This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

|
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen. | ||
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

|
MAGA Media. | |
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

|
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

War Room. | |
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
It's Friday, 8 November, Year of the Lord, 2024.
Thank you for joining us here at the Late Afternoon, Early Evening Show, a massive news week, historic news week.
Natalie Winters here as my co-host for the next couple of hours.
We've got a lot to go through.
I want to start with Mike Davis.
Mike, here's where I want to start.
I don't think we even have any clips because the mainstream media does not want to report this at all.
And that is not about your controversy between you and the Attorney General of New York.
We'll get to that maybe towards the end.
Jim Jordan today sent Jack Smith a Preserve Your Documents letter.
In fact, if we can put that letter...
Up on the screen, I'd appreciate it.
Also, I believe there's active discussion, I think even Jordan brought it up, of a special prosecutor to be named by the Trump administration to look into all this.
This is massively, massively important for a number of reasons.
Number one, shows we're going on offense.
Number two, that the House is getting involved.
Walk us through what's going on, Mike.
Well, I'm glad that the House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan's actually taken these important steps.
We've been talking about this for two and a half years since the Mar-a-Lago raid that this what the Biden-Harris White House and Justice Department and their allies in New York and Atlanta and Arizona have done is unprecedented republic-ending lawfare and election interference and Jack Smith proved That it was election interference.
Remember, before the election, he said, election be damned, election be damned.
The election has no factor into what we're doing with this prosecution.
And then when President Trump beat Kamala Harris like a drum on Tuesday, then the next day, the Biden-Harris Justice Department leaked out that Jack Smith was shutting down his office.
And they just filed a motion with the court and a D.C. Obama judge Tanya Shuckin, I think, has granted it to stay all the deadlines until a status conference in a couple weeks.
Look, they've exposed their hands.
Jack Smith has been very clear now that this was blatant lawfare And election interference.
And as I've been saying all along, there must be severe legal, political, and financial consequences.
And it needs to happen at the Justice Department, through the Office of Professional Responsibility, through a probe, a criminal probe.
Maybe President Trump should file civil lawsuits for this obvious violation of his civil rights and other torts against him.
I'm glad that the House is going to investigate this.
I call on My former boss, Senator Chuck Grassley from Iowa, who's going to be the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee again to resume his aggressive oversight that he's done such a good job Of handling in President Trump's first term to really ramp it up because we saw this lawfare, this election interference, this weaponization of law enforcement and intel agencies on steroids during the Biden-Harris administration.
These are Republican in tactics.
This is unacceptable. | ||
We need to make sure that this never happens again.
And Mike, the color revolution apparatchiks are in meltdown about the idea of this Jack Smith case being thrown out.
Norm Eisen tweeting today, this is the opposite of how to oppose autocracy.
Evidence and experience counsel that Smith should push forward pending January 20th.
I'm curious your thoughts directionally where you think...
This lawfare sort of ends up, in other words, obviously they're doubling down on pushing back via civil society, but what sort of becomes the new railhead?
Is it the ACLU? What entity do you think they will weaponize now to go after Trump?
Well, and that's why accountability is so important.
This is why the Trump 47 Justice Department, House Judiciary Committee, Senate Judiciary Committee, and others need to aggressively pursue this.
So this never happens again.
Norm Eisen, it seems, is part of a criminal conspiracy against rights under Section 18 U.S.C. Section 241.
When you have Private citizens colluding with government actors to violate the constitutional rights of Americans.
That is a very serious civil rights felony under our federal civil rights statutes, 18 U.S.C. section 241 and 242 under color of law, conspiracy and color of law.
And look what they've done.
We have evidence. | ||
Uncontroverted evidence that Biden and his White House have their fingerprints on all four of these unprecedented criminal prosecutions.
You had Jonathan Suh, Biden's deputy White House counsel, release President Trump's claim of executive privilege on behalf, waive it, on behalf of President Biden, which led to Jack Smith, the Mar-a-Lago raid, the indictment.
