Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
unidentified
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
steve bannon
It's Wednesday, June 26 in the Year of Our Lord 2020.
We have Supreme Court action today.
Mike Davis will be here in a while.
We'll update this, go through the... Quite frankly, I'm shocked.
I know Mike Davis is not 6'3 to feed on the Facebook situation.
Tech, all the big ones still to come.
The Chevron deference.
Mac Daddy of the administrative state kind of holds it all together.
That's a huge decision.
We also have Fisher.
About J6 and we have obviously the presidential immunity which will be enormous and many, many more.
I think there's still 16 more to go.
Mike Davis does think they'll be wrapped up by Friday.
MTG is going to join us.
We're going to talk about what's going to happen tomorrow night.
Why did you write this book?
unidentified
Well, you know, the book is solely dedicated to Navy.
steve bannon
Is your life dedicated to your daughter?
unidentified
Oh, absolutely.
But, you know, two reasons.
One, I want my daughter to grow up and know that I didn't lay in the shadows and I didn't...
Take s***.
I stood up for myself.
I'm telling my story.
I'm doing this for her.
And, you know, two, I want her to be able to give people forgiveness and grace, even if they don't deserve it, even if they haven't apologized.
I want her to be able to do that and be that type of person because, you know, it's not her burden to bear.
It's not my burden to bear.
And to forgive them, even if you don't apologize, it's not my burden to bear.
steve bannon
So you want this book to be something that she can look back on when she's cognizant.
unidentified
And admire her mother for.
steve bannon
That you fought for her.
unidentified
I did.
steve bannon
Is that the values that were imbued to you by your parents?
Absolutely.
unidentified
It's family first.
You fight for your family.
You stand with your family.
steve bannon
But Joe Biden, the Bidens, Biden just goes out, you know, your parents are the, uh, are the backbone of the nation, part of the deplorables, or MAGA, or just the hard-working folks that go about their business.
Uh, but that's what they believe, and they show action to the belief, as you have made Navy Joan the center of your life, and now you've come up with this book.
The Bidens say that all the time.
Do you believe that the Bidens actually believe it?
unidentified
Believe that family's first?
steve bannon
Yes.
unidentified
Well, I know the, you know, There's a little girl that is their family that they haven't ever seen in person.
steve bannon
One of the efforts, are you trying in this book to actually have the Bidens embrace Navy Joan and actually spend time with her and let her become part of their family?
Is that your objective?
unidentified
No, my objective for the book is just like I said, I want her to know that I stood with ten toes down and I'm fighting for her.
I fight for her and her story and who she is.
I want her to have a mother that she can look back on and admire and think, you know, she didn't lay down and just get kicked around and stay in these shadows.
She came out of the shadows and she spoke her truth and her story.
steve bannon
And her truth being your truth is what?
unidentified
I'm sorry, what?
steve bannon
You said spoke her truth.
unidentified
Yeah, like told her story.
You know, just told her side of the story.
steve bannon
Everything we read in this book is a lot of controversial stuff.
Is 110% true?
110% true?
unidentified
I didn't make up stories.
steve bannon
Well I'm just asking, you said speak your truth.
Is this book, because the Bidens are going to sit there and have on cable TV and other things, they're not going to sit there and go, oh, this is terrific.
Why didn't we think of having this book out earlier?
They're going to cut this, they're going to tear this book to shreds and they're going to tear you to shreds.
You do understand that, right?
You understand that this is, you're not talking about a private situation with the family.
It's just an average family.
Okay?
This family right now occupies 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
We say in this show illegitimately, but there are many, many people who don't agree with us on that.
We're now in the heat, and tomorrow night is a debate, the first, earliest presidential debate in the history of this republic, and this book's coming out, and you're starting to market it, and this book is quite controversial.
If you read this book, If you read this book, the first thing you think of is the Bidens are not good people.
Okay?
Do you understand fully about how much they're going to try to tear you apart in this?
unidentified
Um, probably not.
But, you know, it's like I've said, when you have a child, you have a purpose.
I've dedicated this and the rest of my entire life to her.
And, you know, I'm an adult.
If it comes down to shredding me, that's fine.
I didn't write this book to shred them.
I wrote this book to tell my story and show my daughter an example of, you know, what I hope to instill in her.
steve bannon
What are you trying to instill in her every day?
Tell me about the spending time with her.
What are you trying to instill with her?
unidentified
Well, you know, there's one thing, like, when she gets in trouble and stuff, or she's not doing something else, and maybe three things, what are they?
And she'll say, respectful, kind, and honest.
I'll say, that's right, I'm not raising you any other way, so you better get it together.
And she'll know exactly if she was disrespectful, she was unkind, or she wasn't honest.
You know, she'll know what that is.
And that's one way, you know, I choose to raise her.
But I think doing this book isn't set out as, you know, anything other than I want to, I want her to stand strong.
And regardless of, you know, what your, what you feel your journey is, you know, stand strong and be yourself.
Tell your story and, and I also have forgiveness and I have grace for people because there are some parts of the book where I do have that forgiveness and that grace for Hunter.
And there are times where I am so mad and so angry I...
