This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies. | ||

|
Because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen. | ||
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
|
MAGA Media. | |
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
|
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Tuesday, 18 February, Year of Our Lord 2025. We've got Leahy and Brandon Sherwood are going to join us.
Michael Patrick Leahy has a mind-twisting story coming out of Nashville that we've followed now for a while.
We're going to get to that in a second.
Mike Lindell. | ||
Mike, a big day for you. | ||
I want you to share with the audience.
Eight years ago today, what happened, sir?
I gave a full surrender to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
You guys always see me wearing my cross on TV for years.
I wanted to be that person.
And I said it this morning on the show, like when I wrote my book, What Are the Odds?
From crack addict to CEO, I looked at mathematics to prove God exists.
And all through my life, I'd see a one in a million happen or a one in a billion or something that was impossible.
I would say to myself, when do you call it a miracle and call it for what it is?
Well, then things started happening to me starting in 2015. Leading up to 2017, I remember being at the White House.
There's this ex-crack addict from Minnesota sitting with the president.
And we went live to the nation, and my friends at home are going, what is this crack addict doing next to the president?
Jesus is real, because this would be impossible.
And on February 18th of 2017, I did a full surrender, and it was like a burden lifted off me.
People say to me all the time, how do you get through with all the attacks and everything?
I give it to the Lord. | ||
I can be proactive in prayer.
I can stay in the Word. | ||
I was able to forgive myself like Jesus forgave me and for things that happened back in the 80s and 90s that I couldn't let go of.
And I was able to, and I said this to, you know, believe it or not, everybody, I had a fear of speaking in public.
I couldn't talk to more than two people.
It was like a fear of rejection that overtook me.
Well, you don't get rejected if you don't talk.
Well, after I got saved, I was at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
It was a big Christian event, and they picked me to pray in front of 60,000 people.
And I'm going, this would be impossible if it wouldn't have been for getting saved.
And so it's a very important day, the most important day.
And I'm going to be giving away a CPAC. At the door, everybody gets a free book.
It tells that story in there of how the miracles that happened in my life that led up to me being saved.
And it's free. | ||
It's free when you get through the door.
So everybody get to CPAC, and I'm looking forward to seeing you all there.
And I'm going to be there the whole week, and it's going to be amazing.
Mike, talk to us about the cross and talk to us about the specials we still got going.
Yeah, and we're going to do, everybody, we're going to do a special a day at CPAC. Every single day, a different special.

We want to see everybody there.
It's going to be incredible.
We've got a huge space. | ||
They made the space even bigger for this year.
We've got a big stage. | ||
We're going to do the show on live.
Poso is going to do the show there, so it's going to be very exciting.
Let me get to Leahy and to Brandon, because I then want to play President Trump.
Before we came on, Real America's Voice was covering it live.
Boy, dropped a couple of bombs, dropped a couple of bombs on Ukraine in this negotiation going to react.
As we said and predicted he would do, President Trump's kind of moving on and wants to cut a deal here, wants to make a deal and doesn't want to, not going to spend a lot of time and not going to wring a lot of hands about Ukraine and Zelensky and Europe and all that.
They've got to step up. | ||
And the Europeans got to know, and they're over in Paris.
Hey, if you want to continue on, continue on.
Go back to your citizens and ask them for some dough.
American taxpayers are tired of paying for this crap.
Michael Patrick Leahy.
Help me out here, brother.
When this thing went down with this Christian school and had that amazing, awful video of that young woman who came in and shot up the school and the kids and the teachers.
You, and you've been on this like a dog with a bone.
It came out that there was a manifesto when they went to the house.
Now, it was implied or said because of some things about notes she left, but notes, and then there was a manifesto.
It was implied like it was a page or two, like some of these manifestos are.
They're written on the back of a piece of paper and left at the house or whatever.
You're reporting. | ||
The manifesto is nine...
And by the way, the FBI just went out of the way to shut this down.
I think you went to court.
One of the judges, I believe, was all over you to tell you to butt out.
You were getting a lot of grief.
And I know... | ||
I've known Leahy... | ||
Well, I've known him for a long time, but eight years ago, he started the Tennessee Star when he had this idea of doing these independent kind of papers around the country.
So, Leahy... | ||
Last night, I gave a thing for you.
The manifesto is 900 pages.
It's like the size of War and Peace times two.
Is that what you're telling me, brother?
And the FBI has refused to release this?
Yeah. | ||
The manifesto is the writings of Audrey Elizabeth Hale.
That cover a period of time of about 20 years.
