawa, a Rudders, a Sheets, or a Turkey Hill, I'm getting them all in.
You could be actually filling your car up with Pennsylvania gas.
And then that Pennsylvania gas could be sold on the world market.
Then you don't have to worry about the Nord streams.
Then we don't have to go to war.
We don't have to worry about OPEC.
But here's what Biden did.
So that's what Mastriano says that he wants to do, which actually does have worldwide geopolitical implications.
Stop Putin in his tracks.
He dropped the price of oil.
What's OPEC doing?
Well, Biden tried to make a secret deal.
Michael Schellenberger has this up on his sub stack.
He tried to make a secret deal with OPEC.
Didn't tell us.
He said, we're going to empty strategic oil reserve.
And then we're going to make a deal with you so that you don't drive the price up.
We're going to promise that we're going to buy it to replenish 200 million barrels at $80 a barrel.
What did the Saudis do?
The Saudis turned to the Russians and they said, well, guess what?
We can cut production all the way because you don't have any leverage, Joe.
You have no idea how any of this works.
And the people surrounding you from BlackRock and Blackstone and God knows where else, they have no clue how this works.
In fact, they want the price of oil to be $200 a barrel.
So everybody has to switch over to EVs and solar panels and wind turbines that kill our bald eagles.
They turned around and said, you cut your production.
You have no leverage over us.
We're going to cut our production too.
Now, instead of you, you're going to promise to buy it at $80 a barrel.
We're going to force you to buy it at $100 a barrel, $120, $150, maybe even as much as $200.
You idiot, you absolute morons and scumbags that are running our White House.
They actually thought they had a good deal.
They said, we're the customer and we've got all this air.
You buffoons.
You bamboozled yourselves.
I love that word.
You bamboozled yourselves.
Self-bamboozlers.
You set up a situation where you gave away all your own leverage and then you went to begging hat in hand and said, please, Saudis, please, Venezuelans.
And they go into Venezuela again and said, please, please sell us some oil.
Don't jack up the price.
Don't cut your production.
And they said, well, you're forced to do this because you've got to keep it on.
And by the way, you're into October of an election year.
So guess what?
We're going to do whatever we want to you, whatever we want.

What Biden's doing is playing into the hands of One Belt One Road.
It's playing into the hands of OPEC Plus.
And we do have breaking news.
Okay, so I was just talking about how Senator Doug Mastriano proposed build an LNG pipeline.
And there are proposed pipelines out there across the state of Pennsylvania along I-76 from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia, reconfigure the old ConocoPhillips oil refinery, make it an LNG refinery.
Imagine those six-figure jobs that could be had in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania if you simply tapped into the resources that God provided for us lying directly beneath our feet in the rich soil of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Six-figure jobs, and then the secondary and tertiary jobs that come off of that.
But here's the breaking that we just got in.
A Swedish security service has announced the preliminary results of the Nord Stream investigation.
And I know this is going to be shocking.
Producer Andrew, I want to make sure you're sitting down.
I want to make sure you're not drinking because Sweden just announced that the Nord Stream leaks were actually caused by detonations in a sign of sabotage.
I know, I know this is shocking.
I know this is going to be terrifying to a lot of people, but it turns out it actually does turn out that it was sabotaged.
Now, of course, they don't know who did it.
You know, they're not going to find a little, they said, oh, we found a KGB badge down here.
Of course, the passports.

But of course, when it comes to oil now and LNG and being able to fuel our country, because the gas prices are already going back up, by the way, and it's amazing because at the White House, they were saying, Oh, we're, you know, we're not to blame for the gas prices going back up.
I say, well, you took credit for gas prices going back down, but we're not to blame for them going up.
You are the ones who emptied out our strategic oil reserve.
Let's play.

