This is the final screen of a dying beast.
Pray for our enemies.
Because we're going with the evil ones people.
Even though I'm not going to freak out all these networks lying about the people.
The people have a belly full of it.
I know you don't like doing that.
I know you try to do everything you want to stop it, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
Mega media.
I wish, in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
steve bannon
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Man.
steve bannon
Monday, 23 June, Your of our Lord 2025, The Path to War.
We're going to make sure that all the information is out there so people can make logical decisions.
Because they're all over MAGA right now.
MAGA thinks this, MAGA thinks that.
Hey, MAGA's made up of individuals, American citizens.
They're going to think what they're going to think.
You're going to make decisions or how they're going to make decisions.
But we're not going to sit there and allow just this wave of misinformation and misdirection plays coming from the propaganda network.
That is called Fox News.
Sam, make us smart over the next couple of days.
I know you got to bounce, and I appreciate you taking an hour to be on here this morning.
Give us an assessment of your base view of what we should be looking for to make us smart, as now you've seen over the weekend the whole issues up the flagpole of the search for this material.
Number two, what actually happened?
Number three, regime change.
Number four, now all of a sudden you've got the Peacock Throne is kind of taking the lead and doing press conferences in London.
You've got Russia and China, who are the allies of the Mulas, are now starting to make moves a little bit.
Make us smart.
What should we be looking for to make the audience smarter, sir?
sam faddis
You know, in no particular order, what's the Iranian response going to be to this?
And it doesn't have to be immediate.
It doesn't happen in the next couple of days.
But just because we want the thing to stop between us and the Iranians at this point doesn't mean that they're not going to lob ballistic missiles at the Fifth Fleet in Bahrain and kill a bunch of U.S. sailors.
Second, all the players that would love for us to get into this deeper, including opposition figures, so-called, what they're going to do now to try to spin this and take this from the first step to the next step and drag us fully into this conflict.
Obviously, what may or may not happen on U.S. soil.
For at least 25 years, we have known Hezbollah, the Iranians, other Iranian proxies have been conducting detailed casing and preparation on U.S. soil to stage terrorist attacks.
I have zero confidence that the FBI is on top of that threat.
Now, that doesn't mean the Iranians will flip that switch.
They may have reasons not to, but things could pop off in New York City anytime.
steve bannon
Well, there's a mayor's race I'll get back to, because New York City could become the new London.
Sam Fattis, just before you punch, your professional career, how much time did you spend the CIA and or other entities associated with defense of the United States of America through intelligence, sir?
sam faddis
30 years.
steve bannon
30 years.
sam faddis
20 of that undercover with the CIA.
20 years undercover with CIA in the Middle East and South Asia.
steve bannon
That's what I wanted to know.
20 years.
So I could say that Sam, if anybody knows the neighborhood, Sam Fettis knows the neighborhood.
sam faddis
Yeah, and look, the job I was in when I made the decision to retire from CIA, it was my job to run the unit that hunted nuclear, radiological, chemical, and biological threats worldwide.
So I know a little bit about how that's done.
steve bannon
Sam Fettis, we love you, brother.
And so grateful you're part of the MAGA movement.
Just fantastic.
Thank you.
Sam, where do people go?
You got Ann Magazine.
You got your social media.
You got your Substack.
Where do folks go?
sam faddis
Go to Ann Magazine at Substack.
That'll take you everywhere.
A-N-D Magazine.substack.com.
steve bannon
Thank you, sir.
Appreciate you.
And the audience, appreciate you.
And the MAGA movement, appreciate you.
One of my favorite people, this is a treat, because we're not going to spend all our time talking about this war.
I'm telling you, we're not taking that bait.
We're going to do what we need to do to make sure that you are up to speed on everything, right?
We'll just have to do it succinctly.
Hermit Dylan joins us.
This audience knows Hermit for many, many years.
Hermit's now head of the Civil Rights Division in the Justice Department, one of the most powerful jobs in the entire United States government.
First off, Harmeet, can you just give our audience what your job is, Civil Rights Division, how big it is, everything that you guys deal with?
harmeet dhillon
Sure.
Well, thanks for having me, Steve.
The Civil Rights Division, as you say, has been described as one of the crown jewels of the United States government and Department of Justice, certainly.
At its peak, right before I took office, there were about 600 people in the Civil Rights Division, over 400 attorneys, and a couple of hundred other staff.
And now we're a little bit reduced on the attorney side by about 200 lawyers have left the department because they didn't like our changes in policy, which I'll get to.
But importantly, the Civil Rights Division is charged with the administration of all of the federal civil rights laws in so many different categories, including voting rights and disabilities, age discrimination, employment discrimination, discrimination in our schools.