Remember, she was 28 when she killed all those people at Covenant School here in Nashville on March 27, 2023. We, as you know, obtained 90 pages of the last three months of her life from sources legally, and we ended up publishing those 90 pages.
But we have been litigating against the FBI on this since May of 2023. A federal judge is still looking at that.
We want to get all 900 pages of this manifesto.
Now, what's interesting about this, Steve, which we found out a year and just a week and a half ago, we were approached by a source familiar with the investigation who told us that on the day that the Metro Nashville Police Department and the FBI went to the house of the killer,
To obtain a bunch of documents and obtain evidence that they were told by a Nashville police captain not to log all of the inventory that they obtained.
And some of that inventory was taken and squirreled away by the FBI. This is what we were told by a source.
And Metro Nashville Police has not confirmed anything related to that.
So the other part about this is interesting, Steve.
The Metro Nashville police chief said that the transgender killer, Audrey Elizabeth Hale, legally purchased seven guns.
Well, we can account for five.
Two are missing. | ||
Where are they? | ||
We don't know. | ||
Our source says that they believe those guns that are missing were in plain sight.
On the day of the murders, March 27, 2023, when the police went into her bedroom that afternoon, and they have not been seen since, and they were not entered into the inventory log.
So what does that tell us?
I mean, isn't that kind of odd that they can't locate a couple of the guns?
Well, what it tells us is that this investigation has now been going on for almost two years.
Metro National Police Department has said they're not going to close it.
Remember, in May of 2023, the Behavioral Assessment Unit of the FBI in Quantico sent to the Metro National Police Chief a memo, a three-page memo.
On protection of legacy tokens, what is a legacy token?
It's a document or materials left behind by a mass murderer.
And in that memo, they said that they should never release these because it might have a bad influence on certain vulnerable communities.
And oh, by the way, they said there's a precedent for destroying these documents.
Now, we put that aside for a while.
With this new claim, which has not really been refuted by Metro Nashville Police Department, other than to say they know nothing about it, we think there's a possibility that some of this evidence may have been taken by the FBI. And so when I think we have the new FBI director, which should be tomorrow night, we're going to ask to have all of these documents released, and we're going to request an audit.
Of all the inventory found at the Behavioral Assessment Unit of the FBI in Quantico, Virginia.
Okay. | ||
There's no speaking on the floor.
I'm told that Durbin is going out of his way to trash our own Cash Patel.
Let's find out. | ||
Why is... | ||
Make the case... | ||
I'm going to go to Sherwood in a second.
Why... | ||
Is this important? | ||
Besides, there's freaks out there that want to get in and look at all this stuff.
But for the citizens of the community and the community and the nation as a whole, why is it important to review and to make public the 900 pages of this young girl's inner thoughts, sir?
Well, you know, Steve, there may be some possible connection between the recent arrest of this Zizian cult guy.
The transgender killers allegedly connected to six murders, possibly including the murder on the afternoon of January 20th in the Vermont area of a border guard.
And there were rumors here in Nashville that there was a Trantifa connection.
to Audrey Elizabeth Hale.
We never really got to the bottom of those, but we suspect that there may be some kind of connection there.
That's why this is important, and I think the FBI may well have been withholding a lot of this evidence from the public.
Okay, hang on for a second.
You just mentioned something I want to get into because we reported and Laura Loomer was all over this.
The shooting of the Border Patrol officer in Vermont by H-1B visa overstay from Germany.
Turns out the story is much more complicated.
Turns out, correct me if I'm wrong, they're part of a transgender cult that has been killing people on a murder spree across the country.
Do I have this correct? | ||
Michael Patrick Leahy?
It's the weirdest story.
Steve, they just arrested the purported leader of this group, a 34-year-old, I think his name is Jack Lasota, in Maryland on sort of unrelated charges.
But those sort of in the general sphere, the influence area of this group, called the Zizians, this guy apparently...
Transgender person had been blogging about the use of violence.
Many sick murders are connected to this group in ways that police are very interested in.
So it seems what we have here, I think, is the possibility of a very, very violent I
want to go to Brandon Showalter.
Look, this is a classic...
We don't cover unless it has major political implications.
You were the first years ago on the show to say, hey, look, one of the reasons I'm doing this is not just for the individual issues with families and breaking up families, but there's something darker here.
We know that 2024, this is one of the major issues that resonate with the American people to say, hey, look, I don't know what's going on here.
It's more than just men and women's sports.
There's something not right about this.
You know, last I saw a political analyst who just said, hey, simply, these look like the party, or it was Reince Priebus was on ABC that Sunday morning, Reince with Jonathan Karl, and Reince goes, hey, look, people looked at the TV screen and said, hey, this looks like normal, and this looks weird, right?
