Mitt Romney has called Tulsi Gabbard many things.
They're in this kind of dispute back and forth, calling her treasonous and calling her the worst things you can call somebody, basically.
And all because she asked the questions about whether or not there were United States-funded biolaboratories in Ukraine.
Republican Senator Mitt Romney says Tulsi Gabbard is treasonous.
Her treasonous lies could cost lives after she claimed the United States is operating labs making nuclear weapons in Ukraine.
With us right now is Jack Pisobic.
He's a great patriot and friend of the program.
And we're going to ask him about that and so much more.
Jack, welcome back to the program.
Hey, Charlie, always a pleasure.
So, Jack, what is the truth behind the biolaboratories in Ukraine?
There seems to be a lot of chatter about it.
Victoria Newland talked about it in her discussion with Marco Rubio.
Are these Soviet relics?
Are they active?
Was the United States involved in it?
Was there potential gain of function research?
The floor is yours.
Well, Charlie, when it comes down to these bioweapons, you know, normally, if we hadn't lived through the events of the last few years, I would be so willing to just say, of course, these are simply, you know, diagnostic testing centers.
There's nothing going on here.
Don't worry about it.
But what we've learned about the NIH's funding and what they were doing through EcoHealth Alliance in Wuhan, right?
That has given me to the point where I do not trust these people anymore.
I don't trust them when it comes to their statements.
I don't trust them when it comes to them saying that they're not conducting shady research in foreign laboratories like we saw them do in Wuhan.
So the question then becomes, why was it?
It simply rests at this, right?
I thought this entire thing was some ridiculous Russian or Chinese disinfo campaign, try to take the heat off of Wuhan, try to, you know, throw some of the Iraq war rhetoric back in our faces.
And then all of a sudden, Victoria Newland comes out and says, well, we have to be very careful about letting any of these research materials get into the hands of the Russians.
And the minute she said that, the entire narrative shifted.
Because wait a minute, if what's in there is active, this isn't just stuff that's on ice or stuff that's buried deep underground, that there is something in there that could potentially be used.
And then Marco Rubio again responds saying, well, if something was used, you know, it would be by the Russians.
Of course, of course, it'd be used by the Russians.
So, you know, let me get this straight.
What exactly is the magical thinking of the mainstream media now?
And I've seen all these like debunk pieces that have come out.
It's this magical thinking that says there's no bioweapons, but even if there are, it's definitely Russians.
How does this work?
Yeah.
So the question is, if they were Russians, were they still active laboratories?
And I mean, how will we ever find out about this?
Because it seems awfully suspicious.
And we do know that there was tons of money going abroad through Peter Dasik and the EcoHealth Alliance, to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
And so Russia is saying these are the United States.
We don't trust Russia at face value, obviously.
But what is the way we can actually find out the truth here?
Look, the way to actually find out the truth, and it's amazing to me that people attacked Tulsi Gabbard for saying this.
She said, why don't you declare a ceasefire and actually get investigators in, international investigators in from these bioweapons agencies around the world.
They work with the UN, send them in, let them secure what is ever in these places, right?
You'd think that both sides would have a vested interest since they both have soldiers in the field.
One side, obviously, Ukraine has civilians in the field.
They both have vested interests in not allowing bioweapons to be released into the public space, released into the field.
And so why not call for a ceasefire the way they tried to establish these humanitarian corridors, set up essential ceasefire zones around these laboratories or research facilities or whatever word that we're supposed to use to call them, right?
And just bring people in, understand what's going on in there, and maybe they can be released, maybe they can be incinerated, maybe they can be dealt with appropriately by the appropriate authorities.
But I don't hear anybody saying that.
I hear everyone telling us to just shut up about this or Mitt Romney screaming that Tulsi Gabbard is somehow treasonous for even suggesting that we do something that would be a constructive step forward, which, oh, by the way, right, is erring on the side of caution the same way that we did with the chemical weapons in Syria.