So Title IX, Title VI, most of the titles involving anything having to do with discrimination, but also protecting our service members and, as I mentioned, expansive authority over the administration of the federal voting statutes.
steve bannon
Harmon, correct me if I'm wrong, but when people talked about, particularly conservatives and folks like yourself have been engaged in this for a long time, the Mike Davis of the world, folks like that, talked about the radicalization of the Justice Department.
Many, many times people would focus on this very division of the Justice Department that's something that had really gotten out of control.
Is that a fair statement, ma'am?
harmeet dhillon
Absolutely correct.
I mean, I've been a litigator for over 30 years here in the United States, Steve.
And what I found time and again when I go into court to defend a sort of constitutionalist perspective on a particular issue as opposed to a radical Marxist perspective, I'm often going up against lawyers who at the beginning of their careers were incubated, if you will, into these left-wing ideologies here in the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division.
And there's some people who've made their entire careers of 30 or 40 years or more in the DOJ Civil Rights Division really weaponizing the American even-handed and very wise civil rights laws for a particular political purpose.
And our side has typically engaged in unilateral disarmament, if you will, by simply when we get into office, just trying to slow down the rot, slow down the left-wing drift, as opposed to actually harnessing these civil rights laws, which are written for all Americans, not just some, and then using it to advance the rights of all Americans.
That is my vision for the Civil Rights Division.
That is what President Trump asked me to do.
And that is what we are aggressively doing.
We are absolutely pursuing the President's agendas here in the Civil Rights Division.
And that means enforcing our federal discrimination laws and our civil rights laws for all Americans, not just for a narrow few.
steve bannon
So, Harmee, when you first came on, I mean, you were the A-block on MSNBC for like three nights in a row.
Really, Chris Hay, Ari Melbourne, Rachel Maddow, they were in full and complete and total meltdown when you stepped in.
Why was that, ma'am?
Why did MSNB particularly, why spend all those guys, the legal experts they have, because they spend at least 50% of their time on legal issues.
Why did they vapor lock over Hermit Dylan stepping into the Civil Rights Division?
harmeet dhillon
Yeah, well, there was this hysterical ulilation across the left because on day eight of the day that I was here in office, I sent out memos to different sections explaining to them that whatever they had been spending their time with, mainly working from home, by the way, was over and we were going to be focusing on an even-handed application of the civil rights laws.
And there were some departments that were particularly hard hit because they had been going after police systematically using junk science and very weaponized cherry-picking of facts to make cases against police departments with the political goal, not the legal goal, but the political goal of defunding the police around the United States.
And we put that to an end.
And these are the pet projects of people who really came here to do their pet projects to say that there's a racial component to environmental justice.
I mean, just basically mixing and matching all Marxist concepts together and using that.
People have learned this in law school and they wanted to do it for their careers.
And I took their toys away.
And that was what caused a lot of people to be very upset and quit.
We had over 220 lawyers quit or take an early retirement here from civil rights division, which is okay because we really need to have lawyers here who are willing to pursue the even-headed application of our federal civil rights laws and not use them for their pet political purposes.
And so I'm looking now forward to restaffing here.
And the team we have right now is 100% dedicated.
And we've already done so much work to advance the interests of all Americans and faith and election laws just across so many different sections here in civil rights.
steve bannon
Harmee, you've always been a big believer and advocate for federalism, but what we're seeing, at least in the war room, in, and I come from Richmond, Virginia, so I know a couple of things about the study of history of this.
When I see California and people like Govind Newsom and sanctuary cities and how about their selective, you know, their selective application of federal law, I see neo-Confederates.
How are you dealing with some of these states, and particularly Governor, in that regard about federal law and the implementation of federal law?
harmeet dhillon
Well, Steve, you're exactly correct.
While we both believe in federalism, there are a few aspects of our laws that are exclusively for the federal government to deal with.
And one of those, of course, and the most sacred of those perhaps is the protection of our borders.
That is the president's purview.
And many states, not just California, but certainly more in the left coast, if you will, have been absolutely flouting federal protocols in this regard and openly harboring millions of illegal aliens in our country.
And so we've taken that head on.
And I mean, the DOJ, other departments of the DOJ have defended the president's executive orders and gone toe-to-toe with Gavin Newsom on these issues.
The National Guard issue is one that's been in the headlines where a federal judge in San Francisco basically said the president couldn't do what other presidents have done and call up the National Guard in times of national unrest.
And so we've actually won that issue temporarily in the Ninth Circuit, and I'm sure it'll be the subject of further litigation.
