This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies. | ||

|
Because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen. | ||
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
|
MAGA Media. | |
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

|
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved!

Stephen K. Babb. | ||
It's Friday, 17 May, Year of Our Lord 2024.
Thank you for being here to enjoy, maybe learn, from the late afternoon, early evening edition
of The War Room on this Friday in May.
We're going to go to the Georgia Convention.
Amy Kramer's down there.
We've got the President's gone to his son's graduation.
He's heading to Minnesota for a very important meeting with prominent people.
Mike Lindell is there. | ||
We're going to go from Georgia to Minnesota.
We're going to start with Laura Loomer.
Once again, Laura Loomis breaking, quite frankly, unbelievable news about the lawfare situation in New York.
Laura, walk us through.
It's kind of mind-boggling what you found, so I'm going to take you at the top.
Just take a second, walk us through exactly what you found and who is kind of associated with this.
Yeah, well, thanks so much for having me on, Steve.
And as you know, I've been breaking wide open the controversy and the conflict of interest that exists between Judge Mershawn, who, of course, is overseeing the trial for President Trump in New York City, and his daughter, who is the president of a Democrat consulting firm called Authentic Campaigns.
His daughter, Lauren Mershawn, of course, has many high-profile Democrat candidates, as I've exposed, as her clients, including the Biden-Harris campaign.
And several New York Democrats as well, including Chuck Schumer and the Senate Democrat Majority PAC and also Dan Goldman.
And Dan Goldman has come into focus because last week, Congressman Dan Goldman did an interview on MSDNC where he was talking about how he is the coach for Michael Cohen.
He said that he personally coached Michael Cohen for his testimony for the trial.
And then now that he's getting some backlash, After, you know, the report went viral, he's now trying to backtrack his statements.
So after he said what he said, I started combing through these FEC reports and found that, you know, Dan Goldman, of course, is a client.
I've known that for a while now of Lauren Marchand's, but it gets even worse than that.
Looking at the Schedule B forms on the FEC, you have an independent expenditure for every independent expenditure.
And you know this, Steve, being involved in politics, you have to list the address for the vendors.
Well, it's called Authentic Campaigns.
The congressman appears to have deceptively and intentionally distorted the FEC record, removing S off of campaigns, so it says Authentic Campaign instead of campaigns.
And an address is listed for a Richmond, Virginia resident.
Well, I know from extensively researching Lauren Mershawn that her company is based out of Chicago.
So I'm thinking to myself, well, what is this address in Virginia where they're sending the payments for Authentic Campaigns?
So you do a little search and you find that it's a two-story residence in Richmond, Virginia that is owned by Lauren Mershon and her husband.
And so essentially, what you have here is a ranking New York congressional Democrat who admits to coaching the prosecution's star witness, Michael Cohen, sending checks and money to the personal residence during the trial to the home of Lauren Mershawn, the daughter of Judge Juan Mershawn.
I mean, it just doesn't get any more corrupt Third World Banana Republic than this, Steve.
And it's just mind boggling to me that Congressman Goldman hasn't been forced to resign yet, and that Judge Mershawn still hasn't recused himself.
Laura, let me ask you, yesterday, last night, because Goldman's on oversight, he's always a big mouth, he's a trust fund kid, he got into it with Luna last night, APL.
Just tell our audience, give a quick background on Goldman, because he's one of the more obnoxious individuals in Congress, and he's also, I think, the heir to the Levi genes?
Yeah, he comes from a wealthy family, working on another report right now.
There appears to be some connections between his family members and the funding of some of these Hamas rallies that we're seeing.
Just to give you a teaser of some of the stuff I'm working on next, haven't released that yet.
But Congressman Goldman, of course, is a Trump hater.
He's a New York Democrat.
He appears to have a very friendly relationship with Michael Cohen.
He's been accused of insider trading during his time in Congress, you know, so pretty typical for your typical, uh, uh, Democrat party, uh, Congress member.
Uh, but, um, now you have him, uh, hiring Lauren Mershawn and working with Lauren Mershawn's company and sending direct payments to her personal residents during the trial.
We're not going to, we're not going to, but this is this, this per yeah, go ahead.
The last payment, because some people will say, Oh, well, what's what's the last date on the check, Laura?
You know, because everyone wants to make excuses for, you know, how inappropriate this is.
But you have people in the left wing media who are still trying to act like this isn't a big deal, even though CNN's own chief legal correspondent said that Judge Mershawn should recuse himself.
I mean, the Democrats themselves are now having to admit how bad this is.
But The fact that he's sending it to her personal address, you have to ask yourself, you know, when you are processing millions of dollars of transactions like she does, I mean, for example, Adam Schiff has paid her company over $14 million.
You're going to have a financial firm, an accounting firm.
And so why is it that payments are being sent to her personal residence as opposed to a CPA at the authentic campaign firm?
In Richmond, Virginia, obviously we're not Doxer, but it's only blocks from, very close to St.
John's Church, where Patrick Henry gave the Give Me Liberty, Give Me Death speech, which is one of President Trump's most favorite moments in American history.
Last thing, the Goldman, Goldman has come from a very, very prominent Jewish family.
