Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
The reason I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Babb.
karine jean-pierre
The search is clearly complete.
They completed the search.
The search is complete. He is confident in this process.
You should assume that it's been completed, yes.
After the search concluded last night, that search was completed last night.
unidentified
The development of six new documents with classified markings, some of which date back to Biden's time in the Senate, others of which date back to his time as Vice President, is certainly the biggest headline tonight.
The other thing that I noticed, and Ayman, I'm sure you did too, is those aren't the only documents that the DOJ took this evening.
They didn't mention the total number of documents that they took.
They just said the documents that they took relevant to the investigation included six documents with classification markings.
Certainly the age of any of the documents from his time in the Senate is at least 14 years old and potentially longer, given President Biden's 30-year tenure in the Senate.
So that's certainly of concern.
The length of time the DOJ was at the Biden's residence is also somewhat of a head scratcher.
The Wilmington residence is definitely beautiful, but it is not Mar-a-Lago in its size or scope.
And the fact that they were there for over 12 hours is also something that made an impression on me tonight.
But how can he say he takes classified material seriously when some of what was found may have been in his home for more than a decade and he seemingly had no idea?
Well, the important point there, Martha, is that he had no idea.
As you know, if you're serving in the Senate or as vice president or president, you literally get millions of documents coming through your office week in and week out.
And as you get more senior and as the matters that you're handling are more important and occasionally more classified, the volume gets higher.
So I do think this was inadvertent.
The whole point of having a special counsel is to ensure that and to give the American people confidence in that.
But frankly, Martha, I also don't think this is an issue that's keeping Americans up at night.
Can you give us a sense of how many classified documents we are now talking about total across all three locations?
Sure, it's a good question.
And actually, the answer to it is a little bit complicated because of this point that I'm making about the integrity of an ongoing Justice Department investigation.
The Justice Department is going to be looking at all sorts of questions like that throughout their investigation.
We want to be very, very careful to be respectful of the integrity of that investigation, to not speak too much about the underlying contents and materials, especially things that we may not know all the answers to.
...on the Biden documents case as it stands right now.
elizabeth warren
You know, the way I look at this is to think about what the Justice Department is doing.
It's a reminder that the laws apply to everyone.
And that's true whether you're a sitting president, you're a former president, or you're just anybody else.
And the Justice Department has said special prosecutor for a former president, special prosecutor for a sitting president, and the Justice Department will go forward without fear or favor.
And that's exactly how it should be in a functioning democracy.
mika brzezinski
Are there any possibilities that there are documents at other locations owned or used by President Biden in the past?
unidentified
So the president's personal lawyers and DOJ are in communication and they're making sure that they're coordinated on the next steps of this investigation.
Look, we're going to be really careful not to talk about potential future steps and developments in the investigation itself because we respect the independence of DOJ to conduct this thoroughly and fairly on their own accord.
And so I'm just not going to get ahead of that process in questions like that.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome.
Monday, 23 January in the year of our Lord, 2023.
I'm gonna start with this turn into a complete fiasco.
The question is, when is the FBI going to do a raid on his locations, particularly the University of Pennsylvania where his presidential papers?
These Documents from the Senate could be from not 14 years ago, prior to that, but I'm sure most of it revolves around, wait for it, Ukraine. Kash Patel, you've been in the middle of this since the very beginning, since the nullification project started.
Basically an hour or two after President Trump defeated Hillary Clinton on the morning of November 9th of 2016.
Walk us through your assessment of this fiasco, sir.
kash patel
Hey Steve, it's great to be back with you and it looks like War Room is the only one that's been covering it 100 % accurate.
Called it on War Room with you.
More and more documents are going to be found.
Let's talk intent and then documents and then DOJ. The fact that these documents go back to- Hang on, Cash, Cash, Cash, Cash.
steve bannon
Hang on for a second. I want to make sure the audience understands this.
How did you know, because the very first day this broke, you came on here and go, hey, there are going to be a lot more documents in a lot more locations.
How did you know that and say it with such certainty?
kash patel
Because actually what I'm going to tell you for the first time, which I haven't said on the air or in any media, this investigation did not start because librarians at NARA came out and said there are overdue library books.
Excuse me, you guys forgot to return X. As the former federal prosecutor, as the guy who led the intelligence community, classified investigations don't start there.
You know where they start? When you have a crime that you are investigating.
You know what crime the DOJ was looking at for the last four years?
Hunter Biden's laptop.
Mark my word, this classified investigation, it will be put out by the federalization of the, excuse me, the weaponization of the federal government subcommittee on Jim Jordan when they get the following document.
The electronic communication, the EC, just like Devin and I got in Russiagate, that is a singular document of the FBI that says where and when the investigation started.
It will trace right back to Hunter Biden's laptop.
They will find information on it about China and Russia and Ukraine, which led them to go and search for documentation relevant to that crime, which led them to Joe Biden's door.
