Welcome back to the War Room, top of the second hour.
Kash Patel here, pinch-hitting for the great Steve Bannon, who continues to be illegally and unlawfully incarcerated by Joe Biden, Kamala Harris' weaponized system of justice.
We are here on the day of the presidential debate, the debate that I think will be the only one between Harris and President Donald Trump.
And we are not here, at least me, to tell Donald Trump how to prepare for his debate.
In fact, what I would like to do and have been doing is preparing the American public through the War Room Posse what they can expect and should expect and should have their commander-in-chief or future commander-in-chief address tonight.
And we've talked about the CCP.
We've talked about law and order.
And, of course, you cannot have of consequential presidential debate in this day and age
without talking about immigration.
We got Benzema up. | ||
Is he up on the screen here?
Yep, he is. | ||
I see him. | ||
Thanks so much for joining us.
I'm going to ask you the same thing that I asked the other guests.
I don't want to hear what Kamala Harris and Trump should do.
I want to hear from your perspective, because you are the expert on the subject matter.
Millions and millions of Americans are going to tune in tonight that don't pay attention to politics, that don't pay attention to campaigns, that don't watch the ads, that aren't in this 24-7 like we do.
When it comes to immigration and when it comes to your lane and your expertise, what should the American public and the War Room Posse take out to the communities before tonight's debate?
Right. | ||
They're going to hear Harris talk about how the numbers at the border illegally crossing between ports of entry is lower than it was even then when Trump was in office in his last months.
And to a certain extent, technically, that's true.
But what I would like to see Trump point out, or I'd like to hear what the posse should know, Is that they have just re-channeled them to airports.
They're flying the flights of hundreds of thousands, more than 600,000 in the last year, direct from foreign airports into U.S.
airports so that you can't see them on a completely bogus parallel admissions program that they invented without congressional approval, which is illegal.
They're all inadmissible aliens, any way you look at how they got in.
Can I just ask, I want you to continue, but can I just ask, who's paying for that?
Air travel ain't cheap.
Who's on the hook for this thing?
In those cases, the aliens are responsible for picking up their own commercial airfare.
Maybe somebody else on the other end, non-profits, are kind of reimbursing them, but I don't know.
We don't know that. | ||
There is another program that's a parole program, there's two more, that is underway, roaring, humming, thrumming.
And that is another 600 plus thousand that have been brought in over the land ports, US-Mexico land ports, through the bridges, right over the bridges.
You can't see it on CBP-1, which is a cell phone app.
They're expanding this now to southern Mexico, building the biggest facility ever in Mexican history down there to process all this.
A million two, a million three came in this way.
They're reaching American cities just the same as had they crossed illegally.
And it enables the administration to say, well, our numbers of illegal crossers are
down without mentioning that they're up by the same amount in this other category.
And there's a third one where they're refugee-izing, granting refugee status to tens of thousands
of Haitians and Cubans and Venezuelans, the usual, down in Latin America and flying them
in on taxpayer-backed airfare.
And by the tens of thousands, we don't give refugee status to Latin Americans.
We haven't done that in decades, not since the Civil Wars.
Now, all of a sudden, we're putting 50,000 of them on planes in addition, and that's all happening right under the American people's nose.
Somebody needs to realize that when she says the numbers are down between ports of entry, that doesn't mean the numbers are down.
That's an incredibly consequential point that you just made, and I hope the American public focuses in on that, because politicians from Washington, D.C., career politicians like Kamala Harris, like throwing out numbers and sounding educated.
But she's going to be utilizing that, I predict, in one of her canned brief responses once she hears this term immigration.
She's not going to actually debate anyone.
She's just going to regurgitate the lines they forced her to memorize.
And that number, I bet you, or something like that comes up.
But the natural extension to this conversation, Todd, is, OK, all of these illegals are coming in.
Some of them are committing heinous acts of atrocities, raping, murdering, pillaging, pouring in drugs.
Now these folks are coming in on airlines chartered by the U.S.
government. | ||
And for an everyday American who's like, OK, well, you know, a lot of people came here as immigrants.
Some of them are criminals.
I'm not really following the issue.
Why would one party, the Democratic Party, be pushing for all of these illegal immigrants to come in?
And why would they be giving them refugee status?
What's happening after that?
It's all part of an ideology, and I call it kind of more like a religion.
That had been chained in the basement of Democratic Party politics for decades, which is that they believe this ideology holds that deportation and detention and any kind of immigration enforcement is immoral and cruel and something on the order of like Jim Crow laws that have to be ignored.
And they got into power with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris Four years ago, three and a half years ago, and they were allowed to implement this crazy vision that no prior Democrats would ever have countenanced, ever, ever.
Now, why would they do that other than religion, their own theology?
It's that that cohort comes from the migrant advocacy nonprofit industry.