Down in Mar-a-Lago for presidential records, Trump's allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act the bogus January 6th indictment in D.C. You had Matthew Colangelo going from the number three office in the Biden Justice Department to Alvin Bragg's office to bring that bogus indictment, the first indictment ever, for the non-crime of a businessman settling a nuisance claim.
And somehow that was 34 campaign finance felonies.
And then there's the Fulton County case with Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade On January 6th, they indicted Trump and 18 others.
Nathan Wade was dumb enough to bill his time for his meetings with the Biden-Harris White House, including the White House counsel.
16 hours, $250 an hour, $4,000.
It clearly had to be about Trump's case or he could not have billed his time.
This is what needs to be probed by House Judiciary, Senate Judiciary, and the Trump 47 Justice Department.
This is very serious. | ||
Again, this is a continuation of Crossfire Hurricane.
This is because Hillary got caught with her illegal home server with our nation's most classified secrets.
And more problematically, the Clinton Foundation pay for play foreign bribery schemes when she's Secretary of State.
The Russians hacked it.
They thought that hack was coming out before the 2016 election, so they made up Crossfire Hurricane.
They made up the Russian collusion hooks.
They lied to the FISA court.
They spied on a presidential candidate.
They spied on the President of the United States.
They hobbled his presidency.
They did it again with Hunter Biden's laptop.
And the whole point of this lawfare is because Trump declassified Crossfire Hurricane the day before he left office.
They didn't publicly release it.
And so that's what this lawfare is all about.
This must be investigated.
These are the intel agencies, law enforcement agencies colluding with Hillary's campaign, including Perkins Coie with the Steele dossier, to take out a presidential candidate, to take out a president of the United States.
You can't get worse than that.
That's the biggest scandal in American history.
Some of the engine room is already reaching out to me saying, hey, we've seen this thing before with Jim Jordan.
Isn't this just a strongly worded letter, Mike Davis?
Well, fortunately, the Republicans took over the Senate because President Biden beat Kamala Harris like a drum.
And we picked up several Senate seats that we probably may not have picked up if President Trump didn't run a decisive campaign, just an unbelievably good campaign.
And so we're going to have Chairman Chuck Grassley As the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and he is the best congressional investigator in American history.
He's the one who uncovered Russian collusion during the first term.
It's not going to be hard for him to continue that investigation.
I would just encourage the House Judiciary Committee Remember, they had the weaponization subcommittee.
I hope they learn their lesson.
I really do want Jim Jordan to succeed and not just have six staffers sitting around the chairman's office sending out tweets.
Actually staff up with lawyers and actually do the weaponization committee and do it right this time when you're gonna have a cooperative executive branch that is gonna turn over the documents to the House and to the Senate so we can get to the bottom of this.
This needs to happen. | ||
This is the most important thing that these congressional committees can be doing.
Other than confirming Trump's judges They need to be doing this oversight.
They need to make sure that the law enforcement agencies and intel agencies can never be politicized and weaponized again against the duly elected president of the United States.
That is the very definition of a dictatorship.
You have these deep state actors who think it's their job to protect the American people from the elected president of the United States.
That is unacceptable. | ||
Mike, can you hang on one second?
I want to drill down on this more and also Pennsylvania and other things, but we've got a time issue here.
I want to bring in Julie Kelly for a second.
Julie, the letter from Jordan to Jack Smith, this is something you've been fighting for a long time to have make happen.
What do you make of it? | ||
Well, you have to, and obviously they're listening.
There is extensive evidence of prosecutorial misconduct out of that office related to the Washington case, but especially the classified documents case in southern Florida.
You and I have talked about this for months.
And he is telling him to preserve his records.
I'm sure he has been listening to your show, as you've said that to many Biden regime officials.
But look, that's fine to send a letter and say, preserve your documents.
They need to do something with it, though.
Because we know from the classified documents case that I covered in Florida, there was communication, collaboration, dare we say conspiracy, between the Biden White House, General Counsel Jonathan Hsu, top officials at the National Archives, including David Ferrero and Gary Stern, the lawyer there, And DOJ officials in 2021 to concoct a documents case against Donald Trump.
