| And So we know that it is her diary, 100%. | ||
| And it was corroborated by the New York Times after there was the raid on the other media outlet. | ||
| The New York Times was working closely with SDNY. | ||
| And then several months later, about five months later, the New York Times starts dripping out all this information that they only could have gotten from that phone call and from information having to do with the diary. | ||
| And so the New York Times has corroborated that the diary is real. | ||
| And then Ashley herself, just in April, late April this year, | ||
| wrote a letter to basically claim a martyr status here with the sentencing of the unfortunate lady | ||
| who's doing jail time now for obtaining the diary. | ||

| But the majority opinion is written by, you know, it's written by a law professor. | ||
| And she said that the plaintiff somehow did not have standing here, right? | ||
| And so she said that they were seeking an injunction, and injunctions are forward-looking, not backward-looking. | ||
| Given everything we had on the 2020, how does it get to the Supreme Court and you actually can argue standing? | ||
| I thought all that stuff was vetted in the CERP, just to take it on, that those issues about standing were actually solved. | ||

| No, courts always have to make sure that they have standing. | ||
| It's part of their jurisdiction. | ||