But in the Civil Rights Division, to give you one example, we sent a letter from the Civil Rights Division signed by me two weeks ago to California Interscholastic Federation, which is the sort of sports league that manages all the K through 12 sports in California.
And we said, look, the definition of gender is not a thing.
It's sex and it's female and male.
And it is a violation of the law to allow boys to take girls' trophies and steal girls' opportunities to thrive in the sports context in our schools.
And we're asking each school to confirm that they're not doing this discrimination.
Well, California's response to this was to sue me and sue the Attorney General and sue the Department of Justice over this so-called attempt to take away transgender rights.
So that's going to be wending its way through the courts as well.
But it isn't just the border issues.
It's literally on every issue that California thinks it can write its own laws.
It's been this way for a long time, but it's learning a lesson systematically in the courts that this is not the case.
steve bannon
Harmet, it was not for people.
If they had the laws the way they interpreted it today, Captain Maureen Bannon would have never had a fair shot at girls' volleyball, would have never had a shot at West Point, would have never served her country in Iraq with the 101st airborne.
This situation in California is vitally important.
The way out for so many Hispanic African-American kids is through getting scholarships or get to Division I schools or even Division II where they get full rides.
This is destroying it.
This letting boys play in girls' sports is a massive issue among parents in California.
Harmet, thank you for fighting the good fight.
Where do people go to get more about what you're doing over the Civil Rights Division?
Either your social media or website?
People want to know.
I can already tell you in the chat, people want to know a lot more.
harmeet dhillon
Well, I think you can Google and find the DOJ Civil Rights every day.
We put out several press releases on what we're doing.
You can personally follow me and my official account at AAG Dillon on X and my personal account where I also post a lot of content and retweet Harmeet K Dillon on X and similar accounts on Instagram.
I don't really post in other places very much.
We do repost on Truth Social as well.
steve bannon
Harmeet, thank you so much and thank you for the great job you're doing.
I know you're taking a lot of incoming over there, but thank you so much.
Audience, thanks for having me, Steve.
unidentified
Absolutely.
steve bannon
Tough as boot leather.
Remember her over the last couple of years?
That's exactly the kind of people you need.
They're not going to back down.
And Newsome in this crowd in California, the sanctuary cities, the transgender ideology, what they're doing to girls' sports by letting these boys play, which is outrageous.
It's sick.
You need tough people to stand in the breach.
We're going to give you a tough person next in the war room.
Mike Davis is going to join us.
I think we're tracking down MTG.
We got Brother Kennedy is going to be here.
We're going to be, it's all warriors.
unidentified
Thank you.
steve bannon
From now to the end of the show in the war room.
Short commercial break.
Johnny Conn will take us out with American Heart back in a moment.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
steve bannon
So Mike Davis, give me your assessment of Harmeet in the civil rights.
The Civil Rights Division, because this is the one Weissman, when she was announced on Ari Melbourne and on Nicole Wallace, he had the crocodile tears coming down because the Civil Rights Division is kind of their baby, is it not?
mike davis
Harmeet Dillon is doing a phenomenal job at the Trump 47 Justice Department.
She's the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights.
Remember, this is where Biden's Kristen Clark ran the lawfare against parents outraged by gender chaos in schools and the resulting rapes in bathrooms, pro-life Christians praying at abortion clinics while giving amnesty to Hamas terrorists, Antifa terrorists, BLM terrorists, trans terrorists.
Harvey Dylan has decades of experience as a civil rights litigator.
She's a minority woman, so they can't say that she's some racist white dude like they say we are.
So she's doing a phenomenal job.
She's putting points on the board very early.
She's suing the states and local governments that are discriminating against Americans based upon race, based upon religion, DEI, anti-Semitism.
I am Harmeet Dillon's biggest fan.
steve bannon
Listen, you're a strong believer in the 10th Amendment federalism.
I'd actually say I'd probably go more even to the states' rights, you know, farther than even that a little bit.
But what's happening in California, explain to our folks why what Gavin Newsom, particularly people who believe in states' rights and people who believe in the federalism and the 10th Amendment is the most important amendment of all, why what Gavin and Newsom is doing in California is not that.
When I say he's a neo-Confederate, I mean he's a neo-Confederate, sir.
mike davis
Because as we've talked about for years on your show, Steve, the Constitution is a loan agreement between we the people and our government, state government, federal government, tribal government.
And we lend specific, enumerated, and divided powers to the federal governments, including the president having the commander-in-chief power, including Congress having the power to control immigration, and including the president's ability, his duty to enforce our laws.
And immigration and protecting our border and protecting our country from invasion is squarely within the president's article to commander-in-chief and executive powers.
