Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies.
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
unidentified
The people have had a belly full of it.
peter navarro
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
unidentified
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
peter navarro
Peter K. Navarro in with one of my blood brothers from the White House, man.
We fought the The battle.
He was one of the guys inside the White House.
Pure Trump.
Pure Trump as they come.
We had a lot of fifth column sappers that we had to deal with.
Bill really fought the good fight in there.
He's with us now.
He's doing some work for the RNC.
But Mr. McGinley, you look marvelous, sir.
bill mcginley
Right back at you, Peter.
You look great.
It's great to see you.
peter navarro
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So let's work through this.
I think the first thing you want to talk about is that democracy in America no longer revolves around the fulcrum of Election Day.
It's election season.
What do you mean by that?
And give us an idea of Yeah.
bill mcginley
So I think everybody's pretty familiar with the battleground states, so why don't we tick them off?
Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia.
I would include Virginia and Minnesota in that.
peter navarro
North Carolina.
bill mcginley
And North Carolina, right?
You know, the Democrats have come out and publicly said they're going to contest North Carolina.
But, you know, bring it on.
But as you said, it's no longer an issue of just Election Day on November 5, where everybody's going to cast their ballots then.
The Democrats, in particular, through their dark money operations, have really kind of established this get-out-the-vote operation that places a premium on early voting.
And I think it's time that Republicans especially are going to not follow suit, but take advantage of all the different ways that people can vote.
You want to change the system?
First, you've got to win the election, seize power, and then you can change the system.
So what do the listeners need to do?
Number one, you guys need to go out there and check your voter registration.
Let's make sure that your voter registration is up to date, okay?
Make sure that 10 of your friends, families, and neighbors have gone out and done the same thing.
If they're not registered to vote, get them to register to vote.
Number three, get out there and figure out all of the different ways that you can cast your ballot.
I know that there's been a strong preference for Election Day, but we've seen in too many elections, on Election Day there's a snowstorm, there's a rainstorm, something comes up with the kids, you suddenly get pulled out of town on business travel.
Any number of reasons why people don't cast their ballot.
We need to stop that.
You need to bank your vote.
You need to figure out the early voting option that works best for you.
Number one, you trust it.
Number two, you make sure that you cast that ballot, that your registration is complete so that your vote's going to be counted.
And you need to get your friends, family, and neighbors to do the same thing.
I want to issue a challenge to the posse today.
I've done it in a couple of shows before.
Let's make sure that you're doing at least 10 other people to go through that kind of checklist of what to do.
Then once you get your ballot cast, I want to make sure that you guys are signing up
to help be part of the poll watching program so that go to protectthevote.com.
If you live in a battleground state, Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania,
North Carolina, Georgia, Minnesota, Virginia, I want you guys to make sure that you go to
protectthevote.com and sign up to be a volunteer poll watcher.
You're going to get some good training about what to look for, how you can do it, the compliance
with the state laws, the reporting system and everything else.
We really need your help.
We also need you to go to trumpforce47.com.
We need you to be a volunteer.
You get your 10 to 15 friends, family, and neighbors to register to vote, cast their ballots early.
We also need you to become part of the Get Out the Vote volunteer army.
This is your election.
to turn everybody out to make sure that as President Trump says his margin of victory
is too big to rake. We need to win this election. And we need everybody's help as we're going
to talk through Peter as we go through some of these other topics. This is your election.
This is nobody else's election. The time has come today to take ownership of this election.
Make sure that you are doing what you can within your universe within your network of
friends and family and make sure that you are taking action, action, action.
And we're going to continue to talk about this today.
But the time for half measures is over.
As Steve says, action, action, action.
And so you really need to get on this, and happy to repeat those websites.
peter navarro
Yeah, that's what I want to do now.
But let's take them slow.
bill mcginley
Sure.
peter navarro
Because we had Pete Hoekstra from Michigan on, and he mentioned, is this TrumpForce47.com?
bill mcginley
TrumpForce47.com.
peter navarro
Let's get that up on the screen, Denver.
