Speaker Time Text

Jordan has asked Jack Smith to appear at the House Judiciary.
donald j trump
You mean deranged Jack?
He's a deranged individual.
Well, they should.
I'm surprised it takes so long.
donald j trump [ai]
You know, we're talking about violent crime.
donald j trump
What about the crime against a political opponent?
That's what we have to talk about, too.
unidentified
We'd like to understand the full extent to which the Biden-Harris Justice Department weaponized federal law enforcement.
What do you think the committee will find out?
donald j trump
I think it was the worst weaponization of a political opponent in the history of the world, let alone this country.
And I hope that everybody's, you know, they're involved in it.
donald j trump [ai]
I'm not.
donald j trump
I'm the one that had to suffer through it and ultimately win.
donald j trump [ai]
But what they did was criminal.
Deranged Jack Smith, in my opinion, is a criminal.
donald j trump
And I noticed his interviewer was, I think that was Weissman.
And I hope they're going to look into Weissman too.
Weissman's a bad guy.
brian glenn
The weaponization of the DOJ.
The media often says your department is weaponizing the DOJ.
donald j trump
That's the opposite.
brian glenn
It's the opposite.
Todd, you represented President Trump and probably the greatest weaponization of the DOJ by Alvin Bragg.
You know firsthand, if you can describe what you saw under the Biden administration and how they weaponized the DOJ.
todd blanche
Well, I mean, I think it's hard to describe what happened in those last four years since President Trump.
Alvin Bragg, a local prosecutor, his office staffed by somebody from DOJ.
Jack Smith, picked as a special counselor, staffs his entire office with DOJ prosecutors.
And then there are countless things that happened, all in writing, most of them on the docket, that require no explanation except a complete abomination of the place that the Attorney Donald and I run now and Director Patel.
So when people talk about this department weaponizing, it's embarrassing.
Because there's no scenario in which you can look at what we're doing, restoring justice, doing the right thing in every single case, and say that that's weaponization, and yet remain eerily silent about what happened for the past three years.
I mean, you read these articles and giggle because it cannot be true that people really think that what they did to him, not once, not twice, I'm still counting three, four times.
But we're the ones that are weaponizing.
So this man is not weaponizing the Department of Justice.
We're not weaponizing the Department of Justice.
It's the opposite.
I mean, and also, nobody questions what I'm saying because it's true, because we all lived the past four years.
donald j trump
So listen, they never want to bring up the details, but I watch the fake news and oh, he's weaponized.
And he wants to send them to prison.
donald j trump [ai]
He wants all these.
They indicted me like five times.
donald j trump
I took a mug shot.
donald j trump [ai]
Who would have thought it turned out to my favor?
donald j trump
Because it was a good shot.
donald j trump [ai]
But I had to take a mug shot.
donald j trump
It's right out there on the door.
New York Post, front page of every paper in the world.
I had a mugshot.
They wanted to send me.
Nobody says that.
They say he's acting very, very tough.
He's acting unfair.
Let me tell you, if they've been nice to anybody, it's to those criminals because they are so good having to do with all of the things we're talking about today with violent crime.
But if anything, I think this Justice Department has been so respectful of the law because the other Justice Department, with Rita or Lisa and all of that scum, real scum, what they did to the political opponent of a guy that has a seriously low IQ.
Now in his case, it was low based on his career, but it got real low.
donald j trump [ai]
Okay?
donald j trump
It was descending rapidly.
donald j trump [ai]
But what they did to go after his political opponent is legendary, worse than any third world country, banana republic.
donald j trump
And what we're doing is nothing.
Are you kidding?
Nothing.
They write stories.
Why aren't they doing this, this?
And I don't have to leave it up to them, but I choose to at this moment at least.
But there's never been anybody treated in the history of politics.
You know, they say the two worst treated presidents by the media, et cetera, was that man right there, the late, great Abraham Lincoln, and this right there, Andrew Jackson.
They say Andrew Jackson was treated terribly.
donald j trump [ai]
They give him number one and number two.
donald j trump
But that was before I came along, Newt.
I say I have number one times ten.
donald j trump [ai]
Nobody's been treated like I've been treated.
And I did a great job.
You know, we had a great first term.
donald j trump
And we had one of the most successful economies in history, et cetera.
I rebuilt the military.
We did a tremendous amount.
The last part, we had a horrible thing called COVID.
And we handled that well.
We made ventilators for nations all over the world.
I mean, we did a great job.
donald j trump [ai]
Probably never get credit for it.
donald j trump
Look at the therapeutics, the Regeneron, all the different things, the vaccines, all the things we did.
We did a great job, but we had to focus on that.
