The impossibility it raises is this issue we've been talking about when it comes to the Hispanic vote.
And is the Hispanic vote becoming more of an up for grabs electorate here?
So here's something we have.
Hispanic voters without degrees in 2018, again the post-election study, they went for Democrats by a 44 point margin.
In 2020, Post-election survey.
This is one of the biggest shifts we saw in 2020.
The post-election survey showed 30 points of movement in the Republican direction among Hispanic voters without degrees.
Again, Democrats winning, but their margin down to 14 points right there.
We don't have good polling numbers this early in the year that break it down to that level.
But overall, I can tell you, Hispanic voters voted Democratic by 47 points and 18 in our polling now.
15 points have been shaved off that in the Republican direction.
There have been some other polls out there that have that even closer.
So I think, particularly Hispanic voters without college degrees, we've got some evidence that there was significant movement there between 18 and 20.
And I think that could be playing a role here potentially.
Certainly something to look at in 22.
steve bannon
Something to look at.
It's the end of the Democratic Party as a national political institution.
Working class Hispanics, non-college educated Hispanics, and it's going to be a tsunami.
And here's the reason.
The Democratic Party, everybody out there that's Hispanic American, understand the Democratic Party go out of their way to screw you every day of your life.
No security, no law and order, invasion on the border, flood the zone to take your jobs, crush you with high inflation, and come after your family.
Besides that, they're very helpful for you.
This is going to be a tsunami of epic proportions.
And here in the capital, and on the southern border in the capital of Mexico City, and throughout the world, there is now a firefight over this invasion.
unidentified
Okay?
steve bannon
And it's surrounding Title 42, but it's much deeper than that.
And here's one thing I want to say.
The people we have on here consistently are always ahead of this by months and months and months, if not years.
But it's not a time for gimmicks anymore.
We're beyond gimmicks.
We're beyond optics.
We're beyond looking at shiny ponies, right?
This is an invasion of your country.
This is an invasion.
Couldn't get any more serious.
And later, I am going to talk about the regional conflict over in Eurasia on the Russian-speaking eastern border of Ukraine, which is definitely a fight in the place that looks like Dresden now, of the Russian-speaking border of eastern Ukraine.
Of course, we're going to talk about the French elections on Sunday.
It looks like Front National, a national rally.
Whatever their name is now with Marine Le Pen.
It looks like he's in a dead heat to get to a runoff with Macron, who's now complaining he didn't start campaigning until too late.
And in the runoff, she could beat him in two weeks.
Why?
Because the French people are just not there on this whole Russia situation and what NATO's doing.
Just not.
And Macron's the big spokesman for that.
Now he's shifting.
Now he's shifting dramatically.
In Germany, they haven't changed.
The German industrialists have not changed one iota.
The industrial policy of taking natural gas.
We're going to get into all of that.
But we're going to start...
With two of the smartest people about the invasion of the United States by the world.
That's what that's the Biden administration has invited the world here.
Then I'm gonna go to Todd Bents from the border.
We got Carrie Lake, J.D.
Vance.
There are two politicians that are running on this hard.
Carrie's running for governor of Arizona.
unidentified
J.D.
steve bannon
Vance is actually making the case up in Trump country in Ohio that every state's a border state, every city's a border town.
I want to go to Russ Vogt.
Russ, walk us through this Title 42.
What's really at stake here?
Russ is president of the Center for Renewing America.
We had Ken Cuccinelli on the other day.
Ken was fantastic.
He's former DHS, one of your partners over there.
Walk us through, from your perspective, former head of Office of Management and Budget for Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States.
What's going on here, sir?
russ vought
Sure.
Right now we have had the benefit of being under Title 42, which has allowed The border patrol agents to return immediately illegal immigrants that they apprehend.
And we have about 7,000 who are coming across every day.
They're obviously not returning every one of them.
But of those 7,000, Title 42 has allowed us to return about half of them.
And to do it under the Trump administration, 85% of those were removed within two hours.
So it's not like they were being released here in this country.
We weren't putting them in housing.
They were returned.
Now, this would move, if this expires on May 23rd, and right now, if Congress doesn't intervene, it's going to expire, that would go from 18,000 apprehensions per day, but none of them would have been returned over the border.
So think about that.
500,000 per month.
This is going to be, take an open border policy and supercharge it in a way we've never seen before, and it's incumbent upon us to have states step up and use their constitutional authority To turn these people away because what we are facing is legally an invasion, factually invasion, and it's hurting the people along this border and the entirety of our country.
steve bannon
Okay, you and Todd Bensman are the first two to bring this up, and I want to go back and just hit the reset button here for a second, because we have people saying, well, I'm in federal court, I'm doing this, and Biden's not helping me, I'm suing Biden, I'm doing this, I'm doing whatever.
We're beyond that right now.
We're beyond that.
States have to step up, and what Russ, what you and Cuccinelli and Todd Bensman are saying is that states actually have, in the Constitution, they actually have rights here to protect themselves, correct?
russ vought
Correct.
Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 allows them to retain certain commander-in-chief responsibilities as governors of the state to protect their people when the federal government is not protecting these states along the border from invasion.
And we've done all the legal work.
The founders did not think of this as nation-states.
They had in their mind smugglers.
They had in mind militias.
At the time, they certainly had in mind Indian nations.
And so this was put in place for this reason.
There has been an attorney general in Arizona, Brnovich, who has said our legal theory is sound and there's no reason why governors in Arizona and Texas to start with, where the Republicans are, shouldn't do this.
And so we need these two governors to lead the way to be able to say to their National Guard and their sheriffs and their state troopers, here's your rules of engagement.
When you apprehend, you're going to return these people immediately, you're going to send them on their way, and that will stop the flow.
We cannot count on courts to save us right now.
It's important to go to court, but we need states to battle back against the federal government with all of the constitutional authorities that they have.
We don't have the time for gimmicks, and what we saw this week from Governor Abbott, quite frankly, will do nothing.
It is gimmickry, and we are beyond that point.
steve bannon
Talk to me about Governor Abbott before I go to Todd Bensman on the gimmick.
This thing about, which all of a sudden the conservative media is skipping around, about putting people on buses and sending them to Washington, D.C., Nancy Pelosi's neighborhood.
It sounds something like something everybody would love to do that.
But it's not practical.
It's not real.
It's a shiny toy.
Is that correct, Russ?
russ vought
Correct.
It's the kind of thing that you do when you're trying to avoid a conversation about the real.
It's a total shiny object.
What's laughable about the Texas policy, it's not just, it has to be voluntary.
So what illegal immigrant is going to just say, hey let me get on the bus and go to D.C.
as opposed to using their well-tried paths that the entire establishment complex of non-profits use to get these people released into the interior so that they're here permanently.
They wouldn't do that.
So, look, I think there's a scenario in the months and years ahead where Abbott may end up doing this, but it's going to come from the pressure of us on this important program to say, we're done with gimmicks, you have a proposal, there are candidates in governor, Carrie Lake being one of them, who are running on this plan, and it will be done if people like her are put in office, and there's no reason why Texas can't lead the way now and put this into place.
steve bannon
Do we have Kerry ready?
Is Kerry up?
Kerry Lake, are you there?
I'm going to go to Todd Bensman, but if I've got Kerry Lake, I'd like her to respond to this.
Kerry Lake, I know you're in Mar-a-Lago, had a huge fundraiser, I think, last night.
Everybody was down there.
This is an emergency.
And Brnovich was on here yesterday, and he wrote this opinion, which backs everybody up.
But even he's saying, hey, I'm in federal court, I'm suing, etc.
What is Kerry Lake going to do as governor of Arizona to execute on what Russ Vought and Todd Bensman have been laying out are the constitutional rights of the state?
kari lake
Well, I mean, Russ Vought is he's a legend when it comes to the border, and I actually reached out to him and I said, I'm so worried as a mother, as a gubernatorial candidate about what I'm seeing on the border.
Help me put together a border policy that is airtight, That will solve the problem.
And he helped me get in touch with some people who are amazing when it comes to the border.
They understand the Constitution.
My border policy is the most bold, aggressive policy, and it will work.
But you've got to have a bold, aggressive, strong leader to implement it.
And we don't see that in our states right now, Steve.
And, you know, you talked about the gimmick of putting people on a bus and going to D.C.
They still remain our problem.
The taxpayers, the American citizens are still dealing with them.
How about we bus people who are here illegally back across the border?
We are not going to continue to take these people in.
And we have in A.G.
Brnovich, and I'm not happy with everything he does, but at least he made a sound ruling when it comes to an invasion.
And we do have an invasion at our border.
May 23rd, it's going to be taken to a whole new level.
And it'll be unlike any other invasion we've ever seen here in our homeland since the founding of this country.
But we have to have, it's going to have to come from the governors.
Joe Biden's not going to do anything to help us.
He put us in this situation.
And a lot of the people around this country who are for stolen elections, many of them Republicans, who are not standing up and saying, we need to decertify this election.
They're the reason we have this border, because stolen elections have consequences.
And the consequences are a wide open border, sky high inflation, and a nightmare who's in the White House right now.
And so it's going to be incumbent on governors to stand up and protect their people.
steve bannon
Why is Ducey not doing... he comes on Fox and says, I got a border strike force.
It's like, you know, he's got like a superhero, comic superheroes.
Why is he not taking what Brnovich has laid out in your plan and executing immediately to protect?
And it's good politics.
The working class Hispanics are coming our way for specifically this reason.
You protect them economically, you protect their security, you protect the law and order, you protect their family from the disinfication of the nation.
Why is Ducey a Republican governor and the epitome of the establishment and the Republican of this nation, the Republican establishment, why is he failing to act when you've laid out the action plan?
kari lake
I didn't just lay it out before I wrote the plan.
And I said, Governor Ducey, take this plan.
You can call it your own.
You can take my name off it.
It's yours.
Just do it for the people of Arizona.
And you hit on something there with the Hispanic vote and the Hispanic population.
They do not want an open border.
