Despite the most scandalous and treasonous political scandal to overtake American politics…arguably ever, one of the top trends on Twitter was Charlie’s take on the Super Bowl halftime show. Before he dives into his response to that whole fiasco, he’s joined by the great Maria Bartiromo, host of Sunday Morning Futures on Fox News, to hear her take on the Durham filing and Hillary Clinton’s shadowy Spy Regime. Later in this episode, Charlie covers Canada’s transformation from snowy democracy to fascist dictatorship due to Trudeau’s latest Emergency Powers edict. Clinton Campaign Scandal00:10:39
Hey, everybody.
My viral take on the Super Bowl.
We spend a little bit of time on that, but more importantly, Trudeau goes full Castro, and Maria Bartaromo starts off the show with her take on the most incredible story when it comes to Hillary Clinton and her campaign.
It's hard to even believe.

Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
I want to thank Charlie.
He's an incredible guy.
His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
Turning point USA.
We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
That's why we are here.
Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
We're going to stay on this John Durham story.
It's that big.
And there's so many different complexities to it.
And I think Cash did an unbelievable job covering it.
We're getting lots of emails, freedom at charliekirk.com.
Our email is on fire this morning of people that are saying, what's next?
Where's the justice?
They've been complimenting how our show has gone into the details of this.
And we've spent, I spent the whole morning going through documents.
I got in here early and started going through it and going through the filing itself and going to the tech firm and the implication that is now been raised of inside help.
I mean, we're now talking about the word you are not allowed to say.
It's a conspiracy.
If you have Hillary Clinton, her campaign, whatever that might be, Sussman, you have this tech firm, and then you have the bridge builder, the NSA.
I mean, you're talking about dozens of people that were in on this.
Now, you might say, how have we not found out this before?
Well, I could tell you from personal experience, the New York Times and Washington Post do not care about these stories at all.
Deep down at a fundamental level, take one of these reporters.
Let's just take one for the New York Times because I read the New York Times.
You don't have to.
Katie Robertson, probably a nice person.
I don't know.
Writes for business.
Deep down, she believes that spying on a president while president using back end is worth it because Trump was that evil.
They really believe that.
They believe the ends justify the means.
He is such an existential threat to our country that it's worth it.
With us to help break it down, someone I truly respect, Sunday Morning Futures host, and she's just phenomenal.
The country's a better place because of her work, Maria Bartaroma.
Maria, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
Hey, Charlie, thanks very much for having me.
So, Maria, I saw your show this last weekend and I saw your commentary on this.
I mean, it is so it is just beyond words, honestly.
I'm struggling for words what this all means.
What's your take on it?
And walk our audience through that.
Well, it's quite extraordinary where we are right now, Charlie.
I mean, the fact that the media continues to ignore what is borderline treason is just extraordinary to me because here you have a situation where Hillary Clinton back in 2016 had a server unlawfully in her home where nobody could see any of her communications because of that server.
And yet at the same time, she is paying a technology executive, company.
you know, number one, tech company one, she's paying him to hack the office of the president of the United States.
The seriousness of this cannot be underestimated because we have adversaries on the march across the world right now who are trying to hack the country, get one over on us, steal, kill, cheat, and they want to be able to hack the president of the United States, get into the White House, and you have a former Secretary of State, a political candidate,
paying someone to actually do just this.
This exposes such a vulnerability.
And the fact that the media is ignoring this is absolutely horrendous.
Look, you know that very early on, I saw through this and went on the air and said, I do not believe there's collusion.
I think this is a ruse.
And social media trashed me.
The media, these frauds at the New York Times and the Washington Post came out with stories titled, What Happened to Maria Bartiromo?
And it's absolutely extraordinary.
And I just feel like this has so many legs to it.
And it's really, it is bigger than Watergate.
I do think President Trump is right.
Oh, I totally agree.
And you deserve so much credit, Maria, for sticking with this and having Ratcliffe and having Grinnell on your show with regularity as this was all unraveling.
But Maria, were you stunned to learn that this continued while he was president?
Some people are suggesting that there might be back-end NSA help.
