War Room. | |
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
♪♪ Welcome back. | ||
Hanwell here at home filling in for Steve Bannon.
Evan Power, you're chairman of the Florida GOP.
You heard what Miley Horne was saying in the last hit before the break.
What's your, do you have an instant take on that?
Then I want to get to the good news that you guys have got down in Florida.
But do you have an instant take on that, seeing as we're dealing with the same state here
on her initiative with the legal actions on eligibility?
unidentified
|
That was all news to me, so I'm happy to learn a little bit more.
But it's all news to me, so I don't really have an opinion yet until I can look into
it. | ||
I have to say it was news to me as well, revelatory.
I mean, I had always assumed that the onus was on petitioners to prove, to demonstrate.
But then, of course, to recap, if you're just joining us for the first time after the break, what Marlee Hornick was saying is that's very difficult to do when citizens aren't allowed to know the citizen status of other residents in America, just private information.
So casting the obligation, which is apparently the situation in law, on the states to demonstrate that those who voted had an eligibility to do so, I think is a game changer.
And I'm absolutely amazed, amazed to be hearing about this for the first time now.
It's something I think the RNC should definitely have been on, I think, from 2020 onwards, at the very least.
We've been talking a lot about voter integrity in the show so far.
We had Ken Paxton on at the beginning of the show talking about illegals being registered to vote.
It's not all pessimism and bad news, though, even though I think those two very much have their place as we come to November.
You guys in Florida have some excellent news.
You really need to give yourselves a pat on the back and take a victory lap.
Tell me today, please, Evan, about the voter registration success that you've had down in Florida.
unidentified
|
So we've registered a million more voters than Democrats here in Florida.
And to put that in perspective, in 2020, Democrats had a 100,000 voter advantage.
So that's a 1.1 million shift in just four years.
And in our primary elections on Tuesday, we turned out R plus 14 here in Florida.
So Republicans are doing a tremendous job here in Florida.
Yeah, as I say, you need to give yourselves a pat on the back.
I think that's probably one of the best results I've seen so far on a state-by-state basis.
And you're confident it will have a positive manifestation on November 5th, right?
unidentified
|
Yeah, we are unified here in Florida and you see the enthusiasm on the ground.
If you turn out R-plus-14 in the primary, we hope to do that in the general.
And those people are going to vote.
If they vote in the primary, they're going to vote in the general.
When you came on the show a couple of days ago, it was a talk about the primaries that you had in Florida, and we spoke briefly about Kevin McCarthy's attempt to unseat Matt Gaetz.
He spent millions of dollars on that.
It didn't go very far, did it?
unidentified
|
No, it didn't. | |
Matt is tremendously popular in the panhandle, where he's from, and he won comfortably.
He was outspent 3-1, and it didn't really matter.
He won big. | ||
It's the power of MAGA. | ||
Rick Scott, I think, has been re-selected, re-confirmed.
Is that right? | ||
unidentified
|
Yeah, he won over 80% of the vote in the primary, and I assume he's going to win his first election by over a percentage point here in November.
So you've got some great positive news results coming out of Florida.
Just tell me, will you please, Evan, about the theme that we're winning on today, which is election integrity.
Tell me what's going on.
I mean, you did say, I think it was on Monday, that you have generally quite a tight ship down there.
But tell me what progress is being made in terms of cleaning up the dirty voter rolls, removing the dead, removing the illegals and what have you.
unidentified
|
So I think what happened here in Florida is we had an election integrity law about two years ago that required voter roll maintenance, and we cleaned about 600,000 Democrats off the rolls that were not supposed to be there.
And so that's a big piece of how we got to our million voter advantage.
But it's also important to note that every supervisor is doing that on a regular basis here in Florida.
So I think we have what we consider the gold standard.
There's improvements to be made, but requiring that voter roll maintenance has made a big difference here in Florida.
And I guess that's also, you know, to give credit where it's due to Governor Ron DeSantis on that one.
Are you sharing the good work that you've achieved on cleaning up the vote rolls with other states?
unidentified
|
We're sharing it wherever we can and telling that story, and we're doing both election integrity and helping out on election mechanisms.
We're working with Georgia on helping to turn out North Florida volunteers into Georgia to help us flip Georgia, because obviously we think Florida is safe here in November, so we want to help our friends in Georgia be able to do battle.
That's tremendous. | ||
That's tremendous. | ||
So you're giving assistance there, mutilated down in Georgia.