And that's why I have always said when Nara said, oh, we were missing one set of documents.
I said that is the biggest political coverup of a crime I've ever seen.
And it's going to be a waterfall of documents.
And now they've come out.
And that leads me to the intent portion, Steve.
The fact that Joe Biden has all these lawyers who are around the documents and investigation, let's put that aside.
None of these lawyers are telling him to shut up.
He's out there literally lying and talking about consciousness of guilt.
It's a federal term we use in criminal trials.
I have no idea.
I didn't know this was going on.
It's like me when I was a public defender and defended murderers and they were like, they tell the cops, oh, I don't know what happened.
And then the cops put out the receipts.
And then they put it in front of the jury and they're like, hey, you lied about it to the world.
This guy just doesn't know when to quit.
And the fact that they were in the wild for 15 to 20 years is a reflection on his intent.
He's going to continuously say he had no idea what was going on for 20-some years as it relates to classified documentation.
And remember the intent requirement for classified documents when it comes to being a felony.
You simply have to be reckless, which means you have to be doing what Joe Biden is doing right now.
steve bannon
I want to go to the, I want to go to the, because we always do this, Cash, as you know, we did in the White House, we get a timeline going.
Because once you get a timeline, things begin to reveal themselves.
And you notice a lot of times when they're spinning, they don't want to talk about a timeline.
And you always go, hey, you got to go back to the beginning, the Russia gate and Ukraine, all that. The great Miranda Devine has a column up, and she goes back to the laptop from hell and talks about an email.
And quite frankly, there's one email that kind of jumps off the page to you.
I think he's sending it to Devin Archer, right?
And I think it's in 2013.
And it's a 22-point memo.
It's an email from Hunter.
Normally, Hunter's emails are about, hey, let's meet here and have drinks.
Hey, I'm sending you over the deal for $10 million.
They're pithy. They're to the point.
They're either about drugs, sex, or money laundering, right?
It's one of three things.
He's got one to Devin Archer that's 22 bullet points, 22 items. And it's incredibly informed.
I mean, and you read it, and she picked it out in your classification of mine.
When you see this, you go, hmm, this was pulled off a classified document because Hunter Biden, not in a zillion years, could read this.
But it also predates the modern revolution.
It shows you...
The strategic thinking of certain elements of the U.S. government to get involved here.
This is going to be so explosive.
It's one of the things we've talked about. This whole deal in the Ukraine, think about how the Ukraine pops up in the impeachment, it pops up now, it pops up all over the place.
Kesh, your thoughts and observations about that, sir?
kash patel
Well, yeah, that's what I wanted to talk to you about, along with the fact that this investigation we're going to find out originated with Hunter Biden's laptop.
Nobody's talking about that, but as a federal prosecutor, the search warrant should have gone out immediately to every location this laptop and Hunter Biden ever spent four seconds in, because we are talking about, remember, here's the verbiage and legalese that the Biden administration, let's just take the latest example they're using.
They're saying six sets of documents were found.
Well, Steve, you know, and I know from my time in government, A set?
One set could be a thousand pages.
Rarely have I ever seen in my career one set of documents being one page.
So what they're not telling us is the amount of pages that have been in the wild.
We still don't have that.
Unlike Mar-a-Lago where they strewn all the pages on the floor, I think they probably didn't have enough floor space at the Delaware Biden Ranch to put that stuff down on his 15 acres because we're probably talking about thousands of pages.
Of classified and confidential material, which is unlawful to have.
So for me, that tells me that the DOJ has reverse engineered this prosecution investigation to cover it up, to reach a conclusion that they want, which is akin to what they said about Hillary Clinton, the legal fiction where James Comey vindicated her with a legal basis that doesn't exist.
They're going to be like, oh, Joe Biden, you know, he could have been More careful with these thousands of pages of documents, but he was just reckless, so we're gonna let him go.
But the difference here is it's gonna be tough to let him go, as you said, when you're talking about Hunter Biden taking this information off some of these documents, possibly, and then he using it for pay-to-play with the Ukraine.
And what about the other way?
Was Joe Biden compromised?
by the taking of this documentation and his attempts to utilize it and pay for play.
Did the CCP and the Ukraine gain a leverage point of then a sitting senator, of then a vice president, and now, more importantly, of our current commander in chief?
It goes to the heart of our national security apparatus that this guy has kept our nation's secrets In his cereal box at one location that we know about.
Well, actually, I should say five.
And we're going to find out about five or ten more.
You're right. The UPenn library, those need to be raided.
The subpoenas need to go out by the weaponization on the subcommittee by Jim Jordan.
The FBI is just not going to do it.
We can't wait to see what Hunter Biden and Joe Biden's lawyers Allow us to look at.
It's like CrowdStrike all over again during Russiagate where James Comey bended the knee to CrowdStrike and say, hey, nothing to see at the DNC servers.