But we had the best economy in the history of our country.
donald j trump [ai]
We're blowing it away right now.
donald j trump
Look at the stock market.
It hit another all-time high today.
That's 48 days out of the few days that I've served.
donald j trump [ai]
48 days have already hit record highs.
donald j trump
And we have maybe most importantly the number, we have now, I was saying 17, it's over $18 trillion is being poured into our countries.
It's because of the election and because of tariffs.
Without the tariffs, you wouldn't have probably 18 cents.
It's because of the tariffs, because there are no tariffs if they build on our country, in our country.
And they understand that.
donald j trump [ai]
So we have medical companies coming over.
donald j trump
We have the AI.
We're dominating China in AI.
Everybody said that's impossible.
donald j trump [ai]
We're dominating.
donald j trump
I'm letting these massive plants build their own electric generating plants.
They're becoming utilities in addition to everything.
donald j trump [ai]
Maybe they'll make more money with that.
donald j trump
Who knows?
But they're building their own electric because we have an old grid.
You wouldn't be able to do that.
donald j trump [ai]
And we're dominating China.
donald j trump
We're dominating with AI, which seems to be the new big thing.
That's the new internet.
That's the new whatever.
So we're very happy with the job we're doing.
donald j trump [ai]
I'm very happy with the job they're doing.
But when you tell me about attacking a political opponent, there's never been, and I'm a legitimate opponent.
donald j trump
I watched my son.
He's got the number one best-selling book now.
My son Eric, he's a wonderful kid.
That guy spent so much time with subpoenas.
He got more subpoenas than anybody in the history of our country.
Think of it.
And he's an innocent, good boy.
He's a good kid.
He's always been a good kid.
All of my children are good.
donald j trump [ai]
They went through hell.
My children went through federal grand juries on a hoax.
donald j trump
Think of it.
You have Adam Schiff and Hillary Clinton and others make up a hoax and then wanting to put, so they know it's a hoax, and they go before the press, say Donald Trump Jr. will go to jail because of what he's done with Russia.
I'll never forget, I get a call from my son Don, and he said, Dad, I'm being accused of something with Russia.
donald j trump [ai]
I don't know anything about Russia.
donald j trump
He didn't know anything about, think of it, how bad they are.
They say he'll go to prison for the rest of his life.
He knew nothing about it on a hoax, the Russian hoax, Russia, Russia, Russia hoax.
donald j trump [ai]
On a story that they made up.
donald j trump
And they made it up in order to explain why Hillary Clinton lost an election, that she lost by pretty good numbers.
The second one, this one, actually a second one was even better, but the third one, this one was too big to rig.
It was just too big to rig.
They tried to rig it.
steve bannon
Wednesday, 15, October, Year of Our Lord, 2025, the book is Under Siege, the story of Eric Trump and the family and the persecution by not just the Democratic Party, but the deep state, the apparatus.
Brian Glenn is live at the White House.
Brian, your question, wow.
It started with Todd Blanch, went to the president.
It's extraordinary.
Tell me about it, sir.
brian glenn
Yeah, it was one of those questions, I think, Steve, that it had to be asked because a lot of the media claims that the Trump administration is weaponizing the Department of Justice.
And in fact, we all know the truth, but it was under Joe Biden that that really occurred.
And obviously, particularly, Todd represented President Trump in regards to Alvin Bragg and what a side show that was and what a weaponization of that turned out to be.
It had to be asked, and I think that obviously his answer said it all, that six and a half minute or so response from President Trump seemed to be a little angry towards the end of answering that question.
Rightfully so.
steve bannon
What I loved about the question, and we'll rework this and play it tomorrow morning again.
You got Todd Blanch.
I think for the first time, Todd's been able to sit there and walk through all of it and say this is a total joke and talk about the weaponization against his client at the time, Donald Trump, you know, President Trump, 45.
It was a brilliant answer by Todd.
Finally, we got Todd to be able to answer it.
The situation today was an FBI about violent crime.
You had Pam Bondi, the Attorney General of the United States.
Of course, our own Kash Patel was there.
But you actually gave a platform for Todd, who's been pretty quiet this entire time, to kind of come forward.
I thought it was brilliant.
And to top it off, President Trump, and I tell people, this guy knows the history of it.
He says, hey, only two guys in the history of this country have they've ever gone, the media has ever gone, and the establishment have ever gone worse than me.
And he pointed to the two portraits that he has put in the Oval Office, Abraham Lincoln and Andrew Jackson.
I thought that was incredibly powerful.
The president showed the personal connection he has with those two great leaders from the 19th century.
Thoughts?
brian glenn
Yeah.
Yeah.
No, I agree.
