Why didn't you vet Tim Waltz?
unidentified
Huh?
jack posobiec
Why didn't you vet Tim Waltz?
What about Stolen Valor?
unidentified
Back off.
jack posobiec
Why are you hurting me?
What about Stolen Valor?
Why didn't you vet him for Stolen Valor, AG Holder?
unidentified
Excuse me.
You know, you're a fool, okay?
Why did he lie?
Why did he lie about deploying to Iraq, AG Holder?
jack posobiec
You can stop pushing me now.
You can stop pushing me now.
Why did he lie about deploying to Iraq?
unidentified
Excuse me, I'm press.
I am press.
jack posobiec
I am press.
unidentified
I'm back.
Here they're coming up on me.
jack posobiec
He's the one who cursed me out and won't answer the question.
unidentified
Why did Tim Walz lie about going to Iraq and you didn't vet him?
jack posobiec
You didn't vet him, Eric Holder.
You did not vet Tim Walz.
Why did you not vet Tim Walz's stolen valor?
Why didn't you vet his IVF?
He lied about IVF.
He lied about his rank.
Eric Holder couldn't do his job.
Held in contempt.
Couldn't do his job.
unidentified
Couldn't vet Tim Walz.
jack posobiec
Stolen valor.
Stolen valor.
Have I been aggressive in any way?
And what about yourself?
unidentified
Listen, you're way too vocal.
Vocal?
I'm press.
jack posobiec
What do you think?
unidentified
You ever heard of the free First Amendment, my friend?
You see this?
jack posobiec
This is called a press pass.
I'm doing my job here.
unidentified
Look, Eric, Eric, just give me a save.
Go ahead.
jack posobiec
Go ahead.
Give me your best.
unidentified
Who are you with?
jack posobiec
Who am I with?
unidentified
I'm with the R.A.V.
jack posobiec
Again, I'm just trying to interview Attorney General Eric Holder.
I haven't been aggressive in any way.
This guy's going to put me in what?
Interview people?
unidentified
You can't go past this area.
jack posobiec
What's this area?
I am press.
unidentified
I didn't say press.
jack posobiec
Isn't this the media row?
unidentified
Yeah, but you can't.
jack posobiec
I can't go into media row?
But I'm press.
unidentified
That's where you're trying to go.
jack posobiec
And this is media row, right?
Yes or no?
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
jack posobiec
Pray for our enemies.
unidentified
Because we're going medieval on this, people.
steve bannon
You're not going to free shot all these networks lying about the people.
unidentified
The people have had a belly full of it.
jack posobiec
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
mike benz
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
mike benz
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
jack posobiec
All right, folks, Jack Posobiec here on The War Room in for Stephen K. Bannon, political prisoner.
Something that I think a lot of people don't talk about enough.
But yes, Steve Bannon is still a political prisoner of the unlawful regime that we have ensconced in our government and we are working hard to get rid of.
One of the members of that cabal was a man you just saw there, Attorney General Eric Holder.
Someone who I was able to confront at the DNC, there in person, specifically on this question of why did he not vet Tim Walz over his stolen valor claims.
But also, let's not forget who Eric Holder was and who Eric Holder is.
Eric Holder was the right-hand man of Barack Obama for all those years throughout his initial administration all the way up until they let Loretta Lynch get in.
This was the guy who oversaw Fast and Furious.
This was the guy who specifically, specifically was the one that allowed AR-15s and other weapons to be sold illegally to the drug cartels, then lied about it, then lost the guns, one of which was used in the killing of Brian Terry, a Border Patrol officer.
And of course, President Trump was just down on the border talking about this.
Folks, it goes back over a decade that our government has been actively exacerbating the problems on the border.
They've been making the border worse.
They've been making the border absolutely insane.
And so this is why people like Eric Holder need to be confronted when you see them.
And of course, we will continue to do so and I will continue to do so because I'm not going to let my country fall to communism.
That's why we released the book through War Room Books called Unhumans, The Secret History of Communist Revolutions and How to Crush Them.
And proud to report that that book became a New York Times bestseller.
You can see Unhumans if you go.
By the way, Barnes & Noble books a million have been kind enough to have it up on their shelves and they are still selling this thing.
We've been racing up the charts And we see, by the way, when we first put this out, people would say, why are you doing a book on communism?
Communism is something that happened during the Cold War, happened a long time ago.
And we pointed out, no, it's happening right now.
And then all along comes Kamala Harris and along comes Tim Walz with his ties to the CCP and his 30 trips to China, including during the Tiananmen Square massacre when Tim Walz was there.
And he said communism was just A system so that people could share.
Isn't that nice?
Isn't that wonderful?