I don't need to say what I want to do, but you know, I want her to have that forgiveness and that grace within her.
And I also want her to be strong enough to know that, you know, no matter what she, she can, she can tell her story too.
She can always hold accountability, be accountable.
I think that all comes with this book.
steve bannon
You said that you were into this relationship and you didn't fully know at the time, I don't want to put words in your mouth, didn't know that he was having a relationship with the grieving widow of his brother.
But that, you're saying, you guys were not a couple and one of the reasons was he had another relationship and it was that relationship with his brother's widow, correct?
unidentified
Right.
steve bannon
And broke his family.
Do you think, I mean there's been the Laptop from Hell that has a lot, Garrett Ziegler's an expert on that, there's been the, it's been the Ashley Biden diary that has come out.
Have you done the due diligence?
Have you gone through the laptop from hell?
Have you seen the role of the grieving widow and even Jill Biden in the text messages and that?
And have you read the Ashley Biden diary?
Have you done the full due diligence on all this?
unidentified
I've not.
I've not done any of that.
steve bannon
You have not done any of that?
unidentified
I've not.
steve bannon
Is it not interesting?
You don't think it's important?
Or is it just not something you ever thought of?
unidentified
It gives me anxiety.
I don't know.
steve bannon
Why does it give you anxiety?
unidentified
Because I don't know.
The unknown, you know, does give you anxiety.
And I don't know.
I know there's a lot that people have to say about those things.
I don't know what's true and what isn't.
steve bannon
Wouldn't it help if you get rid of the anxiety?
We tell people all the time here, like on the credit card situation, the tax, you can't put it in the drawer.
If you put it in the drawer, the anxiety builds.
You have to.
It's a process.
You have to open the drawer and you have to confront it.
You have to use your agency.
Is the anxiety because you haven't looked into this and you're are you afraid of what you'll find and you don't want to do that?
unidentified
It's possible.
Yeah.
steve bannon
It just strikes me as odd.
It strikes me as odd that someone that's made her daughter the center of her life and is obviously and if you read the book and see your life and do any checkings you have not just made her the center of your life but you're fully protective of her very concerned about her only she's raised in the right way when there's Unlimited amount of information, and you've already been to court to take the guy to court to prove that he was a father and then to get some financial support.
There's tremendous information out there, including Garrett Ziegler, who I think testified.
unidentified
Didn't Ziegler testify in your... He was hired by my attorneys to testify, but we settled before... But he had done the briefing.
steve bannon
He's one of the experts in the laptop from hell.
And he was retained by you, so he was a consultant to your side, correct?
unidentified
Yes, I believe so.
steve bannon
So he's got that information, and then the Ashley Biden diary is out there.
A lot of people have read it.
It's all over the place.
But you haven't seen, you haven't been comfortable enough, confident enough, or didn't think it was a big enough deal to actually go do your own independent research of this.
unidentified
I just avoided it and I probably shouldn't.
I probably should dig into it.
But, you know, also you see all these things and the way that, you know, things can be brought to you that I don't know what's real and what isn't.
So I don't know, you know, am I fixing to read something that isn't real?
Is this going to put these conspiracies in my head?
I don't know.
steve bannon
Let's bring in Noel Frisch for a second.
Noel, thank you for joining us.
I believe you're doing a film about Ashley Biden.
Just give me the facts.
She makes a very good point.
A lot of this stuff is weaponized and spun, but what just are the facts that we know about Ashley Biden?
When people brought it to me years ago, I said, this thing can't possibly be true.
It's too radioactive.
And we avoided it for years.
Just give me the facts on Ashley Biden's diary, sir.
unidentified
Yeah, thanks for having me, Steve.
So the diary is legit.
That's the big news.
We knew it was legit when we published it.
That's why we published it.
There's a phone call that became public in August of 2023.
Finally, we knew this phone call existed.
We'd heard it with Ashley calling into this other media outlet that actually didn't publish the diary.
And there's a phone exchange where Ashley says, that's my diary.
That's my stuff.
Give me my stuff back.
I don't want to have to get the Secret Service involved.
And So we know that it is her diary, 100%.
And it was corroborated by the New York Times after there was the raid on the other media outlet.
The New York Times was working closely with SDNY.
And then several months later, about five months later, the New York Times starts dripping out all this information that they only could have gotten from that phone call and from information having to do with the diary.
And so the New York Times has corroborated that the diary is real.
And then Ashley herself, just in April, late April this year,
wrote a letter to basically claim a martyr status here with the sentencing of the unfortunate lady
who's doing jail time now for obtaining the diary.
And so we at National File, we are producing a documentary.
You can go to bidendiaryfilm.com.
steve bannon
And hang on one second, hang on one second.
You're saying she wrote a letter to the court.
When this woman, who was a roommate or something, actually took the diary to say, this has traumatized me, this diary being out there, and essentially telling the court she would like her to have a bad sentence or a worse sentence, correct?
unidentified
Yes, sir.
A stiffer sentence.
Ashley entered in this letter to the court proceedings in the sentencing process to elicit a stiffer penalty for this poor lady who obtained the diary.
And so, the diary's been at nationalfile.com since October 24.