TrumpForce47.com.
bill mcginley
The number's 47.
peter navarro
Yes.
What exactly is that?
Who runs that site?
And what does it do?
bill mcginley
Campaign and RNC run that site.
Basically what they do is they help organize and train the volunteer army that's going to turn out to vote.
peter navarro
So if I go to TrumpForce47.com, what can I first do?
I sign up?
bill mcginley
You sign up for it.
After you sign up, you're going to be contacted by somebody in state with the campaign to help you understand where the training is, what the next steps are.
peter navarro
Let's say I live in Nebraska and I want to help in Michigan.
Can I do that in any way?
bill mcginley
Well, I mean, anybody can make phone calls to people in other states to say, hey.
peter navarro
They have that operation going?
unidentified
Yeah.
peter navarro
Okay.
bill mcginley
Yeah.
I mean, it's not just neighbors and people who live in the same precinct.
You can make phone calls, you know, on your mobile phone from anywhere.
peter navarro
All right, Posse.
Let's put it on your list to look at TrumpForce47.com.
Now, the second one, ProtectTheVote.com?
bill mcginley
That's correct.
peter navarro
Alright, who runs that site?
What does that one do?
bill mcginley
That's the election integrity for the battleground states.
The states that are going to determine the president.
peter navarro
And who's in charge of that?
bill mcginley
That's going to be RNC.
peter navarro
That's RNC as well?
bill mcginley
Yeah.
And that's where you're going to get the training.
In order to get into the polling places to be eyes and ears, We need intelligent people who exercise good judgment, who are going to be professional about their observations.
We need you to sign up.
We've had a great amount of volunteers sign up on the sites, you know, TrumpForce47 and ProtectTheVote.com, but we can never have enough.
unidentified
Okay.
Right?
peter navarro
And there's good follow-through?
There's good follow-through, yes.
Okay, now here's a really important question, Bill.
Because you claim it's no longer about election day, it's election season.
You said we need poll watchers.
What about Dropbox watchers?
Do you know which states they allow Dropboxes in and whether they have a Dropbox watcher?
bill mcginley
There's quite a few of the battleground states that allow Dropboxes.
There's active efforts underway to get clarity on how that can be done.
Arizona had some problems last year.
And a consent decree with some folks who showed up to watch Dropboxes.
They actually got, I think some people, there were some court cases on it.
peter navarro
So the Arizona mafia out there, run by the Democrat Party, did everything they could to stop people from watching Dropboxes.
bill mcginley
Yeah.
peter navarro
And, you know, it's a gap, you know, because there's a lot of state, you know, every... Look, Bill, that's where all the stuff in the ballot box stuff comes from, mostly, right?
bill mcginley
Right.
But let's back up for a second.
A lot of state laws allow for poll watchers in the ballot, in the polling locations, right?
You have Democrats, you have Republicans standing there, you have election workers who are either volunteers or paid staff from the county registrars running the polling place.
What we need is we need to have the same type of transparency with drop boxes.
peter navarro
Yeah.
bill mcginley
Right?
And so, you know, Democrats should go and watch too.
But, you know, there's a lot of states that are that are kind of like purposely blocking this.
And so we are actively working to get guidance.
peter navarro
I've heard they've moved, in some states they've moved the drop boxes inside so you can't Well, drop boxes inside in the county registrar's office is frankly better than having them out in a parking lot.
unidentified
Yeah.
bill mcginley
Right?
Because there you're going to have individuals around and there's going to be some sort of monitoring there.
But the bottom line is that what we really need, and I don't want this to be lost with the posse, there's nothing for us to fight over in a close election if you don't cast your ballot.
If you don't cast your ballot, we lose.
If you don't cast your ballot, we lose.
peter navarro
So take a few minutes off from blasting out on social media all the time and cast your ballot.
bill mcginley
That's right.