All other powers not specifically enumerated in the Constitution belongs to the states and to we the people as confirmed of the 10th Amendment.
But think about it this way.
We have foreign nationals flying foreign flags in one of America's largest cities, Los Angeles, and going to war against federal immigration officials.
Of course, the president of the United States can call up the National Guard in California to put down this riot, this insurrection, real insurrection against America, not grandmas trespassing and taking selfies on the Senate for walking through velvet ropes and following police direction.
This is a real insurrection in California as opposed to January 6th.
And the president not only has the power, he has the duty to put this down.
Are we supposed to just wait until they caused billions of dollars in damage and then wait for their federal handout so we can pay for their DEI disaster in Los Angeles?
No, thanks.
steve bannon
Mike, by the way, fantastic.
You actually contacted me last night.
This is about the AI in the states and all that.
And I'm going to get to that in a minute.
But Mike Davis is on for this very topic because it's a huge topic for us.
MTG has been leading this fight in the House.
However, given the path to war, I got to do something.
MTG is with us.
But Congressman Green, I want to tee you up.
Can I play the clip that we played in the Cold Open to introduce MTG?
mark levin
Sometimes the military has to be used if it's used by a smart commander-in-chief, if it's used wisely, if it's used for a specific purpose, it gives us peace.
So I want the so-called, I don't know what to call them.
People are running around, warmonger, the sloganeers.
This should be an education for you too.
There should be an education for you too.
America, don't you feel relief?
Of course you feel relief.
because these Islamo-Nazis were building nuclear weapons to attack us too with intercontinental ballistic missiles.
Guess what?
You can go to bed peacefully tonight.
No, that's not going to happen.
That's not going to happen.
Not because of Obama, not because of Biden, not because of the Democrats, not because of some Republicans, because of Donald Trump.
steve bannon
The lead story in Media, one of the hottest stories in the nation right now, is Fox News Mark Levin nukes shameless nitwit, Marjorie Taylor Green from Orbit.
Congressman Green, I know you're here for AI, but any response, observations?
Did you feel better going to sleep last night because Mark Levin's on the ramparts on duty, ma'am?
Do I have her?
She's muted on her.
Yeah, unmute.
You got to unmute yourself, MTG.
unidentified
Gotcha.
marjorie taylor greene
Thank you.
That was interesting.
steve bannon
By the way, did you sleep better last night as a nitwit?
Did you sleep better nitwit because of Mark Levin?
marjorie taylor greene
Well, that's quite some name-calling from one of Fox News hosts.
It was hard to listen to what he was saying with all the screeching, which is why most people I know don't watch his show.
But no, you know, I didn't sleep better after neocons and warmongers talked this administration into entering a hot war that Israel started after Netanyahu barely won a vote.
Steve barely won a vote by two votes in order to stay in power the day before Israel attacked, an unprovoked attack, Iran.
Now, I'm not making apologies for Iran.
I have no investment in the terrorist regime of Iran.
But the reality is no Americans slept better after America bombed Iran because all of a sudden we now have threats on our homeland.
We now have warnings from our State Department for Americans overseas.
Qatar put out a warning to Americans to shelter in place.
Americans in Israel are terrified for their lives as well as Israeli people are terrified for their lives because bombs have been falling in Israel.
And Americans all over the world are seriously questioning, is this going to be World War III?
So no, I didn't sleep better regardless of Mark Levin's silly name calling.
And I don't think any American is sleeping better after this, Steve.
steve bannon
What's going to happen?
You're coming back.
Everybody's coming back.
They're going to be here tomorrow.
You guys are going to get briefings.
What's going to happen?
Are there voices going to get in to start advising the president, ma'am?
marjorie taylor greene
Well, I got to add on one more thing, Steve.
And I'm sure you've covered it on your show.
Mark Levin was one of the biggest never Trumpers when President Trump was running for president.
So it absolutely makes me sick.
It makes me want to throw up in my mouth that he's one of the voices that is constantly texting and calling President Trump's phone and showing up at the White House demanding for America to go to every single foreign war on behalf of Israel.
You know, I'm really sick and disgusted at that.
And it's people like him and Lindsey Graham and all these other people that never really supported Trump in the beginning.
People like me, people, regular people like me, donated to President Trump.
We showed up at his rallies.
We voted for him.
We truly supported him.
I've supported him the entire time.
Mark Levin was a never Trumper, compared President Trump, claimed that he was the same as Code Pink, all of this horrible attacks on President Trump.
And he only supports him now because he couldn't beat him, because people like me supported President Trump and got him elected.