At first, it appeared they were trying to concoct a destruction of documents case because, of course, David Ferrero, the Obama appointee, Trump hater, who called January 6th the worst day of his life, head of the archives, demanding records from Donald Trump's team immediately.
And after Donald Trump That's when they came up with the, you know, withholding national defense information records.
There's extensive evidence that they, that Dexmas team and FBI investigators, mishandled, tampered with, and possibly destroyed records evidence in that case.
There's evidence of witness pampering, threatening witnesses trying to get Walt Nauta atop personal aid to Donald Trump to flip and become a government cooperator, and misleading the court numerous times.
Jay Bratt was called out by Judge Cannon for misrepresenting the facts of the case to her in her courtroom.
So there's plenty for House Republicans, if they're serious, to investigate and pursue criminal charges We need to
see all of that. | ||
Julie, what is your social media?
I know you've got a new article up as of yesterday.
This thing's just coming online.
It's exploding as the heads of the established order blow up.
Where do people get you, ma'am?
My article on Jack Smith and proof of his criminality misconduct is that declassified with Julie Kelly at my sub stack.
Also, Real Clear Investigations.
I've done a ton of reporting on Jack Smith's work, especially in the Florida case.
That's Real Clear Investigations.
And then Twitter, at Julie underscore Kelly, too.
I will have a lot more on this.
Telling, advising House Republicans, maybe Senate Republicans, where they need to look.
At the special counsel's misconduct and what they should pursue.
I see an advisor. | ||
I see a senior advisor to the committee or maybe even to the special prosecutor.
Julie Kelly! | ||
Bring in the heat! | ||
Thank you, ma'am. | ||
Appreciate you. | ||
Special counsel Aileen Cannon.
unidentified
|
That's what we should ask for.
Amen. | ||
Thank you, ma'am. | ||
We're going to drill down on this more about maybe a special prosecutor.
Okay, Natalie Winters is riding shotgun this afternoon.
We've got D. Mike Davis on the phone, one of the most controversial guys in America.
And that says something when Donald J. Trump is the president-elect of these good old United States of America.
Also, Caroline Wren, explosive news coming out of Arizona.
Also, Mark Elias has deployed his forces to Pennsylvania to fight provisional balances.
He's an election denier.
Mark Elias is an election denier.
All next. | ||
Okay, welcome back. | ||
I want to go to Arizona. | ||
By the way, James O'Keefe is dropping a new video with a Ruben Gallego aide.
It talks about Ruben Gallego hating Cary Lake, wants her to die, etc., etc., etc., etc.
Another one of these hidden videos from James O'Keefe.
We're going to put that up later.
We're going to go back to Mike Davis.
We've got so much happening on the legal side this afternoon.
Also, Bill McGinley is going to join us also about Pennsylvania and the Mark Elias election denial situation there.
But let's go to Arizona.
Caroline, you're actually back in the Mar-a-Lago working on transition, but you're keeping your finger on the pulse on the Cary Lake situation.
I think it's very smart.
Cary hasn't done a lot of media.
Charlie Kirk and his team have just done an amazing job.
Their nightly nerd fest on the stream is mesmerizing as they go through literally district by district.
But correct me if I'm wrong, something that looked like it was...
Just another wild goose chase.
It looks like now it could be real.
Is Cary Lake going to win this thing?
Yeah, Charlie and Tyler have been great.
They do live streams every night.
I would encourage people to tune in, and they're walking through the numbers.
And so the numbers are ending up exactly what we had always said they were going to be, which is that this was going to be a very tight race, despite the media constantly dropping polls, saying she's down 15 points.
No, it was always going to be tight.
So as of right now, we opened up down 9.5%.
Now, remember, against Katie Hobbs, we opened up down 17%, because those are all the first mail-in ballots to come in.
As of today, right now, we're down less than 40,000 votes, and that has gone down to 1.5%.
And anything under 0.5% triggers a recount, by the way.
And so, we just had, actually, in the last, I think, 20 minutes, a new Navajo County drop, where Kerry got 57% of the vote.
So we keep hitting the correct numbers.
