Speaker Time Text

And now Trump has also been posting on social media, linking to a story about his former strategist Steve Bannon, who's reacting to the concern all this revenge talk is causing.
Specifically to Andrew McCabe, talking to the source's Caitlin Collins about it.
I have a lot of conversations with former colleagues, people who are or were in the intelligence and law enforcement community and may have worked in, you know, the Obama administration, other places.
And, you know, people are really trying to assess, like, what is life going to be like if Donald Trump wins a second term?
And on a very personal level, I mean, these are torturous discussions with their family members about whether or not they have to leave the country So that's what McCabe told Caitlyn Collins a short time ago.
and illegally detained.
I mean, people are actually worried about being thrown in jail or grabbed in some sort
of extrajudicial detention.
And I think, you know, as crazy as this sounds in the United States of America, I think people
should really consider that these are possibilities.
So that's what McCabe told Kaitlyn Collins a short time ago.
Bannon then responded saying this.
steve bannon
And McCabe, you should be worried.
You should be very worried.
But also, understand this, brother.
We have extradition treaties with virtually every country in the world, and you go ahead and run, and run as far as you want.
We're going to come and get you.
unidentified
So that's a former, and perhaps soon-to-be-again senior advisor to Trump, who's saying much the same, despite the best efforts of Dr. Phil and Sean Hannity to stop him.
And again, they're taking aim with this at perceived political enemies, but also at the day-in-and-day-out career professionals of federal law enforcement.
November 5th is Judgment Day.
January 20th, 2025, is Accountability Day.
We're gonna get every single receipt.
And to the fullest extension of the law, you are going to be investigated, prosecuted, and incarcerated.
Ladies and gentlemen, it's very simple.
Victory or death!
So, when you hear Steve Bannon saying these things, and the president, the former president, amplifying comments that you should be worried, what goes through your mind?
Well, Anderson, part of me is not surprised at all.
These are things he's been saying forever.
We know that Donald Trump and his friend are, you know, these are people who are obsessed with personal grievance and settling scores.
Their entire way of thinking about So we shouldn't be surprised by it at all.
this country is in the context of having been wronged and trying to engender support among
their supporters by, you know, throwing this kind of red meat out to people who are, who respond to
this sort of language. So we shouldn't be surprised by it at all. They're both paranoid old men,
one of whom is on his way to jail, and the other one, we'll see, that might happen for him as well.
So that part doesn't surprise me.
What's really, to me, shocking and disgusting about the rhetoric is what it says about who we are becoming as a nation.
And the fact that a person who is, you know, quite possibly the next president of the United States is engaging in this level of absolutely, fundamentally anti-democratic Rhetoric and behavior and ideation.
steve bannon
Solomon knows.
John, and that's Andrew McCabe, the deputy.
What do you think they're worried about?
If he hadn't done anything, you wouldn't be worried?
You wouldn't be having torturous conversations of where can we go?
It's all going to be inside the Constitution.
John, how long have you fought to get these documents, sir?
john solomon
Five years.
Actually, I first was tipped off by agents working under Andrew McCabe.
Agents working under Andrew McCabe.
I was first tipped off about these things back in 2017 and then again in 2018.
So it took me almost six years to get them.
If he wants to talk about the agents who work for him, they were scared.
There are a lot of agents that were worried about the direction he was taking the Bureau.
That's why he's not in charge of the Bureau anymore.
Just look at what John Durham wrote in his final report.
Andy McCain owns a big part of that.
He was in charge and running a big part of that great ruse that left the American people.
unidentified
And they choose to, the federal government, the White House chooses to go after you.
They could make your life It's really awful.
I mean, you would have to hire attorneys.
You would have to, at great expense.
I mean, I can't even imagine.
I know all about that.
Yeah, I know it well, right?
They've been doing this to me.
Donald Trump's been doing this to me for years.
A two-year baseless criminal investigation that they ended only because it went nowhere and a federal judge essentially forced them to issue a declination.
An invasive IRS audit.
The only other person I know who's ever been subjected to the same one is Jim Comey.
Not coincidentally, I'm sure.
The Durham investigation, right?
Same basic idea.
William Barr and John Durham announced that we were all criminals and then spent years traveling around the globe trying to find proof of that, which of course they couldn't and it came to essentially nothing.
So I know what to expect.
It's not about me.
I'll be fine.
It's about people who will be experiencing this for the first time, and more importantly, their families.
You know, like, I talk to former officials, and everyone is in the same place.
Like, we are still committed to this country and seeing this through.
We still have faith in the systems that are built to protect the rights of every American.
But that's a hard thing to explain to your family when they're thinking, you know, basically they don't want to have to live in this kind of fear and terror for another four years.
And when Steve Bannon talks about the long arm of American justice, using it to pursue you even if you leave the country, I mean, have you thought about leaving the country?