And I think I'm going back normal.
Brandon, you alerted us to these dark issues, possibilities, and now it looks like stuff's happening all over the country.
You've got cults doing it.
You have somebody with a 900-page I absolutely think it needs to be addressed, and I'm glad to see the federal actions that are being taken.
But one of the things that I know you like to say a lot, Steve, is that this is not my line of country, but you recognize that this is demonic.
I've heard you use that word, and I can attest to what Mr. Leahy is saying about...
I've got friends up in Vermont who have told me these stories about how horrified they are about what's happening there.
I like, and I wrote this in a column recently, Steve, that with these executive actions, the federal executive orders that President Trump has signed, not only with the women's sports ordeal, but also declaring, you know, gender, there are only two sexes, and that throughout the administrative state, Only science is going to rule.
Two sexes, male and female.
And then the ending of the child medicalization one, where, you know, they're...
Asking Pam Bondi to do investigations, and they're asking that WPATH guidelines, which is the activist group that's been transing the kids, it's been co-opting all the major medical associations, I liken it to cutting down Asherah poles and destroying altars to bail.
Because when you see the government taking its authority against these, I believe, diabolical strongholds, and...
Doing righteous things, I think that affects things in the realm of the Spirit.
Obviously, we need to keep praying.
I would say to people, you know, celebrate the developments.
Have one glass of champagne.
But not to. | ||
Now is the time to stay alert and vigilant, because trans activists do not take no for an answer.
It's a death cult, and now is the time when you watch even harder, because a wounded animal goes down fighting when they're cornered.
And so finally, we have some leverage from a meaningful institution that's going to address this scourge head-on, and that needs to continue.
I just want to kind of get a sit-rep.
Given everything you warn people about, everything about the medical community, all that, where do you think President Trump stands, both with the executive orders, his executive actions, what DOJ is doing, what they're doing, and they're being hung up in the courts, but where do you think we stand, and how intense and fierce is this pushback from that community and broader from the progressive movement, sir?
It's a great start. | ||
I think the executive order, especially the one calling the mutilation and the surgical mutilation and chemical castration of children a stain on our nation's history, was unequivocal.
That's going to be where the most fierce pushback is.
That's where we really need to direct our prayers.
Of course, gender ideology ruins everything it touches, and I care about sports and other things.
But when it comes to giving these drugs to children that I believe do, I don't want to confuse them and drive people mad.
I don't want to make the correlation causation fallacy and say that taking testosterone caused Audrey Hale to shoot up that Nashville school.
But I believe what is going on is demonic, and I have no qualms saying so.
And so now, Steve, is the time when the saints of God, like Mr. Mike Lindell and everyone else who knows the Lord, to pray, pray, pray, because this battle has to be won in the realm of the Spirit.
But the executive actions are very much a step in the right direction.
And I hope that as the Justice Department investigates and other agencies take their actions, that we will see just a great unveiling of the atrocities that have been happening nationwide.
We need more action. | ||
Brandon, before I let you bounce, understand this is a war and this is a spirit war.
However, the medical community that was making a ton of money off this, and some people there, I don't think, believed in it, but knew there was a way, a new path to make money.
Is the medical community standing down, understanding where President Trump and the MAGA movement and the people who won the election are and how controversial it was?
Are they pushing back as hard as they've always pushed back on this topic?
They're being very stealthy, Steve.
Some hospitals, even prominent ones like Children's Hospital LA, has said that they're pausing.
These transitions, quote-unquote, transitions on children.
Others are going to fight back.
That's why I say we need to be very alert, because I think they're being very sneaky and stealthy.
Trans activists don't hate no for an answer, even when you pass laws with teeth.
These people are ruthlessly committed to their cause, and so I think there's going to be kind of a mixed bag, and so that's why I'm emphasizing that people really need to watch, because...
This is going to be a bitter, brutal fight.
They are making money off of them, but I think they are finally, some of them are at least on their back foot.
But again, I would watch very closely because they don't take no for an answer.
This is a cult dogma. | ||
It's a cult of death. | ||
Brandon, social media, your writings, Christian posts, all of it.
Where do people go? | ||
Your documentaries, all of it.
Thank you, Steve. | ||
At BrandonMShow on X, ChristianPost.com is where you get our print reporting.
GenerationIndoctrination.com is our documentary podcast on the issue.
DeadnameDocumentary.com is about the indie film that I was a part of that explores how families are shattered by this, and I have exciting news on that front.
