Speaker Time Text
rachel maddow
Saturday, he made a promise to a rally in Wisconsin that when he gets back in office and starts mass deportations of millions of people, he said, quote, getting them out will be a bloody story.
Later that same night, he said in writing that when he's back in office there are going to be, quote, long-term prison sentences for his political enemies, who he said, quote, are going to be prosecuted at levels unfortunately never seen before in our country.
And who's going to be subject to these long prison sentences?
It's quite the list.
Quote, lawyers, political operatives, donors, illegal voters, and corrupt election officials.
So, among the people he's now targeting for long prison sentences are people who run elections and people who donate money to candidates?
Yeah, everybody.
Everybody's going to prison if he gets back in.
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
rachel maddow
Pray for our enemies.
unidentified
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
kash patel
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
rachel maddow
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
unidentified
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Babb.
kash patel
Hey, everybody, it's Kash Patel here in Palm Beach, live in the studio that Rob Sigg and
I finally know where all the money has gone.
It took me two years.
I'm hosting for the great Stephen K. Bannon, who is unlawfully imprisoned to this two-tier system of justice.
We got a monster show.
We got debate night prep.
We got public prep.
We got international national security issues.
We got the CCP to talk about.
We got Matt Whitaker, Janja Kellik for the first time ever, Devin Nunes, and so many of the rock stars, including Mike Davis.
We got a ton to talk about, so I'm going to skip the intro.
We're going to get right into the witnesses, but I also want to give you a fair warning that at the end, I will sum it all up and let you know where we stand.
It's ironic that Rachel Maddow kicking off her show saying how on the date of the election, The date Donald Trump could dominate Kamala Harris this evening, that people in America are going to get arrested.
Well, if you break the law, generally that's what happens.
And they are afraid of the use of the Constitution.
We'll get into that much more, but let me introduce to you, for the first time with me on War Room and turning the tables, is my dear friend, Janja Kellegg, senior editor at the Epoch Times, one of the most brilliant minds and a genuine CCP hammer.
And he has been with the Epoch Times writing courageously and truthfully on the unjust commitments of atrocities by the CCP in mainland China and abroad.
Jan, this is going to be fun.
I get to turn the tables on you, my friend.
How are you doing?
jan jekielek
Ash, I'm fantastic.
It's so great to be here.
kash patel
It's really a treat to have you on.
It's really a treat for our viewership and the War Room Posse to mix and collaborate with the Epoch Times, which is one of the largest print circulations, and their digital program is a monster in over 40 countries.
Jan, I know you guys have a motto, truth and tradition.
I'm a big part of it over there.
I love what you do, and I know you have some serious topics to discuss.
I saw what you're doing.
And your brilliant interview on the CCP's organ harvesting machine and how grotesque and disgusting that is and how it's far-reaching and how it has national security implications.
Can you give us a little bit of an outline about what you dove into with your guest and what are the next steps?
jan jekielek
100%.
I mean, just for starters, right, the guest, David Matus, international human rights lawyer, he first discovered, he first established that this was really happening back in 2006 with a massive report.
He estimates that China's forced organ harvesting industry amounts to about $9 billion a year, OK?
And this is something I'm going to talk about that is, frankly, hard to believe, right?
It's hard to believe.
There's actually a survivor.
I never thought we'd see one.
I've been covering this issue for 18 years now.
And there is a guy who has a giant 14-inch scar on his right side.
And he is basically missing part of his liver and part of his lung.
The liver has since regenerated.
And the even crazier part is that attempting to discredit him, the Chinese regime has admitted to operating on him without consent.
So finally, there is the smoking gun that people have been looking for that's been so difficult.
I mean, this thing has been litigated so much.
There's a whole China Tribunal that has taken took a year to establish all the evidence around this.
It's incontrovertible.
But finally, there is a guy who, by the way, Assistant Secretary of State Bob Destro managed to rescue to America, like a big, big task back during the Trump administration.
And he's finally come out to tell the story.
kash patel
That's unbelievable breakthrough reporting.
I hope everybody goes and watches your interview, Jan.
And for those that haven't been following as closely as you have, as closely as Epoch has, and as closely as the War Room Posse has, how can you—the breakthrough is monumental, but the breakthrough only happened because there were so many other tens of thousands of people who were treated grotesquely Criminally, as victims by the CCP.