Figure out how to do it.
Walk the talk.
That's right.
peter navarro
Walk the tweet.
bill mcginley
The Democrats call it spreading the vote.
And what they do is they contact their voters and help them figure out the most convenient way for them to cast their ballot.
Republicans need to do the same thing. Is it early vote in person?
peter navarro
It's multi-level marketing, really.
bill mcginley
Some will do mail-in, some will do absentee ballots, or election day.
But make sure that you cast your ballot.
You have to vote so we have something to litigate over if this is a close election,
which I think everybody believes it will be.
peter navarro
Okay, protectthevote.com and trumpforce47.com.
TrumpForce47.com, you can volunteer.
You can volunteer at both of those, right?
bill mcginley
That's right.
And let me give you one more website, because I know you love websites, Peter.
peter navarro
Go for it.
bill mcginley
SwampTheVoteUSA.com.
peter navarro
SwampTheVoteUSA.com.
What's that one?
bill mcginley
Okay, that's something where the posse can go to, look up their state, and figure out all the different ways to cast their ballot.
It's a convenient way for you to figure it out so that you can make a plan and frankly help your friends, family, and neighbors do the same thing to get their ballots in.
peter navarro
What I want to do now is talk a little bit deeper about the dark money that's going in.
The Soros money and this, that, and the other thing.
There's a something blue site?
What is that?
bill mcginley
Act Blue.
peter navarro
Act Blue.
bill mcginley
Yeah.
peter navarro
So tell me, tell the posse more importantly, what you know about this dark money and how many millions or billions are we up against here?
bill mcginley
Sure.
Basically, you know, we've talked about this a little bit before on The War Room, but it's worth repeating.
The Democrats have really built a dark money empire.
out there.
A lot of people have read the stories about a group called Arabella Advisors that manages some really large national dark money groups from the New Venture Fund, Hopewell Fund, Windward Fund, and others.
And there's also been some other groups that have received some financial support from Arabella Advisors, and this is all based upon the 2020 IRS 990 forms that they have filed.
But there's some others that are kind of independent of that, but have really received some strong support from some of the biggest dark money vendors.
peter navarro
When you say dark money, what does that mean?
bill mcginley
It means money that is not disclosed.
In other words, the donors are not disclosed.
How do they do that?
Because they're 501c3s, they're 501c4s.
C3s, they're 501 C4s.
peter navarro
These are groups- So you've got non-profits tax exempt, spending money on
political activities.
bill mcginley
Well, they would characterize a lot of it as not political, but all of these... So how does that work?
peter navarro
Give me an example.
bill mcginley
All right.
So a lot of these groups, let's talk some figures first.
Let's put the data on the table and then we'll get to that.
So in terms of national spending, just the money that these groups were transferring between each other in 2020, $691 million and change.
That's almost as much as President Trump raised into his presidential campaign alone.
And that's just the money that was flowing between the national groups.
Now, when you burrow down and you get a little bit deeper into the battleground states from 2020, and this is looking at the 990s of a lot of these national groups compared to some of the organizations with addresses or activities in the battleground states, the breakdown from 2020, and this included the Zuck Bucks at the time, in Georgia, they transferred down approximately $64 million into Georgia alone.
into Arizona.
peter navarro
And who does that go to?
bill mcginley
It goes to local nonprofits or nonprofits with robust operations in Georgia.
Some of it includes the Zuckbox, which in some states they can no longer do.
peter navarro
Weren't some of those nonprofits running the Dropbox scams?
bill mcginley
Some of them were driving the voters there, sure.
I mean, a lot of these are get-out-the-vote operations, and what they do is... And that's legal for non-profits?
It depends upon how you do it.
