This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
| Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people. | ||
| Here's not got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people. | ||
| The people have had a belly full of it. | ||
| I know you don't like hearing that. | ||
|
unidentified
|
I know you're trying to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
| It's going to happen. | ||
|
unidentified
|
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
| MAGA media. | ||
| I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience. | ||
| Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? | ||
| If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved. | ||
| Stephen K. Bannon. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Okay, Thursday, 28th, August Year of Earl, 2025.
| Now, we had our incredible team at Denver and my own production team here in the war room. | ||
| We had an amazing cold open that kind of laid out the case of what happened in the CDC starting last night till today. | ||
| We don't have time for it. | ||
| We're so jammed. | ||
|
unidentified
|
In fact, the truckers, I'm going to get the truckers on tomorrow because I need to take time with them about what they exposed to the American people a couple months ago and what's happening now.
| But we need more time and we are jammed for time. | ||
| Mary Holland, Children's Health Defense, you've been kind of our Sherpa to guide us through this for the last four years or five years since the pandemic. | ||
|
unidentified
|
So here's what I don't understand.
| And let me just look at the facts. | ||
| The top four people, the head of the CDC, that we just got confirmed and kind of had to go fix bayonets on that, Mary, because, you know, she was, although a government employee, you know, was kind of outside of, was tending more towards us on this vaccine, on the discussion of vaccine. | ||
|
unidentified
|
I guess she was called over to HHS and Bobby directed her to fire the top four people at the CDC in these senior positions.
| She refused, and then they said they were going to fire her. | ||
| In fact, I think Bobby fired her and then they found out that only the president can fire her. | ||
| She refused. | ||
|
unidentified
|
She dug in. | |
| And Cassidy got involved, right, who had been a big proponent of not having any of these people associated with Bobby to be confirmed. | ||
| And then the president, they checked the Constitution and said the president directly fired her, Terminator last night. | ||
| And so the question is, and this is supposedly off of the rollout, not just on mRNA, but Bobby Kennedy's commitment to the American people. | ||
| Platinum level science and radical transparency. | ||
|
unidentified
|
So my question is, what exactly happened?
| I know you're an outsider. | ||
| Yeah. | ||
| And couldn't this have been a little thought through since we just got her confirmed? | ||
|
unidentified
|
And we've all known that this is kind of the thing we're going down the path of platinum level science and radical transparency when it comes to vaccines, ma'am.
| Well, Steve, remember that this was not Bobby's first choice, right? | ||
| The first choice for the president and the Secretary Kennedy was Dr. Dave Weldon. | ||
| Dave Weldon had been in Congress for many years and had been outspoken that we don't have platinum level science about vaccines. | ||
|
unidentified
|
He was not able even to get a hearing, right?
| He was nixed. | ||
| And so Menares was the second choice. | ||
| And she definitely has a deep state background, right? | ||
| She's been involved in gain of function, bioweapons research for a long time, but she had a lot of skills that seemed interesting, among them AI, right? | ||
|
unidentified
|
Data analysis. | |
| Because one of the things that Kennedy has to do right now is look at these millions of medical records to see what is causing autism, what is causing the chronic health epidemic. | ||
|
unidentified
|
But apparently there was a showdown this past week and she would not, what it sounds like from what we know is she would not fire these top-level people who are absolutely vaccine zealots, right?
| This guy for MPox and these other people. | ||
|
unidentified
|
She wouldn't fire them and she seems to be digging in her heels.
| And there's a lot coming down the pike, right? | ||
| So Bobby Kennedy just ended the emergency use authorizations for the Pfizer-Moderna Novavax shots. | ||
| That means there's not the same kind of liability shield that they had under the PrEP Act. | ||
| That's big. | ||
|
unidentified
|
There's also a really important lawsuit before the CDC right now saying you guys are de facto creating these national mandates for kids and you've never tested the science for the whole vaccine program.
| We should be saying it's really up to the doctors and the families. | ||
| You can't be doing what you're doing. | ||
|
unidentified
|
There's no basis for you basically creating this national mandate.
| So there's a lot coming down the pike and I think Menara's made it really clear she's not on board. | ||
| And I think Kennedy said, okay, well, then you got to move on out. | ||
| And I think it's a real opportunity, Steve. | ||
| We don't really know what's next. | ||
| You're absolutely right that Cassidy and Kennedy seem to be somewhat at loggerheads. | ||
|
unidentified
|
So maybe there's going to be an acting director of CDC.
| Maybe there won't be a director of CDC and Kennedy's team will simply be sort of overshadowing things. | ||
| I don't know. | ||
| I don't know what's next. | ||
| It is a threshold moment. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Go back. | |
| This is, folks, we got to get focused on this because this is big. | ||
| We're either going to go one direction or the other on this moment. | ||
| I want to go back just two things. | ||
| Explain to the audience when the president of the United States designates a guy like Bobby Kennedy, he's going to be HHS. | ||
|
unidentified
|
And Bobby Kennedy then designates a guy like Dr. Dave Weldon, who's a former member of Congress, who's going to run CDC.
| Explain to the audience what it means he can't get a hearing. | ||
| What does that mean? | ||
| I mean, because this is what happened. | ||
| They completely went nuts and just shut it down. | ||
|
unidentified
|
But what does that mean to people?