Are you able to quantify the types and numbers of organ harvesting and the reach that the CCP had internationally?
jan jekielek
It's very difficult.
One of the reasons we first discovered this was that Chinese hospitals were advertising basically in American newspapers saying you can get a new heart in a week if you have a few hundred grand to spend.
That kind of stuff is impossible in an ethical way.
You can schedule it so you know when someone's going to die.
This was 18 years ago.
In terms of the numbers, it's very, very difficult to quantify, and I don't like to give numbers when I don't really know, but we do know that basically it's about 60,000 to 100,000 organ transplants a year since the early 2000s, and we know that there really is no credible organ donor source.
Back in 2015, they said they outlawed taking them from prisoners, But later there was a paper that was done that showed that the growth curve of their so-called official transplant statistic was a perfect quadratic equation.
So in other words, they used fake data to pretend that they actually had organ donors.
And Chinese generally don't like to give organs.
It's a kind of a cultural thing.
And then this is the craziest part.
So the implication, you asked about that early on, national security and otherwise.
By ignoring this for so many years on the Falun Gong, they built their whole organ transplant industry, in my view, on the Falun Gong.
That then transferred over to the Uyghurs later, basically in an isolated community where it's even easier to perpetrate these atrocities, and you know there's millions of people in these concentration camps.
And the effect is that all these doctors in China, in effect, and all these doctors are doing medical research with Americans, with other doctors around the world.
There's all sorts of collaborations.
They basically become murderers, the ones who participate in this.
And there's even a paper that shows that there's at least 72 transplants that have been done in the published literature globally by Chinese surgeons where the cause of death was transplantation.
And they didn't even realize it because it's become such a normal thing that they didn't even realize they had written into the scientific method.
kash patel
That's criminal on so many scales, not just the organ harvesting itself.
But I'd like to highlight, and maybe you can talk about, I'm going to try my best at a Jan Jekielek segue into my next topic with you, all things CCP.
But you mentioned that they have to find these people and they use data to collect Numbers and information and the whereabouts of these people and what they have and what they need now that Infiltration by the CCP.
I gotta believe isn't just on on mainland China I know they're doing it domestically and as we get into an election year here an election debate here tonight.
I Believe one of the hot topics is going to be the CCP.
How is the CCP used its community?
Outside of mainland China, putting aside the atrocities against the Uyghurs and the Fallen God and the actual modern day genocide and forced labor.
That's disgusting in and of itself.
Then you have organ harvesting.
Then you have a cyber offensive operation, in my opinion, downrange.
for the CCP to fund and fuel this monster.
What are some companies out there in CCP land that are impacting America?
I know TikTok's a popular one.
I've heard of a couple of others, but do you have some?
And what are your thoughts on this?
And how does it connect back to the main event here?
jan jekielek
Well, let me just comment briefly on China's influence operations, okay?
In terms of funding, the second largest, let's call it a ministry in China, in terms of funding, is something called the United Front Work Department.
And the whole purpose, essentially, of the United Front Work Department is influence across the world with the U.S.
being the prime focus that the Chinese regime views as its prime enemy and is waging a people's war in the words of the dictator there, Xi Jinping.
So my point is, it's an incredibly important part of their efforts is to push their influence.
And then, of course, we have this senior aide, deputy chief of staff of Cathy Ockel, that's now been indicted on basically All sorts of fascinating things.
But the biggest thing that they did—and you mentioned the communities, right?
What is the impact in the community?
The impact is that these CCP agents of influence, they pretend like they actually represent the Chinese communities in America.
And of course, they don't, right?
In fact, not at all.
In fact, a lot of the communities have very different perspectives, right?
But the effect is that American officials might actually believe the CCP line because they basically It makes it so that the voices of the dissidents can't be heard.
In terms of companies' cash, you're asking about, of course, I've talked a lot about TikTok.
TikTok is both an information gathering operation, huge intelligence gathering, but also influence, right?
The ability to control the algorithm, the ability to push whatever narratives the CP is interested in, whether they're chaotic or whatever.
into the American population massively, right? You know, over 100 million users. So another one is,
of course, Timo and Cash, you know, you've written quite extensively on Timo I've seen. And Timo,
I mean, a lot of the, based on the assessments and what this app actually does, it sort of
masquerades as a super cheap shopping app. But what the CCP does is they kind of, you know,
subsidize things like this when this app, from some estimates that I've seen, basically
has full access to your phone, basically gathers absolutely everything it can, right?
kash patel
Wow.
