FBI Seizes Ballot Records 00:14:35
katy tur
We have breaking news from Georgia.
The FBI just executed a search warrant at the Fulton County Elections Office near Atlanta, according to a spokesperson who spoke with the Associated Press.
mike davis
Staring at this boxy building in South Fulton County, which is the county that's the epicenter of the 2020 election dispute that Donald Trump claims that he won.
And I've watched several FBI agents walk in, walk out.
I just saw Fulton County Clerk Shea Alexander and Fulton County Commission Chair Rob Pitts walk in.
They wouldn't comment to a group of reporters as they walked in.
But Shea Alexander has talked to one of my colleagues.
And again, she's the clerk of the Fulton County court system who says that the FBI was, I'm quoting here, FBI agents are here to get the 2020 ballots.
So she says on the record that they are here to look at 2020 ballots.
katy tur
Do they store 2020 ballots four years later?
Would they still have those, Greg?
mike davis
That is the key question.
And it's somewhat in dispute where they are stored, if they're stored at all, if they're stored here at this giant kind of warehouse building in South Fulton, or if they're stored at one of the other Fulton County sites, either in downtown Atlanta or elsewhere in this giant county.
It's a very populous county of more than a million people, the largest and most populous county in Georgia, a Democratic stronghold.
So there's a question of whether or not the FBI can even get what they're seeking here, which is, again, what the clerk says, those 2020 ballots, if they're even here inside this building.
brianna keilar
The Justice Department has sued 24 states for their voter data, Dave.
And Georgia's Secretary of State, Brad Raffensburger, has refused to turn over that information.
What's the DOJ's rationale for wanting the data?
Have they been successful in any of the suits?
dave ehrenberg
They've only reached settlements with red states, but the data they want is from the blue states.
It's from states that Trump lost.
They want to be able to go into court after the next election and say, here, we have the real voter file.
We have evidence of fraud.
It's one thing when Caspatel as a private citizen says it, or Denesse D'Souza, as a private citizen says it.
It's another thing when the Department of Justice goes into a federal court and says it and has the voter file.
And that's why the states are pushing back.
They say, we see where this is going.
It's not going to a very good place.
And in the end, I don't think they're going to get the voter files.
You saw what happened in Minnesota where there was an attempt to mediate the ICE dispute to say, we'll pull back the ICE officers if you give us your voter file.
What does that have to do with ICE?
But it shows you how important this issue is to the Trump administration.
mike davis
Not just looking backward, but also potentially looking forward as well as we think about the midterms in 2026 and the presidential election of 2028, huh?
dave ehrenberg
Correct.
Well, that's what this is about.
It's about going to court to challenge votes in future elections.
It's one thing to say this proves fraud in past elections.
They're really concerned about future elections.
And so that's why it's so important.
And Mark Elias has done an amazing job fighting back against it.
But we should all be warned about this because this is the next step, the next front in election fraud, trying to steal an election is by trying to go to court to try to say that this vote was improper, this vote's improper, and we have the voter database to prove it when really there has been no evidence of widespread voter fraud in any of these elections.
And so we got to be vigilant about this.
katy tur
Lisa, what are they looking for?
lisa rubin
It's not clear what they're looking for.
They could be looking for some of the information that they're seeking through some of the cases that the Department of Justice has filed against various states.
And that includes voter role information that we might think of as traditionally being housed in the state Secretary of State's office.
At least that's what they've been looking for through all of this litigation they filed and largely have failed to win.
They had a lawsuit against the state of Oregon.
That was just dismissed the other day.
They had a lawsuit against the state of Georgia that was dismissed largely on technical grounds that they filed it in the wrong place.
But if they are looking for data about the 2020 election specifically from Fulton County, it would appear, Katie, that they are looking for data that would prove Donald Trump's central thesis that there were votes for him that were not counted and/or false votes for the other candidate that were.
katy tur
Remind me what was actually investigated in 2020 and what happened when the administration, Rudy Giuliani, et cetera, went to court on this.
lisa rubin
Well, look, they tried to prove that there was voter fraud specifically at the State Farm Arena, which was sort of a repository of counting of Fulton County ballots.
There were allegations that there were suitcases full of ballots that were being exchanged.
There were allegations that because of a burst pipe, that allowed people to commit widespread voter fraud.
None of those allegations proved to be true.
And you'll, of course, remember that one of the central allegations was that votes were somehow exchanged on a thumb drive involving Fulton County election workers Ruby Freeman and her daughter Shane Moss.
They then won a defamation case against Rudy Giuliani for advancing the notion that they were involved in some sort of widespread voter fraud that never was found or verified by multiple investigations, be they congressional or from the state, from the Secretary of State's office.
Even the Attorney General of the state, Chris Carr, who was a fairly resolute Republican, said, Look, I wanted to win as much as anyone, but we just didn't have any evidence that that happened.
katy tur
States run their own elections.
By the way, we're seeing agents walk out of the building right now.
States run their own elections.
That is the purview of the states under our Constitution.
Is it legal for the FBI to enter these offices and to seize ballots?
lisa rubin
You know, what I would say is we don't know why the FBI is there, and I would urge some caution until we have more information about what the search warrant is about and specifically what crimes it alleges the FBI and DOJ have reasonable cause to believe were committed.