| Explain it. | ||
| So big, big, you know, we understand that big pharma has a lot of influence in the swamp and in Washington. | ||
| And so among the many things that President Biden did before leaving office was he ensured that the head of the CDC for the first time needed Senate confirmation. | ||
| And so that then gave the hand to Senator Cassidy as the head of this help committee to really have a major role in who gets confirmed. | ||
| This is the first time. | ||
| I mean, you know, in my view, the head of the HHS should be able to appoint his own team. | ||
| But that's the reason that Dave Weldon got nixed because it was clear he didn't have the votes. | ||
| Yeah, but he wouldn't, I mean, they wouldn't even, you know, they wouldn't even let him go and have a hand. | ||
| They wouldn't even listen to the American people. | ||
| That's what it's exactly. | ||
| Not listening. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Now, I want to go mainstream media because they follow the show closely.
| They're going to jump on, oh, this is Mary Holland, who's co-head of the cult for Bobby Kennedy, calling some of the finest professionals that ever serve the American people at CDC vaccine zealots. | ||
| Can you put a little flesh on that bone? | ||
| What do you mean by that, ma'am? | ||
| What I mean by that, Steve, is what Bobby Kennedy is demanding is, as you called it, platinum-level science. | ||
|
unidentified
|
I think he usually says gold standard science.
| The reality is not the COVID shots, nothing on the childhood schedule, none of the shots altogether, not the recommendations for six-month-olds to get COVID shots earlier or even for high-risk. | ||
|
unidentified
|
None of that is backed up by real science.
| Real science is you have an unvaccinated control versus the vaccinated group. | ||
|
unidentified
|
And then for schedules, you have a long-term study that looks at all these things together.
| None of that's been done. | ||
|
unidentified
|
It's been called out by the Institute of Medicine repeatedly that they don't have the science.
| And yet these high-level people in the CDC are gung-ho, do the vaccines, keep the program going, keep the liability shield. | ||
| They're safe and effective. | ||
| They save lives. | ||
| That's a mantra. | ||
| That's an ideology. | ||
| It's not science. | ||
| What do you mean, before I let you go? | ||
| What do you mean? | ||
| You think they'll slide in an interim director? | ||
| And what is this relationship? | ||
| Why is Cassidy, who's probably the least supportive of President Trump on many issues in the United States Senate? | ||
| Why is Cassidy such a big player here, ma'am? | ||
| I think he's such a big player because he is a Republican. | ||
| He is the chair of the health committee and he is a physician. | ||
| And he is very pro-vaccine. | ||
| He is very, very pro-vaccine. | ||
| And that's not going to change. | ||
| So it's not clear what's going to happen, Steve. | ||
|
unidentified
|
I think we have to stay tuned.
| I'll be happy to come back and try to deconstruct it as we go. | ||
| Yeah. | ||
| Probably tomorrow because things are going to be happening today. | ||
| Mary Holland, where do people go to get all your content, particularly your social media, ma'am? | ||
| Social media is at children's HD for health defense, and our website is childrenshealthdefense.org. | ||
| Ma'am, thank you so much. | ||
| Appreciate you. | ||
| Thank you. | ||
| Mary Talon over Children's Health Defense. | ||
| Greg Delaney, you join us. | ||
| I've got a question. | ||
| How did this, it can't come as a surprise? | ||
| And I realized that she was a Weldon was out and she was the kind of next man up and maybe not perfect. | ||
|
unidentified
|
But you would think and assume that before she went for confirmation, because she took some incoming confirmation, people would have walked through the plan here.
| What concerns me is now we're in a crisis over at HHS. | ||
|
unidentified
|
And what's going to happen is Cassidy is going to round up the swamp in big pharma.
| And we're about to go to war right now, right? | ||
| Because the four zealots are going to be held up as martyrs to the cause of rational science when they're actually not. | ||
| And so could this not have been thought through a little bit more, sir? | ||
| Yeah, she represents the compromise candidate. | ||
| Then I don't understand how she can be represented a compromise. | ||
| I mean, she is a Bill Gates affiliated, completely all in on the mRNA technology. | ||
| So it's the furthest thing from a compromise can. | ||
| It's basically just more of the status quo, deep state. | ||
| And then the CDC is the center of the rot within the public health space. | ||
| And so I know when I was there at HHS, we were starting to, you know, Secretary Kennedy understood that. | ||
| And they were working. | ||
| I mean, for example, none of the web pages have been even updated on the CDC website about the vaccine, the COVID vaccine. | ||
|
unidentified
|
And it's all outdated. | |
| It all says they're safe and effective to this day. | ||
| And they are just the heart of the resistance. | ||
| And they recently were able to fire about 600 CDC employees. | ||
| And so they're starting to finally deconstruct the basically the Biden, but it's not just Biden. | ||
| I mean, it's the same career people that have been working the same prevailing orthodoxy that has been at CDC for 20 plus years. | ||
| But my point is, we have to deal with this, speaking of the HHS, and there's a need for a war room within HHS to deal with the political opposition because this is bare knuckle politics. | ||
| And I'm not sure if there is one, but has there been an opophile done on Cassidy? | ||
| That's something I raised when I was there. | ||
| I mean, we know, I know certain people that have been placed that are his people within HHS. | ||
| Was that done as a compromise with personnel, or is that done under our nose? | ||
|
unidentified
|
And so this whole, this all has to be mapped out, and we have to take this and we have to play hardball.
| And I just don't feel that we can do a more effective job of defending the Secretary and really going on full frontal assault because that we go back to that mRNA announcement a couple weeks ago, Steve. | ||
| Yeah. | ||
| That got me in a little bit of trouble. | ||
| No, no, no. | ||
|
unidentified
|
But I mean, there was a fiasco a couple weeks ago, and you tried to save the day and came as close to saving the day as possible.