Do you have any other, just before you go, do you have any more updates on that kind of assistance to the six swing states?
unidentified
|
Well, I think we have volunteers who are calling into a lot of those states.
We're obviously going to send volunteers into Georgia.
I think what's important for us is to show people what we've done in Florida and how successful we've been and try to replicate that across the country because we've really become the beacon of freedom and the beacon of winning elections.
So we want to share that with our neighbors and the swing states.
Evan Power, I'm very grateful you've come on the show again to brief us on this.
And congratulations as well on your results down there in terms of those voter registrations.
That's excellent work.
Briefly, where do people go?
If people want to help or they have some time to assist with the great state of Florida helping Georgia now, a swing state, where can they go?
How can they contact you?
How can they enrol ahead of November the 5th?
unidentified
|
Go to florida.gov and sign up to volunteer, or you can follow me on Twitter at Evan Power.
Perfect. | ||
Evan, very, very grateful.
Thanks very much. | ||

You probably noticed that Edwin was having some problems with his microphone.
I'm very grateful for him persisting to come on and share that news with us, even though you don't need to send text or messages.
We know there was a problem with his microphone.
Todd Bensman, welcome back.
You have some breaking news, right?
A tweet, fresh out, literally, whilst we've been on air.
Good morning to you. | ||
Good morning. | ||
Thanks for having me. | ||
So Todd, I saw yesterday in the news, it was all fanfare facts, I think it was Panama was fishing out illegals trying to cross the Rio Grande and flying them back.
This is the Bavarian Gap, right?
Fishing them out and flying them back to their countries of origin.
You were just telling me a moment or so ago, all might not be what it appears.
No, not at all. | ||
Just for a little bit of background on that, I did just return from Panama and Colombia earlier this week, haven't even shaved my trail beard yet.
But the Panamanian government, there's a new president who has promised to close the Darien Gap, but he's asked for U.S.
help with the air deportations.
And the Biden-Harris administration agreed We're going to give you money for that, even though it was just a paltry $6 million to do air deportations, which is the key ingredient to any sort of real deterrence.
And so there was a plane that shipped about 38 criminal alien Colombians back in the Associated Press and all the big newspapers.
And everybody's like, wow, look, Biden-Harris finally stepped up.
And they're doing something.
But what people don't realize about that is that Panama has been shipping one plane a week back to Medellin, Colombia, filled with criminal aliens, 35 or 45 in each plane, for more than two years straight.
Every week they send one back.
So if the U.S. | ||
government paid $17,000 or whatever for that flight, great, but that's not deterrence.
You need many, many, many more flights.
You need dozens of flights a week to actually create deterrence.
And so the Associated Press and all these different news organizations that are all breathless about how great the Harris-Biden administration is on this subject, It's irrational exuberance, is what I just said in the tweet, because this is just a routine for Panama that's been going on for a long time.
And I have that from the chief of Cinefront, an exclusive interview that I conducted a week or so ago with him in his offices in Panama City.
So it's basically performative, it's theatre, that's basically your conclusions of your direct in-person research down at the Darien Gap.
Yeah, they're taking a routine flight that's been going on for years and saying it's something new.
They're reframing it as some kind of a hard immigration stance.
The truth is, is that the Biden-Harris administration has turned what was a country lane, a slow country lane of 5,000 or 10,000 a year through the Darien Gap and turned it into a major multi-lane superhighway into the United States that's moved Over a million and a half probably closer to two million People from around the world into the United States through that gap.
They made it what they say Safe orderly and humane that was their whole policy.
unidentified
|
So I don't think they're there that It's not really in their hearts to reverse all of their good works that they've done there in the Darien and The fact that, however, that they're portraying this as a significant movement of the needle illustrates to me, Todd Bensman, that they know – when I say they, I'm talking about the MSM democratic complex, which is basically all the same thing, just working in different areas of the field, right?
When they're spinning this kind of news, it illustrates to me that they know that they've got a problem when it comes to the southern border, that this is a fundamental weakness.
So even though they're now saying, oh, you know, Kathleen Carmel was never the border czar, you know, it's all under control, you know, it's actually the Republicans who are frustrating Biden's Of course.
to try and tighten up. They know that they have a problem on the southern border, that
the southern border as an election issue is a problem for them, which is why they're putting
their hands in front of them to stop them from falling. Is that right?