Patrick Howley, the great Patrick Howley, broke it and then released the full diary October 26, two days later.
It's been there for three and a half years, Steve.
steve bannon
What is so controversial?
What is so salacious?
Why is this diary something that the Bidens don't want anybody to talk about, anybody to focus on?
They put a woman in jail for this.
What is it about, cut to the chase, what is it about this diary that is so traumatizing for people?
unidentified
Well, there's two things I think that they don't want out.
Number one, we know now that the Democrats totally realize that this diary can absolutely defeat Joe Biden this year at the election.
That's number one.
They care about the political first and foremost.
We know that.
Look, there's a lot of kind of salacious, sordid stuff that's actually very sad.
And I like hearing London talk about forgiveness and everything because it is.
It's very sad.
fallout that poor Ashley had because of the abuse of what sounds like, allegedly, at the hands of her father.
About 30 pages into this 112-page diary, which is on our website, National File, you read, in a matter of a couple of lines, she says, inappropriate showers with my father, quote.
And then she says, was I molested?
I think so.
And then the rest of it is all of this fallout of her trauma and working through the trauma.
She's a sex addict.
She says she's like a dog in heat.
Her sex drives out of control and on and on and on for pages and pages and pages.
It's very, very sad.
It's just sad, Steve.
steve bannon
Hang on one second, I'm going to hold you through the break.
She wrote this diary as part of her recovery program, did she not?
She was in this center, this counseling center, and she wrote this as part of the process.
They do a diary as part of the recovery process, am I correct in that?
unidentified
That is correct, yes sir.
steve bannon
OK, hang on a second.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We'll keep you around.
So there's a diary that is explosive and that diary is explosive because Ashley Biden, like Hunter, had certain issues as she got to adulthood and went into recovery.
And part of the process was to write a diary, which happens all the time.
And this diary has it's so.
Shocking that when I first saw it, I said, this has got to be made up, and it turns out It was not made up.
It turns out it's actually Bobby's diary.
There's actually somebody in jail now for stealing it.
They went after Veritas.
It was very controversial.
We'll take a short commercial break.
return them.
A couple things.
Shocker, we had Mike Davis outside.
Mike's going to be outside with us every day.
Julie Kelly's around.
Jeff Clark's around.
But kind of a negative bombshell this morning on the Facebook situation.
You were not ready for that, were you?
marjorie taylor greene
No, I'm shocked.
I feel like our First Amendment has been hit hard.
You know, this is a war on our free speech.
It's a war on our First Amendment rights.
And this was a heavy blow.
This was basically one that may sink the ship.
When you've got the Supreme Court weighing in that social media companies can censor Americans' free speech, that it's Completely fine with the government to join in.
steve bannon
I got all the arguments.
I agree with you 100%.
And this audience agrees with you 100%.
I got all that.
This was not a... it was 6-3.
6-3 is bad.
unidentified
Talk to me about the court.
steve bannon
I mean, you had the usual suspects in the three.
marjorie taylor greene
Of course.
steve bannon
Pretty shocking who joined the liberal minority here, is it not?
marjorie taylor greene
I think so.
Here's my concern.
Millions of Americans died because of COVID-19.
Children are still behind in school.
Suicide rates increased.
Millions of small businesses went out of business.
The American dream completely died.
It got slaughtered.
People were told that they could not take ivermectin, that it was dangerous.
Natural immunity all of a sudden became dangerous.
And people were murdered on ventilators in the hospital.
And our Supreme Court just sided with censorship of people's ideas.
steve bannon
With the sociopathic tech overlords, right?
Absolutely.
Why do you think they took their side?
marjorie taylor greene
I, you know what, Steve, I can't process it because to me it's, um, this was a debilitating blow in our war and I think it's bad.
steve bannon
You're seeing this up close because you're on the subcommittee going through COVID.
You've seen everything that happened.
You're Fauci, every time he hears MTG's name, he quakes.
So you're at the tip of the spear on this, correct?
marjorie taylor greene
Look, I'm on the COVID Select Committee, which I'm extremely frustrated on.
Extremely frustrated.
This is a pro-vaccine, pro-Big Pharma, heavily... Hang on, it's controlled by Republicans.
Yeah, that's the problem, Steve.
I'm sorry.
I am very cynical these days on the Republican Party.
unidentified
But you're talking about the subcommittee.
steve bannon
But this, your cynical nature of how they're Acting, they just got back up by the Supreme Court, did they not?
marjorie taylor greene
They did.
They got back up by the Supreme Court, which has really rocked my belief.
steve bannon
Rocked your world.
marjorie taylor greene
Yes, it's rocked my belief and hope in our ability to save this country.
When we have the Supreme Court ruling against free speech, it really, people need to look at that down the road, Steve.
We need to look at where does that take us a year from now?
Where does that take us?
Let's go to 2026.
Where does it take us in those elections?
Where does that take us in the next presidential election?
And I'll tell you as a member of Congress, I myself was censored by these social media companies.
I was banned on Twitter.
Completely banned.
Silence.
It was a permanent ban.
There was no way for me to come back and that's because I...
I spoke out and I said the FDA should not approve these vaccines.