So, Jack, let me ask you, just, you know, we haven't really done a lot of the play-by-play of what's happening in Ukraine on this program because it's changing so quickly and there's so much misinformation and disinformation.
What does it look like right now?
It looks like the eastern part of Ukraine has been captured by Russian forces.
We've been hearing about the fall of Kyiv now for a couple weeks.
What is Putin's endgame here?
There is a theory that there might be a peace deal brokered, maybe an east and west Ukraine basically created or Russia basically absorbs the eastern part of Ukraine.
What do you think is a realistic off-ramp here?
Or are we going to see potentially a multi-month or multi-year conflict in Ukraine?
Well, look, you know, there's been a lot of talk about this.
You know, as you stated, that on the ground, it is a constantly changing situation.
Look, strategically speaking, in terms of eastern Ukraine, Russia does now, and Russian forces have occupied pretty much all of the strategic locations in eastern Ukraine, the city of Kherson, the areas around Donetsk and Lugansk, obviously up north from Crimea.
And then there is that port city of Mariupol where you have this Azov battalion and Ukrainian forces that are maintaining the city, but it has been completely encircled by Russian forces.
And some news that we're going to be breaking later today is that it looks like the Russian forces are actually trying to bisect the city, cut it in half by pushing through to create a corridor, which they claim they want to get civilians out, but I'm sure they're also going to be sending their own military forces in.
Now, when it comes to Kiev, again, they're building around their encirclement of the city.
If you go read World War II history, you read your Russian, read your Russian military battles, Russia's greatest and most glorious moment in combat that they refer to is the Battle of Berlin under Marshal Zhukov.
And what did they do with that?
It was 2.5 million men surrounded the city of Berlin, 6,000 tanks.
The tanks were sent in first as battering rams to soften up the defenses, to smash their way through, and then the troops poured in.
That's the exact same type of strategy that you're seeing now being used or attempted to be set up around Kiev.
Now, obviously, on a much smaller scale.
And also, they're trying to do this in a way they don't want to completely destroy the city because, again, they keep claiming that they're liberating the city, right?
It's the sort of like back and forth.
So, I think what you're really seeing, though, is they've got the on-the-ground stuff in the East when it comes to Kiev.
That's not necessarily a military objective for them, but what it is is a political objective.
They want to see a point where they want to bring the regime to the point where not maybe not so much that it'll completely collapse, but come to the point where they do have to come to a negotiation deal and a negotiation deal with Zelensky and with the powers that be in Ukraine.
And by doing so, they want to be the ones with the most possible leverage.
And the way they do that is by having as much hold on the ground as they can when they get to that point.
So, let me ask you really quick: there's reports that show that Russia is asking China for support.
Is that right?
So, the United States came out late last night and said, you know, gave this big briefing and said that it looks like Russia is asking for military support from China.
China came out and denied it.
They said, we have no idea what you're talking about.
Russia is out there denying it.
You know, I'm not really sure entirely what the specifics of that are.
But when it comes down to it, you know, it's very obvious that China is underwriting this entire invasion in the sense that they are backstopping Russia when it comes to the financial side of things.
Because if Russia is losing these oil sales, whether they, you know, cut off to the United States, which seems to be happening, the cutoff to, by the way, oil sales to Europe have continued, right?
Russian gas is flowing to Europe right now today as much as it ever did, 100% through those pipelines.
But anything that does get cut off in terms of sanctions, it's going to be picked up by China.
So whether or not China is providing direct military assistance remains to be seen, but we certainly know that they are providing that financial underwriting of this entire thing.
So, Jack, what's happening on the right right now?
I'm seeing a fracturing of people that are getting very nasty towards anyone that dares questions military involvement.
Well, I think you're really seeing that split between the neoconservatives and the populists, right?
And you're seeing some people say, you know, the United States needs to do more, like Mitt Romney saying that we need to provide fighter jets.
And you're seeing other people saying, hey, this isn't our war.