Of course. I mean, they recognize this as an Achilles heel, a major Achilles heel since
last fall when we saw record numbers, you know, 10,000, 12,000, even 14,000 a day successfully
crossing and being allowed to admit into the United States over the border. They moved
very forcefully. They certainly did not need a Lankford bill in the Senate or any piece
of legislation at all to slow this flow. They could have done it at any point in the last
three years. | ||
And they finally. | ||
facing electoral problems for this campaign.
They went to Mexico in December and cut a deal.
And it's the Mexicans that are slowing the flow on their southern border.
They're rounding up. | ||
You can go check my ex account.
I just reposted a big bunch of reporting that I did back in January and February about this, that The Mexican government has been rounding up tens of thousands of immigrants off of our border.
They're scraping their side of our border clean, loading them up onto aircraft and buses and shipping them down into southern Mexico, where they're creating a kind of a Gaza Strip behind militarized roadblocks and hardly letting anybody out.
And that's why our border is looking pretty good right now.
And you're going to see Kamala Harris talk about it, about, well, what crisis?
Look, we got it under control.
It's great down there. | ||
The numbers have never been better.
The point being is that they're doing that for just the election optics.
And if Harris wins November 5, I think you're going to see Mexico unleashed, you know, open the floodgates again.
I mean, why not? | ||
Harris is a big open borders proponent.
I think it's all just, it's a fake, artificial thing.
And it proves that they didn't need a Senate piece of legislation to shut that thing down.
They could have done it with just Mexico and a diplomatic move.
Stand by for the break that we've got coming up, Todd.
I saw something in the press this morning that even Brazil is tightening up on legals going into Brazil.
America's the only country not doing anything about this.
Back in two minutes. | ||
unidentified
|
War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
Welcome back. | ||
Just finishing off with Todd Bensman here.
Todd, just tell me something.
You've just come back from the Daring Gap and you've broken this news on Twitter.
We'll give out the reference to that just a moment or so ago.
I just want to synthesize here, because all the media is doing like wall-to-wall propaganda, pro Harris, pro Tim Walls here, basically suggesting that immigration, the southern border, the crisis, is no longer a hot-button election issue coming up to November.
What I'm picking up from you is that this is absolutely not the case.
It's still resonating, at least with the southern, like Arizona, for example, with the southern votes that are The swing votes that are going to determine the outcome in a fair, honest election.
The media might have diverted its eyes, but very much the anger and disgust of Americans down there confronted with this daily, that's not going away.
And they're not going to be deceived by articles, propaganda pieces in the Associated Press that Panama is now sending people back.
What the administration has done is electoral campaign politics.
They could have done this at any time.
I'm glad to see that the numbers are down.
That's good for America.
But it is an artifice. | ||
It is not real. | ||
It's temporary. | ||
And it's done just for optics.
It's a temporary deal with Mexico primarily.
I just reposted my reporting on X. If you go to Benz and Todd, you can see all the reporting I've done in Mexico on the diplomatic deal and Mexico's crackdown, which is quite ruthless, by the way.
And it shows that the administration could have done this at any time for three years.
That's more than anything.
That's what it shows. | ||
And if Harris emerges victorious from the election based on all of her prior positioning on illegal immigration and the border, it can be expected to just open the spigots absolutely wide for the next four years as soon as the election is over.
That's my prognostication on that.
And I hope I'm wrong. | ||
I hope I'm wrong. | ||
I'd be willing to place a bet that I'm right and be happy to pay that bet off if I'm wrong.
I don't think you're wrong, Todd Bentsen.
You're one of the most informed people commenting on the state of the crisis down on the southern border in America today, in the news today.
I very much don't believe you to be wrong at all.
In fact, you've just broken this news that no one else has done, literally since we've been live on air.
Once again, what was that?
Where did they go to get that text, that tweet?
At Benzman Todd on X. I've got a photo up there of these chained up Colombians I took on my last day in Panama as I was driving back to Panama City.
I've never seen in all the time any photo of immigrants chained up, but they put one plane load together a week and they've been doing it for years.
This is nothing new. | ||
In order to deter the illegal immigration, to truly deter it, they need to have 10 of these things a day.
They need to be sending everybody back to all these different countries.
And until I see that, I don't believe that there's going to be any true deterrence in the Darien Gap.
Which, by the way, is extremely important because that's the passageway through which All of the people on the U.S.
terror watch list are coming through, or a great many of them, hundreds of them.
Big national security issue down there.
I've been advocating for air deportations for years out of Panama.