I spoke out for natural immunity.
I spoke out for health, exercise, good diets.
I spoke out on behalf of children being masked and forced to stay home.
I spoke out on behalf of parents that were furious at their schools.
steve bannon
And the evidence has shown, correct me if I'm wrong, that you were right and the big tech was wrong.
marjorie taylor greene
Oh yeah.
Evidence has showed that I'm 100% right.
steve bannon
Yes.
marjorie taylor greene
And I paid the price with my own money.
Nancy Pelosi fined me $2,500 every single day because I refused to wear a mask on the House floor.
I was treated like the scourge of the earth because I told everybody I'm not vaccinated and I refused to get the vaccine and will not ever get the vaccine.
But this is what the Supreme Court did to not only me, but to Americans.
steve bannon
Tomorrow night, one of the most important, if not the most important presidential debate, the earliest ever, takes place in your home state.
Why did they pick Georgia?
marjorie taylor greene
Joe Biden picked Georgia because Georgia is the number one state that the Democrats want to take.
It is their top tier.
Steve, you'll understand this and many of your viewers will.
Look, they have California.
They have New York.
The two biggest ports in our country, California and New York.
Georgia is the third largest port in our country in Savannah.
New York, economic hub of the Northeast.
California, economic hub of the West.
Georgia, economic hub of the Southeast.
The Democrats want Georgia and they're going to do everything they can to take it.
That's why Joe Biden picked it as his first debate.
That's the significance of Georgia.
steve bannon
You're very concerned about a couple of counties there and we're not on top of things and the Republican establishment is not on top of things.
Do you still have those concerns?
marjorie taylor greene
Stephen, I'm going to tell you right now, I'll tell you, I'll tell all of War Room, I'll tell anybody that's watching, I fully believe they're going to steal this election.
I think it's going to be stolen in November.
No one can back me off of that right now.
steve bannon
That's a bombshell.
In Georgia?
marjorie taylor greene
Nationally.
And you think that they'll steal Georgia?
Yeah, I'm going to tell you, I'm concerned about Georgia.
unidentified
Tell me.
marjorie taylor greene
Fulton County is a cesspool of corruption.
Complete cesspool.
steve bannon
Scott Fonnie Willis is the DA.
marjorie taylor greene
Right, she's a beautiful example of it.
The DA that was arrested, complete embarrassment on the news for our city and for my home state.
That city is just, it's no different than Chicago.
Illinois and Georgia are very similar.
Chicago politics, Atlanta politics are very similar.
steve bannon
The difference is, in Illinois and places like that, you don't have a state that's controlled by Republicans.
You have Kemp, you have Rosenberg.
Why do Republicans in that state, given it's one of the most MAGA states in the country, if there's even a question that this thing could be stolen in Georgia, why are they not stepping in today?
marjorie taylor greene
Because they are completely aligned with the uniparty, the same uniparty that I work with up here in Washington, D.C., that wants to do everything they can to destroy President Trump and destroy MAGA.
They are going to press as hard as possible, no matter who they have to align themselves with, To get past Trump, to get rid of Trump, move past Trump, past the Trump era, get rid of the MAGA, their MAGA extremists, push them to the side.
They want to return the party back to what it used to be.
That is the old neocon, completely globalist run Republican Party, the party that we all hate, the Republican Party that we want to Burn to the ground, Steve, that we want to die and go away.
They want to bring that back, and that is the leader.
Resurrected?
Absolutely, they're going to resurrect it.
steve bannon
Can it be resurrected in Georgia when you have 80 to 85 percent of the folks down there are MAGA?
marjorie taylor greene
No, they will.
I'll tell you what they'll do.
I'm going to give you a prediction.
Those Republicans will hand Georgia over to Democrats, full Democrat control.
They will.
They would rather it go to Democrats than allow MAGA or America First Republicans run the state of Georgia.
steve bannon
What is your advice?
We've had the mother of Navy Joan, the granddaughter of Joe Biden here, very disturbing.
What is your advice to President Trump for tomorrow night?
First off, are you comfortable with this debate?
Are you comfortable with the rules of the debate?
You're one of President Trump's closest advisors.
Are you comfortable?
marjorie taylor greene
I spoke to President Trump just a little over an hour ago.
Absolutely love him.
I love him.
I have so much faith in him.
I have complete faith that he is going to hit a home run.
But he is walking into a trap.
He is walking into a rigged debate.
He is walking into an arena.
filled with people that want to murder him.
He's going to stand 10 feet away from Joe Biden, who wants to put him in prison the rest of his life,
wants him to die and rot in prison, and Joe Biden wants to put the rest of his family in prison.
That's who he has to stand next to when he has to debate.
He's got to be questioned by Jake Tapper, that called him a terrorist, called him a Nazi,
called him every name in the book.
And then Dana Bash.
Dana Bash, that little piece of shit whose husband is one of the 51 spies who lied.
That is what President Trump is walking into.
And it disgusts me.
It infuriates me.
I can't believe our country has come to this.
Our politics are horrific.
This is why a lot of people like me don't even want to vote anymore.
They don't even want to vote for Republicans.