I know what American justice is.
I spent 21 years as a law enforcement officer in this country.
Steve Bannon has no idea what he's talking about, but that or probably anything else.
People who haven't committed crimes in this country have nothing to worry about.
It just seems to me, I mean, just...
People who have dedicated their lives to public service and civil service, I mean, it is the backbone of our democracy.
It is essential for the functioning of this country at agencies all over.
And it's extraordinary that somebody who would be running for president Already saying, like, this guy, we're going to go after this person.
That's right.
That's right.
Those protections, those safeguards, that's what this country was built around, to protect everyone from the person in charge.
That's how we, that's why we split off from the Brits so many years ago.
That's what we are all about.
Everyone is treated the same under the law.
Everybody enjoys the same protection.
So to have the person who aspires to the highest seat, the highest role, the highest job in the land, to
start picking out people like me or anyone else and targeting them for revenge, unleashing
the rage of their supporters in however that's played out.
It's outrageous and it's just heartbreaking that that's where we are as a nation.
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
steve bannon
It's Friday, 21 June in the year of our Lord 2024.
Uh, buh-buh.
We got a lot to go through.
Supreme Court's dropping cases right now, are dropping opinions.
There's a hearing on Jack Smith down in Florida, the great Julie Kelly's on top of that.
We got Kobach, hopefully Mike Davis, Philip Patrick, capital markets, economics, politics, polling, and of course, The 2024 race and, of course, the deconstruction of the administrative state.
That's McCabe.
So, you know, Anderson Cooper puts in prime time.
Dude, how did a guy like that run as deputy?
Talk about a whiny little bitch.
Stop whining, dude.
It's not... Man up.
Lawyer up and man up.
John Solomon said right there, you're...
Violations of law are legion and tons of whistleblowers know it.
And the facts and the evidence are going to show it too.
If you didn't do anything wrong, why are you worried?
And this is all coming about in democracy.
Trump's leading everywhere and we're gonna out now the lead story in Daily Mail this morning is their plan to offload Biden.
They've got another set of internal polls.
They're looking at these polls and they're telling the White House you're out of touch.
It's not happening.
They're actively doing star search for a replacement.
It's democracy.
Brother McCabe.
That's coming for you.
The Deep State's rogue element, and that would be you, sir, and you're emblematic.
There are many, many, many more than you.
But this rogue element of this Praetorian Guard, of how this constitutional republic became a post-constitutional empire.
Unlike anything that the revolutionary generation, and you smear their name by saying, oh this, it's all, all your thing is like gobbledygook.
We're very specific.
That with President Trump, when President Trump wins, he'll seal the border, begin the plan of mass deportations, immediately get into the situation of the vast overspending, right, the two trillion dollar deficits, and the last chance for a supply-side tax cut to try to do this, as we explained yesterday with Scott Besant, to try to do this about return on invested capital and return on and get back to production away from consumption.
All of that.
And to make sure that you're fully loaded in the cost of the illegal alien invasion, which right now everybody's gun decking.
They're not showing us.
That's number two.
And of course three is end the forever wars.
End the forever wars.
Get back to the peace and prosperity of the first Trump term.
Now.
Sir.
But there will be Particularly in the first hundred days, first six months, there will be many, many other hands and people to take the burden off President Trump to start the deconstruction of the administrative state.
That is going to happen.
I know you don't like it because you guys have built this kind of extra apparatus that is the Leviathan.
And it's impervious to elections.
That's over.
Over.
And once you leave, McCabe, you and your type are never coming back.
That's why they're so worried.
You know, Andrew McCabe is sad.
You see, he's sad right there.
He's sad.
He's tearing up.
He's sad.
Why is he sad?
He understands the crimes he has committed.
He understands what he has done.
He understands what's evidence out there for that.
But even more importantly, he realizes it's over.
The deep state is going to be crushed.
We're going to wring it out of our system to get back to a, we're going to go from post-constitutional empire to constitutional republic.
How's that?
Let's have an up or down vote on that.
American people, because this is what essentially we're having, do you want to continue down the path of being a post-constitutional, ruling class, uniparty, globalist empire that puts American citizens, the nation last, but American citizens really last?
Or do you want to go back to a constitutional republic where America first, and as importantly, in a corollary, American citizens come first?
American citizens come first.
And I realize there was a little incident last night about about HB1 visas and tech workers
all that I am gonna address that I'm gonna offer an alternative how about
this is an alternative we cut in half the number of foreign students
we take in the country and allow American kids to get into those engineering
schools and to get into those computer programs that computer programming
And then we attach, not a green card, maybe attach the exit visa on the way out.
But I'll do that more time.
And I'll put it in the context of artificial intelligence.
Artificial intelligence is about to go through the tech community, particularly the workers in the tech community, like a sith through high grass.
You have to put it, you have to contextualize it.
