A lot of different stories I want to cover with you today and several different areas that I want to cover with you.
I want to start with this one.
I want to ask the question of how aware are the Democrats?
How aware is the current regime?
Now, I had a conversation with some recently where they said, Charlie, Biden doesn't know what he's doing.
Now, this is the great debate, isn't it?
Does Biden know?
And when I mean Biden, I don't mean him personally, okay?
I mean the machine.
Obviously, he personally doesn't know if he's president or the janitor or whatever.
We go on endlessly about that.
In fact, I think there's an overemphasis on Biden's mental decline.
We know he's not suited.
People still voted for him.
And do I think that it was a legitimate election and not interfered with?
Of course not.
We've been through that in great detail.
The point is that some people still voted for a man that mentally should not be president.
Not the point.
The question is, the regime and the machine, the regime slash the machine, how do they think things are going?
How do they think the state of the country is?
Now, recent approval rating show Joe Biden anywhere between 38 to 43%, and Battleground States even lower.
I know what your immediate reaction is.
Who on earth are those 38% that still support Joe Biden outside of lobbyists, insider dealers, and trial lawyers?
Biden is being accused, the Biden machine, of not knowing what they are doing.
Now, I think on certain issues, that could be the case.
I think that there could be an argument to be made that the Biden regime does not know how to properly manage government.
I'll give you an example.
When the head of the Department of Energy comes up and she's asked, how many barrels of oil does the United States consume a day?
And she doesn't know the answer, that's an example of the regime not knowing what they're doing.
It's a good example of that.
When the Biden administration, through Gensaki, is asked some very basic questions about contradicting previous promises.
Those are also some good examples.
But the great debate on the right currently, and the establishment has a certain view, and grassroots people, which listen to this show, have a different view, of is Biden doing this intentionally?
That's the most important question.
Now, some people say, Charlie, that is irrelevant.
It doesn't matter if it's intentional.
It doesn't matter if it's by accident.
The result is the same.
Let me tell you why that's wrong.
It's wrong because if Biden was doing this accidentally, then the solution would be very simple.
If Biden was deconstructing the country by accident, as if he just kind of stumbled into it, then it would be a very easy adjustment.
In a simple meeting, you could meet with Biden and say, hey, do this instead of that.
He's like, oh, yes, of course.
I just didn't know what I was doing.
Or he could get a panel of experts to work with.
No, no, no.
We know that's not the case.
Now coming on to almost a year into this regime, with one of the worst records on just this, talk about just the southern border, just the southern border, wide open.
1.7 million people have crossed from the southern border into the interior United States.
Millions of pounds of fentanyl.
Thousands of guns.
Criminals walking straight into our country.
And we're supposed to believe that, well, it's just an accident.
I'll get to it later.
In fact, Biden says the border is a raving success.
He says that.
And so some leaked audio has come out of Biden talking about next year's midterms.
Now, he has to say this.
Every president says this.
Every president says they're going to win every election.
But it does beg the question, which is, do Democrats think things are going well?
And the answer is, of course they do.
Pelosi and Biden think everything is going according to plan.
Now, mind you, Afghanistan was not part of the plan.
That was a humiliating disaster for them.
Omicron was not part of the plan.
But the plan of weakening the U.S. dollar, of globalizing America, of keeping the borders wide open, of destroying small businesses, of bailing out blue states, which they did in March and no one covered it.
They're thrilled with what they've accomplished.
What they've accomplished is setting back the United States decades, financially, fiscally, morally, culturally.
They're implementing wokeism, critical race theory into every aspect of the military and the government.
For Pelosi, who wants a fundamental reshaping, destruction of the country, but she'll say it's reshaping of America.
This has been the most effective presidency ever for that agenda.
If you want to, if you want to run the country off the cliff, these people are experts.
Obama pales in comparison with what this machine has done.

