What sort of justices do they get replaced by if President Trump has a Republican Senate?
I mean, I think I would offer up two data points.
Both of them are fairly grim.
One is, don't forget that that Appeal to Heaven flag that Martha Ann Alito was flying at their New Jersey vacation home was very much co-opted by fundamentalist, white nationalist, Christian conservatives.
So this is not a secret how people feel.
This is not just a, I called it in a piece, foam finger go George Washington flag.
This is very much a religious movement, sort of, you know, there's no secret there.
And I think the other data point that's almost more worrying is that the kinds of people who are Advising Donald Trump on what they want to happen in Project 2025 and otherwise are really clear that the people they want are Clarence Thomas and Sam Alito, not the quote-unquote centrist bloc at the middle of the court.
And what would somebody to the right of a Clarence Thomas or Samuel Liddell look like?
That's correct.
The lemon test is no longer as strong as it once was because of the case that I referenced.
This was the football coach praying on the 50-yard line.
Well, and I could say, I think Stone vs. Graham is to the Louisiana situation somewhat like what Roe was to the Mississippi law that was used as the vehicle for Dobbs.
Which is to say, Stone vs. Graham is directly contradictory to what Louisiana is trying to do.
And yet, Louisiana understands that circumstances have changed in the court.
That there is a different composition of this court, and so they are happy to test what anybody else would say, just based on precedent alone, is a flagrantly unconstitutional law.
You and I have talked about this offline, and you were thinking of somebody specific that has been, his name has been bandied about in conservative circles, if Donald Trump were to have another nominee.
Who is that?
I think Jim Ho is sort of the paradigmatic nominee that someone like Donald Trump is looking for in this moment, because he both has ties to the Federalist Society and sort of old school legal conservatism, but has also shown that he is a bridge to what I would call like the MAGA legal movement, which embraces a much more robust conception of executive power and government power.
Old school conservatives don't traditionally like government.
They don't want to see it enlarged, and yet to accomplish their objectives, The new MAGA movement, they need government.
They need to harness that power.
They either need to wrestle it from the federal government and take it for themselves in the states, or they want to enlarge the federal government to do some of the things Trump wants to do.
For example, take civil servants out of their jobs, give them to political appointees.
All that requires a robust government operation.
That's not what the Federalist Society traditionally has believed.
Jim Ho could be a person who is both a bridge to the past and a bridge to the future.
vaughn hillyard
And I don't think Donald Trump, if I may, has Ten Commandments.
I've never heard of him having the Ten Commandments hung up in any room that he has walked into before.
But it's a lot of these folks that have helped propel his political career that we watched up close.
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
Because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Babb.
steve bannon
It is Thursday, 20 June, Year of the Lord 2024.
Total and complete meltdown today about the judges, the Supreme Court, the Judge Cannon in Florida, all of it.
Julie Kelly is going to join me.
But the story of the day that is driving the news and has signaled the Ten Commandments are going to go up in Louisiana schools.
And trust me, the secular, atheistic, progressive left cannot handle it.
They're melting down.
I'm honored to have the star of today's Washington Times, from Colorado 4, Congressman Boebert.
And the headline is, Boebert has big primary lead in her new district.
It's right there in the Washington Times, if they can pull the camera in.
And they call you, Congressman Boebert, the pistol-packing congressman.
You're now in the 4th District.
Talk to us about this race, and also talk to us about the folks out in your district.
What would their thoughts be about, would they be melting down if you had to put ten commandments in the schools out in that part of Colorado, ma'am?
unidentified
Certainly not in rural Colorado and in Colorado's 4th District.
I think that this is something that we need all throughout our nation and I'm so proud of Governor Jeff Landry.
He's a wonderful man, a great friend of mine, and I'm glad that he's in that position and taking action because we need morals back in our nation, back in our schools, and if there's anything that we are going to present in front of our children, it's going to be, it should be, the Word of God because this is the one truth That is never going to change and never going to leave them.
It's not some woke fad of the day that you can get canceled for believing in 10 years from now.
So I don't think that it's bad to have something that says, honor your father and mother so that you will live a long life.
That is the first commandment that has a promise attached to it.
I don't think that it's bad to teach children that adultery is something that you should not do.
And also listed in the Ten Commandments, thou shalt not And maybe the left and some of these politicians are having a meltdown over having that right there listed in our classrooms, thou shalt not steal, is because government hates competition.
And they don't want our children to realize that that's something you shouldn't be doing.
steve bannon
Um, let's go to this campaign because, you know, at first this was pretty, you know, the media was all over you.
Now you're at 40, this Kaplan Strategies has you at 40%.
Nobody else really within hollering distance.