In fact, there has not been a bad drop this entire time.
But what's incredible is there's still 725,000 votes outstanding in the state of Arizona.
And 450,000 of those are coming out of Maricopa.
We had a very good Maricopa drop this morning.
We expect that a large majority of those Maricopa drops to be good for us.
Then you have another 100,000 outstanding in Pima County.
Now, Pima County is obviously a more liberal area, so we need to make sure we don't bleed out too much there.
But then we have 53,000 outstanding votes in Yavapai County.
Yavapai is a huge Cary Lake stronghold, as is 25,000 in Yuma.
So right now, if you were to watch Charlie and Tyler, they are very bullish.
They're saying they think Cary wins this race by more than 1.5%, so even outside of actually what is a recount.
I'm cautiously optimistic just because I have PTSD from 2022 and going through this, and I just can't believe we have to do this.
Again, I can't believe the lack of communication out of these counties with these campaigns.
And so we are just at the mercy of waiting for these drops.
And so they told us there would be a big drop out of Maricopa this morning.
It was 24,000 votes, which is ridiculous.
We have 450,000 votes remaining out of Maricopa.
And they said we've got a big drop coming mid-morning, and it was literally 24,000.
So there's allegedly another drop.
But this is just going to continue to drip, drop, drip, drop until, you know, I don't know when.
Here's what I don't understand.
We went through this situation in 2020.
We went through this in other cities in 2022.
How could we be in 2024? | ||
And the rest of the states have got...
I mean, there's a little controversy in Pennsylvania, but we haven't even finished the count.
How could the state of Arizona still be...
Looks like we're going to go through Friday into Saturday and maybe longer still counting ballots.
How did that happen? | ||
Well, the Republican legislature sent multiple bills to Katie Hobbs to try and fix this, and she vetoed them.
That's how it happened.
So they stole the race from Kerry in 2022, and the current governor will not sign any of the bills to fix this.
So where do we stand? | ||
Are we curing these ballots quicker?
What's happening? | ||
Is there any time pressure on these people?
Walk me through that process, because I think it also gets a little confusing.
So 70 groups just sent a letter to ask for the curing deadline.
The curing deadline ends on Sunday.
But again, we're all still waiting on information list to cure.
But I got the list of who they- so they're demanding that that be extended.
It is every liberal group, like ACLU, Arizona, one Arizona, one voice, one vote, all these fraudulent groups.
That are asking to extend the curing.
That tells me one thing.
That tells me one thing that they are terrified and they know that Kerry's about to go up, that they're asking to extend.
The second thing it tells me is that Republicans are curing, I'm hearing, at a way higher rate.
So about three-fourths of the ballots right now that need to be cured are actually Dem ballots.
It's because we truly have an army.
Maricopa County Republican Club is doing an incredible job curing.
Turning Point of Action is curing.
In fact, if you want to help, you can go to tpaction.com slash cure.
And then we also have AFPI curing.
We have Elon's PAC, I hear, is curing.
We have an army of people curing, and we are curing at, like, you know, three-fourths the rate that they are.
And so that is why I just give up on Arizona judges.
I'm hearing that we're going to go to court over this, but I would imagine all those groups that just sued are going to get their way, because in Arizona, the Democrats always get their way.
But that just tells me, it tells me how terrified they are that they're trying to go in court over this.
What's the easiest way, if somebody wants to volunteer, what's the simplest way to call to learn how to and to become a ballot curation, ballot curing expert?
It is tpaction.com slash cure.
And then right now, too, we're trying to raise some money for the recount fund in preparation for having to do that.
And so if you go to kerrylake.com slash contribute, you can donate to be able to help with that.
Because just remember, this is going to end up within one point, one way or the other, one point.
And just remember that Mitch McConnell spent $400 million on all of these other Senate races and zero on kerrylake.
And we are going to end up Winning or losing this race by 10,000 votes, and no one spent a penny here.
Like, Club for Growth did help, I will say.
But that is how frustrating it is.
And the other thing we're up against, Steve, that's important, is guess what happens next, I believe, Monday or Tuesday?