Until and unless we know that, I can't answer that question as definitively as you or I would like.
But on the basis of that information that is public so far, I am hard-pressed to understand why a federal judge would sign a search warrant, let alone why a normally functioning Department of Justice would seek one, Katie.
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
Here's not got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA Media.
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
steve bannon
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, Wednesday, 28th, January, Year of the Lord, 2026.
Oh, happy day.
We've waited for the state for a long time.
Sally Grubbs and Janice Johnson are on deck.
I'm going to talk to them in a minute.
Two of the most important people in Georgia elections.
Let's go to Garland Favreita and his wife Tamara.
What's going right there?
MSMEC is in full and total meltdown, Garland, because they have no earthy idea what this is all about.
They have no earthy idea why the FBI would be down there.
They have no earthy idea where a federal judge would sign a search warrant.
They have no earthy idea what the MAGA war room posse is doing.
He's got the building surrounded right now.
Tell our audience what's going on, sir.
garland favorito
All right, so we're down here at the Fulton County election hub and warehouse.
And this is where the FBI executed their search warrant today for the 2020 ballots.
And as you know, Steve, these elections records never added up in Fulton County in 2020.
The Fulton County elections have prevented us from having the ballots.
We had the original lawsuit in December 23 of 2020.
And that was, they've never given us the ballots.
The Fulton County judicial system has kept us from having the ballots, despite the fact that we won a case in the Georgia Supreme Court for standing.
They have played a shell game with us for years.
And finally, the FBI has stepped in.
So hopefully we will soon get to see what the ballots really set.
steve bannon
So Tamara and Garland, let me just ask you.
They arrived a while ago.
My understanding is they wouldn't even let the trucks move up the ramp.
Is the FBI in the building?
And do we know they actually have the hands on what I was told?
Is it 500 or 600,000 ballots?
garland favorito
Yes, there's 528,000 ballots for the election in Fulton County.
Dr. Jan can probably give you a little bit more information.
I think she and Sally are probably inside because they sit on the election board.
We are outside with the news media and a lot of the Fulton County gyms that are just having a meltdown over this.
It's like it's the end of the world.
Just for us to see the ballots.
steve bannon
Because it is the end of the world.
Just hang on for a second, Garland.
I know you guys and Cleta.
Cleta's going to join us.
Worked in this long time.
Let's go to Sally Grubbs, first vice chair, Georgia Republican Party, Janice Johnson, Vice Chair, Georgia State Election Board.
Janice, let me start with you.
Sally, we've had on the show many times over the years.
What in the hell is going on?
And does the FBI right now are they in possession of these Fulton County ballots, ma'am?
janice johnston
Steve, the FBI is inside the building, and there are two trucks that have backed up to a loading dock.
And I do not see them loading boxes yet, boxes of election materials, but hopefully that will begin soon.
Sally and I tried to gain admission to the building, but we were turned away by the Fulton County employees.
So although they did let all of the Fulton County Democrats into the building and the county commissioners, they would not allow Sally or myself to get into the building.
steve bannon
Janice, hang on for a second.
You're vice chair, you're the vice chair of the Georgia State Election Board.
You have standing.
I would assume you would have standing to go in if the FBI was doing a raid on something to do with election.
Wouldn't you have standing at least to poke your head in and just check things out, ma'am?
janice johnston
Well, I would think so.
And I would certainly want to be an impartial observer with the handling of the materials and the ballots.
However, that was not allowed by Ms. Alexander, the clerk of the court.
And actually, the reason probably part or maybe a significant part of the reason the FBI is here is because we subpoenaed the ballots and the ballot envelopes and the election documents over a year ago.
And we have been battling it out in court to try to get to these documents for well over a year.
And so it is a relief to see the FBI agents here.
And I hope they take all 700 boxes of election documents and ballots and envelopes and take them to a secure location for review and investigation.
steve bannon
Sally Grubbs, we've had you in many times going back now, what, six years?
salleigh grubbs
Six years, Steve.
steve bannon
This journey.
Six years, but who's counting?
Why does it take six years to get to where we are today?
And for the audience that maybe has not kept up with this, why is Fulton County, why are these ballots kind of the holy grail about the 2020 election, ma'am?
salleigh grubbs
Well, you know, Steve, it's like I keep saying, is if you have nothing to hide, you hide nothing.
And yet we're not even allowed in the building.
And it has been a very long journey for both Dr. Johnston and myself.
And I don't know whether you know it or not, but I'm now also on the state election board, as well as being first vice chair of the Georgia GOP.
So as you know, I've worked really hard to see this day coming, and it's surreal.
It's very surreal.
And it's wonderful.
steve bannon
I just want to make sure we're going to go to break.
I want you two guys to stick around because you work so hard.
Also, Garland Favarito, his wife, Tamara, who is a wingman, Cleta Mitchell.
Just one quick, I just want to make sure the audience understands this.
We have two members of the Georgia State Election Board that they will not, local Democrats will not allow you guys into the building.
salleigh grubbs
That's correct.
And when Ms. Alexander, the clerk at the court, came through, she was very nice and everything.
And I had actually, as a state election board member, I had emailed her yesterday and said, I'd like to come down and take a look at the area where you have the ballots.
I'd like to see the 700 boxes.
And of course, she did not respond.
