This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
Welcome back.
steve bannon
Thursday, 21 November, Year of Our Lord, 2024. John Solomon's going to join us in a moment.
He's got a great story about Ashley Babbitt and the individual who assassinated her, because that's what it was.
It was assassination.
Also, Carly Bonet.
From Midnight Rider, Carly posted up on Getter early this morning, pre-dawn hours, on something that's been quite obvious to me.
The Murdochs have kind of, you know, the couch and the Murdochs are not with the president on these nominations and they think they can pick and choose.
No, we can't pick and choose.
It's real simple.
The man took a bullet to the head and then four months later won a landslide victory after being tortured and tormented and persecuted and hunted like an animal for four years.
He gets to pick and choose the cabinet he wants.
And look, I'm not, like in the Treasury, I'm not, the President makes the decision.
Trump mulls it over in his mind and he makes, he's got his own way he makes decisions and he comes to decisions.
He chews things over, turns it over his mind, asks a lot of people, what are you hearing?
What do you think about this?
People are saying, people are saying, Steve, that's when he's mulling over.
Because I have never worked for or with anyone that It's constantly working like him.
And I consider myself a hard worker and a grinder that'll put in the 16 hours, 18 hours a day.
He is always on.
When you see him on the Godfrey, he's always.
It's always thinking.
It's always turning.
It's always turning.
Like right now in the Secretary of Treasury, I am not, and this program is not excited about Mark Rowan.
It's not about his qualifications.
He's a quite brilliant guy.
It's about just the whole angle of attack of Apollo and what Apollo represents.
And I realize Jay Clayton, who's going to be the Southern District, is from Apollo.
But that's kind of a case.
He's really from Sullivan and Cromwell, which is the law firm of Goldman Sachs.
And one of the most revered white shoe law firms in the country.
And I'm all about that you got to bring the law firms to task, but that's where you get guys like Bob Jiffra and you get guys like Jay Clayton and you get them in and, you know, these guys are retooled and they can be your top guys in taking things apart, right?
Or setting things right, as I call it.
Now, at Treasury, because you can see this team coming together.
It's quite sophisticated what's happening and quite brilliant because we're going to have a merger in process for the first time in our history.
And this is so Trumpian.
For the first time in history, you see the merger of these three elements.
You have what's happening on the Hill in the appropriations process, which this is what Gates and this audience delivered.
Remember the hammering through so you have the individual appropriations bills that are voted on and looked down and drilled down on?
So step one, the individual appropriations bills so we can get our hands on spending.
And hey, I got it, folks.
That, hey, there's a couple of CRs in there, and they might have been, you know, hey, was it perfect?
It was far from perfect, but it was something, and it was something different, and the system tried to reject it.
It's still there.
That's number one.
Number two, you now have the beginning.
You see Trump putting together his OMB, which was top of the line last time under vote.
You see vote, and now they're bringing in more theoretical constructs to use.
Like, the Palmet thing is massive.
Because it flips the whole appropriation process.
The appropriations number is a ceiling, not a floor.
unidentified
In other words, we don't have to spend it all.
steve bannon
And maybe programmatically, as you check, you don't have to.
This is going to be massive.
It's going to be a fight.
And hey, that one, baby, is going to go.
That's going to see its time in the courts.
But remember, and this is why we've got to have these senators up there hammering all day long.
Trump has rejuvenated the courts, not just the Supreme Court, maybe not so much the appellates were getting there, but the frontline district courts.
These are Trump who?
Which one?
Solomon or Carly?
Okay.
These are frontline justices who believe in the deconstruction of the administrative state.
This was Gorsuch.
This is the transition from the Thomas Court to the Gorsuch Court.
The brilliant thinking of Justice Gorsuch that took on Chevron, took on the Chevron deference early on and gave us the judicial anchor you needed to deconstruct the administrative state.
People have talked for years and years and years, the conservative movement, what did people rant about?
The Leviathan.
We have to get back to limited government.
Liberty.
And nothing happened.
It only grew.
To slay this beast means you have to come at it and you have to have, boom, motive forces.
Or as Robert Bartley, the famous editor of the Wall Street Journal's opinion section, said for years, your idea or your action has to have muzzle velocity.
It has to, boom, have motive power right at the beginning.
The third element and the total trumping element that was never included was to use kind of the brilliance or the entrepreneurial mindset.
And I realize personalities are personalities, right?
