| Arizona obviously is going to be key to that, but Andy's going to give us the full national spectrum. | ||
| And in the next hour, we'll visit with a man who truly earned the title of warrior, our brother in the war room, Joe Kent. | ||
| He needs to win a crucial seat in Washington state that, frankly, we never should have lost. | ||
| And we would not have if it had not been for Kevin Sourgrapes McCarthy spending money in Republican primaries last cycle. | ||

| This is the time now to drop out of the race and endorse Trump. | ||
| It's the smart thing to do for this country. | ||
| Regrettably, in your view, your campaign just didn't get traction. | ||
| You made some serious mistakes early on in not getting on the ballot as much as possible because you got so much opposition from the Democrats, not Trump. | ||
| Trump never got in your way. | ||
| And I think you know as well as I, and I think you've said it, that your father and your uncle would literally be rolling over in their grave looking at the policies of the current Democrat Party. | ||
| So come on home, Bobby. | ||

| Bobby Kennedy Jr. | ||
| is holding a press conference at 2 p.m. | ||
| today, and I guess we'll figure out whether he is going to stay in the race, drop out of the race. | ||
| if he drops out of the race, whether he's going to endorse Kamala Harris or Donald Trump. | ||
| And there's been a seismic shift in how he affects the race with Kamala Harris in. | ||
| If you think about who Bobby Kennedy was appealing to when he first got into the race, on the one hand, he had the Trump voters who likewise opposed things like economic lockdowns and forced jabs and all that stuff. | ||
| Bobby Kennedy's really strong on that. | ||
| But let's face it, the Kennedy legacy is a mainstream Democrat, not a liberal Democrat. | ||
| Back in the days of JFK and RFK, there was such a love for the Kennedys among particularly the African-American community. | ||
| When Biden drops out and Kamala Harris comes in, there was a shift. | ||
| In support that Biden didn't have, and the numbers in support, at least right now, have gone up for Kamala Harris in the African-American community. | ||
| I think that that once we get the real message out about how African-Americans, particularly African-American males, are getting hammered by inflation, border crisis, and the other thing, that will kind of revert to the mean. | ||
| But I think there's no question that by now Kamala and Bobby Kennedy lost some of that African American support to Kamala. | ||
| And that's why you see now the polls showing that in a three way race, Kennedy hurts Trump more than Harris. | ||
| And I think, you know, he's Probably as we speak, he hasn't made up his mind. | ||
| He's going to the mountaintop. | ||
| But as I said on Wednesday, I mean, look, let's face it, Bobby. | ||
| The Democrats did everything they could to keep you out of the race, right? | ||
| Everything they could. | ||
| Fight you on the ballots, stuff like that. | ||
| And I think that your father and your uncle Would be rolling over in their graves at the kind of extremism that was practiced. | ||
| We got it. | ||
| Denver, if you could put that map up. | ||
| What's interesting about the map you're seeing is like all the deep blue stuff is where Bobby Kennedy is actually on the ballot. | ||
| And the news out has Bobby withdrawing from Arizona already. | ||
| Okay, so here's your, I won't call it a conspiracy theory, but I will call it a strategic possibility here I'll just raise. | ||
| I mean, everybody's thinking he either stays in or he gets out. | ||
| But it might be interesting if he stayed on the ballot Just in blue states and endorse Trump. | ||
| That would be a double win for Donald Trump. | ||
| And with Bobby leaving Arizona, that's obviously a battleground state. | ||
| There's a bunch of other states where the same things apply. | ||
| So if he got a cherry pick, I don't know if it's in his head or whether he's doing that. | ||
| But I think that if he drops out and supports Donald Trump, that's certainly better for Donald Trump than Kamala Harris. | ||
| Uh and I saw a couple of clips of the boss talking about Bobby and certainly he's been kind to the man. | ||
| I think they're more much more simpatico than the craziness that exists with Kamala Harris. | ||
| I mean you have to remember and this is like Bobby, Bobby made Millions of dollars on just the book he wrote about Tony Fauci. | ||
| And it was the best takedown there is of Tony Fauci in long form. | ||
| I can't imagine Bobby Kennedy supporting Harris and Biden when they were the ones who have continued to make Tony Fauci a god. | ||
| Of course, the funniest thing about Tony Fauci, It is funny, Tony. | ||
| You're a scum, buddy. | ||
| But you're a funny scum because you're the guy who said everybody should get jabbed. | ||

| I got to thank Andy for all his support when I was spending a little time in the big house courtesy of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. | ||
| But we're looking forward today. | ||
| And what we want to do is first we're going to go over what's happening in Arizona and then Look, kind of an overview of where we are with the House of Representatives. | ||
| So, Andy, welcome to the War Room, sir. | ||
| Thank you. | ||
| How are you doing out there in the Arizona state where all that good mining takes place and jobs in aerospace and all that stuff? | ||