Kamala Harris running along with, of course, we know all about the cultural Marxism that the left pushes, but now we are getting back to the original economic populism, the economic communism.
With actual Bolshevik policies, like the price controls that she's talking about, that will lead to direct food shortages within the United States.
And another one that we also know, by the way, that of course the Kamala Harris campaign is already, we're told, leading to wine shortages in the United States.
But that's why it's incumbent on everyone to get a copy of Unhumans, read it for yourself.
This is the playbook.
To go through and understand what's happening and also how to fight back.
That's why one of the things, and you saw me, by the way, going there, getting in Eric Holder's face, you need to expose these people for who they are and expose them for what they have done and are planning to do to our country.
This is Bolshevism, it is Neo-Bolshevism, and we are going to fight against it.
Another guy who's fighting against this directly, who was there with me for a lot of this and is still there, is Ben Burquam, the Real America's Voice correspondent, who is on the ground just outside of the DNC.
Ben, how goes it?
ben bergquam
Well, if you'd have come to me about 30 seconds ago, I just got Adam Kinzinger as he was walking in, the trader.
I asked him if he's switching to Democrat and he said, you can't kick me out of the party, which is a funny reaction to it.
So it's going.
So I just want to kind of set the stage for where we're at.
Let's turn the camera this way.
Got a large group of people coming in.
We're going to be asking some questions here as they come.
We turn it back over here.
These folks are pumped up.
To be here.
Super excited for Kamala.
Wait, who do you think the special guest is going to be tonight?
Any ideas?
jack posobiec
I hope Beyonce.
I hope Beyonce.
ben bergquam
That's the second one I've heard.
Any other special guests?
Who do you think it's going to be?
Anybody?
unidentified
Oh, it's going to be Kamala Harris, and there's no doubt.
ben bergquam
Oh, we know Kamala.
Yeah, we know that.
But who's the special guest?
They say there's somebody else extra special.
unidentified
If it's not Beyonce, you're going to hear me from the back screaming, saying, well, where is she?
ben bergquam
OK, one last question.
Some people are saying Democrats have run the inner cities for 50 plus years, yet the black community still continues to vote for them.
Do you think the Democrats have sold out the black community, or is it right for the black community to continue to vote for Democrats?
unidentified
I think it's just the lens on how you approach the issue.
I think the party is ripe for communities, specifically communities of color, to be empowered.
And if this is not the leader, That is going to take us into the next century of progression.
I don't think there is one.
I mean, I feel like there's been so many opportunities, but there are no opportunities from the other party.
Those are false opportunities that have not allowed us to get to where we need to be in terms of evolution, in terms of progress.
Challenging race disparate outcomes that have been institutionalized.
ben bergquam
That's my point It's you look at these communities like, you know, Chicago perfect example 60 years Democrat run Baltimore 50 years Democrat run New York all of these cities Claiming and we saw the riots and BLM claiming that the problems come from the politicians But they've been run by Democrats many of them people of color Baltimore people of color for decades.
How do you blame?
unidentified
Republicans President Trump for that Or are we all just blaming Trump?
I'm happy to just blame Trump.
ben bergquam
I don't want to put words in your mouth.
unidentified
Yeah, no, no.
I'm happy to just blame Trump too, but I'd rather, if we're going to talk about comparing the parties, please tell me the Republican issues that are going to change the circumstances of where we are.
And then, if there's something on the table that is an alternative, or we can all come together to address them, I'm happy to approach it that way.
But right now, this, for where we are today, we have two choices.
Period.
ben bergquam
So, opportunity zones under President Trump.
First Step Act is letting people out of the Clinton crime bill.
50,000 incarcerated, mostly minorities, President Trump let out.
Lowest unemployment in the black community.
I mean, there were some good things until COVID came along.
And then the question I have, and I know you've got to get in there.
unidentified
The question I have is... And even with those things, because that's a lie.
Not good.
It's a compound question you're asking.
I'm a lawyer, so I want to parcel it out.
All of those things are tokenism and don't speak to the institutional structure.
ben bergquam
Doesn't it have a direct impact on people's lives?
unidentified
Let me tell you what had a direct impact on people's lives.
His appointment of the private jail and prison industries to the reform efforts that stopped them.
Let me tell you what had a direct impact on the black community.
Him reducing the Department of Justice and the Civil Rights Division that stopped all of the civilian oversight for law enforcement.
Let me tell you what had an impact on people of color.
The fact that we couldn't get the George Floyd bill act properly because we didn't have participation from the Republican Party.
Those are specific things under leadership that has to be held accountable for communities of color.
jack posobiec
Hey guys, I think we might be losing the signal there down in the field, but of course that's Ben Berquam.
Guys, let's work on Denver.