And I spent, Steve, I've spent five years, I've spent millions of dollars, millions of my own money traveling this entire country campaigning for President Trump, defending him when everyone abandoned him after January 6th.
And I would say I represent MAGA far more than Mark Levin or any of these other neocon suckups ever will and ever do because MAGA is not for foreign wars.
We are not for regime change and we are for America first.
That's not isolationism at all.
That's for fixing our $37 trillion debt.
That's fighting for border security.
That's fighting for my kids, Steve.
My kids are 22, 25, and 27, and I want them to have a future.
And I am sick and tired of people like this.
A lot of these people are going to be dead in 10 to 15 years, but my kids' future matters to me.
And right now, their generation can't buy a house.
They can't afford insurance.
They can't get good paying jobs.
They can't afford groceries.
They can't afford to buy a car.
They can't afford gas.
They don't know if they're ever going to be able to save money for their retirement because they're barely making it paycheck to paycheck.
And I am so angry about this.
So all of them have crossed my line.
And you want to know what I have that Mark Levin doesn't have?
I have a voting card, Steve.
I have a voting card because I have a district that believes in the greatness of America, that believes in America-first policies, and desperately wants President Trump, his administration, and the Republican-controlled House and Senate to enact and support this.
And I tell you what, six months in, six months in, Seed, and here we are turning back on the campaign promises.
And we bombed Iran on behalf of Israel.
Yes, it was on behalf of Israel.
We are entering a nuclear war, World War III, because the entire world is going to erupt.
And you want to know the people that are cheering it on right now?
Their tune is going to drastically change the minute we start seeing flag-draped coffins on the nightly news, on Fox News that brainwashes all the baby boomers, and on CNN that brainwashes all the Democrat baby boomers.
And that is exactly how this is going to go down.
And, you know, the AI portion I want to address that, Steve, that's a bunch of crap.
They should have never put that poison pill in the House version of the One Big Beautiful bill in the first place.
I am a 100% no vote.
If it is still there, because I get to vote again, I get to vote on it again when it comes back to the House.
And I am not voting for a 10-year moratorium on state rights to make regulations and laws on AI.
That is absurd.
And the one big beautiful bill is about taxes, energy, and border security.
And that's exactly what it should be.
So shame on the people that put it out there.
That should be separate legislation.
And I'm not playing ball anymore.
This weekend, I turned a corner.
I'm not playing ball anymore.
I'm going to vote exactly for what I campaigned on, exactly for what I promised my district.
And I will use my voting card to make that happen.
steve bannon
MTG, what's your social media?
People are going to follow you because you just gave us a hard no.
Where do they go?
marjorie taylor greene
Rep MTG.
steve bannon
We're going to explain to us all.
Congressman Green, thank you so much.
We're going to delve down more of this about the Mark LeVenbo, particularly about this AI.
Mike Davis joins me.
He was so upset last night.
He says, I got to get on here and talk about it.
Also, Tim Kennedy, a veteran, given his perspective on where we are in the path to war.
All next in the war room.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
steve bannon
Mike Davis.
Brother, this thing, and listen, they only got a couple of votes in the House, and there's so many changes going on.
Folks, we are going to now do a lot of focus on the Great Big Beautiful bill because the polling's terrible because they have a message right.
You got this, you got cuts, you got that.
But MTG and a couple folks are so outraged by slipping in this artificial intelligence thing for the tech bros that their heads are blown up.
And MTG, she's saying she's a hard no.
With MTG and a couple other people, this thing ain't going to pass the House.
Mike Davis, why are you so worked up?
You're kind of the guardian of this, particularly against big tech.
How outrageous is this what they did, sir?
mike davis
I would say this.
Cheers to Marjorie Taylor Green, along with Marsha Blackburn and Josh Hawley and many others in the House and Senates.
These trillion-dollar big tech monopolists, Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple, have been crushing competition, shuttering small businesses and canceling conservatives and others with whom they disagree for decades.
They had Section 230 immunity and antitrust amnesty by the government, which made this possible.
We're finally holding them accountable on a bipartisan basis with the state AGs, with the Justice Department, with Gail Slater at the Justice Department, with Andrew Ferguson at the FTC.
And now Big Tech's next play is to steal everyone's copyrights.
They say to train their AI machines so they can compete against China, they claim.
So they think that we should steal like China to compete against China.
They think that we should have slave labor like China to compete against China.
This is going to destroy the American creative industry.
It's going to destroy American news media, particularly conservative news media like the war room that relies on old-fashioned advertising to pay its bills, clicks and advertising.
It doesn't have China and Soros and other left-wing sugar daddies underwriting the war room.