It's now on Amazon Prime and Roku and Apple TV. A couple years ago, Vimeo tried to censor it, and now, thanks to its distributor, we've got it on the major platforms.
So the censors have lost, so you can go see Deadname on those platforms now, too.
That's amazing. | ||
It is amazing. | ||
God bless you. | ||
Great work. | ||
Thank you, Steve. | ||
Thank you. | ||
Thank you, brother. | ||
You talk about the election at 24, Brandon Showalter.
This guy came from nowhere.
We platformed him here on the show.
Major impact. | ||
Just like Todd Benzman with Overrun.
One of the most important books have been written recently.
It shocked people of what Biden had done.
Remember, just like Brandon, these are not random occurrences.
This is well thought through and very organized behind the scenes.
That's what you're saying, both in the transgender ideology.
And, of course, the invasion of the southern border.
Spiritual war, sir? | ||
Yeah, Brandon's absolutely right.
Spiritual war, but the spiritual war, there's no distinction in the Judeo-Christian West between the spirit and the flesh, right?
The Greeks had that disconnect where there's Gnosticism and there's this spirit floating all over.
Heaven, it turns out, is going to have cities and countries and everything.
And so... | ||
Brandon had it all right.
What's roughly going on is Romans 1, right?
Humanity is serving creation and not serving the creator.
And then if you look at the greatest command, right?
Love God and love your neighbor as yourself.
And God above all things.
God above all. | ||
And the hardest and the thing a lot of people miss in there is love your neighbor as you love yourself.
And so while we want to judge these folks, and it's demonic.
They do not love themselves.
And so there is grace to be extended there.
But they need to learn how to love themselves.
And unfortunately, God back in Genesis 1 is the God of order over chaos.
And these folks, a lot of these folks are rejecting order.
They prefer the chaos. | ||
It's easier. | ||
It's much harder to try to love someone and live with someone in community.
That's hard. | ||
And the Jewish tradition has been great on the material world.
If you listen to Jordan Peterson and his new thing on John the Baptist and Jesus going to get baptized the first time, you should see how many links there are to Genesis 1 in the Baptist baptizing Jesus.
It's incredible, the linkages.
If you haven't seen that, go watch it.
And so people are going to think this is a leap.
This ties right into our budget conversation we've been having.
Brandon just pointed out over the past 12 years, Obama on through Biden, these things have been incentivized.
These behaviors have been incentivized through policy.
In the past, I never would have made those linkage.
I'd be going, no, that's a stretch.
It is not a stretch. | ||
When you see just the extreme exponential rise of these crazy behaviors, and they're tied to explicit policies, and then in this budget fight, Our speaker, who's a Christian guy in Thune in the Senate, most all of them are Presbyterians and Episcopals and whatever.
This is all an HHS budget.
And they're going to fund.
They're going to fund all of this.
And it is splitting and killing our culture, and it's ruining our children along with the debt and the interest on the debt.
And so, yeah, it's spiritual.
It's a spiritual war. | ||
But there's payments all in there that should have never gone.
But it's real. | ||
Have you noticed any difference now that President Trump's taken over in any of your interaction?
Do you expect action by the FBI? You expect, by the way, cash, I guess they're voting cloture right now.
I think they're getting close.
Cash, I think the vote's going to...
I think it passed. | ||
Okay, on Thursday, I think we're going to have Cassius confirmation.
I'll look at that in the break.
Michael Patrick Leahy, you've been on this from the beginning.
Do you anticipate any more cooperation from FBI, law enforcement, and to get to the bottom of this and make sure that something like this can happen again anywhere in the country, but particularly in Nashville?
It's all going to change as soon as Kash Patel is confirmed as the director of the FBI. You know, we wrote a letter before the election to the FBI demanding the release of the documents.
They said no. | ||
Heck no. | ||
Then, just a couple weeks ago, after President Trump was inaugurated, we wrote the same letter to them, and they said, well, think about it.
Well, I think after Kash Patel is confirmed.
They're going to be thinking real quick.
And I think we'll have not just the Covenant Killers manifesto, but I think we're going to have a lot of other information that the FBI has been concealing.
And it's not going to be a good look for the Biden administration.
And longer than the Biden administration, trust me.
I think there's some stuff in there that's going to shock a lot of people.
Michael Patrick Lee, how did they get to your show?
How did they get to the Tennessee Star and all your papers and your social media brother?
Just go to TennesseeStar.com, TennesseeStar.com, and of course we've got a number of sites in the Star News Network.
And I just have to say, Stephen K. Bannon, it is a delight to listen to you and David Bratt, the great Dave Bratt, talk about the theological implications of all these things.