But it's beyond the personalities.
It's to the entrepreneurial mindset, which even, you know, the New York Times had the other day, Elon Musk, cut first, ask questions later.
Well, that's kind of the very entrepreneurial, let's make it up as we go along, mindset of Silicon Valley.
But that's quite powerful.
When you're taking on an entrenched bureaucracy, or really, in this case, it's an entrenched state.
I don't call them bureaucrats.
I don't call them bureaucrats.
It's an entrenched state.
It's the administrative state, and then it has its rogue element.
The hardest nut to crack is the deep state of Brennan and those guys.
You see Brennan up in your face today.
Well, it's outside of customer...
Bro!
I tell you what, you can go on MSNBC all you want.
Keep going.
Do it.
It's a free country and you're a free man.
Well, it's a free country now that Trump's back in the saddle.
But I would strongly recommend that you start shelling out the millions of dollars of people like, I don't know, Peter Navarro and Stephen K. Bannon and Rudy Giuliani and Mike Flynn and many, many, many, many others.
That you...
Hunted.
You hunted.
Because, Mr. The Hunted are now the hunters.
And you are guilty of massive crimes.
But, there's a process for that.
Steve Bannon doesn't get to dictate that process.
I'm just some guy yelling into a microphone on a podcast.
Or a TV show.
But there are folks...
That are going to set this up as a process.
Right?
These investigators have to.
You have to investigate 2020. You have to investigate J6. You've got to investigate it all.
And everything that was done to the families and the people praying, all of it.
This is why, Ray, you just proved your guilt.
Why is Ray not going up?
Hey, the Senate's controlled by the Democrats, and even Peters put out a thing.
They couldn't do the Senate because they did the Senate.
They have to go to the House, and the House were waiting for them.
The House were waiting for them.
They know their guilt.
They just want to give more testimony, more guilt.
Mayorkas, we impeached him, thank God for MTG. We impeached him, went nowhere in the Senate.
Worthless Republicans, worthless Mitch McConnell, worthless.
Didn't want to go over the House.
They just gave a big FU. Hey, I can relate to that.
I gave the January 6th one, hey, suck on this.
President's got executive privilege.
Also, your illegitimate committee.
I spent four months in a federal prison.
I'm proud of that.
I'm not going to bend to Nancy Pelosi.
And here's what happened on Election Day.
She thought she was going to break Steve Bannon.
Steve Bannon's all the camp.
On Election Day, lady, you got broken.
You've been thrown over the side by the Democrats.
Can't stand the sight of you too old, too mouthy, too want to have control?
Yo, yo, you got broken, Nance.
Sorry, not sorry.
Ray and Mayorkas is telling you right there they don't want any more part of this.
Well, let me be brutally frank.
If you don't like what you're seeing now, you are going to like it a lot less, Ray and Mayorkas, on the afternoon of the 20th of January when Matt Gaetz is the Attorney General of these United States and hopefully Kash Patel is over there at the FBI. Ray, you're going to like it a whole lot less.
A whole lot less.
Mayorkas, what you've done to allow and to initiate and exacerbate the invasion of our beloved country Of 10 to 15 million illegal alien invaders at the cost it's cost to this country and our sovereignty.
And you went up there, that smirk, and lied for years and years and years and years.
Buddy, I went to a low, not a minimum.
Minimums are club feds, and they're tough, don't get me wrong.
That's where Cohen, who whines every day, and Navarro went.
I went to a low security.
Above me is a medium, above that's a medium, and then you got U.S. Penitentiaries.
Mayorkas, you deserve to go to a U.S. Penitentiary for what you did.
You're guilty of treason.
I am a big believer in drumhead trials.
Right, on this one.
This is not complicated.
So, Mayorkas, bro, preserve your documents and lawyer up.
Ray, same thing.
Preserve your documents and lawyer up.
You just sent the biggest signal in the world you're petrified, and you should be petrified.
Let me play.
Can I play the clip for Fox?
I got the Carly Bonet join me.
Maybe I got to wait till the break.
I'll wait till the break and I'll just rant.
I got Carly up.
Solomon's going to join me here in MTG. We got a lot we're going through.
I want to make sure that you play the clip.
Let's go and play the clip.
I'll bring Carly in.
unidentified
He is going for him.
If the ethic things becomes, if they can feel as though they can live with the, whatever ethic revelations come out.