They're fed up with the entire system.
They think the two parties suck.
People ages 18 to 29 are like, why do I even want to vote?
All these old people and all these horrible people in politics don't represent me.
The entire thing is a complete debacle.
It's an embarrassment.
And we're going to have to watch it happen tomorrow night.
But I have full faith in President Trump, Steve.
Full faith in him.
He's going to do his absolute best.
And I really hope America sees it.
But are they going to be fair?
No, they're not going to be fair.
And Joe Biden will lie and lie.
He will lie and lie.
steve bannon
If President Trump hits the home run that you believe and many of his followers, I believe anywhere, anytime he can do it.
Is that a victory?
Because immediately they removed Joe Biden and come up with plan B. So we're going in with somebody we know we can beat.
All the math shows us we can beat him.
And if President Trump, the irony here, if he wins the debate and proves that Biden's not up to it, they didn't change him out for someone else.
Is that your description of victory here, ma'am?
marjorie taylor greene
My description of victory is for America to see the truth.
And I think those that are capable of seeing the truth and hearing the truth will see it and hear it.
steve bannon
Well, no, let's say the truth is President Trump was a much better president and will be a much better president this trying time.
marjorie taylor greene
Absolutely, absolutely.
steve bannon
Okay, if they do that, do you believe the next morning that Joe Biden will still be the Democratic nominee?
Do you think the Democrats, and they're open about this everywhere, they will move to remove him and even Kamala Harris to make sure they have a ticket that they believe can beat President Trump because clearly Joe Biden can't.
marjorie taylor greene
I don't know.
I've engaged in this debate before.
I really don't know if they're going to remove him.
If he has a stroke on stage, then yeah, they'll remove him.
But I think they're going to stick with this half-dead candidate that they have because they're going to steal the election.
Why do they need to remove him?
He's the perfect puppet.
He's such a pawn.
He doesn't push back on anything they want him to do.
He just goes yes and he reads his little cards that they tell him and he stumbles through his words and he stumbles off the stage and he stumbles everywhere he walks.
He stumbles climbing up the steps.
He is the perfect candidate for them.
I think they're gonna stick with him because by all measurements that I can see and you can see and the smart people that watch your show, the wonderful people that follow War Room, They all see it.
We all see it.
By any other measure, if this was a fair election, if everything was fair in American politics, they would have yanked him out of there so fast long ago.
But I think they're going to stick with it because it's rigged.
steve bannon
I know you've got to bounce.
Social media, where do people go to follow you?
marjorie taylor greene
Rep MTG, follow me on all accounts, follow Steve, follow War Room.
steve bannon
Now, you have not made a decision about going tomorrow night, right?
You're here on congressional business, so you'll probably be here?
marjorie taylor greene
Yeah, I'm here to vote no on this horrific state and foreign ops bill that funds the deep state and all the foreign wars, so I gotta make sure that I get that vote in, because, you know, Congress is Okay, welcome back.
steve bannon
I'll stick around to make sure I'm okay.
It means he can be arrested by the Sergeant at Arms, I think the Capitol Hill Police, Anna Paulina Luna, not backing off.
Give him 48 hours, turn him over.
At 48 hours, which I think will be Friday, she'll force a Friday vote.
A lot going on.
Mike Davis, we've got Mike for the whole week, every day in front of the Supreme Court.
Looks like these rulings, I don't think they've pushed them into next week.
It's going to be massive, particularly Fisher in the immunity, and of course the Mac Daddy, the Administrative State, the Chevron deference, and there are many, many more.
Four other cases on the Administrative State.
We're going to juggle around about the five and the six o'clock show tonight.
Scott Besant is going to join us.
Because the Biden regime is trying to walk President Trump into a trap about debt, about how they have an increase in debt.
We've got all the math that will show to people that Biden has been $10.4 trillion in debt.
I think President Trump's like $3 trillion.
All that's tied to the pandemic.
But we'll break all that down to you.
And of course, the situation in Arizona and the situation in Wisconsin, we'll get to all that.
Given about this diary, do you feel comfortable?
One of the things you've tried to do as peers, and maybe I'm wrong, is to try to be amenable to the fact that Navy Joan Could be somehow brought into the Biden family, correct?
Do you feel comfortable what you've heard?
And I know you haven't read it, but what you've heard about this Ashley Biden diary and what else is on the laptop from hell, including a lot of very, very salacious Uh, issues with Hunter around his niece of which there's text messages and emails that members are including his former wife and his, uh, in the grieving widow.
And I think even Joe Biden thought was inappropriate things he was doing, like, you know, doing, um, having, uh, you know, only fans accounts of some of these things playing when, when, when people, young people might be around.
Do you actually feel 100% that you know everything?
That you feel comfortable having not just Hunter, but Joe Biden around your daughter unsupervised?
unidentified
I think when all this stuff's going on with this laptop being brought out, all that was like during his deepest part of addiction, right?
steve bannon
It was, I believe he was, I think some of the times, not when he was brought out, but the videos he made and what he made was clearly he was doing lots of drugs.
He's sitting there smoking, I guess, crack or whatever he smokes.
He's doing drugs non-stop.