How did that happen, ma'am?
unidentified
Yes, well, it happened because I've traveled all throughout Colorado.
I've traveled all throughout the 4th District.
I've been known in this state for several years now, even before I ran for office, because I was advocating for our children in schools to get comprehensive sex ed out of our schools, to close the loopholes in our state that allow illegal aliens to vote in Colorado elections.
I was working to repeal the National Popular Vote Compact.
And so I've been doing the work in Colorado.
And I am a trusted conservative voice here in this state.
But in the 4th District, I've traveled all 21 counties multiple times, and I've been meeting personally with voters, hearing their concerns, and offering solutions on how I can deliver even more for Colorado.
I've been doing that legislatively for some time now, but it's only going to get better and more effective
when we get President Trump back in office.
I've earned that top line on the ballot, but also, Steve, we have a special election on the same day
because Ken Buckle vacated his seat.
He tucked his tail and ran.
He resigned from Congress, reducing our already slim majority.
And now we have Greg Lopez, who is our Republican nominee.
And on everyone's ballot in the 4th District, it is the bottom section.
And I need folks to go all the way through their ballot and fill in that bubble for Greg Lopez, because we need to increase our House majority.
And I need Greg to fight for CD4.
Right now, I'm even doing a lot of the constituents Casework from my CD3 office making sure that Coloradans have a voice and proper representation.
steve bannon
Indy, Ken Bach, when we walked away, there's no constituent services at all?
The people just left out there, whether they want an appointment to the Naval Academy or some help with some border issue or whatever?
You're the only one that can help them out?
unidentified
Steve, there is still congressional staff.
There is still congressional staff.
I just have heard a lot of them not being as responsive as they should be.
And so we're stepping in for a lot of these issues.
And doing double the work.
So covering 80% of Colorado's landmass and ensuring that that representation isn't lacking like it would if I weren't there and my team to answer those calls and help those constituents.
steve bannon
You know, I wanted to have you on today anyway, and then of course the lead story in the Washington Times, Boebert has a big primary lead in her new district, which is kind of a blowout story.
Everybody back in D.C.
is talking about it.
But I wanted to have you on because CBO, you're one of the biggest budget hawks and spending hawks in Congress.
And the folks at Colorado IV will be very well represented.
Yesterday, called shot, you were on here a year ago and we said, hey, this deficit, they said it's going to be $1.2, $1.5, it's $2 trillion, as we said, and the number is actually going to be much higher.
What do the folks out in Colorado IV think about a government that spends over $7 trillion a year and runs a $2 trillion deficit that we finance just like a credit card with 90-day T-bills, ma'am?
unidentified
Yes.
Well, here in CD4, of course, everyone is not only disgusted, but they're impacted by the reckless spending in Washington, D.C.
They're impacted by Joe Biden's war on energy here in America.
So we cannot because we can no longer develop our energy and sell that to our allies, export our energy and create that revenue from it.
And unfortunately, Steve, in this primary, our primary is next Tuesday, June 25th, and I have five opponents who all would have voted yes for the near $100 billion deficit spending for the supplemental aid, that money that we just borrowed from China.
They're all finding reasons to advocate for it and attack me for voting against that, to be fiscally responsible, and say, no, either we secure our southern border first, put America first, and take care of our debt, find pay-fors for the supplemental aid, or we don't do it at all.
If we do not protect our own country, then there's not going to be an America to stand for our allies in the future.
steve bannon
What do you folks, you know, President Trump is going to be sentenced probably to prison on July 11th.
What do the folks out in CD4 think about this weaponization of DOJ against President Trump, ma'am?
unidentified
Steve Bannon, it's exactly what you hear all the time.
People are frustrated with what the DOJ is doing to you.
They are frustrated with what they're doing to President Trump.
And they want it to stop.
They understand that this isn't just a very important election, but it could be the last most important election of our lifetime if we don't get this right.
They are sickened by what happened to President Trump.
And I believe that there are many, many Democrats, many Democrats that I have spoke to who are also so sickened by the weaponization of the federal government towards political opponents that they are saying, I'm done.
I'm not voting Democrat anymore.
I'm voting for Trump.
All right, fine.
I am now MAGA.
And I think this is backfiring.
On the Democrats and of course we are still hoping for a good outcome and we need President Trump back in the White House.
You see we're still trying to find ways in the House of Representatives even to protect you.
steve bannon
Congressman Boebert, where can people tell people when it when is the one is election day for the primary?
How do people get to your site and particularly how they follow you on social media because you're pretty active on that?
unidentified
Yes, so on X at Lauren Boebert, I'm on Facebook, Lauren Boebert for Congress, and my website is laurenforfreedom.com.