No, no, sorry, I didn't even know that.
So it's basically like, almost like you're in a Marvel movie, and they drop an app in and they just basically take over your phone, which is what Timu and PDD are doing.
jan jekielek
Well, I don't think, from what I understand, okay, and this is secondhand, I haven't done this research myself, but the level of access to your information is unprecedented for an app, which really is just Pretending to be a shopping app, OK?
And in terms of command and control, you're complete, you know, complete control.
I'm not aware of that part, but just the intelligence gathering element itself is unparalleled.
kash patel
So, Jan, in your opinion, and you are one of the foremost experts on all things the CCP is doing to destroy our world, now you've talked about Uyghur genocide, Falun Gong genocide, now you're talking about organ harvesting, now you're talking about offensive cyber operations into, outside of mainland China, into the United States of America during an election cycle.
We've got a couple of minutes left.
If you were talking to the American public, which you are, What would you say would be on the horizon that we must watch out for and we must protect against, especially on the eve of a presidential debate where national security is such a hot topic?
jan jekielek
I would say this.
The CCP is the master of misdirection.
One of the bits of traditional Chinese culture that they didn't destroy during the Cultural Revolution was the war fighting methods, right?
Sun Tzu, art of war, and actually many more.
And so a lot of this has to do with making sure that America is incredibly distracted.
There's a war in Russia.
There's a war in Israel.
There's all sorts of things going on that the CCP supports.
And we know that they materially support both Russia and the Palestinians at the moment.
We know that's real.
I'm giving an example as to why would they be doing this.
Right.
Why would they be doing this?
Because they don't want the U.S.
to really focus where the true threat is, where the true existential threat to America is, which is the Chinese Communist Party.
So I think that's the key thing that we need to understand.
kash patel
I think you're one of the brightest minds that has been highlighting that for so long.
And I'm so glad that so many people are turning to Epoch and the War Room Posse.
I will, of course, advertise and campaign for everybody in the War Room Posse to sign up for an Epoch digital and online subscription and print subscription.
But Jan, Jan has a wonderful show called American Thought Leaders on Epoch.
Jan, where can folks find you?
Where can they watch the show?
And where can they follow you on social media to get updates on everything you're doing and Epoch's doing?
jan jekielek
On social media, you'll have to go to at Jan Jekielek, but I don't know who can spell that.
So perhaps you'll have to put it up later.
unidentified
It's on the screen, we've got you covered.
jan jekielek
Come to TheEpochTimes.com.
By the way, I'm on Truth and Twitter at Jan Jekielek, but also TheEpochTimes.com and look for American Thought Leaders.
kash patel
Jan, thanks so much, my friend.
I hope you had fun.
It was nice to turn the chairs for a little bit.
Thanks for hammering on the CCP.
Folks, we'll be right back.
Once again, Kash Patel in the Palm Beach studio.
dave brat
Nearly $1 trillion of infrastructure and pandemic funds yet to be spent.
That's right.
There's a massive amount of money that the lame duck administration is pushing hard to spend in their last few months.
If Biden can push out these funds, we could see another prolonged inflation surge, just like during COVID.
And I'm sure you remember the terrible effects that high prices had on Americans and still do.
But there's hope.
A surge in prices can be beaten.

Welcome back to War Room, live from the Palm Beach studio.
I'm Pinch Hitting for the great Stephen Bannon, and I've got another tremendous guest in Brian Kennedy coming up right here.
He's the chairman of a private committee, not congressional, that takes on all things CCP, because they are funding, fueling, and operating the next clear and present danger to not just the United States, but the world writ large.
They are talking about—we are talking about the illegal border crisis.
The economic warfare, the cyber warfare, everything they're doing to Taiwan, the South China Sea, and all of the operations that Jan Jekielek just talked about with regards to organ harvesting.
So, Brian, thanks so much for joining The War Room.
Can you give folks who just aren't familiar with your committee and your chairmanship what you're focusing on, and then we'll dive into the topics?
unidentified
Yeah, Cash, great to be with you on this.
Election debate, pregame, let's call it.
The committee was started by Steve Bannon, actually, myself and Frank Gaffney, back in 2019.