Did I hear you say you work on an investigation where they're actually maybe in back of funding some of the Hamas anti-Israel, anti-Jewish protests on some of these campuses?
Yeah, I don't want to give away too much of the investigation, but I have evidence that suggests that members of Goldman's family, Congressman Goldman's family, are involved in the funding of some of these Hamas riots that are taking place on college campuses.
And so I'll be working on that story soon.
You know, obviously the Mershawn stuff comes first because President Trump is in trial and time is of the essence and really this case needs to be dismissed and all of these people need to be investigated.
I really don't understand why the House Oversight Committee and Congress, Steve, perhaps you have some insight into this, hasn't launched an investigation or subpoenaed Lauren Marchand.
I mean, I think that Lauren Marchand should be subpoenaed and they need to be reviewing the bank records of authentic campaigns immediately.
Like, why hasn't this been done?
I mean, Republicans are in control for what?
And judiciary. | ||
And weaponization. | ||
We work on this literally every day.
Laura, podcasts, social media, where do people get to all your investigations, ma'am?
Well, uh, people can follow me on X and true social at Laura Loomer and, uh, also be sure that you're following the Loomer Unleashed account.
My show is a Loomer Unleashed on rumble.com.
So rumble.com slash Laura Loomer, and be sure that you're following, uh, the Loomer Unleashed correspondence as well.
I have a forensic analyst who I'm working with, uh, in exposing, uh, the Mershon family and you can follow their account as well.
My account is at Laura Loomer.
Their account is at CCP skip tracer on.
X. And so that's tagged in the post that you showed on the screen there.
But, you know, we got to we got to build the Loomer army up, right?
We have correspondence for Loomer Unleashed all across the country, tracking these political operatives and exposing them.
And every single day when people support my work by subscribing to me, contributing to my work, this is all independent journalism.
We're able to expand our network of investigators.
Laura, amazing work here, and we're working on this 24-7.
The weaponization judiciary has to step up here and start sending subpoenas flying.
Thank you very much, ma'am.
Honored to kick off Friday with you.
Yeah, thanks so much for having me.
I appreciate it. | ||
I think Dan Goleman and his family are about to be loomered.
Very suspicious, very suspicious of what Laura Loomer is following.
Let's go to Georgia. | ||
Do we have Amy Kramer? | ||
Amy Kramer joins us from Georgia.
Amy, why are you down at the Georgia Convention?
What's going on? | ||
unidentified
|
I'm here with a bunch of my best friends from grassroots in Georgia.
It's our Georgia GOP convention this weekend.
I'm running for national committee woman.
My friend Jason Frazier right here is running for national committee man.
And when people say what's going on in Georgia, this is what's going on in Georgia.
People are mad. | ||
There's been no accountability on the executive level.
We're still voting on insecure machines.
And we're ready to take our party back.
And so here we are. | ||
We've showed up. | ||
And we're going to cast our ballots tomorrow.
Aren't we, you guys? | ||
Yeah. | ||
Hey, ask the folks in Georgia there.
We just had Natalie Winters on.
She's done a big expose today, Natalie did, on source-backed entity that is trying to recruit poll workers for poll day.
They don't want MAGA. | ||
They don't want the deplorables.
They've got Kinziger, but they've got Raffensperger and his grundoon, Sterling, that are part of this, part of this source-backed thing.
What do the folks in Georgia say about that?
unidentified
|
So you guys, Natalie did a big story today in Expose about Soros funding this program where they want poll watchers and Raffenspergers working.
What do you say to that? | ||
No! | ||
So Amy, tell me about your campaign.
You've got Raffensperger, you've got Sterling, you've got all these corrupt establishments.
What are you running on to become the national committeeman?
unidentified
|
Well, look, the Georgia GOP has been taken over by the grassroots across the state.
We're seeing it happen.
And it's time we want some accountability.
We need to build the Georgia GOP stronger where it represents the people.
And you see it happening at the RNC, so we want to replicate that here.
We need the RNC in here helping us defend some of these lawsuits.
That we have going on across the state and the Georgia GOP doesn't have the money to fund them because they're covering the legal bills for the electors and the RNC should indemnify David Schaffer and the other electors and pay their legal bills.
But right now, Right now that hasn't happened, and I pledged to take that to the RNC and get that done.
Jason Frazier pledges to get that done, where our two opponents, they only agreed to do that after we got into the race.
So it's time to have, look, the grassroots has taken over across the state.
The representation on the RNC should be representative of the base.
And so that's why Jason Frazier and I are both running in this race.
Amy, ask the grassroots activists right there.
Why is Kemp and the establishment fighting them?
This is the backbone of the country.
These people are great patriots.
They're putting in their time.
They're putting in their energy.
Why does the establishment in Georgia continue to fight the grassroots?
unidentified
|
You guys, Bannon wants to know why is Kemp continuing to fight the grassroots and the base and the establishment stands with him.
They're not standing with us.
Why is that happening? | ||
Because kids can't stand the smell of the grass.
unidentified
|
It's so disgusting. | |
It's not a problem. | ||
These people don't like Kip and they sure don't like Braffensperger.