Why don't you guys go take a look and let us know what you find?
It is the total destruction of justice.
steve bannon
You're saying, I want to go back, and if I can keep it for a few minutes through the break, but I want you to go back to what you said at the top.
You're saying the 2 November, which I keep saying, drive a stake in that and go back, that that was part of a FBI, DOJ investigation into Hunter's laptop where they had come up with their clearly been classified documents or et cetera, and that's why you got his personal lawyers rummaging around in the closet at the CCP Penn Biden Center,
kash patel
sir? Is that your point? Yeah, that and along with the fact that that is a marker they set down because they didn't want it to go back to Joe Biden and say, we've been looking at this investigation for years.
They wanted a fictional date to say, oh, we just found out, it was very recent, and neither Joe Biden nor his lawyers nor the DOJ knew how expansive The amount of documentation was going to be so that fictional data is coming that to bite them in the rear end because now it doesn't withstand the test of just simple mathematics and facts.
There is no way Joe Biden have 20 years worth of classified information out there and the librarians at NARA, not the 10,000 FBI agents or the slew of other agencies we have found out, but the librarians at NARA Are we really to believe that they were the ones doing a book analysis and said you have an overdue book in the form of classified papers?
Biden's lawyers went to them and said, hey, you guys need to say this publicly so we can save face.
steve bannon
Cash Patel is the author of Government Gangsters.
Short commercial break.
Cash on the other side, we have Jeffrey Clark.
First of all, multiple crimes have been committed, but we also have a national security crisis around the CCP, Ukraine, the Biden crime family.
joe biden
All next in The War Room.
You know, what quite frankly bugged me is that we have a serious problem here we're talking about.
We're talking about what's going on, and the American people don't quite understand why you don't ask me questions about that.
But having said that, what's your question?
unidentified
Do you have a regret, sir, that you did not reveal the existence of the vaccine back in November before the midterm?
joe biden
Hang on, okay? Look.
As we found, we found a handful of documents were failed, were filed in the wrong place.
We immediately turned them over to the archives of the Justice Department.
We're fully cooperating, looking forward to getting this resolved quickly.
I think you're going to find there's nothing there.
I have no regrets. I'm following what the lawyers have told me they want me to do.
It's exactly what we're doing.
There's no there there.
steve bannon
Thank you. Cash Patel, put your prosecutor hat on.
By the way, that's a cornered rat.
They get very snippy when the mainstream media has got to ask a straight question.
But is that a cornered rat, sir?
kash patel
Absolutely. As a former federal prosecutor, as a former public defender, I'm screaming at this guy saying, please shut up. The key verbiage in that entire statement you just played is, quote, we found, end quote, Biden and his camp found these documents.
Steve, it goes back to the point we were talking about before the commercial break.
What led Biden and his camp to go look for these documents in the first place?
Do you think this guy woke up from a 19 year coma and said, oh, I should go look for these classified documents?
No, the DOJ was on the manhunt of the Hunter Biden investigation.
And during that process, this is where these documents were uncovered.
And that's why they set up the fictional date of November 2nd with the librarians.
That was the other part of the quote where Joe Biden goes, oh, we call the librarians at NARA and said, here you go. No, nobody's asking the question is, why did we find the documents?
You, Joe Biden, and your camp?
What were you doing looking for them in the first place?
It's not like they were cleaning out the broom closet.
steve bannon
Yeah. The highly paid personal lawyers all tied to the White House counsel's office, Bob Bauer, what I call the Democratic Illuminati of these heavy-hitting Democratic law firms.
You've called this from day one because Government Gangsters is the book.
I don't think there's been a more perfectly timed book recently than this.
How do people get it?
One more thing before I get Jeffrey Clark on here.
You talked about the weaponization of government and we got oversight with Comer and both, you know, they've been sending letters, particularly Jim Jordan. They got the brushback pitch, ongoing investigation.
So now they've really got to mount up here because this is just the reason the special counsel, as you called it, and they got a deep state guy, although is a uniparty Republican, right?
They're just going to try to drag this out and hide it.
So if they're doing the brushback pitch of ongoing investigation, how do you get over that, Cash? Here's the good news.
kash patel
We knew it was coming. And when Merrick Garland and Chris Ray and these government gangsters go to the podium and say, we are operating under the traditions and principles of the DOJ, those traditions and principles are why the DOJ has been destroyed.
And that's a key phraseology that we can no longer let them rely on.
And this latest issue of them saying, oh, it's an ongoing investigation.
There is no rule of law that forbids them from turning these documents over except their traditions of covering up corruption.
And here's the better news.
The government, the weaponization of the federal government subcommittee not only issues subpoenas, but here's what they do next.
We talked about it in your show. They take their money.
They want to play hardball?
No problem. You take the FBI and DOJ's money by doing what we call fencing, and you put up pockets of money, and you literally build artificial walls around them, and you say, hey, Chris Ray, you can't have your 10 new Escalades.
