We're continuing our COVID special with someone who I consider to be remarkably wise and courageous in our times of confusion, Dr. Robert Malone, who I believe has saved millions of lives thanks to his commentary.
Dr. Malone, welcome back to the program.
Charlie, it is such a pleasure to be here.
And I just wanted to give you a shout out for your amazing leadership over the last couple of years and clarity of thought.
I'm honored to be here.

And we're in this together.
And it seems as if the fight continues.
Let's start with BA.5, whatever that is.
What is BA.5?
Is it more dangerous or lethal than previous variants?
And what could possibly be causing this new variant?
Is it worth the fear that the media is pushing towards us?
What are your thoughts?
BA.5 as well as BA.4 are two current, the most recent escape mutants, Omicron escape mutants.
Let's break that down.
It sounds kind of technical and scary.
What it means is that the force of the mass vaccination campaign, plus other people having just generally been infected by the prior strains, has resulted in a situation where the virus has evolved to escape the pre-existing immunity against Wuhan 1 and against the Wuhan 1 spike protein.
So BA4 and BA5 are evolved escape virus mutants that circumvent both to some extent natural immunity and absolutely circumvent the vaccine-induced immunity.
The data gets stronger every single day.
The people that are at high risk for repeat infection and chronic infection and highest risk for hospitalization and unfortunately death with BA5 are the subset of people that are highly vaccinated.
This has been seen in country after country after country.
It is not the ones that have the natural immunity consequent to natural infection by the prior strains of the virus.
The mechanism for this, we've all been talking about the problem with antibody-dependent enhancement, which is certainly a worry that the FDA has recognized from the outset.
But that does not appear to be the mechanism here.
What we appear to have, in addition to evolution to escape the suppression from the immune response generated by these narrow vaccines, is something called immune imprinting.
The government is behaving as if this doesn't exist.
They didn't acknowledge it in any of their FDA or CDC meetings.
And yet, there are many, many, many high-caliber peer-reviewed papers now that demonstrate that immune imprinting is the problem.
In terms of is BA5 a major risk to those of us that have natural immunity, BA5 functionally is like the common cold.
It's associated with runny nose, sore throat, some congestion.
It is a high-risk virus for those that are heavily boosted.
But the fear porn is absolutely unwarranted.
This is not a highly lethal variant.
It is not more severe than Delta.
It is not more severe than beta.
It is not more severe than Wuhan One.
South Africa has largely already cleared BA5.
Many of the other nations are well on the way.
I put out multiple substacks showing people the raw data from all over the world, from different countries, so you can make your own determination.
Like the monkeypox outbreak, this is a clear case of media spin or what I like to call fear porn because that's what it is.
It's a business model for CNN and other companies to make profit, to spin up fear, and to evoke control mechanisms in the general population.
And I think the reason why all the spin was mounted was because they were anticipating the need to re-up the emergency medical determination, which is what allows all of these bypassing of Bill of Rights and implementation of emergency use authorizations, et cetera.
I think this was spun up to justify their decision to go ahead and re-up the medical emergency statement, even though there's clearly no medical emergency.
And I've documented that.
Our beds aren't filled.
We're not having a major surge in hospitalization.
Yes, that's major surge in cases.
Yes, so the kind of synthesis we go through on this program, and it's worth repeating, if there's no crisis, then there's no EUA or emergency use authorization.
If there's no EUA, then there's no experimental vaccines.
If there's no vaccines, then there's no vaccine passports.
If there's no vaccine passports, there's no social credit system or digital identity, no social credit score, no great reset.
So that's the kind of synthesis that we walk people through, which is there's actually a global political game that is camouflaging itself as a public health crisis that is unfolding in America.
Do you agree with that?
We are completely aligned, Charlie.
And I got to tell you, Charlie, every time I turn around the corner when I'm evaluating this, the pair of eyes I see looking out for me from the other direction belong to Mr. Bill Gates.
Yeah, that seems to be a common theme and a common thread.
And so let's talk about Bill Gates.
What does Bill Gates want?
What is his motivation?
What drives Bill Gates?
That's a great question.
I'll leave that up to you because it may be as much a philosophical or religious one as anything.
There are those who speak about the fact that evil does walk the earth.
And I used to avoid that kind of talk.
And yet it's hard to reconcile what we observe.
What does it profit a man if he gains the whole world yet forfeits his soul?
Mr. Gates is not a healthy psychological being.
He is bizarrely disconnected from people.
He believes that he's above us in some strange way.
The best I can say is the term sociopath.
And you know that sociopath is a term on a continuum.
Yes.