They do not want fentanyl in their neighborhoods killing their kids.
They do not want to have to compete for jobs with people coming here illegally.
They are absolutely for a secure border and they don't want the crime in their neighborhoods either.
So we're all Americans here and we want to save this country and having a wide open border is not how you save America.
I don't know why he's not doing it.
I don't know if he's an open borders guy just trying to say he is tough on the border when he's not.
He sent our National Guard troops down there but they're doing administrative work.
Our plan calls to send them down there and arm them.
We're not going to put them up against these cartel Monsters and not have them armed, and we're going to stop people from coming across the border.
And people who do come across will be arrested for trespassing.
We're going to process them, and they're going back across the border.
We need to start getting tough.
We need to work with our counterparts in Mexico and say, hey, look, if you want to have business with us, you're not going to allow people to come in, just like President Trump did.
You have to make a deal and say, look, we need you on the border preventing these people coming across, or it's going to become increasingly hard to do business with us.
steve bannon
Hang on for one second.
I want to bring in Todd Bensman.
Todd, we've got about a minute.
To Carrie's point, Governor Abbott did have a good thing in there.
You pulled out the JUUL, and I think it's being executed on right now.
Walk us through, take a minute, walk us through what's happening in the trucks.
Let's get that live footage of the trucks backed up at the border.
todd bensman
Well, Texas DPS has ordered enhanced safety inspections of all trucks coming in from Mexico, which already is having the effect of halting trade, international trade, From Mexico.
The far international bridge into Reynosa is completely backed up today.
Completely backed up yesterday.
Hundreds and hundreds of trucks being backed up into Mexico.
What you're seeing on the screen right there is Greg Abbott in action with Texas DPS.
They're doing safety inspections on three to four trucks an hour.
Too bad for Mexico on that.
Uh, those safety inspections might go away, however, if Mexico started to interdict migrants on its northern border.
They're going to Laredo next.
They're going to Laredo, Max.
steve bannon
Laredo's the biggest.
I think it's a couple million trucks a year.
We're going to take a break.
We got Russ Vogt.
We got the great Todd Bensman.
We got Kerry Lake.
We're talking about the invasion on the border.
Governor Abbott, part of it was gimmick, and that's what the media picked up on.
Part of it was real.
That's what Kerry Lake's talking about.
This is off the Donald Trump playbook.
Tell Mexico that the economics are not going to stay the same if you don't work with us here.
Short commercial break.
The invasion of the United States of America and what to do to stop it for all citizens.
Next in The War Room.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
You know, one of our people that watched the show from Europe actually made a recommendation to me.
Somebody that's a hedge fund person made a recommendation to me.
We're going to change the name of this to War Room Apocalyptic.
But we try to focus on the most important issues, and we try to focus on it months in advance, and not just chase, you know, every shiny pony stories out there, right?
And that's why this, the invasion of the southern border, Todd Benson and Russ Vought had warned for months and months and months and months that this is one thing that President Trump had put in.
With all his other posts, remaining in Mexico, playing hardball on tariffs, everything to secure the southern border.
Attempt to build the wall and stop everybody from the establishment to the Democratic left.
How important this is.
Sunday's Palm Sunday, Holy Week's upon us, Easter, and of course Passover.
We've done this partnership with Link Greenwood.
Remember, his publisher They rejected a deal they had with him about a Bible, the King James Version of the Old and New Testament, incorporated in the back with the divinely inspired founding documents of our nation.
And they said no.
They did print and publish the satanic Bible.
That was fine, but they wouldn't do this, so we partnered with Lee Greenwood.
Go to God Bless the USA Bible.
God bless the USA Bible.com.
Check it out.
Look at it.
It's something for your family to be used every day.
We're going to talk tomorrow about all these statistics about how the Bible is not being read by the family enough.
And so this is a way to solve that problem.
God bless the USA Bible.com.
Put in promo code WORM and you get free shipping and handling if you're so interested in getting the Bible.
Okay, I want to go back.
Let me go.
Bensman, there's one other thing that you pulled out here that is incredibly important and nobody else is talking about it.
There's been a rule change in the Federal Register of the rules, right, that now, instead of even going to the fiasco, which was the amnesty judges, which was all a farce, they can actually sign off an amnesty.
They can get administrative people down there to sign off an amnesty at the border when the 18,000 a day are coming across.
Is that correct?
todd bensman
Right.
In my opinion, this is a mass asylum fraud rubber stamp operation.
They are handing the authority to grant asylum to frontline regular asylum officers.
You can see them say, oh my God, I'm going to get persecuted back in Honduras.
And they can stamp asylum right there, or within a month or so, they can stamp that asylum and you're in.
The reason why this is a Uh, asylum fraud mill is because all of those persecution stories are bogus.
They're not, you're not able to verify.
There's no requirement to verify any of it.
And so, uh, in order to clear the backlog and legalize everybody so that there's not a bunch of illegals running around the country, you'll just have a whole bunch of asylum fraudsters running around the country.
So that's a very important thing.
It needs to be litigated.
