I am a career CIA operations officer, and as you mentioned, I was on joint duty assignment at the Office of Director National Intelligence Directors Initiatives Group, or the DIG, between March 2025 and April 2026.
I was responsible for leading the DIG's investigation into COVID origins, anomalous health incidents, and unidentified anomalous phenomena.
I'm here today to discuss the COVID cover up, the national security implications associated with the DIGS investigative findings, and CIA refusal to comply with lawful oversight, as well as how we remedy these problems.
Intelligence community leaders and senior analysts downplayed the possibility that the COVID pandemic originated as a result of a lab incident.
Motives are difficult to define given the scope of the DIGS review.
Intentional or not, the IC's actions resulted in a cover up, wasted resources, and a failure to properly inform policymakers.
Public health policy would have been very different had the American public been made aware that a virus from a lab in China was going to serve as the foundation for an emergency use authorization mRNA products being mandated by the former administration.
Dr. Fauci's role in the cover up was intentional.
Dr. Fauci influenced the analytical process and findings by leveraging his position to ensure the IC consulted with a conflicted list of curated subject matter experts, public health officials, and scientists.
This included some of the authors of the paper, The Proximal Origin of SARS CoV 2, and other public health experts who have been in his orbit for the last 20 plus years.
But your conclusion is that changing from the scientific consensus of it being from a lab to a neutral position by the CIA was significantly influenced by Anthony Fauci?
And to go to the second part of your question about what happened, particularly during the 90 day study, we have documentation that shows that as of August 12th, the CIA was.
Considering calling this a lab leak, August 12th of 2021.
And then that changed on August 17th of 2021.
And unfortunately, because the CIA would not provide us documentation that we asked for, we have no idea why that changed.

What did we find out today about Anthony Fauci panicking and getting into the what they asked for was an independent assessment by the Central Intelligence Agency about the bioweapon lab at Wuhan, sir?
You know, the director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbert, set up the director's investigation group, the DIG.
And the purpose of the DIG is to sort of go back and find out what happened in different things.
I'm reminded of after the 2020 election, they discovered that intelligence that said, hey, there was no Russian interference, was deliberately altered as an official intelligence community assessment.
That they basically said, oh, wait, there was Russian intelligence.
And now, For the 2016 campaign, excuse me, not for 2020.
And so here we have a guy who was looking into this for Tulsi Gabbard.
He went to the CIA to find out what happened.
He was an active duty CIA officer, and the CIA blocked him at every turn, but he managed to find out that the analysis by the intelligence community about the lab leak theory was altered, as we heard in the testimony, between August 12th and August 17th of 2021.
And the guy who was driving it was Dr. Fauci, which means.
So many of the decisions that were made were based on the fact that the intelligence community said they had no consensus on the origins of COVID.
If they had come forward and said, hey, it came from the Wuhan lab, which everyone agrees it happened, then you could have made a whole other set of decisions.
But it basically froze people from acting.
And then, of course, there was the cover up.
And so he basically went through how the CIA.
Was absolutely not cooperative in his probe.
And he basically left the CIA recently to retire.
And now he's coming forward to Senator Rand Paul, who was hosting this committee.
Republicans showed up.
None of the Democrats did.
And it was absolutely mind blowing to listen to what he was explaining, to think it's like it's something we all knew was true, but we just were told it was that we were imagining it.

Does anything the CIA whistleblower said today about Fauci got actively involved in the intelligence community?
To shut the probe down and to make sure the final report said, from what the consensus was at the CIA and among the intelligence community, that this was a lab leak of a weaponized virus from the military installment in Wuhan, China, to it was something that came from bats hanging out in caves, sir?

We've got to do everything merit based, get away from seniority, and people will go home instead of get reelected.

Just go to merit based selection on chairman, and we'd be in good shape.
Senator, I want to tell you if you've talked to the president about this, but the data is so overwhelming about the Scamming of the legal immigration system, the H 1B visas.

Well, I think the first thing would be, I mean, there would be two or three main things, but the first thing that the president should bring up is, uh, Salt Typhoon and Volt Typhoon.
Those are the code names by security researchers for massive Chinese hacking operations.
And not just to steal information, for cyber sabotage, to get inside of all of our critical infrastructures water, communications, electrical grid, financial sector, every area.
They are inside the wire right now with those penetrations and access points.
Back in 2015, we saw Obama.
Fecklessly try to reach an agreement with Xi Jinping, say, hey, don't hack us, we won't hack you.
Guess who lied?