Let's see if we can get work on getting Ben Berquam back up.
I'd like to be able to continue that.
Hopefully they're recording on their end as well so we can get that as well as Kinzinger.
I wanted to play though, I know there's a clip that Ben actually recorded prior to all this where he was able to question one of the attendees of the DNC.
Let's play that now.
ben bergquam
When Trump wins, how many politicians do you think we're going to find out are paid off by the cartels?
unidentified
I don't know, maybe Donald Trump is paid off by the cartels.
ben bergquam
You'd have to look at the ones that are supporting open borders.
unidentified
Under his administration, that's when we saw there's not a single Democrat that supports open borders.
Only people you'll see talking about open borders are folks like you and Republicans.
ben bergquam
Because we're telling the truth.
unidentified
And in fact, research shows that it's the Republican messaging that has helped fuel it.
You have a good night.
ben bergquam
You too.
Thank you, Congresswoman.
That's my friend Veronica Escobar.
Uh, we'll find out.
We'll find out when Trump wins.
jack posobiec
Alright, I'm told that we've got Burquam back in the field.
Let's go back to him now.
Ben, what just happened there?
ben bergquam
It was just getting good.
So that was actually the chief of staff.
How funny is that?
That was Kamala Harris's chief of staff for 10 years.
First name's Paul.
The last name, got his contact.
I'm going to be reaching out to him.
Really great conversation.
We're getting into it.
The last question I was going to ask, you had to run in, is give me one policy.
The one thing that we don't have.
So you have all these things.
Oh, the President Trump is racist.
He's, you know, all misogynist, all this.
All you have from the left, everything we've heard from this building, are platitudes.
It's joy, it's empathy, it's this, it's that.
No plans.
And the plans they have talked about are terrible.
But that was a great conversation.
I'm looking forward to continuing that one now.
Jack, I want to show you this.
By the way, Veronica Escobar, if you're watching this, that's the most time she's given me ever, I think.
And she was getting a little hot.
But the real truth is, I think the number is very large.
I think probably 100 members from state and federal levels that are being paid off by the cartels.
And that investigation has to happen.
I believe it will happen when President Trump comes to office.
One more thing I want to point out before we talk to some other folks or whatever you want to do, Jack, if we can pan it over here, Eric.
So across the street.
So to show you.
So we have the protesters.
They're anticipating a large protest.
We're going to start here.
We're going to go outside and join the protesters.
But there is a group of protesters, smaller group over here.
You can see behind the planners over there.
And these are uncommitted delegates that are planning on unless they actually said I was standing over there and they said unless their demands are met.
And they have a Palestinian speaker on stage by 6 p.m.
They are not going to support Kamala Harris.
So, you know, whether or not that's just a, you know, a moot point at that point, it really probably doesn't matter.
But it's more of showing the division within the party.
So that's what's happening out here.
We're gonna be talking to the folks and then we're gonna go out with the crazies out on the sidewalk.
jack posobiec
Well, Ben, no, that's incredible.
We've just got a minute until the break here, but we'll see.
I tell you what, what we'll do is we'll come back to you if you do end up getting the crazies out there, because we need to show what's actually happening outside the DNC.
The mainstream media is never going to do that, but the War Room will show you the ground truth.
The War Room is where you come to find out what's actually going on.
in this country.
The War Room is the place where we'll tell you what's going on behind the scenes, including, by the way, I'll even give you exclusive details on what's happening behind the scenes with this RFK surprise announcement, potentially, or will it not, come tomorrow?
Will he endorse or won't he?
Apparently, it's still up in the air.
Stay tuned, folks.
unidentified
This war room continues right after this break.
Please!
Spread the word all through Hong Kong!
We will fight till they're all gone!
We rejoice when there's no more!
Let's take down the CCP!
War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
jack posobiec
Alright, Jack Pasobic back here on The War Room.
Today is the final night of the DNC, the cringe finale, the ultimate cringe.
But here's this question.
President Trump is going to be addressing a Turning Point Action-hosted rally tomorrow.
In Glendale in the Phoenix area of Arizona.
There's also something going on in Arizona tomorrow morning where at or tomorrow morning in Pacific tomorrow around 2 p.m.
Eastern here that RFK Jr.
is set to make a huge announcement.
Now, what are we hearing about this?
Well, I've got some exclusive reporting.
The reporting that I've received on this is, a source close to the RFK campaign has said he has not yet decided on whether or not he will drop out and endorse Trump.
There is an internal war happening within the camp With Nicole Shanahan, his running mate, urging him to join forces with Trump and Sheryl Hines and her side urging him to just drop off the ballot in swing states but not endorse Trump.
So it's still coming down to the wire as to whether or not RFK will do this.