Because a lot of us thought that President Trump had all the right ideas when it came to communist China, but had inadequate support within his own administration.
Uh, for his policies and also the fact that a lot of Americans don't understand even today the threat from communist China to this country.
brian t kennedy
We know they spend roughly $16 billion a year in intelligence and influence operations in the United States.
unidentified
Every year, that's an amazing amount of money to put into our system in order to influence events.
And the Committee on the Present Danger China was meant to be a very, very small but influential bulwark against that, trying to make the compelling case that communist China is the existential threat to the United States today.
kash patel
And so that's a fantastic private project that I hope will continue to receive all the funding it needs to continue this important mission because this is a generational mission.
It's not a week.
It's not a month.
It's not a year.
It's not an election cycle.
And I'm glad you brought up the debate.
And you know, I'm a firm believer that national security is going to be a big part of this debate.
I know the economy is always big, but this time around with the legal immigration, with the narco traffickers, with the CCP fentanyl and everything we've discussed to this point, I think it's going to come up in tonight's debate.
And I don't, I want to sit here and talk about how Donald Trump should prepare.
I think he's been preparing every day for the last decade.
I want to prepare the American public in terms of tonight's debate on what they should be looking to hear from the next man or woman who's auditioning to be President of the United States.
And from your perspective, where you sit on this committee as its chairman, what are the top two or three things you're looking to hear from the next CEO of the United States to take on?
unidentified
Well, look, I think we know the characters pretty well with President Trump and Kamala Harris.
President Trump has demonstrated already that he believes in peace through strength, in checking the Chinese to make sure that they're not going to do anything to exploit the American people, the American worker, or the security of the United States.
And we've seen with Kamala Harris just the exact opposite.
Harris and the Biden regime have done everything in their power to weaken the United States militarily.
We've not built the kind of armaments we need to defend this country.
We've not built the Space Force.
We've not done nearly enough to make sure we're defended and we've gotten ourselves in a war in Ukraine.
The Biden administration has funded war in the Middle East, and the Biden administration has done precious little to defend Taiwan.
And Taiwan today is eager to get the armaments from the United States that they rightfully purchased, but are yet to receive.
And so I think the contrast between Trump and Harris is going to be pretty stark when it comes to this.
Now, Harris does Let's just put it this way, dissemble with a great deal of ease as if there was no, you know, no moment before today in which she has been a part of this Biden regime.
But I think President Trump's going to point that out.
And I think that's going to be great.
And I think Americans will see yet again who the president of the United States should be.
kash patel
Well obviously I agree with you in serving as President Trump's Senior Advisor for National Security, but for those that aren't in tune to this detail, I want to pick up on something you touched upon.
Because tonight, the American public, and again, I want to prepare the American public for the debate.
So many millions of people are going to be watching and hearing these issues for the first time.
Why should Americans care about what the CCP is doing with Taiwan and the thing called the South China Sea?
Why should that be a national security issue that's on par with the economy and kitchen table issues?
I think it should, but you and I live in that world.
I'm asking you to tell the American public why that should be front and center in your opinion.
unidentified
Look, we're a commercial republic.
We require trade throughout the world.
We have an advanced economy here in the United States.
That requires computer chips, most of which come from Taiwan.
Our modern economy is highly dependent on Taiwan for those computer chips.
Maybe it shouldn't be, and we're in the process of transitioning away from Taiwan, but that could take a decade or two.
Maybe, hopefully quicker, but it could take that long.
In the meantime, if Americans want prosperity in a modern economy, meaning cars that run, refrigerators, air conditioning, computers, cell phones, and the like, They're going to need Taiwan and the things that come from Taiwan.
And so long as President Trump was in office, there was a very clear demarcation between what the United States would stand for and what we would not.
And so what the American people need to look today.
This evening and see whether or not Kamala Harris represents someone who's willing to stand up to communist China or whether that should be President Trump.
It's it's really that that simple.
But unfortunately, we've created an economy and this is one of the things that President Trump has been so so outspoken about.
We have to have an economy that does not rely on anyone else.
That we can produce things here again, energy independence, but manufacturing most importantly.
We should not rely on any other country.
But so long as we do, we're going to defend our economic interests.
We're not doing this for the people of Taiwan, that they can live in a democracy.
We're doing that so that the people of the United States can live in freedom and prosperity.