And of course, that came after they did a recap, what they call the FBI summer heat.
And this is some of the numbers, Steve, across not only in Memphis, but what they've confiscated here in D.C. as well.
If you just go over the numbers, over 8,600 arrests.
We've got over 2,300 firearms seized.
And my first question for President Trump was, and really was to everyone, is what have you done to those individuals that unlawfully had a gun that you took out of their hands and you're going to prosecute them for further crimes?
And they absolutely answered and said they will.
The amount of fentanyl that has been taken off the streets is insane, enough to kill everyone, you know, three times over on the population.
So the massive success they've had in Memphis in just a short time, the massive success they had in D.C. since they've been here for a little over a month or so.
And then the continuation, and Steve, I thought this was interesting.
He talked about Boston quite a bit and said, look, if that mayor can't get things straight there, we'll move that World Cup that's scheduled in Boston.
We'll move it somewhere else.
We'll contact FIFA and we can do that.
He also mentioned Los Angeles.
Oh, yeah.
He also mentioned Los Angeles in the same regards that, you know, we got to get Los Angeles cleaned up, get the state of California, specifically San Francisco.
That was a city he named at the top of the press conference.
But if you live in Boston and you want your, you're a soccer fan and you want that to happen, you better make sure that your city officials welcome President Trump to clean up your city, or you know what?
You may not have that match.
steve bannon
Hey, I think the Olympics, the 84 Olympics, I'm telling you, the out-of-control, neo-Confederate insurrectionist attitude of the mayor out there and Governor Newsom, which I think is totally out of control.
My recommendation, let's move the Summer Olympics to, I don't know, let's go to Dallas, right?
unidentified
It'll be a little hotter, but hey, Olympic athletes are tough.
steve bannon
They can take it, right?
We've had it in Athens and other places in Rome.
They've had some hot spots before.
Let's go to Dallas.
I think the Olympics are in play here because you can't have these out-of-control cities fighting ICE, fighting law enforcement, and particularly as President Trump sends in the troops to back up the citizenry and to put down crime.
If they're going to fight, if these Democrat mayors are going to fight it and these radical Democrat governors are going to fight it, particularly Newsom, who may be even more radical than Pritzker, if he's going to throw down and challenge the president, well, guess what?
That we just take all the federal money that's going to be used for protection and we move it to Dallas, Texas.
That'd be my recommendation.
brian glenn
Yeah.
Yeah, you know, that conversation, I remember last year people talking about that, how Texas would be a good place specifically to have this.
And we've got the right infrastructure for someone who has a house in the Dallas area.
I know very well that they've got nice stadiums, night track and field events.
Now, the surfing along the coast there in the Gulf Coast, you could probably do something else with that.
But it is the perfect place to do that.
And I know that people in the great state of Texas would probably support that.
Governor Abbott would be all in support.
And you know what?
If they want to bring in as many National Guardsmen to protect it, that's a great idea.
And Texans will welcome it.
steve bannon
By the way, maybe we leave, maybe we do leave the surfing in Newport Beach, but the rest of it comes back.
Anyway, we'd love the Coliseum.
We'd love to have it there.
The 84 was great.
But hey, first off, you have to guarantee the safety of the Olympics and the National Security of the Olympics.
Brian Glenn, you're the new Helen Thomas.
She ran those press conferences.
Always asked the best question from United Press International.
She's long gone, and I think UPI is too.
Brian Glenn at Real America's Voice.
What's your social media, brother?
unidentified
Where do Peter go get you?
brian glenn
Well, you can check me out on X at Brian Glenn TV on Getter as well, Brian Glenn TV on Truth Social at Brian.

So if you're going to come after me, I will punch back occasionally and have some fun with that.
But go follow me on social media.
I'm getting murdered basically every day, Steve, but that's okay.
I'm tough.
steve bannon
That's okay.
You got your supporters.
The guy's coming out are fine.
Thank you, brother.

Congresswoman Pelosi.
Are you at all concerned that the new January 6th Committee will find you liable for that thing?
Are you at all concerned about the new January 6th committee finding you liable for that day?
Why did you refuse the National Guard on January 6th?
unidentified
Shut up.
I did not refuse the National Guard.
The president didn't send it.
Why are you coming here with Republican talking points as if you're a serious journalist?
alison steinberg
The American people want to know.
We still have questions.
Thank you.
steve bannon
I love that so much.
unidentified
We're going to just play it on a loop here in the war room.
steve bannon
Rob Sig, Parker Sig, the Real America's voice team.
We always work very closely with Lindale TV, the great Lindell TV.
Allison Steinberg is the Capitol Hill reporter for Lindbergh TV, for Lindell TV.