Now, that being said, I don't think that Donald Trump necessarily needs the endorsement of RFK, but I will say this is something that would be a huge play for him in the swing states, and it would also be a narrative shift, because what it would do is it would show independents out there, it would show people in the suburbs, it would show people who are maybe interested, they might be Trump-curious, MAGA-curious, and they might say, you know, I'm thinking about getting on board, but I'm just not sure, I might go somewhere else.
that it would give them permission then to sort of go over and say, you know what, this isn't about
Donald Trump as the individual or as the man, but what it becomes is a team of people,
the outsiders versus the insiders. And we, you know, you and I know that, and we here on the
posse know that that's what it's been all along, because MAGA is the original third party. It just
happens to exist within the Republican Party. So we've been fighting a two front war all the time,
number one against the left, but number two against the Republican establishment, the disloyal
ours. Now, a lot of that has to do with the fact that the Republican establishment is
has gone away and as we are here just 74 days left until victory.
74 days left to victory.
The question becomes, what are you doing to do the work in those swing states?
Are you getting involved with Task Force 47?
As Steve Bannon and Kat Maureen Bannon was on here the other day talking about how Steve has asked people need to get involved.
People need to do the work.
It's action, action, action.
You do not have any time left.
So the question is, and if you're in one of these swing states, you're near one of these swing states, or you have the time to affect one of these swing states, get plugged in with Trump Task Force 47.
Go and get plugged in with Cliff Maloney and Chase the Vote PA.
Go get involved with Turning Point Action to commit 100 They've got staff, by the way, turning points, hiring all over the place.
Trump is hiring on the ground side.
So there's a lot of this going on.
Didn't exist in 2020.
Now it's coming up in 2024.
But there's also even better news because I keep hearing from people again and again, how do we, how do we fight this deal?
Two pieces.
Number one, you're going to be hearing more about this as we go into September, but I'm going to say here right now, Mike Johnson, Speaker Johnson, must include the SAVE Act in any spending package that goes up before the September 30th deadline.
And I'm going to talk to the rest of the gang out here, so maybe we can get Grace and Bill
Blaster and all the rest of this up so we can contact the House Republicans to get them
to understand this.
The SAVE Act will require that only, and it's already passed the House, by the way, it's
already passed the House and it got bipartisan support, but it will not pass the Senate or
the White House without Democrat support.
So what do you do?
You require that it be included in any budgets going forward.
The SAVE Act must be included and this needs to be a deal breaker.
Absolute deal breaker.
Walk, shut down the government if this is not included.
Illegals cannot vote in the United States.
And by the way, If the illegals do vote, then I'd love to hear President Trump say that anyone found voting in the 2024 election illegally as an illegal alien will be the first in line to be deported come 2025.
You want to talk about Project 2025?
There's a project for you.
The legals found voting will be deported first.
No question.
End of story.
No amnesty.
None of this, none of this, you know, refugee asylum.
No, none of the status whatsoever.
No protections.
You're gone.
You're absolutely gone.
And you go to the front of the line, along with all the murderers and the child sex traffickers and all the rest.
Of course, we also hear that President Trump just earlier today, He came out and said, and he said this before, but he came out right there on the border, right in Cochise County, south of Sierra Vista in Fort Huachuca, where I used to serve on multiple trainings prior to deployment to Gitmo and East Asia, that death penalty for child sex traffickers at the federal level.
Who could be against that?
I'd love to see who's against that.
So you got the SAVE Act, you got the deportation of illegals, but we've also got Gina Svoboda.
I want to bring her on now from Arizona to walk us through massive, massive news coming out of the U.S.
Supreme Court as pertains to Arizona.
Gina, walk us through what just happened.
unidentified
Hey, thank you, Jack.
So me for me a vote of two.
Your watchers will be aware this was Arizona passed a requirement for proof of citizenship to register to vote.
Supreme Court told us 10 years ago, if you get the state voter registration form, they don't give you proof of citizenship.
You don't have to register them at all.
Federal form, if they check that annoying box that Jack spoke about, the SAVE Act will eliminate that.
And we hope Speaker Johnson attaches that to any and all spending bills.
If they file with that, they get to be federal only, right?
So Arizona came back last year, last session, and we passed HB 2492.
Requires, we restore, you use our state form, you don't give us proof of citizenship, you're not getting registered to vote at all.
Then MiFamilia Vota sued us.
Two judges, the Ninth Circuit, said, no, Arizona, you cannot enforce this law.
You have to register everybody, no matter what form they send in.
Allow them to vote without proof of citizenship.
Went to SCOTUS, and we're overjoyed today.