Hey, Merrick Garland, you can't have your $50,000 new coffee table for your office.
These guys operate based on taxpayer-funded corruption.
And the only way we are going to get through to that is by taking their money.
It's totally legal. And the Speaker of the House can authorize it.
We did it in Russiagate once to Rod Rosenstein and Chris Wray because Paul Ryan wouldn't let us do it again.
And I got a thousand pages of documents that people said we'd never get about the FISA's and Russiagate and the Bruce Orr 302's, Steele, Perkins Cooy and everything else.
unidentified
It's totally doable. Talk to me about the book, the timing of the book.
steve bannon
And by the way, the struggle that you're going to have to get the unredacted version is going to be monumental because I'm sure they're going to be in your grill on every page and every name you drop on this.
Tell me about Government Gangsters.
kash patel
Yeah, the manuscript's done.
Go to governmentgangsters.com and for all the war room posse out there, 20 % off today only on the pre-sale, 20 % off, including signed copies for the band and crew.
Go to governmentgangsters.com.
The manuscript is sitting at DOD with the government gangsters themselves who are preventing its release, but we are going to fight it. We talk about taking on the deep state agencies of DOJ and FBI and DOD and CIA. And fixing them and returning them to restore the service to the American people.
Their traditions and principles, Steve, are what we are going to destroy by exposing government gangsters so we can go back to work for the American people when President Trump's back in office.
steve bannon
By the way, Cash will either be DOD. I'm thinking now, Cash, you know, I got Jeffrey Clark up next, maybe the future Attorney General.
I don't know if you're CIA, DNI, DOD, State Department.
I don't know, man. It's going to be big.
I can tell you that it's going to be big.
What, Cash, some morning Mika's in full meltdown right now.
Cash Patel's coming back as Secretary of Defense.
Cash, what are your coordinates?
How do people follow you during the day?
Because your social media comes in a little hot sometimes.
kash patel
Yeah, I exist at fightwithcash.com, but one place on social media, at Cash, at K-A-S-H on Truth Social, at Cash on Truth Social.
And maybe I'll put up a Joe and Mika post.
Actually, Steve, that's a great idea.
If you guys go to Government Gangsters and take care of the governmentgangsters.com and take advantage of 20 % off, I'm going to buy Joe and Mika personalized copies of Government Gangsters and send it to them with a personalized note.
unidentified
Hang on, hang on. Hang on, I may actually order that.
steve bannon
Remember, it's Morning Mika and her side piece, Joe.
That's gone in the book. The patriarchy over at MSNBC has got to stop.
We've got to get to Morning Mika. Cash, thank you so much, and brilliant analysis from the get-go on this, sir. Thanks, brother.
kash patel
Have a great day. Thank you.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, who was joining us in the afternoon of 8 August, has got a lot to say about this.
Mike is going to join us in the 5 o'clock hour.
I want to bring in now Jeffrey Clark, one of the true warriors in the Trump administration.
Jeffrey, give me your assessment.
You're an old hand at this stuff.
Give me your assessment of this entire debacle, sir.
jeffrey clark
Well, Steve, it's great to be on again.
I want to start with this quotation from the Washington Post, which I think is just mind-blowing.
Early on, Biden's attorneys and Justice Department investigators both thought they had a shared understanding about keeping the matter quiet.
Just pause on that for a second.
I mean, that's truly amazing, right?
And now we know why we have a special counsel, right?
because there was an agreement essentially for this 68 days of silence before someone leaked word of this story or part of it to CBS News.
steve bannon
Jeffrey, Jeffrey, Jeffrey, Jeffrey, Jeffrey, you gotta, yeah, they went to a friendly source.
You've got to read that again. The shared understanding.
You're in the business. This is the buried lead.
This would be a screaming headline in the old days of Breitbart, the shared understanding.
Go ahead, give it to me again.
jeffrey clark
Exactly. Well, it was a buried lead, Steve, and it's not buried in a Breitbart story, so you're right on. So here's the quotation again.
Early on, Biden's attorneys and Justice Department investigators both thought they had a shared understanding about keeping the matter quiet, which I just think is mind-blowing and is not the way the Justice Department should be proceeding.
It seems to create a massive conflict of interest, right?
There's an agreement between the investigateee and the investigators.
I think that that is blockbuster and really should be getting a lot more attention.
steve bannon
It's definitely blockbuster in the fact that also Biden's lawyers, Bob Bauer, who's married to Anita Dunn.
Remember, the reason Anita Dunn is not the chief of staff this morning because she is the chief of staff.
Klain quit, I'm sure, because he saw this madness going on.
If you read the New York Times during the 68 days, he's not in the inner circle.
The reason, he's a policy guy.
They need wartime consiglieres, right?
Anita Dunn is running the deal.
She's Bob Bauer's wife.