We'll do all that.
We'll get to that.
So just, you know, American citizens first.
But with McCabe and these guys, it's, it's, it's stunning.
It's stunning how they're still trying to spin this and how MSNBC and CNN and Andrew Cooper, that little bleep.
Why don't you ask him a tough question?
Do you have anything to be worried about?
Why do you, why do you seem so worried?
Why are you having these conversations?
Answer John Solomon, and John can't be here today.
I was going to start off with John.
With everything that's going on to go into this, John's going to join us on Saturday, tomorrow morning.
We're going to have John Solomon to go through more of the crimes of the FBI, the crimes of the DOJ, and what they have to be answered.
And so people say, all they're doing is revenge.
There's no revenge here.
There's no revenge.
And they're saying in a context like President Trump's not going to get sentenced on July 11th.
They haven't gotten charges of 700 years against President Trump.
Peter Navarro's in a federal prison.
You got Rudy Giuliani they're trying to throw in jail and bankrupting.
They're trying to bankrupt Jim Hoff.
They're trying to bankrupt Alex Jones.
They're trying to bankrupt Epoch Times.
Do you think this is lost on us?
The absolute political warfare?
You think it's lost on us?
No, no, no, sir.
McCabe, you got a lot to worry about.
A lot.
Okay?
And I know you're worrying because I can see you there whining every night on TV.
My recommendation?
Stop going on TV.
Because we'll use all the, you know, that's all evidence.
And lawyer up, bro.
Lawyer up.
Lawyer up and preserve your documents.
unidentified
short break, Chris Kovacs is going to join us next.
joy reid
The president of the Louisiana Family Forum, whose name is Gene Mills, has argued that
the Ten Commandments provide the foundations for modern day law in America.
He can't seem to find it in the Constitution, but your thoughts?
unidentified
My thoughts are this law is a prime example of Christian nationalism, the Christian nationalism
that's on march across this entire country.
What we're talking about is schoolchildren from a variety of different religious backgrounds and none who are being forced to read and venerate the school's preferred brand of Christianity.
That's why Americans United for Separation of Church and State was created.
That's why we're suing in court with our partners.
And as a mom, I want to just point out that we're talking about the religious freedom of school children.
Children, they're captive audiences in school.
They're impressionable.
chris hayes
Why not take a shot, right?
And we're seeing another case just in the last 48 hours, teeing up in Louisiana, where Republican Governor Jeff Landry just signed a bill Requiring the Ten Commandments to be displayed in every public classroom, that's public schools in the state.
Now, under current precedent, the law is obviously unconstitutional.
I would say it's obviously unconstitutional even if it wasn't under current precedent.
But there is plenty of established precedent here.
In fact, in 1980, the Supreme Court knocked down a very similar law, ruling that it was prohibited under the Separation Clause of the First Amendment.
But Governor Landry says, and I quote, I can't wait to be sued.
And of course, he can't.
That makes sense, because this is all part of the transparent conservative plan.
To take advantage of this court that's behaving more like a legislature, eager to act on these right-wing issues.
And do it now, while they have this 6-3 majority before something can change.
Now, sometimes they really do overstep, right?
They try to send things there that are just a little too nutty, even for these justices.
unidentified
9-0, 7-2.
chris hayes
But that's for now, right?
Not written in stone.
Again, once you just throw out the notion of precedent, well then, the right wing also knows if Donald Trump is re-elected, he very well may get to replace more seats on the court.
And he could give them an even stronger conservative majority.
And in the meantime, again, they might as well shoot the shot.
joy reid
No, and it is ironic to me that these are the same people who will make the argument that a pride flag in a classroom is indoctrination, but they don't think the Ten Commandments is indoctrination.
Do you?
I mean, I see some irony there.
unidentified
Yes, indeed.
I was just on a conservative talk show where they made that exact argument.
And there is no separation of flags in state.
There is no separation of sexuality in state.
There's a separation of church and state.
That's correct.
Religious freedom for all of us.
joy reid
Yeah, absolutely.
And I hate to break it to folks, but Moses was not a Christian.
That religion did not exist.
He was Jewish.
And so it's the Torah that you want to be displaying if that's where you want to go with this.
But that's not supposed to be in school either!
You're supposed to learn to read.
steve bannon
Wow, did Joy Ann Reid just go total anti-Semitic?
What is that?
Joy Ann Reid, I think... Let's take a vote in the chat.
And if Carly and Elizabeth over at the telegram... Let's take a vote.
Very similar, so Joy-Ann Reid put the wig back on.
Joy-Ann, I think the summer, Heat, it's a Heat Dome, Heat Dome, Street, somebody on Twitter, Heat Dome, street name Summer.
Should Joy-Ann Reid put the wig back on?