I just want to see the U.S.
government, you know, treble down on their investment there and be real about it.
You know, I just want to close, Todd Bensman, with picking up what we had at the beginning of the show.
Attorney General Ken Paxton down in Texas telling the Warren Posse of an investigation he's just concluded or is in the process of concluding, highlighting the fact that various organizations are registering illegals to vote.
Thank you and stand by for next week.
I'll be publishing some of my reporting from the Darien.
That's why what you're doing here is really, it is your eyes here are focused on, I think,
the number one issue of national security that confronts the United States today.
Todd Benson, thanks very much indeed for coming on the show.
We'll catch up again with you soon.
unidentified
|
God bless. | |
Thank you. | ||
And stand by for next week.
I'll be publishing some of my reporting from the Darien.
Great. | ||
Can't wait. | ||
Thanks, Todd. | ||
Jojo, good morning. | ||
You've got something to tell the War of Impulses about the importance of joining, volunteering, to try and get out the vote ahead of November.
Yes. | ||
unidentified
|
Hi, Ben. | |
It's an honour to meet you finally.
Yes. | ||
Well, what we want everybody to do is just sort of to add on what Mo said the other day, is to make sure that you join, you sign up, and you get involved.
One thing was talk.donaldjtrump.com.
That's if you want to make telephone calls.
They have a script. | ||
If you are not one to make telephone calls, a good app is Turning Point Action.
And they also, you can send postcards.
You can either send to your local area or to battleground states.
And that's for both calling and sending postcards.
Another thing is that's really very important.
And I think a lot of towns and cities, especially in blue states, they can't be afraid to put out your yard signs, put out your yard signs, put out your flags, get your standouts going.
Join a group where what we're trying to do at mass4trump.com is trying to have a standout in each town and city once per month.
And everybody, this is crunch time.
We got to get going. | ||
What we had on earlier on war room was Linda fight voter fraud.org.
She was awesome. | ||
I want the posse to do that.
If you have any kind of data skills, if you're retired and have data skills, also join United Sovereign Americans.
We need you. | ||
And you have to ask yourself, what would Steve say?
What would Steve ask me to do today?
And you've got to get out there.
You have to be involved.
Jojo, that's absolutely amazing.
Thanks very much. | ||
We'll catch you again, I hope, every day.
We're just reminding the posse on how they can get involved and stop the steal.

Well, I've been trying to get... I've been trying... You have to... We have to get going.
We have to... | ||
Get off our butts and get going.
And I hope we'll get our live streams going so we can get everybody motivated.
So get motivated and get out there, everybody.
Georgia, thank you so much.
God bless. | ||
Catch you again on the show soon.
It's Hammer Time here on The War Room.
Josh Hammer. | ||
Opinion editor, Newsweek magazine, good morning to you.
So look, I follow the news quite a lot, all 12 hours a day when I'm not guest hosting 12, 13, 14 hours a day.
I'm just devouring the news, especially the international news.
And my basic, you know, following the Chicago Democratic National Convention, my view of reality is that the Democrats are healed.
Joe Biden and Kamala are friends again.
Hashtag Me Too is perfectly cool with Bill Clinton.
That's the reality, right?
Unicorns and glitter dust and rainbows everywhere.
This is the reality of the situation, right?
The new reality. | ||
Yeah, you know, Ben, it's funny.
I mean, if there's one theme that Democrats have been touching on all week at their really outright demonic and satanic convention in Chicago, and I use those words deliberately, I mean, referring to the Planned Parenthood abortion on demand cart that was literally outside the convention facility earlier this week.
All of the pro-Hamas nonsense outside.
Some protesters even had a Taliban flag for God's sake yesterday.
I mean, this is satanic, demonic stuff.
But their way of trying to cut through that obvious fog and get their message across has been to distract
and obfuscate the actual issues and to instead try to redirect
this entire convention conversation to just talking about the joy of Kamala Harris.
They're trying to project this joy de vrieve, I guess you might say.
You know, as you just said, they're trying to make it out
that there's all these pink unicorns and people are just happy there.
No one's buying it. | ||
No one is buying the fact that this, or the argument.
No one is buying the argument that the current Democratic Party meetup,
that the current Democratic Party meetup, this conclave at the United Center of Chicago,
this conclave at the United Center in Chicago, is just some grand unifying moment.
is just some grand unifying moment.