She joins us now.
Allison, have you gone to like a priest for an exorcism?
Because did Nancy Pelosi put a spell on you?
You triggered her worse.
You got her worse than anybody in political history.
She's never turned with that vicious Nancy Pelosi nature that the public never sees.
Ma'am, what happened there?
alison steinberg
Yeah, I got to say, Steve, it was honestly terrifying.
I was actually a little apprehensive to even go up to her because I felt this very weird, evil sort of force surrounding her.
But I'm like, you know what?
This is my chance.
I just got to strike while the iron is hot.
So that's what I did.
I just charged right up to her.
It was a very tiny window of time that I had to actually go up there because as you can see, she was very heavily surrounded by her carriers and her guards there that have to help her walk.
I guess she's having trouble walking.
But I just, you know, got my question in.
I actually thought she was going to carry on without even responding to me.
And then I knew the second she turned around and pointed that little old finger right in my face that I had struck gold.
I was shocked when she told me to shut up as if it's a sin for asking questions that many American people still want to know answers to.
As you know, she just shamed me and scolded me for wanting to know the truth about what happened on January 6th.
And I guess, you know, if you're a Republican, that doesn't make you a serious reporter.
That's more or less what she told me.
And I just find it fascinating that that was her response to what happened with the National Guard on January 6th.
When let's not forget she is on record admitting that she should have deployed the National Guard on January 6th.
steve bannon
Look, here's Allison.
Here's why you hit her tripwire is that you saw her doddering away, which is shocking.
The footage your cameraman got is unbelievable.
I mean, she looks like she's 100 years old, right?
They got the guy helping her.
But the reason she turned, she understands the pardon that she went on her belly and crawled up to to get is an autopen pardon.
So it's not, it's not going to, it's not going to protect her, okay?
They're very nervous about January 6th.
I want to go back to your question.
Help me out here.
Is there anything wrong?
Walk me through that question.
It's a basic question of information the public needs to start thinking about this January 6th situation as now people the Justice Department is indicting Comey.
They're going to indict many more people regards to this.
Those grand juries are seated.
What is her problem with your question, which is a quite basic question, ma'am?
alison steinberg
It's amazing, isn't it?
I mean, I had the same reaction from Congresswoman Maxine Waters, who basically told me to not ask questions when I was asking about health care for legal aliens.
These people don't want questions.
Democrats don't want to be asked questions unless they're pre-approved by their friendly media outlets, their fake news outlets that they're all nice and cozy with.
I mean, now it's getting to the point where some of their handlers are trying to pre-screen me and asking me who I'm with before I'm allowed anywhere near these Democrat members of Congress, which I just find laughable, honestly.
I'm a legitimate member of the press.
I've acquired my credentials.
I have every right to be there.
And then they give me a hard time for asking questions that the majority of Americans want answers to.
Sorry if they're used to their softball interviews from CNN and MSNBC, but Lindell TV is there to get real questions in and try to get the real news out to the people.
And we are really honestly shut down at every opportunity that we're even given.
I'm actually concerned that they're plotting against us right now to stop us from going and continuing to ask these questions that people want to know answers to.
steve bannon
Oh, no.
We're going to have your back.
I want to play this.
If my RAF team in Denver, let's reboot this and play it again in its entirety.
Let's go ahead and let her rip.
alison steinberg
Pelosi, Jeff, are you at all concerned that the new January 6th committee will find you liable for that day?
Are you at all concerned about the new January 6th committee finding you liable for that day?
Why did you refuse the National Guard on January 6th?
unidentified
Thank you, guys.
Shut up.
I did not refuse the National Guard.
The president didn't send it.
Why are you coming here with Republican talking points as if you're a serious journalist?
alison steinberg
The American people want to know.
We still have questions.
Thank you.
steve bannon
Allison Steinberg, it's a very legitimate question, and she's damn worried about it.
She's damn worried about it.
You could tell right there.
By the way, Allison, are you going to shut up?
Are they going to shut you up?
alison steinberg
Absolutely not.
We're fighting harder than ever, and we will continue to do so, even if they try to plot together to get us out of reporting at the Capitol.
I mean, I think that'll only strengthen us, to be honest.
You know what happens when Democrats try to cancel us conservatives and truth tellers.
So, no, we're going to double down, and we're going to go after it harder than ever before.
So, expect more from us here at Lindell TV.
steve bannon
I want to say one thing, Allison.
I'm watching your social media before you give it to me.
What we did today, we started with Real America's voice, Brian Glenn, who's now the kind of the leader of the White House press court, why he asks good, tough questions and gets great responses.
And Allison Steinberg, she's not going to be backed down.