I mean, at least for my own purposes and looking at the filings, I was just blown away that Hillary continued to do this after he took the oath of office.
Yes, she did.
And we knew this because they were investigating Trump as they were saying they weren't investigating him.
And we also know that the FBI and the CIA and the State Department were being fed information from the Clinton campaign.
So the question becomes, when did federal agencies decide to start working with the Clinton campaign?
Okay, when did they actually decide, okay, we know this is false, but we're going to still work with her?
Because remember, there was a major three-day meeting in January of 2017, and it was a three-day meeting, a three-day interview with the so-called sub-source, that is Igor Danshenko.
And at that meeting, Igor Danshenko, now we know because John Rathcliffe declassified everything, at that meeting, DeShenko told the FBI, oh, we were embellishing.
We were having beers.
It was just friends making stuff up.
Yeah, it was a joke.
And so January 26, 27, 28, I believe were the date, 2017.
The FBI had that from Danshenko.
They had that.
And yet, they still renewed a FISA warrant against Carter Page.
And yet, they still leaked information to the media saying that Trump colluded.
I think that they damaged a sitting president's reputation to the extent that he was constantly on defense, constantly explaining.
No, no, no, I didn't collude or constantly, you know, having to explain why he said they spied on him, which was spot on.
And at the same time, we have massive, very serious, threatening adversaries coming at us.
Okay.
So all this time while Adam Schiff irresponsibly went on all of these networks and said collusion is in plain sight, China was hacking us.
China was stealing intellectual property.
The CCP was sending in surveillance tools, sending in spies.
I mean, look what they, look how they've infiltrated San Francisco.
Diane Feinstein had a Chinese spy as her driver, right?
Eric Swalwell is sleeping with a spy.
You know, Nancy Pelosi has ties.
All of this, while the quote-unquote leadership in Congress and the establishment is going with this lie that Trump colluded, forcing the president, the city president, to be on defense.
They put our country in such a vulnerable position that it just cannot be underestimated what the Russia hoax big lie resulted in.
And it made the country in a more vulnerable, weaker position, which is just what's so awful about it.
Forget the politics of it, is it it ruined a moment where the country could have come together and we could have focused on some of our big problems.
I don't know, like 100,000 people overdosing from drugs every single year, maybe.
Instead, we were just focused on this kind of faulty and just awful Russia narrative, justice.
When can we expect it?
What's happening here?
What do you think?
Well, I think based on what you're seeing out of the Durham investigation is that he is going down the path of who started this.
How did the American people fall for this lie?
And, you know, this weekend, I had on the ranking member of the Intel committee, Mike Turner, and he said this is leading to Comey, Brennan, and Clapper.
And that would be the heads of all of the Intel agencies.
That would be the FBI, the CIA, and the National Security Agency.
They knew that there was no collusion.
They had to.
They see the raw intelligence, and yet they still peddled it.
So we'll see.
Again, my question is, when did the federal agency start working with the Clinton political campaign?
That's exactly right.
Maria, you're going to have to join us again soon.
Thank you for your bravery and for your clarity on this topic.
Truly, you're one of the few, and we deeply respect you.
Thank you so much, Maria.
Same to you, Charlie.
Thank you.
Talk to you soon.
Thank you.
Look, there's so much political pressure out there from the left and the woke mob, and it's from the Democrat Party.
Our society has ultimately been controlled by canceled cultural elites.
Look, we talk openly on this program about what you need to do.
Halftime Show Hypocrisy00:06:20
And so I am involved.
I am invested personally and also through the Charlie Kirk show to try to do everything we possibly can to try and push back against these Democrats and their lies.
You can get a signed picture by President Trump himself.
Look, I vetted this.
It's terrific.
And not only will you be taking a stand against the radical left, you'll be entering the winning piece of history itself.
All you have to do is text the word victory to 55404 today to enter.
That's V-I-C-T-O-R-Y to 55404.
Join me in standing up for President Trump and canceling the radical left.
Look, here's what we're really doing, though.
We're building a grassroots army to push back to try to win the Senate race in Georgia, try to win the Senate race in Arizona.