When Joe Biden was shivved last month in July, we all knew that Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi
When Joe Biden was shivved last month in July, we all knew that Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi
were two of the leading coup plotters.
were two of the leading coup plotters.
Now Barack Obama gets there earlier this week on Tuesday evening and says that one of his best decisions
was to name his friend, Joe Biden, as his running mate, that same friend, Joe Biden, who literally cut bait,
he jetted out of Chicago right after his own speech on Monday to get to California
so that he missed Barack Obama's speech.
When Obama and Michelle spoke, by the way, Ben, as you recall, Kamala Harris and Tim Walz weren't even
there. | ||
They went 90 miles north to Milwaukee for the fairly obvious reason that Kamala Harris is technically still the vice president to a nominal putative boss, Joe Biden, the president of the United States.
And she didn't want to offend her boss by appearing in the same room as Barack Obama, the guy who just cooed him.
Then Joe Biden on Monday said that he's not angry at the coup plotters.
Ben, no one is buying it.
They are divided. | ||
So you don't think that the whole America and the whole world has been convinced by seeing Gus's tears in the press this morning?
Not convinced? | ||
No, no one is buying it. | ||
Me Too and Bill Clinton, serial rapists up there.
No one's buying it, Ben Harnon.
No one. | ||
Josh, I must stand by. | ||
unidentified
|
I'm Mike Gribak, it's too much talk, too much talk.
Welcome back here with Josh Hammer, digesting all the serious, profound policy statements
coming out of Chicago this week.
Um, you know We could stay on the air for 24-7, Joshua, and still not get to the depth of all the minutiae of the policies that they're announcing.
Sarcasm, folks. | ||
One thing that has struck me is the number of rhinos who are there at the Democratic National Convention.
People like Adam Kinzinger.
They're saying how he said he made a grave mistake supporting Donald Trump.
These are people now who are endorsing Kamala, Kathleen Kamala, Kamala Harris, America's most senior DEI hire.
Tell me something. | ||
Are these rhinos, the quizzling rhinos, are they going to take anybody with them?
Are they taking any real substantial voting bloc with them when they endorse Kamala?
No, of course not, Ben. | ||
I mean, these are total vanity stunts.
I mean, people like Adam Kinzinger, these are people that are just trying to find a career.
I mean, they literally just want the MSNBC contributorship contract.
They literally just want the Big Five publishing company book deal.
How I, a Republican, came out against Donald Trump and MAGA.
I mean, this is a well-worn path at this point.
It is a deeply ignominious and shameful path, but this is tragically somewhat of a well-trodden path
at this point, but there is no movement there.
Look, every year at these political conventions, both parties managed to get someone from the other party
who then speaks at their convention and says, I am of the other party,
but I'm voting for this party for this reason.
Republicans had some Democrats speak at their convention too
or people at least who are Democrats as recently a year or two ago.
That's not necessarily at the end of the world kind of a terrible thing,
but there's no movement there.
I mean, for Adam Kinzinger, there's no movement.
There's no movement to support this ludicrous, insane man who was ground zero of the Russia collusion delusion, you know, the infamous hoax that was laundered by the Hillary Clinton campaign through the Tony law firm Perkins Cooley.
Ultimately trying to be one of the great gas lighting operations in the history of the American Republic.
There's no movement for Adam Kinzinger.
You know, on a similar note, Ben, this same week, I think it was earlier this week, I saw the headline.
It was the former Fourth Circuit federal judge, J. Michael Ludig, who has now, you know, finished his intellectual journey, I guess we can say it.
Intellectual backsliding, I might say.
And he has now come out in full throttle support for Kamala Harris, Tim Walz, 2024.
Once upon a time, Judge Ludig was actually a renowned conservative judge.
He had people like John Eastman, Ted Cruz, Noel Francisco, clerked for him.
Ben, that was also 25, 30 years ago.
I mean, you know, J. Michael Ludwig has not been a conservative luminary, I mean, since I was like in middle school.
I mean, probably at the latest there.
And in the intermediary years, J. Michael Ludwig actually sold out.
He left the Fourth Circuit to go take a general counsel position at Boeing, taking multiple millions of dollars a year.
By the way, Boeing has had some pretty major legal issues.
The last time I checked, I should probably note for the War Room Posse, that all of that
happened to my knowledge while J. Michael Ludig, who was this former conservative judge
who the left has now fallen in love with, that all happened when he was the in-house
general counsel at Boeing.
I think that there were some very, very reasonable questions to ask there.
But no, there's no movement here.