And he gets in front of people.
He is such a strong communicator.
And if he could tone it down and say, that's the old me.
I was a firebrand in the house.
But the way I'm going to approach the Department of Justice is this.
It might make people pause and say, maybe people can have a different approach for a different job.
steve doocy
Here's the thing.
The Trump transition team, you look at the big screen, there isn't the kind of headlines around any of those that you see around Matt Gaetz.
And the constant drip, drip, drip every day of some new revelation, the Trump team's got to be thinking, you know, maybe this wasn't such a good idea.
We don't want to be spinning our wheels.
We don't want the distraction.
We would like to hit the ground running.
You know, like I said a moment ago, If there's a confirmation hearing, it won't be for two months.
Do they really want this to be dragged through the mud for two months?
unidentified
The front page in the New York Times says this.
Federal inquiry traced payments from Gates to Woman.
A document prepared by the federal investigators bolsters claims by women who say they were hired for sex.
And then they go into it first during the New York Times.
So if this happens for the next two months, it might be too much.
All right, so...
steve doocy
It's a lie.
unidentified
Y'all, yesterday...
steve bannon
Okay, let me have it.
Carly Bonet, Carly, I've got a minute on this side.
I'm going to hold you.
You put up on Getter, I think, in the pre-dawn hours that, hey, you have a strong sense, since you're the watch officer over at Midnight Rider, that the Murdochs have flipped on Gates and don't want Gates and are going to confront President Trump on this.
Am I correct in what your thinking is, ma'am?
unidentified
They're going to pull a cabin off.
But guess what?
You guys killed Me Too when half the Democrat Party, most of the Democrat Party, the whole campaign for Kamala Harris was a ditty party.
So it doesn't play anymore.
No one's buying it.
steve bannon
Carly, why don't you hang on for one second?
We got Carly Bonet, the food and beverage director over at Midnight Writer.
That's from Casino.
That means the head person.
The person behind the scenes that makes it happen.
Carly Bonet from the Telegram channel, the great Telegram channel, the Midnight Writer.
We're going to take a short commercial break.

unidentified
Your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, also home title lock.
Make sure we cannot have any...
We need everybody at the ramparts.
So now is not the time to have a major financial problem.
And if somebody gets hold of your title...
And monetizes it, your life is about to turn into a whole big mess of headaches.
Because the hard money lunges these guys go to, they don't want to hear your tale of, well, I didn't know.
Tough break for a swell guy or gal.
Give me my money at the high interest rates.
Pay it back on the cash you never got.
Think about that for a second.
Think about somebody who took a $100,000 second out on your house.
They got the $100,000 proceeds.
You got stuck with paying it back and couldn't get out of it.
Would your life change?
Yeah, I would.
Big league.
Wouldn't have time to be at the ramparts.
Probably taking on a couple, three other jobs.
Besides having the anxiety.
It's all simple.
Just go Natalie Dominguez.
I think we're trying to get Natalie on today.
At HomeTitleLock.com.
Go check it out today.
So, Carly, you're a student of Fox because you, in one man's opinion, maybe put up a couple, three too many clips from Fox.
But, hey, that's just one schmendrick on your site of hundreds of thousands of people, opinion.
But you study this.
unidentified
Why?
steve bannon
And it takes a lot.
You've got to go pretty deep in the woods to hit your tripwire.
But you hit the tripwire today because you said, hey, they're opposing President Trump's selections.
They're specifically starting to trash talk Gates.
But this shows they don't want President Trump to have the ability to pick his own team.
So how did you derive that, ma'am?
unidentified
Well, they go after Gates.
You have to understand, for some reason, Trey Gowdy has a show.
And the only reason I see that is because of Paul Ryan.
Now, if you know Paul Ryan, best friends with who is Matt Gates' nemesis, McCarthy.
McCarthy.
Okay, so this is what's happening.
They're putting up the little firewall.
They're also the channel that was going all rah-rah pom-poms for Nikki Haley.
And now Nikki Haley is going around town.
She's all burnt.
And Bird Brain is trash-talking Tulsi Gabbard.
So now you're starting to see what's bubbling up.
Okay, they try to hide it.
Yeah, we're pro-Trump.
Everybody watch our channel and this and that.
But now it's getting personal.
And they're going after individuals.
And you see different channels.
Like, what is it?
MSNBC. Oh, you know, Brendan, we can't have Tulsi Gabbard.