It's an intellectual tour de force that I enjoy.
I owe you. | ||
I owe you, brother. | ||
You're a Christian brother.

We're hearing that Russia wants to force Ukraine to hold new elections in order to sign any kind of a peace deal.
Is that something that the U.S. would ever support?
Well, we have a situation where we haven't had elections in Ukraine, where we have martial law, essentially martial law in Ukraine, where the leader in Ukraine, I mean, I hate to say it, but he's down at 4% approval rating.
And we're a country has been blown to smithereens.
You got most of the cities are laying on their sides.
The buildings are collapsed.
It looks like a massive demolition site.
The whole, I mean, so many of the cities.
I mean, they haven't done it in Kiev because I guess they don't want to shoot too many rockets in there.
They've done it 20 percent, but they haven't done it 100 percent.
If they wanted to do it 100 percent, it would probably happen very quickly.
But you have cities that are absolutely decimated.
And, yeah, I would say that, you know, when they want a seat at the table, you could say the people have to...
Wouldn't the people of Ukraine have to say, like, you know, it's been a long time since we've had an election?
That's not a Russia thing.
That's something coming from me and coming from many other countries also.
You know, Ukraine is being just wiped out.
Look at what's happening to the cities.
There are cities. | ||
There's not even a building standing.
It's a massive... | ||
You talk about Gaza. | ||
I mean, it's literally, these cities look like Gaza.
unidentified
|
Thank you, Mr. President.
Could you tell us a little bit more about the Russia talks, your impression of how they went today, and if you're perhaps more confident or less confident of a deal after what happened today?
Well, much more confident.
They were very good. | ||
Russia wants to do something.
They want to stop there.
Savage barbarianism. | ||
I mean, what's going on over there?
Soldiers are being killed by the thousands on a weekly basis.
It's ridiculous. | ||
And they're not American soldiers.
They're Russian soldiers and they're Ukrainian soldiers largely, although a lot of Koreans have been killed, as you know.
Quite a bit of them have been killed.
They came over to fight and a large portion have been wiped out.
But we want to end it. | ||
It's a senseless war. | ||
It should have never happened, would have never happened if I was president, and it's a shame to see it.
And I see pictures that you don't see, but I see pictures of fields that look just horrible.
It looks like Gettysburg.
If you see the old pictures of Gettysburg, it's soldiers lying all over the field, body parts all over the field.
They're all dead. | ||
And this is going on on a daily basis.
It's a horrible thing. | ||
Both Russia and Ukraine, they're losing thousands and thousands of soldiers, and a lot of people have been killed, too.
Things that you'll see historically and you'll see later on as it goes along.
I think people are going to be surprised at how many people, not only soldiers, have been killed in Ukraine.
A lot more people than you think.
I want to see peace. | ||
Look, you know why I want?
Because I don't want all these people killed anymore.
I'm looking at people that are being killed.
And they're Russian and Ukrainian people, but they're people.
It doesn't matter where they're from on the whole planet.
And I think I have the power to end this war.
And I think it's going very well.
But today I heard, oh, well, we weren't invited.
Well, you've been there for three years.
You should have ended it three years.
You should have never started it.
You could have made a deal.
I could have made a deal for Ukraine that would have given them almost all of the land, everything, almost all of the land, and no people would have been killed, and no city would have been demolished, and not one dome would have been knocked down.
But they chose not to do it that way.
And President Biden, in all fairness, he doesn't have a clue.
He was so bad for this. | ||
He was so bad. | ||
So pathetic. | ||
So sad. | ||
But with all of that being said, look, it is what it is.
When I left, there was no chance that this could have happened.
But it happened because we had incompetent leadership at many different levels.
But when you see what's taking place in Ukraine with millions of people killed, including the soldiers, millions of people killed.
A big percentage of their cities knocked down to the ground.
I don't know how anybody even lives there.
You know, when they say they took a poll and Zelensky's at 4%, who's living there?
You know, I mean, people are...
It's hard to believe that people live there.
Their cities are being knocked down.
And this is something that would have never happened.
And, by the way, for four years, it didn't happen.
It was never going to happen.
That right there took four minutes.
Five minutes? | ||
That's one of the most powerful.
That's right off the top of his head.
Let me say it a different way.
That's right from his heart.
Right there. | ||
With both barrels. | ||
MSNBC and all the warmongers that goaded, just like Mersheimer said, Dave Brett, Mersheimer called it.
He said the West is going to lead Ukraine down the primrose path because it wants to take these guys in Western Europe and all the elites want to take on Russia.