And today when she walked through, she said, I did get your email, but I didn't respond.
Now, Steve, let me stop real quick and tell you that they have two of the trucks backed up to the two of the dock doors, door 15 and door 16.
And I am seeing movement from a forklift going in and out of one of the trucks.
The door is open.
And I'm seeing the headlamp of the forklift moving.
So, you know, they've got crime scene tape up.
And, you know, so we can't cross the tape, but I can tell you that I see movement and activity with the forklift.
So let's across America right now.
Why This Day Matters 00:03:16
salleigh grubbs
Can we just pray for the, okay, here.
Oh, good.
All right.
We got some more activity coming.
steve bannon
We're going to jump for a quick commercial break and come back.
Dr. Janice Johnson, we've got Sally Grubbs, both of Georgia Election Board, Garland Favarita, Tamara Favarita.
Mike Davis is going to join us.
Of course, the great Cleta Mitchell.
unidentified
Next.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Max.
steve bannon
For the audience that has joined us over the last couple of years, you may not appreciate what a historic day this is, but this has been patriots and heroes that are relentless and will not give up.
When you think, when I say, hey, if we don't quit, we'll win.
In Georgia today, you're seeing that.
Dr. Janice Johnson, let me go to you first.
Dr. Johnson and Sally Grubbs are both on the Georgia State Election Board.
Why is this so historic?
Caroline Jefferson has sent me some of the search warrant.
Cleta's going to read it to us in a second.
But why is this such a historic day?
Why is this a day that thousands of people, hundreds of people in Georgia have worked on this for six years to make sure that we actually got to the evidence?
Why is this such a historic day?
janice johnston
Well, see, we've been looking for this evidence for five years and have been stalled and delayed and pushed back.
And we simply want to get the documents to ensure that the vote was correct or not correct.
But we have not been able to get the documents to prove whether the count was accurate in the first place.
And so this is a great day to be here and to see that finally we'll be able to get the documents that we've wanted and we've requested and we've subpoenaed and now it's here.
salleigh grubbs
Steve, I'm going to flip my camera around so you can see while we're talking about this.
steve bannon
And I'll ask you, Sally.
Yeah.
Perfect.
What are we looking at, Sally?
Can you give us a describe that?
salleigh grubbs
Yeah, so they backed up two of the trucks.
I know it might be a little bit fuzzy, but they've backed up two of the trucks.
They've had Forklift going in and out.
And then since we were on just a few moments ago with you, they've brought in what appears to be a mobile command center for the FBI.
steve bannon
Because this is a crime scene.
I want to remind people that this is a search warrant for crime and the search warrant's pretty detailed.
Sally, the question, why is MSMEC playing dumb, Katie Tur and these people?
Why are they playing dumb?
And why are the local Democratic officials so freaked out?
Why are they running around there and they won't let you?
Tell me, can you answer the audience why MSMEC saying we don't even know why they're there and why the local Democratic officials are being so being obstructionist, ma'am?
salleigh grubbs
You know, you can't, there are some things you just can't explain in this world, Steve, and that's one of them.
You know, when we're, Dr. Jan and I are here and we are, you know, sitting calmly in the hallway because we couldn't get past any of the doorways and they're rushing in like someone just died.
Protective Order Signed 00:15:24
salleigh grubbs
I am not kidding you.
It is a very much of a funeral type atmosphere of, you know, oh my God, oh my God, you know, somebody must be dead.
And it's like we're, Dr. Jan and I are sitting there going, oh, happy day.
Finally, maybe we'll see some justice in America with this.
And they're totally, I've never seen such a cavalcade of the Democrat lawmakers and stuff.
And all we want is fair elections.
That's all we're asking for.
steve bannon
Describe that again to the audience.
What happened when you guys approached, when you and Dr. Janice Johnson approached to try to go in, because you are Georgia state election officials.
By the way, we're going to go to Garland as soon as we're getting back up.
Describe running around.
You said they were acting like it was a medical emergency.
salleigh grubbs
Yeah, like it's a funeral or something.
You know, it was kind of comical.
And I went to, you know, and I shake hands with everybody.
I mean, believe it or not, Steve, this is a nonpartisan issue.
This is an issue about free and fair elections in the United States of America.
And we are just, you know, we're here as election board officials and, you know, to make sure to observe.
And that's it.
And these people are acting like it is a crime of the century just to verify an election.
janice johnston
So, Steve, I need to describe the area for you a little bit.
This is a 600,000 square foot warehouse, 600,000 square feet.
It's huge.
And none of the outside doors are labeled or marked or signed.
So there's no way to know if we're anywhere near the clerk of the court's area of the warehouse or the sheriff's area of the warehouse or the Supreme Court record area of the warehouse.
And when I first arrived, all the doors were shut and no one would answer the doors.
salleigh grubbs
And no doors are labeled either.
They have numbers, but there's no markers identifying what door is what department.
janice johnston
Finally, some kind person in the sheriff's department opened the door for the FBI and we followed them in.
But that was as far as we got.
And then the FBI moved on into the inner part of the warehouse toward the record keeping area for the clerk of the court.
And we were not allowed past the small little foyer that we entered at first.
But of course, they let the county, the county commissioners through and the chair of the Fulton County Board of Elections through and some other assistance with them.