| Here's my problem: is the woman, when she's told that, hey, you got to kill, you got to get rid of the four zealots. | ||
| It's just, this is the way it's going to be, right? | ||
|
unidentified
|
And he's head of HHS. | |
| He gets to pick his team. | ||
| Not only is she telling him, I'm not going to do that, and you can't fire me, and I'm not going to resign. | ||
| What does she do? | ||
| She immediately calls Cassidy. | ||
| It's all been reported. | ||
| She immediately calls Cassidy. | ||
| My point is in going forward now with replacing the four zealots and replacing her in a confirmation. | ||
|
unidentified
|
You're not going to get better than a compromised candidate.
| I just tell you, because now they're going to dig in. | ||
| The Democrats are going to dig in. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Big Pharma basically owns the Senate anyway.
| You're going to dig in. | ||
| We're going to have the confirmation battle. | ||
|
unidentified
|
If we choose someone that is actually rational about vaccines, Gray, it is going to be as tough a confirmation battle as Pete Hegseth and Kash Patel and Bobby Kennedy and Tulsi Gabbert.
| We're going to go back to the beginning on how tough this is going to be. | ||
| Hey, maybe this is why we really need recess appointments because this one's going to be brutal and it's just going to slow down everything we're trying to do. | ||
| And you look like we were trying to make so much progress. | ||
| This thing had to have a plan to get rolled at the mRNA announcement first, then taking out these guys, et cetera. | ||
| But it's got to be, and people got to be on board. | ||
| Or if she's not going to be on board on something this basic, she never should have been put up for confirmation anyway. | ||
| Now we're going to dig in and Cassidy and these guys are going to play their hand out. | ||
| Don't think these people are not tough. | ||
| They got unlimited amount of money from Big Pharma. | ||
|
unidentified
|
They got unlimited amount of support from the mainstream media that thinks Bobby and everybody else associated with this are a bunch of kooks, right?
| And they've got the power positions. | ||
| I mean, hell, Cassidy's chairman of the health committee. | ||
| Now, I know that actually on confirmation, sometimes like HHS, you got to go to the budget finance. | ||
|
unidentified
|
But this one's done, I believe the CDC is actually done by Cassidy's committee.
| So we have got a war kind of dumped on us when I just think this could have been done in a much smarter way. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Hang on for a second. | |
| I want to get to you after a short commercial break. | ||
| We also have John Lott. | ||

| And President Trump just put out a true social post to Pritzker that said, yo, dude, you haven't called me for help. | ||
| Help's coming anyway. | ||
| And nothing is melting down the left more than this. | ||
| Short commercial break. | ||
| We're going to be back in a war room in just a minute. | ||

Gray Delaney, give me your thoughts.
| Okay, we're in it now, folks. | ||
| Look, we're fighting on many fronts here. | ||
| And, you know, President Trump, we're burning daylight. | ||
| President Trump knows that. | ||
| That's why we're a big believer here in the war room. | ||
| Go to the maximalist position immediately. | ||
| Just go and just stake it out and drive towards that. | ||
| The situation in HHS, and I do agree with you, I think the center and the beating heart of the deep state nature and the interconnectivity to other governments, other intelligence aspects, and kind of the way, one of the ways they want to keep control is through the CDC. | ||
| So it's all important. | ||
| And folks, we're down now for a fight. | ||
| Trust me. | ||
| This is going to be a big fight. | ||
| And they're going to try to go. | ||
| They called for it last night. | ||
| I said this is going to happen immediately. | ||
| They're going to go and use this to try to remove Bobby Kennedy. | ||
| So we've got a fight here. | ||
| They're going to try to use this to make it unpalatable for President Trump to keep around. | ||
| So folks, get Ray, go fix bayonets on this. | ||
| Gray Delaney, you know this both from the outside and the inside. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Give me two minutes on what the solution is here, sir.
| Yes. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Well, I will say, just to lead off, I'd say Secretary Kennedy is 100% committed to Gold Star science, but also to addressing the vaccine issue.
| And you can see that. | ||
| And there was a narrative that he was selling out, that he had no intention to move on the mRNA technology. | ||
| Not true whatsoever. | ||
| So what I spent a lot of time at my time at HHS was unifying the Maha base and preventing that splintering of the Maha and MAGA. | ||
| And I know that our opposition on pharma was very smart, and they were trying to divide Maha and MAGA. | ||
| So we have to keep Maha and MAGA united and unified. | ||
|
unidentified
|
And that's part of the reason I pushed for Dr. Hatfell to come on and explain that decision on your show, Steve, was if we have a divided base, then Secretary Kennedy doesn't have a chance.
| And ultimately, they do want to remove him. | ||
| They're coming for him. | ||
| So when they came from Vinay Prasad a few weeks back in the middle of July, because of that Moderna decision, because he wasn't a laptop for Big Pharma, they were able to take advantage of a very splintered base when we had a lot of our most prominent advocates out there severely critical of the Secretary. | ||
| They moved in, they removed Vinay. | ||
| Now he's back, thank goodness. | ||
| But my point is, if we don't effectively explain this network of Cassidy, expose it, and keep rolling out the talking points and keep pushing, pushing, pushing with all. | ||
| I mean, the Maha voter base is the most powerful voter base, I believe, in all of politics right now. | ||
| It used to be the Tea Party 10 years ago when we worked with Dave Brad to get rid of Eric Hanner. | ||
| That has been replaced by Maha. | ||
|
unidentified
|
There is no more powerful voter base.