I tell you what, let's take a vote, let's get the voices in there, and what we're gonna do is we're gonna check in with D. Royce White, who by the way is only a couple of points in back of Amy Klobuchar, with no money, with a total maggot campaign.
Christian nationalism, this is the other one.
Putting, you see these demons?
They can't, they can't, they cannot stand the fundamental lawgiver, one of the fundamental lawgivers of the Judeo-Christian West and Western civilization.
The Ten Commandments.
Pretty basic stuff, right?
Pretty basic.
Up there, and when you talk about this nation being built, and later you got guys, all these immigrants built the nation, when you talk about the nation being built, in every schoolhouse in this country, you had the Ten Commandments up there.
You had the Ten Commandments up there, so you could have, during the day, kids could understand you had a framing device for what I'm doing here.
My reading, writing, and arithmetic, which they don't teach anymore because they got to teach social justice warriors.
Here's why they hate it so much.
And I got to give a hat tip to Jeff Landry.
Also, always keep in mind, folks, the cavalry is arriving.
You have these AGs.
We're gonna have Kobach on here at the bottom of the hour.
He's going after Pfizer, which is, you know, Pfizer and the drug company money, big pharma money that the left used to hate, is the mother's milk of MSNBC.
If you took all the pharma ads, and you ought to watch MSNBC, not our curated version, just cut it on one night and watch it, you'll see the drugs in the freak show around the drugs.
I mean, it's like, where do these people come from, and what are these diseases, and how did they get them, right?
You just gotta watch it.
So Chris Kobach's on here.
He's suing Pfizer.
The brilliant Chris Kobach.
You've got Kobach, you've got Landry, who used to be AG.
Brilliant, what he's done down there.
Governor Jeff Landry.
But AG, you've got obviously Paxton in Texas.
You've got Schmidt that's now in the Senate from Missouri.
So you're hammering.
You're starting to see AGs and even hopefully local DAs eventually step up to the plate.
But these demons, they're melting down.
Here's why.
Have you seen the freak show that are, you know, this new generation of teachers?
That the parents went to the school board so you could stop the grooming and stop the horrible pornography they were putting in the libraries and teaching kids and the indoctrination they were doing every day.
This is the whole reason Moms for Liberty and these people, you know, all these groups kind of came out of nowhere.
Moms for America and Moms for Liberty and, you know, parents.
You had Pastor John.
Remember all these folks going to school boards and the teachers?
Can you imagine these teachers standing underneath the Ten Commandments every day?
Those people with the hair and the piercings and the just evil, you know, their tongues, got the split tongues, they're like serpents.
Can you imagine them standing in the classrooms, got the Ten Commandments, the foundational, basic, the first time the law kind of came down in a written form?
With the great prophet and lawgiver Moses.
And I love Joanne Rishi, she clearly hasn't been to Rome or the Vatican or seen the great statues and the great, you know, remembrance of Moses.
Moses is not even a Christian!
Moses is not even a Christian!
They should have the chore up there.
What planet are you?
Get the wig back on, the sun's getting to you.
They are so terrified.
This first two things, they're terrified By the rules.
They're terrified by the Constitution.
Look at the terror.
Andy McCabe is sad.
I actually say Anderson Cooper is sad.
Andy McCabe is sadder.
They're sad.
They're all sad.
unidentified
Because they see the end of an age.
steve bannon
They see that finally the American people have stood up and say, guess what?
We're not doing this anymore.
And we're not going to be like the traditional Republican Party and play patty cake with you.
It's now time.
We've had enough.
We're fed up.
We're going to win this election, and we're going to take the Senate.
We're going to add to the House.
President Trump's going to return to the White House.
We've got many different organizations.
It falls under Project 2025, but you're basically set and ready to go on day one with your 3,000 appointees that, by law, you have.
You get in there.
You start to deconstruct this, take out billets, shut down programs, start to take this thing apart and get it back to go from post-constitutional gangsterism ...to Constitutional Republic.
Hey, can we vote on that?
I tell you what, we'll vote on what McCabe, you guys have given us, the forever wars, the massive debts, the trillion dollar defense budget, out of control, the FBI, your jackboots, your jackboots, going after tridentine Catholics.
My parents perish in Richmond, Virginia.
And extrapolating out, they should go after the Tridentine Catholics, the Latin Mass Catholics, who are the, who are the, uh, uh, the, the Grundoons of the Grundoons, right?
That is the Shire, right?
They're hobbits.
They're, they're, they're the hobbits.
They're the hobbits, and the kids go and serve in the military, and everybody's got seven or eight kids.
I mean, we were pikers.
We came in late after most of us had left and gone on, but we had five.
My mom and dad had five kids, and in that parish over in St.
Joseph, we're pikers.
I mean, if you don't have seven or eight, you're not even in the conversation.
That's what they hate.
If you want to see the pure, outright fear and hatred of this republic and what it stands for and its basic tenets, just cut it on every night.