They're going to lead them down the primrose path to their destruction, and they'll fight.
They'll stay there and fight until the last Ukrainian dies.
President Trump right there lays it out.
This is clarity. | ||
This is moral clarity. | ||
This is also a man that can step into a decision and bring this horrible thing to an end.
Just so you understand history.
When people talk about World War II and World War II and World War II, this, World War II, that.
From 1939, September 1st, which is kind of the official beginning of the European War.
From September 1939 all the way until basically the German army in June of 1941. And in 1941, within six months, the Germans go against the Russians in Operation Barbarossa.
And then the Japanese attack us six months later in Pearl Harbor.
So 1941 is really when it kicks off.
If you take that time...
I don't know. | ||
You've got a couple of hundred thousand dead at most.
The invasion of Poland, the invasion of France, the Blitz of London.
There's some other operations going on.
There's obviously some stuff with their, you know, their techie in North Africa.
There's activity, but there's nothing compared to what happened in Ukraine.
You have to understand the scale of this debacle, the scale of this tragedy.
For what? | ||
For what? | ||
We said that on this show.
On the eve of that war, and all day long on CNN and all these experts who all mocked Trump the entire time, because go back, this is when Trump was in the wilderness.
Trump had no power and wasn't coming back to power except for this audience.
Who knew you had a leader that had moral clarity?
It would have never happened.
And they mocked and ridiculed him while they goaded on Biden.
The people with blood on their hands, Boris Johnson, Joe Biden, the elites in Europe, NATO, Petraeus, all of them, Stavridis, the whole Morning Joe crowd, David Ignatius, MSNBC in primetime, all of you have blood on your hands.
And right there... | ||
So succinct. | ||
In four or five minutes, he lays it right out.
Boom. | ||
And I'm telling you, he is going to make a deal with Russia that we can finally counterbalance the Chinese Communist Party and bring peace and then have hemispheric defense here.
And Europe and Paris, they're going to have to figure it out.
We bailed you out in World War I. We bailed you out again in World War II. We bailed you out the third time in the Cold War.
No more. | ||
You're not a vassal state.
We don't want a vassal state.
You're all over top of us on tariffs.
Right? | ||
You're always gaming the system.
We're done. | ||
And not that we're an ally, but an ally is kind of an equal partner.
You guys have sucked off the American people.
And what they're doing now, the elites are sitting there and they're in shock that finally Trump has come back and stepped into a decision and go, guys, this is what I think of you and this is what I think you've done.
You're not even in Riyadh as part of the negotiation.
And Zelensky lost it and the Europeans are losing it because Trump sent him a message.
I'm going to sit down and make an overall geostrategic understanding, I think a rapprochement between the two parties.
And the Europeans, and Zelensky particularly, and President Trump gives a shot across the bow, hey, he's at 4%, right?
Dave Brett, as a former working politician, how brutal was that shot from President Trump?
Well, as a former seminarian, I mean, the left's heads are going to pop off when I say what I'm going to say.
But the Atlantic, if you got to the Atlantic right now, their lead article, death of the government expertise, death of government expertise.
What Trump is doing in his genius is just bypassing the expertise.
Look who the expert is. | ||
Look who ended the war. | ||
Look who had no wars. | ||
Look who started all the wars.
Now let's go over to moral theory, which always trumps everything, no pun intended.
But moral theory always trumps everything, and there's only one moral theory I know of.
It's the moral theory and the narrative of the Judeo-Christian West.
And so there's a nice little story called the Good Samaritan.
And so you got all these Atlantic expert class that say they're apolitical.
They say they're apolitical experts.
Well, there's three folks that walk by this man on the side of the road who's been beaten up.
You might call those the million dead and injured Ukrainian boys.
So there's a million dead and injured young boys laying on the side of the road, all bloodied, all missing limbs.
And where is the expert class?
They just walk right on by those dead boys, right?
And where is Trump? | ||
There's too many boys being killed.
I'm going to end this. | ||
I don't like dead boys. | ||
We're going to end this.
Talk about moral clarity, right?
The good Samaritan. | ||
Ask yourself the question as Jesus posed.
Who did good? | ||
Who glorified God? | ||
And the idea for the left to comprehend that, the idea that Trump glorified God more than they have in their actions.
He's saving lives and they're killing people.
And they roughly did it.
Right, Mir Shimer and all the great theorists or whatever.
I mean, the idea, and we talked about Kennedy this morning, right, and all the great powers.
The idea that Ukraine is, and I love the Ukrainian people, by the way.
I've been there, and I've visited with them all the religions.