I think that one needs to go through the courts in an adversarial back-and-forth to see whether that is legal.
That is not what the law requires for asylum.
steve bannon
None of that.
By the way, we're not demonizing the people coming up.
They're economic migrants.
We understand that.
But that's not what asylum is about.
That's why they're gaming the system here.
They're gaming the system.
This is the first article of impeachment against Biden.
They're initiating and exacerbating an invasion of the southern border.
Russ Vogt, one more time, just walk people through your argument at the Center for Renewing America, you and Cuccinelli and others, about the constitutional authority that the state governors, attorney generals, and the states have to protect themselves from an invasion, sir.
russ vought
You bet.
So under the Constitution, there's two primary provisions that we look to.
Number one, Article 4, Section 4 is the Guarantee Clause that says the federal government has the responsibility to protect the states from invasion.
And then Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 says that the states cannot do certain things unless they are facing with an invasion.
And so it generally keeps the Commander-in-Chief responsibilities at the federal level.
Unless they are facing an invasion which they are factually and we know this and we have proven this along the border.
So this allows the commander-in-chief of a state to be able to issue rules of engagement to sheriffs, state troopers, National Guardsmen to say we want you to interdict an illegal immigrant coming across the border Return them to Mexico, across the border, and that will stop the flow over time.
And that is the only thing that will stop the flow.
A lot of things are very important, but until the flow understands that it is being reversed and returned and people are being returned to their country, that is what is most critical to be able to stop what we are seeing.
We were able to accomplish that in the Trump administration because of a number of policies that were kind of jerry-rigged together.
to deal with current law magnets that are already in place.
And we were able to do that.
Some great people like Ken Cuccinelli and Stephen Miller were able to accomplish that.
But right now that flow is rampant because they put a neon light along the border.
And what we need now is leaders who are not mother may I leaders.
We need people that are not gonna ask for permission to be able to, as constitutional actors in themselves, to read the constitution and come up and do what is necessary to protect their people from this invasion.
steve bannon
Russ, how do people get to you at your Twitter getter and how do they get to your center so they can find out more information about this?
We're going to man the ramparts on this one.
russ vought
AmericaRenewing.com is the website and they can get me at AtRussVote on all of the social media channels.
steve bannon
We know the politics.
We win overwhelmingly on this.
That's where Karnacki's a smart guy.
He sees and he's pulling punches at how much the Hispanic working class and middle class are coming with us.
Also, all of a sudden you see Mark Kelly in Arizona, Mastos, in Cortez Mastos in Nevada, a senator in Georgia, and even Hassan in New Hampshire saying, whoa, we need a plan, you've got to slow down, you can't let 42 off, because they know they're going to get swept away by this.
The politics are obvious.
Russ Vought, thank you.
Hero and patriot.
Everybody go to his center and follow him.
We're non-stop on this thing.
Because we've got to stop this invasion.
And Russ Vought is saying what everybody needs to tell everybody.
We're not looking for permission anymore.
Right?
Rather beg forgiveness than ask permission.
We need fighters.
Carrie Lake, your plan on the border.
How can people find out more about it?
Every time I talk to people in Arizona, this is the number one thing on their mind.
They love that state.
That state, that state, they've dug that state out of the desert to make it one of the great states in the Union, one of the greatest places to do business in the world, and attract it to people all over the world.
It's booming non-stop because of freedom, but they want to defend that state and they're tired of people that are, because of the economics, because of the cheap labor, let's be honest, cheap votes for the Democrats, cheap labor for their establishment Republicans.
People in Arizona want their state defended.
How are you going to do it, ma'am?
kari lake
With my plan, it's called Defend Arizona, and we talked to Russ, and he helped us put this together.
It is airtight, and they will challenge it, and we will find out if our Constitution is still the law of the land with this one.
But you're right, the people of Arizona are tough, and you know them, Steve, and they do not like that we don't have tough leaders stopping this nonsense.
We are the state that's going to have to stop it for the rest of the country.
And once they get the word that you can't just walk across the Arizona border anymore, there's going to be hell to pay if you do.
They're going to stop coming through Arizona.
Now, they might come through California and they might come through New Mexico, but they will learn, don't cross the border in Arizona.
And then hopefully the people, the good people of New Mexico and California will put pressure on their leaders to do the same.
But right now, we cannot continue one more day of this.
And I hope that our current governor, Doug Ducey, if he's listening, if he hears this, take my plan.
You can find it on my website, kerrylake.com.
It's called Defend Arizona.
Implement it immediately.
When I win, I won't be in office until January of 23.
I don't believe we can continue along at the rate we're seeing the illegal people coming across here, the drugs pouring across.
We won't have a state and we won't have a country unless our current elected officials grow a spine and do something about it.
steve bannon
And the sex trafficking.
Carrie, how do folks find out more about you and your campaign?
kari lake
KariLake.com, and they can find me on Twitter, Getter, Truth Social, Facebook, just type in the name Kari Lake, K-A-R-I-L-A-K-E.
And thank you, Steve, for bringing this story to light.