There is no movement whatsoever.
Kamala Harris ultimately, Ben, at the end of the day, is someone who has failed upwards
her entire career. | ||
She has failed upwards from being a DA in San Francisco, California.
She failed upwards to being attorney general to U.S.
Senator, vice president.
Then she was cooed into this presumptive presidential nominee.
She has not been successful at literally any position that she has held.
There is no one. | ||
She was a very good girlfriend to Willie Brown.
Yes, I definitely cannot dispute that.
I mean, she made a better girlfriend to Willie Brown than Doug Emhoff made a husband to his first wife before he, you know, knocked up his nanny or whatnot there.
But, I mean, Kamala Harris is less popular overall than...
Oh, in the cold open we actually had on the NBC, they're actually talking about babysitters.
They had Bill Clinton on, they were talking about babysitters.
And I was thinking of Doug Emhoff, someone whose heart is very close to babysitters, the passion for babysitters.
So I thought that intervention, I didn't know if it was someone having a joke at their own viewer's expense, but I thought it was nicely edited together.
Yeah, and you know, look, Doug Emhoff, you know, I probably should just say this as a Jewish American as well.
It is disgusting that this current manifestation of the Democratic Party is trying to put out Doug Emhoff
as the face of the Jewish community, trying to essentially run a block and tackling mission
to make it out to be that the Democratic Party is not somehow a pro-Hamas, pro-jihadi,
deeply anti-Israel, anti-American, anti-Western civilization party.
They are exactly that. | ||
Doug Emhoff, the guy who literally knocked up his nanny, who has been married multiple times,
neither of whom to a Jewish woman, his children are not Jewish,
his daughter, Ella Emhoff is literally fundraising for Hamas.
I mean, this is the guy who gets up there and talks about how Kamala makes a nice brisket on Passover,
making these ridiculous Yiddish adjacent jokes about a couch in Brooklyn.
No one is buying that either.
Doug Emhoff, you are a disgrace to your people, an absolute shanda, a disgrace to the Jewish people.
I abhor this man with a fiery, scathing passion, Ben, and I hate the fact that the Democratic Party
is trying to sanitize their noxious Jew hatred and Hamasophilia, their love for jihadism.
They're trying to sanitize that by putting this nominal purported Jewish face out there.
It's disgusting and to get back to our theme from a few minutes ago, no one is buying it either.
You're on a roll today, Josh.
For any Democrats who are watching this show, I just want to sort of riff now off what Josh was saying.
We're going into a break in just a moment.
But if you're a Democrat and you're just tuning in to the War Room and you're hearing this, this is, and we say this normally about the GOP, how it treats its voters, its members.
But if you're a Democrat and you're listening to this, this is how dumb the democratic establishment thinks you are.
You're going to be swayed by this, by a few platitudes, a few photo ops.
That is how, whilst winning policies, a hundred percent to the detriment of what you are interested in.
That is how dumb they think you are.
And look, it's just the same on the Republican side.
This is why we have this America First movement, MAGA movement, which is peeling off, sort of taking over.
That has taken over the GOP under the political leadership of Donald Trump and Steve Bannon, right?
It's seducing the other.
There is no equivalent force at work under the side of the divide, right?
No equivalent movement.
Bernie tried it and was shafted.
Everyone else is basically controlled opposition, even within, like AOC.
You listen to this, and this is how dumb they think you are.
Yeah, no, they think that you are absolutely stupid.
They think that you are watching Joe Biden say that he's not angry at Barack Obama, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, and that you're supposed to just sit there and clap along like a bunch of dumb seals at SeaWorld.
I mean, they think that you can watch Barack Obama refer to Joe Biden as his friend after he just pulled a Brutus stabbing Caesar operation in front of the whole world to see.
They think that you're dumb enough to be like, uh-huh, uh-huh, pink unicorns, you know, like Kumbaya, bro.
I mean, we're not stupid.
The American people are not stupid.
I mean, this is all part also, Ben, of this broader leftist, globalist, elitist conceit and hubris whereby they think You know, that the deplorables, people on the American right, the global right in general, are just so stupid and that the American people, more generally, are just going to sit there and believe their own lying eyes.
But you'll notice one thing that the Democrats are not talking about at their convention this week.
What they're not talking about is the actual track record.
I mean, watching this convention, my thought over and over again is, you know, they're pretending like the past three and a half years have literally not happened.
I mean, how many times have they talked about their economic policies?