Steve, I've got to tell you, I've got a lot of criticism from my opponents saying that I took money from the 3rd District to run in the 4th, but I get small dollar donations, $17-$22 donations from all over the country.
Because these folks understand that even though they can't vote for me, they can support me, help me in my campaign, and I will vote for them.
I will fight for them and speak for them in Washington, D.C.
So those small dollar donations, the $7, $11 donations, go a long way.
Our election is Tuesday, June 25th.
I am the frontrunner, thanks to the faithful voters here in the 4th District.
It's been an honor to earn their support and I hope to continue earning even more and proving to them that I will deliver for them every single day in Colorado.
This is a critical moment in our country where we have got to take it all back.
There are national issues, there are state issues here in Colorado that I work on on a daily basis.
And I'm ready to continue that work in Washington, D.C.
for our great state and our great nation.
So laurenforfreedom.com if you want to help with my campaign.
And our election is on Tuesday.
I have five opponents who all want Amnesty.
They don't believe that the 2020 election had any fraud whatsoever.
They want more funding for Ukraine.
They would have sent $9 billion to Hamas and I could go on and on.
I'm the proven conservative fighter.
And Steve, I am just so honored to be a part of your crew and the posse.
Without you guys, I don't think that our movement would be as strong as it is.
steve bannon
And just tell your opponents, you've got a lot of small-dollar donors in this audience throughout the nation.
So thank you very much.
The Washington Times headline, Boebert has big primary lead in her new district.
Of course, she's going to run through the tape.
They call her the pistol-packing congressman from Colorado.
Ma'am, honored to have you on here.
I like that.
The Washington Times.
Pistol packing.
We're packed this afternoon.
Julie Kelly.
Firestorm on Judge Cannon down in Florida.
I know they catch you as a surprise.
Julie Kelly's going to join.
She's also going to give us a heads up on what's going to happen tomorrow in the Supreme Court.
I think it could be Fisher.
Also, a poll's out.
Emerson poll.
A damn good poll in Minnesota.
Klobuchar under 50, which is the death knell for an incumbent.
She's a 48.
The Royce White.
And the very fact that the conversations even existed is itself remarkable.
unidentified
Times reports the judge handling former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago classified documents
case, Judge Aileen Cannon, rejected calls from two federal judges in Florida to hand
off the case.
This is according to two people briefed on the conversations.
And the very fact that the conversations even existed is itself remarkable.
I just want to underscore for you and our viewers, cases in the federal judiciary are
typically randomly assigned.
not among all of the judges in a particular district.
Each district has its own procedures for doing so, and geography plays into it to some degree.
But cases are generally randomly assigned unless one or more of, you know, a finite group of exceptions exist.
steve bannon
And here you have The great Julie Kelly joins me.
They're all over Judge Cannon today.
It looks like a leak.
Well, I'll let you explain it, because you've put out some pretty mean tweets about this, Julie Kelly.
What is going on with Judge Cannon, the stalwart and patriot down in South Florida, ma'am?
julie kelly
Right, so this is the latest attempt to discredit her.
This is a New York Times report that posted today that says, according to their sources, two judges in the Southern District of Florida, the federal bench there, including the Chief Judge Cecilia L. Tonaga, let's make her name famous, a George W. Bush appointee, went to Judge Cannon after she received the case, Special Counsel Jack Smith's documents case against Donald Trump.
And urged her to give up the case to give handed off to someone else or to step away from handling that indictment.
Now, the reason why and we know why and we've talked about judge Canada now for almost 2 years is because she took the unusual and bold move.
in September of 2022 to appoint a special master.
This was Donald Trump's lawsuit seeking a third party to vet all of the evidence that had been stolen out of his home at the Mar-a-Lago raid on August 8th of 2022.
And she, as I said, took this bold step.
She did appoint a special master, but in the process, Steve, she basically told the DOJ, I don't trust you.
You've already mishandled evidence.
from the Mar-a-Lago raid, which we now know was true because Jack Smith himself has confirmed that in court documents.
And also, she was very concerned about leaks coming out of that investigation to the media.
And so she said, yes, I'm going to appoint this retired judge to vet all of the materials and see, you know, what the FBI can get, what they're not supposed to get.
This put a target on her back way back then.
So when this landed on her docket, the Jack Smith indictment, then we saw the public pressure again mount and calls for her recusal.
But it's not the New York Times piece in itself that's necessarily controversial.
It is the fact that a chief judge of a federal court district went to another judge and tried to pry out of her hands This politically charged case, so they could give it to, what, an Obama appointee?
There's, I think, five of them on the Southern District of Florida.
I think there's two Clinton appointees.
Of course, George W. Bush appointees.
We don't trust them either.