So the videos themselves, the still pictures themselves, and a lot of the messaging going back by people who were trying to help him at the time, clearly he's on a bad run.
Very bad run.
unidentified
I don't know what any of those text messages entail.
I don't know any of that stuff.
I'm not... I mean, I haven't... I don't have the knowledge of that.
steve bannon
You just haven't done the due diligence?
unidentified
I guess.
steve bannon
And you haven't read the diary?
unidentified
I have not.
steve bannon
Do you believe that you have a fiduciary responsibility for your daughter to basically check into all that and make sure you know all the facts?
unidentified
We know these are facts.
Like, this stuff is real stuff.
It's not like...
steve bannon
Well, we know it's real stuff because two reasons we know it's real stuff.
Remember, they attack people non-stop.
They went to the FBI, kicked down the door of Veritas on the diary, and rolled the head of Veritas out of the rack at five o'clock in the morning when the diary came out.
The same with the laptop from hell.
They had 51 intelligence officials that said a couple days before the 2020, during the debate of 2020, that this was all Russian disinformation.
Joe Biden actually stood in front of the American people and said it was all a lie, it was all Russian disinformation, and that the intelligence service has proven that.
Tomorrow night, I assume that President Trump is going to confront Joe Biden with this very issue, that he looked the American people in the eye and lied to them because they knew it was real.
Now, why do we know it's real?
Because in the trial that Hunter Biden just went through, the government, the US government presented it put the laptop in certain elements of the laptop in his evidence and it wasn't questioned by hunters they question forever was not questioned by hunters attorneys also you just heard no fresh there's a woman right now in jail for actually i think her roommate in the therapy center for taking the diary and trying to sell it and uh... and they have out they have verified that the diary people are not saying that no one's saying that
Ashley Biden is giving a true representation of what actually happened.
That can only come from Ashley Biden and from Joe Biden.
But the nature of the diary is shocking in and of itself.
It's one of the reasons they've always tried to downplay it.
For the simple reason she's clearly traumatized because of what happened to her or what she did later in her life.
Right?
Her addictions, her issues with sex addiction.
This is what she's talking about in the diary.
And that that must have been traumatized.
She must have been traumatized from something earlier in her life.
But only she, at the end of the day, can say that.
But the fact of it is very salacious and it sounds dangerous.
Bernie Kerrick and Rudy Giuliani went to Delaware with the laptop from hell, the information that was on the hard drive, to take it to the Attorney General, the local county official, and the Attorney General of the state, at the time when it was released back in October of 2020, to say that according to law there, and I think the law is named after Beau Biden because the whole Beau Biden Center is about protecting children, That people that are first responders, or police authorities, including educators, Dr. Jill Biden, has a legal obligation to immediately turn all this over to the authorities, which they had not done.
So this thing is quite dark and very, very serious.
And I'm sure it's going to get fully vetted in this presidential campaign, because I think this is going to be a central part of it.
That's why I believe your book is going to be one of the most controversial.
They're going to come for you.
They just are.
Because I think they feel you crossed the Rubicon, and in doing this to show your daughter that you're standing up for her and there's a historical record of what you did, they won't look at it as like that.
They will look at it as that you have allowed nefarious forces that are anti-Biden to actually take this and start to weaponize it.
unidentified
Well, I think that, you know, if I wouldn't have been put in this situation, then that wouldn't have been the case.
steve bannon
And how did you get put in the situation?
unidentified
Because she got abandoned.
Yeah, the abandonment, the unacknowledgement of Navy.
You know, if you just do the right thing, then you can't have these conspiracies or whatever else.
steve bannon
Is there any chance, is there anything they can do now to convince you not to, this book is not, it's finished, but it doesn't actually get published.
I guess it's in printing, it doesn't get published, and we can get the cover of the book out of the shadows.
It's not technically published till mid-August.
If they were to come to you with money, or they come to you, yes, we didn't realize that this was this traumatic, we didn't realize your security situation, is there anything that would have you pull this from publication?
unidentified
I don't even think that's allowed.
I don't know how that whole process goes.
I just know that, you know, I didn't do this for money, so I won't take money in exchange.
steve bannon
You didn't do this for money?
unidentified
No, so I'm not going to take money in exchange for it.
steve bannon
People on the left and Twitter, etc., say you're a gold digger.
That would not be correct?
unidentified
Well, if someone were to offer me money to not publish a book when I'm not publishing it for money.
and publish it to tell my story to my daughter and to stand up for, you know, my story and
me, then what would that say?
To take money in exchange for my story?
That takes that complete motive away.
steve bannon
Do you believe, given your experience in the state of Arkansas about Don't Cross the Clintons,
do you believe that in the publication of this book and now going on a book tour, that
you might have, ironically or inadvertently, put Navy Joan and Ashley into more danger?
unidentified
It's scary to think of, but I mean, yes, being in the public eye does that, I think, in general.
Especially, you know, when dealing in a situation like this, where, you know, you're telling your personal story, but it does have to do with a first grandchild, and a first son, and the president.
So it, you know, there's that line where you want, it's personal, but it could be used as political.
And so, yeah, it's scary.