I'm not in Bill Gates' head, but his behaviors are not those of a healthy, well-balanced human being, in my opinion.
And he continues to play out.
The reason why I loop back to Bill is opposed to Klaus, who's like a cartoon evil guy, you know, out of a Bond movie.
And my European friends tell me he's actually kind of goofy, not very smart.
He's more the puppet than the puppet master.
Bill is intrinsically a monopolist, as I said before.
And that is his core competency.
He wants to control.
He wants to have power.
And let's just, you're a person of faith.
You know that sometimes people have their soul that they just can't fit.
And Mr. Gates seems to suffer from that problem.
I just, I don't have any other way to account for this behavior other than reaching to the language of faith-based frame of reference.
I totally agree.
In the words of Dennis Prager, who is a religious Jew, he said, in Judaism, it's unclear whether or not there is Satan or the devil.
He said, but the last couple years certainly made me believe that there was evil and that there was some force in the demonic pushing it.

Dr. Malone, if I remember correctly, you have a fondness for the American farm that you live out in the country.
And I bring this up for a reason, because Bill Gates is purchasing farmland all across America.
I know this is not a medical question, but I'm going to ask you to speculate, why on earth would one of the world's wealthiest men need to buy up all this farmland?
What do you think is his calculus in doing so?
Again, you're asking me to get into the head of Bill Gates, and that's something that I just, I can't do.
This is my sixth small farm that we currently live on.
I was a farmer and a ranch hand before I was a physician and a scientist.
The agricultural community all over the world is upset by the policies that are being implemented by the WEF, World Economic Forum, that often relate to the ESG scores and the logic of environmentalism and global warming.
And of course, we're seeing that with the Dutch farmers and also UK, British, many others.
And what we've learned is that this has been a long-term play.
Many of my colleagues in the ag community have known of Mr. Gates's behaviors for quite a while now.
He appears to have bought up a lot of the land in Oahu, just to give another example.
He's been buying up land all over the United States, often along waterways.
So that raises the speculation that he's trying to capture water rights.
What is being observed is that these players that are buying up the farmland are then often taking it out of production.
And it's hard to comprehend the logic of that.
It is triggering famine.
There's a phrase that's being used globally now called Greta Famine.
There's an anticipation that we may see in the next year over a billion people with severe famine consequent to the various activities related to the environmental, social, and governance scoring, the climate agenda, and these various very, very large investor activities,
which seem to be seeking to actively manipulate our food supply.
Of course, this feeds right into the fear that's associated with all of these inexplicable fires in food processing plants.
It does, my ag buddies tell me in, for instance, the cattle business, et cetera, that USDA over time, together with these kind of globalists in their agenda, has created a situation in which the American producer has really got the short end of the stick.

For instance, beef that's brought into the United States from Latin America from these mega farms, all they have to do is touch it with a knife and it's considered made in the United States.
There's a whole bunch of policies that have been put in place here that are absolutely opposed to the interests of the American farmer, American heartland.
And Charlie, it really goes back, I'm sorry to say, to the Nixon administration and Secretary of Agriculture Earl Butts, who believed in the idea of get big or get out.
That's what transformed American agriculture, is what destroyed the small town in America.
It's what destroyed our small farmers.
And what they did was they implemented the use of big agribusiness, chemical fertilizers, the whole Monsanto cropping technology roundup, etc.
It was all brought in under the guise of feeding the world, but it's actually those policies that are driving all these things like the nitrogen ponds in the middle of the ocean, the phosphate contamination in our waterways.
A lot of these pollution and major problems are actually the consequence, the unintended blowback of the naive agriculture policies that were put in place under Big Ag and Wall Street, beginning with the Nixon administration.
And we're just living the consequences now.
And unfortunately, what they're doing is they're blaming the farmers.
But it's not the farmers that cause the problem.
Look, look, Soviet Union.
I mean, look at the Kulaks.
It's what they do.
It's always the people that own the land that are the enemy.
It's never the bureaucrats.
It's never the central planners.
It's never the scientific, unelected elite.
It's always the property owners that are the problem.
That is the middle class, the golden mean, as Aristotle would call it.
That has to always be the enemy of the regime.
And it makes for a perfect enemy because they own land and they're terrible and they go to church.

Dr. Malone, I want to live in a country where I trust my medical institutions.
I actually think there's a role for medical institutions, but I don't trust the CDC, the FDA, NIH.
Dr. Ryan Cole reported on a myriad of really serious cancers, but we also have a cancer, I could say, of a mistrust that pervades all these institutions.
I know people that are saying for the first time ever, I'm skipping my flu shot.
