| Here's what's so important. I came at this, when we first started the pandemic, I came at this with no dog in this fight. | ||
| The simple reason, as a kid, and then as a naval officer, I took every vax that was, you know, hey, you gotta go, you get this vax, you keep your mouth shut, you get in line, you get the vax. | ||
| Now, I never bought into the flu vax whatsoever when I got older. | ||
| I said, why do we need this vax for this flu? | ||
| And then, It was really this audience and you, Naomi, and others, the Dr. | ||
| Malone's, the Dr. McCullough's, people I respected, people as highly credentialized. | ||
| But what always struck me is why would they allow Pfizer, if this was not some clinical trial, why would they allow Pfizer and these people to keep these documents for 75 years? | ||
| I mean, this is like the Warren Commission. | ||
| It's crap. This is what they tried to do after Pearl Harbor. | ||
| The Warren Commission, remember, Earl Warren said, not in your lifetime. | ||
| Will we ever know what happened? | ||
| And so I said, when Naomi first came to me, it says, oh, you know, the federal judge, they're going to over-reverse this because they had the things up for 75 years. | ||

| It was bad enough, the immunity that we have. | ||

| And then as soon as it came out, it was enthusiasm of just the... | ||

| You kind of came to this with the science, the evidence and the facts lead you and the data lead you. | ||

| And then you read these documents and you go, hey, were all these institutions actually lying to me? | ||
| Were they lying to us the entire time? | ||

| And, of course, last night, I just want you to understand, on the Friday night dump, the Justice Department came back on the Biden top-secret documents, Jim Jordan's first salvo, and they said, hey, look, that's an interesting idea, but these are all under investigation, so we can't give you anything. | ||
| Naomi, if you think they're going to, the Fauci records, I'm sure they're going to seal those or medically seal them. | ||
| The court fights over this are going to be massive, but you have to be armed with the facts first. | ||
| And remember, data science, and hey, I'm no scientist, but I can read these reports and see coming from the Pfizer data itself. | ||
| And then you got to sit there and go, hmm, I think I understand now why they wanted to keep it locked up for 75 years, which was absurd on the face of it. | ||

| Okay, well, the December numbers are the highest, another highest in U.S. history, 221,000 apprehensions at the southern border for the month of December. | ||
| That's the most ever. | ||
| And to give you some perspective, in just the first 90 days of 2023, we have exceeded in apprehensions the annual numbers of every year from 2009 to 2018. | ||
| At this rate, we're looking at more than 3 million people that will actually be in the country. | ||
| That's a number that's higher than the total populations of 17 states, bigger than the populations of Chicago, Philadelphia, and LA all combined. | ||
| These are truly unbelievable numbers. | ||
| Now, what I wanted to point out, though, for the posse is that The numbers are going to be coming down sharply. | ||
| They're going to look like they're coming down sharply next month. | ||
| We're already seeing at the border, I've got sources down there saying it's dried up, people have stopped coming across. | ||
| And the Biden administration in their CBP press release about these numbers said, yeah, they're high, but there's great news that all of these categories, | ||
| Nicaraguans, Cubans, Venezuelans are down 80 and 90 percent and that's true but that is the big success claim lie that you should start to watch for from this point forward you're going to be hearing them say we have got the border under control but it is a success claim lie it's an epic accounting trick and let me explain what they're doing is Is they are rechanneling, | ||
| using Title 42 pushbacks, they're rechanneling everybody to come through the ports of entry. | ||
| They're pre-legalizing them on the Mexican side and bringing them in through the ports of entry so that they don't count in the accounting. | ||
| And then they're saying, look what we've done. | ||
| We have success. | ||
| But just as many people and probably more actually entered the United States, and that's all that matters. | ||
| That's really the only thing that anybody should care about is that millions and millions of people will still be coming through the ports and getting into the country under something that they're calling parolee, humanitarian parole, which is an illegal use in an alternative parallel Immigration system not approved by Congress that they just put in place. | ||
| I know that's a mouthful. | ||
| I'm happy to break it down any way you want. | ||
| No, but you've warned about this. | ||
| I mean, this is a bigger migration movement and totally illegal in this country because they've gamed the administration. | ||
| This regime wants them to do it than after World War II. So just in summary, people can start to see they're already bragging about it, but you're going to have just as many people coming in. | ||
| They're just being processed in Mexico. | ||
| They're not coming across to the southern border. | ||
| There won't be the bad optics. | ||
| That's right. The only way to stop this is to cut the money off to the regime, to cut DHS's money off, sir? | ||
| That's a great way to start if people want to stop that. | ||
| Look, a ton of money was earmarked for the infrastructure to do the processing for this thing. | ||
| Billions of dollars in that last omnibus thing that they passed. | ||
| Billions of dollars for planes, trains, cars, personnel, contractors, NGOs to bring that in. | ||
| So yes. But the other way is through litigation. | ||
| There is some litigation in Pensacola, Florida. | ||
| That is challenging humanitarian parole, their use of humanitarian parole like this. | ||
| That case is rested now. | ||
| There's a judge, a federal judge in Florida that is now contemplating the arguments. | ||
| It's a Trump appointee. | ||
| So keep an eye on that Pensacola, Florida case, Florida versus Biden. | ||
| You've warned us about this, and I'm going to get into the details on it next week. | ||
| Let's go ahead and play the package. You talk about the investigative committees. | ||
| They're in full meltdown right now. | ||

| There was a time when committees were really, really important, and there is work that they do, less so in a particularly polarized Congress, but there is important work that gets done. | ||
| The average American doesn't really realize the relevance of all of these extremists being put on committees, but what does it mean? | ||