It's through the war room posse clicking on ads and spending money on Birch Gold and other advertisers.
And so what these AI platforms are trying to do is they're trying to slip into the big, beautiful bill, a 10-year moratorium where states and local governments cannot touch AI.
This is section 230 on steroids.
It means that when these AI chatbots are telling kids to kill themselves and these parents want to get recourse, they can't get recourse through their states.
steve bannon
It means the mic.
Hang on.
But hang on.
The Chinese Communist Party, this is now because they admit that all their work on AI was maybe for naught because of DeepSeek.
That was the Sputnik moment.
We're in an arms race.
And somebody like MTG and Mike Davis and Steve Bennett and these Neanderthralls in the war room posse who are decelerationist, not accelerationist, are going to make sure the United States is exposed at the highest level of national security against the existential threat.
Excuse me, not the existential threat today.
The existential threat today is actually the this week on Fox is the Moolah's.
But the real existential threat Chinese, how do you answer that, brother?
Because you're going to give every cracker in the country, every local congress, every local city council the ability to stop the nation's artificial intelligence, sir.
mike davis
Yeah, so you have Google and Meta, for example, Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook, Meta, that did Chinese bidding.
China's bidding was censorship for many, many, many years.
And now they pretend like they're trying to compete against China.
They're not.
What this 10-year moratorium means is that states like Florida and Texas that have passed laws that make it harder to censor conservatives and others with whom they disagree, these AI companies can just ignore those laws.
They're told by this 10-year moratorium, they don't have to follow these state laws.
It's going to be open season on conservative users.
It's going to be open season on conservative media.
It's going to be open season on American creators.
How many people go to Chinese movies?
You don't because they don't have creative talent in China like we do in America.
This is going to destroy the entertainment industry and the news industry in America.
And it's going to make Mark Zuckerberg and Meta and Google, Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple very, very rich.
They're already rich.
It's going to put it on steroids with this AI amnesty.
And look at this.
Look what Google did.
We had Project Maven and Project Dragonfly, Google that pretends like it's American is apple pie.
Project Maven is where they shut down America's drone program because of woke activists in America.
So Google stopped working with the American military and our drone program with Project Maven.
At the same time that they stopped working with the American military, Google was running Project Dragonfly, which was the CCP's censorship program.
So I don't want to hear from Google or any of these other big tech platforms that they're trying to compete against China.
They're doing China's bidding.
steve bannon
Mike, where can people go?
I want to get into this more as we get into this because MTG is saying she ain't voting for the bill.
And I'm telling you, MTG and two or three other people don't vote for this.
You ain't going to have a bill.
So this is a big deal.
Where can people go in the interim, particularly in the fight of us neo-Brendeisians to make sure that we basically not just hold this corporate power in check, but actually start to break it up, which it needs to be?
The people doing the work on the oligarchs are not AOC and Bernie Sanders.
It's Mike Davis and the team from the Internet Accountability Group and Gail Slater, Andrew Ferguson, all the people in the great LenaCon, all that that have come together to try to stop this.
Where do people go to find out more about it at Article 3?
mike davis
This is crucial this week.
They're going to vote probably this Monday or this Wednesday.
So the War Room posse should go to article3project.org, article number3project.org, click on take action, and the action item is to take out the 10-year moratorium out of the big, beautiful bill.
Remember this, Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook spent $400 million chasing Trump out of office in 2020, subject him to unrelenting, unprecedented lawfare.
They tried to bankrupt him for non-fraud.
They tried to throw him in prison four times for non-crimes.
They tried to take off his head.
They tried to throw him off the ballot.
Why should we reward Mark Zuckerberg and Meta with 10 years of amnesty for his AI so he can continue to steal every copyright, shut down conservative media, and censor conservatives and shutter small businesses?
Hell no.
This is a red line.
The war room posse should light up the Senate and tell them to strip out this 10-year AI moratorium out of the big, beautiful bill and do it now.
steve bannon
Thank you, brother.
Appreciate it.
Possibly Ted Cruz, I think, said if you vote against it, you get your broadband money taken away.
I mean, it's evil, evil, evil.
Thank you, Mike Davis.
Appreciate you.
We'll have you back on Senate vote on Wednesday.
But to the ramparts, this is why Home Title Lock, the $1 million triple lock protection is needed because we need you at the ramparts this week.
Going to be a big week on Capitol.
Three things.
Number one, 24-hour protection.
Number two, in the middle of the night, if anything happens to that piece of paper called your title, you get alerted.
And if all else fails, a $1 million restoration project to make sure you keep it.
Don't let a hard money lender get it, take out $100,000 second mortgage at high rates that you got to pay back because then you're going to need a second, third, and maybe a fourth job.