So the NGOs, they all come from there, and their employers and former employers and future employers make their money by the head by managing this.
So they created this. | ||
They were the architects of this policy of mass sustained migration, the likes of which nothing has ever been seen in world history, let alone U.S.
history. | ||
and they're becoming fat with profit.
Government contracts, government grants, it's the military industrial complex
that Eisenhower warned us about getting a hold of foreign policy, except they got a hold
of immigration policy.
And that's what happened.
That's unbelievable. | ||
Yeah. That's unbelievable.
I mean, you are just talking about another institutionalized Washington, D.C.
swamp monster creation that is printing money for the lobbyists and the industrial complex elitists and the government gangsters that keep going in and out of Washington, and it's not a Democrat or Republican thing.
I do want your opinion on the following, and you might not have expected me to ask this, but what do you think all those illegal immigrants, what do you think the impetus is behind the democratic machine and this movement, this machinery they've created when it comes to election day and the debate and voting?
What do you think they're doing with that?
I got about a minute or two.
Right. | ||
I mean, I'm not so sure that they had the distant foresight in their planning.
For what I think you're leaning to, which is that, well, they're going to vote in a tight election and shift the balance of power to Harris.
I don't know that that's the case.
It's a theory out there.
I'm not a big proponent of it.
I do worry, however. | ||
That in a lot of the blue states, they were able to get driver's licenses.
And on those driver's licenses, they can click the button.
Do you want to register to vote right now, right here?
And you just click that and you're registered to vote.
And I think that's happened probably hundreds of thousands of times in lots of different states.
Are they going to actually vote or try to vote?
Might there be enough to swing a state?
Maybe. | ||
Yeah, and look, I think I'm going to pick up that conversation with Nevada GOP Chairman Mike McDonald towards the end of the hour here.
But I think it's important to highlight that whether or not they vote is a separate issue.
That they're registering allows them, like in my home state of Nevada, to issue ballots and mail-in ballots for people to go out and collect.
And I think that's something that we have to safeguard against.
I really appreciate your insight.
Where can people follow you and how do we keep monitoring all the immigration work you are doing and the brilliant analysis you have?
Right. | ||
I mean, first of all, it's just it's all about the vote harvesters.
There are people out there in all these states.
They make a living. | ||
of collecting ballots and putting them in.
You can follow my work. | ||
I've just come back from the Darien Gap, Columbia, Panama.
I have a ton of material out there at toddbensman.com.
You can sign up for my newsletter there to get alerts on when I publish again.
I work for the Center for Immigration Studies, cis.org.
All of my social media, you can get, you know, Getter X, Truth Social, at my website, toddbensman.com.
Todd, thanks so much. | ||
You are one of the foremost leading experts in immigration.
We are going to be standing by and look forward to hearing your response to tonight's debate.
Have a good evening. | ||
Thank you. | ||
Well, War Room Posse, the moment has finally arrived.
In an irony of all ironies, I get to introduce for the first time ever on The War Room, you'd think it would have happened by now, former House Intelligence Chair, the Russiagate Czar, and current CEO of TMTG, Truth Social Media and Technology Group, my friend and former boss, Devin Nunes.
We only have about a minute and a half and then I'm gonna hold you over and then we got a long segment but I just want to welcome you to the program and what do you have to say to the War Room Posse in way of an introduction?
I'm going to go to a little bit.
unidentified
|
We're going to talk to the attorney who's going to give us
a little bit of a description.
How are you? | ||
We're going to go to a little bit.
We're going to go to a little bit.
And you used to be like a lawyer doing good work and now you're like this celebrity.
You're wearing like your Trump shirts and you're dressing in a t-shirt.
I remember those days you used to have a suit and tie on.
You'd go hang out with your buddies at the FBI and DOJ and you were doing good work for the country.
Now it looks like you're hanging out in Florida somewhere with palm trees behind you.
Oh man, I knew this was a mistake.
I knew this was a mistake.
But I do like the czar terms.
Since Russia hoax is back in vogue again, I kind of like that term.
Maybe I should become a czar in Russia.
Unlike the border czar Kamala Harris, who's not doing as good of a job.
Well, we're going to get into all that after the turn of the break.
Devin, I know you have some incredible wine that people probably don't know about.
What's the website that they can go to?
And we'll talk about that, too, after we get back here.
You're just trying to get free wine out of me.
unidentified
|
That's what you bring me.
Send it my way. | ||
I'm not in government anymore.
You're going to like it.
It's DevinNunesWines.com.
But I'm going to send you a bottle.
I sent you some last year for Christmas.
I'm going to send you some more.
But we actually just bottled the Cabernet.
And I know you like Cabernet, so we just bottled it yesterday, actually.
This is great. | ||
Devin Nunes, the intelligence and Russiagate czar to the wine czar.
We're going to come up with some new verbiage for that.