The mainstream corrupt media is not covering it, and you are, and it is the most important story, but we've got to get our elections squared away, or we wouldn't have this problem if we had fair and honest elections.
steve bannon
Amen to that, ma'am.
Thank you very much, Carrie Lake.
unidentified
Great.
steve bannon
Down at Mar-a-Lago from a big fundraiser down there and heading back to, I think she's going to be up at the rally in North Carolina, a big rally in North Carolina.
We're going to do pre-game on it tomorrow.
Can we get Ben Berkron up?
unidentified
Yes.
steve bannon
Okay, as soon as we get Ben Berkron, let me know.
Todd, let me go back to you.
Is Ben up?
Yeah, he's up.
Oh, Ben, let me hit you.
Ben, give us an update.
Are you still down in La Jolla?
I know you're in the Rio Grande Valley.
What's going on?
ben bergquam
Yeah, just to give you some real world impacts of these policies.
I was riding with La Jolla PD until about 2 this morning and what we're finding out is shocking.
We're actually, two things.
We've got people now coming down from the interior of America to help smuggle.
There were a couple that were picked up from Indiana that were brought down here because they don't have enough drivers to deal with the amount of illegals that the cartels bring in across to smuggle them in.
The other thing is it used to be on the U.S.
side.
We know the Mexico side is controlled by the cartels.
It used to be on the U.S.
side.
It was local gangs that were affiliated with the cartels, family members that were working with the cartels.
Now we're finding out the cartels are actually moving in.
Several of them locally in the La Jolla area were actually imprisoned and let go under Joe Biden.
And rather than being deported, they're allowed to stay in America.
They're operating right now in La Jolla, Texas, because they're not afraid of this federal government.
That's what's happening right now.
Our southern border, the U.S.
side, is being taken over by the cartels that run Mexico.
That is the real-world impact.
If we don't stop what's happening, that's what's going to happen to every community across America.
steve bannon
Hang on.
I'm going to come back.
We're going to get more in-depth than that.
We're going to ask Todd Benson to stay over here.
J.D.
ben bergquam
Vance.
steve bannon
J.D.' 's running up in Ohio and he's making this a major campaign item.
Short commercial break.
Strap in.
You're in the War Room.
unidentified
We'll be back in a moment.
Do you hate Mexicans?
The media calls us racist for wanting to build Trump's wall.
They censor us, but it doesn't change the truth.
Joe Biden's open border is killing Ohioans, with more illegal drugs and more Democrat voters pouring into this country.
This issue is personal.
I nearly lost my mother to the poison coming across our border.
No child should grow up an orphan.
I'm J.D.
Vance, and I approve this message because whatever they call us, we will put America first.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
You're in the War Room.
You saw this goes with Karnacki's analysis of MSNBC when we first opened about the Hispanic vote coming rapidly to Republicans and candidates who will have their back, both economically and for security.
I want to bring in now J.D.
Vance.
J.D., here's the question, people.
It's a dogfight.
That race out in Ohio may be the premier Senate primary right now, given the quality of the names running.
Uh, the issues, and quite frankly, Ohio is MAGA country.
You have Florida, you have Tennessee's doing an amazing job, Texas, Arizona, but Ohio is, I think, I would say the first among equals because it took so much pressure off President Trump in 16 to bring in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Iowa.
And the folks in Ohio get it more than anybody, the manufacturing side and all that.
You've been running as a populist.
You're all over the Chinese Communist Party.
You're leading the thing about bringing jobs back and factories back from, you know, you're a fire-breathing populist.
Why now, in the run-up to the May 3rd primary, do you shift and start talking about the southern border?
I mean, we're all over this invasion of the country, but why politically is it smart to do that in a tough Ohio Senate primary race, sir?
unidentified
Well, because it's affecting people in Ohio, man.
The number three state in the country for overdose deaths, and of course the overdose are caused by the fentanyl coming across through Mexico, is Ohio, right?
So people are feeling this, man.
They're affected by it.
You talk to law enforcement up here, they're arresting members of the cartel in our communities right here in Ohio because of what Joe Biden has done to this border.
And man, that ad that I decided to cut, I actually wrote the copy for that ad myself.
Because the thing that I hate that the Democrats do is they weaponize people's compassion against them.
We don't want to judge people based on skin color.
I think that 99% of Americans don't play that game.
But if we talk about the border, the left accuses us of doing that.
So they take the fact that we love our fellow citizens and they try to use it to silence us from talking about this border problem.
Just look at the reaction to that ad, man.
I don't know if you've paid attention to it.
The media went absolutely insane.
Because I cut an ad saying the border is not about racism.
The border is about security and prosperity for our people.
They took the bait and make this all about race.
It just proves the necessity of running an ad like that in the first place.
steve bannon
What, has it gotten traction with the voters in Ohio, the people?
When you go, you've had these debates, I think you guys had the last one the other night.
Is it, I know you can speak in shorthand about the manufacturing jobs and the plants going to China, and the audience gets it.
Do they get the connection between the fentanyl and the deaths in every town or border town in this invasion that's about to ramp up like we've never seen before with Title 42 being ripped off?
unidentified
100%, man.