And it's something that definitely scares me.
steve bannon
And so what is your recommendation of what can be done with that?
Your number one thing in your life is the protection of your daughter.
The number two thing is to make sure she's raised in a healthy environment and gets to be the woman that she can become.
Correct?
That's the organizing principle of your life.
If there's even a scintilla of possibility that could put her in more danger, what would you think to do now?
unidentified
Well, she don't have, you know, Secret Service.
I would hire a private security.
I would do what's needed to protect my daughter.
I always will.
If it comes to that point, that's obviously...
steve bannon
Have you made the case, have you made the case, or tried to make the case, to the Biden family, not his first family, but the Biden family personally, and the grandmother, and the grandfather, about having, making sure she has adequate protection?
Security protection?
unidentified
My attorney has.
My attorney has brought it to their attention.
steve bannon
And nothing?
unidentified
Nothing?
I believe it just gets disregarded.
steve bannon
Why do you think they disregard it?
unidentified
I don't know.
Same reason they disregard her.
I'm not sure.
steve bannon
You could talk to Jake Tapper and Dana Bash tomorrow night, who are the moderators and will ask the questions to Joe Biden.
If you had a chance to give them one question for Joe Biden, what would be that question?
unidentified
Why?
Why not acknowledge a granddaughter and embrace her from the beginning?
I don't see, it's like, you know, I talked to a girl, a woman the other day whose father ran for president and, you know, they're, you put the two and two together, the vice president nominee had a child that, you know, got pregnant out of wedlock and they embraced that.
It humanizes a family to be able to relate to the American people.
The American people, people get pregnant out of wedlock all the time.
And you embrace those things, no matter what they are, especially when it comes to family.
So I don't understand.
That would be my question, why?
steve bannon
Would you want that answer for yourself and Navy Joan?
Or do you think that answer is important for people in this country to understand before they vote?
unidentified
Well, saying that, I wasn't thinking about the political standpoint.
I was saying that because, you know, I think that I want that answer.
I know someday Navy will too.
And when she's old enough to see everything and understand everything, she's going to have that question.
Why?
What was wrong with her?
Why wasn't she good enough?
That's, those are questions she's going to ask today.
Tough questions.
And that's, that's hard as a mother to know that she's going to have those questions someday.
And I don't think of it.
I understand it's, it's, it's political, but I don't think of it as a political standpoint.
I think of it as personal when that's my question that I would ask it selfishly.
That is personal.
steve bannon
If she was to ask you at the time, you know, she's five and a couple of years when Her consciousness will be even more.
And she sees her grandparents in this very loving environment back in Arkansas.
When she asked you that question, what is your answer now to her?
unidentified
I can't speak on why they've done what they've done.
I can't speak on, you know, the behaviors of other people.
All I can do is, it's like I've said from the beginning, I've shown her love.
I always will.
I will let her know that she is loved, and my family goes above and beyond to do that.
However, you know, if someday that she Hates her father or however, whatever feelings she will have towards him, that will be based on him and his actions and what he chooses to do with his relationship with his daughter, how he chooses to be a father.
steve bannon
Go to Amazon for the book, Out of the Shadows.
Do you have social media?
unidentified
I do.
steve bannon
What's your social media?
unidentified
It's LondonTown, L-U-N-D-E-N, town, underscore, it's on Instagram.
steve bannon
I want to thank you for coming here.
We've never done this over two hours, but it's that important.
The book is pretty shocking.
Your daughter seems absolutely amazing.
unidentified
She is.
steve bannon
Just incredible.
unidentified
She is.
Thank you.
steve bannon
Bravo Zulu.
Great job.
We look forward to having you back as we get closer to publication day.
But you're making a commitment right now.
There is nothing that will get you to pull this book.
No pressure.
No money.
unidentified
I don't think that's an option to pull a book.
I didn't know you could even do that.
Everything's possible.
I thought after it's written and you've signed everything, it's published.
steve bannon
One more time.
What's your social media?
unidentified
LondonTown.
L-U-N-D-E-N.
steve bannon
Thank you so much for coming in.
unidentified
Appreciate it.
Thank you.
steve bannon
I know it was tough, but it was fantastic.
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
We're gonna be back in to wrap up the morning edition of the world and just go
Okay, welcome back We have Mike Davis, a lot more going on.
MTG is a broken woman this morning, right?
She was in shock about what happened.
You're not really, though, although this has been the Article 3 big fight against the tech, sociopathic tech overlords.
You were always a little concerned about this one, right?
mike davis
Yeah, I mean, I did not feel like this was the strongest case for the court.
And I agree with the dissent written by Justice Alito and my former boss,
Justice Gorsuch and Justice Thomas, that there's a clear First Amendment
violation here when the government colludes with these big tech platforms to
censor, silence, de-platform and cancel Americans, those with whom they disagree,
especially on COVID.
But the majority opinion is written by, you know, it's written by a law professor.
And she said that the plaintiff somehow did not have standing here, right?
And so she said that they were seeking an injunction, and injunctions are forward-looking, not backward-looking.
steve bannon
Given everything we had on the 2020, how does it get to the Supreme Court and you actually can argue standing?