There's confusion about what the White House will do since we were told 180 million barrels already ordered out of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve or SPR would be it.
Just yesterday.
We're not considering new releases, releases from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve beyond the 180 million.
Today, in a reversal, the White House says the president will continue to direct SPR releases as appropriate to protect American consumers and promote energy security.
So you look at this.
You say, oh, we're going to direct this to protect.
That's not what the Strategic Oil Reserve is for.
It's not.
The Strategic Oil Reserve is there in case OPEC does what exactly they're doing now.
You fools.
We're such fools.
We're absolute fools.
You cut off American production and then you turned around.
Then you turned around and you went to them and you said, hat in hand.
They're going to the Venezuelans again.
By the way, they're going on to the Venezuelans there.
The United States, and everybody's reporting this now, that the White House is preparing to drop all sanctions on Venezuela and they're going to allow Chevron to start pumping again.
That's what they're going to do.
They're going to relax these sanctions.
They're going to drop these things down.
We're not sure exactly how that's going to shake out.
But here's what I thought.
I thought if we had American security, that meant that we would fill our strategic oil reserve.
By the way, they're kept.
I don't know if you know this, very interesting.
They're kept in these massive caverns down in Louisiana where our strategic oil reserve is actually kept.
And so I'm going to be speaking at the University of Louisiana pretty soon here.
We're doing a joint event, University of Louisiana Lafayette and LSU.

We always knew it was unconstitutional, the DACA program.
But it was the state of Texas and the great AG, Ken Paxton, that fought this tooth and nail.
And here we are a decade later.
We are getting this overturned.
And we are very excited to bring the Attorney General on here.
Jerome Paxton, thank you so much for joining us here on the Charlie Kirk Show.
Oh, hey, thanks for having me on.
I really appreciate it.
Tell me about this case.
How was it put together and how were you able to get it across the finish line?
Yeah, so we had a very similar case like this years ago called DAPA, which related to the parents, not the children.
We took that all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court years ago and we won.
And our argument was this is exactly the same thing that Obama did with the parents, he did with the children, which is he created an exception for citizenship in the executive office.
And the reality is the way it's supposed to work under constitutional government is Congress is supposed to set the parameters for who can come in here, come to the country legally and what that process is.
The president can't just make that up.
Well, he made it up with the parents.
Then he also made it up with kids.
We won with the parents.
We should win with the children.
And fortunately, you know, it took a long time, but we did win the case.
Now, the fact that it took a decade to get this overturned, how many more recipients, if you had lost this case, how many more recipients would there have been?
It would be endless.
And you'd have more people applying because it's just like the border.
You've got a president who openly invited everybody on day one to come and told the cartels, bring as many people as you can.
And you can see what happened.
It went from, you know, the numbers tripled, quadrupled.
The same thing would happen with DACA and DAPA had we lost.
Then there would be this massive loophole through immigration laws that Congress did not pass, just like they didn't pass an open border that the president would be exploiting, which is what he does.
He tries to create his own rules and his own laws, and then he exploits those to the detriment of the American people.
And no serious country would treat their border this way.
And certainly no serious country would treat their own sovereignty this way.
And we're hearing reports that 5 million illegals, 5 million have crossed just in the first two years of the Biden administration.
And what you're saying now, this is an endless path to legal residence here in the United States for millions of people.
There would have been had you not been triumphant there in Texas.
Yeah, there's no doubt about it.
They would have used this as now settled law.
They can just buy, they can make up their own immigration procedures for these people.
And once they did that, there would be, you're right, the numbers would be just unstoppable.
They just, everybody would apply and get it.
The situation that we have here is that for a long time, it feels like the right or conservatives or normals, as I've been saying for a while now, are just laying back and letting it happen.
We don't have many activist AGs out there that are actually doing the work of taking these cases to court because we know that these things that these administrations, even the previous administration in this case, two previous administrations ago, were unconstitutional.
But if you don't fight them, if you just say, oh, I just want to be left alone, well, guess what?
The people that want to fundamentally change the country will win.
No, there's no doubt this is the strategy.
They just, they bring out, you know, hundreds of these things and then hope no one will oppose them.
And they just start changing the way our government works.
And they start making this more of an oligarchy or more of a dictatorship than a republic.
And that's not the way this country was set up.
It's supposed to be governed by the people.
So yeah, they're just hoping we won't fight them and they can just do what they want.