| So we have to turn them on Cassidy and anyone else that's an oppositional figure. | ||
| And if they are unified and if they are pushing in the right direction with a cohesive strategic communications plan, we will win. | ||
| But if we are not, if we do not have our ducks in a row, then we are in real trouble because we are going. | ||
| I mean, the mRNA technology, Moderna is entirely funded. | ||
| It's a creation of DARPA and the U.S. government. | ||
|
unidentified
|
And when you take someone on like that, you better have your app to get it.
| You go out and explain to the American people why you did it. | ||
| And so I think if we can do that, we will get a lot done. | ||
| Yep. | ||
| This is what I was saying when I said the same thing was first announced. | ||
| It just kind of dumped out there. | ||
| I said, don't get, trust me, the enemy, big farmers are going to have a vote here. | ||
| Right now, folks, post-Labor Day, you heard it first in the war room. | ||
| They're coming from Bobby Kennedy. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Okay? | |
| We're going to try to push this whole restructuring of the administrative state and the deep state that's in CDC, but they're going to strike. | ||
| And Cass and these guys are going to try to remove Kennedy as HHS. | ||
| That's the fight we've got. | ||
|
unidentified
|
So get ready to go to the ramparts.
| Gray, social media, where do people track you down, sir? | ||
| At Sale PGD, and I want to tell your audience, Steve, coming up in September, we have the upcoming report on autism. | ||
| And that's probably going to be linked to the immunizations and the vaccine issue. | ||
| But Dr. Retzf Levy, who's now the head of the vaccine subcommittee on ACIP, is incredible. | ||
| I mean, I work with him closely. | ||
|
unidentified
|
He is brilliant, and he is going to, he does not care whatsoever what the opposition thinks or what they write about him.
| So that upcoming ACIP meeting in September, we have to cover, and we have to get out in front of it and provide cover. | ||
| So that's going to be part of the strategies. | ||
|
unidentified
|
We have to have a bet, we have to lay the groundwork better for these huge announcements that are coming.
| There's some big announcements coming September. | ||
| So it's going to be a really busy fall. | ||
|
unidentified
|
And stay tuned to this HHS and to CDC because Kennedy's going.
| He's all in. | ||
|
unidentified
|
So we've got to protect him.
| Next 30 days is going to be crazy. | ||
| Gray, thank you so much. | ||
| Look forward to having you back here. | ||
| Saddle up, folks. | ||
| Saddle up. | ||
| Saddle up. | ||
| John Lott. | ||
| President of the United States just told Pritzker, yo, dude, you had six murders over the weekend, 20 people shot. | ||
| The thing's out of control. | ||
| I'm tired of hearing the mayor going morning, Joe, and Joe Scarborough asking five times, hey, would you not like to have a little support at the federal level? | ||
| Will not answer the question. | ||
| President's had a belly full of it. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Give me your assessment of how D.C. is actually going versus what we're hearing on MSMEC, New York Times, Washington Post, and where do you think this thing is going?
| Where are we going to Chicago next, New York? | ||
| Your thoughts, sir? | ||
| Well, look, this whole discussion isn't rocket science. | ||
| If you want to reduce crime, what President Trump is showing clearly is you have to make it riskier for criminals to go and commit crime. | ||
| We've seen huge drops in different violent crime categories since President federalized law enforcement in D.C. | ||
| We just went 13 days without a homicide in D.C. | ||
| The odds of that happening, if you look at the annual rate of homicides last year, the daily rate, is one in 800. | ||
| It's just an incredible drop. | ||
| The mayor of D.C. yesterday announced that there had been an 87% drop in carjackings that had occurred. | ||
| You had like a 24-25% drop in violent crimes overall. | ||
| You had like a 44% drop in robberies. | ||
| So, you know, you basically have to have higher arrest rates and Trump putting more boots on the ground. | ||
| You know, you had effectively about 400 patrol officers on duty at any point in time in D.C. Trump's effectively doubled that with the 500 officers that he's put in there, you know, FBI, ICE, DEA, as well as over 800 National Guard officers that are there. | ||
| I hope the rest of the country learns from this. | ||
| You know, it's just like with the border. | ||
| They say, well, it's impossible. | ||
| You can't control the border. | ||
| And they said the same thing basically with regard to crime, where they'd say, look, there's no reason to get it down. | ||
| There's all sorts of issues, as the administration's been pointing out, with regard to corruption, manipulation of the crime data. | ||
| But even if you believe the crime data that they have there, it's been outrageous. | ||
| But the crimes that have been occurring there in D.C. If you look at the 25 largest cities, last year, D.C. had a 28% higher homicide rate than the next worst city, Indianapolis. | ||
| Democrats want to make D.C. a state. | ||
| D.C.'s homicide rate last year was 169% higher than the worst state. | ||
| It was 434% higher than the average for states. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Democrats claim that they care about the poor, that they care about blacks.
| The latest data we have on the racial composition of the victims of murder in D.C. is up through 2021. | ||
| 96% of the murder victims were black. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Do they only care about Black Lives Matter when it's somebody other than Trump that's trying to save them?
| You know, it's ridiculous in terms of the damage that's done to people's lives in these cities. | ||
| And there's a simple solution. | ||
| And, you know, you look at the academic research on this. | ||
| Over 55% of the variation in crime rates is basically explained by making it more costly for criminals to commit crime, higher arrest rates, higher conviction rates, longer prison sentences. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Only a couple percent is due to variations in things like income or poverty or unemployment.
| And so, you know, Mayor Brandon, the interview that he mentioned with Joe Scarborough, wants to go and talk about all this additional government spending that he wants to do on housing and everything else. | ||
| That's not the issue. | ||
|

That's not going to make a big dent in these crime rates.