People get it.
People definitely get that every Ohio town is now a border town at this point.
And look, it's not just, of course, about the fentanyl.
It's about the wage suppression in the same way that they ship our factories overseas to have the Chinese working in American factories to replace American workers.
They know they're also importing a new servant labor class to compete with American jobs here at home.
And it's not just about money, Steve.
You know this as well as anybody.
It's also about importing new Democrat voters.
The Democrats speak openly about the fact that if they can bring in 10, 15 million illegal aliens, legalize them, give them the right to vote, that Republicans will never win a national election in this country again.
So look, man, our people get it.
Our people recognize that this immigration issue is part and parcel of the globalist agenda to undercut American wages and destroy the voting power of American citizens.
steve bannon
How do people find out more about you, more about this campaign?
We're going to put this spot up across, we did it the other day when we premiered it, but we're going to do it in all of our chat rooms, all of our live streams.
How do people find out more about you?
I tell folks, you've got to, even if you're not Ohio, obviously you're an Ohio citizen and a part of the MAGA, you've got to get all over this and you ought to be actively involved.
But even if you're not, These are four quality people, and you've got to find out about these guys.
So I want everybody to go to their websites and find out, and make your own choice, because this is a real dogfight.
How do people find out about you, JD?
unidentified
Yeah, it is a dogfight, man, but I feel like we've got a ton of momentum.
I don't know if you saw we got the Ohio Right to Life sole endorsement yesterday, so we're making a lot of progress in this race.
JDVance.com is our website.
steve bannon
Hang on, this is a great point.
Why did they decide to give you the sole endorsement?
Because that's a big endorsement.
Those people are serious people.
unidentified
Yeah, a couple reasons.
One is because they know that I've got the momentum in the race.
And two, because they recognize that I can actually make these arguments to people all across the political spectrum.
You actually want a candidate who stands up for life.
You need somebody who can actually make that case to voters, whether they're on the right or whether they're in the center.
I think they see me as an opportunity to do that, not just to repeat the slogans.
Of course, we all care about life.
But to actually make a winning argument and be an ally and an advocate once I get to the Senate.
So yeah, people can find me at JDVance.com.
I'm on Twitter, I'm on Gitter, I'm on Truth Social, I'm on Facebook, I'm on all the social media platforms.
And look, we need all the help that we can get, man.
If the race were, if the election were held tomorrow, Steve, I think we'd win.
But the election's on May 3rd, so we need people to do as much as they can before then to make sure we get ahead in this race.
steve bannon
JD, fight on.
Look forward to having you back on the show.
Big race out in Ohio.
He got the sole endorsement of the Right to Life movement up there.
Pretty big.
I want to go back to the Rio Grande Valley and to Ben Burquamp.
Ben, we crammed it in before the break.
But the reason I got so engaged on happening on the border and building walls down the border and making the border and a huge deal at Breitbart and bringing specialists in and doing Breitbart Texas with the great Brandon Darby and all of it, is I saw a DPS classified briefing, it's got to be 12 years ago, longer ago than that, 12, 14 years ago, that showed that there was a question of, forget the United States of America, but whether the state of Texas
Actually controlled the counties in the Rio Grande Valley from the cartel intrusion back then.
Walk people through about it.
Cartels control northern Mexico, no doubt about it, right?
The politicians, the federales, they don't mess with them.
But it's on our side of the border that now we're having an issue about the cartels controlling our side of the border.
And the implications up in Ohio and in Michigan and in Pennsylvania for that is catastrophic.
And this is why every time you get Kamala Harris or any of these people on here, And that's from Fox News to MSNBC.
And they talk about the Ukraine situation.
They say, well, this is about the sovereignty of Ukraine.
This is about the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
This is about the self-determination of the Ukrainian people.
I got that.
And that's a European issue.
OK?
That's Ukraine, Russia, and the rest of Europe issue, and we've got to have the industrialists in Germany step up to the plate and quit buying their natural gas.
And Macron, he's getting served up by the French people.
He was up by 20 points.
He may lose this thing because of his positions.
OK?
So we need Europe to get their act together about a dispute on the eastern Russian-speaking border of Ukraine.
But I'm talking about the sovereignty the territorial integrity, and the self-determination of the United States of America and her citizens, okay, of every race, creed, color, and religion.
Ben Berkowm, people down there are telling you now, we risk having the cartels control territory in the United States of America.
Ben Berkowm.
ben bergquam
Yeah, not only do we risk it, it's happening.
The cartel used to come back and forth.
They had family members on the U.S.
side.
They would use them as cliques of the cartel, really, as smaller gang factions of the cartel in America.
And then they would do their business for Mexico because they work with impunity over there.
They control the country of Mexico, most of the states in Mexico, most of the government in Mexico, most of the police in Mexico.
In America, They didn't have that, especially under President Trump.
They didn't have that.
But one of the things that Joe Biden did that has opened the floodgates is stopped allowing ICE to deport hardened criminals, cartel members.
And what we're finding out now is many of those cartel members that were imprisoned under President Trump or before are being let out and simply allowed to go back into the communities.