So why was this judge overstepping her boundary?
She's not Aileen Cannon's boss in any regard.
And try to convince her to give up that case.
So Steve, I think this is something, again, House Republicans need to look at.
Was a federal judge doing the political bidding of the Joe Biden DOJ, Jack Smith and the media to try to get Judge Cannon to give up this case?
steve bannon
Wow.
I want to be very specific here, Julie Kelly, because people follow closely what you say.
Hit rewind on that.
You're calling on the House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan to do what exactly and for what reason?
julie kelly
To find out whether Chief Judge Cecilia Eltenaga, a George W. Bush appointee, attempted to interfere in this politically charged case, unprecedented case indictment, the first indictment ever.
Remember, the classified documents indictment came before the Washington J6 case.
The very first criminal indictment of a former president was this federal judge interfering in the judicial process there and trying to get Judge Cannon, who had already indicated her distrust of DOJ and how the investigation was conducted.
Did Judge Eltonaga attempt to interfere in the process of this case?
House Republicans need to find out if that is the case and who the other judge was.
that went to Aileen Cannon and tried to take that case.
steve bannon
You're implying that the actual judiciary, the bench, is maybe colluding with the Justice
Department and Merrick Garland and even Jack Smith. Is that your implication?
That's what we have to find out.
julie kelly
That's what we have to find out. So again, the New York Times kind of did us a favor.
If behind the scenes, it's one thing to listen to Andrew Weissman or Rachel Maddow or all the other lunatics on the left call for Judge Cannon's recusal.
It is another for a sitting federal judge to overstep her bounds, which it sounds like the judge chief judge did in this matter, and tried to do DOJ, Jack Smith and the media's bidding to get this case out of Judge Cannon's courtroom.
Now that has not been confirmed, but I find it very hard to believe, honestly, that the New York Times would report this without knowledge that this is exactly what the chief judge in Southern Florida attempted to do.
steve bannon
Are we going to get Fisher tomorrow morning, ma'am?
julie kelly
I feel sort of hopeful.
Look, it's pretty outrageous that the Supreme Court is now sitting on 18 opinions waiting till the waning days of this June term.
And we have major decisions, of course, immunity, the Chevron decision, the Missouri case of big tech colluding with the Biden White House, other big cases that we're waiting for.
So they have to give us something tomorrow.
So, I'm hopeful that it's Fisher, the 1512c2.
One of the opinions that was published today, oral arguments were heard the day before Fisher.
So, it's not like they're doing this in sequential order.
So, and Steve, breaking news today, it appears that the Supreme Court did add another opinion day next Wednesday, because as I said, they've got 18 more cases, 18 more opinions they have to publish by June 30th or maybe perhaps July 1.
steve bannon
Okay, it's Wednesday, it's Friday tomorrow, then Wednesday, Thursday, Friday of next week.
Wow.
Julie Kelly, where do people go for all your podcasts, your Substack, your social media, where do they go, ma'am?
julie kelly
Substack is Declassified with Julie Kelly, also Real Clear Investigations.
I'm on ex-Twitter, julie-kelly2, and my podcast, Happy Hour, with Liz Scheldt.
steve bannon
And Julie's going to be on the trigger, Marshal.
Jump on immediately when we know something in the 10 a.m.
hour.
Julie Kelly, honored to have you on here, ma'am.
Thank you.
julie kelly
Thanks, Steve.
steve bannon
Incredible.
What is going on?
The pressure on these people.
That's why Judge Eileen Cannon, I'm telling you, a very special individual.
The pressure she's getting from everywhere.
Bombshell poll today.
Let's go.
We've got D. Royce White joins us.
Royce, they kind of dismissed you.
This guy's just a jock.
Nothing's going to happen here.
A poll out that Matt Gaetz has put a big tweet up at.
Emerson poll.
Very legitimate poll.
Very well known.
Probably one of the best.
Polling companies, particularly in liberal areas in our country, they have Klobuchar at 48.
The death knell for a politician is incumbent, particularly a well-known incumbent who ran for president, below 50.
With Royce White, the Royce White, at 37.
And President Trump, I think, President Trump's going to take this state.
Royce White, what does this poll say?
Is your campaign actually more robust than the mainstream media is giving you credit for, sir?
unidentified
Well, absolutely.
I mean, my campaign has the truth on its side.
It has a long, long-standing We're going to do everything we can to take advantage.
We feel good about the campaign.
We feel good about our chances.
We feel good that after we really kick things into gear, that we're going to move 37% up very fast in advertising dollars or spending other things like that.
steve bannon
Well, they tell you that, you know, the undecided is 11, and it looks like, you know, normally two-thirds to 75% of that will break against the incumbent, because they already know it.