And every time someone would come to the door, I would introduce myself and say, I'm on the state election board.
May I come in?
May I observe?
And every time I was met with the answer, no.
Of course, and this is after three requests by the state election board to simply make a site visit to this area just to see what we were dealing with, because we were soon to face obtaining these documents ourselves if we could get past the Superior Court of Fulton County.
So it's been, you know, it's interesting.
And I can't tell you how relieved I am to see these documents being packed up.
steve bannon
Dr. Janice, here's the reason I think there may be some consternation.
This is a crime scene.
They're going to put crime scene tape.
Cleta's going to read us the search warrant.
This is a crime scene.
janice johnston
It's right there.
steve bannon
Well, people, there's some people around there that may be moving out of those rooms today.
It's one of the reasons we want the FBI to go down is we kept screaming in the show, just go down and grab the ballots before they destroy them.
The FBI doesn't do civil, they don't go into civil situations and grab documents.
This is a crime scene.
Look at the crime scene tape right there.
This is a crime scene.
And these are horrendous crimes.
This may be one of the greatest crimes in the history of this republic, the stealing of the 2020 presidential election, which you guys have worked day and night.
And if you had not persevered, we would have never gotten to this day.
Folks, this is one of the greatest examples about human agency.
If any of these people had quit, it said it's too hard because they had every single roadblock, even when they have official positions, like being on the Georgia State Election Board.
You saw today they shut it down.
Let me go.
Cleta Mitchell.
Can we just keep the shot right there on the crime scene?
I don't want to lose that shot.
Cleta Mitchell, can you read us?
Do you have the search warrant?
Can you actually read it?
Yes, ma'am.
cleta mitchell
I do.
I'm going to tell you what the search warrant covers.
These are the records that are particular things to be seized.
I love that word.
All records relating to violations of Title 52, United States Code, Section 20701, which is the Federal Election Records Act.
And so all physical ballots from the 2020 general election, including but not limited to absentee ballots, every type of ballot, whether cast, spoiled, provisional, et cetera.
All tabulator tapes for every voting machine used in Fulton County, including but not limited to the zero tapes.
Those are the tapes that are supposed to say we ran this test and there were zero ballots tabulated at the opening of the polls.
Closing tapes.
Now, mind you, these are all fraudulent.
We think that the ones that they have presented are fraudulent.
That's one of the things you need to know.
But all the opening tapes, closing tapes, and any other tabulator tape from any voting machine that was utilized in the general election in Fulton County in 2020.
All the ballot images, because we know that there were ballot images that were destroyed for hundreds of thousands of ballots in Fulton County that came in absentee ballots that mysteriously appeared after November 4th of 2020, the day after the general election.
So, all ballot images during the original ballot count and the recounts, because none of those match, by the way.
All voter rolls.
What they're really asking for here is not the voter rolls.
It's not like the other lawsuit.
They're asking for the voter lists that show who came in and voted.
The names of any voter that indicates the voter to whom an absentee ballot was issued, from whom an absentee ballot was received, or who participated in advanced voting or election day voting.
That means the list of voters who presented themselves and who actually voted in the election.
There is supposed to be a record of everyone who voted, whether by absentee, any method, absentee, early voting, election day.
They're seeking those records.
The warrant, let's see here, author roles a review of electronic storage media and electronically stored information.
So, not only the hard copies, the paper, also all of the storage by electronic data.
And that is what they are supposed to be seizing and taking out of here.
Let me mention one other thing, Steve.
On December the 4th, Dr. Jan and Sally have been doing yeoman work on this.
Dear friends, we've been warrior in this war along with Arlen and Tamara low these many years.
But the Fulton County District Judge McBurney ordered on December, just before Christmas of 2025, he dismissed and denied the Fulton County Election Board's motion to quash the subpoena that the state election board had issued for all of all these documents.
It said that the state election board is entitled to those.
Now, the state, the Fulton County Board said, oh, it'll cost $430,000 for us to scan everything.
Well, no, no, no, no.
We don't want them touching anything.
We don't want them scanning anything.
We want them turned over.
Our side will do the scanning.
We've had quite enough of Fulton County officials and Brad Raffinsberger, Secretary of State, and Chris Carr, Attorney General, and all of them, we've had quite enough of their handling anything.
So we are all delighted and hoping that from this point forward, that all of these materials will be made available so that it can be reconstructed to demonstrate that there were hundreds of thousands of ballots that were interjected into the system in Fulton County, over 300,000, maybe 400,000 that were added into the system after the election, for which there are no chain of custody documents.
The tabulator tapes seem to have been created out of whole cloth.
And it's apparent when you look at them, the copies that we have.
We want everything because we believe that there was a massive plan in Fulton County to steal the 2020 election.
And this is the way we get to it.
By looking at the original documents, such as they are, we know many have been destroyed.
steve bannon
Well, that's what I want to get to.
So, hang on one second.
I just want to do a reset here.
In the parking lot of the crime scene, and the crime scene is the warehouse, that's where they've got these documents.
You see the FBI out there, this trailer that'll take the evidence away.
Dr. Janice Johnson and Sally Grubbs, two members of the Georgia State Election Board, are there.
That's their camera.
They have worked on this for years with Cleta Mitchell.
Naklita, you just went through a huge litany of what this and the search warrant for this for this criminal investigation.