HomeTitleLock.com, promo code Steve.
Go check it out today.
Natalie Dominguez and the team do this today.
Only 90% of your net worth is tied up in that.
So make sure you check it out.
Tim Kennedy, you're heading on a plane.
Where are you going, sir?
tim kennedy
Well, first flight's into Jordan.
A bunch of Americans are displaced.
No civilian air travel is currently getting out of Israel.
A lal has shut everything down.
Delta America, nobody's flying.
So, you know, Americans have been trapped there since the beginning of the bombardment from Iran, and those things have obviously escalated since our strike this weekend.
steve bannon
So you're going over it.
By the way, give me your curriculum vita for special force.
You're a Green Beret, correct?
With a Ranger tab?
tim kennedy
That's correct.
I'm a Green Beret, never in Ranger Regiment, but I went to Ranger School, so I have a Ranger tab.
That's a subtle distinction that Special Forces or Special Operations people care about very significantly, as do I. And then a sniper, still serving proudly as a National Guards member.
steve bannon
And so once again, why you're going over to Jordan and to help people, American citizens in Israel and other places actually get out of the region?
tim kennedy
Yeah, that's right.
You know, obviously tensions have been rising in the Middle East since Israel and Iran have been launching missiles at each other.
There's about 23,000 Americans that were displaced in Israel.
No aircraft is leaving there.
So you got two ways to get out.
You're going to be taking a boat or you're going to be going by land to one of the neighboring countries and then flying to a European nation to get out.
I'm part of an organization that we go around the world to help Americans, you know, save our allies is the name of the organization.
And we're at it again.
steve bannon
I tell you, folks, in the Tel Aviv particularly, and HIFOP have been taking some incomings on these ballistic missile programs that are getting through David Sling and the Iron Dome that I think because of just the volume of them.
It is pretty brutal.
I mean, they're taking out city blocks.
I mean, it looks like Kiev, a lot of it.
So that's the intensity.
My Patriot Supply.
Now more than ever, I think people got to go and got to at least get up to speed and smart.
Tim Kennedy, you're working with My Patriot Supply.
Why now more than ever should people get focused on this?
This is not for wing nuts or tinfoil hat.
This is something that you've got to make part of your everyday life, sir.
tim kennedy
I mean, the reasons why we just listed, I mean, nuclear war, World War III, with the Gulf or portions of it being closed, passes being closed, gas prices, oil prices going up 1% to 200%.
So we're already vulnerable and have always been on the infrastructure in the United States, very vulnerable, probably more vulnerable than we'll ever admit.
So things like Grid Doctor, I have a battery wall here in the house where something goes wild.
Nothing changes in my home.
I have power.
I'll have forever power between solar panels and some battery packs.
And then I have food storage that's sitting in the pantry.
It stays there.
It's just so relieving to know that my family is going to be safe, regardless of what happens in this crazy world.
We're not in control of what's happening out there, but we are in control of ourselves and our family.
So all of this stuff for that preparation mindset, you can get at my Patriot Supply.
It's an incredible company, American-owned, American-manufactured, American warehoused in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Great people.
I've been there a bunch of times.
So like, I'm a customer first, but I'm also, obviously, as I'm traveling overseas, I have to have stuff to do my job.
And a bunch of that stuff I get from there as well.
steve bannon
By the way, what I love about it too, you can go online, then actually get to one of their customer service people and actually talk it through because a lot of people, this is their first time.
How do they go to the website?
What are people supposed to do to get engaged today with the My Patriot Supply folks?
tim kennedy
Yeah, a great question.
Everybody has different requirements, right?
Like I have a big family, I have a big house, I live in Texas.
That's going to be way different than somebody that lives in Montana.
So once you kind of figure out the pattern of life, what are the things that I need to do to secure myself and my family?
You go to mypatriotsupply.com, call their customer service line.
Those people know absolutely, I think I've been in special operations for 20 years.
I talk to these people and they make me feel so silly about what I actually know because they're so passionate about it.
So you just pick up the phone, go to the website, give them a call, and they'll walk you through whether it's going to be setting up a battery wall, it's buying emergency supplies, it's getting a water purifier like I have in my kitchen right now.
I live on a well.
So like my kids drink some bougie water.
They have everything that you need, but they have people that know how to walk you through what you should get.
steve bannon
Tim, thank you so much.
And on your trip, go with God.
Be safe.
You're one of the guys.
You're one of the patriots.
Always put yourself in harm's way for both our nation and for American citizens throughout the world.
We appreciate you, sir.
tim kennedy
I appreciate you.