Now we look at 2022.
I want to tell my Republican friends, get ready, pal.
You're going in for a problem.
And we need to stay unified.
Get ready, pal.
You're in for a problem.
Now, if a Republican would say that, they would be investigated by the January 6th Committee for attempted domestic terrorism.
Get ready, pal.
You're in for a problem.
Is that a threat?
And of course, when Biden says it, it's just metaphorical.
Now, Biden has to say this.
It's irrelevant of whether or not he believes that or not.
What's more relevant is how do we as conservatives handle the unraveling of America?
So if you ask the Mitt Romney types, if you ask the moderate Republican types, which many of you are represented by moderate Republicans, many of you listening to this program right now have moderate, establishment, weak need, spineless, vanilla, corporatist, technocratic, I could go on, Republicans that represent you in the U.S. Senate of the House.
Their view is it's not that bad.
We just have to win back the Senate, win back the House, adjust corporate taxes, and everything will be terrific again.
The Democrats have realized that the swing saw of elections is something that is kind of an annoyance.
I want you to try to put on your Democrat Oculus goggles for a second, which I'm not a fan of Oculus, by the way.
Say that on the record.
Do they even call it anymore Oculus?
I think they've renamed it, right?
Some sort of weird Omega or something.
Way too many commercials about that.
I want you to put on those, the kind of how they view the world.
They view the world through a march through history.
They look at history as an unraveling plan towards utopia.
They look at every measure, spending measure, government program, every intervention of the state can eventually contribute to the perfection of the human being.
Is Biden and the regime doing this intentionally or unintentionally?
If you listen to the show at all, you know the answer that we believe.
But why is this even a question?
And therefore, if we come to the conclusion he's doing it intentionally, I'm going to tell you why that's a completely different footing of how we need to handle Biden than what Republicans.
It's the most important question of our current posture on how to handle this regime.

You know, I was thinking the other day: if this was all a movie, who do you think the bad guys would be?
You really think the bad guys would be the people that are rejecting the vaccine, who are like firefighters, police officers, and carpenters and plumbers?
Or maybe it would be the CEOs of the pharmaceutical companies, the head of the government, and the people in charge of the international organizations.

Who are the bad guys?
It would be pretty simple.
Okay, so is Biden doing this intentionally?
Of course he's doing it intentionally.
It's not even a question.
I asked the question so you guys have an opportunity to think on it and chew on it and come to your own conclusions.
And maybe you'll be able to convince me otherwise.
Now, why is that important?
It's important, and the law, by the way, reflects this.
It's important for the reason that our law treats someone who accidentally runs somebody over at their car differently than someone who gets out of their car with an axe and cuts their head off.
It's two totally different things.
Negligence under the criminal code can be pled down to home arrest, fines, and maybe a felony on your record.

First-degree murder almost always comes with significant jail time, sometimes the rest of your life.
So the question is: is Biden running America over with his car, or is he intentionally trying to destroy it and then back over it and back over it again and back over it again?
And then that is instructive to those of us that actually love the country of how we handle him.
And this is something if I had to give, if I had to get down to the core of why I think Republicans are so useless, it's this question.
Now, I want to say this.
Conservative donors, activists, and more politicians are starting to get this question right.
You could see it in the tone, the tenor, the presentation, but still, far too many powerful people in the Republican Party, they sit deep down in there.
And I actually think they believe it, but they don't say it because they still want to be accepted in decent and polite society and they want their daughter to go to Stanford and their wife to sit on the board of the Kennedy Center or whatever thing a ruling class Republican does.
But I think deep down, Republicans know that Democrats want to destroy the country.
I just don't think they care.
Yeah, I'll move to Singapore or whatever.
But instead, they get into this argument with us, base conservatives, grassroots conservatives, saying, hey, we want the same thing.
We just have different ways of getting there.
Really, we want the same thing.
We want abortion to be eliminated.
You want it on demand and plentiful.
I think Drag Queen Story Hour is evil.
You want it at every corner.
I want a balanced budget.
You want to spend $5 trillion.
I love the Constitution.
You hate the Constitution.
I think every school should have a statue of Abraham Lincoln and Thomas Jefferson.
You want to rename them all.
What exactly do we agree on?
Do we agree that English should be the official language of the United States?
Nope.
Do we agree on our founding documents?
Nope.
Do we agree on where our rights come from?
Definitely not.
Do we agree that private property is a necessary prerequisite?
The right to private property is a necessary prerequisite for human flourishing and freedom.
Do we believe that the fruits of the Enlightenment, while properly managed under a guideline of ancestral tradition, is something that can actually help humans flourish?
Nope.
Do they believe in the family?
Absolutely not.
I could go on and on and on.
We believe in firearm ownership.
They believe in firearm confiscation.
We believe the Fourth Amendment should stop the government from spying on you.
They want everyone to be spied on at all times.
They believe in vaccinating four-year-olds.
I don't believe in vaccinating anyone by force.
So where exactly is the common ground, moderate Republicans?
And why haven't you taken a more, I have to say this metaphorically or else Media Matters is going to lose their mind.
You have to take a posture metaphorically as if you are on war footing.
This is not a time for debate and dialogue and negotiation or deliberation.
You do that when the other party, the other interested party, has good intentions.
Let me ask you a question for business owners out there.
Would you sell a business or do a deal with someone that wants to kill your family?
Of course not.
Say, get out of my office.
I'm not going to sell my business to you.
Well, currently, Republicans are negotiating with people that want to deconstruct the entire project.