| And President Trump is pointing that out very clearly by showing what actually happens in practice. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Where do people go? | |
| Because this is going to be a major element post-Labor Day as they roll out to Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York. | ||
| And folks, that's coming. | ||
| Okay, it's coming. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Where do people go, John, to get your books, your writing, social media, all of it, sir?
| Well, they can see all the data on the crime for different states and cities on our website at crimeresearch.org, crimeresearch.org. | ||
| Thank you. | ||
| John Lott, thank you, sir. | ||
| More guns, lessons. | ||
| Appreciate you being there. | ||
| No, I appreciate you, sir. | ||
| Remember, John Lott told you on this transgender ideology seven times with the general population committing these crimes. | ||
|
unidentified
|
That's got to be dealt with.
| And of course, the great Sheila Matthews has been on this from the beginning. | ||
| You want to get sick to the stomach? | ||
| Watch the coverage on this amazing media where they try to obsficate what the problem is. | ||
|
unidentified
|
It's just going to lead to more of it, more tragedy.
| It does not have to be that way. | ||
| Short commercial break. | ||
| Back in the war room. | ||
| Just a moment. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
| Dr. Thayer, it was a huge bombing, a ballistic missile and drone attack in Kiev last night. | ||
| I'm not going to be able to do justice to it this morning, this afternoon at 5 o'clock. | ||
| And we're also going to have Peter Navarro live from the White House for an interview. | ||
| And Dr. Thayer is also going to join us at 5 o'clock. | ||
| So make sure you don't miss that. | ||
| Tons going on. | ||
|
unidentified
|
And what I said, Zero Hedge has an article.
| I said it first here the other day. | ||
| And it's got to be now people, serious people have started looking at the surrender of this thing being over because Europe's not going to step up. | ||
| It's just not going to do it. | ||
| And the United States cannot step up because they're going to drag us into this war. | ||
|
unidentified
|
So, people, adults, really, if you want to stop what's happening last night, you got to get serious about how you're going to wind this thing down and stop giving people false hope, which is what Murshamer said was going to lead these people down the primrose path to the destruction, which is exactly happening.
| Look at the brutality of the strike last night that hit last night. | ||
|
unidentified
|
A true hero of our movement is so honored to do this.
| We just put it together at the last second. | ||
| Michael Caputo now joins us from the war room. | ||
| Michael is one of the very, very, very first people into the MAGA movement, one of the very first people that had the vision to understand what Donald Trump could possibly do as president of the United States. | ||
|
unidentified
|
And, Michael, probably more than anybody, your life literally has been destroyed than the illness came up.
| Matt Taibbi has an incredible piece up in Racket News, an exclusive this morning. | ||
| For some, Russia Gate Never Ended. | ||
|
unidentified
|
It's kind of your story, although I know it's more here.
| Just take it at the top and walk through. | ||
|
unidentified
|
When we talk about the Russia hoax and Russian Gate, it's not a victimless crime here.
| You're one of the top victims of this crime of how it destroyed you and your family, sir. | ||
| Yes, sir. | ||
| I mean, I think, thanks for having me on, Steve. | ||
|
unidentified
|
The most important thing to take away from this piece in racket news today is that they spied on the 2024 campaign.
| We're digging up evidence of the spying on the 2016 campaign. | ||
| We're going to get to evidence of the spying on the 2020 campaign, but I can tell you it's living proof that they were spying on the 2024 campaign. | ||
| As a campaign staffer in the policy department, the FBI had an open investigation on me. | ||
|
unidentified
|
They had a Google user alert came to me in March of 2025, just several weeks ago, telling me that the FBI had just had a classified subpoena against my emails, my texts, everything that comes through Google, avoid calls and things.
| And it is still open. | ||
| It's still open now. | ||
| I mean, in fact, I hired an attorney to find out more, and he said that the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C. opened this investigation after my movie, The Ukraine Hoax, came out and it named Hunter Biden and Joe Biden as taking money from Ukraine. | ||
| In fact, I have the receipts of all of that. | ||
| And I talked about it in the movie. | ||
| And when they won, they went after me. | ||
| And they opened an FBI federal criminal investigation. | ||
| And it is still open. | ||
| That's four and a half years. | ||
|
unidentified
|
And the reason why I've gone public with this is because I just want them to close it.
| I want them to just leave my family, my daughters, my wife alone. | ||
| It's been nine years of this. | ||
|
unidentified
|
It damn near killed me, Steve.
| And it did kill people like Lee Avershaw, Paul Manafort's deputy in Ukraine. | ||
| He died of cancer at the same time I had cancer. | ||
| I was, you know, many other people, Paul Manaforth, the president, George Papadopoulos, Roger Stone, others, all these people who suffered far more than I did. | ||
| I was always a witness. | ||
| They kept trying to flip me into a subject and then a target, but I had a very good attorney and they were never able to do it. | ||
| This whole thing was a hoax. | ||
|
unidentified
|
The whole thing was complete fiction.
| And they could not turn the fiction into fact with me. | ||
| They did it with others, with Papadopoulos and poor, poor Carter Page. | ||
| I've gotten to know all these people very well ever since this happened. | ||
| Some of us, we call ourselves the remnants, the leftovers. | ||
| Right now, I kind of feel like a cigar butt in the ashtray, you know, and others do too. | ||
|
unidentified
|
You know, I believe that the president and cash and Dan Bongino and Tulsi Gabbard, especially, all these guys are doing their level best.