They're not going to run her.
They're not going to chase her off.
She's got unbelievable courage.
And the Democrats got to understand something.
And particularly when these indictments start coming, you're not going to break these people.
Brian Glenn and Allison Steinberg have guts and courage and smarts and toughness.
And they have companies like Real America's Voice and Rob Sig and Lindell TV and Mike Lindell in the war room have their back.
So they're only going to come and come harder.
Allison, what is your social media?
Great day today.
alison steinberg
Thank you so much, Steve.
It's AllisonIntheknow.
That's Allison with 1-L-A-L-I-S-O-N in the know on X and Instagram.
Find me there, follow me there.
We give live updates every day.
Great DC Live program at 1 p.m. Eastern every day, as well as great clips like the one you just watched here.
So thanks so much.
I really appreciate it, Steve.
steve bannon
Thank you, ma'am.
Mike Lindell.
Lindell TV, you got to be so proud.
You got to be so proud of her.
That is the folks, you got to understand.
That's the real Nancy Pelosi you saw right there.
That young woman got the real Nancy, the facade, the mass drop, and you saw her and all her viciousness.
And I mean it.
I think, Allison, I think, Mike, you got to call a priest tonight.
I think we need an exercise.
I think we need an exorcism.
She put voodoo on her, right?
No, no.
Nancy Pelosi was as mad as she's ever been.
Mike Lindell.
mike lindell
Yeah, I'll tell you, Allison, she's just courageous.
She goes right into it.
Max Team Roders last month, and now Nancy Pelosi, I'm so proud of her.
She's been, she's, she just got the courage and just gets right in there and gets, wants to get the truth out.
And Steve, and that's what we need.
That's what we need.
You know, you go back, you guys, they tried to cancel our voice over four years ago now, back in January of 21, where they canceled 1.2 million Americans on all the video on the platforms that were out there.
Then you had the fake news and the Fox News that don't report anything.
They're like a weather channel that doesn't report anything.
And uh, hurricanes or tornadoes, but but uh, that's what we need and having these reporters, like you just said, Brian Glenn Allison, sign back there and having this.
We are getting to these people.
We are getting to these people.
I mean uh, it's going by.
I just looked up, I think it's the number one, it's number five trending right now and uh, and people seeing her true colors.
Yeah, it's going to be number one.
steve bannon
She's hold it.
I thought number one was going to be in there and article articles out there.
You've settled with Smartmatic.
You got down, you got down and you, you begged Smartmatic.
Uh, not not to pick on you anymore.
Is there any truth to that rumor?
mike lindell
There's two things going on.
There's dominion over here that says they dropped their lawsuits, which they didn't.
That's a big lie.
They're still going.
They dropped everybody else's but Mike Lendell and my pillow.
And then Smartmatic.
In Minnesota they, a judge, just ruled that my pillow and Mike Lindell is guilty of defamation without even going to trial.
Steve, this judge made a ruling that my pillow was guilty by, basically by association, vicariously liable.
So my, my pillow, my employees are guiltable, guilty by association of defamation.
Mike Lindell is also guilty, without going to trial.
Now the only thing, if we don't appeal this, that basically you go to trial and then jury decides, let's see, of the 1.5 billion, how much does he owe?
And did Mike do this uh intentionally, or did he just do it viciously?
Um, and Steve, the ramifications of this, if I don't appeal which i'm gonna, of course, would be, if you're a company in this country, you better be worried about what your employees are out there saying, because you could be held liable, because what they're doing on their own time my pillow had nothing to do with everything i've been fighting to get to paper, balance and count it.
And here's the big one, everybody, if I don't appeal this, they will use this to set a precedence that you can never question a government private contractor again without the threat of being sued for defamation.
So any, let's say, you had a government contract for something and your products or whatever, somebody questioned them.
Um, i'm sorry, you just see, we're not, you don't get to look inside them, we're just gonna sue you using lawfare.
So this is so important to our country Steve, it's uh, one of the most important cases that I would say.
And for them to do this rule without even getting to jury, I mean, you see where this judge is, in Minnesota, of all places.
So it's very important that we appeal it.
steve bannon
Hang on for one second uh, will you, sir?
Uh, i'm gonna bring you back Mike Davis.
A landmark argument in front of the Supreme Court today, the Louisiana case.
This has a huge impact on redistricting.
Mike Davis is going to join us.
Also, Nick Solheim, uh, Mamdani made his uh guess I think his his uh launch today on FOX.
unidentified
It was absolutely disgusting how FOX glazed him this.
steve bannon
A Marxist jihadist.
I guess you're not surprised.
Gold blown to 4200.