And you and all of your turning point patriots and warriors, everyone that is in the Charlie Kirk orbit, I mean, we knew who to call whenever we were working on anything.

Okay, so talk about this bill, Brooke.
What's going on?
Because I'm even a little confused at times.
What's going on with the debt limits versus this Build Back Better bill?
Are they separate?
Are they related?
Kind of walk us through that.
Well, the Build Back Better bill, which we have renamed, that's the Biden spending bill, which we have renamed the Big Government Socialism Bill, because it literally is a wish list that for so many years, Charlie, so many of our elected officials would kind of whisper about the Green New Deal and taxpayer funding abortions and payoffs to China and just kind of had them, you know, all out there.
Well, this bill literally puts it all in one place.
It's truly breathtaking the fast-paced march towards socialism that this bill takes.
It literally is everything Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has been talking about and fighting for in her tenure in public office.
It's all there.
It is no doubt that the far left has completely taken over the Democrat Party.
And you can see it firsthand in Biden's big government socialism spending bill.
About $5 trillion based on numbers that just came out from the CBO, the Congressional Budget Office, which, by the way, is not a friend of conservatives.
They normally budget and give numbers that are much more friendly to the left.
But that $5 trillion number just came out on Friday, just a couple of days ago.
And of course, the Pelosis and Schumers were like, oh, that's not right.
But in fact, it's right.
It's probably a lot bigger than that.
It really will destroy the country.
And so America First Policy Institute with so many friends, including Turning Point, have locked arms over the last few months.
We've got about 65 conservative organizations that are fighting this bill with every breath in our body because it really is that bad.
For those of us that have been around a little longer than Charlie Kirk on this earth, like me, I've been in public policy for 20, 25 years, worked in Texas most of that time, the White House the last four years before this administration.
There's never been anything like this that is such a huge threat to freedom and to those who love America and our Constitution.
So it's really important that we talk about it.
And I thank you for that, Charlie.
When we started this three months ago, everyone said it was a done deal.
The Democrats control everything.
They've got the House.
They've got the Senate.
They've got the White House.
They certainly don't have a mandate, but they think that they do.
And so when we began this, really our goal was to kill the bill.
But ultimately, we didn't think that was going to be possible.
We were more focused on getting out the worst provisions, which a lot of the bad provisions have come out.
It's still horrendous.
But now I think we've got a real shot to really shoot this thing in the heart and put it in its coffin for good.
Clearly, we need more of the senators like from West Virginia, from Arizona, New Hampshire, Montana that are on the Democrat side.
But they too are realizing that this bill is so destructive to America.
So we're really working to ensure that they are educated on what it is that they are being asked to support by their White House and the far left wing of their party.
So let's go through some of the specifics of the bill, which I think will just blow people's minds.
And obviously we need to focus.
I think Raphael Warnock in Georgia could be a potential vote that is vulnerable.
Kirsten Sinema, obviously in Arizona, John Tester in Montana.
Joe Manchin in West Virginia.
And North Carolina, he's basically a Democrat.
What's the guy that did insider trading, Connor, allegedly?
Richard Burr.
Yeah, who knows?
Yeah, he's on his way out.
So you got to pressure him because you never know.
What is in this bill, Brooke?
Let's talk about that because you sent this beautiful memo, $100 billion to illegals.
Let's talk a little bit about that.
Well, there is from top to bottom.
Let's just pick the issue.
So let's talk about illegal immigrants right now.
There are billions and billions and billions of dollars in this bill to incentivize, to pay, to support illegal immigrants, illegal aliens in America.
And I'm sure some of you, if not all of your listeners, have heard one of those is a massive payout to those children.
They say were separated from their parents under the Trump policy.
There are incentives to cross the border.
As we all know, open borders are the thing right now under this administration.
We're going to have millions on top of the millions that are already here of undocumented immigrants, illegal aliens based on this bill, and we're going to be paying them to do so.
Keep going down the list.
The IRS has been, will be empowered under this bill to not only watch our statements and what we're paying in taxes, but to actually go into our bank accounts.
There are taxpayer funds in this bill for abortion.
Listen, we can have a whole other discussion on whether you're pro-life or pro-choice, but 80%, maybe 90% of Americans agree, no matter where you are on that spectrum, taxpayer funds should not be used for abortions.