I mean, you know, we can do a whole seminar, and we'd have to spend more than two hours on a Saturday to kind of go through how this works.
peter navarro
Do we do that as well?
bill mcginley
There are some groups that focus on specific segments, like some will be like a gun rights group.
peter navarro
What would you say we're outspent by in the dark?
bill mcginley
Everywhere.
peter navarro
But, I mean, is it 2-1, 10-1?
bill mcginley
Oh, I think it's... I think it's at least 10-1.
peter navarro
10-1.
bill mcginley
Yeah.
I just don't see us getting anywhere close.
peter navarro
All right.
We're going to be right back with the great Bill McGinley.
We're getting really dark today.
It's dark money.
We'll be right back.
Peter Canova.
dave brat
Did you know there is nearly $1 trillion of infrastructure and pandemic funds yet to be spent?
That's right, there's a massive amount of money that the lame duck administration is pushing hard to spend in their last few months.
If Biden can push out these funds, we could see another prolonged inflation surge, just like during COVID.
And I'm sure you remember the terrible effects that high prices had on Americans and still do.
But there's hope.
A surge in prices can be beaten.

Before we go back to Bill, I just wanted to encourage everybody to go to Apple Podcasts and subscribe to The War Room.
You got a QR code on the screen.
What we really need to do is build the war room audience.
You are the force multiplier here.
Subscribe.
You'll get the podcast free downloaded.
And then what you really need to do is share that with 10 friends out of the McGinley rule.
If we get our message out, we win.
Alright, Bill, you and I were talking a little bit about the dark money.
I just want to finish up with that.
As I understand it, the Democrats are using these non-profit organizations at taxpayer expense for political purposes.
They exploit loopholes.
There's nothing we can really do about that in the next 60 days, but what we can do is what?
bill mcginley
Basically, everybody can get out and volunteer to help the president.
I mean, the most significant force, the most important force, the great equalizer in politics against the dark money is our volunteer army.
It's the posse.
It's the posse getting out there, turning people out to vote, voting themselves, and
basically combating the messaging to get Donald Trump and J.D.
Vance's message out there.
And to vote Republican up and down the ticket.
The president's going to need a Republican House.
The president's going to need a Republican Senate.
As you remember from our time in the White House, if we don't have the Senate, nobody
gets through.
peter navarro
Nobody gets through.
What he means by that is that we can't get our cabinet secretaries and undersecretaries appointed by the Senate and therefore the swamp controls the bureaucracy.
bill mcginley
That's correct.
peter navarro
And so what we want to do is we want to... Tell them what you did in the White House.
bill mcginley
So I was cabinet secretary, so I ran the Office of Cabinet Affairs, which helped coordinate
amongst the different departments and agencies that made up the Cabinet of the United States.
And so we would help people like you, Peter, with a lot of your policy initiatives and
others in the White House.
They would put it before President Trump.
President Trump would make the decision.
And then one of the things that we would do is track to make sure that the policies were
being implemented in the various departments and agencies and educate the White House about
that.
But we also ran the cabinet meetings.
We used to, you know, President Trump, when I was there, had 19 cabinet meetings, which
was more than President Obama had in eight years him being there.
President Trump loved to have cabinet meetings.
He enjoyed discussions with his cabinet.
He would take questions from the press at the top of the meeting.
unidentified
There would be a pretty big... Those were fun to go to.
peter navarro
How long did it take him to get a full cabinet, which speaks to this notion of why we need to win the Senate?
bill mcginley
I think we had, I think, you know, inaugurated or sworn in January of 17.
I think it was April when we had a full cabinet.
And that's when we had our first cabinet meeting.
unidentified
Yeah.
peter navarro
And we lost a few along the way that we couldn't get confirmed.
bill mcginley
Well, there were a couple who withdrew, but they were replaced and put in.
peter navarro
Is it a 51-49 voting rule or supermajority?
bill mcginley
It depends.
It used to be, and then everybody pulled the nuclear option, but yeah.
So the vice president could be the tie-breaking vote.
on some of these nominations like Kamala Harris has been.