If you do that math, I mean, this race may be within the margin of error.
Give me your best pitch about how you're taking it to Klobuchar.
I realize you've got this kind of weird, you've already run the convention, you've got this weird kind of primary, but you're kind of in general General election mode.
What is the pitch of Royce White?
Why should people in Minnesota, that great state, when they're voting for Trump, why should they also vote for Royce White?
unidentified
Well, the question is simple.
Do you want to have a country or not?
Right now, everybody in America gets to decide whether or not they want to have a country.
And we have to reestablish the value of citizenship.
And I think I can help President Trump do that from the United States Senate.
And I plan to do just that.
There's a lot of work that needs to be done.
It's not just going to be all on Donald Trump once he wins in 2024, once he wins in November.
He's going to need help.
He's going to need backup.
And I'm proud to be able to run in this election.
This election may be the most important in American history.
In my opinion, it is.
And I'm proud to be able to run in it as a Republican.
I'm proud to beat America first.
I'm proud to be a part of the war room posse.
And I'm proud to support Donald Trump.
We're going to win this country back.
My pitch is simple.
People like Amy Klobuchar sold you out.
We all know it.
Now you get an alternative, an option, that you know has no special interest behind it.
It's just the people.
And that's why the theme of the campaign is the people are coming.
steve bannon
Royce, people didn't think you had name recognition.
This poll today shows you've got a lot of name recognition.
You're 37% and you're not up on advertising.
The political experts around the country are stunned.
Where do people go to find out about your campaign?
Social media, Big Three, all of it, Royce.
Where do they go?
All your shows, your podcasts, everything.
unidentified
RoyceWhite.us, that's the campaign website.
You can watch the podcast Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
You can listen to me on the John Frederick Show.
The people are coming!
And at the head of that phalanx is D. Royce White.
his voice. My ex is running as hot as it's ever been. The liberals are panicking. The
Daily Show, Jon Stewart, Trevor Noah, Ronny Chieng, they're all panicking because they
know, they know, Steve, once the black boat goes, it's going to be nabbing it.
steve bannon
The people are coming. And at the head of that phalanx is the Royce White. Honored to
have you on here, brother. Royce White, warrior, American patriot.
Just closing on Amy Klobuchar.
They never, ever, ever in a million years thought that would happen.
Incredible.
Short commercial break.
Bob Good.
And we're also going to go find out what the FBI has been doing.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
steve bannon
Welcome back.
We're going to go to Virginia 5, Congressman Bob Good.
Congressman, I'm hearing reports out of different parts of Virginia 5 that there may be some issues with certifying certain areas.
Can you get us up to speed?
Because this thing's, what, 300 votes?
You're weeks away, I guess, from a recount.
But just on getting the actual vote down, I'm hearing all kinds of reports from all over the district.
What's going on?
robert george good
Steve, there's 62,000 votes cast, tremendous high number of votes for a primary in Virginia, and we're separated right now by 300 votes, right around half a percent, certainly within the margin that calls for a recount to be paid for by the state.
And we're in the canvassing procedure right now.
This is the process.
It'll stretch out, started yesterday, mostly today and tomorrow, it'll be even into Monday, where you're trying to identify errors, mistakes in tabulation, You're looking at the provisional ballots.
You're waiting for the final mail ballots to arrive, which are due tomorrow.
They have to have been postmarked by Election Day.
And you're trying to find those easy discrepancies where there's the clear mistakes that have been made.
But we're meeting some resistance, Steve.
We're meeting some resistance with those who are present on election day in the various
counties and registrar's offices.
We had one where they started two hours before they were supposed to.
And for some reason, my opponent's representative was there, but we weren't notified they were
going to start two hours early.
And so obviously, we're forcing for that process to start over.
But we don't know what happened in the two hours before we got there.
unidentified
Uh, we've got another, another, uh, but hang on, hang on, hang on.
steve bannon
Cause we got to sort this out for November.
This is the problem.
Why, how did they start two hours beforehand?
And do you have, you have, when you guys show up, can't you go immediately to court and just throw the flag and say, we got to stop this.
This is what drives people nuts.
How can that happen?
And why would a Republican opponent want to do that?
Given voter integrity, who on earth that's a Republican would start two hours early and not wait for the other guy to show up?
Who would do that?
robert george good
Well, you're absolutely right that everyone should want to make sure that every legal legitimate vote is counted and only every legal legitimate vote is counted, that we follow the intent of the voters to perfect accuracy on those who participate in this election, some 62,000 at this point, that the voter intent is reflected by the accurate tabulation counting of every legal legitimate vote and no illegitimate or illegal votes are counted, of course.
And so we're working through that process county by county right now in the preliminary review.