And also that would start World War III.
Look, everybody, I know you love freedom and you want to defend it.
And I know you love the Constitution.
It's a beautiful document.
And so do I.

So I want to ask you, I'm going to play a tape here, Jack, and I want your thoughts on it.
The great one, Mark Levin, who I have a lot of respect for, and he's a very good friend, had a rant last night on life, liberty, and Levin.
And I don't think we see this particular issue the same way, but disagreement is not only healthy.
It's fun.
It's part of what makes us human, not automatons and robots.
Levin says there is a Putin wing of the Republican Party, and he says that he has debunked the bioweapons completely of being in Ukraine.
Let's play Cut 14, and I would like your response to it, Jack.
Of course, the Putin wing of the Republican Party and the Putin wing of the media and the Putin wing of the Democrat Party, they're all over it.
Now, those are old Soviet locations that the United States has located and has been trying to deal with.
We're not developing biochemical weapons in the Ukraine.
What is it about these so-called American firsters in the end who are really American lasters if you think about it?
Jack, what are your thoughts?
Yeah, I mean, it's really interesting that he kind of puts this in, and you do see this with people who spent a lot of time on air during the Cold War, that they're still kind of looking at through that perspective.
But that being said, you know, it isn't a question of who developed the weapons first, right?
You know, we can, the time for that discussion can come later.
I think the more active discussion, and I think everyone agrees that this started with Soviet bioweapons.
I don't think anybody's saying that it didn't.
Even the Russians aren't saying that, right?
We're saying is that we are providing funding, but the point is, it's not the United States necessarily that's doing it, but the United States could play a very important role here in actually saying, hey, let's go do something about this.
Maybe we could be the mediators on the ground if Russia, you know, probably wouldn't let us do this, but you'd have the ability to say, let's do this ceasefire.
Let's go on the ground.
You can have U.S. officials be part of this, not Peter Dashak, by the way, but actually send in serious scientists to be part of it and then go in and figure out what actually is in these biolabs and then put it under lock and key or set it on fire so that it can never be released.
This is in the middle of an active war zone and you're talking and people are saying there are bioweapons on the ground.
I don't care who put them there.
I care that they're there now.
And I don't understand why Mark has so much of a problem with simply just stating that fact.
Yeah, look, this is from theblaze.com, which hosts one of Mark's shows.
It says this, quote, there are indeed biological research facilities in Ukraine that have been funded by the United States government.
We don't have any way to know whether these facilities were conducting research that was intended to produce weapons or not, but we do know that if the pathogens housed in these facilities escaped, they'd be as deadly as an intentionally produced bioweapon.
So that is the United States we know is funding that.
So Jack, here's where I'm a little bit concerned is that, you know, the right is fracturing into different camps.

You've said they've always been there.
I think that's probably right.
I think that's smart.
Basically, it's just kind of revealing this.
But it seems as if even the most hawkish interventionists, the people that really want us to get involved, that really want us to saber rattle, if you will, they stop short of wanting to put troops on the ground, which, of course, I don't support and you don't support.
But can you effectively saber rattle?
Can you effectively even get involved in something if you're not willing to see it all the way through?
Well, remember this, what they're trying to do here, and you've heard people say, Hillary Clinton came out and said this a couple of weeks ago on MSNBC, and I see these neoconservatives being complete lockstep with her.
They want to turn Ukraine into Afghanistan.
They want to go to the Charlie Wilson's War playbook and turn this into a situation where they make it a quagmire for the Russians.
They say, look, we find a force, and maybe it's this Azov battalion.
Yeah, they've got some, you know, naughty symbols on their uniforms, but we can work with them.
We can work with them and we'll give them Stinger missiles and man pads and arm-held missile launchers.
What could possibly go wrong?
And Hillary Clinton actually says it in this clip.
She said, look, it worked so well for us in Afghanistan when we armed the Mujahideen and nothing came wrong of that, right?