This is paid for by the National Republican Senatorial Committee.
And I can tell you this, we have got to retire Chuck Schumer.
Text right now to win a signed picture with President Trump, V-I-C-T-O-R-Y 55404.
Take out your phone right now, free of charge, V-I-C-T-O-R-Y 55404.
So, we're going through the John Durham stuff.
We're going to continue to do that.
Also, I want to get into Mr. Trudeau going full Castro Jr. and a video from Washington, D.C. that shows kids marching to the halls yelling Black Lives Matter.
But I do want to address, I've had a great last 18 hours.
I mean that.
It's just so much fun when you like trigger the people on Twitter because you say something that's true.
And so the Super Bowl was yesterday.
I told everyone not to watch the Super Bowl halftime show, and I had no plans to.
So I took my dog out and I came back in, and there was like 50 Cent coming from the ceiling with some scantily dressed girls in some incredibly provocative positions.
And again, I encourage anyone to watch those like 30 to 45 seconds of 50 Cent and tell me, like, oh, yeah, that's perfectly fine.
Like, sure, that's what a six-year-old should see.
And look, I grade the Super Bowl halftime show for good reason in a much more family-friendly direction than if it was like HBO Max or some sort of late-night television special, obviously.
And look, there were 15 to 20 million children watching, any sort of estimate under the age of 12.
It's network TV.
And look, in all fairness, the Super Bowl halftime show is almost always kind of a, let's just say, celebration of degeneracy.
And some people say, oh, Charlie, this wasn't as bad as it was in prior years.
I never made that comparison.
I was simply judging and talking about 50 cents coming in.
And I'm not going to read the lyrics on air.
I mean, but come on.
If you read Inde Club by 50 Cent, I think that all of a sudden you'll be like, oh, well, yeah, that's not meant for network TV.
And look, our culture has fallen so far that we are making excuses for women literally bent over twerking.
And someone sent me a message, oh, Charlie, I do that move in the Super Bowl all the time.
What, you mean the long snapper when he snaps for the field goal or the long snapper for the punt?
Or do you mean the woman in the halftime show?
And so, look, I take this all in stride.
I love the criticism.
It's terrific.
And by the way, I got criticism from every direction.
It's fine.
And we have really short memories when Snoop Dogg literally had a film where he tried to kill Donald Trump or Eminem doing whatever he did.
I'm not even talking about that.
My main point, and I will continue to use my platform in good cheer to do this, is the protection of the innocents, the innocence of children is a basic societal good.
That's it.
It's not about trying to like play some sort of moral referee.
What I tweeted was very, very clear, and it went totally viral.
The NFL is now the League of Sexual Anarchy.
This performance should not be allowed on television.
The only change I would make is I should say it should not be allowed on network television.
That's all I was saying.
It's because you last night, whether you like it or not, innocence was robbed of children.
When you have 100 million people watching a performance, which is what estimates showed, and you have 50 Cent coming from the ceiling into a very provocative kind of moment, well, there you go.
Our culture has fallen so far that we're making excuses for this.
And look, I'll probably tweet the exact same thing next year.
And people said, well, it wasn't as bad as J-Lo and Shakira.
I don't care if it's as bad as J-Lo Chiketo.
I was judging what I was watching.
Look, Twitter is not real life.
AOC came and attacked me because somehow I'm defending the innocence of children against scantily clad women that are bent over like a long snapper.
And we're like, oh, yeah, that's perfectly fine.
Look, the Super Bowl halftime show has a reputation.
People say it's a spicy program.
Okay, listen.
Spicy.
It's supposed to be boundary pushing.
When you have the most televised event, this is true, most televised event for the entire year, one of the most televised events on the planet, by the way, that should be a reflection of the virtue that hopefully you want society to embody.
And I'm not even going to get into the whole kind of like rap lyrics and all that.
I think that's a fine argument.
But you isolate that 45-second thing with 50 Cent.
There is no one that could say, you know what?
I think my eight-year-old should just sit down and watch that.
And to a lot of parents' great credit, they turn it off and they made the kids go out of the room for the halftime show.