Devin, please hang on. | ||
We're going to get into an extended segment on the other side of the break.
But seriously, folks, Devin Nunes is probably the best person to educate the American public on the Russiagate hoax that they're trying to perpetrate again.
Stay tuned on the other side of the break.
War Room with Devin Nunes, first time.
unidentified
|
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
Here we go, folks. | ||
It's finally here. | ||
Central California's finest to Larry's finest, Devin Nunes, former House Intel Chair, current CEO of TMTG.
Devin, we're going to get to the War Room streaming, Real America's Voice streaming option that we just launched, that you guys just launched on Truth Social in a minute.
But when it comes to Russiagate, You're it.
You know, me and you kind of ran this investigation and they called you crazy for having the audacity to put the truth out about the FBI and DOJ.
For those that are new to it, because really there are a lot of people that are new to it, what was Russiagate and then we'll get into what they're doing all over again.
Well, if you really look at it, it's been a series of hoaxes that centered around targeting and smearing Trump and Trump associates,
and ultimately the Republican Party, which is the point that I was making back in 2016 and 17
when this all began. | ||
Then of course I went out and you came to work for the House Intelligence Committee.
We put a team together and it was way worse than what we even imagined at the time.
We figured there was at least some type of evidence, some type of intelligence somewhere
that Trump had something to do with Russia.
But after it all unraveled for people that don't know the basic story of the Russia hoax,
the only people that were coordinating with the Russians were the Hillary Clinton campaign and the DNC.
And that's what we proved over time.
It took us a long time to run that investigation.
But Cash, this has been a series of hoaxes against Republicans and conservatives
that actually even predate the Russia hoax in Trump in 2016.
Yes, well, you'll actually remember this, because I think you were at the Department of Justice
at the time working on counterterrorism.
But you may remember when Obama went out and said, made that famous statement that bin Laden was dead
and al-Qaeda was on the run.
And at that point, they manufactured numbers coming out of Central Command that,
oh yeah, there's no problem with al-Qaeda, there's no problem with ISIS.
Republicans are all warmongers, and we just need to get out of,
just pull everything out of the Middle East.
Well, it. | ||
It was a line. | ||
You may remember when the terrorists nearly overrun Baghdad, and then Trump got elected and had to go in and fix all that.
So they've been using the national security apparatus for these hoaxes for a long time that fit the narrative that they think they need to win elections.
And so when people ask me, well, how did you know in late 2016, when this all came up, that this was a hoax?
It was really simple. | ||
I was the only one who was mentioning that Putin actually was a problem and Obama and Biden were allowing Putin to do whatever the hell he wanted all over the globe.
So when they came in and said, Oh yeah, this is a, you know, the Putin really wants Trump.
Why would Putin want Trump?
He loves Obama. | ||
And he'll love Hillary Clinton even more because you remember Hillary Clinton had that stupid little reset button and she went and met with Putin and she was hitting the reset button.
They loved Hillary. | ||
It was clear. | ||
You didn't even have to know any intelligence, actually.
You didn't have to have classified intelligence to know There was nobody better than Obama and Hillary Clinton.
So when they tried to smear Trump in 2016, and then they did that goofy assessment,
all I said is very simple, where's the intelligence?
Do you have anything? | ||
Anything? | ||
Where's it at? | ||
Give it to me. | ||
And then once we unraveled it all, as you know, Cash, the only intelligence that was there,
now this has all been made public and declassified, was that they were the ones that cooked all this up.
They were the ones that were working with Russians.
It's an absolute joke. | ||
And then you fast forward to 2020, you have the 51 spies who lie.
That was designed to interfere in the election.
And now you have the latest scandal, where they're coming out again and saying
that Russians are trying to help Trump.
When we know- Well, on that-
On that one, sorry. | ||
On that one, it's a perfect pivot point on the intel piece, because you just analyzed, you were in government, you had access to the highest levels of classified intelligence, so you were able to see and read it, and analyze that Putin, of course, didn't want Trump to come to power.
And fast forward, Putin has publicly endorsed Kamala Harris for the presidency of the United States, and the same government gangsters that ran Russiagate at DOJ, Lisa Monaco and John Carlin, my former boss, Came out on the stage with Merrick Garland and said the intelligence says that Russia is interfering with our election, likely to favor Donald Trump.
You and I don't have access to that intel anymore, but there could be no greater person on earth to give us an assessment on what these folks did, because you communicated with them directly back then, and even though you don't have access to the intelligence, I bet you can guess with better clarity and definition than what it actually says and what these guys are telling us.
Well, sometimes you don't need any intelligence at all.
You just need some common sense to understand that when Putin comes out and says that he endorses Kamala Harris, maybe he's telling the truth.