| Yeah, the state's doing great. | ||
| We've got a great economy going here in Arizona. | ||
| Just think how great it'd be going under President Trump's economy. | ||
| Uh, when you had low inflation and right. | ||
| I mean, it was just, it'd be awesome, even more awesome than it is right now. | ||
| But I got to say, Peter's so great to see out here, uh, on the, on the TV. | ||
| Uh, I can't tell you how, uh, how frustrated I was trying to, to see if we could do something, but, but, uh, we, we need Trump back because we've got to start cleaning up that mess in a big way. | ||
| Well, to that end and to that point, talk a little bit first how the big switcheroo with Kamala, no votes in any primary, steps in. | ||
| How has that changed the dynamics of the race? | ||
| It seems like there's been both African Americans and, importantly in your state, Latinos move over, at least temporarily, to the Harris camp. | ||
| What's your read on the dynamics of that? | ||
| What's going on there? | ||
| Yeah, so before they did that switch, President Trump had a healthy lead, depending on the pollster. | ||
| And there's a couple that are pretty good in Arizona, and then a couple that are really bad. | ||
| But President Trump's lead fluctuated anywhere from four to eight points in the state, and that was really good. | ||
| But the switch has actually tightened that up considerably. | ||
| I was looking at information last night. | ||
| I was on a plane last night, and I was looking at stuff, and President Trump He's got a small lead now in Arizona. | ||
| It's narrowed, but I do believe that's temporary because we see, just like in other places, it is coming back to President Trump because the main question that they're running here, by the way, there's a lot of ads going on here in Arizona, is really, are you better off today than you were Under President Trump. | ||
| Who's the better president for you? | ||
| And people will almost unanimously say it's better under Trump. | ||
| But I will just say this, Peter, and you know this. | ||
| The race for president in Arizona is going to have a dramatic impact on the U.S. | ||
| Senate race and also a big impact on a few of the congressional races as well. | ||
| All right, let's walk through that. | ||
| Let's start with Schweikart, one of the key house races. | ||
| Who's running against him and how tight is that race? | ||
| So David has a typical lefty running as a moderate against him. | ||
| And so for David, it's never the name of his opponent that's important. | ||
| It's always that they're the same type of person. | ||
| And David's district is really kind of a Phoenix suburban district that has some of Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale. | ||
| So they have a lot of moderate Republicans in there. | ||
| But David's done a pretty good job. | ||
| And this time he had, until the Kamala thing, he had a pretty healthy, I won't say healthy in the sense that it was a solid red victory, but he was up over his opponent. | ||
| It is narrowed a little bit. | ||
| But I would say that even though it's narrowed, David's in better shape today, perhaps, than he was, say, four years ago. | ||
| So I think David's going to... | ||
| Yeah, I think David's going to pull it off, but it's going to be narrower than any of us would like, and he's working hard. | ||
| What's the fundraising situation? | ||
| Are they really pouring money in, the Democrats, and trying to bury him? | ||
| Or is he holding his own there? | ||
| And who comes in to help? | ||
| Uh, from Capitol Hill, like what is the mechanism? | ||
| Who's the organization? | ||
| Explain to the posse how that works. | ||
| Yeah. | ||
| So on the, on the Democrat, um, uh, leftist side, they will outspend David probably three to one and they'll put it. | ||
| Yeah. | ||
| Yeah. | ||
| That's, that's fairly normal, uh, uh, in congressional races. | ||
| Um, Where the left is attacking a Republican conservative. | ||
| And what's happening here is about three to one. | ||
| But I always tell people, you know, it doesn't matter how much you're outspent if you have enough money to get your message out. | ||
| And so David will have enough money to get his message out, I believe. | ||
| Our problem is with the presidential race and the Senate race, they're sucking up all of the ad time. | ||
| And the slots and the driving costs up, and a lot of people don't realize this, but in the last presidential election cycle, the Arizona Phoenix metro area ad purchase price was exceeded that of New York City. | ||
| So we had the highest in the country for about a month and a half there. | ||
| So you got to have enough money to get it out. | ||
| On David's side, You have the NRCC, which is the National Republican Congressional Committee. | ||
| That's the establishment wing. | ||
| They go out and raise a bunch of money, and they're playing heavily for David. | ||
| I talked to the speaker, and he was actually out doing an event for David, helping him raise money in the rich areas of the Phoenix metro area. | ||
| Last night, actually. | ||
| It was last night that he was doing that. | ||
| Is the main organization, Andy, the NRCC, is that what you call it? | ||
| Are they raising as much money as the Democrat counterpart? | ||
| Or are the Democrats raising more money? | ||
| Up until Kamala, we were actually raising a little bit more money. | ||