And so, you know, getting them, these men and women through the Senate and the confirmation
process is critically important.
peter navarro
It's been distressing to me, Bill, that the committee on the Senate side, the Republicans
have not been adequately funding some of the Republican candidates where we can flip seats.
And I think Mitch McConnell is doing that because they're Trump people.
unidentified
Thoughts?
bill mcginley
Look, I think any contested election needs to have a Republican candidate on the ballot.
If President Trump is able to develop a wave election, and a wave election means we get low propensity, low information voters to turn out, it's not just an overwhelming vote.
For President Trump.
There could be some seats that we're not tracking right now that could get incredibly close or we could win.
peter navarro
How about the ones we know that are contestable?
I mean, you got the tester seat.
in Montana, you've got Cary Lake fighting in Arizona, you've got a seat in Pennsylvania
that could be flipped.
But in a lot of these states, even though there's more Democrat seats at risk, those
candidates are running behind in the polls to Trump and their opponents.
And I'm not seeing the Republican Senate Committee, is that what you call it?
bill mcginley
Yeah, the NRSC.
peter navarro
What the hell's going on there, Bill?
bill mcginley
Look, I think that they have limited resources.
Why?
Because the fundraising hasn't come in.
Why?
peter navarro
Because they're not doing it.
bill mcginley
Democrats, for the last number of cycles, have outraised Republicans.
I mean, look at 2016, where President Trump won.
Hillary Clinton greatly outraised President Trump, but he was able to win.
peter navarro
In 2020— Where's all that money coming from?
bill mcginley
All of their money?
Yeah, they've got a motivated base.
Some of it, I think, is under investigation.
to try and figure out what's going on.
I'm not prepared to make any statements on that, but I think there are some people reviewing it.
But the bottom line is that, you know, if people can afford 10, 15, $20,
which I know is really hard given the Biden-Harris inflation,
in the stagnant economy where the job growth just isn't there for American workers.
So we recognize the sacrifice, then to volunteer.
But when I say that people need to get out, cast their ballot, vote for Republicans
up and down the ticket, because we need it.
And let me just say this, it's equally important in the local races as well.
How many times have we seen now where communities have...
have been destroyed, where businesses are leaving, where families are fleeing, we're
living really in very bad conditions because the local prosecutor won't enforce the law.
Violent criminals are let out on cashless bail to be recidivists and to terrorize the
neighborhoods again.
I think a lot of people who have never really kind of been touched by that are beginning
to be touched by that and it's something that the Democrats and the media don't want to
talk about.
What a material impact it has on the economy of a community, but also really what happens to these families and how it impacts the education of their children.
Children who are fearful about going to school are not going to learn.
Right.
Parents who are worried about whether their children are going to be safe on the streets are not going to allow them to do the activities that are going to give them intellectual, emotional and physical growth.
peter navarro
So city council, city attorneys, school boards.
bill mcginley
All of it matters.
peter navarro
It all matters.
bill mcginley
Right.
But especially matters top of the ticket.
President Trump and J.D.
Vance.
peter navarro
We've got just a couple of minutes left, Bill.
Is there something That we didn't cover here that you want to hit.
bill mcginley
It's all hands on deck.
peter navarro
All hands on deck.
bill mcginley
It's all hands on deck.
You hear that Posse?
peter navarro
Posse, nobody does it better than the Posse.
The problem is sometimes they're not given options.
So we got some options today from Bill McGinley.
We got TrumpForce47.com.
You heard that from Pete Hoekstra in Michigan.
And the other one was protectthevote.com.
the vote dot com.
bill mcginley
That, that, yeah, protect the vote dot com.
peter navarro
And the first one that everybody, the first stop is.
bill mcginley
Trump force 47 dot com.
peter navarro
Trump force 47 dot com.
bill mcginley
And if you're looking for information about how you can cast your ballot, swamp the vote
peter navarro
That's the one, yeah.
bill mcginley
So you can get some guidance on what's happening in your state.
peter navarro
You're confident that the RNC has righted the ship after Ronald McDaniel was summarily ejected?
bill mcginley
I've said this before.