Bob Bauer is now, quote-unquote, the personal lawyer for Along with Dana Remus and others, former White House counsel. This is Jeffrey.
Explain the Democrat Illuminati of these massive law firms in Washington, D.C. that essentially run the city, these Democrat law firms that run the city and the power they have, sir.
jeffrey clark
Sure. Well, essentially, they operate as a kind of cartel, Steve.
And you've heard my colleague Russ Vogt at the Center for Renewing America talk about a different kind of cartel.
But the law firms form part of either that larger cartel or their own cartel.
So you're right, Bob Bauer, former White House counsel to Obama, is now personal lawyer to Biden on this issue.
We're also told that his wife, Anita Dunn, she was the architect of this strategy of silence and apparently this quote-unquote shared understanding with the Justice Department.
And she was floated as a candidate to actually be a female chief of staff.
But now we're hearing that it's going to be this guy, Jeff Zients, who was the COVID guy.
So maybe she was done in the internal Machiavellian fights by virtue of her 68-day strategy cratering.
The other thing in terms of Washington elite law firms is, and this hasn't been very well reported either, Kathy Chung is this secretary that Hunter Biden brought to his father, Joe Biden. Now apparently she's over at the Pentagon as some kind of chief of protocol.
But she was moving these documents around, and it's odd to imagine that someone who essentially is a secretary or a glorified secretary would be lawyering up, but she has. And Steve, she's lawyered up with a very notable lawyer who's described on his own website and by some of these publications like Chambers that rate lawyers.
As a lion of the white-collar bar.
His name is Bill Taylor.
So why does the secretary need a lion of the white-collar bar?
steve bannon
Yeah, hang on for a second.
We'll take a short break. Remember, don't bury the lead here, Brother Clark.
Bauer is the architect, not Mark Elias.
Bauer is the architect of the big steel.
The architect. Mark Elias was the engineer.
unidentified
Bob Bauer is as heavy as they come in this town.
steve bannon
They are circling the wagons.
Kathy Chung is going to be a major part of all of this.
Jeffrey Clark joins us after the break.
and Scott Presler is going to tell us about the RNC. All next in The War Room.
unidentified
This is your host, Stephen K. Back.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back. You come here for signal, not noise.
We're not going to spin around and chase our tails on a bunch of stories.
This thing is big.
It's interconnected. It's complicated.
It goes to the heart of the administrative state and its rogue elements, the deep state.
It also is going to coordinate with all the money that's being made, CCP, Ukraine, all of it, at the end of the day, and these big Democrat law firms that are the other cartel, the legal cartel. That runs this city.
So stand by. Also, Scott Pressler with the RNC. We got Dr.
Bradley Thayer. Amazing piece on Lee Hu's just bald-faced lie at Davos.
You can't trust the CCP, and they're going to be up to the neck of this whole thing.
You're going to see documents. You're going to see the Hunter Biden laptop.
Cash is 1,000 % correct.
And I knew that in the first 30 seconds that Rudy and Bob Costello brought me in and showed me the laptop from hell back in, what was it, July, August of 2020.
Also, Wall Street Journal has now all of a sudden awakened to the fact of the lies and misrepresentations around the booster.
And now they're claiming, Murdoch's Wall Street Journal, claiming, hey, we've been on this about this anti-vaccine from the beginning.
Naomi Wolf's going to be on for that.
Natalie Winters got a big investigation around the CCP also, so we're going to get into all that Wuhan lab.
We're rocking and rolling this morning.
Jeffrey Clark. So everybody get your number two pencil out and write down the name.
As we've been telling you, write these names.
unidentified
Kathy Chung. Kathy Chung.
steve bannon
She's going to be a big league player.
You're going to see that name popping up all over.
She's the executive assistant.
Think about it for a second. You got a son that your vice president, you got a son who you gun-decked and lied and misrepresented and made him a naval officer.
And he was a naval officer for 30 days.
And in the Navy, the problem's been when you're in the fleet, particularly in the Pacific fleet, and now I guess the Atlantic fleet's got the same problem, but the Pacific fleet, when you go to Asia, the prevalence of drugs and getting access to drugs.
So it's always incumbent upon the junior officers to make sure that you're on top of the drug situation, you're on top for the good of the ship and the crew.
Hunter Biden is kicked out of the Navy, I think within 30 days.
Why? Because of doing drugs with enlisted men.
It's an absolute outright crime.
His father got him in there, then he got out.
This is the type of enabling that Joe Biden has done to this pervert.
He's a pervert. And a danger to national security is the Hunter Biden laptop, as we've proven over and over again, and they suppress the information, as everybody knows, and lied about the intelligence apparatus.
So you would take his recommendation.
To make this woman your executive assistant, Jeffrey Clark.
And the reason her name is popping up, they're a little bit trying to throw her under the bus, if you know how to read these stories and read in detail.