Let me reinforce this.
This is a criminal investigation.
The FBI has gone down and number one.
How do we know that that can even be seized?
Is this court fight?
You guys have requested this information over years.
And the reason it is supposed to even be there, because courts have ruled maybe not to turn it over to you to date, but that they're not supposed to destroy it.
cleta mitchell
They're not supposed to destroy it.
That doesn't mean they didn't destroy things.
We know, for instance, that they destroyed all of the ballot images for Election Day voting.
So among other things, there are 300,000 ballots cast for which there are no signed tabulator tapes.
There is supposed to be the poll manager at every election, at every polling place is supposed to, they're supposed to, you know, they're supposed to be a chain of custody.
I mean, we all watch CSI.
We all know that, you know, you're supposed to have zero votes at the beginning on the tabulator.
And then at the end of the time, at the end of voting, you're supposed to see what the tabulator closing tape shows and say how many ballots have been cast.
And then the number of ballots should match the ballots issue.
Well, none of it matches.
And there, please, and the reason we know it doesn't match, not only that doesn't match, we think they were fabricated.
And we also know that the poll manager is supposed to sign with two witnesses every tabulator tape.
And we have over 300,000 votes represented by tabulator tapes that are not signed by anyone, not signed at all.
And Brad Raffensberger, the Secretary of State of Georgia, said it was a clerical 300,000 ballots.
I mean, seriously.
steve bannon
So hang on one second.
Our cameraman, the great Sally Grubbs on the Electoral Board, it's bitter cold down there.
She's going to tuck inside her cars in a second.
I want to go to Garland Favrea.
I think Tamara's with them.
Garland, they just read this lengthy search warrant.
Tell people how tough it's been for you guys at Vote Georgia and your other colleagues to make sure that we got to this day, that the evidence is not supposed to be destroyed.
It's all supposed to be in that warehouse, sir.
garland favorito
Exactly what I was going to say.
You know, we got the original protective order on these ballots.
Guess what day it was?
January 6th of 2021 was when we got the original protective order, I believe, on these guys.
Isn't that ironic?
We were literally in a remote court scene on January 6th, and Fulton County is packed up in the middle and went home and had to reconvene from their homes that day.
So, but so ever since then, when we won the Georgia Supreme Court case, then that reinstated the protective order on those ballots.
So I think that was the key to preserving them.
And then so many others have asked for the same thing, the Harrison Floyd case and so on.
But there's been, that's why they're still there.
It's just perseverance from getting that, getting them protected from the very beginning.
steve bannon
Garland, there's police tape around the parking lot.
There's an FBI van and they're loading now, I guess, with a forklift.
The Democrats, local Democrats are outside with you.
They're freaked out inside the building.
They didn't let the two representatives of the Georgia State Election Board in.
Just tell me, and MSMEC says, I don't know what these guys, we have no earthy idea what they're looking for.
Why are the Democrats shocked that this day has finally arrived?
garland favorito
Well, I think they're going to, they know that they cheated in the 2020 election and it's all going to come out now.
And that it's a whole cover operation that's going on out here with the cameras and all the rhetoric going on.
janice johnston
Yeah, I think they just can't believe that they're finally getting caught because they have worked so hard to continue this cover up.
steve bannon
You're saying, you're saying that you're saying that they never thought they'd be caught.
The arrogance of these guys never thought we'd get to having the FBI with police tape, with a criminal search warrant in there and loading up a big, almost like a MAC truck.
garland favorito
Exactly, Steve.
And you know why?
They knew that Brad Raffensperger would protect them and they knew that the corrupt Fulton County judicial system would protect them.
And they thought that that was enough until they didn't count on Trump winning the 2024 election and him being in control of the DOJ and the FBI civil and criminal divisions.
janice johnston
And this is not just a democratic state.
Raffmansberger.
steve bannon
Yes.
unidentified
Yes.
steve bannon
Rathensberger, Chris Carr, even Kemp.
Kemp didn't lift a finger on this.
He fought you guys the entire way.
unidentified
Exactly.
garland favorito
That's right.
steve bannon
Hang on for one second, guys.
Stay right there.
I know this is an incredible day, historic day.
And what they didn't plan on was Trump winning, but they also didn't plan on any being patriots like Tamara and my man, Garland Favarito, that would fight for six years, having got a protective order on January 6th of 2021.
Remember that day?
Remember that day?
Well, you didn't know that a protective order was given.
This is the payoff of that.
Voter Intimidation Revelations 00:04:24
steve bannon
This is a criminal, this is a federal crime scene.
The FBI is there and they're loading up these documents right now.
And MSMEC is playing dumb.
Well, what are they even looking for?
I don't know.
That was a long time ago.
Maybe it's for the future.
No, it's not for the future.
It's for 2020, which is going to inform what we're going to do in the future to show that the 2020 election was stolen and part of the steal was right there in Georgia.
And you had heroes like Sally Grubbs, Dr. Johnson.
You had Garland Favarito and his wife, Tamara, that fought on.
Mike Davis, I want to do the flip side because this is why Big Fanny Willis, when she got the indictment on Trump and Rudy and everybody else, and Clita, right?
She wanted to put Trump in jail for 100 years for this, right?
As protection, she wanted to get a firebreak between where the real crime scene is and that crime scene.