That's a big part of this bill, too.
So many carve outs for special interest.
There's payouts to trial lawyers, payouts to big media, payouts to basically anyone that's against America and freedom.
You get a special interest payout in this bill.
Increases the cost of prescription drugs.
Probably it's all just deathly to the American way of government in our republic.
But one of the worst are the tax increases on average everyday Americans.
That's a huge one.
It's going to increase the debt by trillions of dollars, which, of course, we know plays into the increase in inflation, which, of course, we know makes the most expensive Christmas just had the most expensive Thanksgiving on record.
Energy independence done.
This last, you know, four years under Trump, where we became an energy exporter, not an energy importer, that changes everything geopolitically from a national security interest.
But almost as important, if not more, is the mom in Detroit doesn't have to choose between heating and eating because for the first time when we're energy independent, her energy costs go down.
Under this bill, they go way back up and we lose all independence on energy.
You'll see seven and eight dollar gas.
It really is the wish list of the Marxists that is right in front of us every day that they're getting ready to vote on.
So, I just want to read some of these lists that you sent us from American First Policy Institute: $64 million to the EPA to contract with environmental justice groups, $5 billion for environmental and climate justice block grants.
Who knows where that money will go?
Probably to AOC's kind of shock troops.
$4 billion in funds for grassroots organizations to fix racist roads and bridges.
I mean, I could go on.
It's such an extraordinary document that you have here, and very few people have actually gone through the details of it.
It includes $11 billion that will likely cause American intellectual property to go to China.
As we said, $100 billion to illegals, $2.4 billion to illegal immigrants.
So, let me ask you a question, Brooke.
Where does this stand now?
So, they passed the infrastructure bill.
It looks like Republicans increased the debt limit with Schumer, which I was very disappointed to see.
Where does this specific bill stand legislatively?
Because it seems as if cinema and manchin aren't playing ball with a lot of this.
Is that right?
Well, that's correct.
And for those that pay very close attention, probably not many because it's really boring, but Pelosi and Schumer have been calling for votes on this for months.
I mean, we back in October, we were working around the clock to stop got delayed.
In November, all of November, they were working around the clock to get the vote up and it was delayed again.
In December, Senator Manchin, especially, has been very clear that from the West Virginia perspective, the inflation this will cause, the tax increases this will cause, the destruction to the energy business, especially coal in West Virginia.
He's just not comfortable with it.
Of course, Senator Manchin has been very on top of, he doesn't like taxpayer funding for abortions.
But Senator Sinema in Arizona, too, is not comfortable with what this will do to small business, as she should be.
She's not comfortable with what this, you know, America goes back to the highest corporate tax rate in the world under this bill.
Of course, we know that's where we were.
And then under the Trump years, we decreased that to be more on average.
And it unleashed the greatest economy our country had ever seen-the lowest poverty rates for Black Americans, Hispanic Americans, disabled Americans, everyone.
And now the Biden team want to throw all of that completely in the trash.
And so, where it stands now is we're just continuing to work to educate, especially in key states around the country, what this bill does and is, and hope that it dies on the vine.
That's really what we're focusing on right now.
So let's let's close on that note, Brooke.
What can people do?
Because I get this question all the time.
They say, Charlie, I call these numbers, no one answers.
But if you're in Arizona and you flood cinema or Kelly's office, which is bizarre because Kelly's actually up this cycle, you'd think he'd be more responsive.
But I think cinema actually wants to be a senator for the rest of her life.
Mark Kelly, I think, just want, I don't really know what Mark Kelly wants to do.
Does public pressure work?
Public pressure 1,000% works.
And I think this is why, Charlie, what you and your platform do is so important every day and really does make a difference when Senator Cinema or Senator Kelly or the Republicans even, when they hear from their constituents that they are educated and they are aware and they know that this bill will destroy America, then they will listen.
And really while AFPI and all of our friends are sort of a tool that we're getting the message out and working to educate Americans, we've been up on TV and on radio in these key states for a couple of months now.
But it is the people, it is the constituents of these senators that really they need to hear from.
They don't care what AFPI says, but they sure care when they get 100 calls from constituents in their state that say, whatever you do, if we want to protect the American way of life, this bill will not do that.