What we do in the Trump administration is for the good of the American people.
kash patel
No, that's absolutely a brilliant point.
Everyday Americans probably don't even realize their everyday lives are impacted so directly by what the Taiwanese provides to the United States of America in terms of tech and semiconductor capacity and microchips and computer chips, as you stated.
They probably don't even realize it, nor should they.
It's not their job.
And I'm glad you pointed that out.
And I think I'm even happier to see you pointed out that we are not necessarily fighting just for an independent Taiwan, but for an independent and better and freer America.
And that's why we must complete the breaking of that tie between the CCP and mainland China and Taiwan.
I got about two minutes left with you, Brian.
And if you could just touch on one of the other points that I think may come up tonight, it's a popular issue, the social media.
Great.
that mainland China are using to come into the United States
and pillage data through multiple styles of apps.
What are on the top of your list for action items, specific companies and or operations we need to enact
or see a president take as a priority to continue this?
I got about two minutes.
unidentified
Great, yeah, no, look, we should have a freedom-based economy
and a freedom-based society in general when it comes to social media.
All these things would be fine.
TikTok, what have you, certainly X, which has been a platform of freedom.
Any of these platforms can operate here in the United States so long as they're not harvesting the information from them and that they're not using them to manipulate the opinions of the American people.
What you see on TikTok are bots operating 24-7 to manipulate artificially through, you know, just fake accounts what Americans actually think.
When social media becomes this ubiquitous, we really do have to take a national security look at whether or not that's going to keep the American people a free people with free ideas, or whether or not that's being turned over to a foreign government that through artificial intelligence has the capability of manipulating the United States.
Let me add, Cash, one other thing, too, in this last bit.
We have a big conference in Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Saturday.
A lot of the War Room regulars will be the panelists.
Natalie Winters is going to be there, Frank Gaffney.
Trevor Loudon, Brad Thayer.
It's going to be a wonderful event.
A lot of folks from the War Room Posse will be there.
If folks are interested in going, it's AmericanFreedomAlliance.org.
That's AmericanFreedomAlliance.org.
Karen Sigmund, who's the president there, has done a brilliant job in organizing all of this.
We've been to North Carolina.
Atlanta, Phoenix, and now we're going to Milwaukee.
And each place we see at the War Room Posse.
Thanks, Cash.
kash patel
Thanks so much, Brian.
I hope everybody tunes into that conference.
Brian, I hope everybody encourages Congress to take some public actions against the CCP based on our brilliant guest analysis of their offensive operations and their desire to take over the world.
I'm Cash Patel sitting here in Palm Beach.
We got 55 days till the election.
Giddy up, America.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
kash patel
Welcome back to The War Room.
I told you, we got a huge rack and stack of guests, and it just keeps coming with bigger and better and badder.
And I mean that in the greatest sense of the word.
My dear friend, former Attorney General Matthew Whitaker, former United States Attorney, Mr. Iowa, Mr. Iowa football.
We'll talk about the Rose Bowl days a little later on, Matt.
But I'm so glad that you were able to carve out time to join the War Room Posse to discuss what I have been wanting to do, which is not how do you prepare the president for tonight's debate.
How do you prepare the millions and millions of Americans who don't participate on a regular basis like you and I and the audience?
To expect what they should hear.
And from your perspective, I really want to dive into DOJ, FBI, law and order, and the two-tier system of justice.
So for the American public, what is on the most forefront of your mind to say, these are the issues I would really like the American public to be cognizant of, and how do we solve some of them?
unidentified
I think that's a great question, Cash, and it's really good to be with you, my friend.
You know, we were talking in the break about how we never see each other because we're always going to the same places.
But you're you're you're you're blazing the path, I guess, for for me to go.
But, you know, I was in Pennsylvania last night up in Philadelphia doing an election integrity event.
Had a great crowd.
You know, I think there's a lot of good things happening.
Tonight's debate, especially as from a law and order perspective, I think the first thing we need to understand is the moderators are going to control as much as they possibly can the debate and the topics.
And I think, you know, that was what a lot of us were surprised in the Biden debate, you know, before he got knocked out because President Trump KO'd him in that in the June debate.
You know, the moderators were did a good job.
And I think everybody was surprised at Jake Tapper and Dana Bash.
And so I don't think we should expect that tonight.