What does it all mean?
I attempted to explain it this morning, but i'm gonna do a little more this afternoon.

Thank you, brother.
And by the way, Lindell TV is on fire.
Glad to be associated with it.
Okay, the Viceroy is in the house.
Let's go ahead and play his cold open.
marc elias
I mean, the fact is that the Supreme Court of the United States heard a case today that, to be clear, no one brought to them.
The case that was brought to them out of Louisiana was argued last term, did not challenge the underlying constitutionality of the Voting Rights Act.
We went through briefing, we went through oral argument, we all waited for a decision by the end of last June in the case that was actually brought by the plaintiffs and the petitioners in that case.
Instead, what happened is the Supreme Court decided that it wanted to hear a different case.
So it ordered the parties to brief and re-argue a broader question, the question of whether or not Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act remains constitutional.
And if so, how does it get severely limited?
And that was what the argument was about today.
Like, make no mistake.
I never predict with certainty what the outcome of cases will be.
You never know what the dynamics are among the justices.
But this was a case that was set up to do immense damage to the crown jewel of American democracy, which is what Democrats and Republicans have called the Voting Rights Act for decades.
And that is where this court today signaled it wants to go.
Again, understanding it may not get there.
It may back away from it.
It may at the last minute decide not to do this.
But everyone needs to be clear-eyed that that is what the court is poised to do.
And if it does so, it will have dramatically detrimental effect to black and Hispanic and other minority voting rights.
And it will also potentially tilt the balance of power.
steve bannon
Yeah.
Yeah.
Mark Elias goes on.
So the Viceroy, Mark Elias is worked up.
Viceroy.
Is he correct about this, sir?
mike davis
And explain to the war room posse what's going on here.
After the Civil War, we enacted the Civil War amendments to the Constitution.
The 13th Amendment, which outlawed slavery, the 14th Amendment, which provided due process and equal protection to the freed slaves, and the 15th Amendment, which provided voting rights to the freed male slaves.
That was extended to women in 1920 under the 19th Amendment.
And as part of Congress's civil rights reforms in the 1960s, we had the Voting Rights Act of 1965 that Congress enacted pursuant to the 15th Amendment, which the 15th Amendment outlaws intentional racial discrimination in voting, right?
And what we've seen since 1965 are these activist judges have misinterpreted the Voting Rights Act of 1965, Section 2, to create these DEI districts, these house districts where you have black or Hispanic Democrats who control these districts.
And let's just be very plain here.
Mark Elias, these other Democrats do not care about minority representation.
They care about Democrat representation.
If we had a black member of Congress who's a Republican, they would chase that black member of Congress out yesterday.
So let's just be very clear with what we're dealing with here.
So this is before the court.
Louisiana has a map where they had six districts.
One of them was majority, minority.
One of them was a black district out of the sixth.
The courts challenged, they challenged this in the courts, and then they came to two districts, right?
And now it's before the court, and the Supreme Court heard oral argument today whether under Section 2, if you're considering race as the issue, whether that violates the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment and violates the 15th Amendment's guaranteed outlaw of intentional racial discrimination in voting.
Looks like the Supreme Court is finally going to end this Democrat charade where they have these DEI districts that, again, they don't care.
These Democrats do not care about racial discrimination.
They care about Democrat power.
And so the Supreme Court, I think, is going to hold that this interpretation of Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 that requires DEI districts violates the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment and maybe the 15th Amendment.
That's where this is likely heading.
And that means that the Congressional Black Caucus and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, these two Democrat caucuses, are going to get a lot smaller.
steve bannon
They know with all the discussion of how gun-decked the census was and doing a new mid-decade census where you're taking out illegal aliens and getting the algorithm right or just, you know, and do our massive redistricting, which we're working on every day to get to the 21 gross amount of districts realigned or votes realigned.
Coupled with this, it's a kill shot on the Democratic Party, right?
I mean, there's no way they can come back from both of them, sir.
mike davis
Yeah, I mean, think about this.
They want congressional power to be based off of illegal aliens and DEI districts.
And it's very racist what these Democrats are arguing.
They are arguing that black Americans need a black member of Congress to represent them, right?
That is racism in itself.
And that's what Justice Clarence Thomas, who actually grew up dirt poor in the deep South during Jim Crow's segregation, Justice Clarence Thomas, the conservative hero of the court, that's what he pointed out to me.
If you look at the breakout just based upon oral argument, it looks like you have Justice Thomas, Justice Alito, and Justice Gorsuch, my old boss, based upon their questioning today, who are going to say that you can never use race when you're considering these congressional districts.
You can't have DEI districts.