I don't trust my doctor.
I mean, Dr. Malone, you know, you've kind of created radicals out of all of us in a good way.
I'm going for my annual physical checkup and, you know, they're saying, oh, yeah, you need this booster.
And I say, yeah, why do I need it?
What's the ingredient list?
What's in there?
And I'm not anti-vax.
I just don't trust these people anymore.
What is the path forward?
Because it's really not sustainable, is it?
Charlie, I'm going to share.
You shared a little anecdote with me.
I was at the Congressional Republican Women's Caucus speaking yesterday, and there was a number of excellent talks in DC with that group.
Afterwards, a middle-aged woman came up to me who was a member of my industry, my traditional industry, which is clinical research.
She said to me, Dr. Malone, my friends watching you care The way through, and what are we going to do now?
Who can we rely on?
What has happened to our industry?
How do we recover from this?
How do we recover from the damage that's been done and to regulatory affairs?
She went on and on about the international harmonization communications, the FDA guidance to industry.
All of this has been thrown right down the garbage disposal.
And it's what has upset me most.
I saw it coming.
I also saw exactly foretold well over a year ago on Twitter that the kind of reaction that you've had is exactly what would be anticipated as blowback from the policies and practices that they were implementing.
Now, you asked this is increasingly the big question.
Let's assume that there is a wave election at the midterm.
Let's assume that there's turnover.
Republican candidates have not received major funding from industry.
So, for the first time, they may actually be set free politically in my memory because they aren't going to be so dependent.
They're being funded by grandmothers and average people.
We are going to face the need to rebuild the medical, pharmaceutical, industrial complex somehow.
We're going to have to break up the stranglehold of the administrative state on our executive branch.
I've written about this in a couple of substance that were reprinted in Brownstone Institute about what to do with the problem of HHS.
And it's really the same problem that exists at USDA, which we were just talking about.
It's the same problem that exists at the SEC.
It's the same problem that exists at the FAA.
It is regulatory capture, is these agencies have dual functions.
And in the case of health and human services, the corruption is profound.
It is multi-layered.
Just to give one little window, Tony Fauci, on top of the royalty payments he's getting from pharma, which the NIH will not disclose under FOIA what they are and who he's getting them from and for what patents.
When he retires, he's anticipating at the end of this presidential term.
He will receive about $580,000 a year for his annual salary, and his retirement pension alone on an annual basis will exceed that of the president's annual salary.
His wife currently receives more salary than does the vice president.
The corruption is so deep and so broad, and you can see it on a daily basis.
We've seen it with, you mentioned the emergency use authorizations.
In the emergency use authorizations, Peter Marks, the head of Center for Biologic Evaluation and Research from FDA, who's overseeing all these vaccines, has to sign a document, which he does every time they issue another EUA, that certifies that there are no other alternatives other than the product that is being authorized under the EUA.
In other words, so monoclonal antibodies, repurposed drugs, other vaccines, none of this is applicable.
In the case of today's or yesterday's authorization with Novavax, what they did was they certified, well, Novavax will meet emergency use authorization criteria because there isn't enough of the other vaccines.
That is obviously fraudulent.
We are throwing vaccine away, but he has signed that document saying that that's the case.
The fraud is deep and broad, pervasive, multi-layered.
And unfortunately, what we observe, and I think, Charlie, this is the silver lining.
I'm always looking for, where's the good news here?
You know, everybody needs some hope.
And we're getting not enough hope here.
You know, I want it to be mourning in America.
Yes.
I don't want to be looking into the abyss.
And people need hope coming off of this.
But the best hope that I can find right now is in the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court appointments, everybody thinks that was all about Roe v. Wade.
And they've all got their tails in a twist.
And the little crew is busy doing show arrests where they pretend they got handcuffs, even though they didn't.
All of this theater going on over Roe v. Wade.
This was not about Roe v. Wade, my friends.
More telling was West Virginia versus EPA.
The most important decision that we've heard come down from the U.S. Supreme Court and the one that foreshadows what I hope is going to become the broader trend is not the decision about Roe v. Wade.
It is the decision about West Virginia versus EPA.
And what that clearly establishes is what Trump, bless his heart, has tried to do.
He got blocked repeatedly, including with Schedule F, which Biden immediately rescinded when he came into power.
But Trump put in place these conservative administrative law experts who are working to limit the power of the unelected administrative state, which controls the government.
The senior executive service can functionally not be fired.
They run the country.
They have their own flag.
It takes two years to fire them unless they're caught in some gross breach.
And they are the ones that are controlling everything.