I think the ABC people, now that they have their chosen candidate, Kamala Harris, I think they'll be nasty.
I really do.
I think they will go back to the old sort of, you know, pretending to fact check President Trump while letting Kamala Harris say kind of crazy things.
I think one thing I'm watching for is this nonsense idea that crime is down in America.
It's not, you know, and if you compare it to 2019, crime is still too high.
People don't feel safe, especially in our major cities.
A lot of that's because of the borders and the 8 million illegal immigrants that have come in and filed fraudulent asylum claims, plus the almost 2 million known gotaways and an unknown number of unknown gotaways cash.
And so, you know, I'm watching for that because I think law and order is on the ballot this year, and I don't think there's any doubt who's going to be tough.
It's going to be President Trump.
Because, you know, I tell people everywhere I go, you know, he issued three executive
orders.
I think two are very important.
One is, he said to the Department of Justice in 2017, back the men and women of law enforcement,
back the blue.
The second thing he said was reduce crime in America.
And the third one was dismantle transnational criminal organizations.
Still, all three of those are relevant in Joe Biden and Kamala Harris's America.
kash patel
No, that's absolutely a brilliant layout of the landscape.
I want everyone to clip what Matt just said in terms of the setup.
of the debate, because people aren't talking about that.
They're talking about how Kamala Harris should prepare, how Donald Trump should prepare.
We are talking about, of course, how America should prepare.
But you set the landscape, because this is an important issue.
The mainstream media and some of its elements have been some of the most divisive parts
of this conversation that we're having driving towards tonight's debate.
And it's no secret that the moderators for tonight's debate have a disdain for Donald
Trump and have an affinity for Kamala Harris.
So I'm glad you set that up in a neutral way to educate the voting public that's going
to be paying attention tonight.
And I'm glad you touched upon the crime, the surging crime and the crime from illegal immigrants,
which by the way, if you're an illegal immigrant, you are a criminal by the definition of the
federal statute, not by the definition of Donald Trump.
unidentified
Well, Cash, can I say something?
kash patel
Please, yeah, jump in.
unidentified
Please, yeah, jump in.
Can I say something, Cash?
Remember that again some of this debate tonight is about what the hell does Kamala Harris stand for like is she 2019 Kamala Harris or is she you know campaign statements not from her own mouth of what she believes now but one of the things she wanted to do remember to to enter our country as a criminal act if you come in illegally the first time is a misdemeanor unlawful re-entry is a felony and And so she has said she wants to get rid of that.
She wants to decriminalize people unlawfully coming into our country.
And that's another, I think, issue that's going to be very interesting is, you know, what does she believe now?
Because remember, for her, it appears history started yesterday and that none of these things that she stood for in the past seem to matter.
kash patel
Wow, I mean, that is something that most Americans don't know about, because the mainstream media is trying to rewrite and have a revisionist history of Kamala Harris as having never flip-flopped on any issues, whether it's the border, illegal immigration, or crime.
So I'm so glad that you went there, because most people aren't brave enough to go there, because they don't want to get hit by the mainstream media.
And I know you could care less about it, which is why that makes you one of the biggest advocates for law and order and justice reform.
On the planet, in my opinion, in terms of what needs to be fixed and how to fix this two-tier system of weaponized justice.
I mean, you just saw the DOJ roll it out yet again, leading up to an election cycle.
The FBI is going to have an election integrity task force, just like the last cycle, where they got in bed with the Facebooks of the world and censored the truth.
How do you, since you were the number one at the Justice Department for Donald Trump, How do you tell the American people?
How do we fix it?
Is it a reality or is it a fiction?
unidentified
No, it's real.
I mean, you cannot target... Listen, the awesome powers of the federal government, and you know this, Cash, you've been on both sides just like I have.
You've been a prosecutor and you've been a defense lawyer, and you've seen kind of when the Department of Justice focuses on a single person, what kind of damage they can do.
And again, we have to get back to the basic blocking and tackling of doing justice in
America.
And we cannot continue this effort where the Department of Justice and its prosecutors
and investigators are pointed towards one individual.
And now you've seen two special counsels, Jack Smith and Robert Mueller, both directed at one individual to find any crime that they can possibly find.
You saw it in 2016 and you saw it, I mean, in 2017, and now you've seen it over the last couple years
with Jack Smith.
And what do those folks do, especially when they're as unscrupulous
and aggressive as Jack Smith?