I sure don't like Raffensperger.
We need accountability, Steve, and it starts right here with We the People, and we're not going to stop until we get accountability and we have secure elections here in Georgia.
Ask him right now, is Amy Kramer going to win and become the National Committee woman?
unidentified
|
Bannon wants to know, is Amy Kramer going to win and become the National Committee woman?
Amy is your wingman right there?
Is he going to win and become the National Committee man?
unidentified
|
Yes, he is going to become the National Committee man.
Jason Frazier, he's an election integrity expert.
He has been fighting for four years now and he's doing amazing work and I'm proud to be working right alongside him, Steve.
Amy, is that crowd right there, is that crowd of grassroots, is President Trump going to win Georgia this year and therefore win the presidency?
unidentified
|
Is President Trump going to win Georgia this year and... But Steve, for the third time, he won Georgia last time and we know what happened.
We have been engaged, we're not giving up.
We're, as President Trump would say, you don't back down, you don't double down, you triple down, and that's why we're here.
Okay, Amy, tell everybody there we love them.
Good luck this weekend.
We see the grassroots. | ||
We see the War Room Posse.
We see MAGA. | ||
Keep going. | ||
Keep fighting. | ||
We look for great results tomorrow.
unidentified
|
Thank you, Steve. | |
Steve loves you! | ||
Love you guys in Georgia.
Okay, there you see it. | ||
In Georgia, we're going to take a short commercial break.
When we return, we're going to go to—we got Mike Davis.
He has an exclusive video to break here from Article 3.
We're also going to go to Minnesota.
We've got Mike Lindell at this event that President Trump is going to go to.
Kash Patel is going to join us.
And if we can work it out in the Palm Beach studios, we may actually get Tulsi Gabbard if we can work it all out.
Birchgold.com. | ||
Philip Patrick joins me tomorrow.
We're going to walk through capital markets, walk through the economy, walk through what you need to be thinking about right now, but go to birchgold.com slash Bannon.
Get the end of the dollar empire.
It's all free. | ||
Five free installments.
You can get them all and you get them today.
Birchgold.com slash banner.

🎵 Outro music 🎵 Quite as often as I have.
Maybe I didn't treat Trump quite as fairly as I should have.
I'm a pure Obama judge. | ||
Lady Justice sure ain't blind.
And Trump is always on my mind.
Trump is always on my mind.
Maybe I shouldn't shame Trump.
As his special prosecutor.
And after my 9-0 fame, I'm so glad this case is mine.
All these bad cases show my zeal.
Lady Justice sure ain't blind.
And Trump is always on my mind.
Trump is always on my mind.
Trump is always on my mind.
Maybe, maybe these laws have been misapplied.
Give me Give me a chance to make up another crime.
Make up another crime. | ||
I'm not a criminal. | ||
I I love you. | ||
Okay. | ||
Mike Davis, I think we voted here at the West Palm Beach Studios.
We can't figure out if this is absolutely brilliant and a work of art or totally cringe.
Tell us what did we just see there?
Another one of your parodies?
We just had Laura Loomer bringing the heat.
You were bringing the light?
I hope it was cringe, because I want to say to these Biden Democrat prosecutors and judges who think they can illegally, unconstitutionally gag President Trump, where he can't even mention any of those names, his campaign can't mention any of those names, they can't even post a news story on any of those names, the Article 3 Project wanted to send A big F you with a cringe video that people will remember, hopefully.
And we call out every single one of these bad actors, these Democrat prosecutors and judges and witnesses and operatives in these Democrat hellholes of New York, D.C.
and Atlanta. | ||
There is no chance in hell they're going to silence us at the Article 3 project.
These left-wing whack job judges can go to hell.
They can throw us in jail.
Mike, you know, Laura came up, independent investigating Laura Loomer, you've got Tom Fitton, you've got Raheem Kassam, you've got the guys over at Revolver, you've got the Article 3 Project people, and just on and on and on.
Her question is, when is oversight?
You saw the throwdown last night over markup of the contempt.
You've got weaponization, you've got judiciary.
What is your recommendation?
Because people are blowing my phone up now.
People that got some stroke saying, what the hell's going on here?
Why is this thing not organized, given it's so obvious?
And you've had to have the federal judge in Florida step in.
You've had to have the appeals court step in.
I think we got another update on Fannie Willis today.
What is it going to take to get an organized effort on Capitol Hill, sir?
Well, maybe. | ||
I mean, I know a lot's on James Comer's plate, but he seems to be the only one in the House who knows how to run a congressional investigation.
So maybe Jim Jordan should just hand over the chairmanship of the Weaponization Subcommittee to James Comer, and James Comer can actually get this done.
We saw this With James Comer getting all these records of $20 million plus going from China, Russia, Kazakhstan, every one of these corrupt foreign entities into what seems like every Biden family member's bank accounts.
If Jim Jordan is not up to the job or if he doesn't want to do the job, hand it over to James Comer.
James Comer can get the job done.
Mike, where do people go to Article 3 to get more content?
And particularly, folks want to know, where can they sign up and join?
You've got an action station there, like we have on Destroyers.