Because all the history shows, why would he not want one of the most incompetent administrations, if not the most incompetent administration in U.S.
history, that has lit the world on fire, whether it's from Israel to the Middle East to Libya.
I mean, there's not to China, to all over Asia, to North Korea.
Uh, the world dictators have a free for all with these lunatics in the Biden Harris administration and Harris is not at all.
I mean, look, there's a reason she's in hiding.
She is hiding because she doesn't know anything.
Now, I want to warn people.
She was my senator in California.
She's very, very dangerous because she's a well-trained Marxist.
She moved up through the Soviet-style apparatus in California, never had to truly run for anything.
And when she did run for something, for president, she got 10th place out of 10 people and had to drop out before the Iowa caucuses.
But you don't think she's stupid.
She's just a trained Marxist.
So why would Putin, who, by the way, grew up in communism and he's basically just flipped over the Soviet Union and basically put in a dictatorship, he loves Kamala Harris.
And I just take him at his word.
I don't think you have to have any intelligence.
And in fact, I highly doubt they have any intelligence that would say otherwise.
Because look, this is the same FBI that a month after President Trump was nearly assassinated,
the FBI director didn't know if it was a bullet or not.
Now, that is another hoax.
They attempted to do another hoax there.
There's no way that Ray didn't know that was a bullet.
And in fact, 24 hours later, the ranks within the FBI must have raised, holy hell, because the FBI put out a generic statement, said, yes, it's a bullet.
Now, are you telling me Ray didn't know that?
So what was Ray doing? | ||
They wanted to somehow downplay that President Trump was nearly assassinated on live television.
That's what was going on there.
It's unbelievable. | ||
It's unbelievable, you're right.
FBI and DOJ, they continue to play games.
No, the FBI and DOJ are the worst perpetrators, and if I can, Devin, we got you for about four more minutes.
I want to ask you to put your political hat back on, because I know after 20 years in Congress, you were one of the most astute people at reading, not just intelligence, but reading the political landscape of America.
And tonight we have a debate, and I'm not going to ask you what Trump should do to prepare or say, or what Harris should do to prepare or say, but I want to know from you, as a former chairman, and the CEO of a big company, a major public company now,
what should Americans that don't pay attention to this 24-7 like we do,
that don't watch the media like we do, but the millions and millions that are going to tune in tonight,
what should they hear and prepare for from the former House Intelligence Chairman
as to national security or whatever you think is important?
Well, first of all, they need to be on true social tonight, live.
While they're watching the debate, you should be logged into True Social, following what Cash, myself, and other people are saying, so that you can actually get the truth of what's really going on.
Plus, you'll have the Trump team on there posting.
Maybe, occasionally, Kamala Harris, a lot of people don't realize this, she's on True Social also.
So it'll be interesting what the Harris team is saying, what the Trump team is saying.
You can follow that all on True Social.
In fact, you can actually watch it live on True Social through our streaming.
So depending on who's carrying it tonight, I'm guessing Real America's Voice will have something that'll be on tonight.
So you'll be able to watch it on Real America's Voice, the coverage that they'll have, and follow it on True Social.
Look, I think it basically goes like this.
Here's how this is going to go down.
It's really simple. | ||
The mainstream media already has it all written that Harris wins slightly.
It's already written. | ||
It's already done. | ||
So the only thing that they have to worry about now is if she totally bombs, because the message coming out of tonight by the fake news will be that Harris clearly was a winner.
She mastered all the policy, blah, blah, blah, blah.
So we have to prepare ourselves for that.
And just be ready, because we live in a disinformation age now where we can't trust the DOJ, we can't trust the FBI, we can't trust any of the fake news, and people have to find sources, like the source you had on earlier, Todd Binsman.
I mean, he's an amazing independent journalist that gets down in the weeds.
You've got to basically find 10, 20, 30 different journalists across the spectrum if you really want to get something that's not fake news.
So look, we know there's going to be propaganda, we know they're going to be promoting Harris, and they're just hoping that she doesn't totally collapse like she did in those debates that she participated in during the primaries back in 2020.
Look, I think that depending on how this goes tonight, if Trump is able to, you know, and she does bomb and Trump does really, really well, I mean, look, it's going to be hard for them to recover because they're running an unprecedented campaign where it's not just that Harris is not answering any questions.
Walls, Weirdo Walls is not answering any questions.
So this is, we've never seen this before.
And you even have some people on the left.
That, you know, have a little ounce of credibility who are saying, yeah, this probably isn't right.
You see, you see snippets of that.
So I think there's a lot of people on the left that are really worried that she's going to totally bomb tonight.
But look, you know how it is.
The fake news is propaganda for the left, and we'll see the stories are written.
They're hoping they can just, you know, click the button, hit send and post it everywhere.
You're right. | ||
The stories are written.
And I got 30 seconds left, Devin, so I just gotta ask you.