| But you know what it is? | ||
|
unidentified
|
We're finding out now. | |
| It was bigger than we ever thought. | ||
| It reached into places that we never knew. | ||
| I am sure there are a thousand people that did this. | ||
| I want to talk about 16 to 20 because your revelation that, hey, they were still doing it in the 2024, and they're going to continue to do it until we expose it, hold them accountable, response to accountability, and put them in jail. | ||
| You're 100% correct. | ||
| Walk me through that. | ||
| Walk me through how big it is, and what do we need to do to stop it? | ||
|
unidentified
|
Well, it's interesting, Steve, because the one thing Tybee didn't cover there is, I think, a real indication that this spying went on and it was directed at the president's 2024 campaign.
| A week ago, a friend of mine who worked on the Ukraine hoax with me called me up and he said, listen, your cameraman called me. | ||
| He told me that the FBI was all over him. | ||
| He was forced to end interrogations three times, and he's really sorry. | ||
| He wasn't allowed to tell you. | ||
| The FBI said it was confidential. | ||
|
unidentified
|
He'd go to jail if he told you.
| I said, look, 2021 was a very difficult time when they called my movie Russian-funded a complete lie. | ||
| And my friend said, no, this happened in 2024. | ||
| They went after my cameraman, the poor guy with a young child, in May of 24, and they came at him two or three more times. | ||
| I'm not sure. | ||
| And Steve, they ghosted him when Joe Biden dropped out of the race. | ||
| They were planning something with all of this Ukraine stuff in 2024, and it was taken away from them when Joe Biden kind of crapped the bed in the debate. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Here's the thing, Steve.
| My investigation is still open. | ||
| I know Cash and Dan and Tulsi are very, very involved in this. | ||
| It's not just about Michael Caputo. | ||
| There are dozens of Michael Caputos involved here. | ||
| I think what they have to do is arrest people, not just investigate people, arrest people. | ||
|
unidentified
|
I think they will, too. | |
| You know, there's a lot of criticism for our national security leaders right now. | ||
|
unidentified
|
If Donald Trump trusts them, I trust them.
| But all I'm asking you for, Steve, right now, is shut the investigation down. | ||
| I can't get a mortgage. | ||
| I can't get a global entry visa. | ||
| God knows how else it's affecting my family. | ||
| Please shut it down. | ||
| Steve, how it's really affecting me right now is the Judicial Watch has filed eight or nine different FOIAs, and they've had to sue the FBI, the ODNI, and the Department of Justice on my behalf today. | ||
|
unidentified
|
And the reason they have to do it is because the FBI left that investigation open so they don't have to respond to FOIA.
| And if the Trump administration is truly in charge of the FBI, shut that down. | ||
| Give me my FOIA results and do it as soon as you can. | ||
| I want to take a minute and walk through your journey here. | ||
| What happened to your family? | ||
| What happened to your finances? | ||
| What happened to your health? | ||
| I don't think people even understand the very basics of how they tried to destroy you and came very close to doing it, sir. | ||
| Well, I've been kind of on the Trump team since I was his driver at the Republican convention in 1988. | ||
| I've been involved with him off and on all along the way. | ||
|
unidentified
|
I tried to get him to run for governor in New York.
| I tried to help him buy the Buffalo Bills. | ||
| I took on Bon Jovi for him. | ||
| And I was so honored to work in 2016. | ||
| And then in 2020, to be involved as his Assistant Secretary of Health during COVID. | ||
| But I was so stunned, and Tybee recounts this story. | ||
| I was over in Moscow in March of 2017. | ||
| This is actually the first time it's ever been mentioned publicly is here in today's Tybee and this. | ||
| I was over there with a leading Democrat trying to figure out how we could improve relations with Russia in the new Trump administration. | ||
| While I was there, James Comey and Representative Speer in an Intel committee name-checked me, and my whole life changed. | ||
| Not only were they accusing me of being a Russian spy, I was sitting outside the Kremlin when they did it. | ||
|
unidentified
|
My advice to people who want to get into international relations, what I did, to do it.
| Get a passport, see the world. | ||
| But the problem we have now is these insular people in America, especially the Democrats, who believe that the Russia hoax was the way to stop Donald Trump. | ||
| Steve, they built this incredible fear of Russia. | ||
| You know, I'm married to a Ukrainian. | ||
| I have my complaints about Russia, and I think Putin's a despot in many ways, but they created Russia here. | ||
| I lived in Russia for six years. | ||
| I was sent there by Bill Clinton to meddle in their elections in the 90s. | ||
| I was there six years. | ||
|
unidentified
|
I can tell you, we expected to be spied on in Russia.
| The spying here is more intense, and it feels worse because we're supposed to be a nation of freedom. | ||
| You know, after I became the Assistant Secretary of Health, that was a very stressful time. | ||
| And I came down with throat cancer. | ||
| It damn near killed me. | ||
| Damn near killed me. | ||
|
unidentified
|
And it was during my throat cancer that they opened this investigation.
| It's during my throat cancer when the Biden DNI accused me of making a film about Russia, the Russia hoax. | ||
| I'm sorry, the Ukraine hoax, which you can see on Rumble, with Russian money. | ||
| Completely a lie. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Absolutely a lie. | |
| But I was dying in bed when they did it, and I couldn't even respond. | ||
| I couldn't even speak, Steve. | ||
|
unidentified
|
I didn't even have a voice.