They're forcing a vote for the next Senate leader.
So part of me thinks, are they trying to delay these results because they don't want Carrie Lake to be there to vote in that election?
And it's just, I mean, the things that we have to go through and Carrie Lake has to go through in Arizona, I just, I feel so terrible for her because she is the best candidate, the best human.
And my God, do we need her in D.C. right now to be there with President Trump and praying for the House majority.
And she will be such a just lightning rod and a fighter for this movement, for the war room posse.
And when she gets there, she will not owe anyone any money.
Anything other than Donald Trump and Turning Point USA, by the way, and the War Room Posse.
Those are the three. | ||
And then the people of Arizona, truly.
And it will be so freeing to see it.
But it's just, it's a, I'm not gonna lie to you, it's an emotional time right now, Steve.
It's a scary time having to go through this again.
But, you know, everyone keeps telling me to be optimistic.
But I am pessimistic because I am just terrified of what Maricopa is doing right now, what Pima County is doing right now, the lack of transparency, and just the experience from 2022.
So, everyone, we need your prayers, and we need you curing.
This is a replay of 2022.
I can understand why you have PTSD. Caroline, social media so people can keep up to speed on what you're doing.
It's at Caroline Wren on Twitter, Getter and Truth Social.
And again, if you go to Charlie Kirk or Tyler Bohr's page tonight, they do these great live updates every night, so I'd encourage you to go look at that as well.
And there'll be more drops allegedly tonight, so we'll keep putting them out.
Okay, ma'am. | ||
Thank you. | ||
Thank you. | ||
Davis, before we go back to...
I want to talk about the Jack Smith situation.
Isn't this just open up election fraud possibilities where we're now going to be three, four, five, six days after election that of a state like Arizona, a major state, are still counting and curing the ballots, sir?
How is it that the state of Florida can count all these ballots on election night and get results on election night?
Same with Texas, but these states where you have Democrat operatives and Rhinos running the operation, how does it take days and days and days?
It's just a terrible look for the people who pretend like they're defending democracy, that it takes this many days to count ballots.
It's just complete and utter nonsense.
I mean, we see this in Pennsylvania.
Dave McCormick has clearly won This Senate race in Pennsylvania, and then you have Mark Elias out there filing these bogus lawsuits.
Mark Elias is clearly an election denier.
The AP has called the race for David McCormick.
Why is Mark Elias being an election denier?
Do you think that what he's asking for on these provisional balance, we'll have McGinley up in a second, but do you think what he's asking for on the provisional balance is outside the norm?
Which he keeps telling us we've been outside the norm.
I mean, I think they're outside of the margin where they can actually win.
I mean, I think McCormick is up by so much just to try to say that McCormick can't declare victory is election denialism, right?
And look, this is one thing that this new Congress needs to work on.
Now that we have the presidency with Donald Trump and he delivered a strong majority in the Senate along with An expanded majority in the House of Representatives.
We really need to get election reform done this next Congress.
We need to pass the SAVE Act for proof of citizenship to make people who are registering to vote and voting prove that they are American citizens and to have voter ID and to have systems that don't take days to count votes.
Okay, Mike, hang on for one second.
Mike Davis is with us. | ||
There's things going all over the map from Pennsylvania to Arizona.
On the U.S. Senate side, there's a letter.
Preserve your documents from Jordan.
They're talking about a special counsel, special prosecutor.
Also, the states are trying to Trump-proof themselves.
We're getting to all of that.
We've got Mike Davis, Bill McGinley, Alex DeGrasse has got some amazing polling.
If I can track him down, guess what?
Guess who won the Defender of Democracy in the polling, post-election polling?
If you said Donald J. Trump, you would be correct.
Unbelievable. | ||
Democracy dies. | ||
The sound of freedom. | ||
The sound of freedom rings.
Short break. | ||
Back in a moment. | ||

... | |
ideas as well about liberal justice Sonia Sotomayor, who is also 70 right now.
Within hours of NBC calling the presidential race, I got a text, an unsolicited text from one official in the Biden administration saying, quote, Sonia Sotomayor needs to retire right now, unquote.