They understand, it's like for this new group of progressive, Marxist, atheistic, demonic teachers and people at the libraries and the school and the administrators, it's a death sentence to have to go into a classroom and every day see the Ten Commandments.
It's a death sentence to them.
They would rather throw themselves off a bridge.
Look how they're reacting.
That tells you everything you need to know.
A governor said, hey, here's what we're gonna do, we're gonna put the Ten Commandments in all the schools, and the firestorm on the left is like, oh my god, he's creating a new, it's like we're creating a new cult.
Not like the climate cult, not like the pride, not what they do, LGBT.
Hey, I noticed...
That June hasn't been... They're not... I'm not seeing a lot of pride.
Where's the pride?
Because that boil got lanced.
This is not about the rights of folks, okay?
A lot of that's been settled.
It's not about the rights of folks.
It's about something deeper and darker that's very close to happening in this country.
We had the transgender ideology last night.
You have to address it.
And here's the issue, Anderson and CNN and MSNBC and your producers and all of it.
And CNN, this is how out of the loop you are.
You're probably not going to be too wrapped up in this.
The MSNBC and the Roberts and the folks at Comcast have to understand, I believe that they're going to be really rolled up in this investigation going forward.
I think the New York Times, Washington Post are really going to be rolled up in this.
About what they knew, what they said, the lies they told.
Their complete integration into the deep state as the propaganda arm.
That's all to come.
It'll be under the Constitution, it'll be by the rule of law, and it'll be by good and decent men and women who have been in law enforcement for a long time and the prosecutors.
It'll all be by the rules of the game.
It won't be what you did to President Trump and President Trump's followers.
And you've never heard us whine one time on here about any of that.
None of it.
We're just laying out the facts.
But a new day is dawning, and you can go on there every, all night long and whine, enjoy and read.
You can get everybody up there.
There's demon, the serpent's tongues coming out there.
What a great, it's faith and family weekend over at the Hilton this weekend.
Ralph Reed and team over there.
Carrie Lake, I think, is speaking.
We're trying to pull some of her speech.
unidentified
Got time, I got a chance to spend some time with her yesterday.
steve bannon
The demons, a death sentence for these demons.
Just have to walk into a classroom of American children.
And have Moses' Ten Commandments right up there.
And understand that's the foundation of our civilization.
Short break.
rachel maddow
Instead of the vaccine being able, excuse me, it means for, instead of the virus being able to hop from person to person to person to person, spreading and spreading, sickening some of them, but not all of them, and the ones that it doesn't sicken don't know they have it, and then they give it to even more people, because they didn't recognize they were, right?
Instead of the virus being able to hop from person to person to person, Potentially mutating and becoming more virulent and drug-resistant along the way.
Now we know that the vaccines work well enough that the virus stops with every vaccinated person.
A vaccinated person gets exposed to the virus.
The virus does not infect them.
The virus cannot then use that person to go anywhere else.
It cannot use a vaccinated person as a host to go get more people.
That means the vaccines will get us to the end of this.
kris kobach
Pfizer marketed its vaccine as safe for pregnant women.
However, in February of 2021, Pfizer possessed reports for 458 pregnant women who received Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine during pregnancy.
More than half of the pregnant women reported an adverse event, and more than 10% reported a miscarriage, many within days of the vaccination.
Pfizer also possessed information from its own October 2020 study on pregnancy in rats, indicating that its COVID-19 vaccine was likely linked to infertility, loss of litters, and stillborn offspring.
Number two, safety relating to heart conditions like myocarditis.
Pfizer consistently denied any evidence of a connection or safety signal between its COVID-19 vaccine and myocarditis or pericarditis.
Indeed, on January 18, 2023, when asked whether its vaccine caused strokes or myocarditis, Pfizer chairman and CEO Alan Berla stated, quote, we've not seen a single signal, although we have distributed billions of doses, end quote.
A signal that he was referring to as a safety signal, which refers to a negative consequence.
However, as Pfizer knew, the United States government, the United States military, foreign governments, and others had found that Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine caused myocarditis and pericarditis.
Number three, effectiveness regarding variants.
Pfizer also claimed that its COVID-19 vaccine protected against COVID-19 variants, even though data available at the time showed Pfizer's vaccine was effective less than half the time against variants.
Finally, transmission.
Pfizer urged Americans to get vaccinated in order to protect their loved ones, clearly indicating a claim that Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccination stopped transmission of COVID-19.
Pfizer later admitted that it had never even studied transmission of it after its recipients received the vaccine and whether they could say it stopped transmission.
steve bannon
That first clip was Rachel Maddow and a bald-faced lie.
Rachel Maddow, the blood on your hands, ma'am, a bald-faced lie.
One of the things we work here on the war room for years has said, hey, it's like in a John Ford movie, if you hold the fort long enough, the cavalry, you know, will eventually come for the homesteaders.