I'm a college football fan.
There's one of the greatest coaches ever.
There's how you're currently performing and then there's what's your potential.
unidentified
Yeah.
bill mcginley
Right?
He calls it the capability gap.
Right?
To me, that is what we need to close between now and election day.
Right?
And the capability gap in the get out the vote operation, volunteers chasing ballots, curing ballots from Republican voters that may have a mistake and the election officials won't accept them.
We need to protect our voters and we need to have election integrity.
We need to give people faith in the process and confidence in the results.
peter navarro
And as President Trump says, we need this margin of victory to be too big Bill, do you think the RNC culture now, do they understand how important get out the vote is?
bill mcginley
Yes.
peter navarro
This whole thing, Posse, where it was a badge of honor to vote on election day, got to rip that badge off, friends, because it ain't working.
As Bill said earlier, stuff can happen.
Look at Carrie Lake running for governor and her opponent, who was the Secretary of State in charge of ballots, pulled the plug on people being able.
To vote that day and she lost a race which which should have been a cakewalk Bill once more give everybody the websites say goodbye if you watch the clock there you got 46 seconds.
bill mcginley
No problem on X I am at WJ McGinley and on getter at McGinley WJ All right, man.
peter navarro
This man's a patriot.
It was a pleasure to serve with him.
I hope to see him with Trump 47 In the future.
And you're my brother, man.
bill mcginley
It's a pleasure.
peter navarro
All right.
We'll see you next time.
Possi will be right back.
We're going to go to Hunter Biden land and handicap whether he'll get pardoned by Papa.
I think that's pretty much 100 percent.
Be right back.
unidentified
Only one coming after the mind, divine, your soul. Oh, oh, it's true.
Warren.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
peter navarro
Hey, Peter K. Navarro in for Stephen K. Bannon.
We're gonna switch gears a little bit now.
Steve's sitting in prison for a misdemeanor, a crime which The Department of Justice has long said it isn't a crime at all.
I went to prison for four months for a misdemeanor.
I was the only guy in prison down in Miami for a misdemeanor.
I was the only guy who served all four months.
No time off for good conduct, first step back, second chance.
They stuck it to us as well as they could for a misdemeanor.
For defending the Constitution was that misdemeanor.
I will beat them at the appeals level.
Now we have Hunter Biden pleading guilty to a charge.
Second time he's guilty of a felony.
And we want to bring in Mark Palletta to explain just what went on there.
Tell us a little bit about Jason Galanis as well.
Mark, the floor is yours, brother.
Talk to me.
mark paoletta
Hey, Peter, good to see you.
Enjoyed working with you in Trump 45 and look forward to hopefully working together in Trump 47.
You know, look, there's two tiers of justice in this country, and we see it on display right now.
Hunter Biden should be going to jail for a lot longer, right?
The Biden Justice Department, and I'd actually say that Trump, you know, the career prosecutors during the Trump years protected Hunter Biden let the, you know, the charges, all of his crimes, right?
He didn't pay taxes for many, many, many years, and the statute of limitations expired on lots of them.
So right now he just, I think he's facing up to, this is not paying taxes he was charged with.
But only for part of the taxes he didn't pay because the Justice Department let those those those years lapse
unidentified
Yeah.
mark paoletta
You have five years, right? And so that's it. That is outrageous you
Right you and Steve Bannon are the first people to go, you know serve time right for contesting your subpoena
And here's Hunter Biden, who will no doubt be pardoned or commuted by his father on the way out the door.
And so I represented, as you just referenced, Jason Galanis, who was Hunter Biden's partner, along with Devin Archer.
Jason Galanis got 15 years, okay, for his part in, it was a tribal bond offering that Hunter Biden was involved with, financially benefited from, okay, along with Devin Archer.
Jason Galanis got 15 years, okay, he pled guilty, but he's sitting in prison.