The reason is they're anxious.
They want Democrats to be able to confirm her while they still have power, that if she doesn't stay on the court for another four years, Trump could, could potentially extend that majority to seven to two.
Chris. | ||
Pockets of resistance are beginning to form.
Democratic state leaders, including attorneys general and governors, say they will stand as a protector for their constituents.
We will be prepared for whatever comes, and we will do everything in our power to defend the rights of Washingtonians, the people of this great state.
If you try to harm New Yorkers or roll back their rights, I will fight you every step of the way.
You come for my people. | ||
You come through me. | ||

|
California's Governor Gavin Newsom is calling for a special session of the legislature.
The head of the Federal Reserve asked if he would leave, should Trump ask him to, answered with a firm no.
Even the Pentagon, a nonpartisan agency bracing for a shake-up, sent a message that, quote, the U.S. military will stand ready to carry out the policy choices of its next commander-in-chief and to obey all lawful orders from its civilian chain of command.
All lawful orders. | ||
Hey, Pentagon dudes, so corrupt and incompetent over there.
We shall see. | ||
I actually am a big advocate of recalling Millie.
I think the first action you ought to take, recall Millie to active duty and let's court-martial him for treason.
Opening bid. | ||
Opening bid. | ||
Mike Davis. | ||
Let me start with Sotomayor.
Hang on. | ||
Natalie, let me get this right.
Are they actually proposing that she would step down now and they would actually get a new justice for the Supreme Court of the United States between now and the time that they get shown the door?
Is that what they're proposing?
Correct. | ||
You heard it. | ||
Just as they saw Trump was winning, Biden officials were texting MSNBC reporters saying Sotomayor needs to step down.
And this is a call that's certainly championed by the activist resistance type.
I was telling you, I've consumed like six hours of resistance content today.
And they're super on board with the idea of her stepping down.
But they also want Schumer to ram through a bunch of confirmations for other judges too, not just at the SCOTUS level.
Mike Davis, this is your specialty, brother.
What the hell is going on here?
Have they lost their minds?
I tweeted this out. | ||
We're going to have an Article 3 Project action page on this on Monday.
We're going to have the War Room Posse on Monday light up the Senate and tell these senators to grind these nominations to a halt.
We're not going to let the Senate confirm lifetime appointed judges to the federal bench when Kamala Harris got her ass handed to her on Tuesday.
And so did Senate Democrats, Chuck Schumer and the Senate Democrats.
The American people sent a very clear message that the Americans want President Trump and Senate Republicans, led by my former boss, Chuck Grassley from Iowa, who's going to be the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee again, to confirm President who's going to be the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee again, to confirm President Trump's
And the Article III project is going to play a key role in this, in helping President Trump pick and confirm his federal judges.
We look forward to rolling up our sleeves and doing that.
And I would say that, yeah, please do step down right now, Justice Sotomayor, because guess what?
The Senate's not going to have time to confirm you.
And that would be fantastic if President Trump Gets to fill Justice Sotomayor's vacancy starting on January 20th.
So I'm with these Democrats.
I think she should step down right now.
Well, she's also, I think it's pretty well known she's ill, right?
Or let's say this, she's not in perfect health.
But even tell me how, so the filibuster, people should know, do not work for federal judges.
Is that correct, Mike Davis?
51 votes get you a judge.
Am I correct in that? | ||
Yeah, correct. | ||
I mean, it would take at least 40 days from the nomination to the confirmation votes.
We are, what, we're 60 days out from the beginning of the new Congress, less than 60 days out from the beginning of the new Congress that starts at the beginning of January.
They're not going to be able to confirm a Supreme Court nominee because the Senate Republicans can and should grind the The Senate to a halt to prevent that from happening.
So yes, I agree with the Democrats.
Justice Sotomayor should step down for the good of the country, and then Senate Republicans should grind the Senate to a halt so we can replace Justice Sotomayor with Justice Eileen Cannon.