I mean, with all your expertise and intelligence, with all your congressional experience, with all your political experience, in 30 seconds, tell us what you would want the American people to hear from our next Commander-in-Chief.
Yeah, I think what the president really needs to do, President Trump needs to do, and I briefly talked to him the other day, people need hope in this country, you know?
When you go to places in California, like I'm in Sarasota, Florida right now, True Social headquarters, it's like night and day.
You go to Florida and the Gulf Coast, it's safe.
It's clean. | ||
There's no crime. | ||
And in California, it's a total disaster.
And Kamala Harris led that.
So Trump has to point out that she created a disaster in California, a disaster around the globe.
And people want to hear how we're going to succeed in this in this world, how America is going to be, you know, the whole America first.
Thank you. | ||
People want hope. | ||
We got to let you go. | ||
Thanks. | ||

|
Thanks so much. | |
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
Hi, everybody. | ||
Welcome back to the War Room.
Kash Patel here in Palm Beach for Steve Bannon.
We got Secretary of State, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose coming at us live.
There may be no individual Secretary of State that is doing more to clean up the voter regulations in Ohio and impact voter integrity for this upcoming election, especially here in debate night.
Secretary, welcome to the show.
Can you tell us what you're doing out there and where are you heading next and why on earth would you go there?
unidentified
|
Cash, we are checking photo IDs.
We're taking dead people off the voter rolls.
We're removing non-citizens from the voter rolls.
The left tries to tell you it's not a thing, it's not a problem.
Well, I found this year over 600 non-citizens on the voter rolls.
That's a small number out of 8 million.
600 on the voter rolls. | ||
We've removed those 600 and referred them for prosecution because we've got this simple idea in Ohio that only American citizens should be able to participate in American elections.
We're not going to back down.
We're going to make sure the law is enforced in Ohio so that Ohioans can go to bed on election night knowing that it was an honest contest.
That's amazing work. | ||
Why can't everybody across America be doing that simple thing?
Making sure American citizens vote in American elections and no one else.
How are you doing that real quickly?
And then I want to turn to your important trip to Washington, D.C.
I know I was making light of it before, but we got to have a little fun here.
unidentified
|
Yeah, I'm heading to the swamp tomorrow.
But one of the reasons I'm going is because I serve as the National Chairman of the Republican Secretaries of State Committee, and I'm working to bring a message to the House Admin Committee that it is possible to make it both easy to vote and hard to cheat.
You don't have to choose.
It's convenient in Ohio.
We like convenience. | ||
But at the same time, we're fighting against ballot harvesting.
We're not settling, but we're fighting these activist lawsuits that get filed this time of year.
And we're talking about how the federal government can get out of our way when it comes to removing non-citizens from the rolls.
You asked why more states aren't doing it.
It's challenging, right?
There are multiple different federal databases.
They don't make them available to you unless you jump through all these hoops to do so.
They charge me every time I actually do a query with the Department of Homeland Security.
Who charges you and how much?
Hang on, I don't think people know this.
unidentified
|
The federal government charges me like a buck fifty each time I search their database to find a non-citizen on the voter rolls.
And then even once I do find them, I have to notify them by mail.
We have to go through all these processes, but we're doing it.
We had all hands on deck at the Secretary of State's office because it's also manual data entry.
We got to sit there and type these numbers into the saved database, but we're doing it.
And as a result, Ohioans know that their elections are honest.
And what should America expect from you when you're in Washington, D.C.
tomorrow? | ||
And why should all other state secretaries of state be following what you're doing in the bellwether state of Ohio for election integrity?
unidentified
|
Yeah, they should expect some blunt, honest truth.
I guess that's what you can expect from an Army Green Beret.
I'm a no-nonsense kind of guy.
I'm a guy that believes that, again, we want it to be convenient.
And it is convenient in Ohio.
We've got a month of early voting.
We've got absentee voting.
We've, of course, got Election Day.
But at the same time, it has to be honest.
The left wants to wring their hands and tear their garments about voter suppression.
I can tell you what suppresses the vote when people don't trust that it's an honest outcome.
In Ohio, they know that it is.
And that's what we're gonna be talking about tomorrow in Congress.
At what time is your hearing and where can people see it or at least keep up to date with you and the success you're having?
And I want it to be contagious all over the country.
unidentified
|
So 9.30 tomorrow morning, House Admin Committee.
I guess they can catch us on C-SPAN.
It'll be them and my mom watching.
Not many people do that.
But you can also follow me on social media.
It's just at FrankLaRose on all the different platforms.
And we're working to get the good word out that, again, you can make it easy to vote and hard to cheat at the same time.
I think that's a fantastic message, and I think the war room's going to have you in D.C., so I look forward to hearing the readout from you.
Thanks for doing the work that you're doing.
I think if we win Ohio for President Trump behind your state secretarialship, I think we are going to win this election.