I thought all that stuff was vetted in the CERP, just to take it on, that those issues about standing were actually solved.
Is that not the case?
mike davis
No, courts always have to make sure that they have standing.
steve bannon
It's part of their jurisdiction.
mike davis
They have to decide whether they have standing.
And in this case, what the majority opinion does is it says because the government censored in the past in 2021 and 2022, you know, essentially they don't, there's not evidence that the Biden regime is going to censor in the future in 2024.
Essentially, they censored in the past and they, you know, they closed down their censorship regime and so there's no standing here.
steve bannon
That means your watchdog even becomes more important in Article 3.
mike davis
Yeah.
steve bannon
Real quickly, we have still 16 more to go in only two days.
They don't have a conference tomorrow.
You are the belief, MSNBC and CNN is not.
They think they'll go into next week.
Your belief is everything will get done by Friday?
mike davis
They could go into next week, but the Supreme Court has not set another conference for tomorrow, so that means they've already decided the cases and everything's resolved.
I think they're holding back on putting out cases because of the debate.
I think they're going to put out a bunch of cases on Friday.
steve bannon
And you believe that'll be the Chevron deference, also Fisher and immunity?
mike davis
Yeah.
And those are two... Well, Chevron could come out tomorrow because that doesn't affect Trump.
steve bannon
Right.
mike davis
But I do think that they're gonna wait until Friday on presidential immunity and Fisher.
steve bannon
But doesn't that actually...
Wouldn't you argue that that's getting into the politics and supporting Biden instead of coming out tomorrow and let's just have a debate?
mike davis
Yes, and that's the problem with the... Look, I like and respect the Chief Justice, but that's the entire problem with his approach, the chief-y approach.
steve bannon
You were out there today and there were protests when we started because they thought anything could drop.
Do you anticipate if Fisher goes our way and if immunity is even some sort of limited immunity, you think we'll have some ruckus outside the Supreme Court on Friday?
mike davis
Probably, just because that's what leftists do.
They're a pain in the ass.
steve bannon
Are you concerned still about the safety and security?
We just had a woman in here for two hours that's been abandoned by the Biden family.
Do you still, are you still concerned?
Because you were the tip, you and Mark Payette Letter for the last couple of years have been the tip of this thing, this issue of the security of the Supreme Court.
Are you concerned given the monumental nature of these decisions, these rulings that will come out of their security?
mike davis
Yeah, I mean, I could say this publicly now.
It's now that they've largely fixed the security.
Supreme Court justices before did not have security details, which is shocking to most Americans when they hear this.
Supreme Court justices, when they travel outside of DC, They can request U.S.
marshal details, but oftentimes they did not.
That's, remember, with Justice Scalia.
He didn't have a detail when he passed away in remote Texas.
When they're inside of D.C., the jurisdiction changes to the Supreme Court police.
And before recently, very recently, the Supreme Court justices did not have protective details.
And when I was the chief counsel on the Senate Judiciary Committee, I pushed very hard and made them It's bizarre.
this because I saw when Justice Gorsuch was the nominee he had very good 24-7, 365 protection.
unidentified
Yeah.
mike davis
The second he was confirmed, that protection went away.
steve bannon
It's bizarre.
Yeah.
Where do people go, Article 3?
The next 48 hours, you're going to be in the mix on this thing.
mike davis
Where do people go?
Article3project.org, article number 3project.org, follow us on social media, take action, donate,
and we'll see you tomorrow morning.
steve bannon
You've got a sub stack also.
They get that there by going to article three?
mike davis
Yeah, we put out, it's Mike Davis on sub stack.
I just put out a piece this morning talking about what the Supreme Court's going to be doing this week on these monumental cases.
steve bannon
Deputy Attorney General, White House Counsel, or just viceroy?
mike davis
Viceroy.
steve bannon
The viceroy speaketh Mike Davis, great.
Look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
mike davis
Thank you.
steve bannon
Our own Mike Davis.
10 a.m.
tomorrow morning.
Julie Kelly, Jeff Clark, the whole team.
Mike Lindell, huge developments in Wisconsin.
Gableman last night on the 6 o'clock show followed you at 5 and said, hey, if you do not remove, because the process is there, if you do not remove Robin Voss, That Donald J. Trump will not win Wisconsin.
We just had MTG in here about Georgia.
Wren's going to join us later about Arizona.
What in the hell's going on, brother?
And you got a minute on that because I got to sell pillows for a minute.
mike lindell
Well, everybody, yeah, this is a big win, and the importance of getting rid of Robin Voss.
Remember, I've been telling everyone for three years, he's tied with Brad Rasper, the biggest blocker.
When I say blocker, that means blocking what goes on to make sure our elections are secure.
That's the number one thing.
Robin Voss has blocked everything he can to make Wisconsin's election not free, fair and
secure and him out of the way, I'm telling you, even the things we're trying to do, the
in courts in Wisconsin to get things secure for the 2024 election.
This is like a breath of fresh air and it's going to be amazing and we're going to keep
fighting.
We're not letting up the gas pedal, Steve.
We're going to, I've been to Wisconsin so many times on this and it's right next to