And now they're taking over Cities, places like La Jolla, and all along the southern border, they are moving in.
The Gulf cartel is moving in and taking over those communities.
And then you go down to Yuma, and it's the Sinaloa cartel.
And what they're seeing is there is no federal government that's going to stop us.
They're already taking over many of the politicians on the U.S.
side, and we see that by the Democrats like Veronica Escobar, who's aiding and abetting people coming across into El Paso.
We're also seeing that with law enforcement.
La Jolla, Texas is one of the few police departments who is actively going after these guys and creating RICO cases against them.
Most of the police departments, for whatever reason, aren't doing it.
And the cartels feel like they have an open door into America now.
And if this doesn't stop, it's not stopping at the southern border states.
It is coming to every community across America.
The same people, and I'm just kidding, I'm going to be going to North Carolina this weekend, meeting with Angel families.
Mom, Chris Story, whose brother was killed by illegal aliens.
This is happening all across America.
And the saddest part is we have angel families in America whose children and brothers and sisters and moms and dads were killed by cartel members who were in prison being let out and taken off of Joe Biden's ICE Most Wanted list.
These guys are being let go into America by the people who swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of America.
steve bannon
Ben, how can people follow you?
I know you're going to be doing the rally.
How can people follow you on social media and on Real America's Voice?
ben bergquam
Americasvoice.news, FrontlineAmerica.com for all of our stories, awesome writer there, Kerry Donovan, and then at Ben Berquam on all of my social media.
steve bannon
The great Kerry Donovan.
And also, Law & Border, when is that coming back on?
Is that going to be this Saturday?
ben bergquam
Yeah, we're working on new episodes now.
We've got five episodes we're working on in the can, and they will be coming out.
It will shock you, Steve.
It will absolutely shock you, what's coming out.
steve bannon
Ben Berquam, thank you very much.
Great reporting.
Real America's Voice investigative reporter on the border, putting himself in harm's way, is the great team.
We got the best team coverage of this entire thing.
Let's go back to Bensman.
Bensman, with what Abbott's doing to actually try to slow things down on the good side, which is about the trucks coming across, but this gimmick about shipping people to a thing that's absurd, give me an action plan of what Todd Bensman would recommend, since you're our thought leader, sir.
todd bensman
Well, that's a whole novel.
I would say that with regard to what they're doing with the jamming up truck traffic at the international bridges, that they start to expand that across the 28 border crossings in Texas.
Listen, Laredo is the number one crossing for trucks in the United States.
2.6 million crossed there in 2021.
This is a very major artery.
And if the state of Texas is able to subsume the U.S.
State Department's diplomatic prerogative to do this, which they're not, they're filling in another vacuum there, at some point it's going to come up that, hey, if Mexico would just simply start to Interdict mass migrants on its side of the border.
We could slow some of this down.
We've proven that we can do this, that we can have Mexico take an effective and impactful way.
They can't shut it all down, but they can certainly slow it down if they're made to want to.
I think that this is a diplomatic problem.
We have to have not just Mexico, but Panama, Costa Rica, and Colombia shut their borders down and start doing air deportations.
We saw that they did that during the pandemic, and it almost hermetically sealed the whole thing off.
We have the lowest numbers.
Those four countries are key.
This is a diplomatic solution, in part, those four countries.
And that's what I would do.
I would have those countries shut it all down.
steve bannon
Todd, hang on for one second.
We're taking a short commercial break.
Bring Todd Benson back.
unidentified
We're taking down the CCP!
Spread the word all through Hong Kong!
steve bannon
We will fight till they're all gone!
unidentified
We rejoice when there's no more!
Let's take down the CCP!

steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
You're in the boardroom.
Let's go to Todd Bensman.
Todd, this is one that is one of the biggest events in American history.
It just is.
This is a massive invasion, and the government's numbers are 18,000 a day.
You've got Democrats scrambling for the political life.
We started the hour with Kornacki.
He's telling you how the Hispanics Here's the reality.
In the sweeping victory we have in the House, the first article of impeachment, and we are going to impeach Joe Biden.
Democratic Party is in particularly senators up for re-election are moving very quickly to try to shut down taking off title 42. Here's the reality in the sweeping victory we have in the house the first article of impeachment and we are going to impeach Joe Biden. I don't care if the Republican establishment doesn't like me saying that. Okay we're going by the way the Democrats should use that in an ad.
If they want to cut a 30-second spot, go for it, baby!
Go for it.
Use it.
Because we're impeaching Biden.
The first article impeachment is going to be the invasion of the southern border.
The second article impeachment is going to be everything to do with Hunter Biden's hard drive and everything that's in that hard drive.
Okay?
That's a whole nother kettle of fish.
unidentified
Boom.
steve bannon
And the third is going to be, the third line of work is going to be Fauci, which we're going to get to.
Those are three articles right there.
And it's going to be, and where are the, where are the national hearings?
Where are the nationally televised hearings in the 6th January Committee?
Been waiting for it.
We're already past March.
We're supposed to be in March.