Thanks for everything you do for America.
steve bannon
Tim Kennedy.
Green Beret puts his country first and puts American citizens first.
Go check out my Patriot Supply today.
They got guys like Tim Kennedy that are associated with them.
Now more than ever, don't get caught up in some emergency because you never know what's going to happen.
Everybody should be on full alert today because we're on the path to war.
From the Imperial Capital, short commercial break, Dave Walsh on the other side.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
steve bannon
Okay, on CNBC lead headline is, Dow gains 100 points as oil trades in the red despite U.S. bombing Iran.
Tankers show caution around straits of Hermuz after U.S. attack on Iran.
Oil falls 1% as investors dismiss risk to Middle East supplies.
Trump demands lower prices.
And President Trump, the lead story, Trump says everyone should keep oil prices lower or they're playing into the hands of the enemy.
Dave Walsh, brother, make this make sense to us, sir.
dave walsh
Well, there's a Bob McNally of Rapidan Energy said today, a few minutes ago, actually, oil markets are waiting for evidence of an actual disruption.
You know, where we've been chatting about a whole variety of theoreticals and hypotheticals, that tends to be the case now with the way oil looks at disruption in the Middle East.
Let's see what happens.
Because there's two sides to this.
One is they want, through this action, now very isolated, they'd like China, India, Japan, Korea, Iraq, Qatar, the kingdom to be on side with get Israel the hell out of their face, get us out of there, let them go, let this get back to a normalized state.
Or alternately, the alternate world of that is that Qatar, the kingdom, and the UAE, and especially Iran themselves, are so damaged by this act of self-immolation.
Remember, they're getting $100 million a day in oil revenues, and they're willing to shut that off.
Then how long are they going to keep up with that?
And then B, would they not get more pressure from Qatar, the Kingdom, and UAE to get off of the Hormo Straits and open them up?
Because the Kingdom is a huge, huge hurt because of that.
About half of their 10 million barrels a day, 11 million barrels a day flow through the Straits of Hormuz.
So their hurt by this would be huge.
The kingdom, more likely that they'd talk them out of this and then be handicapping on, can they hold on to that position if they take that military position?
Doesn't appear to be likely the way it's being handicapped by the markets right now.
steve bannon
But President Trump's sending a direct signal to American oil companies to not fall in with OPEC and not fall in with particularly the Persians in case something here, they start jacking up oil prices, right?
dave walsh
Yeah, that's been the history of the past.
I mean, our majors have for 55 years followed OPEC pricing, which is one of the reasons that we may ought to have done a better job, including between 2017 and 2021, on kneecapping OPEC.
Should have done that, could have done that, didn't do it.
So here we are.
We do have to worry about their impact on global pricing still.
Unfortunately, Dave, that's a reason.
steve bannon
Dave, we're going to have you watch like the straights over moves.
I don't understand it.
But look, if they close it, oil goes to 125.
If they mine it, oil goes to 200.
I just don't think they're going to slit their own throats, but we'll see.
Dave Walsh, what's your social media so people can find you?
dave walsh
Well, Dave Walsh Energy at Getter True Social NX and help us all out here in Florida as our neocon governor all over Fox News years ago as a warhawk is supporting the import of $7 billion worth of Chinese solar panels and battery storage to Florida vis-a-vis the largest rate increase in the history of the country being visited on this state by Florida Power and Light for the purpose of importing that gear to Florida.
So a very complicated world we're in.
Sorry, guys.
steve bannon
I'll have you back in the next couple of days to explain this and make it, by the way, complicated, but that's why we're a still point in a turning world.
President Trump's on fire right now.
He's calling out.
I put this up on Getter early this morning.
Medvede, the president of Russia, right?
He's not really, I mean, no power.
Putin's got the deal, right, in the KGB.
But he said that they would supply, Russia would supply the Mulas with all the nuclear weapons they wanted, right?
I'm sure they couldn't buy a couple of three from Pakistan either.
President Trump all over them, not happy.
Not happy at all.
Okay, let's not expand the war out there, but I can understand for everything we've done, all the efforts we've done, all the focus, and now Russia.
I think it's time to try to get back to that Russian rapprochement.
President Trump having a tough time negotiating a deal to close this thing down because there's nobody on the other end of the phone that can actually meet with Witkoff.
The Ayatollah's in hiding and he is, I think, marked by the Israelis for death.
And so he ain't answering the phone, and nobody knows really what's in charge.
We're going to get more into that this afternoon.
Also, you know, when I get that Warpath coffee, jacked up in the morning right before I take my Field of Greens, real organic superfood, not the processed stuff you see advertised all the time.