We can't have certain FBI people in there.
And now you see what Fox is doing.
Remember, before one name was given for the transition appointments...
They were pushing Nikki Haley.
Oh, Nikki Haley will change things.
And now that they're not getting what they want, now it's full-blown trash talking.
They really don't want Matt Gaetz.
They don't want him.
That's too bad.
Better live with that.
It's going to happen.
steve bannon
I love it.
How do people get to your Telegram channel because the Midnight Riders, how you put those clips up?
You and CFP, Kane, are two maniacs because you guys work 20 hours a day.
The clips you're putting up all day.
I might make an observation that maybe one too many Fox clips, but hey, the channel's fantastic.
Where do people go to sign up because it's totally free?
unidentified
Well, it's really funny what's happening to me at Midnight Rider over on Telegram.
Guys, I have to apologize again.
Telegram has taken down my chat that went along with my Telegram channel for some reason.
Supposedly it was mass reported.
Meanwhile, there's like hundreds of fake accounts.
So beware, guys.
There's only one real Midnight Rider.
I'm trying to get the chat back for everybody.
So please be patient.
I also have Karluska P over on X and Carly Bonet on Getter and on Truth Social.
So you can find me there, too.
But the clips are always coming out.
I do this all day long.
It's a labor of love.
You know, I'm clipping the war room as I'm speaking to you.
That's how dedicated I am.
It never ends.
steve bannon
As my staff knows, I'm always saying, hey, how does Carly get the great clips up before we do?
But hey, Carly, you're fantastic.
We love the channels.
One more time, on X, on Getter, we got you, but where do they get you on X? On Twitter?
unidentified
On Twitter, it's Karluska, K-A-R-L, yeah, there it is, R-L-U-S-K-A, capital P. Please, all those other accounts are fake.
They're trying to sell you Bitcoin, please, or fake coin, I should say.
So please be careful out there, guys.
A lot of scammers.
steve bannon
Ma'am, thank you so much.
Appreciate you.
My pleasure.
Carly Bonet.
She's seen it because she's watching all day long.
Fox is definitely...
Fox is definitely...
Of course, they're never worth Trump.
You see the Nikki Haley's.
They run their scams all the time.
And she's absolutely correct.
Paul Ryan's on the board.
I don't know how a guy's on the board of a publicly traded company and dumping all over a candidate.
John Solomon, you're on here.
We had an Ashley Babbitt story you're breaking, but I've got to ask you, brother, because you're the top investigator in town.
Ray and Mayorkas just decide they're just not going to come up and testify.
In what universe does that work, sir?
john solomon
It doesn't.
And they'll probably begin content proceedings and there'll be a new Justice Department next year that won't give them a pass like they gave Merrick Garland and others a pass in the past.
And so, yeah, listen, it's extraordinary.
It's an incredible thumb at the nose of the Constitution, the separation of the powers.
And it tells you that they don't want to answer the questions that Congress legitimately has about their conduct and leadership of these two agencies.
So it's not surprising to me, but it's going to be, I think you'll see, contempt proceedings.
And what will happen is the clock's run out this year, right?
So they'll re-subpoena them in January.
And at that point, there'll be a new Congress, and then the contempt proceeding is, and there'll be a new Justice Department.
And we'll see if those two men change their mind when they're facing the penalty of a contempt charge.
steve bannon
Did Chris Wray just give Trump the ammunition of firing?
john solomon
I lost you, Steve.
steve bannon
Did Chris Wray just give Trump the ammunition to fire him?
Because remember, he's got a tenure.
He's there for another two or three years.
But they are doing interviews, as you know, for FBI directors.
But there's this thing about what basis do you make to fire him?
Did Chris Wray just give Donald Trump the grounds to terminate him as FBI director?
john solomon
It's probably too early to tell, right?
And maybe the American people feel like they want to fire Chris Ray because they want the answers, right?
This is the people's chamber.
They're entitled to get their information.
And I think the fact that a director who derives his salary from congressional appropriations and who derives his power from the Constitution and from the United States American people, to have them say, we're just not going to come and cooperate with you, I think is pretty extraordinary.
The dynamics are going to be very different on January 20th at noon than they are right now.
It could be that these two men don't want to answer questions while Joe Biden is still in office and they'll be more cooperative afterwards.