The cavalry is arriving.
And it's arriving with some of the best, smartest, toughest patriots we have in this country.
I'm honored.
To bring in Chris Kobach, and Chris Kobach is not only one of the, if not the, leading intellectual and man of action on immigration and the law and immigration and what's happening to our country.
Also, he's one of the smartest and toughest people about the Second Amendment.
But he's now currently the Attorney General of Kansas, and Kansas should be very proud that Chris Kobach has stepped up, not just for the citizens of Kansas, but for the citizens of this Republic.
Attorney General Kobach, can you walk us through exactly what you're doing with Pfizer, sir?
unidentified
Yeah, thanks Steve.
The lawsuit is a suit brought under the Kansas Consumer Protection Act, and all 50 states have some variation of a state Consumer Protection Act.
And it is a suit brought seeking civil monetary penalties, as well as damages, as well as injunctive relief.
against Pfizer for making deceptive and misleading statements in marketing its vaccine.
So when the federal government gave the vaccine manufacturers immunity during the pandemic, that gave them immunity from tort lawsuits, lawsuits because of in that are based on injuries to a person who's then suing the company to recover money for those injuries.
But that federal immunity does not extend to making misleading statements in the marketplace to encourage consumers to use the
product, in this case, the Pfizer vaccine.
And so that's what the basis of this suit is.
There's a lot of information in that 69-page complaint that I'm sure people can find online.
They can certainly go to the Kansas Attorney General's website to look at it.
It's, you know, it's been a while, right, the pandemic is over, but it took a long time
to get all the information necessary for this lawsuit.
Thank you.
steve bannon
Attorney General Kobach, and by the way, our team, Grace and Mo and the rest are going
to push that out now and we're going to get some summaries of it written by people and
some explanations of it.
In this marketing campaign, if you look on MSNBC and you have all these things for the
government, they were giving money to social media companies and all this, it gets very
gnarly.
But you can't extract in this when you go after Pfizer, they were inextricably linked
and that's why we played the retro matter at the beginning.
They're inextricably linked, particularly with like the New York Times, MSNBC, CNN,
night safe and effective safe and effective safe and effective
And they allowed it to go on for month after month after month after month, and they demonized anybody that just came forward and said, well, hang on for a second.
Let's look at the science, look at the facts.
How do you handle that in this lawsuit?
How they actually effectuated the spreading of this, what turned out to be either, you could say, propaganda or lies, sir?
unidentified
Well, that information goes to whether Pfizer knew what it was doing and whether it was intending to mislead the public.
So for this lawsuit, we need to show, sorry, not whether it knew what it was doing, but knew what the effects of the vaccine were based on scientific information available to Pfizer.
So, you know, to boil it down to its bare essence, this lawsuit is, what did Pfizer know?
And what was Pfizer telling the public?
And if we can show that those two things did not match and that Pfizer was attempting to mislead in order to maximize sales, then we will have met our burden in this lawsuit.
So Pfizer's efforts to suppress information on social media go to whether Pfizer was attempting to mislead.
And we allege that they certainly weren't.
steve bannon
Theoretically, if Pfizer, and let's say you show this as a fact with your evidence and things that you're going to pursue in the legal process on this, and you do, and you are able to prove that they knew it.
I mean, we've seen the records now, you know, our audience, 3,500 worked with Naomi Wolf and others to go through those, the Pfizer records that were released by that judge.
They were supposed to be sealed for 75 years and would get released.
If you prove that, is there any way to pierce The immunity they have, if they knowingly, and to get around the immunity on torts eventually, is there any way, and is there any way eventually to bring criminal charges against people that should be held accountable for what happened here?
unidentified
You know, that's a great question.
There may be some legal doctrines that would allow us at a future stage to pierce that immunity.
And there's no question that that immunity is going to be litigated in other cases, because there are obviously many people who lost loved ones or who were previously injured.
But that immunity, we really don't have to pierce for this case.
Now, it may be that Pfizer will try to come to court and say, hey, our immunity extends to All the statements we made about our vaccine in the marketplace, we will beat them on that claim if they try to make it.
But, you know, I think one of the things we see here is that, you know, the information that we use underlying our complaint, much of it came from the result of a FOIA lawsuit and litigation that you just described.
Our case will probably result in the discovery of additional information.
That's one of the first things that happens.
In a case like this is that the parties are allowed to seek documents from the opposing party.
So I anticipate that more information will continue to come forward and be made public or at least be made available to the courts.
So, you know, I anticipate that things will continue to progress now.
steve bannon
Attorney General Kobach, you represent the heartland of this country, Kansas, and the great folks there.
Can you just give people the playing field?
When Attorney General like you, representing the people of Kansas, go after someone like Pfizer, or try to, you know, not go after, but say, hey, you guys should be held accountable for this.