| My throat was being radiated every single day, right? | ||
| They knew I was down and I was nearly dying, and they came for me anyway. | ||
| These are not agents, Steve. | ||
| They're not government employees. | ||
|
unidentified
|
They are demons. | |
| In my opinion, you shatter the FBI into a thousand pieces and scatter those pieces to the wind. | ||
| But I'm not in charge. | ||
| I trust Cash and Dan to do the right thing. | ||
| I agree. | ||
| They need to immediately cut back and close my investigation. | ||
| I trust these guys. | ||
| I know Cash is obviously like a brother to me. | ||
| Dan's one of the best guys in the country. | ||
|
unidentified
|
But I agree 1,000% with you.
| We've got to shatter the FBI. | ||
|
unidentified
|
We can't go around playing FTSE.
| I've only got you for a couple minutes. | ||
|
unidentified
|
I want to ask a question point blank.
| You said, hey, I don't need to see investigations. | ||
|
unidentified
|
We need to see arrest. | |
| Give me the punch list of the top two or three people, four people that you think should be arrested immediately for what they've done to the country and what they've done to American citizens, sir. | ||
| Andrew Weissman, John Brennan, Peter Strzok, Scott McCabe, James Comey, and there are more, Steve. | ||
| And the problem we have here is that America, supposedly a beacon on the Hill, is an absolute spy state now. | ||
| And it's turned into a virus. | ||
| It's the new COVID. | ||
|
unidentified
|
It's spreading around the world.
| It's Bolsonaro they're going after with law affair in Brazil. | ||
| You cover that so well. | ||
|
unidentified
|
It's Dodek, Milared Dodek, and the Republic of Srpska.
| The virus has moved over there where the United Nations High Representative just fired him. | ||
|
unidentified
|
He earned 53% of the vote in the Republic of Srpska.
| And the UN just said, you're gone, right? | ||
| This law affair is a virus. | ||
|
unidentified
|
And if we don't stop it here by arresting that list I just gave you, the rest of the world is going down with lawfare.
| Caputo, okay, this afternoon we're going to have on five shows, back-to-back to back to back-to-back, Andrew Weissman, who is the guy, the guest that's on almost all the time, starting with Katie Tur in the afternoon, going to Nicole Wallace, all of it. | ||
| Make your argument against Weissman. | ||
| He's got more media time than the host of these shows. | ||
| So what is your case against Andrew Weissman, sir? | ||
|
unidentified
|
Well, Weissman, I think, is going to be very difficult to get him through the Russiagate hoax.
| We'll find things. | ||
| I'm sure that Tulsi has it now. | ||
|
unidentified
|
They're releasing those documents.
| But you know, people don't think about the way that Weissman conducted himself when he was a government employee. | ||
| I know that there are people looking into the way he was in and out of government and in and out of a law firm that represented criminals that were being investigated by the DOJ and prosecuted. | ||
| Somehow or another, he got rich. | ||
|
unidentified
|
I think we're going to find out.
| Weissman is not just guilty of crimes in Rushgate. | ||
|
unidentified
|
The guy is a walk-in criminal show.
| Michael, where can people get you? | ||
| We're going to get to Taiya, but you're pushing this out now. | ||
| What's your social media, website, all of it, to find out more about your story and see your film, The Ukraine hoax? | ||
|
unidentified
|
The Ukraine hoax is up on my Rumble account.
| It's free of charge. | ||
|
unidentified
|
I'm Michael R. Caputo. | |
| I'm at Twitter at Michael R. Caputo. | ||
| Steve, you know, I really haven't put my websites and stuff up because I just started talking again. | ||
| You know, cancer takes the crap out of you, but I'm just getting started. | ||
|
unidentified
|
We're going to push the social media out hard.
| Caputo, one of the real heroes and patriots of this movement. | ||
| Brother, thank you for changing your schedule, coming in the war room. | ||
| Appreciate you. | ||
| Caputo's life has been held standing up for President Trump, the country, and the MAGA movement. | ||
|
unidentified
|
short break here's your host stephen k mann uh joe's gonna be back with us Joe Allen's going to be back with us at 6.
| I just want to repeat, I put it up. | ||
| Denver will have it in a second. | ||
| The great Andy No has got on his Twitter account. | ||
| And this, folks, you got to read this now. | ||
| Grace, you got to push it out. | ||
| Trans, what did I say? | ||
|
unidentified
|
What did I say about this?
| He's reporting trans leftist accounts all over social media are celebrating the shooting and killing of children at the Minneapolis church by a trans gunman. | ||
| They believe it is revenge against Christianity and the Trump administration for not allowing transitioning children and defining sex as biological. | ||
| Told you. | ||
| And you ought to see some of the evidence he has here. | ||
| It's absolutely sickening. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Joe Allen will dive more into this at 6 o'clock as we go through this.
| If we don't, you got to face this problem. | ||
| You got to face it now. | ||
| These problems only get worse if you look away. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Only gets worse. | |
| Grace and Mo, if you can put that out for everybody in the war room, posse to see. | ||
| By the way, Charlie Kirks will be here at noon. | ||
|
unidentified
|
So big after that, we're back five to seven tonight.
| Natalie Dominguez, I keep saying people, when you have a house, you have a home, and you have a title, right? | ||
| Every dream you've ever had is in that home. | ||
| But that can turn into a nightmare so quickly, right? | ||
| Through no fault of your own, except the fact you haven't had time. | ||
| Walk us through it for a second because today with cyber, with artificial intelligence, the sophistication of that, with rogue accountants, rogue lawyers, and particularly the rudimentary system we have for protection, folks, and I tell you, folks, when this happens, you look at Natalie's stories and all the things we pull from public media, your life changes because all of your time is sucked up in getting this thing sorted. | ||
|
unidentified
|
And the anxiety, it'll put years on, it'll take years away from stuff you want to do to have to deal with this mess.