Has the word Bidenomics been brought up a single time?
I don't think so, because that went over like a lead balloon when they launched it as a trial in the fall of 2023.
They're not talking about the economy.
They're not talking about inflation.
They're not talking about how the world is on fire in multiple hot spots from South America to the Middle East to Russia, Ukraine to the East China Sea.
They're not talking about any of the issues, Ben, because they can't do it.
Their track record absolutely stinks.
I'll tell you what they are talking about.
They're talking about Gus Walsh, Tim Walsh's son, crying.
Wall to wall it's that. | ||
But as you said in the beginning, no one's buying it.
Josh Hammer, thanks for coming on the show today.
Briefly, where do people go to stay in touch with your writings at the August Newsweek?
Yeah, always a pleasure, Ben.

Josh, many thanks for coming on.
Catch up again soon. | ||
God bless. | ||
God bless you, Ben. | ||
Sticking with the theme of today's show, which is voter integrity and voter integrity and the prospect of illegals voting.
We heard from Attorney General, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton at the beginning of the show with his investigation.
That is a story that we're going to keep our eye on.
We have Frank LaRose now from Ohio, Secretary of State.
Frank, down the line. | ||
Good morning to you. | ||
unidentified
|
Well, good morning, Ben.
And yeah, you're right.
We're removing non-citizens from the voter rolls and actually referring them for prosecution because a law that's not followed is, well, it's not a law, it's a suggestion.
And so if people break the law in Ohio, they're going to face the consequences for it.
Tell me a bit more, because you gave an initial exposition, I think, on Monday here on the show.
Tell us some more about the process of removing people.
How is that going? | ||
How are you identifying them and how are you removing them?
unidentified
|
Well, first of all, the process is much harder than it needs to be because of lack of cooperation from the federal government.
We're using every resource we have, but it's still not a full process that it could be.
If, for example, we're able to pass Chip Roy's say-back, this process will improve dramatically.
Because it's so hard, because it involves so many different steps, a lot of other states are not bothering to do it.
But we've had an all-hands-on-deck approach Well, we've worked with our State Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
That's kind of the first filter that we go through.
Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles, when you get a state driver's license or you get a state ID, we at that point establish your status.
You're either a citizen or a non-citizen.
So we use that. | ||
With that, I was able to remove hundreds of non-citizens from the voter rolls.
We then are left with some where we have a question.
At one point, we're a non-citizen.
They may have naturalized since then.
If they did, if they've taken the oath of citizenship and done it the right way, we don't want to pester them.
And so we then go through the federal SAVE database, and they charge us a fee to use that.
We have to manually enter all of these.
We have to get what's called an alien registration number in order to do it.
We have to notify this individual by mail that we're searching their status.
But then that helped us take another few hundred off the voter rolls.
And then we're still left with some that we have a question mark.
And for those, I sent a round of mailings to them.
I said, listen, I want to know.
If you're a citizen, tell me.
If you're not a citizen, please understand that you are risking being charged with a felony, which makes you subject to immediate deportation.
So don't mess around with this.
Don't mess around and find out, because if you are a non-citizen, you should remove your voter registration right now.
And we've gotten some good response from that as well, as well as some hand-wringing of people saying, oh, this is suppressing the vote.
It's no such thing. | ||
We're simply trying to establish who's a citizen and who's not, because Ohio's constitution requires it and federal law requires it.
Yeah, it might sound obvious, but I sort of heard for the first time on the show today that actually that is the case.
It is that the law requires states to confirm that people voting are eligible to voting.
It's not the obligation isn't with people who are petitioning the state.
When they suspect voter fraud having taken place, of demonstrating that non-voters have voted, because of course it's very difficult to, in fact it's impossible for Americans to know the immigration status of other Americans, private information.
But the law clearly states that it is the onus is with the state Yeah, for federal elections it is.
unidentified
|
For federal elections, it's clearly the state's responsibility.
Although the law gives us as secretaries of state that responsibility, the federal government
doesn't help us carrying out that responsibility.
And that's really one of the big problems.
Make sure you go over to sacredhumanhealth.com and check out the grass-fed beef liver, which is getting amazing feedback from the War Room Posse.

They also have plenty of other natural supplements to choose from to keep you covered along your health journey.
We're back now with Secretary of State in Ohio, Frank LaRose, Secretary LaRose.