I mean, they file all these charges, novel legal theories.
Judge Cannon tossed it out in her Fort Pierce courtroom recently on the whole documents case.
And you see Judge Chutkan really wrestling with this presidential immunity
that the Supreme Court didn't identify some new power or right.
What they did is they just said, this has been America for the last 248 years of our history.
And we can't believe that you, Jack Smith, are going to make us write this opinion that you should already know that when the president is exercising his constitutional powers, he's immune from prosecution from future administrations.
You know, how do we fix it?
I think it's going to take a lot of hard work, because again, especially the leadership at the FBI and the political leadership at the Department of Justice, but unfortunately, I think it goes beyond that, you know, at the Department of Justice has been completely weaponized, but it's ideologically weaponized.
It is not like just going after sort of all crime and criminals in a certain category, because remember, I think there's too many federal laws and so it makes prosecutors prioritize cash what they're going to focus on from a law enforcement perspective and this this Department of Justice has prioritized Donald Trump and that is the most dangerous possible thing that can happen when you have those awesome powers of the federal government.
kash patel
And I think you just did a brilliant job of laying out, giving us a crash course in the lawfare, the weaponization of justice against a particular individual who happens to be running for the presidency of the United States, who is also both of our former bosses and current boss.
And for Americans that aren't tuning in on a regular basis, they might look at that and be like, well, fine, that's just a one-off.
They're not going after everyday Americans.
The DOJ and FBI and the state attorney generals, they're not going after you and me and the neighbors and houses of worship and where we send our kids to school.
What do you say to that?
Are they going after other Americans?
And how are they doing that?
unidentified
Well, the one advantage Donald Trump has is he has resources to fight this.
And, you know, I think there unfortunately are too many of our fellow citizens that have been targeted.
You know, whether they're praying at abortion clinics or exercising, you know, their other constitutional rights.
I think for too often, you know, we have the priorities of the Department of Justice are screwed up.
Merrick Garland came in as an ideological, motivated prosecutor, and he has inculcated that culture into the Department of Justice.
And, you know, we're going to have to make sure that all of those policies, written and unwritten, are going to have to be reversed.
Because again, You know, there are too many Americans that are not safe in their own homes.
They're not safe in their own communities.
There are too many federal policies, especially the illegal immigration at our southern border, that have made neighborhoods almost uninhabitable.
I think about what's happening.
You know, everybody was laughing about these memes, especially yesterday, with the Haitian immigrants eating kitties and ducks.
You know, that goes to a deeper issue that, you know, the woman in front of her city council saying, you know, I have these people sleeping in my front yard and I can't do anything about it.
And you're not doing anything about it.
I think that is that's the problem, Cash.
And, you know, people feel it.
And again, the mainstream media is going to, you know, pat us on the head and suggest that sort of we're hyperbolic or it's not a real issue or that or that they're not doing that.
It is a broader issue, Cash.
It is a public safety issue.
It's a national security issue.
We are, you know, and again, not to bring all these issues in, because we don't have enough time,
but like we are the most insecure as a nation since really 1938.
I think you look at the last 100 years, and this is a moment in time, you know,
with a combination of people that wanna do us harm coupled with the Southern border,
coupled with kind of the lack of support for law enforcement in our communities.
And I just think we are the most unsecure as we've ever been.
kash patel
Look, I think you're probably right, and I have to agree with pretty much everything you said.
And I only got you for another 30 seconds, but can you tell everyone, most importantly, where to find you, where to see your analysis?
I know you have your own show.
Tell everybody about that in the next 30 seconds.
And I can't let you go without giving us, the American public, one recommendation from Matt Whitaker, the former Attorney General.
If the American public needed one thing in law enforcement, what is it?
unidentified
Yeah, well quickly, um, I think we need to, you know, I'm on, I'm on Whitaker, Whitaker.tv is my website, Matt Whitaker, 46 cloths across all the social media channels that matter, especially truth social.
But on top of that, I think the one thing we need to do is we need to get back to a system where we support the men and women of law enforcement, where, you know, we thank them for doing a hard job, you know, and we make sure that they know that they are valued in our communities.
And I think the left is doing quite the opposite right now.
And so that's what I would say.
But then also just get back to, you know, enforcing the laws and making sure that law abiding citizens are unmolested and, you know, from exercising their constitutional rights.
kash patel
Matt, you're the best.