They're talking about how distraught she is, maybe she inadvertently packed it, but she lawyers up.
Jeffrey Clark, the guy that's the lion of white-collar defense in this city, He's an expensive guy, correct? He's not giving you a family discount.
The lion comes at a big price when you're king of the jungle.
You come at a big price, sir?
jeffrey clark
That's right. Well, either someone's paying for him at a rate that might be something like $2,000 an hour, or sometimes we see these cartel Democrat law firms in D.C. agree to do things pro-boto, but that's because they're getting something, right?
One hand washes the other kind of an approach.
Surely, you know, there are lots of folks who are caught up in the January 6th committee issues and no law firm show up magically to represent them pro bono.
It's something that only works for the Uniparty.
steve bannon
Hang on one second.
I just want to share. We're not just talking about classified documents.
We're talking about the most. We're talking about compartmented, top secret compartmented, which is once it's above top secret compartment, only certain people in that vertical can see it.
This is all chain of custody to a guy named Senator Joe Biden or Vice President Joe Biden.
This is all chain of custody.
Kathy Chung does not have that chain of custody.
These aren't in her name. So this whole thing about her packing it up and shipping it out, this is all a lie and spin.
Remember Kathy Chung's name.
Because if the Justice Department is really doing their job, she's the one that you could roll if they were doing their job before they allowed her.
Because there's no sense of urgency here.
That's what Kathy Chung can take.
And as Cash said, this thing's been going on for a while.
Drive the stake into 2 November and don't look forward to everything they've done here, which is all the conspiracy.
Drive a stake into November and go backward in time.
And you're going to find out why these high-powered lawyers were rummaging around in a closet at which no mainstream media will ask the question, why are they rummaging around in a closet at the CCP-Pen-Biden Center?
And you're going to find some stuff that ties back to the Hunter Biden laptop, as Cash said.
You're going to talk about the compromise by the Chinese Communist Party and, wait for it, the money laundering operation and what they were doing in Ukraine.
Is this similar? They're doing the whataboutism every second of every day.
They can't wait to pivot. Oh, Trump is much worse.
He's in a discussion with the National Archives, right?
Jeffrey Clark, as you weigh and measure it, Compare and contrast the handling of Merrick Garland in this, we're above politics, nobody's above the law, DOJ and FBI, and compare it to what they've done to President Donald John Trump, sir. Yes, Steve.
jeffrey clark
We have to have equal protection of the laws in this country.
And by all indications, I am not seeing that whatsoever, right?
Joe Biden is being treated with kid gloves, and former President Trump is being treated with spiked gloves.
And here are the three main ways that that's happening.
We had an announcement from the Special Counsel Robert Hurt over the weekend That there was a consensual search performed by the FBI that lasted many hours, as your cold open showed, which was somewhat surprising.
But it's taking place of the FBI folks along with representatives of President Biden looking at documents.
That's not the treatment that President Trump got.
In fact, there are three things that have not happened to President Biden that have happened to President Trump.
First of all, there's been no request That Biden certify that all of the relevant documents have been found and turned over.
That happened to President Trump.
Second, there's been no subpoena for these kinds of documents, these sensitive compartmented information documents.
And that happened to President Trump.
And third, of course, there's been no raid.
Like there was on Mar-a-Lago.
No warrant issued for documents for President Biden.
Why does he get treated in this special kid glove handling way?
It's a complete double standard, Steve.
It's disgraceful and it's not equal justice under the law.
steve bannon
Jeffrey, you're working with the great team over with Russ Vogt.
By the way, Russ is the architect of really an update.
I'll get more into it in a little while.
The debt ceiling, it looks like they're leaking now that Biden and these guys might blink on actually entering into a negotiation.
But like I said, there's no negotiation until they send the model.
Show us the money. Show the financial model.
You can't trust these people on anything.
They look you right in the eye and lie to you.
And by the way, Clark, why is there not an FBI raid on the University of Pennsylvania where his papers are?
You don't think, you're telling me, you don't think that thing's loaded, even from a senator, classified information.
And this is highly classified.
And what Cass said, it was six sets.
They keep saying it was six intelligence, six sets of documents.
Clark, the work you guys are doing is incredible.
It is incredible. So, Jeffrey, how do people get to you?
How do they get more about your writings and your analysis, sir?
jeffrey clark
Sure. So, Steve, I also think there should be a raid on the University of Delaware where Biden also has a substantial connection.
So I can be found at the Center for Renewing America, which is americarenewing.com, on Getter and Twitter at JeffClarkUS, and on Truth Social at RealJeffClark.
steve bannon
Oh, so you're saying do both.
I like that. I like that.
You want to go to the University of Delaware for the others?
I got it. Clark, you're good.
This is why Jeff Clark's going to be on the shortlist for Attorney General.
Is that going to blow their head? Is that going to blow Morning Mika's head up?