But Steve, we're going to have a we're going to have a full recount.
We're going to have a full investigation.
It's going to stretch out for a couple of weeks.
We've got lawyers at the ready.
Thankfully, a tremendous number of lawyers at our disposal, many who are willing to help us and are helping us.
So we're working very hard to get to an accurate and true and fair reflection of the 10th and 5th District.
steve bannon
Okay, but before we get to recount, recount's in the future.
The canvassing.
I'm worried about the canvassing.
And people should consider this a test run.
This is what we're built on.
Let me repeat this.
The 2020 election was stolen and we're never having another election stolen.
That is what we've kind of sworn together as an oath, as a group, as a movement.
And how possibly another Republican can go down there and his people, and you should be ashamed of yourselves, and I'm going to get the names, and we're going to start naming names.
You're not going to play games.
The McCarthy guy is not going to play games.
As President Trump says, no games.
To start two hours early.
This has got to be legitimate.
Every certifiable election, and it's got to be legitimate before we get to a recount.
The canvassing itself, this is what we've been fighting for for years.
Bob Good, so tell me about this canvassing process.
robert george good
Well, we have got representatives at every county, every city, obviously across the district.
You're allowed to have as many observers there as you want in terms of its open public meeting.
They tried to prevent us from recording the meeting, Steve.
It's an open public meeting, so of course we can record it, but they tried to prevent us in several of these locations from recording it.
Why wouldn't they want it to be recorded?
If everything's upstanding, everything's legitimate, there's no concern and no intent to do anything except honor the voters' intent, why would they not want us to record it?
Well, we met some resistance trying to record it.
steve bannon
But hang on.
But when they tell them not to record it, cut the recorder on them, make them call the authorities and carry them out.
And then we'll go to court over that.
We got to show some fight.
We got to show some fight.
robert george good
Yes, absolutely.
We are recording it.
Yes, you're right.
We're not standing down.
We're not allowing them to intimidate or prevent us from doing it.
Again, we had the one where they started two hours early and the process had to be restarted again.
Obviously, we weren't going to accept that.
We challenged that.
But right, what was the reason why?
How did it start two hours early and why was my opponent's representative notified and was there two hours early?
That was in Albemarle County.
That was Albemarle County, where I will tell you, we won the majority of votes in Albemarle County.
That's around Charlottesville, as you know well.
We won the majority of votes there, as reported.
However, the people in Albemarle County, who run Albemarle County, may not be so favorable to me or to our movement, obviously.
But why did they start two hours early?
Why was my opponent's representative notified and we were not notified?
And of course, we don't know what took place during those two hours.
We don't know.
You don't know what's different that you're reviewing two hours later.
How do you go back and undo what you don't know?
What you don't know took place during those first two hours.
steve bannon
Unbelievable.
Bob, where do people go to follow this closely?
Where do they go if they want to volunteer and show up?
Because, folks, this is a practice run on November.
Hey, are you pulling your hair out now?
Do you remember November of 2020?
Well, get ready for it.
This is an absolute disgrace.
So where do people go?
How do people follow this?
And they want to volunteer, where do they go?
Because we ought to have a show of force on this.
robert george good
Bobgoodforcongress.com.
We're going to need resources for the recount challenge, Steve.
We need volunteers and more help.
We've got a lot of boots on the ground, a lot of people.
The grassroots are behind us.
That's why we're in this fight.
And this fight, as you know, is much bigger than me and my opponents, much bigger than Virginia and the 5th District.
This is not only the template, as you said, for the election on November 5, but it also is represented as the Swamp versus the Freedom Caucus.
Are we going to allow this seat to be bought by the McCarthy Revenge Tour?
We're going to make sure that every To the best of our ability, every legal and legitimate vote is counted, and only every legal and legitimate vote.
We're going to pursue every suspicion of malfeasance.
We're investigating that, and we're going to have some extra time to do it during the recount process.
steve bannon
Thank you.
Congressman Goode, thank you.
Thank you for the fight.
We will check in tomorrow, sir.
Thank you.
robert george good
Thank you, Steve.
Great to be with you.
steve bannon
By the way, the more you tie down McCarthy here in Virginia 5, the more you tangle him up there, the less time they got to go after Eli Crane and the less time they got to go after Matt Gaetz.
That's what we're fighting.
We're fighting a war here.
This is a range war.
Mace 1.
Good is tied.
You gotta think about it.
You can't back down.
You back down from these McCarthy guys, they're gonna eat you alive.
Remember, he gave you a gift.
He gave America a gift, that $2 trillion deficit.
Think about that when you use your credit card next.
American hero, whistleblower, Dr. Haim.