It was, yeah, everything was great in the Middle East for a long time.
It's hard to believe.
That's really smart, Jack, to turn Ukraine into Afghanistan, which of course would become a, let's say, a client of every major defense contractor and also a great distraction, a smokescreen, if you will, to try to make us not focus on domestic issues.
I mean, Jack, look at all the attention that we focused on Ukraine in the last couple of weeks.
Every minute, every breath we spend on that is a second we can't talk about our own domestic problems, our open border, our drug overdosing, inflation, gas prices, families falling apart.
Why are our priorities so backwards and why is war so alluring to the public?
Look, you know, if it leads, it leads, right?
And they are telling you this.
They're not telling you about the wars that are going on in Yemen.
They're not talking about the narco-state that's on our southern border right now with cartels killing.
You have literal drug cartels that own massive swaths of land in Mexico right across our border in our own hemisphere, right?
If we're going to be doing any of this nation-building stuff, we're going to be doing any of this foreign intervention.
How about we do ones that actually affect us directly right here at home?

Yeah, listen, Charlie, historically, you know, whenever you've come out, those special Wednesday nights have been just incredible.

And you're exactly correct.
I as well.
Lisa and I were just down in Laguna Beach a couple of days ago and people recognizing us from that dialogue that you and I had.
But the reason why, of course, is because it was so relevant.
It is so timely.
And look, you and I are believers in God's prophetic word.
These events that are taking place in the world right now, people ought not to waste their attention on the fact that they need to focus on the reality that God's word and God's plan has anticipated these things.
You know, the remarkable thing, Charlie, is you and I are watching some major global players being set up that are actually referenced in the Bible.
Walk us through that, Jack, please.
Yeah, well, first of all, we, as evangelical believers that studied the scripture, the number one thing that we're looking at outside of the return of Jesus for us is the book of Ezekiel.
Charlie, the book of Ezekiel, chapter 38, describes a leader that goes by the title of Gog G-O-G.
And it's interesting in the Hebrew that he is both a political and military leader.
Now, I'm not saying that Putin is that person.
There may be somebody in there, possibly is somebody behind him.
My point is this, the reason why that's even on the table to discuss is because Gog is the prince of Rosh, Meshach, and Tubal.
And those ancient tribal names out of Genesis chapter 10 show us exactly where that is.
And that is the region that's north of Israel, north of the Caucasus Mountains, that goes all the way up to the north, as far north as you can go.
A land that is not Soviet Union anymore, by the way.
It goes back to the ancient biblical name, Rosh, Meshach, and Tubal.
This is the land of Russia.
And what's awesome is that we don't have to think that that's our opinion or something.
It's in the Bible.
Another thing, Charlie, real quick, is that we're keeping our eye on Damascus.
The Bible says in Isaiah chapter 17 that Damascus will experience a fire within its walls.
And it says that once this fire takes place in Damascus, it will be once and for all obliterated as a city, and it will never, again, ever be inhabited.
So you look at the Syrian conflict, what's happening in the north, which Russia has its fingers in there.
You look at what's going on in Ukraine.
You look at Russia's recent threats against Israel.
We know this from scripture, that at some point in time, the dominoes will be set up in such a way that Russia will become a threat.
The book of Ezekiel says everyone will question its actions against Israel, but the world will do nothing about it.
In fact, the Bible says in Ezekiel 38 that God will arise at that time, and he will destroy the invading Russian forces and the coalition of five other nations, and that the world will begin to know that I am God, is what the scripture says.
So is this that moment?
I don't know.
Do we have the players in place?
We do.
But, you know, we're not, listen, we're not hyper about this.
We're not going to be fanatics about it.
We're going to have our Bibles open.
We are going to be looking at the news and deciphering everything we hear and see through a biblical world lens.
It's amazing.
So, Jack, I want to ask you about Ukraine and how we view that prism through the great reset, the tensions that are involved with that.