| And then I haven't seen their report since Kamala came in. | ||
| I mean, she's raised a ton of money. | ||
| Uh, you know, people that the anti-Biden, anti-democracy, anti-constitutional republic people were saving their money and wanted to buy Joe Biden to get him out. | ||
| And they did. | ||

| I got to believe now than they were because quite frankly, I think that they thought for sure they would lose the presidency, but the Democrats wanted to try to keep the down ticket and if possible, take the house. | ||
| But I do think Schweiker prevails here. | ||
| And I think NRCC is, they need more money now than they thought they were going to need before. | ||
| That's for sure. | ||
| Andy, what's the other, is there another major house race in Arizona we've got to worry about that we can either pick up or we have to hang on to? | ||
| Yeah, that would be the Siskimani seat. | ||
| He's out of, he comes from the Tucson area, Peter, and the Tucson area, Uh, you know that in that district there, it's almost a dead even I think over. | ||
| I won't get into the details too much. | ||
| I don't get in the weeds too much, but but but one has a slight lead there. | ||
| This is the this is the race. | ||
| This is the time that Democrats think they can pick him off because this is his first reelect. | ||
| And they have a pretty decent, now when I say decent candidate to run against him, I mean she's hard left for sure, but she appeals to the leftist base and some of that wedge in Arizona that really decides. | ||
| Because Peter, in all of our districts, with the exception of two of them, you have more Republicans, well I should say three, You have more Republicans and Independents than you have Democrats. | ||
| So, in fact, in our state, number one registrant is Republican, number two is Independent, or party non-declared, and the third one is Democrat. | ||
| So, Democrats always play into that Independent, they're trying to get the, you know, Kumbaya crowd. | ||
| And Juan is in there, and Juan's in there, and his is a tough race. | ||
| The other side, I want to say, the last number I heard is they were going to spend in excess of $5 million on the Democrat side to try to take out one. | ||
| Is the border the key issue down there or the economy? | ||
| The border is the key issue here. | ||
| It's the number one issue in Arizona. | ||
| That's because our economy is at, as I was saying, the economy is pretty good. | ||
| All the prices are high. | ||
| It's ridiculous how high they are. | ||
| But we have so many jobs here for people who have skills, any kind of skills at all, that the economy is pretty good for the vast majority of Americans. | ||
| There's always going to be those who struggle, for sure. | ||
| But the economy is fairly good, but our border is terrible. | ||
| And you are seeing this play out. | ||
| You still have, you know, These chases, high-speed chases in various parts of the state of cartels and human traffickers. | ||
| You've got fentanyl being distributed widely. | ||
| Phoenix is probably the number two transit port for both drugs and human trafficking. | ||
| So they come in here clear through Phoenix, clear through Tucson, and then they go throughout the country. | ||
| It seems like on the Senate side, Republicans are not doing well in the key states that we need. | ||
| It's kind of, I mean, in virtually every one of those states, they're running behind Trump. | ||
| And Carrie Lake is, I think, probably the worst example of that. | ||
| She seems like she's really running way behind. | ||
| So here's the question. | ||
| Is it something that she's doing wrong, or are the Democrats running the Senate expenditure campaigns Doing something really right, because it's not just her getting beaten like a drum. | ||
| It's some of the others in key states like Pennsylvania and Michigan. | ||
| Thoughts? | ||
| Yeah, so I mean, you're right. | ||
| And I mean, I look at Montana, even that's a challenge. | ||
| You know, you got Sheehy against Tester. | ||
| But what's happened here is the Democrats have been running ads for Her opponent, the Democrat opponent, first of all, they cleared the field. | ||
| And, and, uh, he is running, has been running ads literally for six months trying to redefine himself. | ||
| So he's been running and we have one, one kind of, uh, liberal sheriff who's actually come out and endorsed him, said he's the guy for the border, you know, and that's, and that's, that's the number one issue. | ||
| So he's kind of tried to redefine himself for six months. | ||
| On social media and regular commercial TVs. | ||
| They've spent a ton of money doing it. | ||
| And trying to say that he's a border hawk, right? | ||
| But that's not true at all. | ||
| I mean, he is called the fence. | ||
| You got to tear down the fence. | ||
| It's terrible. | ||
| We got to recognize these people coming across, blah, blah, blah. | ||
| So he's totally an open borders dude who has reconstructed himself. | ||
| And in the meantime, Kerry, Hasn't had the resources that she needs, in my opinion, to counter that. | ||
| And I'm a big believer, that's why we lost to Mark Kelly before, is that Mark Kelly was out there just running ads. | ||
| He never debated anywhere, but he was just running ads. | ||

| All right, let's get back to the great Congressman Andy Biggs. | ||
| Sir, let's just finish up quickly on Carrie Lake. | ||
| Off camera, we were talking a little bit about... | ||