The Ukrainian people, I love them.
Look, the valor and courage they've had on the battlefield is unbelievable.
It's unbelievable. | ||
But life's thrown away by these people.
And the idea that they're going to beat Russia.
It's ridiculous. | ||
It's ridiculous. | ||
For those territories, and by the way.
The blood is not on the hand of those people.
The blood is on the hand of the West.
Mersheimer said it in 2014. The West is going to lead these people down the primrose path with a bunch of false promises and false hopes.
What we try to do is not give them false hope or false promises.
We're not going to be here.
We don't want to be here.
We shouldn't be here and we won't be here.
And that's what happened.
And now they've been led down to destruction.
President Trump keeps saying a million dead and wounded Ukrainians.
And 500,000, 750,000 dead or wounded Russians.
And here's how we know something's up.
It's the parents of Ukrainian young men.
Men between 18 and 26 that said, you are not going to have this draft go down to 18. You're not going to kill my sons.
You're not going to throw them into the churnal house there on that eastern front.
We're not going to let Zelensky do it.
So Zelensky and his wife can be on the cover of fashion magazines.
We're not going to do it.
Remember, Hollywood lauded him.
Davos lauded him. | ||
This was, you know, people on the right.
I remember all the tweets.
This guy's Churchill. | ||
I said, this guy's not Churchill.
This is absurd, Boris Johnson.
That whole crowd led to this point and President Trump just gave it to you with both barrels right there.
And the elites and the experts and the State Department and the CIA will still tell you and they will tell the leadership in the Republican conference.
You guys just don't understand.
You still got to trust us, right?
What we're doing is we, even though this looks awful and a million are dead, we're diminishing Russia.
And what we're really doing is we're fighting for democracy.
I mean, that is the only narrative they can spin, right?
We're doing all of this for democracy.
And it's just on its face.
Zelensky probably can't get elected.
He's not elected. | ||
He's not the presently sitting president of Ukraine.
He doesn't represent the people.
Our CIA did a coup d'etat on Ukraine in 2014. RFK Jr. has great snippets on that.
Going way back to the fall under Gorbachev of the wall, we said, James Baker III said, we will not move an inch to the east.
That's what our elites said.
That was the moral promise.
We took over all 14 or 15 of them, made them NATO countries.
Ukraine was the final buffer.
And Russia said, no way, that's the red line.
That is the red line. | ||
They can get rich, they can be democratic, they can be Christian, but they cannot be NATO. And we didn't listen.
Okay, breaking news coming across from Brazil.
President Bolsonaro has been indicted.
For coup d'etat. | ||
There we go. | ||
That message should have been delivered by our State Department or others that this is a line you do not want to cross.
What they're doing to President Bolsonaro is exactly what they try to do to President Trump and his exact same gang.
It's the deep staters down there, this radical judge.
We're going to try to get Paulo Filo on.
They're going to join us at CPAC, but I want to have them on.
So I'm breaking news right now, and they were saying it might be Thursday, but it looks like he came tonight on Tuesday.
President Bolsonaro of Brazil, and I'm getting this from one of his closest associates, they're telling me right now that he has been indicted for coup d'etat in Brazil.
And we don't know if they indict him or if they're going to let him out of jail, prison, if they think we're going to get into this.
This is bad. | ||
He got invited to the inauguration and they wouldn't take his passport.
Right there, I think a lot of people that are close to the Brazil situation said, hey, they're cooking up something.
If they don't trust President Bolsonaro to come to the President of the United States' inauguration, sums it up.
How big a deal is this, Bolsonaro being indicted for a coup d'etat?
That's South America, right?
We're talking about this hemisphere and we want our friends.
Where's our State Department and CIA and all the experts and bureaucrats?
We keep losing the good guys.
And we lose to the communists and the socialists over and over and over.
How is this when the expert class has been in charge for all these decades?
And so I think President Trump's probably going to throw some weight around on this.
And at least we're going to bring some transparency to it.
And hopefully at CPAC, they've been doing a good job on some of these international issues.
And so people, you stay tuned.
Well, tomorrow night, we're actually hosting with Rick Grinnell.
We're going to host the international dinner.
I think there's right now going to be 60, 70, 80 people there.
There's going to be a panel discussion beforehand.
Make sure you go to CPAC.org.
If you're in the area, 76 bucks.
We got a special discounted ticket.
They just announced that Vice President of the United States, J.D. Vance, is going to speak on Friday.
I thought he was going to close out.
I think somebody just sent out that he might open the day.
I'm sure his schedule is jammed, so they're going to figure it out.