Or maybe all those lawyers that Chris Hayes has on, that Jeff Clark's going to be on the shortlist for AG in the second term?
I think it will. Vengeance is a dish best served cold, brother Clark.
Jeff, thank you so much for coming on.
jeffrey clark
I appreciate it, man. Thanks for having me on, Steve.
steve bannon
Thank you, brother. Rest vote, man.
That group, you're doing so much incredible work.
I want to bring in somebody else with incredible Scott Presler.
First, Scott, audience wants to know out of the box, how are you doing?
You went through some tough times there health-wise.
Where is Scott Presler today?
How are you doing? Thank you.
scott presler
I'm feeling good. I'm up 20 pounds.
I'm ready to rock and roll.
So the Democrats must be shaking in their boots.
steve bannon
Unlike your host here, you didn't have 20 pounds to lose.
You were built like a one iron to start with.
So when Scott Prez will lose 20 pounds, man, that's not good.
Scott, you've been at the forefront of grassroots, of voter registration.
Give us your assessment.
I know you came in early about this RNC. Pull the camera back and tell us why is it important, in your opinion, to have fundamental change at the RNC, sir?
scott presler
Well, under the current leadership of Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel, we've had three cycles of losses, six years of losses.
We lost the Senate.
We lost the House. We lost the presidency.
And now, after what should have been a huge win for the Republican Party, we only have a narrow majority in the House.
And I think the majority of Republicans in the country see that it's time for change.
And that's why I've led the effort Creating a website, HireHarmy.com, where people can go and contact the very members of the 168 that are going to be voting to choose the next chair on January 27th in Dana Point, California. So, Scott, she would say that, look, one of the strengths in her administration or her reign has been voter registration.
steve bannon
This is where you really, the rubber meets the road, you're doing this all the time all over the country.
Do you think the grassroots feel disengaged?
Do you not think their voter registration program is more powerful?
I mean, what specifically could she do, could Ronna do, or what has she failed to do besides the losses, right, which is like Mrs.
Lincoln, besides that, how was the play?
On voter registration, on connection with the grassroots, what's your beef?
scott presler
Well, the RNC has no credibility.
I'm sorry. We don't trust them.
The GOP has no respect from the base of the party.
And that's why they're having difficulty getting donors and dollars and volunteers.
And that's why I came in, because in 2019, I noticed that There was a lack of direction specifically with voter registration.
And so I said, okay, I'm going to travel the country, I'm going to teach voter registration, and I'm going to get thousands of people into the process so we can win in 2020 and beyond.
And it's a little interesting to see the chairwoman taking credit for the work that we have done, but that's okay.
It's not about who gets the credits about the work actually being performed.
And that's why I'm here to announce the launch of a new organization called Early Vote Action Pack.
And, you know, one thing that I want to clarify is it's great to register voters, it's great to get people engaged in the process, but ultimately we have to lock in the votes.
And we saw, for example, in Arizona that while Republicans understand the need for election integrity, and I understand Not wanting to vote early.
Look at all the problems that happened on one day in Arizona, which disenfranchised thousands, if not tens of thousands of voters.
So this organization, Early Vote Action, is going to encourage people to vote early, mail and vote, absentee ballot vote, and where legal, we're going to do some of our own.
steve bannon
Scott, hang on for one second.
We're going to take a short break.
We're going to come back, talk about early vote, the controversy around it, and why you think it may be a solution.
Also, I have Dr. Bradley Thayer.
He's got an amazing piece about the Chinese Communist Party in Davos and your life.
Natalie Winters, Naomi Wolf, all next in The War Room.
unidentified
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the CCB!
Has arrived.
The new social media taking on big tech.
Protecting free speech.
and canceling cancel culture.
Join the marketplace of ideas.
The platform for independent thought has arrived.
Superior technology.
No more selling your personal data.
No more censorship.
No more cancel culture.
Enough. Getter has arrived.
It's time to say what you want, the way you want.
Download now.
steve bannon
Okay, everybody go to Getter.
In fact, Grace Chung is going to be running, I think, this afternoon.
They're going to have a Twitter talk with Tina Peters, Mike Lindell, and others.
I think it's around 2 or 3 p.m.
We'll get the exact time.
But we're going to livestream it also on Getter.
The platform is completely flexible to do anything.
We had stuff all over the weekend.
In fact, we did the livestream.
I think we had 34,000 people watching when Grace Chung...
Did Diamond Hardaway's incredible service on Saturday.
And this is how the media twists things.
It was one of the most moving things.
I mean, it went for like three, three and a half hours.
And Trump shows up at the beginning.
He sits in the entire service.
Most people would show up and, you know, let somebody introduce me.
Let me talk and go.
In fact, he said, hey, they told him it was going to be 15 minutes.
I think it was three hours before he stood up.
Incredibly moving. Just her story, her family story, just incredible.
And also the love for President Trump and for the whole MAGA movement.
It was one of the most touching things I had seen.