So thanks so much for protecting everyday Americans across this country, Secretary.
unidentified
|
Hey, thank you, Cash. | |
I appreciate it. | ||
As we've said, this is an absolute barn burner of an episode, and I might have been waiting for my prior guest, Devin Nunes, but my next guest, I'm going to take this opportunity to delete his name from the ranks forever.
I am never going to refer to him as Mike Davis again.
He has earned and he has been bestowed the honorarium of the Viceroy of the District of Columbia, or the Viceroy for D.C.
if you please. | ||
Mike has been a powerhouse.
A Supreme Court law justice clerk, a powerhouse in the Senate as a congressional staffer, and an absolute truth teller in the mainstream media, Viceroy hates you.
What have you been doing to tear down the tenets of our republic?
I saw a few heaters last night.
Let's dive into that, and then we'll get into some substance.
Thanks for being here. | ||
Well, thank you for having me on, Cash.
My friends like you can call me my lord instead of Viceroy.
A little bit less formal.
But anyway, so no, I've just been pointing out to these Democrats who ran this unprecedented, republic-ending lawfare against President Trump, his top aides like Peter Devaro, who went to prison, and Steve Bannon, who's sitting in prison now, and Trump's lawyers like Jeffrey Clark and John Eastman, Rudy Giuliani, and others, and his supporters on January 6th, who were persecuted Yes, persecuted by the Biden-Kamala Justice Department, as the Supreme Court ruled in the Fisher decision in June, because they illegally contorted, politicized, and weaponized a post-Enron obstruction of justice statute intended to go after corporate fraud, to go after Trump and his allies, that Biden and Kamala used it to go after their political enemies.
And this is unacceptable, what they've done.
They have politicized and weaponized our justice.
Systems and Intel agencies going back to the Obama administration with Crossfire Hurricane, as you just discussed with Devin Nunes, and they've continued it, and they're still continuing this.
This is blatant lawfare and election interference in the last three presidential elections, 2016 with Crossfire Hurricane, Russian collusion, 2020 with Hunter Biden's laptop that the 51 former intelligence officials worked with the CIA to say was a Russian disinformation campaign, and now they're running
this unprecedented Republican lawfare against Trump, his top aides, his
lawyers, and his supporters because they fear American voters on November 5th, and they should fear the
voters in If you look at the polling, Trump is going to beat Kamala like a drum so long as Trump's supporters get out there and vote and vote as early as possible.
Bank your vote. | ||
Do not wait till Election Day.
And this now has these Democrats terrified, Cash, as you see.
They're starting to do all these stories where they're waking up and saying, oh, wow, you know, using the Justice Department to go after your political enemies Is all the sudden a very bad thing.
They've been doing it against Trump, his top aides, lawyers and allies with bogus charges, made up charges.
But when you look at Biden and Kamala and their Attorney General Merrick Garland and
Lisa Monaco and Jack Smith and Jay Bratz and Matthew Colangelo and Alvin Fragon, Tish
James and Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade and all these other Democrat operatives running
this unprecedented lawfare, their actual crime, their actual conspiracy against rights under
18 USC Section 231, a very serious federal civil rights crime, they're getting a little
bit hysterical because they know that Trump's going to win and they know they've been violating
unidentified
|
the law. | |
Well, they are getting hysterical.
There's been some absolute beauties posted by the fake news about you, and I encourage the audience to go look them up because the viceroy backs down from no one.
This man does not bend the knee for the fake news, the government gangsters, and the cretins, the government gangsters that he just listed from Monica O'Carlin on down Garland Ray and everybody else.
And I'm glad he highlighted that it's not a Republican or Democratic thing.
It's a swamp monster thing.
But look, we've got the debate.
I know you talk to President Trump and the campaign often, but what I want to hear from you and your legal expertise and your background in the judiciary and on Capitol Hill is all the stuff you just said, the War Room Posse is up to speed on.
But tonight, there's going to be millions of people that join.
Well, I mean, if I were President Trump, I wouldn't be talking about what I'm talking about now.
And from your perspective, what's the best way to educate the public on what they should
see in tonight's debate from your vantage point?
Well, I mean, if I were President Trump, I wouldn't be talking about what I'm talking
about now. | ||
If I were President Trump, I would be focusing like a laser beam on the border and the economy.
It was Kamala Harris, who has been our border czar for the last nearly four years.
And she has allowed, imported a mass invasion over 10 million illegal immigrants, including unvetted and unvettable fighting age men from the world's worst trouble spots.
We have the worst, most vicious gangs in the world, the Venezuelan gangs, who allegedly brutally murdered Lake and Riley.
They're taking over apartment complexes Here in suburban Denver, where I am, in Aurora, Colorado, they're taking parts of other communities.
You have Haitians who are killing and eating cats and killing kids and killing ducks.