| But the anxiety will take years off your life because every day you're sitting there going, are they going to take my house? | ||
| I'm going to lose everything. | ||
| Natalie Dominguez, home title. | ||
|
unidentified
|
The floor is yours, ma'am.
| Thanks, Steve. | ||
| So, you know, what you're talking about is something that we talk about all the time, right? | ||
| AI, cyber, ever since COVID, everything being so easily done online. | ||
|
unidentified
|
I mean, this scam, this crime has just gotten so completely out of hand.
| You know, we talk about the FBI report last year that said that vacant property fraud alone went up 500% in the four years since COVID, which is insane. | ||
| We often talk about scammers and criminals that are, you know, filing these fraudulent quick claim deeds or warranty deeds at public records. | ||
| And then they have, you know, when you talk about a title, I, you know, where we talk about this often, it's your concept of ownership, right? | ||
| So when they file this at the county, your concept of ownership is now no longer yours. | ||
| So then they can go behind your back and sell your home. | ||
| We've seen homes get bulldozed by real estate companies. | ||
| But what I want to talk about today, it's a kind of different kind of fraud. | ||
| It's a fraud that's unfortunately kind of legit. | ||
| And I really want the posse, you know, anyone with elderly parents, grandparents, family, and friends, really need to kind of take this next report to heart. | ||
| Hot off the presses, Phoenix, Arizona, Edward Trenton, I'm going to murder this name, Alberson, and Gretchen Marie Zomjohn ran a predatory real estate scheme misleading under misleading names like Hands with Hope, advertising that they could rescue homeowners from foreclosure. | ||
| And the 50-plus known victims, they're thinking there are many more, but the 50-plus known victims were primarily elder Arizonans already struggling financially. | ||
|
unidentified
|
So these homeowners were told by these, you know, this real estate couple that they needed to temporarily transfer their deeds into trust so that they could stay in their homes.
| Instead, the deeds were then transferred into shell LLCs, fully controlled by this couple. | ||
| So they now had full control over the equity in these homes. | ||
| And, you know, the guy signed the deeds, the wife illegally notarized them despite being the spouse with direct financial stake. | ||
| And reports haven't come out yet on how they found out about the fraud, but we do have the AG website report. | ||
| And thank God for people like Attorney General Mays. | ||
| She filed suit against the couple, alleging consumer fraud and exploitation of vulnerable adults. | ||
| But they also sought emergency receivership over all of the criminals' assets to prevent further fraud. | ||
| 50 plus known victims, all elderly, struggling to stay in their homes financially. | ||
| So the reason this is super scary, right, Steve, is because generally the way it happens is they file fraudulent paperwork, et cetera. | ||
|
unidentified
|
We talk about this all the time.
| Handwriting experts, sworn testimony, sworn testimony, illegitimate notary stamps can still take months to years to unwind. | ||
|
unidentified
|
But in this case, they got the elderly homeowners to legitimately sign over their home.
| And because this scam is no longer just a fraudulent piece of paperwork with a fake notary stamp that you have to prove is, you know, legit or not from the scammer's perspective, they have the real signature, they have the real homeowner. | ||
| There's so much now that you have to do to prove fraud and coercion because on paper, this is like completely legit, right? | ||
|
unidentified
|
It's not a random notary stamp that no one can find the notary.
| So let's say now, Steve, let's say you, you're the child of an elderly parent. | ||
| You can sign up your parents' home with us. | ||
| So it's not just your own home. | ||
| You can sign up your parents' home with us. | ||
| Or if they sign themselves up, you can designate yourself as a member that gets notified on their account. | ||
| So you would have been notified the moment that something happened with their property if something was filed against it. | ||
| And this is what's really, really important for us, especially for the elderly, right? | ||
| I talk about my grandparents in Florida all the time. | ||
| I love them dearly. | ||
|
unidentified
|
My dad talks to my grandfather every single day, but not every family is like that.
| So if you have, you know, elderly people in your life that could be taken advantage of, 50 plus victims just in Phoenix, just in Phoenix. | ||
| Imagine this happening anywhere else. | ||
|
unidentified
|
And that's the ones that we know about.
| So we would jump in, take over the legal process from start to finish, and make sure that you and your family are in good hands. | ||
| And Steve, something that we don't actually use. | ||
| Where do they go right now? | ||
| Yeah. | ||
| No, no, no. | ||
| Go ahead. | ||
| HometitleLock.com. | ||
| I just want to know where do people go right? | ||
| Yeah, and to talk to you directly, they go to Home Title Lock, promo code Steve. | ||
| But I wanted to get all this information because particularly all your different things that you can get your parents on there. | ||
| They're getting more and more sophisticated. | ||
| The cyber criminals, the artificial intelligence, and particularly the rogue actors. | ||
| They understand there's trillions of dollars locked up in home equity throughout the country, and they're after it. | ||
| Trust me. | ||
| And they're going to look at going after the elderly first. | ||
| HomeTitleLock.com, promo code Steve. | ||
| You got Natalie Dominguez and your team. | ||
| Natalie, thank you so much for joining us here in the war. | ||
| Appreciate it. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Thanks, Steve. | |
| You scared the hell out of me. | ||
|
unidentified
|
You scared the hell out of me every time you're on.
| Unbelievable. | ||
|
unidentified
|
How demonic are people to do that with people that have worked all their lives to have a little something?
| Got to protect yourself. | ||
| Okay, Charlie Kirk is next. | ||
| Poso's after that. | ||
| Gruber, Eric Bowling. |