First of all, Sotomayor has not stepped down, but I think I think they're not—they understand the Supreme Court justice probably too much, but what about these other federal judges?
When you say grind to a halt, you know the Senate procedure is better than any.
In the Senate, you do have the opportunities for one senator to actually slow things down.
Is that correct? | ||
That's absolutely correct.
You can have one Senator grind the Senate to a halt.
And I think U.S. Senator Mike Lee would be a perfect person to do this.
He is my buddy. | ||
He's been great on this stuff.
So I call on Senator Mike Lee To serve as the tip of the spear in the Senate.
To grind the Senate to a halt.
So the Senate does not spend the next two months confirming Joe Biden and Kamala Harris' radical judicial nominees to the federal bench for the rest of their lives.
Do not give unanimous consent for anything.
Do not allow voice votes for anything.
Grind the Senate to a halt.
The American people have spoken.
On this Tuesday, they overwhelmingly voted for President Trump in a landslide.
He won all seven swing states.
They put a very strong majority of Senate Republicans in the Senate.
I think we're going to have 53 seats, maybe more.
So, Senator Mike Lee, you have been anointed by the Viceroy to grind the Senate to a halt, so we're not confirming Biden and Kamala's radical judicial nominees between now and January.
They had this problem before with the, what is it, the improbable Ginsburg, right, her thing, that she wouldn't step down when she had the shot, and then she died shortly after, and her legacy has been tainted about that.
Are they going to have the same situation here with Sotomayor?
Is her illness, or perceived illness, going to drive her off the Supreme Court next year?
I want to be very careful what I say here because I actually know Justice Sotomayor from my clerkship time there.
Personally, I have not heard that her health is dire like that.
So I don't think that that's – I think this is more the Democrats' I'm joking when I say she should step down.
She should not step down.
She should stay on the bench.
there's not time to replace her before Republicans take control of the Senate in the beginning of January and there's certainly not time to replace before Trump takes back the White House on January 20th.
I think this is wishful thinking on these Democrat operatives part.
California, Illinois, New York and Massachusetts have joined the rebels in the South for the state's rights movement as Is that what I'm seeing?
You've got guys that normally didn't consider themselves to have Confederate battle flags up, but man, they're preaching the gospel of states' rights, are they not, sir?
Well, it's amazing. | ||
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris got so many favorable rulings in the Supreme Court and the lower federal courts when Republicans tried to stop their mass invasion.
Remember, they went to the emergency doctor to the Supreme Court and got rulings favorable to the federal government when Texas Governor Greg Abbott tried to put up the buoys and the barbed wire across the Rio.
To keep out the migrant invasion.
So now these Democrat governors are going to have to live with those rulings when President Trump does what he promises, which is to wage the biggest mass deportation in American history.
So all you have to do, Steve and Natalie, is all we have to do is we're just going to say, okay, we're going to resettle these migrants in Martha's Vineyard until the courts decide these cases, until the Supreme Court's Until the Supreme Court resolves these cases, and guess what?
They will put these migrants on their private jets back to Guatemala that day.
So resettle them in Martha's Vineyard and in Georgetown and Logan Circle and all these other left-wing enclaves.
We're going to put the migrants there while these litigation matters proceed.
Last thing before I let you go, I want to thank you for taking the time on a Friday.
The Jim Jordan House is one thing.
A special prosecutor that goes after the weaponization of government and particularly focused immediately as Julie Kelly and you laid out beautifully at the start of the show.
The crimes of Jack Smith in trying to entrap President Trump.
Do you believe now that we ought to start to get the machinery going so that you actually are very early in President Trump's second term, like maybe the afternoon, the 20th of January, prepared to go ahead and name, start moving forward on a special prosecutor?
And work through all those issues between the judge in Florida and the judge in D.C., which kind of came down on two sides of the issue about who has to actually authorize this?
Look, there's no question that the Trump 47 Justice Department should open probes, both Office of Professional Responsibility and criminal probes, on this obvious criminal conspiracy against rights, 18 U.S.C. Section 241.
They have politicized and weaponized the Justice Department and these Democrat DA's offices, Tish James' office in New York to go after Trump.