Look, we are a nation of laws.
We are a nation of immigrants.
We welcome immigrants through our lawful system.
But what has happened over the last four years with Kamala Harris as the borders are, it's unacceptable.
It is a border invasion, mass importation of these people into our country.
They're not going to assimilate into our country.
The Venezuelan gangs Aren't here to assimilate.
These Haitians are here to eat your cats.
They're not going to assimilate.
And you have to do immigration through an orderly, lawful process.
And it's criminal what Kamala Harris has done.
If you're going to charge Trump with crimes, with bogus crimes, you should have Kamala Harris charged with her illegal mass parole of over 10 million Illegal immigrants and the resulting migrant crime.
And Kamala Harris was also the tie-breaking vote in the Senate as the vice president that did this Biden spending spree that made our interest rates skyrocket, that made inflation skyrocket, that made homeownership impossible for real Americans in real America, makes it very hard for real Americans in real America to make ends meet.
It's great if you're the Zoom class For your attack person on the coast, you're living large right now, but real Americans in real America, like from Iowa, where I'm from, they're suffering.
And look, you just brilliantly laid out the dichotomy and what we have been going through and the battle we have been in against the deep state and government gangsters versus what the American public should be focused on in the debate tonight.
That was awesome. | ||
I hope they cut this clip and play it everywhere.
We got 20 seconds. | ||
Mr. Viceroy, where do they find you?
Where are you going to be tonight?
And what are you going to be throwing our way?
Article3project.org, article number 3project.org.
You can take action there, including supporting the SAVE Act sponsored by Senator Mike Lee to make sure that non-citizens are not illegally voting in federal elections.
You can also follow us on social media at article3project.org, and you can also donate at article3project.org.
And thank you for having me on, Cash.
Thank you, my lord. | ||

|
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Go time tonight for the debate.
Here's what I want for America.
I want a president that secures our border.
I want a president that ends the forever wars.
I want a president that wipes out Al Qaeda's senior leadership and takes out the emirs of ISIS.
I want a president that brings home American hostages.
I want a I want a president that dominates the CCP and our adversaries everywhere else in the world.
I want a president that shuts down the Ayatollahs and the nuclear bomb-making terrorism house that is Iran.
I want a president that destroys the narco-traffickers and stops sex-slave trafficking.
I want a president that cares for the American economy.
I want a president that puts food on our table and puts America first.
And I want a president That says, American citizens vote in American elections, and only American citizens.
And that man is Donald J. Trump.
The debate is tonight. | ||
We've had a heater of a war room.
Rip that out there to the world.
We're going to get right to our guest, Mike McDonald, the Nevada GOP chairman.
What President Trump has dubbed the Western warrior, and I'm biased because we live in the same town in Las Vegas, but Mike is battle-born.
Mike, you had a monster court victory out there.
You are showing America what a ground king can do.
Welcome to the War Room.
Tell us about that, and then we'll jump to another topic or two.
unidentified
|
Thanks, Cash. | |
No, it's been great. | ||
Look, this is something where everybody's coming together.
If you look at what's happening now, we're unified with Turning Point USA's out here.
We've got our independents that are coming in.
We've got Democrats that are coming over.
Everybody wants to make sure we have a better life in America.
And the only way to do that is exactly like you just said.
Through Donald J. Trump.
We've been through it. | ||
We've been with him since 2015.
We've seen what he can do.
We know what he can do. | ||
It's about policies. | ||
And that's what people are starting to realize.
When you see people coming over from the other side admitting to it, wonderful.
RFK coming over. | ||
Beautiful. | ||
But the main thing about it is all grassroots, Cash.
And you know, we've been doing it here, thanks to you, thanks to all your efforts, and all the people that have backed you.
We have a ground game here that's been second to none.
And it's the unification title that's happening right now.
And what about that court case that you guys were able to kick off 100,000 voters?
Can you give us a quick update there?
unidentified
|
That was really huge on that, because you know, the main thing on that is Seagal Schott is a National Committee woman, as well as one of our warriors.
Great attorney as well.
She was able to get in there with our attorneys and get out Basically purge the roles of voters that have not been around for a long time.
We have deaf people on there, we have people that have been in state for a long time.
The main thing about it is cleaning these voter rolls.
And I gotta give a tip of the hat to our Secretary of State, who is a Democrat, but he was more than happy to just follow the letter of the law.
That's all we want. | ||
Look, Mike, I think that's so powerful.
What you've been doing in Nevada all these years and making it my home is a personal thanks I have to you, but what you've been doing, I just wonder why so many other people aren't doing that ground game.
If you had a piece of advice for people in local communities across America, how do they get involved to do what you're doing and deliver a state for the President of the United States like you're going to deliver Nevada?
unidentified
|
Well, the main thing is to stay involved, get involved with your party.