600% budget increase for the Internal Revenue Service and a new army of 87,000 federal law enforcement agents.

Increases the size of the Department of Labor by 15% to go after small and non-union businesses.
Gives the Committee on Natural Resources $31.7 billion, more than the budgets of 27 states.
Let me just pause by saying this.
When I actually read this, I say, okay, Just being able to stop this is a moral good.
I know a lot of you say, Charlie, if there's a rhino running in my state, should I help them?
When I read this, defense at times could be morally good.
Trust me.
I just did a whole segment on how Republicans don't know how to fight.
I do think all 50 Republicans are against this nonsense, right, Connor?
Is that right?
$4.9 trillion, total top-down spending.
$100 billion to illegals and promotes open border policies.
This is the proposed bill, by the way, just so everyone knows.
Build Back Better Bill.
Yeah, right.
Increases chain migration by funding at least 226,000 family preference visas approvals per year.
Funnels approximately $2.4 billion to add illegal immigrants under the Enhanced Child Tax Credit.
Provides funding for research conducted by the Chinese government and the Chinese Communist Party.
Includes innovation and research killing socialist prescription drug price controls.
It's probably the one thing that I could actually agree with, but we'll get to that later.
$2 trillion in new taxes for the middle class.
$2 trillion tax hike for taxes, tax hikes for the middle class.
Use taxpayer money to radicalize the country.
$1 billion per year for the TAA Communities Program.
$4 billion to fix racist roads and bridges.
A $50,000 tax break for select members of the media.
That's right, media members.
CNN gets a tax break.
They're going to need it.
$3 billion for tree planting, related roads for tree equity.
$25 million to address health equity.
Provides a tax deduction for union dues if they're used for political activities and lobbying.
$3.1 billion to expand the Minority Business Development Agency.
Ends America's energy independence, creates $8 billion for a heating tax, and I could continue.
That's all happening.
Now, Pelosi, when asked about Joe Biden, she says he's perfect.
He's everything we've always wanted.

And for her worldview, she's right.

They do want to see the U.S. dollar weakened.
They do want to see these borders wide open.
And the Build Back Better bill, which is just a pile of garbage, we just went through that, is a means to the end for that.
Now, breaking in just the last couple of minutes, some very interesting news from Jesse Rodriguez from NBC News, who actually tends to be rather accurate when he breaks stuff.
Senate expected to shelve Build Back Better plan, moving forward aggressively now on, quote, voting rights.
So because corporate lobbyists got in the way for good reason and killed the Build Back Better bill, they're going to shift gears and try to get cinema and mansion to a nationwide takeover of HR1.
Now, I want to scare you as we end this hour.
Joe Biden says, I want to tell my Republican friends, get ready, Bal.
You're in for a problem.
What if Joe Biden thinks he's going to win because he's going to have a federal takeover of elections?
What if Joe Biden thinks he's going to win because he thinks up his sleeve he's going to be able to convince Manchin Cinema and every other Democrat to have a national takeover of mail and balloting and destroy state sovereignty of elections?
That is about to become the most consequential intergenerational fight that Congress will ever take on.
Keep your eyes peeled for that.