He testified before the committee, the House Oversight Committee and Judiciary Committee, was mentioned 103 times in their report about Real-time, like, you know, evidence of Joe Biden working with his son, Hunter, on deals with the Chinese government, the Harvest Fund, where Joe Biden was agreeing to go on or showing his interest on going on the board after his vice presidency to help them.
I think they ultimately gave $5 million.
They were looking for $15 million into Hunter's business ventures.
We saw Jason talking about how Joe Biden got on the phone with Yelena Baterina.
unidentified
Right.
mark paoletta
A Russian oligarch to help Hunter close a deal.
We saw five days later Yelena Baterina signing up for, I think, a $20 million or $10 million investment in one of Hunter's ventures.
So, you know, he's not going to be held accountable for any of that.
Right.
And so that's the thing.
Like, he's pled guilty.
I think it's up to 17 years he could technically serve for the crimes charge.
unidentified
Yeah.
mark paoletta
many millions in fines, but this is a small fraction of what he should be held accountable
for.
And so, you know, we're going to see, as I said, Joe Biden is saying he's not going to
pardon him.
This is Joe Biden, right?
We don't believe a word he says.
He lies all the time.
And so I believe he will pardon his son on the way out the door.
peter navarro
I'm curious whether he'll pardon himself and his brother James as well, because what you
just outlined is an indictment against both of them for the crimes that were committed
while Joe Biden was vice president and Hunter basically used Joe Biden.
For influence, peddling.
In terms of, was there something about this guilty plea where Hunter wanted to plead but maintain his innocence?
Did I get that wrong?
Do you know anything about that?
mark paoletta
Yeah, that's an Alford plea where you go in and you, again, it's something along the lines of where you're saying I'm innocent but I'm going to plead to the charges.
The judge rejected that.
The government, you know, again, Let's not forget, right, what happens here is David Weiss and the whole Justice Department crew went easy on Hunter Biden for years and years and years.
Let's not forget that.
That's exactly what happened.
They protected Joe Biden and his son Hunter, okay?
peter navarro
Once it blew up- Was this an Alford plea?
Hang on just for a second.
Was this an Alford plea for this latest charge or for the gun charge?
mark paoletta
No, no, no, for this charge.
He was convicted.
peter navarro
So this judge, is this judge the same judge as the judge in the gun charge?
Or is this another court and a judge?
mark paoletta
Yeah, this is another, this is out in California.
The other judge was in Delaware.
unidentified
Okay.
mark paoletta
Yeah, federal judge.
peter navarro
So, so we actually, the only thing that's, that's, that's actually providing justice is not the Justice Department.
It's the judges.
Somehow we got two judges that are forcing the Justice Department to do his job.
Have I got that right?
mark paoletta
Yeah, I mean, I think it's a little bit of after it blew up in federal court when they tried to give Hunter a sweetheart deal.
I think that's when the Justice Department was exposed enough that they needed to do something.
And, you know, they have already let, you know, Tons and tons of crimes expire.
And so they got, you know, Hunter, I think he embarrassed everybody, right?
And so the Justice Department brought the gun charges.
They won in court in Delaware.
And then on the tax charges, they indicted him.
They brought a bunch of information, right?
I think this week they submitted their evidence.
I think Hunter Biden saw how bad it would look, you know, and lots more information.
And he pled, I think, knowing, of course, that his father would pardon him on the way out the door.
You know, it just shows you, Peter, the two tracks, the two tiers of justice in this country.
You know, Jason Galanis serving 15 years, Hunter Biden not even being indicted.
You know, Jason Galanis went to the Justice Department, went to the Southern District of New York, went to the SEC, said, I have information on Hunter Biden.
And guess what?
They didn't want it.
Okay.
Then when the House of Representatives was looking into all of these dealings, Jason Galanis had been approved for home release, home confinement under the COVID law, right?
Under the COVID provisions.
peter navarro
Oh, interesting.