| How Carrie has had some good news in terms of support and coalescing and support. | ||
| Is she running now to the middle? | ||
| You know, it's the Nixon thing. | ||
| Is she running now to the middle and running the kind of campaign you think she should be running? | ||
| Has she righted the ship here? | ||
| Yeah, Peter. | ||
| First of all, some of the more moderate Republicans that have come out and endorsed Kerry and President Trump in the last seven days or so. | ||
| Former Governor Ducey, and you remember that he famously... Oh, that's big. | ||
| Yeah, that's huge. | ||
| And he has endorsed both of them. | ||
| And one of Kerry's opponents in the Governor's race two years ago was Karen Taylor Robeson. | ||
| She has come out. | ||
| Good. | ||
| Yeah. | ||
| Yeah. | ||
| So this is good. | ||
| And I think that that ameliorates some of the concerns from the what I would call the squishy The squishy middle, they probably don't like me using that term. | ||
| So let's just say more moderate Republicans, because I mean, they're my friends too. | ||
| At this point, I tell people all the time, every Republican should be your friend unless they're advocating for the Democrat, because we need every Republican. | ||
| So is she running the kind of campaign? | ||
| I think some things have happened. | ||
| I've been with her in the last, probably twice or so in the last week, week and a half. | ||
| And I'll be with her today because Trump has a rally here today and we're both going to speak at that. | ||
| The reality is I think she's tempered her tone. | ||
| And I think tone as opposed to policy message was an issue. | ||
| And I think that the tone has been really good in the last probably month, month and a half. | ||
| And so I'm optimistic. | ||
| I did talk to a friend pollster of mine who I trust. | ||
| And he thinks it's very doable, and he also said that some of the reports that you've seen, which I've looked at those polls too, they've skewed. | ||
| They're not real, Peter, because they oversampled Democrats, and it was effectively a push poll. | ||
| So Kerry's doing a little better than most people think, and I do think that these endorsements are really important for her. | ||
| Well, the thing about Carrie Lake, based on her career in news and being on a set, I mean, she should be, all she's gotta do is adopt that persona, really, and speak to the people like she used to speak to the people as a newscaster, and just report the facts on the border and on inflation, and that's what you do. | ||
| It's like rinse and repeat. | ||
| I think one of the hardest things, For discipline for a candidate is to stay on a message over and over again. | ||
| It's got to get you crazy. | ||
| Let's jump quickly now, Andy, to the national map. | ||
| How's it looking for holding the majority in the House and possibly expanding and what's the best case scenario? | ||
| Who are the big races we got to worry about? | ||
| Okay, so I mean, there's And I think most Americans don't realize this, Peter, but out of the 435 seats in the House of Representatives, you probably only have 35 to 40 that are truly competitive. | ||
| OK, I mean, that's that's really the bottom line. | ||
| I believe that the New York, we're going to keep probably most of the New York seats and there's five seats there. | ||
| I would anticipate We would keep probably most of those, maybe four. | ||
| And if you keep that many, Peter, that's going to help us hold the country. | ||
| There's a couple of other seats that I think are going to be interesting to see if we hold. | ||
| There's one in Virginia that we need to hold. | ||
| And I think by and large, it's not going to change too terribly much, but I do think we expand. | ||
| And I know a lot of my colleagues Like, there's a chance to pick up a seat perhaps in Minnesota even, but I look at it this way. | ||
| In my analysis of this, we're going to be probably a 7 to 10 majority, seat majority. | ||
| I mean, there's an outside chance later that you get to 12, but I think that's probably more optimistic than I am. | ||
| There's no Republican tide coming. | ||
| No, I don't see that. | ||
| I think, to be frank with you, I think we had a better chance at a Republican tide under Biden, which I think is one of the reasons that they took the books. | ||
| Because with Biden in there, the suppression of enthusiasm for Democrats was huge in the places around the country that I've been. | ||
| Who runs the House operation to make sure we get a bigger majority? | ||
| Who's the person in charge? | ||
| I mean, I remember McCarthy, he spent a bunch of money on Republican primaries handpicking people who would support him for Speaker. | ||
| and we lost a guy like Joe Kent out in Washington State who's going to be up next hour. | ||
| Are you confident that we have smart leadership running that operation or is that a | ||

| He runs the NRCC. | ||
| McCarthy's still kind of basically doing stuff with CLF. | ||
| They just went and lit $3 million on fire in Florida trying to take out Matt Gaetz. | ||
| And Matt won, what, 80 to 20, which we all knew that would happen. | ||
| Look, Joe Kent is a guy we actually have a chance to pick up that seat. | ||
| Joe would be the great congressman from Washington if that happens. | ||
| So, of course, I'm all in on Joe. | ||
| But I see, you know, there's issues, Peter. | ||
| Let's just say there's issues. | ||