You know, we've had a problem here for a long time with the consultancy in Nevada.
Obviously, they don't care about Donald Trump, they don't care about making money, and that's
just the name of the game.
But more importantly, we have the community and the grassroots that have come together.
We have donors that are looking into it to come together.
We have a huge event tonight at Don Ahern's hotel downtown, or on the Strip.
It's going to be phenomenal.
And that's what it's about.
You have to make sure you maintain communications, ground game.
You have to find attorneys that are willing to go to war for you, like Sadell Schott or Brian Hardy and our other attorneys that we have here.
That's the main thing. | ||
And more importantly, public figures like yourself that are able to get the message out, because that's the main thing about it, is communication getting the message out.
And that's what the Democrats are losing at right now.
And a rumor has it that there might be a President Donald J. Trump sighting in the Silver State this coming weekend.
So I know you're going to be there, and I know you're going to be the guest of honor introducing our great president, hopefully next president.
But Mike, how do people, one, follow you, but more importantly, here's the thing, Nevada is a swing state.
We win Nevada. | ||
We win the whole thing, as President Trump said.
So you don't have to be from Nevada to help us in Nevada.
How do they help? | ||
Where can they donate? | ||
Where can they sign up to help the force, whether it's with Donald J. Trump nationally or locally in a state?
unidentified
|
One thing about it, you can follow me on Twitter.
It's McDonaldNV. | ||
So it's abbreviations for Nevada.
So it's McDonald, M-C-D-O-N, M-C-D-O-N-A-L-D-N-V.
Uh, and that's one thing about it.
You can follow me on that.
You can follow me on Facebook.
And if the Nevada GOP is really great to follow, if you want to donate, it's Nevada spelled out GOP.org.
Nevada GOP.org. | ||
And that's the best way to get involved, stay involved, whatever you need from us.
Be part of the team. | ||
We're more than welcome.
This is a huge tent we're under.
And by the grace of God and cash can tell, you're making it happen, brother.
We love Nevada. | ||
No, you're it. | ||
You're Donald Trump's Western Warrior.
I believe you're going to deliver the Silver State for Nevada.
Mike McDonald, I wish all chairmen and chairwomen were like you and had the ground game and the energy that you do.
You are inspiring us all.
I cannot wait to get back out home in a few days' time and join forces with you and the President on the ground in the Silver State.
My friend, thank you, and I'll see you in a couple of days.
unidentified
|
That was it, brother. | |
Can't wait to see you. | ||
Thank you. | ||
Thank you. | ||
And of course, we have to close out the show with the man that makes it possible.
But Mike, just before I bring Mike, the great Mike Lindell on, I gotta say on public TV, where is Rob Sigg and where is my race?
Have you seen these studios?
These are outrageous. | ||
This guy should be buying all of the products you sell and putting them in this studio.
I'm just wondering why, Mike Lindell, that has not happened yet.
But I'm making a pitch for you, buddy.
Mike, thank you. | ||
Welcome to the War Room.
What do you got for us today?
Well, thanks everybody.
And once again, everybody, my pillow was attacked.
Basically, I call it an attack.
We have a box store that canceled an order.
We were actually getting back into a box store and we had these two packs of my pillow standards and they canceled their order yesterday after we
had them all made. | ||
So you guys get to, we're doing a blowout sale just for the War Room posse.
It's a limit of 10 and these are $14.98.
This is a wholesale price.
So you guys, their loss is your gain.
And once they're gone, they're gone.
This has never been done before in history.
I was so upset with the box store yesterday and promo code War Room, you guys, you can
They get as many, I guess you got, we have a limited 10, so everybody gets some.
And once they're gone, they're gone.
This is a War Room exclusive, Promocode War Room.
Go to the website, you see them right there in the first square.
We still have all the other new products, the new dishcloths we have on sale for the War Room.
So many exclusives there.
The Made in America socks that we had there for $3.70, as low as $3.75 a pair.
So you guys are calling 800-873-1062.
This is it. | ||
Once they're gone, they're gone.
Limited 10, everybody.
And this is a win-win-win.
What turned in, what was bad yesterday at MyPillow, now you can help my employees, help the War Room, or support the War Room, one of their biggest sponsors, and the best show on out there that's getting the truth out.
And then you're helping yourself get the best sleep in history.
I like it. | ||
Who could argue with that?
The great Mike Lindell.
Thanks so much. | ||
Get your MyPillows, people.
Call in right now. | ||
I'm Kash Patel. | ||
We are set for debate night tonight here in America.
We've got the greatest warrior in the arena, in the Coliseum, in Donald J. Trump.
Now it is up to the war room posse to ignite America and get behind this great leader and remind those people in Congress that they work for us and they work for our priorities and our priorities are America first, safe borders, strong economy.
And we are going to end the forever wars. |