SCOTUS did a partial stay upholding Arizona's right to require proof of citizenship on the state voter registration form, and that is the state of play right now.
jack posobiec
So let's go through this.
So that means on the voter form right now, proof of citizenship is required.
That means it's going to be stayed.
That means if anyone wants to go, and immediate effect, that's the point of a stay, so that's emergency injunction, gets the stay, so the ruling comes down from the Supreme Court that anyone who goes to register to vote in Arizona, as of right now, immediate effect, must possess and must show proof of citizenship.
Is that right?
unidentified
On the state form, yes.
On the federal form, no, because we're preempted by the Supremacy Clause because the federal government created HAVA and they made the federal form for the EAC.
And I have, it's a huge victory that, because 90% of the registrations plus come in on the state form, okay?
So this is a very big deal.
However, late, late breaking, about half an hour ago, I got a call that the county recorders, I've got 15 counties, the recorders are the ones who process voter registration, Had a call with the Secretary of State and the Secretary of State is advising them, you get the state form, doesn't have proof of citizenship.
When you reject it, you're supposed to send them a letter and say, hey, you didn't give us proof of citizenship.
Here's another state form.
He's telling them to put the federal form in there.
Okay, so they're immediately trying to circumvent something that went into effect two hours ago to protect the voters of Arizona.
So that can't happen.
And I'm here to say if the county recorders listen to Secretary Fontes and start sending out the federal form when they're rejecting people who have not provided proof of citizenship, I'm going to litigate.
So they need to comply with the law and obey what the statutes say in Arizona and what the people of Arizona And it's as simple as that.
jack posobiec
So is this something then that the AG can be able to try?
You mentioned before in the previous interview that during the break that that Fontes is trying to circumvent this.
So how can they try to get rid of this if it's already on the form?
unidentified
He's just telling them, you send in a state form, I don't have the citizenship, I'm gonna send you a letter, right, that says, hey, you're not registered, you didn't put the proof of citizenship in.
He's telling them, attach the federal form.
We can't stop people from registering on the federal form.
That's why we need the SAVE Act and we need Speaker Johnson to get that through.
So because of the Supremacy Clause, which, you know, we respect the Constitution, if they use that federal form, there's nothing I can do.
So this is a victory, but it's only a victory if the county recorders in Arizona comply with the law and follow the ruling by the Supreme Court where we're waiting for this underlying case to be heard.
We absolutely need people to adhere to the law.
And this is why, Jack, it's such a travesty that But we will follow up and we'll continue to fight on that issue.
with 280 votes because if Abe Hamadeh was DAG right now there would be no
question that the county recorders or the Secretary of State would even
consider doing such a thing but we will follow up and we'll continue to fight on
that issue we're not going to give up.
jack posobiec
Look this is a massive victory and people need to understand that.
That means, by the way, that if the Supreme Court is granting things like this that will affect the 2025 election, that other motions that make their way up to the Supreme Court, that's why it's so important for action.
The people of this audience made this happen.
The people in the posse made this happen.
People like Gina with organizations like hers made this happen.
So that means when you push, when you fight, and Gina, talk to me, we've got a minute
until the break, but talk to me about how much work went into actually getting it to
the Supreme Court and getting to this point.
unidentified
Oh yeah, we've been fighting for a long time.
So the state of Arizona has been fighting for 10 years plus to keep citizenship requirements in place for voter registration.
We passed Prop 200.
We went all the way to the Supreme Court.
They said, deal with the EAC, the Elections Assistance Commission.
That's a bunch of unelected bureaucrats that were put in place by Congress, which is a lesson to Congress.
Please never do that again.
Then for 10 years, we tried to get back into court.
We couldn't.
We fought to get this new statute passed, knowing we would go back to court.
So the two unresolved issues, Jack, which we expect will eventually get to the Supreme Court, hopefully quickly, will be you can't vote for president at all in Arizona without proof of citizenship, and you can't vote by mail in Arizona without proof of citizenship.
So people go to azgop.com forward slash observer.
I need you.
I need 7,000 people in Arizona to be my observer.
So please go to azgop.com forward slash observer.
Help me watch the polling places and we're going to win.
Thank you, Jack.
jack posobiec
Thank you so much, Gina.
Love it, folks.
This is what action gets you.
Action begets victory.
Right back to you.
Warlord. Not that other show.

All right Jack Pasobic in here on war room in for Stephen K Bannon who is
currently being held by the regime as a political prisoner.
Now, the story about RFK, what's going on behind the scenes, very interesting, a lot going on, a lot of moving parts.
Someone who understands very well those moving parts is Mike Benz from the Foundation for Freedom Online.
He joins us now.
Mike, how are you?
mike benz
Doing great.