Where do people go, sir?
Article3project.org.
You can donate there. | ||
You can take action there.
One of the action items is defunding this lawfare.
House Republicans need to include an appropriations writer to end this lawfare until after the election.
The Democrats waited 30 months.
In Alvin Bragg's case, seven years.
They can wait until November 5th, 2024 if they want to keep prosecuting President Trump.
Andy Clyde's writers. | ||
Mike Davis, thank you so much.
Honored to have you on here.
People should know there's a break today.
Obviously, President Trump is with Barron at his graduation.
President Trump's heading to Minnesota.
We're going to get to Mike Lindell in a second.
They're going to reconvene court, I think to continue the cross on Michael Cohen.
And then they're going to try to rehab him.
And I think then they get another shot at him.
So Monday's going to be another firestorm.
A lot going on at Capitol Hill.
We're going to have a lot of reports tomorrow morning on the show.
Of course, Birch Gold's going to join us.
But the first part of the show, we're going to break a lot of this down and talk about
how it rolls into the politics, how it rolls into the polling, particularly this new report
that Natalie Winters has up on our site, breaking down what SORS is doing, trying to recruit
hundreds of thousands of poll workers on their side to make sure they can cheat.
Mike Lindell, you've been at the forefront of this.
You're in Minnesota right now.
The president's heading there.
Get us up to date. | ||
What's going on in Minnesota today?
unidentified
|
Well, here I am outside the river.
So I'm going to be honest.
It's been about 25 minutes, everybody, from the MyPillow factory.
There's thousands of people inside.
Secret Service let me out here to do the show.
I'm down here. | ||
I, Steve, I haven't seen the Islamic flag yet out here.
So I haven't, I don't think, but I got my eyes open.
And we're down here. | ||
I said, one of the things that people I've talked to so far down here, nobody likes that flag.
And another thing, there's a lot of people that are flipping from a Democrat here in Minnesota to, to the mega, to the common sense bucket of Donald Trump.
I think we're going to, I can't wait to talk to him tonight.
And see what he has to say to everybody here in Minnesota.
But Minnesota, I really believe, is red.
I don't believe it's been anything else for the last time.
Do we have the content? | ||
Do we have the content on the flag, Producer Cameron?
We do not? | ||
Okay, fine. | ||
We actually have the guys that designed the flag, and you would be disgusted if you saw who designed this flag, and the kind of, you know, oh, it's a, you know, we didn't mean it to be Islamic.
One of the people that are going to get fired up, Mike, you've got an Islamic flag over the state capitol.
Well, Steve, once again, I'm optimistic because I always look at making lemonade out of lemons and this is turning people.
We have so many nonsensical things going on in Minnesota like this flag.
It's actually taking people going, you know, why would we have an Islamic flag?
And it's pulling more people into this bucket, this mega bucket, this bucket of common sense.
When people do stuff that you don't understand that doesn't help either party or doesn't help the people, you know there's a hidden agenda.
And I said it this morning on your show.
Evil is greedy. | ||
They keep doing crazy stuff like this, and it's just making more and more people open up their eyes to what's really going on.
In Minnesota, it's like a Trojan horse to the country.
I said that before. | ||
I really believe that we got a big, big problem going on here, and we got to stop it.
Mike Lindell, talk to me about the American flag that you're selling, the five-star pillow.

Are we going to take Minnesota this year?
That's what President Trump wants to hear.
That's why he's coming today, bro.
He wants to hear that you guys can deliver.
Can you deliver Minnesota?
Absolutely we can. | ||
And Steve, that's what I've said.
You know, in 2020 we learned so much from the 2020 election, everybody.

Okay, we pride ourselves.
We had Scott Besson on today, Jeff Trennert on yesterday.
We had Talgo from, I think Chris Talgo from Heartland doing a great breakdown of the economy.
EJ and Tony doing a great job.
Tomorrow, Philip Patrick.
We pride ourselves on capital markets, geopolitics.
Rickardswarroom.com.
You can get strategic intelligence and get a special deal on strategic intelligence.
Also get his book, The New Case for Gold.
Remember, he ain't no gold bug.
So this is very important.
This is kind of an update of what Ron Paul did.
Not ran, but Ron Paul did a book called The Case for Gold.
Back when Nixon took us off the gold standard and then President Reagan put a commission
together when he was president.
Should we go back on it? | ||
They said no. | ||
Ron Paul came out and made the case for it.
Now Jim Rickards, a couple of years ago, has written a new update.
Remember, he's not a gold bug.
He's not a gold guy. | ||
But he understands why it's a hedge against what's happening right now, which is the destruction of the purchasing power of the U.S.
dollar. | ||
If you've taken nothing else away from the show, we hope you understand that and how federal spending and these massive deficits lead to it.
So RickardsWarRoom.com.
Get a special deal on strategic intelligence.
This is his monthly newsletter.
It does politics, geopolitics, national security, capital markets, all of it.
So if you love what you hear in the War Room, You'll love our contributor, Jim Rickards' newsletter.
Check it out. | ||
Kash Patel, quite controversial article now up on warroom.org.