But the NFL had multiple rehearsals.
They saw that kind of dancing.
They saw that type of behavior.
It was a production of the NFL.
There's no distance of it.
And they think that's perfectly fine.
And for that, I think it's reprehensible.
And for all the attacks, bring it on.
Are you kidding me?
If I get attacked for protecting the innocence of children, then I'm right over the target.
Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

Canada.
What is going on in Canada?
Canada is the front lines of the freedom movement right now.
Now, it's a little unclear about what's happening in Ottawa.
Ottawa seems to be the same, but if I understand correctly, the Ambassador Bridge was cleared up.
Now, I don't know logistically how they were able to actually clear up the Ambassador Bridge based on all traffic reports.
The Ambassador Bridge looks like it's up and going.
I don't know how they actually got the trucks out.
Probably through just brutal and absolute and blunt threats.
But here's what's going on right now in Canada.
Trudeau is basically waging war on Canadians, the very same sort of domestic war that our leaders wish they had the power to do.
Let me say that again.
Trudeau has more power than our leaders.
They have to do all sort of kind of workarounds, hire private firms and work with the NSA to spy on Trump.
They got to do all this sort of very complex stuff to try to work around the Constitution.
Trudeau just does it.
Our leaders have tyranny envy when it comes to Trudeau.
Now, there's other types of envy in psychology.
I'm not going to get into that.
You guys can look up some Freudian psychology to find out what kind of other envy is there.
Go read a little Sigmund Freud.
It doesn't take that long before he starts talking about that.
But there's tyranny envy.
Our leaders pound the table.
They say, why is it Trudeau can just bring in the shock troops?
Why can't we do that?
Well, I'll tell you why.
Because of James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, and John Jay, and the 13 colonies that ratify the U.S. Constitution and added on the Virginia Declaration of Rights, which became the Bill of Rights.
That's why.
There's a document that slows down government that stops them.
So Trudeau is signing the Emergencies Act.
And for those of us that study tyrants, I know that's kind of a weird thing to say, like, yeah, I study tyrants.
Actually, true.
We do study tyrants because it's really important.
The Bible actually talks a lot about tyrants and tyrannies, both in the Old and New Testament.
And one of the things tyrants always do is they try to make it seem like the world is falling apart.
If a tyrant is telling you there is a calamity or there is a sky is falling moment, typically it's not true and it's used for a purpose.
This is why climate change is such an effective political movement.
The basis is that we must act now, we must suspend our way of life or else Miami is going to go underwater.
So Trudeau signs the Emergencies Act, which again, they love emergencies.
Democrat governors loved emergencies.
Mao loved emergencies.
Castro loved emergencies.
Stalin loved emergencies.
Mussolini loved emergencies.
Pol Pot loved emergencies.
The Emergencies Act granted cabinets the ability to take a special temporary measure that may not be appropriate in normal times.
So he just invoked that for the first time ever in order to stem the peaceful protests.
The Emergencies Act, which replaced the War Measures Act in the 1980s, defines a national emergency as a temporary, urgent, and critical situation that seriously endangers the lives, health, or safety of Canadians and is of such proportions or nature as to exceed the capacity or authority of a province to deal with.
So obviously, a bunch of people protesting against vaccine mandates, honking their horns, can somehow overlay with the Emergency War Powers Act or the Emergencies Act.
Now, here's the advantage to the United States Constitution.
Our president has no such equivalent.
The only equivalent he has is to sign an emergency declaration for natural disasters.
But one of the biggest differences is the state-based model America has.
Illinois, Florida, North Carolina, Arizona, Montana have way more sovereignty than Quebec, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, British Columbia, and Alberta.
I think I almost got all of them.
Almost.
It's close.
Far more sovereignty.
So the federal government can be pushed back against.
Now, in America, the states created the federal government.
The federal government did not create the states.
Now, my Canadian history is not as sharp as it is with some of our guests, but I do not believe Canada was created by the states.
I don't.
I could be wrong.
Very well does not have the same sort of state-based system.
So a good rule for governance is that the more decentralized the form of government, the less centralized it is.