I think I'm doing better than Eric Holder.
unidentified
That was a pretty epic moment there.
jack posobiec
You know, it was interesting because he ran away from me very fast and he became very furious.
It was interesting how he became fastly furious when I confronted him.
I can't imagine why it was that he became so fastly furious, but here we are.
You know, by the way, one of the things I've neglected to mention in the earlier segment was that You know, I was hitting him on his lack of vetting of Tim Waltz, and I didn't even realize this myself, but somebody pointed out to me later that evening, they said, did you know that actually one of the 12, or excuse me, 17 Democrats who voted to hold Eric Holder in contempt,
No way.
unidentified
Wow.
jack posobiec
That's fascinating.
Tim Walz himself.
mike benz
No way.
Wow.
jack posobiec
That's fascinating.
So when he was back in Minnesota 1, when he was in Congress, he tried to, you know, kind
of play this role of, oh, yeah, I'm very moderate.
And he was.
But then when he ran for governor, that's when he really swung super, super left and
kind of revealed, I think, a lot of the policies that he had always had.
But speaking of swing states, I wanted to I wanted to ask you this, this idea that,
you know, we're hearing behind the scenes that there's this sort of internal war going
on in the RFK camp.
Some people urging him to obviously, Nicole Shanahan, and I know you've been on our show.
You know, she's been out there very publicly saying it's time to join forces with Trump and the MAGA movement and turn this into just a broader America movement and make it about, you know, like I said, that's like the outsiders versus the insiders now.
So you're really changing the dynamic of the race.
You've got Elon Musk on board, then you bring RFK, you bring Nicole in, and so all of it becomes, it's team effort against the regime.
And so it's not about any one individual, it's about all of us fighting to get our country back.
But then also some people saying, you know what, that's a bridge too far.
You know, think of the family legacy, you're a Kennedy, you know, does that make sense?
And maybe just drop out in some of the swing states and stay on the sidelines there, but don't actually drop out of the race and don't endure.
So a lot of moving parts, but definitely the number one story going in, and certainly something that a lot more people are talking about than Kamala Harris' speech tonight.
What do you see as some of the power plays behind the influence on that decision with RFK?
mike benz
Well, I love to see this.
I mean, just as a sort of preliminary thought, this is very reminiscent of Trump 2016 energy, where it was about, you know, our country will never again surrender to the siren song of globalism.
It was about nationalism versus globalism instead of about Republicans against far-left Democrats.
I think a lot of people in Trump's base, to some extent myself included,
felt a little bit put off by the rotation of Trump rhetoric and Trump aura
into a kind of partisan Coke versus Pepsi, oh, it's the Democrats, it's the Democrats.
Meanwhile, he's being stabbed in the back by Paul Ryan.
And every reform he's trying to do is getting killed by John McCain
or the ghost of John McCain, as Michelle Malkin would put it, and all over the country,
even Texas state attorney generals like Ken Paxton are getting knifed by Bush clan internationalists
like the head of the state assembly there, Dade Phelan.
This is much, much bigger than Republican versus Democrat.
This is about blob versus populist.
And it's about nationalism versus globalism much more than it is on party things.
And so you have this this RFK populist force within the left,
who is reminiscent on the kinds of things you used to see liberals take on, like big pharma.
And while I don't agree with RFK on certain elements of the ticket, in fact, many of them,
I do think them joining forces would be a, you know, it would be a powerful unification ticket
in a world where Democrats have teamed up with never Trump Republicans,
and the Trump Republican side has not yet been able to sort of find a, you know, an olive branch
to reach onto from the Democrat side of the aisle because the Pelosi faction has had all the Democrats,
you know, cracked under a whip.
They almost never break sides.
jack posobiec
Well, and there is one other, you know what this actually does kind of show, remind me of, is the fact that we know that former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard is working with President Trump on his debate prep for Kamala.
Of course, we know that she just absolutely destroyed her in the 2019 debates when she was on the stage.
Actually, pretty much knocked her out of the race because she dropped out, you know, not long after, even before Iowa.
So Tulsi is another person who represents this populist force on the left that you've
been discussing.
And so one thing that I wanted to mention with you though is that it's not just the
specifics of RFK and the power factions that we could see being joined up, but there's
something personal that both of the men share.
And this – I don't believe anyone has talked about this yet, but I mentioned on
my show earlier on human events that they both have experienced political assassinations
or an assassination attempt on President Trump's side and one where RFK is well known for questioning
the narrative surrounding this.
And I have to imagine it's something that would come up in these conversations given the fact that, you know, obviously this just happened a month ago.
mike benz
Right.
And, you know, I forget if it was before or after J-13.
I feel like it was maybe a couple days before.