But it is an extraordinary moment where people who get their salary and the congressional appropriations and their authority from Congress and the Constitution aren't willing to participate in oversight.
It hasn't happened very often in my time, and I think we John, the assassin of Ashley Babbitt, you're breaking a story today on him.
steve bannon
Tell me about the story.
john solomon
So, a lot of questions have surfaced.
Why was Michael Byrd the officer protecting the chamber?
He was a lieutenant at the time.
It's unusual for a lieutenant to sort of be in an operational role.
And what was his record like before he got to that moment where that fatal shot was shot at Ashley Babbitt?
Now, remind everybody that the Capitol Police have concluded that that shooting was a justified shooting even though Ashley Babbitt was unarmed.
What we found out is that the Capitol Police had multiple internal affairs investigations of now Captain Byrd.
They've promoted him since he shot Ashley Babbitt to Captain now.
multiple investigations going back to 2004 that sustained or found evidence of serious wrongdoing, often involving firearms.
In 2004, an investigation concluded he fired his gun at a car that was fleeing because it was a stolen car that fled the scene.
He told police he tried to protect himself because he got run over, but the police determined the car had long passed him, and he shot into the back of the car fleeing, which was a conclusion that he had fired his gun without justification.
He was recommended for prosecution to Maryland state prosecutors who declined prosecution.
He appealed the finding of the Internal Affairs Unit at the Capitol Police that he violated procedures, and for some reason, the appeals board overturned the finding.
But it is not in doubt that the evidence showed he shot at a car as it was fleeing.
Officers are not supposed to do that unless they're in danger.
In 2015 he had an altercation at a football game, was found to have engaged in conduct unbecoming an officer.
In 2019, just two years before he shot Ashley Babbitt, he left his service revolver in the bathroom for nearly an hour where it was accessible to the public.
So multiple instances where questions about his handling of a gun are an issue.
And then, of course, in 2021. Tomorrow, you're going to get to see what the Democrats did to reward Michael Byrd after he shot Ashley Babbitt.
We got a whole other story tomorrow.
unidentified
Wow.
steve bannon
Solomon, how do people get to the site and what's your social media brother?
john solomon
JustinNews.com and Jay Solomon reports on all platforms.
steve bannon
Thank you, my man, and thank you.
We did a great job together, Natalie.
The sunny blonde, according to New York Magazine.
I had.
John Solomon.
john solomon
It was a blast being out with you.
Did you see the numbers?
12 million people watched you, Steve.
12 million people watched that newscast that night.
That's insane.
steve bannon
Insane.
It was a great night.
It was a great night.
You were fantastic.
john solomon
Proud to be with you that night.
Thanks for having me on.
steve bannon
And people forget you started as an election analyst and you're so dialed in everywhere.
John, appreciate you coming on, man.
john solomon
It was a blast.
Back at you.
Thanks for having me on.
steve bannon
Took Solomon back to his early roots.
That was a good night.
Yeah, we haven't talked about it.
12 million viewership that night.
Not too shabby.
The word posse grows and grows and grows.
And I didn't get a lot of sponsor pitches in there.
So tied up with the news.

All of it.
In fact, gold is a hedge in turbulent times.
Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
Short commercial break.
MTG on the other side.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
steve bannon
So I think we're down to it.
And to show you the appreciation that the capital markets, global capital markets have for this audience in this show, we're the lead on Bloomberg right now about the comments I made at the start of the show about Mark Rowan, who's a very smart guy.
He's a brilliant guy and really understands capital markets.
But he is a guy that's been at Apollo for many, many decades.
And I just said that I just don't see how you pick an Apollo guy.
To be your Secretary of Treasury when we've got this whole process we have to go through.
MTG is going to join us here in a second.
She's been designated a subcommittee head to work with Vivek and Elon at Doge.
As we had pay a letter at the beginning, Russ Vogt looks like he's going to be named, one of our contributors named as the director of OMB, which is another massively important point.
And then you've got the whole appropriations process.
Treasury Secretary, and I think right now as I see it, with vote being named OMB, you've got Treasury Secretary in NEC, and then you've got FBI, Deputy FBI. These are massive appointments, of course, a lot over the Pentagon and DHS at that kind of second tier level.
The other big one's OPM is another massive one that kind of controls with Sergio Gort at the White House.
The presidential personnel interacts with OPM, which kind of controls everybody going into the administration, into the bureaucracy.