Remember, all of our content's free.
You get the newsletters, you get the emails, we do a daily summary.
Hundreds and hundreds of thousands of people signed up for it.
Particularly if you listen to the radio or the podcast, this gives you all the data, all the charts, all the videos.
Quite controversial. | ||
Guillotine and deep state in one sentence.
Normally that gets the alarms going off over at the FBI.
Maybe you're going to be investigated along with War Room this afternoon, Kash Patel.
What are you working on, brother?
You know, it's great to be with y'all.
And it's always a controversy to the deep state when you put out the truth and when you print it.
And when you go to the mainstream media with the truth, they shun it.
And thankfully, we have the war room and the war room posse in this op-ed.
And of course, I wrote it as a headline grabber, because that's what you want to do.
You need to catch attention.
And the term constitutional guillotine is meant as a metaphorical term to literally
slice the head off of the deep state swamp monsters that have lied to you from Russiagate
to Jan 6 and all the way through all of the Trump trials.
And that's what we walk through in this op-ed.
But before I continue, Bannon, I got to find out, how many high-powered fans do you have going on to blow through that lettuce of yours right now?
I want to know what percentage of profits we're running to get that.
To blow through what? | ||
That lettuce you got going on on top of your head.
Oh, come on, man. | ||
This is the main. | ||
I'm down here in Palm Beach enjoying myself.
I'm never, I don't think I'm getting a haircut again.
I love it. | ||
No, I'm a hockey player.
Keep growing it out, man.
unidentified
|
One of the handsome brothers, right?
But seriously, I mean, Steve, just think about this.
If you look at the content of the article, it walks through literally how there was one constitutional violation after another against President Trump in New York with the deletion of evidence.
Down in Georgia with lying to a court officer and removing Donald Trump's constitutional rights by doing so and making money off of it.
In Florida, now the biggest scam of it all, where you have an orchestration of injustice by Joe Biden and the special counsel actually took the very boxes that they charged Donald Trump with from Washington and shipped them down to Mar-a-Lago and then lied about the contents of those boxes, then lied
to the judge where what was found and when it was found, and now they can't tell the judge who
put what where. So how in the world are they going to produce that information to a jury on
constitutional grounds? It is just an absolute disgraceful display.
Is that what, hold on, hold on.
The judge, this is my point about House gathering.
The judge is having a trial of Jack Smith on this very topic in the 27th, 28th, and 29th of June, an evidentiary hearing, which is going to talk about all the collusion between archers.
Explain to the audience, because the House is not doing it, the Senate's not doing it, or not doing enough.
You're having a judge step into the breach here.
She's going to do it, the trial judge.
Tell us what's going on in Florida.
Exactly, Steve. | ||
You and I called this months ago.
We need a judge to step up and Judge Cannon is doing it.
So what happens is basically during a trial when a judge is lied to, which is literally the ultimate sin that you can commit as a prosecutor, is that you lie to the judge.
Once that happens, it's incumbent upon the judge, not the Department of Justice, the judge to say, why did you lie to me?
I'm running an evidentiary hearing, which means I'm calling witnesses.
You need to produce documentation.
You might have to have the Attorney General himself there along with Jack Smith in case I want to interrogate them and no one can stop her.
The key issue here is now the Department of Justice not only lied to her and buried it, but when Judge Cannon unredacted their lies, they tried to use corruption to cover up their lies.
So what did she do? | ||
She doubled down. | ||
She said, you know what?
Trial's on hold. | ||
You guys are on the road to constitutional injustice, and your DOJ is not going to prosecute yourselves, so I'm going to leave it.
Okay, before you bounce, I'm going to try to track you down tomorrow, but before you bounce, a question.
Are we going to have a constitutional crisis, what happened yesterday?
We had a markup in judiciary, had a markup in oversight.
You've got this, you got the audio.
They won't give the audio.
Merrick Garland steps in.
The White House has executive privilege.
You got judiciary, you got oversight, contempt of Merrick Garland, of Holt, and they've exerted executive privilege.
What's going to happen here next week?
Congress needs to borrow my constitutional guillotine and remind them of the powers they have.
They have the power of the purse.
Shut down Chris Wray's government-funded G5 jet.
Shut down Merrick Garland's fleet of Escalades and armored escorts for his global boondoggles.
Until they give them the audio tape that the American public and Congress has a right to under the Constitution.
Do not bend the knee to these government gangsters.
They have the power of the purse.
They need to use it. | ||
Go read this op-ed and borrow my constitutional guillotine so you're reminded of the powers that you have.
Act with some gumption.
Okay. | ||
Podcasts, social media, Government Gangsters, the film is nearing completion.
That'll be out. | ||
I don't want to give a tip here, but maybe for a premiere at the convention.
Where do we go get all your content, Kash Patel?
I'm at Truth Social, at Kash, that's my only social media, and go buy the book Government Gangsters, bestseller on Amazon and everywhere else, and support the Kash Foundation at thekashfoundation.com, especially during National Police Week.
At your confirmation hearing for CIA, are we going to see this article in the headline?
Kash Patel is talking about pulling out the guillotine.