Attorney General Paxton, maybe I'd love if I could actually get you to respond to the president now because he says this is the extreme.
I'm going to read it.
This challenge to DACA is just another example of the extreme agenda being pushed by MAGA Republican officials.
Is that true, A.G. Paxton?
It is true if you believe the Constitution is an extreme agenda, because that's what we're pushing, the Constitution, that there are roles for the president, and those roles do not include making up new law.
So yes, he believes the Constitution is extreme.
Then yes, we are extreme.
I don't believe the Constitution is extreme.
I think it protects us from our government.
He doesn't believe in that.
And that's what he's pushing.
He's pushing the extreme agenda of I can do what I want.
I don't have to follow what Congress put in place.
If I don't like their rules, I call you extreme and I do what I want.
I've seen this in other countries.
This happened in Nazi Germany.
This is happening.
This happens in China.
This happens in Russia.
It's not supposed to happen here.
That's the difference.
And if he wants to call it extreme, he can, but the reality is what he's doing is wrong and it's unconstitutional.
And if we let him do it or we let any president do it or we let Congress do things they're not supposed to do, we don't have a representative government.
We're controlled by a few people.
Well, no, I think that's exactly right because you have a situation here that keep in mind, and for everybody out there, this was illegal from the day that Barack Obama wrote this memo.
This is not how our government is supposed to work.
This is not how the founding fathers set up the three branches of our government, based on the way, by the way, taking a little bit of a cue from the prophet Isaiah, right?
Only God can be the judge, the king, and the lawmaker.
But the judge, the king, and the lawmaker are split between the three branches.
We have to go so far back because we're that distantly removed.
They've twisted and perverted our system of government to the point now where we have presidential orders that affect our own immigration into our country that aren't even passed by laws.
It's not even an executive order.
It's a memo.
This thing is a memo.
Now, A.G. Paxton, tell us what's the legal side of this, if you can get into that a little bit.
Does this mean DACA is over or does the fight continue?
Yeah, so let me comment on what you just said.
It was President Obama before he put this into place that said, because he was being pressured to do it, the DAPA and DACA, that he didn't have the authority to do it, that it was up to Congress, and he was not a king or an emperor.
He's the one that said it.
And then, of course, he implemented it anyway, knowing exactly, it's on record.
He's on record as saying it.
So this is now Joe Biden doing the same thing.
As far as where we are at legally, so we had, there's another, after we had our oral argument on the 2012 memo, the Department of Homeland Security came back and changed the memo and issued new memo.
So now we're being remanded back for that part.
So right now, they're enjoined from taking any new applications.
The people that are already have permits, whatever you want to call them, are we're okay.
There's a stay for now on them.
So there's limbo on the current DACA, but they're putting a stay, basically a block on anyone else entering into this program.
And yes, until we get...
Yes, until we get resolution of the new memo that they drafted after our oral arguments.
I guess they realized their arguments didn't make sense.
And so they just rewrote it, hoping that we'd have to start over.
And the reality is we do kind of start over a little bit because we have to go back to district court to get a ruling.
So they're desperate.
They're gumming up the works.
They're pulling out all the stops they can because you caught them.
You caught them at their own game and the jig is up.
The jig is up because this was never a law.
This was always passed incorrectly.
It was unconstitutional from the moment that Barack Obama is penned.
And he even admitted, essentially, that he wasn't supposed to be doing this, but it's taken 10 years.
And how sad is it that it's taken 10 years and AG Paxton to come all this way for someone to step up?
And this is why AG races across the country, whether you're in Arizona, whether you're in Pennsylvania, wherever, they're so important, Missouri, because it's the AGs that file these cases.
Are there other AGs that you're seeing that are coming in that are filing amicus briefs?
Are other people coming that are rallying to this?
Because, of course, this affects all 50 states.
So not so much on this, but there are other AGs that are fighting other issues.
And of course, I always think we should team up, not necessarily falling at the same time, but filing in different courts to keep the Biden administration occupied in different courts, because that's certainly what the Democrats do.
But we have other great attorney generals.
We have Eric Schmidt, who's running for U.S. Senate in Missouri, who's done a great job.
We have Jeff Landry in Louisiana, who's got some of his own great losses.
We've got Sean Reyes in Utah.
We've got Austin Knutson in Montana.
So we have several AGs who are filing really great cases.
Not so many are filing on immigration other than Eric Schmidt.
I think that's largely because we're a state that feels the first impressions of people crossing the border.