Well, we have two basic tasks on committees. | |
| One is to pass legislation, which is long, cumbersome, and difficult. | ||
| We have hearings and work on coming up with policy on any number of different things. | ||
| And on my committee, we pass the National Defense Authorizing Act every year, which sets defense policy for the country. | ||
| But the second thing we do is oversight. | ||
| And that oversight, as you laid out, Excellent history there of what the committees have done. | ||
| Can be oversight over a wide range of things. | ||
| Certainly at the start of it is the executive branch. | ||
| My committee exercises oversight over the Department of Defense. | ||
| And you want to, as the voice of the American people, keep an eye on what the Department of Defense is doing and bring to light problems and hopefully correct them. | ||
| And that is an appropriate use of the committee. | ||
| But the committees you're on give those members the ability to basically cross-examine whatever witness the chairman wants to bring in on whatever topic they want to bring in and on. | ||
| And that's a really important role and something that Congress needs to do. | ||
| But when you put people like Jim Jordan and, yes, Kevin McCarthy in charge of that process, what it becomes is simply a MAGA extremist agenda. | ||
| That lays out the conspiracy theories you described, and I think I heard Jamie Raskin describe it best, is the Insurrection Protection Committee. | ||
| Right. And that's the key point here. | ||
| Normally, these committees are designed to investigate policy and make sure... | ||
| Yeah, it's, you know, they had on MSMEC, or they had on Alex Wagner last night, we'll get this cut for Monday, about how after the January 6th committee, there's been no change in public opinion about what people think about it. | ||
| And they blame that on Fox, but the reality is the blame is on them because it was a kangaroo court. | ||
| It was a show trial. Todd Benzman, how can people get to you? | ||
| Because you're going to be a big factor in the beginning of the impeachment of Mayorkas, just given the data and the evidence you have. | ||

Well, Estonia has actually been at the forefront all along, and this week we decided to actually give 1.1 % of our entire GDP to Ukraine, which is as much as some countries devote to their own defense. | |

| And my unit, we took roughly about 20 Abrams and about 10 to 15 Bradleys, which in this military package that we are now giving to Ukraine, we are giving 59 Bradleys and 90 striker. | ||
| Combat Vehicles, and they both have ammunition systems at the top of them, so the Bradley can be confused as a tank at times, but it is also a personnel carrier. | ||
| But we're giving them that and thousands upon thousands of ammunition, and we're also giving them the equipment we're giving them is worth The equivalent of two armor brigades worth of equipment. | ||
| So we're not only taking that away from our fighting force and giving it to them, we're making ourselves weaker by giving it to them. | ||
| When did you, you deployed in the spring, if I remember correctly, you deployed in the spring of 2014? | ||
| I did. So I left Fort Stewart, Georgia in April of 2014 to go over to Germany. | ||
| And I also, so I was a logistics officer. | ||
| I oversaw, I was part of the brigade support battalion in my unit in an armor brigade. | ||
| And I oversaw the equipment leaving the states from multiple installations to the port, to the port in Germany, from Germany to all of the Baltic states. | ||
| And my brigade, actually, the person that was supposed to do that didn't show up. | ||
| So I had to oversee all of it moving from the port in Germany to the Baltics. | ||
| Spring of 14, remember, there are no conspiracies, but there's certainly no coincidences that the Color Revolution, That overthrew the democratically elected government of Ukraine. | ||
| And by the way, the guy who's the president was clearly a Putin guy, not a good guy, but it was elected. | ||

| And the reason why they're spinning it like that, because once we're in war, they'll expect the usual patriotism to swing in, as I'm sure that will be the case in the United States. | ||
| But until that moment is, we're being lied every step of the way, as you were just quoting Senator Graham. | ||
| The reason is, it's so obvious it's hardly even worth saying it, but the reason why they're lying us in step by step is because if they told the truth, there'd be a revolution. These governments would be overthrown. | ||

| And we know from DOD, they're saying at least 40,000, essentially women and children, civilians have been killed. | ||
| That's 350,000, roughly. | ||
| In 11 months, in the Toronto House that is Ukraine. | ||
| Okay? That's why they must come to the negotiation. | ||
| The only way to come to the negotiating table is to stop Biden and Lindsey Graham from escalating this war with American money and American equipment. | ||
| And now you got strikers over there, you got Bradleys. | ||

| You're going to start with support, start with the advisor, start with equipment. | ||

| They don't want to pay for it. They want the Americans to pay for it. | ||