This is why the language of inverse totalitarianism and the fascism, which is to say the public-private partnership that these people have put in place with large business, large pharma, is that is what we have to break up.
If we're going to control our country again, if we're going to have a representative democracy, we have got to bring the administrative state to heel.
That's exactly right.
And Dr. Malone, they're unelected.
They're largely unknown to the American people and they're unaccountable.
And so you articulated that Fauci will be receiving a salary pension greater than that of the president of the United States.
And no one ever voted for Fauci.
He never had to canvass for signatures.
It's a complete violation of the consent of the governed.
And that's kind of, you know, they want to do a great reset, a constitutional reset where we're going to reset separation of powers and consent to the governed and checks and balances.
Dr. Malone, you are pinpointing something so remarkably important, which is the CDC and the NIH, they are captured because these are creations that are extra constitutional.
They're outside of the intent, the structure of our constitution.
I testified to this and thank you, Charlie, for that lead-in at the Texas State Senate.
And folks can easily look that up.
I have been trained as an expert in biodefense and outbreaks for over a decade that the states have the right to regulate the practice of medicine.
It is not listed in the Constitution as a federal power.
It invests with the states.
And the CDC, FDA, NIH, BARDA all knows that that's the case.
They have used these surreptitious incentives like very programs for healthcare for the poor, the feds have, to force the states to comply with federal guidance that we now know Debbie Burks actively, together with Bob Redfield,
actively manipulated directly CDC guidance, overruled CDC employees, and basically ate whatever the Central Communist Party of China, I'm furious over.
Debbie Burks outlines in her book that she is still not aware that the information that she used to force us into these mandates and lockdowns was Chinese propaganda.
Whether or not she knew that she was acting as an intelligence asset of the Central Communist Party, that in fact is what she did.
It's remarkable.
And then Dr. Burks comes out and she says, well, we were just hoping our strategy was to hope that it would all work.

Dr. Malone, there's so many topics I want to ask you about.
I have all this preparation I did beforehand, but I do want to ask, which is, look, you were one of the first people to show and challenge the vaccine narrative industrial complex.
A lot of us feel vindicated because we went through mandates, we went through all these different sorts of things.
And now we're at this period of time where people are asking the question: you know, are we ever going to get an apology?
Are we ever going to get you get, and I told you so us for say, I told you so.
I'm sure you also feel vindicated, but it seems that all of these, you know, cancers and all these terrible things we've been seeing, it's almost a very bitter victory for a lot of us.
So, Dr. Malone, what is it about the temperament or the attitude of our elites where we don't even get a slight adjustment, a recognition of error, an apology, nothing?
I know I'm asking you to get into somebody's head in some way, but not really, because I think it's rather instructive of what we're dealing with, because they are relentless in still accusing us despite being wrong about everything.
Don't you think we deserve an apology right about now?
Well, okay, so what we deserve and what we're going to get are two different things.
We are in, Charlie, as you know, and it's important that your listeners understand this.
We are in an information warfare environment.
It is unrestricted information warfare and propaganda.
They will never apologize.
They will continue to attack things that those of us were raised in a Judeo-Christian ethical environment believe to be sacrosanct, they don't care about.
Do not expect them to behave in the way that we would expect that we would hold ourselves to.
That is not the way these people are wired.
This is total warfare.
They will do anything to win.
And they don't care.
They do not value you.
They do not value me.
They do not value your listeners.
They see your listeners as economic objects to be manipulated for their own personal gain and power.
And until we come to grips with the fact that we are in an asymmetric warfare environment with total information control and propaganda, we are going to continue to get beaten like a dog.
That is exactly what we have to understand.
They are never, and you understand it.
Del Bigtree understands it.
Steve Bannon understands it.
And I fortunately have had the benefit from learning from all of you.
And now I understand it.
Do not expect any nice.
Do not expect any quarter.
They will not apologize.
They will only dig deeper and attack harder.
That's right.
There is no, you know, all these metaphors of guillotines and nooses and things, that's not helpful.
Please don't do that.
It plays into their hands.
That's exactly right.
But there is no question.
We have to, as Matthias Desmond teaches, and your listeners, you need to reach deep into your Judeo-Christian belief system, which, you know, turn the other cheek is a nice thing to say, but sometimes we got to go a little Old Testament here.
But you need to understand this is war and do not expect any quarter from their side.
Look, Christ is divine, I believe.
He also went into the temple and he made, he threw some tables over and he didn't have nice things to say about people who went after children.
He actually said, people that go to children, it is better for you to have a millstone around your neck.
Not exactly, let's just say, nice.
But some people don't want to talk about that, that side of the truthful of Christ.