Thanks so much for coming on.
Simple solutions to complex legal problems.
Watch Matt Whitaker's show.
Follow him on social media.
Look, I am all for a law and order presidential candidate.
There is only one law and order presidential candidate running in this race that is going to stand with the men and women of the thin blue line, and that's Donald J. Trump.

It's great to be in the Palm Beaches.
I've been spending the last few days here.
I was fortunate enough to see our great President, President Donald J. Trump.
And chat with him for a little bit.
Also had a monster event last night.

Thanks for your incredible support.
Natalie, what do you got for us as we bring up the close of this first full hour here?
unidentified
Hi, it's good to be back with you guys today.
So we've got another report from the Department of Justice to share with you.
Three men from New Jersey stole over $4 million in equity through title fraud.
They would look for properties with no or small mortgages and then transfer the properties they didn't own into one of the men's names.
Then they would take out the mortgages on these homes behind the legitimate homeowner's backs.
Seems normal, right?
One of these men, well not normal, but like for the crime, one of these men took out mortgages from lenders at least six times on these properties he didn't own.
And it was totaling a huge amount of money.
And then when the loans went into default, the legitimate homeowners were left on the hook, a lot of them falling into possible foreclosure.
One of them almost got kicked out of their house.
And do you want to know what these three men did for a living?
I mean, other than committing crimes, two of the men were real estate investors.
Yeah.
Two of them were real estate investors.
And the ringleader, the one that was getting the homes transferred into his name, worked for a title insurance company.
It's just a it's a really stark reminder of the vulnerabilities and the system and the people that are working to exploit them.
We're seeing more and more right now of not just criminals coming out but like people that are in the industry just really truly taking advantage of these these vulnerabilities and becoming really really desperate.
And you know to stay ahead of it we just we want to tell you it's essential is really keep an eye on your property.
Criminals are just counting on you guys not to notice.
But you can take control.
Monitor your title.
It can protect you from Facing the same financial and legal nightmare, to be frank.
kash patel
How do people do that?
What's the best way to do that?
It sounds like the DOJ is years behind catching some of these criminals.
How do you stay proactive with such a criminal enterprise out there?
unidentified
Yeah, a lot of the states are finally kind of open.
Not even the states.
Some of the counties where it's becoming really big are really kind of opening their eyes to this, which is a good thing.
And we actually have a special offer for the posse today.

unidentified
No problem.
kash patel
Have a great one.
You too.
As we close out this first full hour of the War Room from Palm Beach and set up for the next full hour, I want to continue on the theme since the presidential debate is tonight.
The theme is how do we prepare the American public for the debate tonight?
And what are the issues at hand?
In the first hour, we've talked about the CCP's domination, their organ harvesting programs, their cyber offensive operations, their data theft.
We talked about with Janja Kellig.
and Brian Kennedy, private enterprises and journalists that are going after and have
been going after and exploiting the efforts the CCP will go through to dominate not just
here in America, but also to try and capture Taiwan and the importance of it.
We've talked about the two-tier system of justice that has been fully weaponized.
And that two-tier system of justice was never on such steroids than it was during the Russia
Gate scandal.
And I'm proud to have my dear friend and former boss at the top of the hour for the first time ever, if you can believe it, Devin Nunes has never been on War Room.
But get ready, War Room posse.
Hit the record buttons.
Clip this.
You're going to want to watch this heater, because it's the best way to set up the American public for tonight's debate, because what did the Russiagate government gangsters do from 2016?
They're now in leadership positions at DOJ.
And what did they do just this week, or last week?
They announced Lisa Monaco and John Carlin—John Carlin, who was my boss at the National Security Division when I was a terrorism prosecutor.
Who authorized the Russiagate investigation with Lisa Monaco, Obama, senior Justice Department and White House official are now the number two and three at DOJ, the DAG and the PAYDAG.
And they just rolled out Russia, Russia, Russia, 2.0.
The disinformation campaign stops with you, the war room posse.
The weaponized system of justice stops with you, war room posse.
We have always been on the side of the truth.
We have never been an incubator for the government gangsters and their co-conspirators to put out disinformation campaigns.
Get ready for a second hour.
It's going to be a barn burner.
We got Devin Nunes and we got the viceroy, Mike Davis himself.