Because I think one of the reasons why our conversation, Jack, went so viral and was so meaningful to people is that things started to make sense.
They started to say, oh, so that's why they're doing that.
That's why they're doing that.
That's why they're, because the otherwise confusing, I think, became clear.
So help us, Jack, from your perspective, from a Western standpoint, help us understand what is happening in Ukraine right now while also understanding the foundation of what these elites who do not believe in God, who are highly secular, that what's really happening and playing out in Ukraine.
Charlie, awesome.
And of course, if people want to get this more in detail, they just need to listen to our talk together.
But absolutely.
There are those that you just mentioned, these oligarch types, they actually see themselves as God.
Let's remember that George Soros was the man who said, I don't believe in God, but if there was a God, I am that God.
That's insanity, and that is crazy.
But we may laugh at it, but they believe it.
And so it's very much a doctrine of what we've seen throughout human history.
If you can create a destabilization, create a problem, create an issue whereby you believe that you have the answer, but you're going to bring forth that answer with certain things that you are going to want to have in your favor.
And so what people need to realize is that Ukraine, and maybe on the grand scale, Eric had mentioned the spiritual aspect of things down at NRB.
That is so true because behind all of the global players and behind a hand group, a handful of manipulators, they would see themselves, is the spiritual powers behind these things.
But this destabilization, I wonder, Charlie, and this is just a theory.
I'm just throwing it out there.
You've probably heard this a thousand times.
But I'm wondering if instead of Russia just rolling into Ukraine, why have they somewhat paused?
Why have they somewhat delayed?
Is this to provoke the West to drum up public cry, outcry to get us to step in, to get us as a nation, Charlie?
I'm sorry to say this, but in my opinion, America is weakened.
We are frail.
It's not just the fact that we're war-tired.
That doesn't matter, in my opinion.
We have the military strength to do whatever we want.
We don't have the will to do what ought to be done.
So one of the things that concerns me, though, is we're weak.
And are they trying to get us just even on the humanitarian stuff?
Because Charlie, you've got connections.
I've got connections on the ground, body cams of privateers that are warring there.
And I've seen images and they don't make sense.
There's certain things that are being shown on TV, Charlie, that we know for a fact that are old buildings that have had the doors removed off the hinges, the frames have been removed from the window panes.
And these things, many of these things have been staged.
Does that mean it's all fake?
No, it just means something's going on.
And that's why you see even in the conservative Republican of the conservative world, there's an argument and the debate back and forth about policy, about doctrine, what we ought to do about it.
People are being divided.
People are being confused.
Look, I'm a pastor.
So I believe that if you stick your nose in the Bible and know that God is very, very intimately involved in all these end-time events, I have peace.
But people need to realize that.
I know you realize that.
We need to look to God like never before.
But at the same time, at the same time, we need to fight for what's right.
In a few moments, I'm going to speak before the largest financial supporting group for the Republican Party of Women.
It is a massive group who's the number one supporter for the Republican Party in the nation and California.
And yet I'm torn because I'm a conservative, but the Republican Party in my state has been one of the biggest problems.
And so we need to be wise and we need to be engaged and we need to know the truth because we don't have to search for it.
It's there.
Just open your eyes.
We need to be careful that we're not swept away with some strange, bizarre twist.
And I believe that's where the Holy Spirit comes in for our lives.
Amen.
Well, Jack, I think that's really smart because there might be a strategy to try to provoke us into conflict to try to have us, to lure us in.
You're right.
We do have the military might.
But I will say, Jack, I don't have a lot of confidence in that military might after Afghanistan, right?
I mean, after the widespread inability to execute on very, very basic things, it's very, very murky and it's very unclear, really, what the aim and the ambition here is.

Maybe I'm wrong.
Maybe there's another side of the story here, but we have to be wise here, Jack, because getting into a kinetic conflict with Russia, with the West completely involved, that would be something that I don't think a lot of Americans are necessarily prepared for.