The evidence of the crime, right now, it's a crime scene, is inside that massive 600 square foot, 600,000 square foot warehouse, sir.
mike davis
Yeah, when Democrats get caught with their hands in the cookie jar with their blatant crimes, I would say watch out for the riots.
We may have Democrat-instituted riots later, like they did in Minna, like they did in Minnesota, Minneapolis, when the Somali pirates got caught stealing billions of dollars in American taxpayer money, working with these Minnesota Democrat politicians.
They tried to distract with riots.
So who knows what they're going to do here?
But I would just say this with Fulton County, where do they have 500,000 ballots from the 2020 election that they didn't want to turn over to the Justice Department as part of a lawsuit by the Justice Department?
And then you had the FBI go raid and get these documents.
It was authorized by a United States magistrate judge to get these voting records from 2020.
What did they have to hide?
It's amazing that 2020 was an anomaly and Democrats squeaked by Joe Biden, who couldn't get out of his home and couldn't fill his COVID circles in 2020, somehow squeaked by in Georgia.
And, you know, they now they don't want to turn over the evidence and they say, you know, it's voter intimidation.
How the hell is it voter intimidation to turn over ballots from 2020 that aren't tied to the voters?
They are decoupled from the voter registration.
So you wouldn't know how these people voted anyway.
They just want to look at the ballots.
It's obvious that the Democrats are hiding this because they have something to hide.
They know that the 2020 election was rigged and stolen and they're going to get caught.
steve bannon
As Tamara Garland's wife and his wingman and all this, she's worked with him side by side.
She has said, hey, it is, it is, Foundy Wills is Fulton County.
It's the election board there.
It's the Democrats of the Democrat County.
But she said the establishment Republicans, Roffensburg, in this crowd, Carr, they have not been particularly helpful in this.
Mike Davis, why is that?
mike davis
Well, I have a theory that Republican white Southern men tend to be the biggest cowards on the planet, particularly politicians.
They're so scared of being called racist.
They are so concerned about being accepted by the elite.
And it's just something in their DNA with these southern white Republican politicians that just make them total cowards.
We saw this recently with James Comer, who, you know, essentially said that President Trump should wave the white flag and pull out of Minneapolis.
I mean, it's just, it's unbelievable to me how these white male Republican politicians in the South can be utter cowards.
steve bannon
Yeah, it's not helpful.
Right there, we're seeing this FBI.
You got an FBI truck.
Fbi Raid Notification 00:02:37
steve bannon
The FBI commenced a raid.
Let me, do I have Sally Grubbs?
What time did this raid start?
What time were you guys notified that something was coming down at this warehouse where the Fulton County voting records are kept?
What time are you notified?
salleigh grubbs
Steve, I was notified actually by some people that saw a news break item and texted it to me.
And they were asking me about it.
And I'm like, no, nobody called me.
I have, when I first heard about it, I called Dr. Johnston about 1:23.
And she was on the road back from out of town.
And, you know, there was no consultation or counseling on my part or her part.
So I was like, well, you know, my office is only about 20 minutes away.
So should I head down there?
And she's like, yeah, I'll meet you there.
So we've been here.
I got here just before two o'clock.
Did not receive a warm welcome at the front office of the election board office.
And, you know, like Dr. Johnston was saying, this building is huge and there are numerous different offices contained with it.
I mean, it's just like a big manufacturing warehouse.
And there are numerous different divisions of offices in there.
And they said, well, you have to go back to the clerk of court, you know, office.
And we go back here.
And Dr. Johnston and another friend arrived.
And also another member of the state election board, Sarah Gazal, arrived.
And there's no signage.
There's nothing to tell you where to go.
So it was just kind of, you know, persistence and Dr. Johnston knocking on a door and us getting entry.
And then like I said, the Democrat legislator started showing up and, you know, it was like a funeral or something.
It was really kind of odd.
But we're very thankful to see the FBI here.
We now have a better visual, as you're showing on your monitors of the FBI guys and, you know, the command center.
And I'm just like, you know, I'm glad that none of these trucks are shredding trucks.
That's all I can tell you, Steve.
steve bannon
Well, let's talk about Dr. Johnston.
Do you think, I mean, the way people reacted, do you think all the Cleta just went through a huge manifest of information that's supposed to be there?
And it seems pretty voluminous.
All In Together 00:05:54
steve bannon
Do you anticipate that any of it's been destroyed?
I mean, in your knowledge as a member of the Georgia State Election Board, because you guys have been fighting this in courts forever, I take it you assume that all of this information is going to be readily available.
And if it's not, that's going to be an issue?
janice johnston
Steve, the best I know is that the documents are contained in about 700 boxes that have been held in the clerk of the courts area in this white, in this warehouse.
And my understanding is, is they're completely unorganized and not inventoried well.
We don't know where the documents are in those 700 boxes.
And I have advised people over the last several months that we have no other choice but to recommend that all 700 boxes be removed and taken out of the hands of Fulton County so that we can look for the documents that we've been looking for for years, for years, and have been unable to get Fulton County to provide or produce or even try to find.
So we're looking for those tabulator tapes.
We're looking for numbered voter lists.
We would like to know who was eligible to vote for the 2020 election.