So you got Walsh, you got Besant.
I think Besant's put out the plan, at least of everything that we've looked at.
All the interviews and everything they put forward, he's been pretty out front of what the plan is.
And that plan is a, I think, and he argues a case pretty succinctly, the last chance for a supply side, a supply side driven from the production side, not the consumption side.
Of both tax cuts and cuts in federal spending.
Congressman MTG joins us.
She has just been named.
Look, you have been a warrior about these cuts.
I think it's fantastic that you're going to be working with those.
So first off, tell us what it is.
How are you going to interact?
Is this going to be a real subcommittee or is this simply a press release, ma'am?
marjorie taylor greene
This is a real subcommittee, and I'm very excited about this opportunity, Steve.
This is the whole reason why I ran for Congress.
I ran for Congress to gut the federal government of waste, fraud, and abuse and get rid of the unelected bureaucrats and the horrible spending and ridiculous programs that have brought us to $36 trillion in debt.
I also ran for Congress to make sure that we pass President Trump's agenda, and that was back in 2020. You know, I was one of those people that was upset about Paul Ryan and about how the Republican-controlled Congress never got Trump's agenda done.
Well, this is an opportunity, being the chair of a subcommittee on DOGE, where I will finally get to work on the very things that led me to run for Congress in the first place.
It's also one of the most important things we can get done in the Trump administration.
And this is a one-time opportunity through President Trump and his appointment for Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to lead up this Doge Commission.
This is going to be almost two-year process going into July of 2026. It will be an entire process.
But the subcommittee on oversight is an extremely important piece because this is the way Congress can work hand in hand to expose everything that needs to be exposed.
Things that people have heard about but they've never seen.
And we can do that through this subcommittee on oversight.
steve bannon
But here's the thing.
You made your bones in this space.
I realize you're talking.
I'm a small businessman.
I run a construction business.
I do all this.
But you made your bones on a global basis, like front page of the Financial Times, because you're the first person to step up there and go, hey, yo, this Ukraine situation.
I want an accounting.
If we're going to pass this, which you always voted against, but if they're going to steamroll me, I'm at least going to make sure there's an accounting.
Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but since January 2023, you've been in the majority.
So I want people to understand, and this is what DOGE, this is what OMB is doing, and pilot it with the impoundment of the funds, it's the appropriation process.
We can talk all we want, but you went up...
And I need you to tell people, when you sat there and said, hey, now we control it, let's have the accounting.
Have you gotten your accounting yet, Congressman Green?
Have you seen where all the money went, the $250 billion we sent over to the Ukraine, ma'am?
marjorie taylor greene
Yeah, you know, Steve, I did.
I fought for the audit on the money, our U.S. tax dollars that are going to fund Ukraine, and I never really got the answers, and that's because they don't have the answers to give.
They cannot find the money.
As a matter of fact, not only can they not find the money, they can't find many of the weapons and resources that our country has given to Ukraine.
But we're in a position now where we're watching this war be escalated because of NATO.
With Joe Biden, and I don't think it's really Joe Biden.
I think it's people probably at the DOD and at the State Department and Pentagon that have given the green light to these long-range missiles being used by Ukraine into Russia.
And then we've seen Britain join right in there and allow their long-range missiles to be used by Ukraine into Russia.
And then, of course, overnight while we all slept, we saw the escalation continue where Russia has now bombed Ukraine extensively.
And it's probably going to get worse.
And this is I see this escalation as the most dangerous thing happening right now in the 60 days that we have leading into President Trump's administration.
It's reckless.
And as a matter of fact, I think that this is something that is definitely going to have to be investigated when we finally are in control.
I agree with Thomas Massey, Keith Self, and some others that have said that Joe Biden should be impeached because of this.
But I don't think impeaching Joe Biden would be enough, and it certainly wouldn't stop it, because it's really the people that are working in his administration are the ones that are allowing this to happen.
He's just a figurehead at this point.
But for an outgoing administration to escalate a dangerous war like this is the most horrible thing that could happen.
steve bannon
But we have mechanisms that are...
First of all, you try to get an audit, and they blew you off, and you didn't really have a lot of support because, as you know, the cardinals on the appropriation side from the Defense Department kind of control the deal.
So they blow you off, say, hey, MTG, we don't really know where he sent the money.
Right?
We don't know where we sent it.
We think we sent it.
We know where we sent the weapons.