But, you know, there was that leaked phone call conversation where President Trump called RFK on the phone and they talked about, you know, things around vaccine policies and other matters.
And it was a very kind of seemed like an intimate moment.
And I think it would be very powerful to have RFK in a potential cabinet role, whether that's frankly, I think him at HHS would be unbelievable, not just because of where he stands on the issues around taking on big pharma, but because HHS is also deeply interlinked with military and intelligence.
jack posobiec
True, but you know what, I gotta say, I gotta say on a lot of these, and people have been texting me that stuff as well, that PhRMA has so much power in the Senate, and any of those, to be a member of the cabinet on any of those departments, you've got to go through Senate confirmation.
I just, I have to imagine that Pharma would throw all their weight against him as much
as possible with it, with, you'd get senators, but I don't, I don't know that you'd get enough.
mike benz
Right.
No, totally fair point.
You know, I'm not privy to any, any sort of insider knowledge or anything about what's
happening with the RFK campaign.
But what my sense is, is that, you know, there is this Trump train that is rolling and, you
know, any, anyone who's tried to sort of stand in the way of it gets kind of run over and
the people who hop on it, you know, end up going for a pretty successful ride in terms
of media and publicity.
I mean, if you look at the Vivek Ramaswamy story, I mean, the fact is, is while he was challenging and running against him, you know, in the Republican primary, it was that it was the fact that he was If not sympathetic, extreme.
Well, he was sympathetic, but in RFK's case, I think you can say at least friendly and receptive, which, you know, which picks up tens of millions of followers along the way who now see you.
As a good person, even if they don't agree with all of your policies.
And there is a kind of star power that comes from attaching to that.
And it could be the case that the RFK campaign sees, like Vivek did, that this is just not the year for this battle to be fought.
But they're still relatively young, especially when you put it against, I think, what is he, 70?
I mean, he's still eight years younger than Trump and 11 years younger than the skeleton in chief right now. But it's very possible
that they could be gearing up for another bite at the apple in 2028, and that by staying
close to Trumpism and then poaching a critical segment of that mass in a future run might be
the best long-term strategy for the campaign, especially considering they're not even on
ballots in many of these states now, and they just don't have the juice given the way the
dynamics have shaped up.
And the fact is, Trump Trump is a destiny force here.
You know, there was no derailing Trump.
But the fact is, Trump is not going to have another bite at the apple.
There will be room in the Republican Party to be able to have undecided voters in 2028 when the legacy of Trumpism, whether he's in president or whether he is He is not.
Either way, he's not going to, you know, be running in 2028.
And I think that would be the time when the RFK campaign could capitalize on the goodwill built up over the next four years, whether he takes, you know, a cabinet position or an advisor position or something just to remain in orbit and remain relevant in the conversation, even while not elected himself.
jack posobiec
Look, I have to say that, you know, whatever whatever public facing role that he takes, I would love to see a potential work behind the scenes of RFK and President Trump working together to conduct their their own personal investigation, not only into Thomas Matthew Crooks, the shooter who had all these foreign email accounts and in places like Belgium and New Zealand, Germany.
And yet we're told that he wasn't talking to anyone, but he just happened to have all of these foreign accounts in places that have been known for hotbeds of intelligence activity, hotbeds of places where people could perhaps receive instructions on how to create explosives, jihadist activity, you know, it has to be said, Iranian activity, could easily go through any of these.
Again, it is a venerable cornucopia.
of contacts that could come through here. And obviously, something where he could be
in a position then for RFK to actually get access, potentially, if he was given a security
clearance to the declassified documents regarding his father and his uncle. So something where
he could and maybe wouldn't that be great? Wait, Ben, I just had, wouldn't it be great
if Trump said the decision on releasing the RFK and JFK files is given to RFK Jr. and
he gets to conduct the review and then he gets to press the button? Wouldn't that, I
unidentified
mean, just the ultimate poetic justice? That would be an American love story. You know,
mike benz
like, you know, that karma is, you know, Karma is real.
Honestly, that's like right now the best we can hope for, for like some version of an American dream.
You have this, you know, political...
We are hitting the break right here.
Do you have a minute?
members have either been killed by the CIA, as RFK alleges, or died in these freak accidents.
He's persecuted a hundred ways.
He's denied Secret Service detail as he's running for president.
And then he gets to hit the final button to actually declassify.
But this is getting to your point about the strange brotherhood.
jack posobiec
We are hitting the break right here.
Do you have a minute?
Do you want to hang over?
mike benz
Yeah, sure.
unidentified
Thank you.
jack posobiec
Folks, this is a great conversation.
Benz is just getting wound up, so we're going to hold him over to the next segment.
Stay tuned.
Do not go anywhere.