But there's a bunch more surprises coming at CPAC. Tomorrow, we start Force Multiplier.
Dave Brat. | ||
I'll be there. | ||
I'm trying to get Mike Davis over.
Natalie will be there before she goes over to the White House.
We're going to have Grace Moe, Jane Zirkle, Calamity Jane is going to be with us.
It's going to be amazing.
I'm really looking forward to this because CPAC is going to be very special this year in the Force Multiplier Academy.
I want to finish with budgets and spending.
Look. | ||
And look, on the two reconciliations, we've argued for two reconciliations for a long time because the tax thing is going to be more complicated.
They're now saying that the...
I think it's $1.5 trillion over 10 years, I believe it is, for the Social Security, which is about $150 billion.
It's a real number. | ||
But it has to happen. | ||
The way they're spinning it, the think tanks that are employed by the wealthy, is that, oh, the wealthy make out too much in the taxes.
Fine. | ||
If you look at the assumptions, that's not actually the case because they don't really fill in with what could be filled in.
Understand, and maybe the wealthy are going to make it okay, but the middle class and working class need that cut on Social Security.
But we've got to address spending.
Right now, it's demonstrable.
The spending is what is driving inflation.
There's no political will, we understand, to do it.
So it's going to have to be forced, right?
How do you force it? | ||
We have a forcing function on midnight on the 14th, but we're going to get a one-year CR. And the Doge guys, and look, I've got a lot of differences with Elon Musk, but not about Doge.
On Doge, we need, first off, we need the Doge audit cuts now, and then later, the structural changes.
So, obviously, I think, you know, OMB and treasuring guys should work together, and maybe some of their disclosures should go through those agencies first before they go out.
But that's a kind of a side issue.
Number one, they're saying $84 billion.
If that's in this budget year and they're shutting down, That's got to be in the CR, and I feel very uncomfortable doing the CR for the whole year and then saying afterwards, well, we're going to do rescissions, we're going to do impoundments.
That's great, and I'm fully supportive of this theory of impoundments, but the impoundment situation, you're a constitutional scholar.
That's going to go to the Supreme Court, is it not?
Because that's a tad controversial.
Yeah, no, that'll go to the Supreme Court, right, along with all this other weaponized Justice Department stuff and the Dems fighting back.
But the war room posse, I've been encouraged because I watched the numbers on the war room.
And after the election, I thought, and I hope people stay fighting, and the numbers are staying on the war room.
And so everyone needs...
Oh, people are in the fight.
We're not losing our audiences.
And not just that, the intensity and urgency of the engagement.
The audience is more engaged than ever.
So people understand that a slight celebration, they're back at work, though.
And so you look at what Steve's doing.
It can be summarized kind of in a word.
Accountability. | ||
The accountability project, right?
For congressmen, senators.
The problem is the folks at home keep electing these people that vote for $7 trillion budgets.
That's the problem. | ||
So what can be done? | ||
Well, they go back and dodge it.
How do they dodge it? | ||
Because people like their congressmen, but these guys go back after.
And we don't have House Freedom Caucus, about 40 people.
When you were there, they would single you out as being hardcore.
You were an anti-spending guy, right?
Back when the budget was $4 trillion, $3.5 trillion.
And you were anti-spending then, right?
And they went out of their way to make sure that they didn't have Dave Brat to have to worry about.
Force discipline when they want to.
Always for the donors, for the giant Excel spreadsheet in the sky, I called it.
That's where they're willing to go to the mat and fight.
And so what can we do? | ||
It's the Federal Reserve, right?
John Taylor on the money.
You do rules versus discretion.
And so if the leadership cannot do it, they need to admit they failed, right?
For decades, they failed.
We're at $60 trillion in debt in a decade.
36 plus 20 plus 4 in interest, right?
So it's $60 trillion in 10. It's unsustainable.
unidentified
|
Oh, you're not even 52. You're adding another 8. Oh, yeah.
Yeah, yeah. | ||
We'll talk about that tomorrow.
Okay. | ||
Social media. | ||
We get a bolt. | ||
Yeah, just Brad Economics, Getter, and now on X. It's great having you in studio.
It's great being here. | ||
Love the war room. | ||
You look like a movie star, man.
And we're talking about your travels and all that.
Okay, Birch Gold. | ||
We're going to make a special announcement on Birch Gold tomorrow, but go to get the end of the dollar empire, the modern monetary theory.
You've got to understand this theory to understand how we got in this jam.
Get on it. | ||
People actually sold this to Wall Street.
Of course, Wall Street wanted to buy it, and now we're suffering.