What kind of resources does Pfizer throw at the Attorney General of Kansas and the people of Kansas?
unidentified
Well, Pfizer is a very wealthy, very powerful corporation, and they have immense resources and they can hire, you know, battalions of lawyers to try to fight this.
But at the end of the day, it doesn't matter how good your attorney is and how much money you spend on multiple attorneys.
The facts are what they are here.
And I think the facts are not good for Pfizer in this litigation.
And certainly the attorneys they can pay for are far outnumber the attorneys in my office.
However, Kansas is not alone.
Texas has filed a similar lawsuit.
We have about a half a dozen states, it was originally five, but the number is growing now, who are with us in this litigation and will be ready to file their lawsuits in the near future.
So we're not alone here.
And again, the facts are what the facts are.
And it doesn't look good for Pfizer under the Consumer Protection Act.
steve bannon
Attorney General Kobach, there's all types of things bringing the Supreme Court.
I don't want to jump you on this now, but we'd love to have you back to go through it.
Like I said, you're an expert on immigration, Second Amendment, and there's so many things happening here, particularly in the deconstruction of the state.
You just had Landry just put up the Ten Commandments in the state of Louisiana, so there's a lot more we'd love to get to.
Where do people go to find out more about this suit?
Where do they go to find out more about you?
Particularly your amazing academic credentials, which always upsets the left, right?
Because you can out-credential anybody.
Where do folks go to find out more about Chris Kobach, more about what you're doing as an AG in Kansas, more about the suit?
unidentified
They can go to my personal website at chriskobach.com, or if they want to find out and receive documents concerning this lawsuit, they can go to my official website, which is ag.ks.gov, or Attorney General Kansas Gov.
And they should be able to find everything they need.
steve bannon
Attorney General Kobach, thank you very much.
Honored to have you on here, sir.
unidentified
Always a pleasure.
Thank you.
steve bannon
Folks, the people that line up on your side of the football and our side of the football are as tough, smart, credentialed, and these are fighters.
This has been a long time coming.
Of course, Paxson put one in, but this one has got so many other states coming into it.
But this is what's called going on offense.
And just like they sold, you know, Russiagate and all this other nonsense, McCabe and these guys in Comey, these demons, the deep state, tearing people's lives apart, you know, destroying the Constitution, shredding the Constitution.
Over at MSNBC, yo, I think I preserved my documents.
You know, eventually, the world's an efficient market.
It's one of the first things they teach you at Harvard Business School.
And what does that mean?
What does it mean the world's an efficient market?
Well, it's kind of like karma, right?
The world's an efficient market.
Eventually, it all sorts itself out.
Those ads that keep your network going, you pay all those big high salaries, everybody's making millions over there, you know, and Joy Anne Reid can get her wigs.
By the way, on the wigs, Joy Anne, it's coming in pretty heavy.
They want the wig backs.
The collection of wigs.
Gotta get a wig back.
Any wig.
But, in the world as an efficient market, all that money you've been taking from Pfizer, remember, you're the people that hated Big Pharma for years and years, all the money you've been taking from those people, All the big fat salaries you've had?
There's thousands of hours of what we just clipped out of Rachel Maddow that you could play over and over and over and over again.
And yes, they will pierce the phony immunity that Pfizer and these drug companies have.
They'll pierce it.
Right?
They'll pierce it for the people that were injured.
They're going to pierce this.
And people are going to roll and they're going to roll hard.
Just something else that's coming.
As a new day dawns in America.
The sunlit uplands.
You can start to see just a crack.
A lot of fight before then.

OK, there's so much more to go through.
We're going to get, I think Jeff Clark, we're going to get some people that can interpret what the Supreme Court said.
They kind of a bombshell one of them on the I think it's on the red flag laws.
We'll get all this going in the next hour.
I want to place on something that popped last night.
It's too inextricably linked.
President Trump now has raised more money in the last 60 days, is now ahead of Biden.
We have to have a reality check.
That's just, you're going to have to do that.
We walked, with Bill McGinley, we walked you through the $2 billion.
Which President Trump doesn't have from these outside, you know, billionaires that are going to Arabella and Tides.
It's all dark money.
It's all the ground game.
It's at the state level where they're extremely, extremely, extremely powerful.
So that's got to be countered.
And that's inextricably.
I think we've got to face reality.
It's partially linked to this thing that happened last night.
And there was a lot of confusion out there.
So let's go ahead.
And by the way, in MAGA, reasonable people can have different opinions about some of this stuff.
You know where the war room comes down on this, but let's go ahead and play this.
unidentified
We need high skilled workers in this country.
donald j trump
Yes.
unidentified
We need to recruit the best and brightest from the world.
I agree.
Can you please promise us you will give us more ability to import the best and brightest around the world to America?
donald j trump
I do promise, but I happen to agree.
unidentified
I agree.
donald j trump
That's why I promised.