Alright, Jack Pacific, we're back here on War Room.
We've got Mike Benz.
I wanted to finish up.
He was making a final point regarding RFK.
Mike, walk us through the end of what you were saying there and tell people where they can go to follow you.
mike benz
Well, you had brought up this brotherhood that RFK and Trump share about being, you know, experiencing political assassination or almost assassination in Trump's case.
And, you know, what kind of role RFK could have if he were to attach himself to a Trump administration.
And, you know, the fact is, is RFK has quite shockingly come out and said that he believes the CIA Murdered his uncle you know that it was the CIA that did it and he even has a proposed name of the the individual Associated with it.
I think anyone who's read any of the literature on on the JFK assassination James Douglas is a book called JFK and the unspeakable which is quite extraordinary in terms of you know the CIA was literally opening You know, opening up Lee Harvey Oswald's mail before he received it for months before the assassination.
I mean, they had a whole file on him and were literally intercepting all of his communications before he did the assassination.
So, you know, it's another one of these, did they make it happen or did they let it happen type scenarios.
Which is kind of shockingly the same debate we're now having about J-13.
So RFK could have two different roles to assist a Trump administration.
One on the health and human services side, but another on the intelligence side, even if that's as an advisor in an informal capacity or on an advisory council.
But you can follow me on X at MikeBenCyber.
I chop it up with all these intelligence issues, especially around internet censorship.
jack posobiec
Mike Ben's always a pleasure, man.
I want to cut over to, quickly here, Ben Berquam.
He's there out in the park.
And Ben, tell us what just happened with Vivek Ramaswamy.
ben bergquam
Well, just to give you an update, the park's a lot smaller.
They're supposed to be having a big protest today, supposedly.
You know, the big numbers were supposed to come out on Monday, and then on Thursday.
So far, smaller numbers than we saw Monday.
But, you know, talk about somebody who's heroic.
Vivek Ramaswamy actually came down here.
We got word we were in the DNC.
We came running.
I ran out all the way underneath the train tracks over here, and as I was getting here, he was getting loaded into a vehicle, chased out the The so-called tolerant left was here and threatening his life and they were, you know, there was some concern about his safety so they basically chased him out of the park and he just took off.
I think we have some video of that.
I don't know if we're able to play that, if we want to play that clip or not.
But that just happened.
Vivek Rameswamy came down here.
From what I understand he may be going over to the DNC.
I don't think he's going in the DNC.
He's going to be making a couple other stops.
Right now, actually right behind me, we've got Dr. Cornel West.
out here coming against Kamala Harris.
So everything, everything that's happening right now is just total chaos on the Democrat
side.
They want to make it look like it's a good thing.
They want to make it look like they have unity, but they do not.
It is the Democrats are splintered in multiple different directions right now while Republicans
are coming together under President Trump and uniting.
jack posobiec
Absolutely insane, Ben.
We'll stick there with you.
Keep an eye on what's happening.
Keep an eye on what's going on on the ground.
I want to cut over now.
We've got Mike Lindell who's joining us.
Mike, I can't believe it, man.
unidentified
30 years.
jack posobiec
I'm looking and I say, who is this guy on my screen?
I see you've ditched the hat, so at least I can start to kind of recognize you there.
But wow, 30 years, you know, decided.
Most people put on a fake mustache when they go incognito, but not you.
You went the other way.
mike lindell
I went the other way, and boy, what a day it was over there.
I mean, I was in the midst of the protesters and inside, and when they realized they got my voice, then they all went in for the attack, that Harry Sooney or whatever his name was over there.
I don't know what his name is, but they all, the media kind of went after me, but it was all worth it.
Today, we directed the media, the attention of the media.
I directed them all to Frank's speech today.
We had over a I think over 50 Democrats here that voted for Biden and now are voting for Donald Trump.
You can see that all on FrankSpeech.com.
We're going to keep looping the footage.
It was so powerful, Jack.
It was amazing.
It was a mission accomplished.
I know I lost my mustache here for a few days, but it's all worth it.
Whatever we can do to secure elections and help save this country, I'm all for it.
jack posobiec
Now, Mike, I gotta ask, are you thinking about going back to the mustache or maybe goatee, maybe the Hulk Hogan handlebars, the full beard?
What are you thinking?
mike lindell
I think I'll probably just go back.
Everybody said, Mike, mustache was iconic.
Come on, bring it back.
jack posobiec
You got a chance for a reset, my friend.
That's all I'm saying.
mike lindell
I'll think about it over the next few days.
I didn't realize I have three speaking events in Alabama, Colorado, and here in Chicago this weekend.
And here I went and shaved it off, and they're looking for pictures with the mustache.
I'll have to figure something out here real quick.