Sir, you're a whistleblower, and the next thing I know, I think I'm reading stories, is the FBI coming, arresting you, kicking... What is going on?
You're an American hero, trying to stand up for children and for families, and the next thing I know, I think the FBI's coming after you.
Can you please tell our audience what you have done, and why are the authorities coming after you?
unidentified
Yeah, who thought we would be in a position where we even be talking about this, but I was the anonymous whistleblower in a story released by Christopher Ruffo, May 16th, 2023.
And it had revealed that the largest children's hospital in the world was lying about a program that was manipulating, mutilating, and sterilizing vulnerable young children.
They said they shut this program down, but because I worked there, I knew that they did not.
They had continued it and expanded it.
I had to do something about it.
The story was released within 24 hours.
The conduct we exposed was voted to become illegal.
But now, just last week on Tuesday morning, three heavily armed U.S.
Marshals came to my front door to inform me that I was being indicted by the United States Department of Justice for four federal felonies, face up to 10 years in prison, for fulfilling my oath as a doctor, for protecting these children, for standing up to this dominant political ideology.
And we're going to take this trial.
If anyone wants to help us, we need it.
We can't do it alone.
It's Gibson go.com forward slash Texas underscore whistleblower.
I'm just a regular guy.
I live in a small town.
It's just me and my wife and we have our first daughter on the way.
And, uh, they're, they're trying to take that away from me.
You know, I, I might miss the birth of my first daughter.
Um, you know, so we got to fight this.
steve bannon
But Dr. Haim, we got your back, so let's go back.
Tell us, Rufo's one of the best, so tell us what the original story was.
You were a whistleblower on what facts, and then how did the federal government, how did the FBI and the Gestapo, DOJ get involved, sir?
unidentified
Yep.
March of 2022, the hospital had released a public statement unequivocally saying they were going to shut down their transgender program because of the potential legal liability.
Sorry, potential criminal liability.
And that's an important point that they acknowledge them.
A few weeks before, Attorney General Ken Paxton had issued an opinion saying that these interventions can be investigated as child abuse, which they are.
So it would make sense why the hospital would say this.
They're trying to cover themselves.
They're trying to avoid this legal liability.
So because I worked there, I was a surgical resident there.
I knew that this was a lie.
I knew this was a lie because I was doing surgery there, and the people who were doing these surgeries had told me.
They had not only continued it, but expanded it.
There was a point where I understood, because I didn't believe it at first, that this was an institutional-wide priority.
That they were being prioritized at the highest levels.
So I had a responsibility to do something about it.
A responsibility as an individual, but also as a surgeon, right?
Part of that oath you take to do no harm.
So it took me five months to get in touch with Christopher Ruffo to reveal the story that the largest children's hospital in the world had told the public one thing, that they were shutting down this program, but they just continued it and expanded it behind closed doors.
And the reason that's so wrong is because the only currency a doctor has is trust.
Once you violate that trust, then there's nothing left in the profession.
So within 24 hours, the conduct we exposed was voted to become illegal in a bill passed with bipartisan support in the state of Texas, partly because our story came out the day before that.
Multiple Democrats had voted in favor of it.
So the FBI, you know, it was initially HHS, but had switched to FBI.
They had used all of the resources of the most powerful federal life in human history to find out who I was and to bring these charges forward.
But I refuse to back down because What they rely on is my subservience for me to kneel.
But I know that if I do that, what kind of world am I delivering my daughter into?
Because there are children who are in imminent risk of being harmed for these interventions.
It's my responsibility, so we'll have to fight it.
steve bannon
Dr. Haim, hang over a second.
Brandon Showater, put this in perspective.
This is one of the most revered children's hospitals in the world.
How in the hell is this going on in the state of Texas and how the hell people are lying about it and then getting the FBI in here to destroy a good man, sir?
brandon m showalter
I think the most important thing to consider about this, Steve, when we talk about prestigious hospitals and the incursion of gender ideology and the ruthless dogma that now governs so many of our medical institutions is that it doesn't matter.
If there are laws passed or if there are policies that have been enacted, these people, like they have always done, operate very stealthily, very sneakily.
I mean, I was not at all surprised when I read the Rufo story when it first came out, as Dr. Haim was just explaining, that this was still going on despite their public statements saying otherwise.
The lengths to which these medical institutions will go to hide and manipulate and twist perceptions.
It's just like when I first came on your show, Steve, back in 2022, when there was all that freak out about what was going on at Boston Children's Hospital.
They were claiming one thing, even though we had the receipts, that yes, they had done all these surgeries.
And then when it was actually finally exposed, they started to minimize that, oh, this was just a few.
Well, which is it?
Lying and deceit is Par for the course when gender ideology shows up on the scene, especially in the medical realm.