I want to play a tape here from our conversation at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills.
Every single seat was filled, but it was part of this kind of dialogue where it says, should we give up just because the great reset is here?

Jack, I'll let you answer it, then I'll play the tape so that people can hear it for themselves.
Jack, should people just give up?
It seems overwhelming.
No way, Charlie, no way.
In fact, listen, the Christian approach to all of these things must be continuous engagement until either A, we die or Jesus returns.
And we've got to make sure that we are being that salt and light, that we are being that influence of good against evil.
And we can't just pull the sheets over our head and hide out.
Look, the beautiful thing about America is that you can't find America's creation in the Bible.
The greatest power on earth the world has ever seen, the greatest economy, the greatest liberty, and at one time, the greatest propagator of biblical truth is not even mentioned in the Bible.
So what does that mean?
It means that the future for us could still be yet written.
America is so unique from its founding, and I pray that we could experience a revival, spiritually speaking, a revival.
It's possible that our nation wakes up and gets back to its constitutional foundation and demand that our leaders, this is what I believe every Christian ought to do.
And I think, Charlie, we have shied away from it, and that sins on us.
And that is Christians have somehow swallowed the lie about the separation of church and state trash.
It's nowhere in any U.S. founding document or federal document.
It's not even the law.
And so Christians have just pulled away.
Pastors have pulled away.
They've somehow acquiesced to the pressure.
Well, you can't encourage people to register to vote at your church.
Oh, yes, you can.
And you can't get behind guys that are running for office that hold somewhat or very much so a biblical worldview.
Oh, yes, you can.
The time is critical to fight for our kids, to fight for our grandkids.
Look, I hope Jesus comes back today.
But I'm fighting for this nation and for my kids' freedom and for my and Charlie's religious freedom.
I'm fighting as though he's not coming back for a thousand years, but I'm looking up today.
It's beautiful.
Let's play a tape here, Jack, of something you said during our dialogue, which is very similar to this.
And the audience got a kick out of one of the things you said as well.
Let's play that tape.
I absolutely believe that there's hope.
Listen, God governs time.
It's not for you and I to figure, oh my goodness, the great reset's come and I'm going to go sit in the desert and wait.
Don't do that.
Some people, should I go to college?
Of course not.
But that's a separate question.
But live your life.
Don't do that.
Why would I treat you so well, Jack?
Why would you do that?
But do you want to get married?
Get married.
That's right.
Exactly right.
You want to have babies?
Have a bunch.
Jack, elaborate on that.
Yeah, listen, we have got to live our lives.
And the young people today, Charlie, and I know there's a lot of them listening to your program right now, they need to get up out of bed.
They need to wash their face, go get a job.
They need to live their life because every day, here's why we're living.
Every day, no matter what your age is, if you can draw a breath and if you believe in the Lord, he's got a plan for your life every day.
I don't care if we are in Russia or if we're on the California Riviera.
You live every day for the glory of God.
And you've got purpose.
You'll have meaning and you'll see God move.
A lot of people say, well, I don't see God doing miracles.
Well, why would you when you're standing around not doing anything, present yourself usable?
Charlie, your day, people don't even know how busy your life is, but you present yourself usable.
God opens the doors.
Same is true in my life.
There's great reasons to live.
This is an awesome moment.
The God of all eternity has not abandoned us.
Yes, there's wars and rumors of wars, but Jesus said, cheer up.
There's going to be days like this, but I have overcome the world.
And so, no, we don't hide.
We don't give up.
We fight.
And the great thing is, Charlie, with whatever we stand for that's biblically true, and we lose the battle like a recall here in California, you know, it's great.
I didn't cry about it because I did the right thing.
I leave the results to God.
I just make sure that I'm doing the right thing that he wants me to do.
And it's a blast.
I'm 64 years old, and I wish I was younger to pour more energy into the joy of being with God every day and seeing what he wants to do.