You may have Justice Kavanaugh, who signaled today that maybe there was a time and a place for these DEI districts, but that time and place has since gone away like they did with affirmative action with college admissions.
And it comes down to the Chief Justice and Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
It seems to me that they're largely going to get rid of these DEI districts unless there is evidence of intentional racial discrimination, which would trigger Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
And I think that's the only way, if you have strong evidence of intentional racial discrimination in voting, that you're ever going to have a remedy under Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act for these race-based districts.
And so I would say to the Congressional Black Caucus, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, pack your bags because about one-third of you are going to lose your jobs.
steve bannon
What happened?
You're a court guy.
What happened in the court today, either in the arguments and or the questions?
Because these folks are worked up.
Mark a lot.
And tonight's even going to get worse because they're getting a little time to work it.
But I got to tell you, coming out this afternoon, man, oh man, they are mad as hornets on this thing.
Something happened.
unidentified
It just wasn't the way the thing was brought, as Elias lays out.
steve bannon
But clearly, they did not have a good day on the field, sir.
mike davis
Because Democrats only care about power.
They don't care about black Americans.
Democrats have trapped black Americans in fatherless homes, the failed government school monopoly, crime-ridden neighborhoods in intergenerational poverty for decades.
If these black DEI Democrats, if these congressmen actually represented their constituents like they pretend they do, they wouldn't trap their constituents in intergenerational poverty like they've done for decades.
People like Mark Elias know that they have to stir the racial pots to get people worked up.
And maybe they're going to try to do the Dobbs approach where they try to scare the hell out of these justices.
In their homes again, like they did before the Dobbs abortion ruling, because killing babies provides the financial resources to the Democrat Party Planned Parenthood Monopoly funds a lot of the Democrat Party and the outside groups.
Mark Elias and these Democrats know that if they don't have these DEI districts, they're going to lose a lot of power and a lot of money, so that there's there's a lot at stake for the, the Democrat civil rights industry and the Democrat Party more broadly.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, article 3, the Viceroy, you've done an amazing job.
Now more than ever, because we're in this fight about the president's powers and about other changes currently 14th amendment.
We will not get this.
We will not get this ruling until until June.
You think it'll come earlier so that people can actually start doing primaries etc.
Expect this is one of the ones they give and then get out of town.
mike davis
No, I think they're going to have to decide this in January because they need to be able to set the districts for the midterm election.
So I don't think they're going to wait till June on this one.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, social media and Article 3, where do people go, sir?
mike davis
Yeah, Hakeem Jeffries, good luck keeping winning back that majority after this ruling by the Supreme Court.

Buddy Mike Davis, thank you for taking time away today.
mike davis
Appreciate you.
steve bannon
Gold at 42 24, 90 up, 61 bucks where'd you hear it first?
martha maccallum
Short break up by 13 points.
It looks like you've got the wind at your back.
You've got a big debate coming up tomorrow night with the other candidates, Andrew Cuomo and Curtis Sliwa.
Um obviously, New York City policy is front and center, but I would imagine that some of the big headlines recently are going to come up tomorrow night as well.
So I want to get to all the policy issues in New York.
But I wanted to ask you this first, if you are asked tomorrow night, if you give credit to president Trump for the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas and the return of the 20 living hostages, would you raise your hand?
zohran mamdani
You know, first I want to say it's a real pleasure to be here and thank you for having me, and it's an it's, it's an honor to have this opportunity to speak to so many New Yorkers and Americans across the country.
And when it comes to the ceasefire, I am thankful and I have hope that That it will actually endure and that it will be lasting.
And I continue to have concerns because I've seen reports still, just this in the last few days, that five Palestinians were killed by the Israeli military.
And that's what gives me pause about issuing any kind of praise or celebration at a moment when it is still so in its infancy.
And what I will tell you is that in that same moment, it is also one that requires a focus on ensuring that that hope, that belief in a better future, is one that is emblematic in our policies right here in New York City as well.
And that's what we're hoping to lead with.
martha maccallum
Would you give President Trump credit or not, to any extent, credit or not?
zohran mamdani
I think it's too early to do so.
martha maccallum
Too early to say so.
zohran mamdani
But if it proves to be something that is lasting, something that is durable, then I think that that's where you give credit.
martha maccallum
So you've denounced Israel and the United States for the response to the slaughter on October the 7th.
In fact, at times you've called it a lasting stain, the response, and at times you have left October 7th out of your statements completely around this issue.
Right now, you just talked about Israelis killing some Palestinians, but Hamas is killing Palestinians within Gaza.
And they have not returned the bodies that they promised to return, including two Americans, Itai Chen and Omar Nutra, whose families we have interviewed over these months.