We heard on the show today earlier that the DN, that the RNC, excuse me, is actually sending out letters to various secretaries of state, including to yourself, with a strategy of how to remove illegals from the voting list, voting rolls.
Can you say anything about whether you've received this letter on your end, whether How helpful you're finding it in this work?
unidentified
|
Well, we've worked with the election integrity folks from the party, but also from the America First Policy Institute.
The good news is a lot of those best practices are based on what Ohio is doing and really trying to encourage other states to do this.
I serve as the national chairman of the Republican Secretaries of State Committee, and so I've been working with my fellow Republican secretaries around the country.
to follow these best practices and again it's not easy.
I also want to emphasize the prosecution part of this because I saw some folks asking questions on Rumble just now about it.
We are referring those that have registered or cast a ballot as non-citizens, we're referring them for prosecution and again if somebody who's here is a non-citizen I have a question for you.
That makes them subject to deportation.
So this is a serious thing.
There's a deterrence factor in that.
I hope people see this and try and understand that this is not something they should try.
I have a question for you.
Listening to some quarters, informal quarters, and picking up certain signals to do with
Ohio, it might be sliding ever so slightly towards being a toss-up state.
Are you hearing anything about this?
Are people being too complacent or is it all a worry over nothing?
unidentified
|
I've heard some of the same chatter.
I'll tell you this. | ||
I don't think that President Trump is in danger in Ohio, but we also can't take anything for granted.
As you know, I'm a member of the Armed Forces as a reservist.
I've served as an Army Green Beret.
And we have a saying that complacency kills.
It's when you're not paying attention that bad things happen.
And so we can't be complacent as a party.
We need to be knocking on doors.
We need to be running ads.
And by the way, we've got a really important a U.S. Senate race in Ohio. My friend Bernie Moreno is the
guy that should beat Sherrod Brown so we can take back the Senate majority. And it's all tied in
together. Trump needs to perform well in order for us to do that. And for the posse, especially
those based in Ohio, what can they do, where can they go to support you in the work you're doing,
especially when it comes to the cleaning of the voter votes? Yeah, so my political website
unidentified
|
is franklarose.com. | |
The official website is voteohio.gov, and I'm on all the different social media platforms, just at franklarose.
Please help spread the word so that your home state, if you're not in Ohio and follows, are a good example of what we're doing in Ohio.
Secretary LaRose, thanks once again for joining us on The War Room today.
I'm very impressed to hear that actually as chairman of the Republican Secretary of State, you're leading the way in cleaning up voter rolls.
There's still three months left and voter integrity is not an issue that's going away.
In fact, it's an issue that a lot of people are becoming more and more concerned about, including President Trump himself.
Secretary, thank you once again.
We'll catch up again with you soon on the show.
God bless. | ||
unidentified
|
Thanks, Ben. | |
God bless. | ||
God bless. | ||
Well, normally, if you're going to close the show out now, if you're going undercover, you put on a false nose and a false tash.
Only Mike Lindell does the opposite.
Only Mike Lindell takes the tash off.
I saw the photos. | ||
I hardly recognized you.
Well, hello. | ||
I'll tell you, it was quite a day yesterday at the DNC.
We got in, I had a hat and glasses and no mustache.
They figured out my voice about maybe an hour after I was in there and then the attack started.
But, you know, we accomplished everything I wanted to accomplish because it was all about today.
Starting in about an hour, we're going to have Democrats here on FrankSpeech.com all day long that voted for Biden and now are switching to Donald Trump.
It's going to be very, Very impactful.
It's going to be amazing all day today, so you guys tune in.
I know it's still me, everybody.
We still have those great Mike Pillow specials, too.
They made a comment, Ben, yesterday.
They said, you know, Mike, maybe our great Mayor Giuliani made a comment.
He said, now maybe you'll get back in the box stores.
They won't recognize you.
I can readily believe it.
But look, are you going to grow it?
Look, I had a moustache, right, when I started off on The War Room.
And I was doing sort of live shots from outside Rome.
And all I got on my getter feed were people, because I had the bucket hat on, and all I got from people was saying, basically, it's Peter Sellers.
It's the Pink Panther. | ||
So the moustache went. | ||
And I decided I was going to grow it back.
Mine was a big mess, but people were all for everything I was doing inside there.
I got on a lot of media. | ||
I think in the top ten in Twitter, it was everywhere in the country.
But like I say, it was all about getting awareness today, so everybody tune in at frankspeech.com today.

But I want to see that mustache.
I want to see that mustache back.