And this is, as I was just saying to a friend today, Steve, this is the raison d'etre of today's left.
When they are in charge of government agencies, they will ruthlessly adhere to this dogma.
This is the be all end all.
This is the cult dogma that has filled the void in our country.
And now the weaponization of the federal bureaucracy is going after doctors.
that try to raise the alarm and expose what's really going on.
And I just want to say that if you are more troubled by these murky violations... Hang on one second.
steve bannon
I want to get you in the next block.
unidentified
This is one of the most disturbing stories we've heard in quite a while.

You know, you think about the stories we've had on today.
You know, Boebert fighting out there in Colorado, the good fight.
Royce White closing in Minnesota, a guy they just laughed off, now closing on Klobuchar.
You've got Julie Kelly talking about this great judge down in South Florida, they're trying to run her out of there.
Now you've got judges coming after her, the New York Times is reporting.
You've got Bob Good fighting ballot by ballot down in Virginia.
You know, this fight, it's every day.
Some days you're going to be winning, some days you're going to be losing, but we're moving forward every day.
Even when we lose a little bit, we lose a little ground, but we move forward.
That's about turbulence.
It's going to get more turbulent.

Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
Brandon, I'm pressed for time.
I'll have you and Dr. Heim back, but look, you got to help me out here, brother, because we've had a debate here on our own production team.
This thing is so... everything else we deal with, the border and Ukraine and the spending, it's horrible and terrible, but there's a rationale and you can see why people are doing it and how we can fix it and how we can press forward.
This thing's so dark.
This has got to be more than money.
There's got to be some dark ideology in back of this, sir.
brandon m showalter
No question about it, Steve.
I'm mindful of the words of Jesus who said that the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil, and I think that certainly applies here.
Because if you can medicalize a child in this way, for trans procedures, hormones, blockers, surgery, they'll be a medical patient for life.
So that's bad enough.
But I don't think you can stare into the abyss of this without seeing some sort of really dark, as you say, ideological fervor that's driving, unfortunately, so many of our medical institutions.
And once this kind of cult dogma grips an institution, it's just a matter of time before, I mean, there's going to have to be a real reckoning because this is just so irrational.
No one has ever been born or ever will be born in the wrong body.
And if you've got a truly gender confused child, you do not cut their body parts off.
You don't cut the physical body to address a psychological problem.
This contravenes every sane standard.
of medical ethics and whistleblowers like Dr. Haim, Jamie Reid, other therapists who have raised the alarm, they need to be supported because this is endemic now.
This is all throughout our medical institutions and I do think there's something very dark and diabolical about it, no question.
steve bannon
Dr. Haim, doctors, you take an oath to make people, to make sick people better, healthier.
What is, what's the crime that's going on here that you're fighting?
unidentified
You know, I think that I really realized how wrong this was because I spent so much time with these children taking care of these sick kids who had these chronic medical problems.
And all they wanted to do was just live a normal life, right?
They just wanted to hang out with their friends, ride their bikes, have a girlfriend.
Their parents wanted the same thing too.
And no fault of their own.
They had no choice in the matter.
They were born with a disease that would change the entire course of their life.
And we were there to take sick kids and make them better, to get them back to living that normal life.
And I remember operating on this kid.
I got close with him.
He kind of reminded me of myself.
I took him to the operating room and I knew that he was going to be in the hospital for a long time longer and he may not make it out.
And if he did, the rest of his life would just be spent in such pain in the hospital.
It was around that same time that I found out that these doctors were taking these healthy kids and making them sick for the rest of their lives.
So these two populations would end up in the same place, but in one place you have kids who are perfectly healthy, but they're given the same fate.
All their dreams are being taken away when they have the least ability to understand the consequences for their actions.
And the people who are supposed to take care of them, the people who are supposed to love them, are the ones who are feeding them to the wolves.
And as a doctor, We're supposed to stay silent, right?
We're supposed to just say, okay, and just move on?
No, no, absolutely not.
Absolutely not.
We can't have a profession.
We can't have medicine without that.
You know, in what kind of world are we delivering our children into if we don't do something about this?
So yeah, the stakes are high, but we have to fight back.
steve bannon
Dr. Haim, we're gonna have you on, or we got your back on this.
Right now, where do people go to support you, sir?
unidentified
Yeah, so we can't do this without you.
They're trying to put me in prison for 10 years.
We have to fight back.
We have to win this so that we keep the door open for whistleblowers in the United States healthcare system.
Because when we speak out, it's the last pillar that's holding up this house of cards.
Once it comes down, everything will come down.
They'll have to face a reckoning.
It's GiveSendGo.com forward slash Texas underscore whistleblower.