I mean, you're a kind of a tribune of the people saying, look, it's bad enough we sent it, but at least we have to have an accounting for it.
They could care less.
Here, you do have the War Powers Act.
I mean, I would think that Speaker Johnson and Scalise and the leadership are saying, this thing, you nailed it.
It's spinning out of control, and they're escalating without any authority to escalate.
And now they're getting us directly into combat With the Russian people.
Is there any sense with your colleagues that we kind of enforce the War Powers Act, enforce Biden or Sullivan or Blinken or somebody, General Austin, to come to Congress and actually make the case for what's happening in these 60 days?
Because MTG, as you know, and we talked about, they're jamming up President Trump.
This is what it's all about.
He's got a peace plan of how to lay down the weapons and make peace over there, and they're jamming him up that he can't do it, ma'am.
marjorie taylor greene
Yeah, you know, Steve, Tucker Carlson put out a post, I think it was yesterday, and he was saying, why isn't anyone talking about this?
Well, that's the problem.
No one is talking about it.
You know, while they're pursuing their Kavanaugh-style witch hunt against Matt Gaetz...
coming after Pete Hegseth and others, and RFK especially, they're trying to stop these nominations, and that's what's reigning the news cycle with the slow drip against those guys to build up the most salacious headlines that we've seen since Brett Kavanaugh's hearings in the Senate. and that's what's reigning the news cycle with the slow The problem is no one is talking about this, but you're right.
This is creating a massive, massive situation for President Trump to deal with on day one.
But I've got to tell you, Steve, I have all the faith in President Trump and his ability to end the foreign wars when he comes in.
But it's a long 60 days.
And I think that we have to bring accountability against these unelected bureaucrats that are leading us into World War III. And that's what I look to be able to do, being the chair of the oversight subcommittee on DOGE. Congressman, where do people go to follow you?
steve bannon
People are very excited today that you got this subcommittee and they'll be working directly with Vivek and Elon Musk as we try to deconstruct the administrative state and they couldn't think of a better warrior.
Hopefully in this, you'll finally get your audit.
I think if people would feel very comfortable, someone like you that's been on this from day one, Was finally over in the Pentagon working with these people saying no.
That you don't know where the money went is not a good enough answer.
I need some details.
Just like you used to run your construction and building business, you demand the answers.
And I think people are still standing there because I think 10 to 20 percent of that got skimmed right off the top and went into villas in the south of France.
So where do people go to follow you, ma'am?
marjorie taylor greene
That's right, Steve.
You can follow me on my account, RepMTG.
That's my official account.
And that's probably the best place to go.
But Steve, you're absolutely right.
It's not only about the audit, but it's finding the places where we can cut the programs and building the case for the American people and also for the Doge Commission where we can actually get this done in President Trump's next administration.
And I'm so excited to be a part of that.
steve bannon
Congressman Green, congratulations.
Good on you.
Thank you for coming.
marjorie taylor greene
Thanks, Steve.
steve bannon
This is coming together, and it's all of a piece.
Because remember, on the budget, we can't continue to have these trillion to trillion and a half to two trillion dollar deficits because that just adds to the face amount of the debt.
And that word goes back, as we've been telling you, to the financing of that.
One third of it gets financed.
Charlie Gasparino, you know, over at Fox, caught on today, as we've told you for now, over a year.
They're financing this short term.
You know, they're doing 90 day bills or they're doing six months and rolling it.
Because they didn't want to do it in 10s and 30s, which you should do, because they're afraid they'd drive up prices, and this was all about the November 5th election.
Now, after, it's going to be a nightmare.
It's so obvious what's happening in this city, the imperial capital.
The entrenched administrative state and deep state have no intention of Trump coming in here and having any kind of success.
They don't.
From the all-night sessions in the Senate about the judges to these huge fights now on Capitol Hill about even testimony and what's coming across the southern border to this escalation in Ukraine.
And I would say, Speaker Jonathan Scalise, it's time now to use your powers as a forcing function.
The American people need to see this.
We have not enforced the War Powers Act.
You have to force Biden to come forward and say exactly what's going on.
A guy he gets is Jim Rickards.
I know people love him.
Come on to show one of the contributors.
Hey, maybe one of the last contributors doesn't go into the administration or the White House.
Jim is fantastic.
Global capital markets, geopolitics, intelligence.
He knows it all.
He's got all these newsletters.