Excuse me, the Constitution guillotine to cut the head off the beach.
unidentified
|
Oh, we're going to see Kash Patel and Steve Bannon run America beheaded!
Exactly. | ||
Kash Patel, thank you, brother.
Appreciate you coming in.
Very honored now to have one of the most, I think, leaders of the America First movement that really knows what she's talking about, Lieutenant Colonel Tulsi Gabbard joins me now, U.S.
Army Reserve, correct?
Army Reserve, yes. | ||
Thank you for coming in.
Great to be here! | ||
This is why I love the Palm Beach studio, you never know who's going to drop by.
You've got the book, but the reason I wanted you on here today, we started the show this morning with this, the New York Times, our beloved Public has a headline, NATO considers sending troops to help Ukraine.
For now, U.S. | ||
is resisting moves that would pull it in deeper.
In the lead paragraph, Ukraine's manpower shortage has reached a critical point.
You've warned about this a lot.
It's not about weapons for Ukraine.
It's not about money. | ||
500,000. | ||
They couldn't raise the 500,000 troops of young people, 27 years old, to offset the 42-year-old average they have in the trenches there.
This Ukraine situation, this is Vietnam again, because they're saying these are technical advisors and just going to do training and we can't do the training in Poland anymore.
We got to move it to the front lines near Kharkiv.
You've been one of the leaders about this Ukraine debacle.
Now it's up in your grill that we're heading in.
In fact, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said, So far, the United States has said no, but General Charles Q. Brown, Jr., the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said on Thursday that a NATO deployment of trainers appeared inevitable, and I quote, we are going to get there eventually over time, end quote.
Ma'am, your thoughts? | ||
This takes us down a road of history with lessons that should have been learned by our leaders before.
You look at this, NATO's decision here as they quote unquote consider sending in NATO
troops as trainers into Ukraine cannot be separated from our own military, my brothers
and sisters in uniform.
If any of these NATO countries send in their troops and something happens to them for any
reason at all, it will be their excuse to invoke Article 5 in NATO, which will require,
in their view, the deployment of US troops and complete and total involvement.
This is to support a war that none of our own leaders, military or otherwise, can articulate
what is our actual actionable objective.
What does the definition of winning look like?
How does this best serve the American people and our national security interests?
It doesn't. | ||
Let's back into this. | ||
Let me tell another story, which I've never told before.
President Trump eventually Got Syria right, correct?
Eventually, after a couple years.
The first time he really got a real report on Syria is when you came, when you were there talking about either being Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense.
You met President Trump in the early days of the transition.
You had, I think, deployed to Syria.
You came and actually laid down.
You said, no, no, no, here's what's actually going on.
That triggered his thinking from that day.
And of course, as we got McMasters and other national security advisors, you heard the whole other spin.
Eventually, after a couple of years, President Trump said, I've heard enough of this.
But quite frankly, what you laid out in those first days in 2016 was the God's honest truth.
It was, Steve. | ||
And I had served, obviously, on two deployments to different war zones in the Middle East at that point.
I had not yet been to Syria.
I went there shortly thereafter to see for myself, but I understood the problem enough
to know the threat that ISIS posed, the threat that these radical Islamist terrorists posed,
and how President Obama's regime change war in Syria was strengthening terrorist groups
like ISIS. | ||
And President Obama's policy, supported by Democrats and Republicans in Congress, led
to the arming and equipping and strengthening of al-Qaeda and ISIS in Syria.
So yes, President Trump got his policy right.
He wanted to end that regime change war.
He went in and defeated ISIS.
Here's the problem, and something that must change when President Trump is elected again,
is he unfortunately had people around him, as you said, who disagreed with his decision
as commander-in-chief.
And directly worked against his directive.
unidentified
|
They were undermining his presidency.
First I want to bring up, by the way, we're going to blow the break, correct?
I see the clock. | ||
We're going to blow the break?
Fine. | ||
We got some time here. | ||
One of the things I think you told him, the whole Syria thing, they want to get up against, even then they want to get up against Russia.
They want to start a shooting war against Russia even then.
The whole Syria thing. | ||
They were advocating for a no-fly zone which would have inevitably put US aircraft up directly against Russian aircraft.
And that's what got his thinking.
Walk us through. | ||
About how they try to countermand, because I say, hey, you saw it in the joint chiefs with Milley.
You saw all these guys. | ||
It's essentially to me a coup.
The commander in chief gives orders and they're not implemented.
You saw this and you saw it particularly in Syria.
We saw how President Trump's orders as commander in chief and president were slow rolled by people within the Pentagon and the State Department.
To the point where ultimately Turkey decided to go and attack our allies and partners on the ground fighting against ISIS, the Kurds.
And it put the Department of Defense into this emergency situation where they had to immediately, within 24 hours, try to evacuate our troops out of there, an order that President Trump had given long before then.
You had the special envoy to Syria from the State Department, James Jeffries was his name, who openly touted the fact that he was going against President Trump's orders and trying to make another deal that would have had a very different outcome than the one President Trump outlined.
And not only did he do this behind closed doors, he touted this openly in public and was celebrated by people in the media and the bureaucrats and different politicians in Washington.