Generally, the more free the people are.
Why?
Well, because in order for the central kind of authority to be successful, they must be right 100% of the time.
Where if they're wrong, then you're wrong for everybody.
This is what Louis Brandeis called the laboratories of democracy.
Now, there's been plenty of instances in the past where presidents suspended writs of habeas corpus like Abraham Lincoln did.
Now, the justification was that we were at war against a power, a civil war.
Now, Canada, we got our Canadian history here, was actually founded by the British parliament.
So, that totally proves my point, that it wasn't the states that came together and created a federal project.
It was a foreign power that came and created the federal project.
And so, Canadians and their history and their culture, they don't really know how to deal with this sort of encroachment on their freedoms and liberties.
Well, Windsor police on Sunday started arresting protesters blocking the Ambassador Bridge.
I'm reading from the post-millennial.
Up to 30 protesters had been arrested, most of whom were charged with criminal mischief.
Police also seized five vehicles from protesters, and seven vehicles were towed Saturday.
Police started detaining protesters after a judge ordered them to leave the Ambassador Bridge.
Some protesters moved away on their own as police approached Sunday morning.
So, the Emergencies Act is an act of parliament to authorize the taking of special temporary measures to ensure safety and security during national emergencies.
So, the British Parliament created Canada, and then Canada has remained subservient to the power ever since.
So, what's going on in Ottawa remains to be seen, but the push by Trudeau to get rid of these protesters, crush them, and early is very clear.
Cut 32.
If you joined the protests because you're tired of COVID, you now need to understand that you're breaking laws.
The consequences are becoming more and more severe.
You don't end up losing your license, end up with a criminal record, which will impact your job, your livelihood, even your ability to travel internationally, including to the U.S. We've heard your frustration with COVID, with the measures that are there to keep people safe.
We are going to end your life if you continue to peacefully protest.
Now, some people in the media in America, this shows how lucky you are, how blessed you are.
You know what they say?
They say, how can he do that?
That's against the First Amendment.
They don't have a First Amendment there, okay?
That's why the Constitution matters.
Like, it's against the law.
No, it's actually not against the law.
They can do whatever they want.
It's Canada.
They have a different Bill of Rights.
They have a thing called the Charter of Rights.
It is so weak compared to the United States Bill of Rights, and they haven't focused on courts.
They don't focus on states' rights.
And if you do not practice the muscle of liberty when it matters, it's not there.
Let's go to Cut 29 if we have it.
Individuals are trying to blockade our economy, our democracy, and our fellow citizens' daily lives.
It has to stop.
And this is continued.
I could play 10 more clips of this.
So who's going to stop Trudeau?
Well, the answer should be the Americans.
We could stop it.
I don't like interfering in another country's democracy or whatever they call it.
But we shouldn't be trading with a country that is basically become East Germany.
I've said that.
Now, if Trump was president, he would, one tweet could end this.
And this is what I loved about Trump.
Here's what Trump would do.
He would tweet out at 4.15 a.m. Trudeau, comma, bad, exclamation point, tariffs coming question.
I mean it.
Be smart, exclamation point tweet.
And all of a sudden, all the restrictions would be lifted.
Trump would stand with the truckers because many of them are American, many of them send goods to America, and this whole thing would be over.
But deep down, Biden, he's envious.
Biden is probably saying, why don't I have power like that?
Praise God for the United States Constitution, everybody.
Pastors in Canada are being arrested.
Archer Pavlovsky being one of them.
The Constitution, the greatest political document ever, continues to be a protector of rights given to you by God.
Hey, everybody, I love my dog, and I know for you dog owners out there, there's nothing you wouldn't do for your dog.
In fact, some people would do more for their dog than for their relatives, so that's a separate issue.
Dog food is dead food, there's nothing in it that is alive, and dogs need live nutrition just like we do.
You couldn't live on dry, crunchy food, and they can't either.
So, rough greens, R-U-F-F-Greens, it's not dog food.
Instead, it's a supplement that adds to your dog's food and all the live nutrients they need for superior health.