We're looking for documents to prove that actual ballot boxes that they claimed produced thousands of votes were actually real ballot boxes.
And the whole purpose of this is to look for areas of inconsistency and irregularities.
So to understand what happened if it did happen, so it will not happen in future elections.
That's the point of the state election board's investigation and participation in this.
steve bannon
Do the state election, I'm going to go to Garland Favreau here in a second, but does the state, just the structure, does the state election board oversee Raffensburg in the job he had as the Secretary of State?
Are you an advisory committee to him?
Are you totally independent and supervise him?
What is the structure between you and because everybody in the audience, when you mention in the war room posse, when you mention Brad Raffensburg's name, they spit right on the floor.
So what is the association with Raffensburg and the Georgia State Elections Board, which people work so hard to say we got to get these really smart and tough people like you and Sally on there?
janice johnston
Right.
Well, in a number of years past, the state election board did provide oversight of the Secretary of State and their election office.
But it's been a more complicated recent history because Secretary Raffensberger was removed from the state election board as the chair.
And then the state election board was legislated to become completely independent of the Secretary of State's office.
But that has been complicated and been an unhappy relationship because of the last several years, the last five years.
So we are technically an independent agency now, but we still have challenges in obtaining cooperation from the Secretary of State's office.
steve bannon
By the way, I think that relationship is about to get a lot more complicated.
You can see right there on the camera.
I'm just throwing that out there for.
Now, you see right there, we have the panel truck that the FBI has backed up, and you'll see a forklift go in and out every so often.
And we assume right now, because of the activity of the FBI outside, that that is actually the evidence that Cleta just read to us about.
Garland Favaritas, I have Garland up.
Garland, you and Tamara, the same question.
We understand why Fulton County, the Democrats, would be at, you know, you had to fight them tooth and nail and go to court and make sure they didn't destroy, at least have court orders that they couldn't destroy stuff.
But why is Raffensburger and these establishment Republicans you think would be open to the fact of potential cheating that went on?
Would you not?
garland favorito
Well, you've said it all along, Steve.
It's a unit party.
The Republican establishment and the Democratic establishment work together.
You know, Kemp was the Secretary of State before Raffensburger, and he won on these machines.
His first office was in 2002 when he won a state Senate seat in a big upset.
The first year they put in the original unverifiable voting system, the PAPO system deballed all the way back in 2002.
Ever since that time, when he won that state Senate seat, he's wanting to become Secretary of State for some reason.
Now we kind of know why.
Brad Ravensberger came in and he continued the same thing.
He has sold out.
It would take a half of a show to talk about how he has sold out the Secretary of State's office to the most rabid anti-Trump Democrats and given them contracts for all sorts of different things from Dominion to Voting Works to David Becker and Eric.
And the list just goes on.
He's picked the worst possible people.
He has been worse than any Democrat could have been.
Mike Lindell's Crusade 00:08:44
garland favorito
And that's, I just think they're all in it together.
I don't think it's anything about the South and the North.
I think that you see the same thing up in the North.
It's just the uniparty that we've been fighting all along.
You and Michael and Dell.
steve bannon
We'll let Davis go on that.
We'll let Davis go on that one.
He's a guy from Ireland.
We understand.
A lot of what he said was true there.
Social media, we got a bounce.
We're going to have you on tomorrow morning's show.
Garland, you and Tamara, where do we go to get you guys?
janice johnston
Voterga.org.
Voterga.org.
garland favorito
We're all volunteers.
Thank you guys for being a three-to-one donation match on right now through the end of the month.
steve bannon
We're here because of your efforts, because of your fight.
It's amazing.
Sally Grubbs, Dr. Jan, can you give us your social media Twitter?
We're going to follow this as you guys are going to be out there.
We're having the show tomorrow morning.
Where do people go?
salleigh grubbs
Steve, this is Sally, and mine is at FIRST, The number one S-T-V-C-G-A-G-O-P at, or they, you know what?
They can just search me by my name, Sally Grubbs, on Twitter or X. I'm sorry.
I apologize, Elon.
steve bannon
Thank you, ma'am.
Dr. Jan, where did we get you?
Yes, ma'am.
janice johnston
On Twitter, Dr. Jan, election advocate or elect at election.
unidentified
Thank you, man.
steve bannon
You guys are heroes.
You guys are heroes for six years fighting this.
Just absolutely unbelievable.
I guess five years total, if I count right.
Thank you guys.
I'll catch up with you tonight and see you on the show tomorrow morning.
Cleta Mitchell, we got two minutes.
How did this come about?
You've been fighting this in Washington, D.C., leading the effort in the Imperial Capitol.
How did all of a sudden the FBI appear out of nowhere today to shock the Democratic apparatus and the Republican Democratic apparatus in Fulton County in the state Republican apparatus?
How did you make it happen?
cleta mitchell
Well, I think the fact that, I mean, you said it, Steve, the fact that Donald Trump got re-elected and they never dreamed that that would happen.
The reason we have a criminal investigation going on today and not before, because the Georgia Bureau of Investigation should have started this investigation five years ago, but they didn't because only the governor has the authority to ask them to do that.
And Governor Kemp would never do it.
And I think it's really important to realize that this, don't ever forget, we filed an election contest on behalf of President Trump in December of 2020, and we outlined all the irregularities.