The lesson learned and takeaway is, in order to fix these problems that are deeply broken in the administrative state in Washington, the State Department, Department of Defense, in order to walk us back from the brink of World War III and nuclear war, President Trump needs to surround himself with people of
courage, people of conviction, who are rooted in the Constitution and who are interested
solely in serving the best interests of our country, not the permanent Washington
establishment, so that he doesn't once again see this, what is essentially a slow rolling
coup take place during his presidency.
Let's drill down on that for a second.
By the way, the book, Tulsi Gabbard for Love of Country, you see that you've put service to your country ahead of everything else.
The poll quotes in the back by Tucker Carlson.
This is a book you've got to read.
You'll learn more about Tulsi.
And I go into these topics in detail in this book because of the importance of it.
I want to go into this because, you know, there's talk about you might be picked for the vice president, but if not, I think you could have a major impact in President Trump's second term, and here's why.
You're, I think, one of the few people out there that actually get the geopolitics of America first.
They throw back at us, we're isolationists.
We're far from isolationists.
You've dedicated, I mean, you're lieutenant colonel now.
You'll be deployed again at some time.
Talk to me about how would you Let's pick the Defense Department.
How would you go in, you just said you got to get people around him that believe in President Trump's America First, believe in his policies to implement it.
Given the size and scale of it, and you only go in with a couple of hundred political appointees to control, you know, the two and a half million in the military, there's another couple, I think a million of the civilians, you've got 18 million contractors.
How, with the small team you have, A trillion dollar budget.
How can you actually implement, when President Trump says, Tulsi, I want these things implemented, and I want them implemented now, how will you actually go about and do that?
Well, Steve, every one of those political appointees matters, and who those people are, how they're selected, and what their priorities are.
You've been in Washington much longer than I have, and you know how deeply rooted the swamp is.
Bringing people who don't care about the swamp but who care about our country and our troops first is the most important thing.
Similarly, for those who wear the uniform.
There are careerists in the military as well who are more interested in advancing their career than they are about putting our country first.
I'll tell you right now, there are colonels, senior ranking officers in every branch of the military who are being pushed out of the military and forced to retire because of DEI initiatives or because they are actual leaders who took the fight to ISIS and other Islamist terrorist groups, taking on that risk, doing the right thing, making the hard decisions.
They are being pushed out while the careerists, those who took very little risk throughout their career, are rewarded and advanced.
If you have this, if you had DEI, particularly in the field grade officers and the generals at that rank, how do you do it?
I mean, you're a lieutenant colonel, you've got, and I think you told me stories at Schofield Barracks, you've got a trillion dollar defense budget, but people there have to go on food stamps, the coffee machine doesn't work.
As we stand here today, there are rolling power outages, brownouts that occur on the home base of the 25th Infantry Division, which is the primary division for that region.
And there are examples I could give you around almost every major base across the country of crippling infrastructure and a lot of investment that needs to be made.
Is morale being impacted by this?
Absolutely. | ||
Absolutely. | ||
When you look at our troops, you look at their families, you look at the tough decisions that they have to make on a day-to-day basis, and they're wondering, why is it that... So how do you take on the defense contractors?
Because they're calling the shots.
This is one of the reasons we can't cut the budget.
Because the Cardinals, on the Republican appropriations, are all, I hate to say it, from the South, my beloved South, they're in these appropriations committees, they're all driven by the defense of the budget, and they want another increase next year.
They want to go over a trillion dollars.
How do you take that on? | ||
Not single-handedly, but first of all, it is forcing that audit that the Department of Defense has still yet today failed to complete.
It's being transparent with the American people about how these taxpayer dollars are being spent, and how much is going in the pockets of the military-industrial complex, and how little, proportionately, is actually getting into the care and well-being, readiness, training, and capability of our servicemen and women.
Talk to me about this book.
I want people to buy it. | ||
Tony Lyons has just purchased, has just bought Regnery Press.
Tony Lyons is our publishing partner at War Room Books.
Fantastic. | ||
Great eye for books. | ||
And the guy who, quite frankly, started as a progressive has kind of become a right-winger now with Bobby Kennedy and yourself.
People who believe in freedom and the Constitution are now being labeled right-wingers.
That's the state that we're in today.
You all the time. | ||
I mean, your transition, the thing I love about this, this talks about your journey, right?
Tell us, why should people buy this book right now with money tight?
What is it about Tulsi Gabbard you're going to learn and you're going to want to keep?
Why should they buy this book?
For those of you who are interested in my progression from being a Democrat for almost 20 years to being an independent and to being a strong advocate, a
passionate advocate for our country, for our freedom and our constitution. I go into in each
chapter great detail of what I took away from these experiences serving at the highest levels of
Democrat politics in Washington and why I am warning every American that if President Biden and
Kamala Harris are allowed to stay in power, we will see the end of freedom in America and the
end of democracy in this country.
Wow. | ||
unidentified
|
Hold on. | |
You're saying that if they're reelected, you're going to see the end of democracy?
I mean, Ray Dalio just said yesterday, hey, it's going to be a civil war.
Everything's going to happen.