Look, for my dog, Briggs, who's a total beast, by the way, you don't want to mess with him, we just sprinkle a little bit of rough greens onto his food, mix it in, and boom, there you go.
Rough Greens and my dog Briggs are so confident that you're going to love Rough Greens, they're going to give you the first bag free.
You just cover a small shipping charge, and it is yours free.
That way, you can make your dog eat it and love it.
And by the way, when they eat it, they're going to get nutrients they won't get anywhere else.
Not in the kibble, not in dog food, nowhere.
The company is owned and operated by a U.S. veteran Army Ranger, and you know how we love to support them.
So, just go to roughgreens.com.
That's r-u-f-f-greens.com/slash Charlie, and your free bag will be at your house in days.
Make sure your dog has the nutrients it needs.
There's nothing that we wouldn't do for our dogs.
So, go to roughgreens.com/slash Charlie.
COVID restrictions are being lifted all across the country.
The science has not changed, but the political science has changed.
And there's a reason for a lot of this, and the reason is because it was so unpopular what they were doing.
But not every part of America has actually lifted restrictions.
On Wednesday, I will be going to St. Charles, Illinois for a rally with our Turning Point USA students and thousands of people.
I mean, we're seeing the RSVPs come in.
It's unbelievable.
Sure, there's some spam in there, but it's going to be great.
In St. Charles, Illinois, Wednesday evening, you guys can go to tpusa.com/slash rally if you want to attend.

Celebrities Exempt From Masks00:04:11
And it's about no forced masks.
And so you guys should check it out there.
But so we go back to the Super Bowl yesterday, and they had this montage of Ben Aflak, Jennifer Lopez.
I guess that's who she is with now, like a new guy every year type thing.
And I thought it was Alex Rodriguez.
I can't keep up, but that shows.
This is not politics.
Then it showed Matt Damon, who had a weird kind of mustache thing going, Charlize Theron, who I guess is a big deal, not sure for what.
And then Emmett Smith, who I actually have a lot of respect for.
Emmett Smith is terrific.
He was a great running back for the Dallas Cowboys, one of the best running backs of all time, actually.
And all of them were maskless.
Now, in all fairness, Emmett Smith, I don't know if he's ever come out kind of mask, let's say, mask signaling, mask virtue signaling, but I know for certain that, oh, Jay-Z was the other one.
That's right.
A lot of these celebrities, including Charlize Theron, have done many social media posts about that.
And so right now, right now, children in California have masks on.
But the 70,000 people that were at the Super Bowl yesterday did not have to wear masks.
And the celebrities that were there did not have to wear masks.
Eric Garcetti did not wear a mask.
Ellen DeGeneres did not wear a mask.
One of the Jenner sisters, who I can't remember, I get them confused, did not wear a mask.
The woman married to Justin Bieber, who I can never remember her name, did not wear a mask.
LeBron James did not wear a mask.
Oh, Kendall Jenner?
Okay.
And Haley Bieber.
Isn't she a Baldwin?
Is that right?
But not Alex's daughter, right?
It's the other one.
Yeah.
No mask.
So Mayor Eric Garcetti makes the children of Los Angeles suffer under speech impediments and developmental disorders while he gets to go to the Super Bowl maskless.
So LeBron James complains about systemic racism.
If LeBron James cared so much about black children, why doesn't LeBron James care about the black kids that aren't learning the way they should because they have to wear a cloth over their face all day long?
If LeBron James really cared about systemic injustice, why didn't LeBron James speak out at all about black families that have to send their kids to failing schools and they can't communicate with one another?
The mask also serves as another purpose.
And here's the reason why they want kids to wear masks: it's because they want them to feel as if they can't speak out when things are going wrong.
A mask makes it so hard to communicate.
It doesn't just dehumanize somebody, but they want a whole generation to be muzzled.
When we look back, when people try to name this generation, you might call it generation muzzled.
But LeBron and Haley and Jenner and Garcetti and DeGeneres and Jay-Z and Damon, they wouldn't want to be muzzled because they're important.
They're fighting climate change.
Well, let me tell Garcetti and James and all these people something.