He's got books and a whole bevy of newsletters from Paradigm Press.
Meltdown24.
I wanted to simplify it.
He's got a landing page.
Meltdown24.com.
Go check it out today.
And if you're interested, he's got these great news lists from the general.
He puts that, I think, every couple of weeks to more specifics.
So go check that out.
Also, my baby.
How do I stay jacked up in the morning to do those rants?
Get this news.

5,000 five-star reviews.
steve bannon
I mean, who has that?
The company's only been up for a couple of years.
You'll see.
Read the reviews.
We're a coffee aficionado.
And here's what I love about what the guys at Warpath did.
They've taken so long to make sure they get the right beans and then do the right roasting that it's not bitter.
Particularly dark roasts.
One of the things in dark roasts is, I can't take dark roasts because it's too bitter.
No, this is not.
You don't need cream and sugar.
You can appreciate this like you would a fine wine or a good champagne.
That's how good it is.
That's how we get fired up in the morning.
Warpath.coffee.
And put in War Room, you get a 15% discount.
Think about that for a second.
Short commercial break.
We're going to return in the war room in just a moment.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
Okay, there's so much going on.
steve bannon
The 5 o'clock show.
5 to 7 is going to already be packed because there's so much going on coming from the Trump transition, plus what's on my Capitol Hill and an update on the Senate, the judges, every branch of government here.
And MTG is right, this metastasizing war in Ukraine.
This is obscene.
Not just what Biden, Jake, some of these guys are, what we're allowing to have happen.
This does not have to happen.
This is my whole point up here.
You've got enough tools in the toolbox.
Use them.
Just don't whine about it.
Just don't sit there and go, Biden's, oh, they got, you know, we're launching long-range American-made missiles, I think, with American technicians.
I'm just saying.
I don't know how they're doing the fire control without them.
You know, inquiring minds want to know.
But then Russia and ICBM, now they're denying it, but hey, never been fired in anger.
I don't know, folks.
This is escalating pretty quickly.
Maybe I would force...
They just gave you a big F-you today.
Ray and Mayorkas on the board.
Hey, not happening.
How about this?
We're not coming.
That tells you everything you need to know.
They're not going to come up there and address the American people.
And now they're protesting.
Why?
They know Trump has a peace plan.
They're going to say, you got a peace plan, big guy, tough guy, you got one.
We're going to box you in a corner.
We're going to jam you up.
This is all about jamming up President Trump.
And we have the tools to unjam it, but you've got to get on with it.
Natalie Dominguez joins us home title.
Look, we can't afford any of the Posse members.
They're doing such an amazing job of keeping this rolling, manning the ramparts.
We can't have them, you know, having their title monetized by bad guys.
You've got a couple of vignettes.
Can you share them with us, please, ma'am?
unidentified
Yeah, great to be back as always, you guys.
So these last couple of weeks, we've received multiple reports coming out of Ohio, where Cleveland police told investigators that they've received more than a dozen reports of title fraud cases just in the recent months.
And I want to talk about two of them today.
The first case, Three men have been indicted for use of forged documents to steal and then sell properties across Cleveland and Garfield Heights.
According to court records, they got away with four of these home frauds, and they were only found out because one of the legitimate property owners was attempting to sell one of the properties.
Days away from closing the home, you know, title companies doing their job looking to make sure they're the legitimate homeowner when, oh, just kidding, his name's not on the title, so they had to Stop the sale and go to the county and figure that out.
Prompt the investigation.
They had to stop the entire sale.
Now the legitimate homeowner is dealing with a huge mess.
Not only losing their sale, but also trying to get their home back in their name.
One of the other cases, although the store Story just recently surfaced.
The landlord and legitimate property owner has been dealing with the aftermath of a fraudulent sale of three of his vacant properties for almost five years.
And the same thing, criminals transferred the property out of their name using quick claim deeds and then sold them behind his back.
And since then, he's only been able to recover one of the three properties, has spent upwards of $30,000 trying to get them all back, and they've attempted to file criminal charges multiple times, but nothing's stuck, and they're still pursuing the civil charges, which is just, I don't know.
Did that seem fair to you at all?
I don't think so.
steve bannon
Does not.
How do people now, how do they get information, understand the nightmares that are out there potentially?
Where do they go so that you can get people up the learning curve on how they protect themselves, ma'am?
unidentified

steve bannon