His top aides like you, Steve Bannon, who went to the clink for four months.
Peter Duvall went to the clink for four months.
His supporters on January 6th who were politically persecuted under the Fisher decision.
Parents, FBI sicked after parents for, you know, being outraged by boys and girls bathrooms and the rapes that results.
And the pro-life Christians going to prison, a 75-year-old pro-life Christian going to prison under the FACE Act while they give amnesty to BLM and Antifa and Hamas and trans-terrorists and abortion industry activists from Planned Parenthood, the Biden family.
This is unacceptable, what they've done.
And I'm not trolling about this.
There have to be severe legal, political, and financial consequences.
They tried to bankrupt Trump.
They tried to throw him in prison for the rest of his life for non-crimes.
They tried to take off His head.
They tried to take him off the ballot first, and then they tried to take off his head.
They are panicking now because he actually beats all those odds, you're welcome, from the Article III projects and others that fought this lawfare for two and a half years and turned lemons into lemonade.
And now they're panicking, right?
And we need to make sure this never happens again.
And that means there has to be accountability.
Nobody is above the law.
And I say this as someone who is not going into the Trump administration.
I'm not going to be the AG. I'm not going to be the Viceroy.
I'm saying this as a very angry private citizen who is appalled by this weaponization of law enforcement and intel agencies.
Okay, we're going to get a new landing page, a new page over at Article 3 on Monday.
We're going to have you back on.
We'll send everybody there.
Where do they go in the interim, brother?
Article3project.org.
Article3project.org.

Mike Davis, thank you very much, brother.
Look forward to seeing you on Monday.
Thank you, sir, and Natalie.
We're going to take a short break, Natalie and Steve, in the Command Center.
Bill McGinley is going to join us.
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Mark Elias.
He's desperate for money, so he has to give his supporters some reason to keep giving him cash.
It's kind of like Ukraine's Zelensky.
Maybe they should commiserate together.
Probably works for him.

McGinley, you know, Natalie's been making snarky comments all afternoon about Mark Elias.
Since he's been crushed all over the place, he's just trying to make a stand in Pennsylvania.
He lost 30,000 Twitter followers since Tuesday.
unidentified
|
Wow. | |
Man, the left has really abandoned this guy.
Oh my gosh. | ||
Is this real what he's doing?
Is he an election denier?
And should he have his law license taken away, Bill McGinley?
unidentified
|
Look, I think the AP has called the race.
If you look at the margin, it's over 30,000 votes.
Try to determine how many provisional ballots they still have left, which is my understanding is what's going on there right now to look at it.
I think there's an expectation the way that Pennsylvania broke for the president and Republicans with this new really great coalition of working-class voters and middle-class voters, including in the suburbs, that there's every reason to believe that Dave McCormick's lead is going to increase.
I think it's time for, you know, Senator-elect McCormick to do what he should be doing, which is beginning to plan I think the Democrats are trying to kick this up because they know if Republicans run up the score in 24 with the great campaign that President Trump ran and the leadership he provided in bringing
this coalition together, this is going to fortify The Senate majority that Republicans are going to have going into 2026.
And so this is this is, you know, not only are the Democrats looking at 24, a lot of what they're doing is not only a fundraising game that they're playing right now to try and maybe they're trying to retire some of Kamala Harris's debt.
Apparently, she spent a billion plus 20 million to go 20 million in debt.
But it's also because they're looking towards 26 and trying to prevent do their do their best to prevent Republicans from running up the score and kind of fortifying the Senate majority.
Bill, can you hang on? | ||
We're going to hold Bill for the top of the hour for Battleground.
Got a lot more to go through, including I want to go back with Bill and go back through these states trying to Trump-proof themselves.
You got the Pentagon with a snarky, any lawful order.
Hey, put it where the sun don't shine, okay?
You've been taking a lot of unlawful orders.
They just legalized assassination against civilians, so maybe be a little careful.
What a group of scumbags.
Ought to hit the blowtorch and purge the whole place.
Send them to Ukraine. | ||
Without the money. | ||