President Trump got up and did just an incredible job.
I mean, couldn't have been more appropriate for the time.
And the mainstream media who doesn't follow this and would only mock and ridicule Diamond and Silk, right?
And put them on and get them deplatformed and just attack them nonstop.
Because remember, the African-American members of the MAGA movement are viciously attacked, not just by certain progressive elements out of the black community, but particularly white progressives really go after them hard.
And President Trump said some things that in shorthand we know and is very powerful and they're attacking him for dismissing.
So is there anything but President Trump's eulogy and then talk was not just totally appropriate.
It was very moving in its own way.
As Mike Lindell's was.
As Laura Trump was incredible.
The whole thing, the whole family, everybody.
Pastor Burns, the Lieutenant Governor Robinson.
It was an incredible, and I think we're going to try to cup and play some highlights from that throughout the week.
But to see how the mainstream media will twist things.
It was all Morning Joe, they're getting on Trump for this and that.
They got there. Listen, they understand.
And you saw the polling came out over the Harford polls got Trump up by five over Biden.
64 % of the people think Biden's handled the the classified documents inappropriately on polling.
65 % in the Harvard poll thing was 65 % don't want Biden to run again.
President Trump's up by five.
He's up by 20. In the poll, also against his competitors in the primary, including, I think if you take the top five or six people, including Governor DeSantis, add him up to still below Trump.
So they're going to be out to attack him.
At every aspect of this.
And so just remember, you know, go to War Room, go to my getter site.
And look, we're not above observations or criticisms, right?
And particularly, it's like coming this week with, in South Carolina, Lindsey Graham.
We think Lindsey Graham's a snake and he's poisonous.
And he only hurts by giving President Trump terrible advice and everything's over there cheerleading on Ukraine.
We're going to get to that in a second.
Scott, just one thing for the Mike Lindell and the hardest core of the gotta get rid of the machines, gotta get to paper balance.
One of the things they've held off, they're not excited about early voting.
It gives the Democrats the ability to know exactly what number they've got to cheat to win.
What's your response on that for your early vote, your new early vote operation?
scott presler
Well, I understand that, and I've been at the forefront fighting for election integrity, so I understand where people are coming from.
However, if we wait to vote on one day, Election Day, like we did in Arizona, then those people using that argument that we don't want to give the Democrats an advantage knowledge of knowing how many they need to win, well, our people weren't even able to vote on Election Day when it mattered, when it counted.
And so the goal of early vote action is to encourage people to sign up for mail-in voting, vote as early as possible, because what it does is, for example, we all knew that Fetterman was a terrible candidate, but it didn't matter when Fetterman and Oz debated for the first time in front of the nation, because 500,000 Pennsylvanians had already cast mail-in ballots,
and four out of those five had been requested from Democratic And so our goal is focusing on Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, because if we win all of those states in addition to the traditionally Republican states, we'll hit our 270 electoral votes that we need to elect the next Republican president in 2024.
steve bannon
Scott, how do people get to this, your new effort, and how do they get to everything, particularly your thoughts?
And if people want to contact you about your thoughts about the RNC, you're one of the most respected members of this movement because of your hard work and your dedication and your selflessness.
So how do people do that?
How do they get your coordinates? How do they get to you?
scott presler
Thank you. For Early Vote Action, please go to earlyvoteaction.com.
You can also find us on Twitter and social media.
And if you would like to learn more about the RNC or making a difference within your local GOP, you can contact me at any of my social medias, at Scott Pressler, S-C-O-T-T-P-R-E-S-L-E-R. Scott, thank you very much. Honored to have you on here.
steve bannon
Hey, thank you. Okay, I think what we're going to do...
Thanks, brother. We've got a 90-second break coming up.
I'm going to hold it because I want Thayer.
I've got Thayer, I think Natalie and Naomi.
I've got to figure out the order of battle here because one will build on the next.
But on the RNC, we're going to do Real America's Voice.
That means the Charlie Kirk Show.
I'm going to sit in for a little bit of that.
Obviously, War Room, John Fredericks.
John Fredericks is going to go out and do this debate.
So Real America's Voice, we're going to dedicate a ton of resources, kind of wall-to-wall coverage.
of the winter meeting of the RNC. We've got a lot of special announcements, a program we're going to do around it.
So this is of tantamount importance.
There's a lot of news articles out today.
This is an absolute firefight.
And, of course, I don't think they've had a floor fight for, what, 12 or 14 years at the RNC. They're going to have a floor fight.
Mike Lindell, Hermit Dillon, And we're going to cover it wall to wall.
Short break, Dr.
Bradley Thayer, we're going to talk about the CCP, Davos, the global economy, and the lies of the Chinese Communist Party.
Natalie Winters is going to join us. Naomi Wolf got new update from NPR saying, Hey, hey, hey, hey, you know, FDA may be going a different direction on the VAC.