So what is your response to what Hamas is doing now?
zohran mamdani
I think those are bodies and remains that should absolutely be returned.
And I think that I have no issue with critiquing Hamas or the Israeli government because my critiques all come from a place of universal human rights.
And my focus, however, is right here in New York City and transforming the most expensive city in America into one that's affordable for each and every New Yorker.
martha maccallum
But okay, and I want to get to that, absolutely.
But do you believe that Hamas should lay down their weapons and leave the leadership in Gaza?
zohran mamdani
I believe that any future here in New York City is one that we have to make sure that's affordable for all and as it pertains to Israel and Palestine, that we have to ensure that there is peace, and that is the future that we have to fight for.
martha maccallum
But you won't say that Hamas should lay down their arms and give up leadership in Gaza.
zohran mamdani
I don't really have opinions about the future of Hamas and Israel beyond the question of justice and safety and the fact that anything has to abide by international law.
And that applies to Hamas, that applies to the Israeli military, applies to anyone you could ask me about.
martha maccallum
Okay.
One last thought on that.
You have said that you would arrest Netanyahu if he came to the United States.
You've been very outspoken in your criticism of him.
Do you stand by that?
You would arrest him if he came here, if you were a mayor?
zohran mamdani
I've said that this is a city that believes in international law, and this is a city that wants to uplift and uphold those beliefs.
martha maccallum
The United States doesn't stand by the International Criminal Court.
zohran mamdani
It hasn't signed the Treaty for the International Criminal Court.
The International Criminal Court, however, has issued a warrant for the arrest of Benjamin Netanyahu as well.
martha maccallum
As it violence in the United States, could you arrest him on?
zohran mamdani
As it has for Vladimir Putin, I've said that I believe that we should uphold arrest warrants by the International Criminal Court and that we should do so only in abiding with all of the laws in front of us.
I'm not going to make a new law to ensure that we can actually do that.
martha maccallum
Do you think that Commissioner Tisch would allow you to arrest Netanyahu in New York City?
steve bannon
Let me have it.
Okay.
Nick Solheim from American Moment.
You're one of the groups out there highlighting this issue with Sharia supremacy.
Right there, you have a Marxist, Sharia supremacist, jihadist who's put the happy face on and is trying to glide into this without any tough questions.
Fox, right there, I thought it was a below-average interview and getting this guy's face about everything he said.
Your thoughts, sir?
nick solheim
Yeah, you told me before we started when you sent me that clip that it would make me throw up in my mouth a little bit.
And what I was expecting was that I was going to throw up in my mouth a little bit about the things that Mom Doni said, which I did do a little bit, but I was honestly more disgusted by the interview itself on Fox.
I mean, in what sense is it appropriate, you know, we have a Muslim communist running for elected office in the biggest city in the United States.
And the first question that we ask him is about a foreign conflict.
And while we're on, you know, that topic in particular and what he had to say about that, I think it's very notable that many of these prominent Democrats, and it seems to me that the more left-wing you get, the more noticeable that this is, they refuse to say the president's name.
Not in a single point in time in that nearly four and a half minute clip could he say that the president had achieved something remarkable.
And let's be very clear, he did.
At no point in my lifetime has the president of the United States or any other world leader for that matter been able to achieve such a complicated deal and let alone do it in the first year of his presidency.
So to sum it all up, I'm pretty disgusted across the board.
steve bannon
Listen, Sarab, your founder of American Moment, is now in the White House in a very important job over in personnel.
You've taken over the leadership.
This is a young generation of leaders.
Do you think that people understand the catastrophe that's about to unfold in New York City with a Marxist, jihadist, Sharia supremacist about to take over the basically apparatus of the city government, sir?
nick solheim
No, I don't think the Fox business or Fox News crowd or the vast majority of Senate or House Republicans understand just genuinely how much young people are struggling in this country right now.
And this is something I believe I've heard you talk about before, but the reason that someone like Mamdani is allowed to rise in New York City is because the young people of this country are concerned about things like housing, like the amount of immigrants that are here taking their jobs and that sort of thing, and they don't have the ability to make it anymore.
And so what's the solution?
steve bannon
But they're also taught by terrorists or terrorist-affiliated individuals, radicals.
The teaching, the public schools, the private schools have formed the young people that are going to put Mamdani in office working at the canvassing.
Nick, I'm going to have you back on here early next week.
You've got some other examples of this that we got to get into.
Where's your social media and how do people get to American Moment?
nick solheim
Yeah, so on X.com, I am at Nick S. Solheim.
That is S-O-L-H-E-I-M.
And you can find out more about American Moment and support the work that we're doing at AmericanMoment.org.
steve bannon