Liz Cheney, or Dick Cheney in drag, little Jamie Raskin, Benny Thompson, a shifty shift.
Where are the national prime time here that's going to mesmerize the nation?
I want you to do this.
Here's what I want the media to do.
Just play Ukraine 24 hours a day, play the 6th January thing 24 hours a day, and throw in Trans Visibility Day with all that.
Just please play that 24 hours a day.
24 hours a day.
MSNBC, CNN.
Please, please.
That's all we want.
From now to Election Day.
And then we're going to see about the democracy issue.
We're going to show you some democracy.
We're going to show you blowout numbers everywhere from school boards all the way up to the House, the Senate, and everything in between.
We take control of this country, and then you're going to have to deal with it, okay?
And you're not going to like what you have to deal with, because there'll be a new sheriff in town, and no more nonsense, no more crap, like this invasion of the southern border.
No more of your spin, your lies, you're using the social media oligarchs, none of it.
Todd Bensman, how do folks, you've been a voice of reason this entire thing, how do people get to you, social media, your site, the book, all of it, and CIS?
todd bensman
That's right.
T. Binsman at Getter.
I'm right there.
The book is America's Covert Border War, about the jihadist threat, right behind my shoulder there.
And you can also follow me at ToddBinsman.com.
That's my website.
It's got everything there.
And CIS.org, my employer, Center for Immigration Studies.
steve bannon
Remember when you hear these guys saying, oh, there's got to be a plan.
You hear the Democratic Senator Mark Kelly begging for his life.
He's got to be a plan.
There's a plan.
The administration's thought this through.
They wouldn't have slipped in the item in the federal rules about the asylum, about granting asylum, signing the asylum papers with some administrator at the border.
They want a land rush like Oklahoma.
They want 18,000 a day, 5 or 6 million a year, and they're just going to sign them in.
Everything they're doing is to get the turnstiles moving quicker.
It's well thought through.
That's what's going to be a great article of impeachment.
It's going to be fantastic.
The American people are going to love it.
Because we're going to have, not the phony show trials of Trump, This is going to be a real impeachment with real facts and real, wait for it, high crimes and misdemeanors.
Okay?
High crimes and misdemeanors.
Todd Bensman, you're a hero for all this work.
Thank you so much.
todd bensman
Thank you for having me.
steve bannon
Okay.
And the whole, the whole world's up on this thing.
People understand what's going on.
I want to bring in Matthew Tierman.
Can we play, I want to bring in Tierman and let's play, let's play the Ann Applebaum clip with Axelrod the other day.
todd bensman
Let's take a...
unidentified
Amazing.
Thank you.
Thank you for doing this.
Really appreciate it.
I'm Daniel Schmidt.
I'm a freshman at the University of Chicago.
My question is for Ms.
Applebaum.
So in 2020, you wrote, those who live outside the Fox News bubble do not, of course, need to learn any of the stuff about Hunter Biden, referring to his laptop, of course.
A poll later after that found that if voters knew about the content of the laptop, 16% of Joe Biden voters would have acted differently.
Now, of course, we know a few weeks ago, the New York Times confirmed that the content is real.
Do you think the media acted inappropriately when they instantly dismissed Hunter Biden's laptop as Russian disinformation and what can we learn from that in ensuring that what we label as disinformation is truly disinformation and not reality?
My problem with Hunter Biden's laptop is I think totally irrelevant.
I mean it's not whether it's disinformation or I mean I don't think the Hunter Biden's business relationships have anything to do with who should be president of the United States.
So I didn't find I don't find it to be interesting.
I mean, that that would be my problem with that as a major news story.
steve bannon
OK, we can go ahead.
I don't think we're going to talk.
Does this have the least?
I don't find it interesting.
It's not interesting.
Let's bring in Matthew.
Matthew, I only got a minute in this break and this segment.
I want to hold you over.
You've made a living after engaging with an apple bomb, have you not, sir?
unidentified
It's pure sport.
I do all this, just like all my work, with view gratis so that nobody can say I was bought and purchased.
Anne Applebaum, people don't know, she's a citizen of three countries.
The U.S.
She grew up in D.C.
She went to Sidwell Friends.
Absolute elite establishmentarian from the D.C.
crowd.
She also married into citizenship in Poland and the U.K.
through her husband, Radek Sikorski.
The former foreign minister and another elite establishmentarian, Oxford, he was a big proponent of selling Polish and Central European sovereignty for cash in bags to Berlin and Brussels, and it's why her party, her husband's party, got turfed out.
Her ability to spin misinformation and disinformation is second to none.
The irony is, I'm here in Chicago.
Here's the Hancock building over my other shoulder.
I went to UChicago as did Darren Beatty and Natalie Winters.
The Institute of Politics that David Apsaroff started is a organization, it's not a non-partisan institute to study politics.
It is a breeding ground to recruit the next generation of Barack Obamas.
It is an absolutely elite, flashlight institution.
It's fitting she's there.
steve bannon
Hang on.
This is so good.
We got Tiramond back on American soil, all next in the War Room.
Export Selection