Far more illegal votes counted in the vote totals than the margin between President Trump and Joe Biden.
And we never got a judge appointed to hear the case.
I've never heard of that.
I've never heard of that.
And so the clock just ran out and we never got to put our evidence on in a court of law.
And so that's how it happened.
That's how it happened.
They were intent upon not having Donald Trump.
steve bannon
Intent.
Oh, no.
No, no, they never thought they would come.
Your social media, ma'am, because they were Fonnie Wills trying to put you in prison.
They wanted, they wanted you or Tina Peters to them.
They wanted you.
They wanted, you're just, you're just the Georgia, you're a Georgia Peach Tina Peters.
What's your social media?
cleta mitchell
At Cleta Mitchell on X and on True Social.
garland favorito
Cleta Mitchell.
steve bannon
Cleta, you're a fighter.
A North Carolinian, but you're a fighter.
A tar heel fighting down in Georgia.
Fabulous.
Great day.
Great day, Clita.
Fantastic work.
Mike Davis, we got to get over to Mike Lindell, but we wouldn't be here without Article 3.
Also, you fought Fannie Willis.
You fought it all.
This is why they wanted to put Trump in prison.
This is why they want to put Cleta Mitchell in prison.
This is why they want to put Rudy in prison because of this day.
And it had tip to Kash Patel and the folks over the FBI hat tip to DOJ and Domain Justice.
This was a tractor poll, folks, behind the scenes.
Mike Davis, give me a minute closing observations, and then I want people to go to Article 3 today.
mike davis
Yeah, I wanted to say cheers to Attorney General Pam Bondi and Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, Farmeet Dillon.
They're the ones who brought these civil lawsuits against these Fulton County operatives to get their voting records from 2020.
And they used the Civil Rights Act of 1960 to do it.
The Attorney General has vast and broad power to get voting records under the Civil Rights Act of 1960.
These Fulton County officials try to obstruct the investigation and they learn the hard way that you're not going to mess with Pam Bondi and Farmeet Dillon and Kash Patel.
This is not the Trump won Justice Department.
These are bold and fearless warriors.
steve bannon
Listen, all those guys and the DAG over the Todd, they've all taken incoming.
Today is victory begets victory, folks.
Mike, I got to track you down about Minnesota.
I don't have time to do it now.
Victory begets victory.
Mike Davis said it.
We ain't backing down in Minnesota.
We're not going to back down in Minneapolis.
We're doubling down.
We're not backing down.
Davis, where to go to Article 3?
I need people to go there right now.
mike davis
Yeah, thank you to the war room posse.
You guys are warriors, and you've got a big victory today.
It's article3project.org, article number three, project.org.
Follow us on social media.
Donates, but only what you can afford: an action, action, action.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, there's crime scene tape around the ballots in Fulton County.
Thank you, sir.
Thank you for your efforts over the many years since this went down, since they stole the 20.
Let's be blunt.
Katie Turrest, suck on this.
They stole the 2020 election.
That's what this is about.
Don't play dumb.
Don't play dumb.
You know exactly what's going on.
Mike Lindell, not going to sell me a pillow today.
We got two and a half minutes.
I want to take you the full time because, brother, you've worked as hard as any person in this country for this day to happen.
Folks, there were a thousand times that Favarito and Johnston and Sally Grubbs and Cleta Mitchell and Mike Davis and hundreds of more that work with him and volunteer and Lindell could have all quit.
They could have all quit.
They did not quit.
They used their agency.
And that's why we got the FBI loading up the evidence of the stolen 2020 election.
Mike Lindell.
mike lindell
Yeah, it's a great day, Steve.
And I'll tell you, you get crooked Brad Rasenberger down in Georgia and Kemp and all of them.
This is what I've been waiting for.
All the stuff to come out that we already had five years ago.
We already had all this stuff five years ago, but we were called conspiracy theorists.
And we were attacked.
And that's why my pillow most attacked company in history.
They want me to shut up, shut up, shut up about the machine.
Shut up about the elections.
Just be quiet.
We'll let it all go away, Mike.
Well, it ain't happening.
And Steve, I'll tell you, it's going to be one state after another for this 2020 election.
You see Georgia, you see stuff coming out of Pennsylvania.
You're going to see them all come out over the next month or so.
I think you're going to just, it's going to be pouring out.
Everything we said was true back then.
There's only one truth.
And remember, remember, Steve, back in the day, I think we were on the war room when we, my whole teams, we walked into Kemp's office in Georgia and served all those papers to him.
Obviously, you know, they never did.
I'll never forget that.
steve bannon
You did that live.
unidentified
Hold it.
steve bannon
You did that live on you did that live on War Room.
They chased you everything.
MyPillow.com promo code banned.
I'm going to have you on back tomorrow morning.
We did that live, and Kemp's people called security and said, get this crazy man out of the lobby, man.
What is this guy doing?
unidentified
He's been crazy.
mike lindell
Absolutely.

And there's also going to be some days that you can see the sunlit uplands.
This is all about the agency of these great heroes in the state of Georgia, plus the Cleta Mitchells.
Kurt Olson's involved in this.
Mike Lindell, hundreds of people to make this happen.
There's crime scene tape around the Fulton County warehouse where the evidence for the stolen 2020 presidential election resides.
Stick around.