You're saying it's the end of democracy if they're reelected?
And it's not a guess, Steve.
It's looking at what they're already doing.
They're already censoring our freedom.
They're already undermining our democracy, trying to keep President Trump off the ballot in over 32 states, making it so that we, the people, don't even have the right to choose who we want to vote for in this election.
The use of lawfare, the weaponization of the Department of Justice and law enforcement I go into detail in each of these examples providing evidence to back up what I'm saying here and what is at stake in this election.
This is bigger than Democrats and Republicans.
This is a message for all Americans.
So if you already know what I'm saying, talk to the people close to you in your life, maybe friends or family members or co-workers who still need to be convinced about the truth of what we are facing.
My book and my ability to deliver this message as a former Democrat I think will be very effective.
If President Trump asks you to serve in the administration, if he asks you to serve as Secretary of Defense or Secretary of State, would you serve with President Trump?
I would. | ||
unidentified
|
I would. | |
And I would be honored to do so, Steve, because of what is at stake.
To be able to serve our country and to provide that strong backbone that's rooted in experience both over 20 years in the military as well as over eight years serving in Congress in Washington on the Armed Services and Foreign Affairs Committees, I can bring that leadership to help us walk us back from the brink.
Back in 16, when you were a Democrat, we could tell by being on armed services, the questions you asked, the way you were trying to hold people accountable, you actually had a much better handle on America First and what President Trump was trying to accomplish than 80% of the Republican Party that was still in this neocon mindset.
And today, as you know, most of the power is still with the neocons, although the people are with us.
Walk us through what happened to you, even coming up to talk to President Trump.
To talk to him about Syria, to talk about, because I'll tell you, we interviewed a lot of people.
Tulsi Gabbard had the best understanding geopolitically of what was happening around the world.
I mean, it was head and shoulders above some of the folks we ended up selecting.
But what happened to you just on merely coming to talk to then-President-elect Donald Trump?
Well, first of all, I ran for Congress because of my experiences serving overseas in war zones and experiencing firsthand the true cost of war and how short-sighted politicians who make decisions based on emotion just so quickly and easily send our men and women to fight in wars that have nothing to do with our national security and actually make us less safe and secure.
Most of those have never served or don't have their kids served.
And they're serving the military-industrial complex, or they feel like maybe they're trying to act and look strong, but not actually knowing how to do that or what that means.
After meeting President Trump, I think I've shared this with you a little bit before, the backlash from Democrats, both close friends of mine, family members, total strangers, was far more extreme than anything I could have expected.
And the word that most commonly was used that really blew me away was They were angry at me for meeting with President Trump, the next commander in chief, because my meeting him humanized him.
And it speaks to that twisted mindset of how you look at that reaction and you take it to how they are going after President Trump today.
They see him as less than a person.
and have built this target around him where they feel justified in going after him and undermining our freedom
and undermining our democracy.
This is what's so dangerous about their mindset.
They feel justified in that they're doing the right thing to quote-unquote save our democracy while they're actually
destroying it. | ||
They think we're a cult.
Yes. | ||
And they use that word. | ||
They think we're a dangerous cult.
How do you break that? | ||
Is it just elections? | ||
Because now, they have every institution.
They have the media. | ||
They have the higher education.
They have both pop culture and high culture.
They have technology. | ||
They have Wall Street. | ||
They have the globalist corporations.
How does a populist, nationalist, America first and American citizens first, how do you break that?
By exercising our freedom.
Our founders constructed this form of government and governance knowing and telling us directly that it's we the people who have the power in this country.
They understood democracy is fragile and that those in power may be tempted to abuse that power and our democratic government would become a tyrannical government and that's exactly what we're seeing under the Biden-Harris administration.
We can only save our country if we the people stand up and exercise our freedoms and make sure that our voices are heard.
And yes, it starts in this election with sending Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and those in the Senate and the House who are undermining our Constitution.
We've got to send them home.
I know you're restricted on what you can say because you're an Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel and you're active in that, but as you see this, and particularly we haven't enforced the War Powers Act, we haven't, you know, we haven't gotten, we haven't forced anybody to come.
They're talking about combat troops, you know, exactly what they're trying to do.
They're trying to put American troops, the 101st Airborne's got their brigade right there in Romania.
Right, Mo used to be there, and hey, I can tell you, they can move in a moment's notice, and they're gonna move in a moment's notice.
How do you think the Pentagon's being run by General Austin and others under Joe Biden as Commander-in-Chief?
I can tell you that our military is headed in the wrong direction.
And for this to even be a consideration, which they are clearly considering, or as that quote you read, they're saying it's just a matter of time.
For all of you who are angry about what happened in Afghanistan and the decades of waste of lives, those who came home injured, the waste of American taxpayer dollars, what we're seeing with this potential with Ukraine, with what they are saying is inevitable, We'll be yet another Afghanistan.
How many more lives are we willing to sacrifice?
How many more trillions of American taxpayer dollars to accomplish what?
They've done nothing but push us closer to the brink of nuclear catastrophe.
We can't allow them to do this to our country or to our troops.
You go to Amazon and get the book for Love of Country book tour.