They didn't let him go.
mark paoletta
And denied him.
And they kept him in prison.
So it made it much more difficult to cooperate with the committee.
And I had to go down.
I went down to Montgomery prison several times to meet with Jason.
And he testified in a transcribed interview before the committee in prison.
And he also did a He sat for a hearing, a congressional hearing, where he provided evidence.
Again, the committee provided information on all of these deals, real-time emails showing Joe Biden working with Hunter Biden on deals as vice president.
These were in 2014, 2015, that he's working with his son on deals with the Chinese government and with the Russians.
To see Hunter Biden not charged at all in that case, okay, and then have the Justice Department—and again, this is all written up.
I refer to the posse to read the Judiciary Committee, House Oversight Committee report on their inquiry.
Again, Jason Galanis has mentioned it 103 times, and there's a whole section on their retaliation against him.
him in prison to keep him from being released so he couldn't cooperate with the committee
in a more convenient way.
peter navarro
So I'm thinking with this debate coming up, it would be interesting to ask Kamala Harris,
if you are elected president, will you pardon Joe Biden if he ever gets indicted, which
wouldn't happen under her, but would you pardon Hunter Biden?
That'd be a really interesting question to see how she'd handle it.
But the more interesting question would really be to Kamala Harris.
Have you ever discussed pardoning Hunter Biden with the vice president, with the president, Joe Biden?
That would be really interesting.
That would be really interesting, because when Biden stepped down, he refused to step down, he refused to step down.
It'd be really interesting if one of the things that finally sealed the deal is if Kamala Harris promised to pardon Hunter Biden.
It wouldn't surprise me at all.
Any last thoughts on all of this craziness, sir?
And then tell folks how to get in touch with you.
mark paoletta
Sure, Peter.
Again, two tiers of system.
As Bill McGinley just said, all hands on deck.
You know, President Trump needs to win in November.
The Justice Department has been out of control for many, many years.
I'm at Mark Paoletta on X. I'm at the Center for Renewing America with Russ Vogt.
You could find my materials there.
peter navarro
You're one of Russ's guys.
unidentified

It's lunchtime, but I have to wait for a minute and rely on my warpathcoffee.com.
But anyway, talk to me about what you guys do out there.
unidentified
Out in Wyoming, the great state of Wyoming, So I'm actually here in the plant today.
peter navarro
No soy burgers there, right?
catharine oneill gillihan
Oh, no way.
No way.
We don't have soy here.
No, I'm actually here in our processing facility today helping the crew.
We're working overtime to make sure you guys get your orders perfect, in perfect condition.
But today we have another burger special like you guys all love.
So if you go to Merryweatherfarms.com, you'll see it right on the homepage.

So you guys ask for this deal all the time.

Merryweatherfarms.com.

They have no nitrates, no preservatives.

How long you guys been in business?
catharine oneill gillihan
Yeah, so we've been in business for about three years.
But collectively, our team has about collectively, I would say 60 plus years of experience.
We have some really great people, great Americans working for us.
And so it's an honor to serve the Wurmpathee really great beef.
peter navarro
It's interesting that you do both grain-fed and range.
That must be hard to keep track of.
But you have that on your menu, at your website and everything like that?
You make your choice, right?
catharine oneill gillihan
Absolutely.
peter navarro
No antibiotics, no hormones, none of that stuff.
catharine oneill gillihan
Nope.
None of that crap.
You know, we offer both products.
I mean, generally our customers prefer the grain finish, which, by the way, we grow all of the crops that we feed them.
We grow it right on our farm.
So, you know, most people prefer a grain finish product just because of the marbling and the extra flavor.
But for those people that do enjoy a leaner cut, we are offering a grass-finished product in the next few weeks.
So, you know, you can have the best of both worlds in one location.
peter navarro
All right, give me the website one last time.
catharine oneill gillihan
Yeah, absolutely.
It's MerryweatherFarms.com.
You don't need a discount code.