Otherwise, I wouldn't promise.
It's so sad when we lose people from Harvard, MIT, from the greatest schools and lesser schools that are phenomenal schools also.
And what I wanted to do, and I would have done this, but then we had to solve the COVID problem because that came in and, you know, sort of dominated for a little while, as you perhaps know.
But what I want to do and what I will do is you graduate from a college I think you should get automatically as part of your
diploma a green card to be able to stay in this country.
And that includes junior colleges too.
Anybody graduates from a college, you go in there for two years or four years,
if you graduate or you get a doctorate degree from a college, you should be able to stay in this country.
And you know more stories than I do, but I know of stories where people graduated from a top college or from a college,
and they desperately wanted to stay here.
They had a plan for a company, a concept, and they can't.
They go back to India, they go back to China, they do the same basic company in those places, and they become multi-billionaires employing thousands and thousands of people, and it could have been done here.
And a bigger example is You need a pool of people to work for your companies.
You have great companies and they have to be smart people.
Not everybody can be less than smart.
You need brilliant people.
And we force the brilliant people, the people that graduate from college, the people that are number one in their class from the best colleges, you have to be able to recruit these people.
steve bannon
Okay, let me put this in context now.
Two things.
Number one, you can't do this without talking about AI, and you can't talk also with the quantum chip and advanced chip design for AI with this whole battle in Taiwan and the moving of the factories to Japan and to the Phoenix, Arizona area.
And I've been the first to say that, hey, just moving these factories, you need a certain population of people that are what I call the 800s in math.
Okay, the 800's math.
We have an allocation of that for the Einsteins.
So it's not about the people you need at that level.
Because coding, I guess, is like music.
You have a lot of people that can do music great, but then you have the genius.
You have the people that can really move the needle.
So we're not disputing that.
And we're not disputing the fact that, yes, you need to get a certain amount of people here.
They're just so much better than everybody else.
Right?
That's a combination of hard work, DNA, culture.
It's a lot of things.
So we're not disputing that.
But that's not what the Silicon Valley guys are really talking about.
They're talking about higher margins from just more competition for American workers.
Okay.
In particular, we get down to the like the junior college, number one.
And this is this is just my take on it.
And as you know, this show is the biggest supporter of President Trump.
But reasonable people can disagree on even basic policies like this.
And this is why I think we have to start talking about America first.
But we have to get into this conversation.
American citizens first.
American citizens have all the obligations.
It's time that maybe their deal is better than everybody else, and right there you saw a perfect example of these Silicon Valley guys.
Please tell me... So, number one, I believe we have to dramatically cut the number of foreign students that are here.
We have to give those billets and have those billets open to American citizens, African-Americans, Hispanics.
And this is why we do the STEM programs in the schools and to feed that.
You're not going to change things, fundamentally change things, in high value added jobs until people start filling those billets in the university.
And what's the scam with the foreign students?
The kids in the state are paying, I don't know, $10,000, $15,000, $20,000.
The foreign students are coming in, they're charging them $45,000, $50,000.
And the nations are paying for that.
Their countries are paying for that.
That spread, that arbitrage, that spread is what pays all these Marxist professors on 10 years retirement.
Screw that!
Screw that!
They're using it as a financing mechanism.
No!
This is about American kids.
This is about generations of American kids.
You want to take that 29-year-old and give him faith in the country?
Then let's get a deal for him.
Let's say, no, you come first.
Before any foreign citizen, before any foreign citizen, even the foreign citizens with 800 math scores, you come first.
Imbue that into the American people and you'll see a change in spirit in this nation right away that, hey, you're an American citizen, you get a special deal.
Above anybody else in the world.
You.
Because this is the United States of America.
Number two, so radically cut that.
I mean by 50%.
And everybody knows I, on occasions, take an extreme position to kind of drag, pull the Overton window over.
Number two, the exit visa should be clipped to the diploma.
The exit visa.
We can't keep the world on our shoulders and keep spending money on all these forever wars and this international apparatus in this empire.
We want the nations of the earth to also make themselves great again.
People by and large want to live back where they come from and where their folks are and what their culture and society is.
Yes, let's take them in on a selective basis, train them up, Let them root for college football and get all that, you know, you look at the college football stands, the diversity, it's fabulous.
But then it's time to go back home and make your country great again.
Work for your country and make it great again.
That is the way we go as nations of the earth, as nations of the earth, and we move together.
We can't suck it all in like Britain did.
You can't do that.
Then it's going to be, these are going to be shells of each other.
And these people are going to be left behind.
Hang on one second.
I want to develop this.
We've got Sean Spicer, Philip Patrick.
The second hour is going to rock and roll.
We're going to get some interpretation of what's happening in Florida and at the Supreme Court.
